I thought there is an emergency number or a 24/7 hour claim number that will put you through to emergencies. There is no one even answering and just asking you to leave a message. This is crazy. I spent almost $1000 for home warranty coverage.

I give this company a zero. Actually the representative that works for Global home USA. He was rude very unprofessional. I called them up to cancel their policy. He began to explain to me how he knows my life!!! That I live pay check to paycheck. He was crude and obnoxious. All I wanted to do was cancel this ridiculous policy. Didn’t even have it for 30 days. He was so persistent, wasn’t even listen to a word I was saying. Trying to put the fear in me incase I have a fire. I explained all my appliances, furnace, a/c units are all brand new. He wouldn’t let it go. Tells me, “If I have a fire, wouldn’t you rather pay a monthly payment than thousands." I couldn’t take his obnoxious voice any longer. Today I canceled for good.

I contacted Global Home USA Warranty to file a claim for my malfunctioning garage door. Despite leaving multiple messages and making repeated calls over several days, I received no response whatsoever. Finally, after four frustrating days, I was able to speak with someone, only to be told that my garage—because it isn’t attached to the main house—isn't covered under my policy.
