I've been shopping at Vitacost for more than a decade. Easy to place orders and shipping is fast. No complaints whatsoever - their customer service is great. They have a good selection and I recommend them to all my friends.

Prices were great. I was able to purchase a few things I'm unable to find where I live. Shipping was quick. Everything arrived in pristine condition. Breakables were in bubble containers to ensure a safe arrival. Highly recommend and will be ordering again.

I placed an order with Vitacost and It arrived way Quicker than I expected. The only issue I had was when I did not complete the checkout of the order I got an eMail offering 10% off for completing the order. Unfortunately I was unable to use the 10% off with the 20% promo code for the winter Savings. I have ordered from Vitacost several times in the past as they have very good prices on many of their items that are better than Amazon and other online stores.

Vitacost and Jovial Einkorn flour were recommended at a bread-making class. The ordering process was very easy and smooth. When the shipping company failed to deliver the flour, Vitacost immediately sent me a replacement! That is great customer service!!! Thanks, Vitacost! I will definitely be ordering again!

Vitacost has been my partner in health for 20 years. As I am aging and now a senior, I find that to take care of my health, I need a partner like Vitacost to buy supplements and read reviews for products that I am considering for my health. This company carries products that I sometimes can’t order elsewhere and if so, are more expensive. Vitacost manages to keep their prices affordable. I hope that continues. My only concern has been of late…the last year. I have had issues with the carriers that deliver my orders. At times, my order never came. I had to track it down only to find that it had been returned to Vitacost because of damage and undeliverable. I always had to track the order and give Vitacost a call to get a refund. To Vitacost’s credit, I wrote a customer service rep and she responded with apology.

I’m a long-time customer, and will continue to order from them, as they continue to do a stellar job with product selection, environmentally-conscious packing, and quick shipping. What more can I ask?

Excellent quality and value for Vitacost products. I received my order in a timely fashion, and it is exactly as it should be. They do a great job of providing me with my supplements. and quality foods.

The stackable deals, combined with site-wide sales present great savings on healthy products I wouldn't be able to purchase otherwise! Customer Service has been excellent about refunding/resending items when I experience damaged goods either by insufficient packaging or from shipping mishaps. VitaCost inventory is quite large, which enables me to shop & save big on grocery, health/beauty, supplements, pets, household items & cleaners!

Vitacost offers premium specialty foods & supplements for a reasonable price. They told me to expect the order on Friday, but it arrived on Wednesday of the same week! They packed the box precisely & professionally. Always 5 star service!

After ordering organic apple cider vinegar, I realized that I did not meet a value to avoid paying for shipping. After contacting Vitacost, the representative helped me order the same item in increased number of bottles to avoid shipping costs. The initial shipment could not be halted but I received refund for shipping and the amount paid for the bottles. The representative said I would receive instructions to ship the initial shipment back. After a few days I inquired when I would receive the instructions for the return. The representative I spoke to this time said I can just keep the initial shipment and give the bottles to friends.

Good prices. Thankful that you had my Natureade Herbal Expec at the proper price. I know that the company that MAKES it, **, first said they stopped producing it. Then they PRICE GOUGED ME, as they kept other sites like Vitacost from getting the product.

I looked locally and then on the web for the specific product that I wanted. I found it Vitacost at a very reasonable price. Shipping was reasonable as well. The product was received with a minimum of delay.

The order was filled quickly and was in good condition. The only new item to me was the Rise bars. I was hesitant to order a whole box of a bar I had not tried before, but the reviews were good. Fortunately, I was very pleased with them. I am so happy to have finally found a nutrition bar that I like!

I don't know what has happened to the company, but it isn't good. I have been a Vitacost customer for *many* years, and they have always been reasonable. This past week, I had some problems with an order, and after contacting customer service several times through different means, and not being able to resolve the issues after discussing them with three different "customer service" agents, I have given up, cancelled my subscription to their emails, and will never order again. When possible, I refuse to deal with companies that cannot be trusted. The customer service agents actually lie. Something has changed, and if they don't get their act together, they are going to lose a substantial number of customers.

I've been buying from Vitacost for years. I'm always impressed by the selection, their low prices, their fast and free shipping (when you spend 49 dollars). I have never had to return a product and their customer service is outstanding.

I can't believe how well it was packaged for shipping. You would have thought it was a box full of China (instead of psyllium). That tells me a company cares. I will keep you in mind for future purchases.

I mainly buy the Vitacost brands of certain supplements. Either my doctor requested I take the supplements, or friends gave me a good review on their use. They work well and the price is very reasonable. It's also very nice to be able to shop from home and have the products sent to my home.

I've been buying 'Green+plus Advanced Multi/Berry for 10 yrs now and it's the best supplement out there - it has everything imaginable! The time between when I place an order and they notify me that the order is filled and on its way is as short as any online retailer I know, regardless of the season or weather conditions. As a retired 74 yr old I appreciate the sales on supplements and nutrition Vitacost has to offer. Many of the products received through Vitacost are not carried at my local grocery stores.
