ALL GOOD. I opted to pay slightly more than my previous service when we moved in Oct. of 2012, but Front Point has delivered and is well worth a couple more dollars a month. The price is right, the equipment is quality, and on the occasions I have had dealings with customer service I have been completely satisfied. I don't use the mobile app often be it is very convenient when needed. Also, alerts that I am able to manage myself have been beneficial in knowing my location and my employees are safe and secure.

I moved into my new house on a Friday. That following Sunday, we (my wife and I) were robbed. I will never forget walking into our house after picking my dad up at the airport, and seeing my wife's face when she was the first to notice one of our windows was shattered and we then recognized we were missing items. That night I did extensive research on security systems and companies. From everything I could tell, FrontPoint was the easy leader. We went with FrontPoint the following day, and have felt at much more ease since. It was such an easy out of the box installation that my wife was able to put it all together with help over the phone from very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable help. We have had a great experience with the security system. Even when our power has gone out a few times throughout the night, the battery took over and the alarm system never went off and kept us feeling safe. I can't stress enough how good it feels to know my wife feels safe again!

The Front Point system is great. I like the cellular service. We were able to get rid of our landline, saving money. I love the app that you can use. I wish, however that it came (automatically) with a key fob for arming. I wouldn't forget to arm the house so much... I do not regret changing our system however.

We’re happy to hear how much you like the cellular service! It’s a great feeling to not have to worry about wires or power outages because the system will keep working.

I've been with FP for at least 5 years now! They have saved my home and dog from a fire, helped me reprogram my system many times. I've received new key fobs, new batteries, and even replacement sticky tabs over the years, lol. Always on Point! I've been offered new systems, complete with video monitoring, from competitors at very competitive rates. But I won't switch!

I appreciate the convenience of the app. It typically works very well. However, there are times when the app will not load or the app will not refresh to show any changes that have occurred. This is especially alarming since you could conceivably think you're protected when you are actually not.

Overall I am happy with the FrontPoint. System is behaving the way it is supposed to behave. In the beginning we had problems with one of the sensors but they sent me replacement for that.

From the initial purchase through the final activation, Front Point Security has been perfect! The salesman walked through all the options available and helped solidify the best choice for my house/situation. The product arrived just exactly as described and extremely well packaged. The instructions included couldn't be easier! The service center was quickly able to assess the issue I was having with my double hung windows and quickly shipped out the additional parts necessary (at no additional cost). And setup was a breeze. Within 30 minutes, I was able to set up 15 different window/door sensors. To this date, the system has been working flawlessly and we sleep easy knowing we are protected. Front Point is an exceptional value in home security and I highly recommend them. Their customer service is second to none!

We purchased Front Point after a break in. We got the confidence that our house was alarmed but also got the other features. Remote access to allow contractors in, multiple IDs so we can allow access by others. The best are the text notifications when the access points are used, notification of power outages (still protected) and remote access via mobile device. Really sleep better knowing that we can use the alarmed stay mode without issues from the dogs (sleep through people coming and going). So happy with my system but above all love the customer service from Front Point.

We couldn’t agree more – the interactive features, such as the mobile app and text notifications, are really awesome! It’s great being able to stay connected to your system, no matter where you are. Our system has been excellent from the beginning. It was easy to figure a plan for how we wanted it, how to determine what equipment we needed, how to set up the equipment when we bought it, and now arming and disarming and monitoring are all very easy. We are very satisfied with our Front Point system.

I have recommended FrontPoint to all of my friends looking for home alarm systems and to some whose subscriptions with their current providers are running out. The price is fair. The system install was easy. Customer service over the phone has always been patient handling my installation, programming and use questions. They have options for all the latest gadgets and your system can be as simple or as complicated as you would like it to be. When a sensor was faulty and when the battery went low, they sent replacements with no hassle. FedEx temporarily lost a key-fob controller and FrontPoint arranged to send me another one while FedEx figured out what went wrong. Overall, a great experience so far.

I have been with FrontPoint for over a year now and couldn't be more satisfied with them. I was pleased with the customer service since the first day I contacted them. They delivered their system next day at my front door with a 30-day 100% Risk Free Trial, which really showed me the compromise FrontPoint had on their system. At first I thought it was too good to be true and honestly felt somewhat skeptical, but I decided to try it and if anything went wrong I could send it back without having to be stuck with a 3-year contract to see what it was about. The system came in a small, organized box with very well-written instructions which made it extremely easy to set up by myself. In a matter of 20 minutes I was done and ready, had called the support to set up and my alarm system was working. Their customer and technical support were phenomenal during this trial period.
After trying it for 2 weeks and comparing what was out there in the market, it was clear to me FrontPoint was the one. It offered great rates, value, service and support which is what you need in an alarm system. After already being in contract, I decided to enhance my alarm system with some more sensors for extra security and they made it a breeze. Occasionally they have also followed up to make sure the system has been working correctly and to make sure I did not have any questions. We have been using FrontPoint equipment and services for several years now to protect our home and ourselves from intruders. We use window and door sensors, multiple motion detectors upstairs and down, and a live camera in our den. We also use smoke detectors in our home tied into the FrontPoint system. We activate our system easily using the remote controls or our Android phones and tablets. We can view and record activity in our den 24/7 wherever we are. FrontPoint will also automatically record camera events and notify us when they occur. When we are traveling, I use my Android smartphone with 4G as a hotspot and connect my tablet to it wirelessly. Then I can monitor the status of all of my sensors and my camera on my tablet in our van while on the road.
FrontPoint's customer service is very responsive and helpful and we always reach a live, knowledgeable person within 2-3 rings. Something set off one of our sensors while we were 500 miles from home and we immediately got a call on our smartphone informing us of this. I saw no activity in our den and had one of our neighbors look around our house. The rep waited on the phone with us while we checked things out and found everything to be okay. It was a false detection by one of our motion detectors because of a light flash or something else and we were able to cancel the alert. Overall we are very satisfied with FrontPoint's service and like the fact that our master panel communicates with FrontPoint via cell service and that we don't have to worry if a burglar were to cut our phone line.

My entire experience with this company was excellent... The system is incredibly easy and quick to install. So far it has worked efficiently... The few times the alarm was accidentally set off, the call came in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is very cordial and comfortable to work with. Thus far, I have nothing but positive things to say about Front Point. Do I wish the monthly fee was lower, YES...but I chose this system because of the cost and ease of installation knowing the monitoring fee would be higher, so I really can't complain!

An inner motion sensor tripped the alarm while we were out of the state on a weekend. The alarm company called and first took great care to ensure I was the homeowner listed and then calmly detailed next steps. We guessed the alarm might have been ripped by an open window that has once before blown a curtain by the sensor but a recent home intrusion in the area made us concerned. The police were dispatched and the company called back to report another 2 alarms but reassuringly pointed out that it might be the police arriving on site. They kept us in the loop calmly and with all the detail we might possibly have and even called a third time to reassure us that all was well. It was handled as efficiently and calmly as I could have ever desired.

I have 2 exterior cameras, 2 interior cameras, and a motion detector at my home. And I have 2 exterior and 2 outdoor cameras at my mountain cabin 60 miles away. I am extremely satisfied with my systems and enjoy the peace of mind being able to visually monitor my home and cabin from anywhere in the world which I have done. If I need tech support or any question answered I get prompt and courteous support. This system is by far more superior to any other system I have used in business or home use.

The opposite of security is supposed to be ease of use. At least that's the dictionary definition. Our experience with FrontPoint makes that definition a non-starter. From equipment to service, FrontPoint has been a superb provider - of both security and confidence, but also ease of use.
Installation was a breeze, from the sensors to the cameras monitoring the house and newborn, even replacing one malfunctioning sensor. Monitoring and use has been exceptionally easy with every feature we'd want available online or on the phone app. The false alarm our teenager set off while we were traveling was handled cleanly and efficiently, as was the break in we experienced - with immediate police dispatch and follow-up.

Not only was the system a breeze to set up but the price is very affordable and worth the peace of mind. I also like the fact I can expand the system in the future as well as use the Alarm.com app to arm and disarm from my phone. Customer Service is also top notch.

I selected FrontPoint after reading so many good reviews for them. Their price was more reasonable than others and their equipment much easier to install. It took me all of about 30-50 minutes to install everything and did not need any help. Everyone else wanted to send out a technician for hours. Every representative that I have dealt with has been nothing but professional, friendly and patient with me. That sold me even more. I now live alone and feel very secure, especially at night. I have never had a problem with the system (of course, so far, thank God, I haven't needed it) but I feel safe and secure just knowing it is up and running. I would highly recommend FrontPoint to anyone.

I've had FrontPoint for about six months, and I'm really pleased with it. The system works really well. The ordering process was simple, and the shipping is very efficient. The online account system and mobile app are also very easy to use. I highly recommend it. The one thing I'd suggest for improvement is the "how to" information on the website. It's a bit confusing the way it's organized and some of the functions are not covered in enough detail - e.g. how to install sensors with double hung windows, how to set up a panic function. But when you call, the customer service people are very helpful. Very happy overall.

I've been a FrontPoint customer now for over a year and cannot be happier with my experience. When searching for an alarm company, there are so many companies pushing why they're better. It's confusing and frankly annoying. FrontPoint doesn't just claim to be the best. Their online reputation backs it up. But to go one further, one only needs to experience the ease of setting up the system to find out it's true. Even further, my desire to add a remote panel brought me in contact with FrontPoint's customer service team who walked me through the installation with ease. This team was extremely receptive and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help you out; it was different than someone simply being told to be nice to customers. Their customer support team is genuine in their desire to help out and it's very apparent. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a great system to give FrontPoint a call. You can't go wrong.

It was super quick & easy using Frontline security, from ordering the equipment to installing it. And with just a quick call, it was activated. I love that it's portable too as well as the fact that it's wireless. I feel more secure that God forbid there's a break in, even if they smash the unit, it will still alarm. The only struggle I had was the credit check, I had to have someone else purchase the service for me and that was inconvenient but I would totally recommend Frontline to my friends and family.

And you couldn’t be more correct! Even if someone tries to smash the unit, the “Smash and Crash” protection will send that signal out.

My wife and I installed a FrontPoint Security Interactive system about 3 months ago and are very pleased. The unit is easy to setup and use and the interactive features, like being able to check the status of the system or enable/disable the alarm from my smartphone are nice bonuses. I will definitely be recommending FrontPoint Security to anybody I know who is in the market for a security system.

The security system is designed specifically for your home and with the homeowner's input. The installation is very easy and straightforward. There is absolutely no need in paying someone to install a security system when you can do the same job in under an hour. Connecting and managing the system is simple. All of the areas of the system, from design, install, and connecting/managing the system is made so much easier with the help of the top notch service provided by the FrontPoint Security team! Not to mention the equipment is great quality and not as expensive as the other security systems you see advertised. No other way to go!

I have been FrontPoint customers for a few years now. We have had a wired/wireless combination ADT system in our home since 2000. But, after reading more about so many different alarm systems, we wanted to try something different for our cabin. I spent a fair bit of time researching options, features/functions, services, and even customer satisfaction with customer service. FrontPoint won hands down. Features I like--lights; ability to control thermostat; option to add on/grow our system; web access through alarm.com; ability to create a wide variety of rules; individual access codes for each user, and customer service like no other.
My initial contact with FrontPoint was positive, informative, and truly professional. That level of customer support has carried through with each/every contact I've had with them. We've had the system about 6-8 months, and I'm happy with the decision to use FrontPoint security. As soon as I can, I'll look to move our home system from ADT to FrontPoint!

The purchase experience was wonderful. They walked me through everything over the phone and then I received our new system in just a few days. The system was easy to install and setup because most of it was pre-activated. It was easy to show my family how to use the system as well. We feel much safer having our new security system installed and we also like the home automation features that allow us to turn lights on and off remotely as well as on a timer.

When I first received the system I have to admit I was a little nervous about setup but a FrontPoint service rep guided me through every step and my system worked perfectly. Before I purchased the FrontPoint system, I had checked other alarm companies because I wasn't sure about installation but I now know I made the right choice. Also the app is the greatest help ever. I can ARM from my car or if I forget from work. What a convenience!!!!

I would recommend the Frontpoint Security system on several points: (1) Ease of installation. Plug it in. Make one phone call and you are set up; (2) Customer service has always been prompt and informative regarding service and options; and (3) Security is responsive without overkill. We get a call to each of our listed contacts before the local emergency is contacted.

This product makes me feel safe! The alarm is up to date with technology which really sets it apart from others. Being able to arm my house from wherever I am is such a necessity! As a first time home owner I was nervous at first to live on my own but this alarm has helped to make me feel very safe!

Before getting FrontPoint, I researched and looked at many companies beforehand. So far FrontPoint had the best reviews and prices for what I was looking for which was for a wireless home system. I also like how they weren't complicated to work with as it was with most companies since I live in a rental house. When I spoke to a customer rep a few months back and inquiring on the system, they had actually told me there was a promotion but not until beginning of March and it was sometime towards the end of Feb when I called. I liked how they gave me the option to call back for the promotion, not hound me into buying their product right there and there.
I'm sorry I don't know what exactly the promotion was since it was awhile back but it was a good one. When I did call back and order it probably the eve of the 1st of March I got my order a few days later. Now installation - at first I was kind of reluctant in doing a self-install system, but once we got the package and saw the directions it was a cake walk. It really is that easy. Now the only negative I have to stay is if you want another window/door sensor it does cost kind of a lot for being what it is. Other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

My experience with FrontPoint has been excellent. When I first started looking for a home alarm system, they were really helpful in explaining all the different systems and carriers and why FrontPoint was different. The cost of equipment is less than others. The setup is so easy you can do it yourself and they have step by step guides to help you set it up yourself or you can have a professional install the system for you. The customer reps I talk to are very helpful and knowledgeable and so friendly. I have not had any issues with my system.

My wife and I both work in the Corrections field. When I was having trouble with sensors malfunctioning, I called tech support. I was asked about my setup, and he suggested moving the controller. All fixed!

I researched through the internet all my options for a company with wireless security capabilities. FrontPoint was a leader in this area. I was concerned about the initial cost of the pricey equipment but still took the chance based on FrontPoint's guarantee. The set up took months to work out the bugs as I wanted specific actions to happen for specific occurrences. The technicians were eager to work with me as time on the phone was not an issue. Once the technician was able to fully grasp my intent and I realized more equipment was necessary a cut in costs for the additional equipment would have been helpful. I am to this day a FrontPoint customer.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to deal with a security company advertised on the internet. I called Front Point and the rest is history. Once the system arrived, I called the consultant who was friendly and walked me through the system hookup. Never experienced any problems and know the system works. I left my front door unlock and a friend open it while I was away. Police came, Front Point called... Rest is history.

When I originally bought the system, there was no indication that I would have any issues with remote arming and disarming. There have been a few times that I have tried to disarm using the Alarm.com system with no success. Since acquiring the system, it has gone off a few times with no report back to Front Point. When I call in I'm told that the signal is weak, at times. Other than that the system works great.

What else can I say but "easy, reliable, service before and after the sale". From the sales associate who walked us through our home security needs with NO, Zero up sell pressure, to fast delivery of equipment that was easy to install and activate. To the activation associate that personally walked our 84 year old mother through the operation of the system and the everyday use of the system made it as easy as it comes. We will never own any other system but a FrontPoint. In the two years of having the system it has performed flawlessly and any of our questions are answered by a "human" and quickly. FrontPoint has it figured out from start to finish.

Overall I am pleased with the service. However I have asked a couple of times for a better understanding of how to add a thermostat into the mix and was basically told to go to retail. Need a simpler solution. Second the wireless coverage on one of my light controllers seem really weak. It is maybe 50 feet away with minor interference and yet it does not work most of the time. Moving it close is not a good answer.

The customer service representative who helped me decide what I needed was pleasant, informative and helpful. Installation was relatively easy. I called customer service to get advice on the placement of the motion sensors and information on how they work. The representative was very helpful. I love the app. It helps me keep a close eye and affords the convenience of controlling the system from the app. The website allows an extensive array of options to help me fine tune how I want the system to work, perform and notify me of important events. I appreciate the fact that if I move, I can just pack it up and take it with me. It is also easy to add to the system.
There are too many great features that I love to mention here. I would like to suggest that there be a way to control the system from the second story of a dwelling and to be able to create multiple stay mode profiles so that one could select a particular array of sensors to activate in the stay mode. I extensively researched many alarm companies and this one stood out. I have not been disappointed. Customer service is excellent and so far the product has performed flawlessly.

I have a FrontPoint system with the maximum count of devices. We have Doors, Motions, Garage Doors, Glass Break, Fire, and CO2 detectors. Also a couple of video cameras. The install was fairly easy, but there were some minor issues. A couple of batteries needed replacement, poor signal strength on a couple of the longer runs. Everything was worked out within a couple of weeks. We had the system for two years now and it works great. We also use the iPhone app for remote monitoring. It's really easy to use.

Every experience with FrontPoint has been great! Had another security company, which was horrible at every turn, from rudeness to misinformation to inappropriate behavior by their 'manager'. FrontPoint is wireless, which sold me, but they have always been professional, polite and helpful.

All I can say is wow with this alarm system. I looked this alarm company up on the Better Business Bureau and was impressed with what I read. So many people had nothing to say but good things like how the customer service was, how fast the shipping was for the alarm, and how easy it was to set up the alarm. I also at the time looked at ADT alarm company but was kinda on the know with all the fees. I compared ADT with FrontPoint and could not believe the differences with the cost. FrontPoint didn't not have any hidden fees as ADT did. When I finally made the decision to go FrontPoint the customer representative made me informed about the products and the prices. I could purchase my system upfront and that was a plus for me.
FrontPoint has a great response when the alarm goes off. I'm currently an officer for the Memphis Police Department and I've never seen an alarm go off the way my system does. I truly recommend this alarm company to anyone and everyone. I'm very pleased with my fee and I love the fact that it comes directly out my account so it makes it less stressful for me to try and remember to pay. I love this company and glad I searched the web and found you guys. I give you guys all 10s across the board.
I feel safe and secure when I'm at home and also away from home. I can even add more sensors as I would like and not be hassled by the company. Everyone is always pleasant and concerned when they call about the alarm going off. I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for having such great attitudes, systems, and hearts.

I have had FrontPoint Security monitoring my home and office for over 3 years. In that time I have had excellent support from their staff. The equipment is superb, as is their warranty policy. Also, their general product knowledge is top of the line, with good answers to questions, without trying to sell you something that you do not require. I was camping one weekend when I was called by my daughter. She told me that a front window was broken. When I got home the front window was broken along with the screen. A police report was filed, but no one was caught. I called around to different services, but went with Front Point. From the very first person I spoke to I knew I made the correct choice. The company was very polite and had great reviews online. There were cheaper companies but this one was very polite and some online information about their people that actually do the monitoring said that they were the best monitoring; that is the most important thing. The company doing the actual monitoring of the system was rated very high, the price was not great but good, and the service was good. And they use a good security platform with the wireless technology.

I got this house alarm system after we were victims of burglary. We like it because it's been reliable and definitely helps feeling safe. Pricing is fair as well and the system is pretty much custom-made so you are in full control on how much or little you want and therefore the fees you pay. Highly recommended so far (using it for 8 months approx.).

It's a good system, you don't have to worry about telephone lines. If your alarm goes off they will call you first just in case. User-friendly so I can control it on my phone. Price is a little higher than other systems.

We have been very pleased so far. Customer service is a true strength. One recommendation would be to include a summary of the rooms/devices to make install easier. For example, when I discussed our home with the designer of the system, he made recommendations for specific devices per room. When the equipment arrived, I could not remember which devices were designed for each room. In the future, include a list which shows where each device is designed to go.

My first interaction with Front Point was so great I was only thinking of getting a system, but took it into my own hands (didn't even ask my hubby) to order it! The "sales" lady was great and I use ", because she didn't try to SELL me anything! She told me what there was to offer and what I would need for my house, I wanted more and she explained it was a waste of money on my part BUT if it made me feel safer by all means get it! She was great and every call I have made after that initial call has been a great experience! I would recommend this company to ANYONE AND EVERYONE! Totally gives me peace of mind that my family is safe! And set up was a breeze, all wireless so you do it and save yourself $$$. Call to tell them you have everything where you want it, they walk you through using the system and voila, you're done and ready to use it! Total time was probably 45mins start to finish! Not to mention then someone you don't know isn't in your house. :)

Before I decided to go with FrontPoint Security two years ago, I did A LOT OF RESEARCH! Overall, I read the best reviews for them and loved that I didn't have to have a telephone line in order to have an alarm system. Customer service is beyond amazing. I don't have to wait long and everyone is so helpful!! Very satisfied so far!

The only problem I've ever had was keeping the smoke detector attached to the wall. The night/early morning it came crashing down and exploded into pieces completely freaked me out but the quick response by FrontPoint was excellent. My security system gives me peace of mind and I know that anytime I have a problem, be it parts malfunctioning or a true emergency, the situation will be handled quickly and professionally.

It took me MONTHS to have new sensors/panels added to my account. I probably spoke to 3-4 reps over 10-15 calls before having to talk with a manager. Even he didn't call me back when he said he would. I spent countless hours on getting things working.

Everything about FrontPoint has been excellent so far. I got a great deal on a ton of hardware, which arrived promptly and was easy to set up. All sensors are wireless and arrived pre-programmed into the control panel. Both the signup and setup calls were awesome... Customer service is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The Android App and website provide awesome extra functionality, from alerts to programmability. All around, from price to functionality to customer service, FrontPoint has been a huge winner in my book.

I recommend Front Point Security system to all my friends and family. I could custom the whole system and easily expand it to include smoke detectors at my leisure. It is the whole package. And I love the ability to check on the system with my smart phone. We got it for peace of mind.

After a robbery at our home we finally decided we needed to get a security system. After some investigation FrontPoint looked like the way to go and our decision was a GREAT ONE! FrontPoint has been FANTASTIC to work with from the initial consult all the way through installation and setup! It was SO EASY to do and it works like a champ. Getting "notifications" on my iPhone is so cool as well as controlling the system remotely from anywhere. FrontPoint is DEFINITELY the way to go if you need a security system.

Love the video function and app. I can check in on my kids and animals while I'm away. I also like to check the status and also use it for arming. I had to call customer service recently and was treated a little rudely because I did not buy a touchpad remote from FrontPoint. I couldn't find the site. So I bought it somewhere else. I didn't think he had to be rude but I like everything else.

One morning, the wife and I were eating breakfast at a local restaurant when the unthinkable happened. It was a call from FrontPoint about a possible home break-in. Using my cell phone application I was able to see exactly which sensor had been tripped. I made the quick decision at that point for FrontPoint to notify the Police Department (PD). We were on the move that instant and headed home. It wasn't but about a 5-minute drive. I fully expected we would be there long before PD was, but to my surprise they were already on scene. Working from my Cell Phone I was able to advise PD of the location of the tripped sensor and that no other sensors were tripped. Things were looking good by that time.
The door that had tripped was behind a locked garage with no evidence of entry. I was also able to bring up video, both saved and real-time and determine no saved images and nothing going on from a real-time point of view. Given that all now looked like a false alarm I was able to enter with PD far enough to secure the dog as they did a walk through. It was indeed a door that had blown open due to my bad and all was good. Nevertheless, the combination of tripped alarm, FrontPoint dispatch, real-time interior video, and my Cell phone APP gave PD and me a huge tactical advantage in knowing what we might encounter inside. Thanks, FrontPoint for ensuring that no one, PD or family, including the dog, was hurt. Everything and everyone worked when it all needed to come together.

I signed up with FrontPoint for home security. The representative was so professional and walked through everything and informed me about the process about set up, equipment shipping and there was even extra key remote for my system and how easy it is to relocate it. Yes you hear right, when you move to a new place, you just need to call and update your account with the new address. Voila, your house is protected. It is wireless, so no need of internet connection or phone. And one more thing, no hole in your wall for mounting. It has only power cable. I love it. The representative was so knowledgeable and appreciated my business. The set up and mounting was easy too. I will definitely recommend FrontPoint.

I did a lot of research on companies in the security system and system monitoring industry before selecting Front Point. We wanted a system that was easy to install, with excellent service for ease of installation and for recommending only the technology we needed to solve our safety and home security concerns.
Initially, we purchased a system for our 3-story vacation rental cabin in Tennessee, which I installed in several hours. It was as simple and easy to set up and activate as they advertised. Later, we purchased and installed an external camera, which was much easier than I thought it ever could be. We were so pleased with the system and service that we purchased a second system for our home in Texas and have added additional cameras as well. We really love the ability to activate our alarm system, set our lights, or view our camera recordings remotely via our phone.
Front Point is responsive whenever our system alarm is activated and always helpful when we call with questions - and even sent out a replacement for a window device that was malfunctioning....no questions asked. Front Point should definitely be on your list as an option if you are considering a security system and monitoring service for your home.

After a robbery, we realized an alarm system was a necessity and looked at various companies. Front Point, not only had great reviews but we loved the idea of self installation. However, getting started could not have been easier; the FP rep was extremely knowledgeable and comforting for us. He guided us through all the equipment that would be necessary, mailed our equipment next day and couldn't have been more helpful. We have since referred our kids and they are protected by FP too. I loved my home system and decided to add on my business. After consulting with a local company who told me "they knew what was right for my business" I called FrontPoint. As usual the Entry and Motion sensors work seamlessly. You can even link your home and business online. Love it!

All in all I have had a very good experience. For starters, as a police officer the system provides me with peace of mind for my daughter and I while I'm away or home. Also not long ago I went through a pretty ugly divorce. Randomly my ex wife would come back to search the house or to take property that should have been mine. The system when armed would notify me when she came and when she left. I could also monitor the motion sensors to learn how long she was there.
In dealing with customer service all but one was a good experience. In the one a door sensor was malfunctioning not allowing me to set the alarm. When I called to get it replaced I was told to change the battery and how it was mounted to the door but it had been mounted the same way for two years and I had changed the batteries. The sensor was taken off line and remains off line to this day. When the call was over I was left feeling that my problem had not been solved, and was insulted that the customer service rep acted as if I couldn't change a battery.

I have been extremely pleased with all aspects of my system. Easy to install, efficient setup for activation and troubleshooting when needed. I have also moved my system and had a great experience. I needed some additional sensors and the ordering process was great. I setup the system without issue and reactivated again without an issue.

My wife and I are the parents of two young children, age, four and two. While we love our home, we unfortunately have two small bedrooms downstairs and one master bedroom upstairs, leaving the kids sleeping on the first floor by themselves. Naturally, our first concern was their safety, which led us to research home alarm systems. Front Point stood out based on their home security options, affordable prices, and excellent customer service ratings. After two years of service, we have yet to be disappointed. I can not tell you the peace of mind we feel at night knowing that are children are safe as can be downstairs while they sleep.
Having alarms on all their windows as well as the doors gives us comfort that no one's getting in our house or the children's rooms. Customer service has been great as well, offering suggestions, complying with additional services and equipment, and showing genuine concern and professionalism when calling to investigate an accidental alarm trip. The system has worked without fail or errors since we installed it, which has led it to become a part of our home life that we use daily but don't need to worry about. We are more than satisfied with Front Points services and will continue to use them as long as they are available.
