The installers put a large hole around the pipe in the floor, and we're worried about rats getting in. I don't know why they had to make a hole bigger than was necessary for the pipes. But the tub has been fine since then. I love it. My caregiver doesn't like it that much, because she's bigger than me. It's narrow for her. But I'm a lot smaller, so it works well for me.

The two installers were very good. But they didn’t pay attention to the final detail and caulking. I had to have them come back to fix it. I had to wait three days and then they finally came, and it was all taken care of. I like the jacuzzi and the shower. I like everything about the tub.

The crew was excellent. The tub is the best thing I ever bought. I like the whirlpool bathtub. I like everything about it. The only complaint I have is the knobs. They are not what they should be. But besides that, it’s been a great experience.

They gave me all the discounts that I needed. Also, they financed it the same day, and it was only 7%. I was happy. The installation went very well. I did have them come back one time because I heard a whistling sound every time the water was on. So they came and checked everything but it wasn't the tub. It was the toilet. I liked the fact that they responded right away. Tyler was the head guy and he was very good. I love the tub. I'm glad I got it. It was one of my best investments. I like the turbo part and the foot massage. I have neuropathy, so the jets at the feet and the ones that come behind your legs are really good.

The tub is big, so I love it. Other than the fact that it seems to require a lot of water to fill it up, it's a divine experience once you're in it. The door has a very wide top flange. It's a single door and it's narrow at the bottom and wide at the top. So if you enter the tub with the door open and then you try to shut it, there's very little tolerance between your body and the widest part of the door. You have to dodge around that.

My experience was user-friendly from ordering, to meeting with the gentleman that came to the house, making the selection, and the installation. The sales guy did a good job.

When the gentleman came out, his presentation was very good. And the product seemed to be a nice product just from the presentation. The installers were efficient, timely, and cleaned up behind themselves. They did a good job. The jets that are in the tub, the showerhead, the shower wand, the grab bars that were placed on the wall for me, the entire setup is very nice. After getting on the jacuzzi tub, it puts me to sleep. So, my handicap from the waist down, the hot water and the jets, have made life a little easier for me therapeutically. American Tubs is a good company. They did what they said they would do.

The whole process was pain free, and the salesman was perfect. I liked him. Also, the installers came as promised and finished early. They said it might take a day or so. They finished around 3pm, and left. It's a perfect little tub. It works, and it's very comfortable.
