Portable air conditioner - The manual states that there is internal evaporation and no draining is required. This is false. No drain hose is provided although there is a drainage port. Water drains down the inside onto the floor. I called for help in ordering a drain hose. Customer service is worse even than the product. I was told to go on Amazon and choose a hose for myself. Never will I buy another LG product.
LG Mini Split - Mini Dual Ductless HVAC customer tech support. The worst I have ever seen. I would not buy this product no matter how good it is because their customer service is so bad. Just terrible. No email support. Phones just go into endless music. One hour, two hours... 1-888-865-3026 good luck. Basic information like indoor - outdoor product/model compatibility not available. No one knows...
I bought this AC June 13, 2017. Never used it. Sat in box until today 7-1-18. It won't run. Upon inspection there's 2 pieces of foam blocking the fan from moving. Warranty just exp 2 weeks ago. I paid 500.00.
Always on hold at least 45min. then get a runaround. The worst customer service of anybody I've ever dealt with. Unit is under warranty. Have order #, case # and part #. But nobody will send the part. In fact the last time I called they couldn't find any record of me at all. Just saying never buy a LG product if you expect any customer support after the sale.
I bought LG split AC 2 years ago and barely cools. My contractor has taken a look twice and mentioned that the unit just drops pressure in a month and hence does not cool. I have tried calling customer support multiple times and they just put me on hold. Such a waste for 5K dollars. If LG support is seeing this please reach me at **.
Model # LW1216ER: Do not purchase this Chinese piece of junk, lasted a year and 10 days after warranty expired. Compressor stays running even after manually or remote controlling it off, must unplugged from AC outlet. This can be a potential fire hazard and you can come to no home and God forbid your pets. This company needs to recall this unit and repair it with quality relays or get sued. China can copy a product to a tee but use inferior parts, watch out for their dog food as well as it's poison our pets and their toys kill our toddlers with chemicals they use. I did not know LG was made in China or I would have never purchased this junk.
I only wish I could give 0 stars. I've had the system for 2 years now and it has never worked properly. Installed in March of 2016 and within two months the a/c was blowing warm air. I had the installer come back and he said the condenser was bad. I called LG and told them I had the LG mini split system and they said, "You need to call the commercial dept for mini splits," and gave me a 1-800 #. Called the 800 # and was put on hold for 36 minutes before I gave up.
The next day I tried again and same thing. Then I told the person, "Please don't put me on hold again," so he bounced me from line to line to line--you know the game. Ok, so I called back the original LG customer service and asked if they had a website for commercial customer service and they said, "No but here's the 1-800 #." Ya right. Ok so I called Angie's List to see if I could get someone to fix my LG mini and the first 6 people wanted nothing do with it. Finally I got a guy to come out and fix it but it stopped blowing cool air after a month. Anyway, that was the pattern for the last 2 summers and I just tried it and it doesn't work. Please! Don't buy an LG! If you don't believe me just call LG customer service just for fun and they will bounce you to the Comm. dept and give you this stupid 1-800#. Then the fun begins... Just buy a Mitsubishi or some other brand instead.
I have been using the small LG window unit for approximately 1 year. It's not an expensive unit and the model number is not visible on the front. No remote was a mistake. I should have gotten a higher end unit. The temperature control is the worst I have ever seen. You will be uncomfortable before it turns on and again before it turns off. Getting up to turn it on and again to turn it off is not for me. I will be taking it out and putting some rounds through it. Moving the thermostat to another location has not helped at all. And due to the safety plug a remote plug will not work. If you are thinking of buying a inexpensive ac unit get one with a remote.
I have had my free standing LG air conditioner for 10 years or more and the only thing that happened was a code to let me know to empty the water out and then I pressed the reset button on the plug which put it back to normal. Have also washed filter every 2 weeks and I live in South Florida so it gets used a lot.
The conditioner cooled for only two summers of moderate use, by the third season it powered up and both the fan and compressor turn on but only non cooled air came out. I tried to access the innards to check for coolant leak but it was impossible to remove the rear case after removing all the screws (14) fastening it closed. While it is a good looking product with convenient controls the fact remains that it has some major inferior internal design problems with the cooling system.
I purchased a $400 LG air conditioner 3 years ago and after 2 years it quit working although I often clean the filter and empty the water. I've been purchased a second $400 LG air conditioner which lasted one season with the same results. This product is garbage and you rip off your customers as I have seen several similar reviews. Your company should not be allowed to steal people's money like this.
Bought this 6000 btu LG ac unit and the unit is not working. The compressor doesn't turn on. Will never buy another product from them. This unit is 14 months old and I am elderly on a limited income. Stay clear of this so called company.
I am in the process of looking for an affordable 12000 BTU window A/C. My similar LG unit has just died after 10 years of great service. I am considering another LG, but with some of the reviews, I'm not sure if the quality is still there. My LG unit had all of the features that I desired and could really chill a large bedroom, foyer and a small bathroom. Hope I can find a repeat of what I'm losing.
15 years ago, I purchased a 10,000 BTU LG window air conditioner. At the time, they were a top rated a/c maker. It lasted 10 years with only one servicing for refrigerant. When the compressor went out after 10 years, I replaced it with a new 10,000 BTU LG in 2012. In just over two years, it broke - it would not turn on. It was the control panel circuit board and cost almost as much to repair as the purchase price. The authorized LG repair company said that this had become a common problem with many LG appliances. The circuit board was replaced in the Spring of 2015, but a bit over two years later, the same problem has happened again.
LG is not interested in the problem, which is obviously a quality of manufacturing issue. They are insulting, unprofessional and condescending. I did not expect to have to replace this window air conditioner this quickly. With what I have spend between the purchase price and the repair, I would have been better off spending an additional $150 initially on a Freidrich unit. It's amazing how far a company can fall from top rated products to incredibly poor quality. I will never purchase any LG product again and would highly recommend that no one else does, either.
Purchased LG INVERTER AC from Reliance Digital and found there is cooling issues from the first day and started complaining with Reliance Digital as well as LG. Min temperature even after 2 hrs of continuous cooling is 22°C only. Service engineer informed that company is stopped replacing of faulty AC, but will repair only. Please think twice before purchasing AC from LG.
Bought LG AC just 8 months ago. Service guy giving irrelevant reply to us when called for service. His service is worst. Kindly make sure service guy is really doing service to customers or not. Please don't buy LG AC as they have not called for service or not done service properly.
I bought a LG portable Air conditioner unit on eBay (LG LP1414GXR). It died on me 3 months into services. LG fixed it under warranty. It died again a month after 12 month warranty expired. LG has refused to fix the product. Due to poor quality of product and service I would not recommend LG products to anyone. This was the last LG product that I purchased, no more LG products for me.
Here is veiled threat from LG when I informed them that I intend to inform the public about this: "At this time, the only assistance we would be able to provide would be service on the unit. If you are interested in scheduling service please contact customer service. I live in an apartment that my son owns and two of two the rooms each have an LG window air conditioner/heater in it. They are both about two years old and I have 1 of those years enjoyed them perfectly. Last week 1 of them stopped working so I needed a repairmen whom promptly came (within two days). I live in southwest Florida. The repairmen was from LG and was very professional and courteous and provided great work.
My problem happened when I was told that the reason my unit stopped working was because of a piece of Styrofoam that came loose from around one of the coils that apparently is in place for transportation of the unit but does not get removed because the installers don't even know it is in place so the piece of Styrofoam came loose and blocked the fan and hence the problem. That cost me a services call of 192.60 dollars. I do keep the unit clean. I take the screen out once a month and wash it. I ask is that not a problem that I (the consumer) should pay so dearly?
My experience with LG (Lucky Goldstar) products has been consistently poor. Their air conditioners vibrate and are noisy. I also purchased a Goldstar dehumidifier that had to be tossed because the membrane panel went bad. When I was on vacation in Mexico, the room had an LG wall unit that, big surprise, vibrated and made different noises! Is it so hard to manufacture an air conditioning unit that runs quietly? I would avoid purchasing any products from this company as they are of a consistently inferior nature. LG is quite the contrast to Samsung, another Korean corporation that makes high quality, durable products.
I purchased AC last year. I lodged a complaint in customer service during warranty period. Engineer came and found product damage. Engineer said this will be replaced as soon as we receive the product. I called many times. No response. After two months, they said I need to pay since it is out of warranty. How we can trust such a fraud company. They do pricing the products including the charges of warranty. Please careful.
The LG Company has started corresponding with me. It is being resolved
Worst experience when I bought the LG Portable AC Model 1111WXRY1 from local Home Depot on 04/02/2012. Just one week before completing one year, the cooling stopped. I called LG Customer Service on 03/27/2013 when the unit was well within one year warranty. I was given name and number of a Technician. The technician came and measured the outflow air temperature and suggested that either Compressor is bad or Freon is out. I followed up with LG after few days on 04/01/2013 and I was told they have not heard anything from technician. Upon my calling Technician, I was told that he cannot fix the AC.
I talked to customer Service again on 04/07/2013 and gave all my information again and the Rep gave me same technician number despite my telling her that they are not ready to do repair work. Thereafter, I called twice on 04/09/2013 and my phone was disconnected. So, I went to the Home Depot from where I bought this unit. The manager at Home Depot was kind enough to call the LG Customer service on my behalf. He spoke to the Representative who promised that the technician will call next day and issue will be resolved. Nobody called me next day. When I called technician, I was told, not to call him again. Reluctantly, this piece is lying in my garage. I have all dates and time and the person who I speak to are available. I could not give my review earlier due to some family issues.
I purchased the portable A/C unit LP0814WNR from Lowe's this summer to cool one room that is not connected to central A/C. After 4 weeks the fuse got tripped and after that the A/C did not start working anymore. The error code E1 came up and the manual that clearly states "LG" asks to call the customer service with an LG customer number. My first call to them resulted in confusion as they were not familiar with the differences between the model, type and serial number. The first person I talked to told me that my request to repair was forwarded and I would receive a call shortly. After three days nothing happened and I called the service center again and was told a repair was scheduled for in about 10 days and I was given a phone number. The end of the story was that after he asked for me to take a picture of the A/C and send it he stated that he would not come because the machine did not say "LG" on it. The fact that Aeon is an LG product did not change his mind.
The call center was surprised to learn that this "service center" was not working out and suggested somebody else who is not repairing portable A/C though they repair other LG products. I got three other numbers from "service centers" and was told to start calling them at 9 am next day. I ended up calling Lowe's where I had purchased the machine and because I bought it less than 30 days ago I was able to return it for a full refund. I would have liked to get it repaired but this was not working out. Everybody at the service center (which is located in the Philippines) was very friendly and tried their best but they are not familiar with those "service centers" in the USA, which are basically contractors or other businesses that repair LG products. The Aeon product webpage also has a customer phone number but they do not even pick up and once I was waiting for more than 5 minutes the call got disconnected. I will not buy a LG product again.
I bought a 12,000 portable air conditioner in July of 2015 and used it for awhile and it seems to work fine then, but in May of 2016 I hooked it up and it was not cooling off my rooms which was the kitchen and living room. So brought back to Home Depot in June before the warranty expired and they exchange it for another one 12,000 btu. I finished talking to a tech from LG because the 2nd one is doing the same as the first one did. They will not warranty the 2nd one. Only on the first which the warranty has expired. So I am stuck with a air conditioner that does not cool the rooms. I will never buy anything from LG. They do not work with you at all or stand by their products.
Purchased the LG Model: LP1415SHR Heating and A/C Unit. It leaked, then leaked again, then leaked again - flooding my floor. Had a tech come out three times and each time it (of course) was user error - they will NEVER take responsibility. The first time supposedly it wasn't level. The second time the pan is small and needs to be emptied more often, is all. The third time it was clogged. NOW the Temperature Buttons do not work, so I have an A/C that does not cool below the standard setting of 72 Degrees.
I am home-bound and on disability so this was a huge purchase for me. I sent a couple of the upper management and the board or director's emails and NEVER heard back. I am not a spiteful person, but I do take a little pleasure that people who read this will KNOW what a crappy product and an even crappier company LG is BEFORE they spend their money with them like I did.
Window unit LG model LW7013HR - I have bought 3 units within 2 years. It worked good the first year, but after a year They had a problem with capacitor twice, I had replace it. The compressor shut off before it reached the set point. Two units acted that way. I would not recommend for Unit LG to anybody. Thank you.
I purchased LG Portable Air Conditioner 10,000 BTU 5/15/14 from Home Depot. A couple of months ago I noticed it didn't function well. I was having heart problems, breathing problems. Throwing up everyday, nausea, dizziness as it progressed. Two or three weeks ago I started smelling a men's public restroom smell like pee. I live in my room with my wife due to my dialysis status. I need air. I called Home Depot repair. They connected me to the technician. I described the smell and my symptoms. He told me that he could tell me right now what was wrong. He said it smells like cat pee and it showed E4. It was the Freon added smell when Freon is leaking.
He told me that it would be 12 more days before they could come out but he would work on a better date. I don't have a problem with Home Depot. I took it to Home Depot and they exchanged it for me. I looked up the health problems associated with from Freon leak. They were what I was experiencing in my small room. I had no idea that a Freon leak causes heart problems along with breathing and dizziness problems. I was severely dizzy everyday and fell three or four times, and stumbled everywhere. The new machine has clean air and I am slowly improving. Consumer beware.
LG LPO815WNR. I have say that my experience with the LG portable air conditioner that I purchased has been trouble since day 1. I called customer service after I hooked everything up and complained that I was having trouble with a loud banging noise coming from inside the unit (sounded like rocks bouncing around inside). Let them know that the sound was not as bad when unit was set on low. She was unable to answer my questions but did send me an email the next day asking me a few questions. I responded but did not receive a reply.
Called a few day later and got someone that was obviously not in the US. Went over my complaint again. He asked me where my unit was. I told him it was in my beauty shop at my house and he told me straight out that voided my warranty on the unit because I was using it in a business??? I told him that it was at my house, in a small room??? How could it be voided. I knew that I was screwed and that LG had NO intentions of helping me with the problem. PLEASE ~ DO NOT do business with them. They are not sympathetic and will look for ways to void your warranty, even if it is not working when you first plug it in. I learned my lesson the hard way.
The unit is 13 months old and the fan is loose on the blower motor shaft. This caused a vibration that shook the unit. Looks like the keeper rusted away as has some of the shaft the fan is attached to.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY LG PRODUCTS...WORST PEOPLE AND SERVICE. We just bought a brand new split AC one week ago from a LG showroom in Dasarahalli near Jalahalli Cross, Bangalore. Their true service came into light once the booking was done. For shipping the AC to our home, they took 2 days time but before booking, they had mentioned just a few hours after our booking it will be delivered. On repeated calls to the sales person of that showroom, they delivered the AC and initially they had not mentioned any kind of extra charges but once the delivery was done, all the extra charges were told, which is absolutely ridiculous.
Now, for the installation they do not have technicians and there is only one person who is always busy with phone calls more than his work and never responds to the calls. It's been more than a week and yet the AC is still to be installed. The LG showroom sales people are least bothered about this even after we calling them up continuously. Everyday they give us lame reasons or provide us with contact number of people (according to them the higher authority of LG - which I believe they are bluffing) who are even more careless, arrogant individuals and fit for nothing.
LG's own representatives are stating that our service is like this only and we can't do anything. How cheap is that. Now, they are telling us to find someone from Quikr and get it installed by ourselves and they pay the amount to us. Cheap, very cheap. "LG - Life's Good". If you provide such services and hire such representatives, then life will become bitter and your company will soon be under loss for sure. WORST PEOPLE AND SERVICE.
I bought Window AC Model no - LWA3GP3A1.ANLG in last October. It's making too much noise, even we can't sleep in that noise. I raised complaints to area manager but he is not helping to solve issue. His team fail to resolve issues and now they are saying we can't change AC, it's replaceable in 7-8 days. Company person not solved issue and now they are even responding.
I purchased an LG window air conditioner LW8015ER in May 2015. By August 2015 the control panel on/off switch was not working properly and was hard to press on and off. I put in a repair request and they entered it in the system. First the confirmation came over by email that it was a Microwave that I was asking for repairs. I called them and told them it was not. They had the model number and the SSN of the unit and they supposedly fixed it. Wells appliance came to look at the unit, when they arrived, the technician said they had me down for a microwave but he said clearly they had the wrong information because the numbers matched the air conditioner.
Wells put called in a replacement part for the control panel. Weeks later I called and they had to put the call in again because it got lost. Weeks later the part finally comes in and the tech comes to put in the part. He can't figure out how to put it in, makes a few calls after trying and cuts himself in the meantime. Runs the unit and it sounds awful. Much, much worse than it ever ran. He said he was going to call in to get the unit replaced. From here it goes downhill.
I have made several calls to Wells and LG, they both tell me to talk to the other and I get the runaround. Here it is February 1, 2016 and I made another call to LG, they are doing nothing about this problem, they see no request from the tech to have this replaced, they want to send Wells back out. NO WAY! Both companies should be ashamed of themselves for this poor treatment they call "Customer Service". I have many LG Products and this will be the last one I buy if this is how they treat their customers. Seems like they are waiting for the warranty to run out so they don't have to repair or replace this poorly made product. They are now looking for a different service company to come out to look at the unit. They told me it will take 5 to 10 business days until I hear back. This is what they always tell me and I never hear back from them. Do not buy this product. If it breaks you will never get it fixed.
Attempted many times to obtain a refund for this defective product. Last contact was an appointment with their rolling technicians, had requested a specific time to be here - No call at the specific time, had to cancel appointment. Previous tech visit could not repair unit on the spot. Lost use of this air conditioner during the hottest month - August. So disappointing - words cannot describe. BBB has been involved also (to assist with getting a response from LG). I could go on and on...
Point here is, this product needs to be removed from sale - period. This is a defective product. It shuts off the compressor - leaving you with No Cooling... When it functioned, the heat from the exhaust tube alone, defeats the cooling. Additionally: Air-Conditioner pulls cool room air through the unit and out the exhaust tube, not efficient use of electricity, or a ideal cooling method. This unit needs to be taken off the market. Thanks for your time and reading. Great days everyone. I feel this product experience has been the right up there with the worst purchase that I can recall; ever.
LG portable AC-motel LP0814WNR (8000 BYU) - Purchased the unit in Oct 2014 at the tail end of a heatwave in Los Angeles. The unit is rated for a 200 sq. ft room. My bedroom is 150 sq. ft. It seemed to cool pretty good during that week or two. However in July-Aug 2015 I found it took 2-3 hours to drop the room 5-7 degrees. With the room starting at 83-85 degrees it took 3 hours to get the temp down to 79-78 degrees. I've had LG technicians out 3 times and all they do is measure the outlet air temp and claim the unit is operating satisfactorily. They refuse to address its inability to cool the room effectively. It looks like I wasted $300. Be cautious of LG products.
The LG Model L 214 GXR worked just fine when we got it last summer. We plug it up this year and water run out the bottom of the unit. We cannot find where it is coming from. Oh well. Good for one year and that is it. We will not buy another. Too much money for so little use.
Called on June 23 about the mode on the ac. Had to send the picture of receipt to show under warranty. Took a month to get Expert Appliance to look at it. Came and said I needed a new mode. There is no part number to give LG to order it. LG said "Sorry will check on it tomorrow." It is August in Florida and hot. Paid over 600.00 dollars for this unit and still no part and LG is no help. Came home and my house about burnt down because of this. Very angry and nobody helps.
Picture this - sleeping in your room on a peaceful summer night, suddenly waking up in shock that your AC owned for two years is catching on fire. If it weren't for the smell of the smoke or loud booming sounds two people could have been hurt.
Bought a LG air conditioner (LW8014ER) from Home Depot September 2014. August 1, 2015 it locked up. On Aug 4 a technician arrived, decided it needed a replacement part he didn't have. Removed the unit from the window, stored it in our garage, and then ceased to answer our phone calls. After multiple phone calls to LG customer service, they denied authorization to return the unit. They said the part had already been ordered (?), and then refused to answer where they were located, or where the part was being shipped from/to. They also refused to tell us how long this process would take.
In the meantime, we're without an air conditioner in the hottest part of summer. Don't guess we'll need one 'round Christmas, which is about when I expect LG to make good--although I could be wrong. NEXT Christmas is a strong possibility. After reading hundreds of reviews, seems like this unit spends more time in ICU than in the window. Shame on LG. Hope every consumer who bought one makes as much noise as this useless air conditioner. Don't have an order #, but here's the serial #:403CXEAC0612, Model #LW8014ER.
Ease of use is excellent, but alas, the product itself is illogical in that it produces as much heat inside as it tries to cool, thus recycling the heat it produces. Behaves like an elaborate fan with many different controls so that it gives the impression it works as an air conditioner (which it really isn't). Sad, because for elders who cannot lift window A/C's, no lifting is technically required to install it. But lifting is required to empty it if water condenses in the bottom (as it claims to). Too new to collect any on any of the 3 machines purchased, except 1 which gave error message as FL (full), after it rattled, and shut down, repeatedly! So, very confusing machine, as it operates like no other window A/C ever owned... potential? But no cigar! Not cheap, but not expensive for Boston summers... recommended for Southern U.S. Weather? NO WAY!
The LG air conditioner I purchased less than 3 years ago is terrible. I have to physically remove the water 4 times a day because the unit overheats and turns off. I called LG and they do not offer help and their support staff reads off a computer screen and don't know how to assist customer properly. When I asked to speak to a manager, they hang up on me. I spoke to agent ** which did not assist nor answered my concerns. I will never buy an LG product again. This company does not back up their products.
Portable air conditioner model No. LP1111WNR,LP1311WNR - I purchased the unit a year and a half ago and just recently plugged the unit in. The unit functions normally for a time and very loud I might add and then begins spewing water and ice through the cooling vent instead of cold air. Finally the fuse blew. Less than an hour of use. Something seriously wrong with this unit. Seems I am not alone with this problem. Wish I had checked out their rep before buying. They gave me a service center off island about 15 miles away. I will bring it there and probably leave it there as well. From what I have read there is no service for this company's products that is reliable. Consensus seems to be that LG is junk.
If you're in a store and considering buying an LG air conditioner... STOP and DON'T DO IT! No, SERIOUSLY. It's not just the money factor. I am trying to save you from customer service from the depths of Hades. From being on the phone with idiots who don't speak English until you have a headache of all headaches although you have refrained from banging your head. And you WILL want to bang your head. I am trying to save you from potential heat stroke.
We purchased one last summer at Home Depot in mid-June and the compressor went out mid-August. They sent a technician and we told him, it's the compressor. He ordered another part. Came back a week later and the brain box he'd ordered, surprise! Didn't fix the problem. After talking to "supervisors" in their service department who said it was our breaker box he left without fixing it. So we spent the money to replace breakers we KNEW were not defective but had to be replaced before they would return.
After suffering through an Alabama winter which those locally know does require a/c from time to time to be comfortable as we often have a week of unseasonable weather thrown at us... They finally sent a technician back in May. (I requested the service call in MARCH as my cousin from across the country was visiting in April). At the May service call (the 3rd ) the first "supervisors" at 1-800-we-no-speak-English kept insisting to the technician on site that it was our breaker box (again) but the technician, God love him, pushed it and got another "supervisor" to listen to the compressor shut off over the phone and FINALLY they agreed it was the compressor. So they replaced it.
Here it is July and the compressor is out again. This is our forecast: Heat Advisory Statement as of 3:10 AM CDT on July 21, 2015. Heat advisory remains in effect until 10 PM CDT this evening... *Temperatures... Highs 94 to 99. Heat index... Maximum values 100 to 107 degrees. *Impacts. Increased risk of heat-related illnesses including heat exhaustion and heat stroke. The moral of this story is do not buy from LG unless you want to live through miserable summers and go through the headaches of their warranty/customer service departments. FTR this was a $400 unit not a little cheapie unit. I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT OF ANY TYPE EVER AGAIN.
I have purchased an LG refrigerator, which lasted less than 2 years and a few years later an LG 1400 but portable a/c unit. I did not purchase the extended warranty with the refrigerator, so I was SOL. When I purchased the a/c, it started leaking (all over my wood floors) within 2 weeks of using it. I called LG, they finally sent a repair person, that was located over an hour away from where I live. I took the day off to be home, when the repairman got here, he told me he had never worked on one of these portable a/c units. But he gave it a shot.
He was here for 2 hours, said it was fixed, something about the float switch not working, said it was fixed and left. I WAS grateful, it was during a week-long heatwave. So, after he left I turned it back on, and within 20 min it was leaking all over my wood floors again. I called LG again, and they said that they would replace it. It came 3 days later. This is now the unit I have, it worked last summer, but again, it is now leaking all over the wood floors. I have never had an LG appliance product that has performed as it should or as it says it will. And they were both very expensive, with nice features. It's a shame. I feel LG should stick to their electronics and stay the ** out of appliances. I know, I will NEVER BUY another one of their appliances.
It has been repaired 3 times since summer of 2013 that l purchase it. Up till now the air condition is not cool.
I purchased 3 window units from Home Depot. The 2 ton 220 unit which was installed by a cert. AC man. I did not have a 220 plug so he wired it into my old central ac unit's electric box. The unit gave me problems right away with freezing up, then the plastic fan broke. The ac man did not have this replacement part. I paid over $500 for this unit for one summer use. THEN in my dumbness, I went to Home Depot and bought another one. Same thing with the freezing up. Had checked by 2 ac men and they just said LG were poor quality and they see it a lot with them. So another unit that didn't even last the summer. The 2 smaller ones I purchased were 8,000 but they lasted 2 seasons but would still freeze and spit ice when it rained. Yes every time it rains the smaller ones spit water then ice.
So I will NEVER EVER buy ANYTHING made with LG name on it. I wasted so much money. I work damn hard for my money to just throw away like that. LG would not warrant the large units due to being wired into an a/c breaker box. It was supposed to just plug in the wall. Yeah right! How many homes are equipped with 220 wiring except for clothes dryers? It was a perfectly good install and very safely done by professionals. DON'T BUY LG ANYTHING!!!
Portable air conditioner LP1014WNR - Bought this less than a year ago. Worked for the 3 months during the summer.... Obviously do not need in the winter in Minnesota. Plugged it back in the spring, does not cool. Been on the phone with LG numerous times. I've gotten nothing but a runaround from them. They can't seem to find anybody to fix portable air conditioners. So LG tells me that they will send one of their own technicians out. So I take the day off of work, but they don't show up and they don't call back. I called LG and got more runarounds. I've lost my patience. Do not buy one of their air conditioners! I also have a window unit that I've had for two and now that has stopped working. I just don't recommend any LG products.
LG Portable AC Model # LP1213GXR - I purchase this at the end of June 2013. It's been used a total of about 3 weeks since it was new. I took it out today for the first time in 2015 today, plugged it in, turned it on, it blows warm air only, compressor does not work. LG has no repair depot less than 400-500 miles away. Can you imagine what it would cost to ship something that heavy that far away and back? What this amounts to is $550.00 for three weeks of air conditioning. Not impressed and will strongly not recommend any LG product to anyone, ever again. LG was not helpful, at all.
We got two LG room air conditioners Model LT0810CR, which are sleeve through the wall style units, at considerable expense and had them professionally installed. They worked for one season and then basically completely stopped working. Out close to $1,500. Will never by LG air conditioners again.
I am presently waiting (14 days) after many conversations with LG for help. Repairman sent who has never worked on AC. Could not get LG to send him the part he decided he needed. This is the second time this has happened to me.
I purchased two units, a smaller one for my daughter's bedroom and a larger one for ours. We used hers for one season and ours once. When the next hot spell came around, hers threw the E4 code constantly so we swapped hers out w/ ours and we did without. Like other reviews stated, this code states it is in "defrost mode," and does not blow cool air during this time. Needless to say, our unit also presented with the same E4 code after swapping them out. POOR quality and function of this product.
Bought a LP1111WXR at Home Depot. Could not get the unit to work. Called LG and they arranged for a service call. At no time did the customer service rep at LG Corporate ask for or require documentation, they advised that with the serial number they had the information they needed. LG customer service arranged for the 3rd party technician to repair the A/C unit.
The technician was set to repair, and then asked for the authorization number I had been provided by LG customer service. The senior advisor at customer service had never provided an authorization number. I advised the tech that LG arranged for the service call. He checked his notes and confirmed that LG Corporate had in fact arranged for the service call....but, nonetheless, he still needed an authorization # (which I was not provided). When I called back LG they gave me the runaround for about 1-hour transferring calls, on hold, etc... The supervisors whom I spoke to where now nasty, and horrible. They advised that it was my fault for not having the authorization number, and would not help in anyway. I now know, firsthand why and how LG sells their electronics at such a great price. Their customer service is awful, misrepresents, and when their product is discovered to be defective, they will not fix it.
Worst customer experience I've ever had - don't buy LG. I'll never buy an LG product, regardless of the price. Never again.
LG 8000 btu portable air conditioner - bought for a camper 160 sq feet, was supposed to cool a 200 sq ft room. Left in box from April 2014 to June 2015 before trying to use. Found out did not cool camper. Airflow was not cool enough, problem with unit. Here's the good part, called LG ops warranty was 2 months beyond expiration date. May do a 1 time courtesy repair if I send a pic of receipt. Gave my email to cust service. Never got a response from LG. Bottom line for me I will stay away from LG products and recommend a extended warranty on all products. Just don't make things as good as they used to.
I have owned a 24,500 BTU window unit for a number of years. Once in a while it would just shut down by itself and then restart by itself. This has been going on for a couple of years. I finally decided to call LG. The guy I talked to said that if it gets too hot outside that there is a relay inside that will shut the unit down. I couldn't believe what I was being told. An air conditioner that will not cool when it is hot outside. Well the guy was correct. When the outside temperature dropped outside to 78 degrees the unit quit shutting down and stayed on. If you live where it is going to be above 80 degrees, I would recommend you stay away from LG air conditioners. The relay is on the main circuit board. The board is around 70.00, and almost every parts company that I contacted were out of stock. This tells me that a lot of LG air conditioners are having the same issue.
Purchased from Home Depot last year, ran well. Turned it on this spring & it had error code after error code. Corrected every code. Tonight it began to smell like hot plastic. Within 60 seconds it was spewing black smoke. We unplugged it & drag it outside, poured water over it to extinguished the FIRE blazing from the bottom of the unit! Thank God we weren't asleep or out, we would have lost everything including possibly our lives!
My anger cannot be fully expressed at LG and their treatment of me when my 85 lb air conditioner stopped working 11 days after I got it up 4 flights of stairs. "We'll send a technician." 15 phone calls later I got an appt. "He can't fix it." 5 more phone calls. "They need proof it can't be fixed. Must get technician to verify." NOT MY JOB. STILL HOT, STILL BROKE!!! Lucky Goldstar rebranded as LG is a disgrace!!!
My 1.5 ton window AC was not working. When I called the LG customer service center he logged my complain and the complain was closed by saying high service rate but the technician did not contacted me at all. This was repeated many times for 1 month. When I shouted on customer service center people after a long hold of 1 hr, floor supervisor informed me that he will talk to the technician but still no action on it.
I purchased LG 10,000 BTU from Home Depot. The LG unit CANNOT and DOES NOT continuously generate cool air. The compressor shuts off frequently and struggles with cooling a very small room of only 165 sq. ft. Home Depot and LG advertise this unit can keep cool a 450 sq. ft. room. Beware, do not make the same mistakes I made in believing LG advertisements or products!!!
LG Electronics 9,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner. I bought this ac unit for my bedroom, used it twice, then put it away for winter. Pulled it out and the code F4 came up constantly. Call LG and they gave me nothing but the runaround. They would not back the product up at all. They did send me a nice flyer that shows you how to troubleshoot!! What a joke. Do not buy any type of LG products, very sad because we bought mostly LG!! Very upset and disappointed - email follow up. Fortunately E4 is not an error code. This indicates that the unit has entered defrost mode. This occurs when it detects ice on the evaporator which is located behind the front grille. The unit will turn the fan speed to low and run until the evaporator is defrosted. Once defrosted, the unit will resume normal operation. BS!!
I purchased an air conditioner unit for my small maintenance office in a manufacturing plant in June 2014. By April 2015 the unit was broke. The repair company who we were referred to in Baltimore was Heavenly Cool, who has been terrible to work with. This company did not show up to 3 scheduled appointments. When the service tech finally showed (he was here after the management was gone, so no one was able to speak to the guy) he diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor and ordered a replacement. I contacted the customer service at LG to request a new unit since this unit had a bad compressor and was told that they could not replace the unit until the service company suggested that. Problem is I can't get the service company to show up. This is a very frustrating situation, so I am purchasing a new unit and it is not going to be LG.
I bought LG 1.5 ton Air conditioner from Bajaj electronics and it is defective piece. First it came without coolant and after filling coolant the outdoor unit is turning off and on for every 3 to 4 minutes. LG technician are saying it is minor problem but they could not detect the problem. Now it is there like a some sort of decorative piece. When I ask for returns they say that company policy does not allow it. I paid for a new one and already they made 3 services within 20 days of purchase, and yet no use. I want it to returned.
We purchased this air conditioner from Home Depot in August, 2014, used it for 5 weeks. We drained it for the winter and put in in the corner then set it back up week before last and it ran for a few minutes and the code CH02 came up. I looked in the manual and it said to unplug the machine and call the repairman. I got on the computer and went to LG Repair Service and explained the problem to them. We were patient and waited a week, I e-mailed them again, still no response. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. No response. I finally got upset and went to an on-line parts distributor that my husband used to use and ordered the thermistor from them.
We received it and it was the wrong one. I went back on line and found the double line with a single plug one and ordered it, got it and it's the wrong one too. So I go back on line and researched "Thermistors for LG portable air conditioner, Model # LP1213GXR". Several sites came up but guess what, there is no such part. So if you have this machine, be prepared, you can't get replacement parts and the other thing is LG customer support is the worse I have ever had any contact with. They are not helpful at all. I wouldn't own another LG product if they were giving them away. Why would a company manufacture a machine, then not have the parts that they know are going to need replacing? There are 2 main error codes on this machine CH01 and CH02, both thermistor errors so that should have told me really quick they knew this machine had a problem.
I purchased a 1.5 ton AC unit of LG. Before 2 days, It is not working right. Don't ever buy any LG air conditioning for your home, or any appliances from LG.
Landlord bought an Air conditioner Model # LW1810HR in 2012 with a 5 year warranty. One year ago it needed service, so they sent their contractors; Appliance Services of Lee County 239-694-2992 to make the necessary repairs. The technician, along with replacing necessary parts, cleaned the inside by removing the air conditioner and hosing the inside completely with WELL WATER!!
Now, in March 2015 I'm in need of repairs because it's not cooling. LG dispatches their own LG technician who tells me my warranty has been voided because the repairs are extensive. It seems my air conditioner has rusted severely. The repair man stated that he "never seen an air conditioner rust like this". I proceeded to tell him that it's possible that the well water that the previous technician from Appliances Services sprayed it with cause the corrosion.
I am not well, living with a dog in the beginning of a Hot Florida summer with No Air Conditioner and I'm being told that the warranty has been voided due to rust. This is so very unfair to treat their customers this way. I cannot afford to pay for repairs, let alone buy a new air conditioner. I think it's wrong to hold me liable since I have maintained the unit according to speak specifications. It was their service contractor's negligence that caused rust damage to my unit.
I just wanted to put in my 2 cents about LG Mini Split A/C units. I bought a LG 24000 BTU mini split about 6 months ago and installed it myself. If you are the least bit mechanically inclined you could do the same. All the wiring is color coded and the instructions are very easy to understand. Basically hook the wire labeled #1 to the connection labeled #1 on the unit and so forth. The only problem I have had with my unit is that I had a hard time getting the freon connections tight enough so they didn't leak. Once I accomplished that, my unit has ran like a champ. I live in Arizona where air conditioning is a must and I have been extremely satisfied with my LG Mini Split. I saw a post that someone said the LG was loud. I can't imagine that unless their unit was low on freon. My unit is as quiet as could be expected for a larger unit. No complaints and I would highly recommend the LG brand to anyone.
This company is unfortunately pulling apart. Just close the company - you'll save yourself a lot more money, than sending out your unequipped technicians out, by wasting everyone’s time for the second time, for over a stupid $299 ac, that’s still under a weird warranty. Don't ever buy any LG air conditioning for your home, or any appliances from LG. You will get ripped off by the company itself. Better believe this and their phony warranty. When any appliance goes bad, they'll send out a technician, instead of replacement.
Wasted my time with the technician for 4 hours. I offer the technician whom swatted his time away for soda and then helped him taking his heavy tools down, to his car. Couldn't just get the job done, over an ac that was only $299. I could lifted up no hassles. Well that's what I originally thought, but was surprise with how they treated this case. Unbelievable leaving you on a question mark with their supervisor named Marquita. 4 hours of my expensive time, no new ac replacement but more time to waste plus gas money. Never again LG, never again.
I recently bought an LG 2 ton aircon strictly believing to be quietest AC. To my utter surprise, the New model compressor is making loud thumping noise, not allowing a sound sleep. I made a mistake in opting for This model.
LP0910WNR - What is wrong with the unit lighting up E1? Manual tells nothing? HELP please?
LWHD7000HRY7 is a very noisy unit. Sometimes it sounds like a large truck is idling. Sometimes the internal pounding makes it sound like someone is pounding on the wall when I'm in the other room. It wakes me up in the night several times. I haven't used the heater yet and am hoping it doesn't make noise. I will be lucky if the heater works at all based on the other complaints I have read.
I had my 21 year old Comfortmaker heat pump finally reach it's end of life and needed to do something until I could get that system replaced. From my experience with the LG window unit I wish I could buy a LG split-system heat pump. The window unit is the same capacity as a Maytag unit I also have in another window. The LG completely outperforms the Maytag 5 to 1. Much colder air, stronger/better flow from the blower. I have no complaints with this LG LW5014 window unit, other than I wish the compressor were mounted on something to make it quieter, something common to all window units no matter who makes them.
The air conditioner blows cold air but the WATER DRIPPED EVERYWHERE!!! I thought the water would come from the back sprout where the hose was but water came from the back in numerous places. Soo.... I bought a Gallery 12 Gallon Bucket and put a stick in it to slant it so the water falls in the bucket and it does not soak up the floor anymore.
Bought a LG portable 80000 btu's from Home Depot in June 2014. Unit never worked right from day one. Had repairman come because unit never got cold. He came in with no tools, turned it on and off and said it was fine. What a joke. Finally bought it to a repair center where we will pay. It is now August and have lost the whole season with it. I have COPD and luckily no hospitalizations needed so far just a few cases of breathing difficulties. Why sell a unit you cannot get to work nor service?
I purchased a 12000 BTU unit (i.e. LP1213GXR) on 6/17/13. 2 weeks ago, it started acting up whereby the Energy Saver mode would not shut down the unit. Currently, the unit will not run with compressor for more than 2 minutes. The other unit I have, is a 10000 BTU (an LG) and that was purchased a week or two, prior to the first one. This one has the same compressor issue, as well, shutting down after two minutes. Are these units built to fail after a specified time (i.e. is it built into the software or control panel chip?) - I purchased both at Home Depot with 3-Yr. Extended Warranties (Thank God!). I would sure like to know what part in the units, that is failing! Curiosity I guess...
We have a LG gold air conditioner but when I switch it on, its on light starts to wink. What is the problem?
I bought model LP0910WNRY2 LG AC exactly 2 years ago and now the fan motor is rattling so loud that I can't hear myself think. The ball bearings in the fan motor have gone bad. It cost upwards from $180.00 to have it fixed. I paid $322.00 for this AC. If I had known it would only last 2 years I would have paid $500.00 for a nice Honeywell model. I'm going to throw it in the dumpster and buy a nice Honeywell model.
I purchased a portable LG air conditioner that arrived a bit broken. It only worked on high and the remote control didn't work at all. I followed the instructions that came with the unit about calling LG Warranty service rather that returning the unit to the store. Big Mistake. When I called on July 23, I spoke with a rep that was struggling with both their warranty system and the English language. I was told that a replacement remote would be sent and was given the names of two service companies that supposedly serviced my area. Well, neither company would travel to my location.
Called the Warranty line back and they said someone from another dept would contact me in 3-5 business days. On Aug 4, still not hearing anything, I called back and after much discussions finally convinced the rep to let me speak with their supervisor. The supervisor indicated that the initial rep had sent the request to the other department incorrectly and that he would fix that. Still not hearing anything on Aug 13, I called back and was told - again in very, very broken English that was hard to understand - that there was no service company in my area and that a third department was processing a replacement unit, however, I would hear from them until Aug 14.
No, they couldn't transfer me to the department to talk now. Also, when I hear from this 3rd department I was informed it will take another 2-3 days to actually process the return paperwork. So it appears it will take me at least a month to get anything done on my warranty claim. Tip For the Reader - if the unit is broke, skip the instructions about calling warranty service, take it back to the retailer and drop the problem on them. What a circus.
I purchased an LG air conditioner, had 3 fan motors replaced in 7 months. Then 11 days after 1-year manufacturer's warranty expires, fan motor barring goes out again. LG Rep says, "Not their problem." Thank God I purchased a 2-year full replacement warranty with Home Depot which they Happily gave me full refund and I got a Frigidaire unit which Home Depot even delivered and installed. I do not own or never will own LG product, never will I even accept as a gift... Reps are rude and stupid, very poor way to treat customers. I will never have to deal with them again.
After less than 20 hours of use in our Aliner camper, the small LG unit we bought stopped cooling just 4 weeks shy of warranty. "Oh well, so sad, too bad," says help lines. Do not consider this shoddy LG line of products.
LP0910WNR - Warranty just ran out then the unit wont go below 78* f. So I contact customer service and I have a hard time understanding the person. It's like I called direct to Iran. Finally all they would do is send by e-mail troubleshooting. When I read the remedies I got even more angry. These were the steps I DID when I first got the unit and all I'M looking for is a place to have it serviced, so here I go again in circles.
I bought and installed 6 split ac with LG brand in my apartment in Kuwait city. I was very unhappy with them from day one and still I am. The sound of the fan is very loud even on the minimum speed. I'm totally unsatisfied and I wish I can change them them but I cannot.
Our portable a/c unit was purchased in April 2013. The unit started spraying water everywhere six days after one year warranty was up. I called with my complaint and they actually did the right thing and extended the warranty. They had a local company come out, pick it up and service the unit at their shop. When the unit returned, it worked for a couple days then started spraying water again, and trip our circuit breaker. So, after calling LG with our original issue and a new one, LG sent the same company out again. After a couple days, the company called to let us know it was a manufacturer defect and should be completely fixed. 20 minutes after the company left our house, it started spraying water and tripped our breaker yet again. I then called LG again to start the complaint process and the representative said he was putting in for a replacement request. 6 days after calling to verify they received the correct info, my claim was denied and was no longer eligible for repairs based on company policy.
Model LW1211ER - LG Electronics and their so called service repair people that they call to repair their equipment are not only the worst customer service company with run around people who have no answers, no follow up but their technician repair person puncture my sealer letting out my freon in my apartment. Left my ac sitting in my apartment for six days until I had to have it removed. I got stuck with no repair, hours of calling and nothing. I believe they should have at least offered something for my time and aggravation. I could not even get to a supervisor.
After running the air conditioner for about 8 hours, the FL light came on. According to instructions I was to drain the upper and lower internal collection tanks. After doing this, the unit would run for a minute and then the FL light came on. I attempted to start the unit several times and the FL light continually came and then unit quit running. In the directions it states that if the FL light comes on frequently there is something wrong with the unit and to contact professional service for help. Very disappointed after only 8 hours of use.
LG Portable Air Conditioner - model # LP1213GXR - Purchased this unit mid-May 2013; used through mid September (as I live in the Northeast). Unit ran well, however, towards the end of the "season", it did not seem to cool the area I was using it in as well as when I initially bought it. Reconnect it for use this summer season and realized it was not operating efficiently. The air was moderately cool no matter what temperature I set it at. Called LG Customer Service. They tried to "troubleshoot" the problem over the phone - no success. Gave me a 'service' rep in my area, who, upon contacting, informed me he does not service LG appliances anymore. Called LG back - no resolution. I seem to be STUCK with a POS AC unit that worked correctly for maybe 2 - 3 months. Will NEVER buy anything LG ever again. Would rate my experience at ZERO stars if I could!!
In Sept 2013, I bought an LG through-the-wall unit. They are supposed to be sturdy and last for years, are sealed into the wall in a metal sleeve. I used it a month or so, then it was covered for winter. Come Spring, I used it a few weeks and mid-June, it started making a loud clunking noise and stopped working. I was shocked. Called LG and the woman to my information, said I'd be getting an email and call to schedule service. A few days later, no call, no email. So I called again. This woman gave me an appointment, so there was progress. The Tech came and inspected the unit, said that fan was totally broken off, he seemed surprised it was so defective. He had no idea how to fix it, didn't understand it was sealed in the wall, so he called the office and sent pictures/video. They told him it is the "customer's responsibility" to "make the unit accessible" for repair. They don't replace, only repair, regardless of the level of damage.
For all I know other parts will fall off, or the bouncing fan damaged other parts inside - but they obviously don't care. I had to call the installers who agreed to come an hour before the tech is scheduled to come and remove it from inside the wall and put it on my floor while I cover the huge hole in the wall and wait for the tech, who will hopefully fix it while it's on my floor, then will have to test it while it's on my floor, and after it is fixed the installers will have to come and put it back in the wall and get it sealed up. It would have been easier on everyone to just put in a new unit. It shouldn't have died in 9 months with little use and who knows what's going on in there now. They clearly want the cheapest way out for themselves and don't care about customer satisfaction or safety. Shame on them. I will never buy another LG product of any kind and will instruct everyone I know to do the same.
I purchased an LG Art Cool air conditioner 2 years ago. Beginning this year, I noticed the fan was making an odd noise when it would start up in the dehumidifier option. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the fan was spinning on an angle/warped cycle. I called a 3rd party repair company (the installer was not around to call) and was advised that the fan and the motor may need replacing. They then contacted LG and was advised that yes this was a KNOWN issue. You will need to replace the motor and the fan blade for $600 plus taxes.
I then proceeded to contact LG myself and after 8 different transfers I ended up with the supervisor of customer service who proceeded to tell me that this was not a known defect and that I needed to pay to get it replaced. Also, the warranty was good for 1 year (useless). She then proceeded to tell me that "well at least it's worked for this long". So basically I should be happy that a HOME AIR CONDITIONER UNIT lasts 2 years.... this apparently equates to the price of the damn unit. Poor customer service. This is obviously a defect that should be covered by LG but they would rather get bad reviews instead of standing behind their products. Never again.
On 05 May 2013, purchased a new LG Air Conditioner, LP1213GXR unit for $399 at Home Depot. The unit stopped cooling and displayed a service code on 2 September 2013. On 3 September 2013, I contacted LG Service, as directed in the owner's manual. After three calls, LG directed me to a local repair service. The repair service did not return repeated calls and failed to keep two appointments. Owner of the repair service indicated parts for the repair were back ordered from LG. Repeated calls back to LG resulted in lots of promises that someone would get back to me. LG Service never called me back. If I did not call them there was no contact. It is now 7 October 2013; I had submitted proof of purchase and complied with all their information requests. My call to LG this AM ended with another promise that someone would call me back. As it has been six weeks without a working air conditioner, LG has been successful in making me buy another unit - NOT made by LG. At this point, there can be no satisfactory resolution to this claim. I have had to replace the unit.
I bought an LG from eComfort. Unit arrived with a dink. Argued, got nowhere. That was eComfort. About 6 months later, unit has error code, stopped cooling, so I called technician. LG has rudely told me I should have never have bought the unit in the first place. According to LG I should have not been able to buy the unit in the first place and never installed. So no warranty.
Needles to say I will never ever ever buy an LG anything. I am angry, very angry. HVAC people are not the gods of the world. I have a very good a/c knowledge. I refuse to pay them super dollars. To conclude I downloaded the error code page and I think it's the indoor thermistor. Waiting to get part. In the a/c world warranty is a word that's becoming extinct. And as far as Trane is concerned, the same. Never ever buy. Yes they also have warranty as long as you call their guy and expensive dollars.
Purchased the largest 110v LG Window Air Conditioner at Home Depot on January 9th 2013. On May 26th the Unit started freezing up. Contacted LG, it took 16 days to get a technician out to diagnose, then 4 days to wait for a new Condenser. 2 weeks later the unit froze up again. Called LG whom sent out the same Technician the next day and he stated it was low on refrigerant. This is a sealed unit that was ice cold on the day of the first repair, but he stated it was not fully charged, so he charged it. Three weeks later the unit froze again. LG stated they would send the same Technician the next day for a third attempt, and that if it could not be resolved they would then replace the unit. I was told the appointment time would be between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. but after having left work early my wife waited there all day for nothing. The technician never called or showed.
At 6:05 p.m. I called LG who stated not to worry he would be there some time that night. At 8:15 he showed up. I was there for this visit. I am a 30 year GM Technician and hold both ASE, Robin Aire, IMACA and GM A/C certifications. I watched the technician hook a gauge to the unit and the readings with the unit on was 60psi on the low side. They do not use a high side. The needle never waivered, yet the evaporator was frozen as were the lines leading toward the compressor. He claimed that the evaporator must be clogged. I replied it had been professionally cleaned the first time it froze up in May even though it was only 5 months old. He was adamant the unit could not breathe, so we took the unit outside and with a flashlight removed the evaporator and flushed the unit with a hose and found no debris, no mold, no dirt, nothing restricting the cooling fins. The water was clear and went straight through front to back and top to bottom. This stumped and confused the technician who claimed he did not know what was wrong.
We reinstalled the unit and turned it back on and watched it start to freeze again the exact same way. I stated that where the freeze point ended had to be the point of an internal restriction debris, etc. and he stated that it must be a free floating internal restriction but had no idea how to fix it. So he wrote a note saying the system was fully charged and cleaned and he found nothing wrong. I was left with an A/C unit that still does not cool and freezes up. I called LG today, they had previously told me that after three repair attempts they would replace the unit. However today, they stated they would send a different technician who could give a different opinion, then they would consider replacing the unit. I was extremely upset and was beside myself with anger.
First I was lied to about the time of the appointment, then I was lied to about third time repair attempt and they would replace my unit. Now I am expected to lose more time at work to be there for another repair attempt when they have failed in the last three to make a repair. There must be another way to resolve this short of buying another unit. I have a three year replacement plan with Home Depot but it does not start until after the year is up and that is still 4 months away, and in the heat of Florida I will not last 4 months with out A/C. This is unacceptable and should not be the way a company treats their customers. I will never buy another LG product and will pursue this until I get some type of resolution, I am just not sure what or when that may be.
2 years ago, we bought an LG floor standing air conditioner for our elderly parents. It worked well for exactly one year. After taking it to a local authorized repair service we were told the compressor needed replacing - they don't do that kind of repair. After many, many phone calls to LG, we were fortunate enough to find the compressor was under a 5-year warranty. LG shipped us a new unit and picked up the broken one. Just before that incident, we purchased a second for our home. It also worked very well for exactly one year. The compressor stopped working. Now we find out that LG discontinued the warranty on that compressor. We're one month past the one-year warranty period. This COULD be a good product but it's not. LG is very difficult to deal with. I recommend NOT buying this product!
Installed unit in Sept. of 2010, a/c froze up in June 2011, installer added refrigerant. Unit did same thing in 2012, LG said there was leak in system, installer couldn't find problem and gave up. Contacted another co., they talked with LG and did everything to find leak, after 3 attempts they also quit. The last co. I hired was told to replace several thermistors in the outdoor unit and inside unit. In July of 2013, the same problem happened, that service tech also said he was unable to help me. I called LG and they will not give me any further help either. I'm stuck with a unusable piece of junk plus all the service calls, $2500 down the drain!!!! THANKS LG.
I just used my A/C for a week. I heard a loud noise coming from outside and smelled electrical burning. I turned it off and tried it again - loud noise from outside the unit and burning smell. I turned the unit off. I was scared the unit was going to catch my house on fire. I called LG to have them service it. I already had the date and time and company they were sending. Then the customer service guy informed me the warranty had already expired 6 days ago. Really! This company could not honor it - after buying a refrigerator and stove from them. I am really disappointed with them. Let’s see if I buy another product from LG or even recommend them to my family are friends.
I bought this LG Air Conditioner model LP1111WXRY1 unit in July of 2011. The cost was just over $400.00. This unit never got cold. I would set it 63 degrees and would not get even remotely cool. My room size is 400 square feet; this is 11000 BTUs more than enough. I contacted LG service and was told it was now out of warranty, but if the compressor was at fault, they would cover it, and gave the phone number to an authorized service provider.
I contacted the service provider, who promptly told me it would cost over $200.00 for the repair, but there would be no charge for the compressor and did not even have the correct Freon (R410A) available to do the repair and would have to order it. I would be better off if I re-contacted LG and tried to get a discount on the new model. I re-contacted LG, who then said it did not qualify for a discount or extended warranty, and it was my prerogative to go elsewhere for repair or to purchase a new unit from them or someone else, as they all have the same fees.
I had one season of poor AC usage from a box that wasn't working right from the beginning. Due to the type of customer service LG provides, it will definitely not be them for any future appliances! LG, you lost a valuable customer!
I purchased an LG model LW1212HR window a/c unit rated to cool more than 500 sq. feet. If I set temp on 63 degrees and place a high speed fan in front of the unit, it will bring the temp down to 93 degrees. Outside ambient is high, at 101 degrees, but my old, worn-out Kenmore (rated much lower) cooled fine until it lost its freon. I liked the specs on your unit because it offered heat, which I needed, but the fan speeds are totally inadequate and compressor never shuts off. By my measurements, it cools an area 24 inches wide and 8 inches deep immediately in front of the air outlet.
I've had the unit reviewed by an a/c expert and he says the unit just isn't able to perform, being too small. I paid an outrageous price for a useless device ($496.87) and I require and deserve better equipment. I do not want to keep this thing. I need a much more robust unit. I'm asking for a full refund so I can have a professional find me a better replacement for my old Kenmore. I bought this LG unit on August 3, four days ago and have already signed the warranty card back to you. Please respond soonest. I'm retired and unable to horse these units around, but I will pay the professional to remove and return it to Home Depot or wherever you say. I expect a good faith refund for my good faith payment of $500, not counting what I paid for installation.
I bought one of their portable air conditioners and it leaks water. The built-in sump captures very little water, but water runs out of the bottom around the mounts for the casters. It is now out of warranty and LG won't even let me schedule a service call for it. They know these all have the same problem and will not do anything about it. We have it sitting in a tub and we empty out a gallon or more of water everyday!
I have an LG (Model: lwhd 7000hry7) window air-conditioner. When I turn it on, it makes a noisy sound. Sometimes, when I turn it off then turn it back on, it doesn't make the noise. When timer shuts it off and when it comes back on, it makes the loud noise. Do you have a suggestion that would help me? Thanks.
I bought a LP1311BXR model portable air conditioner on July 24, 2011. That time, there was not enough cold air from the air conditioner. I turned on this M/C on June 10, 2012. It worked, but the cold air never came from the air conditioner. I called your service center. One guy gave me an after service store telephone number. That is Dial Appliance (718-368-1512). That store is always busy. I got an appointment on July 24, 2012 for service. Yesterday, a serviceman came to check the air conditioner. He told me there was no cooling gas in the air conditioner. So, he could not fix any. He reported to LG Co. I could not use the air conditioner all this summer. Why did you sell a very bad air conditioner?
In June 2012, I bought an LG Air Conditioner at Home Depot in the Bronx. I brought it home, installed it in the window and it blew warm air. I called LG as instructed by Home Depot. LG sent a repairman from Rising Star Service Solutions and he confirmed that the air conditioner was defective. I was then told that I should mail in the receipt and the work order and a full refund would be mailed out in 2 weeks. When I asked the repairman if he would take the air conditioner, he said no, that I had to dispose of it. Several more calls to LG and now they tell me they want a letter describing what transpired. Why? They know what transpired. Two weeks went by and no check.
My portable air conditioner model LP1210BXR was purchased at Home Depot on 7/10/2010. I paid $449.00 with a military discount. I have used the unit less than 60 days since purchase. When I tried to use the unit this year, I got a CH03 error. I called LG and they gave me the phone number of a local service center. The serviceman told me it was probably the compressor and it would cost about $400.00 to repair and replace. I contacted customer service and they wrote up the incident and said they were submitting it for warranty extension as the unit shouldn't have failed in that time frame. I was told to contact them in 5 days for a decision.
When I called back in 5 days, I talked to Karen. She re-took my info and said she would submit it for warranty extension again. She apologized for the mix-up. I called back today and was told by Eon in customer service that my case was rejected because it was too old. I am prepared to take the unit back to Home Depot and put in front of the store with a sign "Do not buy LG appliances!" I am also going on to all sites that sell LG products and post the most negative review possible.
I bought an LG AC 8000 BTU unit on March 26th, 2012. On June 26th, 2012, it started freezing up and was no longer blowing cold air. I went to LG chat. They gave me a number for an authorized repair place that came out and said there was a restriction on it and they do not fix that small of a unit? I used it for my show cavies that are now dying and I will sue if this a/c is not replaced ASAP. I expect an a/c unit to last more than three months. These animals are worth a lot more than the unit. I cannot afford to go get a new a/c. The more animals that die, the more I will be suing for. I recommend you get me a new unit before Friday.
Another LG Product that does not work - I bought an LP0910WNR to go inside a fifth wheel RV I am renting. AC worked great when it was cooler outside. Now that it is 107 degrees outside, it will not cool. I found a review that said this is a safety feature, according to the LG service desk. It goes back with a message to Home Depot to quit carrying LG products. Maybe if enough people complain to HD, maybe they will quit carrying this junk. LG slogan "Life's Good" should be changed to "Low Grade".
LG voided warranty based on inaccurate assessment of install - Late last year, I bought and installed an LG LP0910WNR freestanding, portable air condition unit from Home Depot. After failing to cool the room, I called LG who sent their repairman William to inspect the unit. He stated that the unit was installed incorrectly due to obstruction caused by a screen on the window and that it wasn't plugged into its own circuit. He also claimed that many people misunderstood the installation instructions and even recounted a call he had made where the exhaust hose was stretched across the room to be vented outside and that was not how it was supposed to be done. Note that at no time during his visit did he state that any of what I had done voided any kind of warranty.
Immediately, I had my suspicions about the product: Why is the hose as long as it is if the unit can't operate without breaking with it fully stretched? Obviously, it wasn't only me that had a misunderstanding about the installation of the unit and that the instructions were not clear. Of the hose, the manual states "Do not block the air inlet or outlet of the air conditioner. Reduced air flow will result in poor performance and could damage the unit". As a layman, my understanding of "reduced air flow" did not really include a screen. In fact, in the hose itself at the exhaust end, there is a screen included with the unit.
William lamented that he didn't know why LG marketed the unit as a consumer unit when it really takes a professional to install it, specifically because he had to be called out to correct what he perceived to be LG's marketing failure. In fact, marketing for the unit at different electronic retailers on the web state, "Not really an installation kind of person? Don't worry. Most of us aren't. That's why we make portable air conditioners". William mentioned that really the unit needed to be vented to the outside via a hole in the wall and not through the window, even though the instruction manual devotes at least six pages to proper window installation.
Regardless, I fixed the noted install issues: I plugged the unit into its own circuit, I removed the screen and installed the hose with no obstruction to the outside. Although the hose wasn't "excessively" stretched before, I made sure that it traveled no more than 4-5 feet until terminating at the window. The unit itself stands next to the window and its intakes are unobstructed. I insulated the hose with temperature resistant black foil used normally in photography shoots where the lights get hot enough to light paper on fire to prevent exhaust heat leakage into the room. There are many people in my household as well as visitors that can verify that I took these steps.
After doing so, indeed the unit lasted through the summer and easily kept the room cool. However, near the end of the summer (maybe 2 or 3 months or so afterwards), the compressor broke. I called LG and they sent a repairman (not William) to look at the unit. They confirmed the unit was broken while it was installed in its previously operational configuration. At no time during the visit did the repairman mention anything about an incorrect install of the unit. In fact, the repairman ordered a part so that he could install it on an subsequent visit. On the day of the repair, my dad had emergency health issues and I had to cancel the repair visit. Once his health issues had been addressed, it was winter, so I saw no need to continue repair of the unit and did not pursue it again until April of 2012.
In the meantime, since the unit was not functioning, I removed the hose from my window (to ensure no heat leaked out of the window in the winter) and replaced the screen. This April, LG again sent a repairman at my request after explaining my dad's health issues. The repairman who showed up was William, the original LG repairman. William informed me that he could not honor the warranty because the air conditioner was not installed correctly and attributed the failure of the unit's compressor to this mis-installation. Even after explaining that the screen was replaced and the hose taken down after the unit broke and became useless, he refused to honor the warranty citing that he had originally annotated a mis-installation from his first visit.
Note, Again, William did not mention anything about a voided warranty on the unit on his first visit. LG markets the unit as consumer/layman-friendly. William mentioned that many people installed it incorrectly, at least initially. LG technical support and a second visiting repairman fully intended to repair the unit, going as far as ordering a part for it and at no time did LG or that second repairman mention a voided warranty after personal inspection of the unit. On his second visit, William initially based his judgement on the configuration of the unit after I had uninstalled it for the winter. He then changed his story referring to his annotations of the original mis-installation. To paraphrase: "If I had seen the window without the screen or the hose piped through a hole in the wall, it would have been a different story".
This leads me to these conclusions: LG implied through the packaging on the box and marketing on the internet that its LP0910WNR can be easily installed by an average layman consumer, although in actuality for it to operate properly, a professional with air conditioning expertise is required. LG failed to honor repair of the unit on grounds that are tenuous at best. LG has created a product and repair situation that is unfair to the consumer.
I purchased a window air conditioner unit LG from Home Depot. I took the unit, installed and guess what happened? It did not blow cold air at all. I took it back and exchanged for another LG. Again, it did not function properly and keep shutting off. I live in Florida, the summertime started earlier this 2012. I will never recommend or buy another low quality LG unit to include any electronics, follow the roots and find out who makes the LG because as long I live, I will make sure that anybody I know won't buy them.
The LG window unit flooded my office floor due to a dirty filter. From day one, it has made more noise than a lawn mower with a bad muffler. You get what you pay for but should you have to suffer damages due to a filthy design, it has not enough drain holes in the pan. I am waiting for the court date for a $2000.00 damage suit.
I called the LG 1-800-243-0000 number and was told there would be a $75 service charge plus parts and labor. I purchased my Window A/C unit on 9/14/09. I cannot put my energy saver on mode as the unit freezes over, then I have to turn it off, all the water runs in the floor when it defrosted and I have to mop all the water up.
When I called that number, your rep tech told me I needed to run the A/C on 82 degrees. Well if that is the case, no need for A/C as some nights it is 82 degrees here. He was very rude, told me I needed to clean my filter every week, and I clean it every three months. He also told me my unit did not have energy saver and I was standing in front of my A/C reading all the functions with all the controls on it. He had no clue what I was talking about.
I will never buy another LG product as long as I live. It was the worst conversation I had ever had with a rep. He did not know what he was talking about. He was rude and disrespectful. I called on July 26, 2011, around 8 or 8:15 p.m.
I am very dissatisfied and I will tell my friends that LG has the most unsatisfactory service that I have been exposed to! I will further seek and find a name brand that will stand behind their product, and have faith in their warranty.
After careful consideration and reviewing of the quality of merchandise, I concluded that LG air conditioners suck. It had no adequate drain hole; water drained on the inside wall resulting to damage, and it is not cooling after two years of usage.
I have called LG service here in Qatar to fix the A/C that I have bought in March 2011. I have been informed that their people will come next day, which is Tuesday, 5/24/2011. However, until now no one shows up. After repeated follow-up calls with their call center, the only thing they are able to say is that our maintenance guy will call me when he is free or willing to come. On the other side, I have spoken to Samsung who promised to come on Thursday. They already did! Since I bought 2 A/Cs from LG, I now need to return them back due to that poor service, especially that we live in a country where we are not able to live without A/C for an hour.
From the very day I purchased this Lg 1.5 ton split AC 2009 from Uttam Sales, Bistupur, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), I am having this problem with the water outlet from the interior unit. Despite repeated requests and complains to the dealer and service centre to replace the AC which was under warranty, nothing materialized. Thrice or four times they sent a service centre executive saying my problem will be solved and there is no need to replace the entire unit because the problem remains the same.
After getting serviced, it works for a few days but the problem remains the same due to the interior walls are getting damped and there is flurry of water drops on the bed and the longer we keep the AC on, the water drops get faster and we have to switch off the AC and then again, we switch it on later for some time and this has to be done again.
Now, I have decided not to make any complaint to the dealer or the service centre as I know it's going to be of no use. If I don't get the entire unit changed in a week, I will take some serious measures to get rid of this problem.
Regular flow of water drops on the wall are making it damp. The sleeping bed gets wetter, damaging the mattress and the wooden part swells up damaging the wood. Due to the dampness in the walls, we have to get the walls painted regularly or else it spoils the show of the room. The biggest of all problems is the repeated on/off of the machine to avoid water drops on the bed especially in the night causing a lot of harassment.
Re: LG Air Conditioner Model LT1010CR ; Serial # 801TAMA00435 9800 BTU for 440Sq Feet I leave in one apartment of 240 Sq Feet and on August 21, 2010, I purchased from P.C. Richard Store # 56, an Air Conditioner 4800 BTU, valid for 440 Sq Feet which I paid in full. Store Invoice # 56-1852045-1/08.21.09. I am disappointed because your the Air Conditioner which was calculate and built to cool an area of 440 Sq.Feet is not doing the job.
In this situation, I called LG which sent persons from three companies:
3.1 A&E Appliance Sales & Service: 367 North Ave; New Rochelle, NY 10801; 914-576-4006 #8565 person name Errol (undecipherable what he wrote) he said that need welding, but he did not pick up the AC to do the welding.3.2 L.G. Service work order date 07.20.10; Rising Service Solutions Inc.; 478 11th Street; 201-944-5500; Receipt RNM100716073101; the Factory Trained Technician; Chang- pick up the AC and returned. Unit Fixed & Returned- (not what he did to the unit)
3.3 On 08.07.10 came from: Dynamic Appliances Sales & Services 1852 Bronxville Ave; Bronx, NY 10462; 718-824-2400, checked the AC temperature which was find 60F. Temp in room still seat 80F. and even after that, the AC does not work properly cooling the area half smaller then he was calculated and build for. After I shot off, in the room start to be warm, because the cool air which was sent by the AC is stopped. Therefore this product does not have a satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose described as laid down by the law. Years back I had an AC 5.000 BTU for one apartment: 2 bedrooms, leaving and dining room. I kept it in leaving room but after a while when I shot it off in the room was nice and cool not like this AC.
To be mentioned that on July 23.2010 I wrote a complain to LG. Customer Service; 13850 Manchester Rd.; Ballwin, MO 63011, which did not answer me even until I am writing to you this letter. (certify mail receipt # 70006-2150-0001-0952-3418). If I want to have this condition, I should not pay $540.99 for the AC, I could receive cool area using the ventilator. In this case because the product build and sold by LG did not done the purposed job, I which to have the necessary approval to return it and to receive my money back.
The compressor on my air conditioner is going out it makes a big sound when it kicks on and off, I called and they said I need the sales receipt. They have worked on it the last 2 years for leaks and never ask me for the receipt. It blows out cold air one minute and hot the next. Still have 3 years left on warranty.
Can you help? My wife cannot walk and has to sit in hot house because I cannot find receipt even though they worked on it the past 2 years. I got it from home depot on 6/08/2008.
I bought 2 lg air conditioners from home depot, a 24500 and a 8000 air conditioners on June 2 2010. They both now needed service. The 24500 needed drain holes drilled. The 8000 needs a compressor. Now the repair shop took it and when I called them they had it for 2 weeks now and when I called them they say the part is on a boat and they can't tell me when it will be done. They are in the middle. LG policy is that way. Now I have been with out this air for a month. If you count the time I waited for the repair man to come for the appointment when I call LG they say in plain words, I'm screwed. I have to play the waiting game. Now the air is less than 3 months old. I feel I have been abused because I am not a loud person.
My poor husband has heart disease and really needs the air. I am not trying to be drama but its not right to be treated that way. I'm a team player but come on, is there any law that says if a appliance is under 3 months and goes bad they will replace it or any help you can give me? Oh yea and when I bought these airs I gave away my old ones. Who would have thought this would happen? Please help me. I have to use extra fans and plenty of showers to keep cool and drinks
Victory installed 2 split AC units manufactured by LG in June 2009. I turned them on this June, and after a few days, one of the units failed with a code C6. Victory has made 6 service calls, and it has replaced fluids, sensors, the control panel, and the compressor. It still will not stay running. It fails after a few hours with the same code C6. There is a warranty of 2 years for parts and 3 years for the compressor.
I am out $99.99 for labor, and I am being charged $431.00 for the control board replacement. I do not handle the heat well, and we have had 90 degrees plus Fahrenheit weather for over a month now. I want the unit repaired or replaced, or I want a full refund. The installation and parts cost over $6K for the 2 units.
Two years ago, I purchased an LG Air conditioner from Home Depot. It is a model LWH08000RY6 and was to be used as a bedroom A/C unit. We placed it in a window in the bedroom and it was the worst thing I have ever heard. It rattles and bangs when the compressor starts and is very loud. It cycles on and off almost constantly, so the noise goes on and on. We moved it to another window, but the results were the same. We then moved it to another room, but got the same results. I called for warranty service and a technician came to my home to look at the machine. He said that there was nothing wrong with the machine.
We again placed it in a bedroom and it keeps me up all night shaking the walls, the window etc. We have a friend who also bought the same A/C unit and complains about the noise. After the second year of this, we placed it in the window for the 2010 season. It is louder than ever with its banging and vibrations. Since the initial visit by the technician was at the end of the first season of use (approximately 2.5 months), I did not figure that calling would get me any results. I have other A/C units in my home. None are LG and they are quiet and efficient and work fine.
Be assured that I will never buy any LG product in the future. I don't care what kind of rating they get or how reasonable the price. This product has taught me a valuable lesson, stick with the brands you know and have confidence in. That surely is not LG. I am sure the unit is defective in some way, but they will never own up to that. So I spent the money to fix the problem.
After suffering through the noise for the past three weeks (since A/C unit was again placed in the window), we decided to buy a new A/C unit for the bedroom. I have a GE unit which is quiet and works fine. The unit is 4 or 5 years old. So today, I purchased a GE A/C unit for a total cost of $190.00. We brought the unit home and placed it in the window. It is cooling the room fine, and you cannot even tell it is on. It does not vibrate, bang or shake the wall. This proves to me that there is something wrong with the machine. I would not even give it away, let alone consider trying to sell it.
We bought an LG air conditioner 3 years ago and it has never worked right. Two years ago we had to have a new control board installed as it would not shut off. We never used it last year. This year we turned it on and it never shut off. For something we have only used one or two times in three years - I would never purchase a product from them again.
When you call on the phone, you cannot understand the person you are talking to. We are currently waiting for a technician to come out and look at our air conditioner again. It is still under warranty and am hoping we do not have a problem as I have no intentions of paying for any labor or parts!
Actually, we purchased an AC at Faiz & Co on 21st April 2010. Later, installation was fitted on 23rd of April but the fitted AC fails to work. They told that they send the persons to service the AC. Until now, no response was given to us. We have made a call to LG customer service more than 50 times but no actions ever took place.
Last week, I had requested for servicing ( washing & cleaning) of 4 Split A/Cs installed at my home before using these units this summer. The units were purchased in 2008. I was told that due to work load, it will take two to three days to undertake the work. I agreed to this but am disappointed that even after the passage of six days the work has not been undertaken. I had bought LG units as I thought that Customer support will be good. Please ensure that the servicing is done on 29/3/10. I tried to lodge complaint on LG Pakistan website but instead of "Submit" button I get "Browse" which leads to nowhere.
Purchased a window unit air conditioner/heater model LWHD7000HRY7 (7000 btu) from home depot to be installed in new construction. Room to be conditioned is 200 sq ft with standard height ceiling. No windows, one door and entire room is insulated with the best insulation you can use, closed cell spray foam insulation in ceiling and walls. The heater was first used this fall. This unit will not heat the room. Never reaches 70 degrees, never cycles off and the air emitted from the discharge is barely warm as discerned by the touch. LG's authorized warranty representative AusTech appliance says that is as good as they operate. There is supposedly nothing wrong with a heater that doesn't heat. This unit is worthless.
We purchased a small room ac to cool the small interior of our boat while we redid the interior. We purchased the ac new from Home Depot under the Gold Star label, mfg. by LG Electronics.
Purchased a LG Mini Split Air Conditioner Model # LAN-125-HV in March of 2009, the unit has been "repaired" for the same error code C6 three times and to date still does not run. I am so frustrated with their customer service and their product that I want a refund and reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses for the labor.
I purchased one 1.5 ton split air conditioner from Sri Sai Enterprises through CSD canteen on 28/04/2009. Suddenly, from the first week of this month (August), the A/C is not working. I made a complaint to 1-800-180-9999. I got an advice to contact Mr. **, mobile number **. When I contacted him, he came on the next day and told me that the condenser is to be changed. After that, he did not turn up to my house. Even though I made repeated complaint to the above said numbers (including to Mr. **, mobile number **), my A/C is not yet (30/08/2009, 13:00 hours) repaired or even bothered to make an attempt to repair.
I am unable to repair it on my own since the product comes under warranty. Whenever I try to contact Mr. **, his mobile is switched off. Now I am fed up with your service and feel not to purchase any LG products in future. This type of poor, irresponsible service is to be brought to the knowledge of CSD officials and the public. I do not know if this type of problem comes only from me or a general problem. However, you are requested to look in to it seriously. Thank you.
i am having an LG 1.5 ton aircondition which is having some problem becouse of that there is no cooling, i have given complines to the costomer care about the same, but naina cool traders which is the autrised service center for LG is not ready to replace the compressor of the A/C which is under warrenty.. so becouse of that i am facing many problems.
