I trusted this "family owned" company with nearly $40,000 to remodel my kitchen. At first, I was mostly happy with the remodel, although communication from customer service was lacking. About 2 months after my new cabinet doors and kitchen island were installed, the laminate began to pucker and pull away from the wood. Kitchen Magic at first tried to blame me for using products that caused this. I did not. I had to go around and around with the company for literal months before they would honor the warranty and wvwn come out to look at the issue. When they finally did, they had to admit it was a MANUFACTURING FAULT. Then, they tried to charge me for repairs! I absolutely refused and had to go around and around again, being handed off from one person to the next.

I tried Kitchen Magic when my husband was out of town which gave me a vacation from cooking. My order arrived quickly and packaged well. The meager ice did not survive the trip, but items were not totally thawed. I am pescatarian, so I ordered fish and vegetable entrees. The packaging made you anxious to rip them open and dig in. Which I did. I'm still ripping them open to find one that tastes better than the first. Hasn't happened yet. Running out of packages. I expected Kitchen Magic's products to be far superior than they turned out to be. These were certainly NOT inexpensive meals. I expected to get the quality of food I had paid for. Which I do not feel I got. I would have been happier with the frozen dinners at the grocery store. As a matter of fact, that's my next stop. I had read all these rave reviews from Kitchen Magic customers. What have these people been eating previously that they think this is good food?

We used Kitchen Magic back in 1994 for our kitchen remodel and were extremely pleased. When we decided a few months ago to reface our kitchen in our new home, we didn't hesitate to contact them again. This time around, though, 30 years later, their service is very poor. After waiting for our order for 6 weeks, when the first installer, Chuck, was here, he told us he had never seen so many mistakes made on one order before, and it took 4 more weeks for new parts to be ordered. That order was incomplete as well and the second installer, Dylan, said he had never seen so many mistakes either.

Easy process with great staff...Right from the start, we were in good hands. They was very professional and differently knows his profession and did a great job...They have done this work flawlessly, came when they said they would and were very friendly.
