The build team worked hard to make sure there was minimal disruption to our lives and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Team patiently guided us through the process and ensured we felt comfortable asking all our questions.

You were right, we LOVE our new Kitchen! They are excellent at their craft of cabinetry and kitchen design/knowledge. We encountered challenges in our remodel as all homeowners do. I am very happy with our vanity and it is definitely a quality product.

My kitchen is where I spend all of my free time and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish we had an awesome experience. Most of my cabinets were in great shape so I wanted to use what I had. We added some new and gained more cabinet space. Added a gorgeous functional island. And what brings it all together is the Cambria quartz countertops. Wow!! Is an understatement. Sales person was knowledgeable and accommodating. Contractor was prompt and clean. Engineer was extremely patient with all my decisions and changes. The Business staff was accessible and timely, and the photographer was professional and precise. We could not be happier and I love have family dinners and gatherings around the island. Thanks Kitchen Magic, my new and improved kitchen is a dream come true!!

We were looking to renovate our original kitchen in our home built in 1982. Our cabinets were made of real wood, just very outdated. The entire renovation took about 2 weeks and was a very uncomplicated seamless experience! They saved our original cabinets, just updated the door fronts, and you could never tell they refaced. They also matched our existing island and made it look like it was a completely new kitchen!! We also had custom build ins made with a coffee bar which completely exceeded my expectations!!! Highly recommend!!

We used Kitchen Magic back in 1994 for our kitchen remodel and were extremely pleased. When we decided a few months ago to reface our kitchen in our new home, we didn't hesitate to contact them again. This time around, though, 30 years later, their service is very poor. After waiting for our order for 6 weeks, when the first installer, Chuck, was here, he told us he had never seen so many mistakes made on one order before, and it took 4 more weeks for new parts to be ordered. That order was incomplete as well and the second installer, Dylan, said he had never seen so many mistakes either.
There are 7 drawer fronts that need to be redone because the handles are crooked, and two drawers and two cabinets doors are the wrong size. We are currently waiting for a third attempt at completing our kitchen. We have spoken to representatives from several different departments and we are consistently told that we have to wait. We don't know where to turn.
