The order was filled quickly and was in good condition. The only new item to me was the Rise bars. I was hesitant to order a whole box of a bar I had not tried before, but the reviews were good. Fortunately, I was very pleased with them. I am so happy to have finally found a nutrition bar that I like!

I don't know what has happened to the company, but it isn't good. I have been a Vitacost customer for *many* years, and they have always been reasonable. This past week, I had some problems with an order, and after contacting customer service several times through different means, and not being able to resolve the issues after discussing them with three different "customer service" agents, I have given up, cancelled my subscription to their emails, and will never order again. When possible, I refuse to deal with companies that cannot be trusted. The customer service agents actually lie. Something has changed, and if they don't get their act together, they are going to lose a substantial number of customers.

I've been buying from Vitacost for years. I'm always impressed by the selection, their low prices, their fast and free shipping (when you spend 49 dollars). I have never had to return a product and their customer service is outstanding.

I can't believe how well it was packaged for shipping. You would have thought it was a box full of China (instead of psyllium). That tells me a company cares. I will keep you in mind for future purchases.

I mainly buy the Vitacost brands of certain supplements. Either my doctor requested I take the supplements, or friends gave me a good review on their use. They work well and the price is very reasonable. It's also very nice to be able to shop from home and have the products sent to my home.

I've been buying 'Green+plus Advanced Multi/Berry for 10 yrs now and it's the best supplement out there - it has everything imaginable! The time between when I place an order and they notify me that the order is filled and on its way is as short as any online retailer I know, regardless of the season or weather conditions. As a retired 74 yr old I appreciate the sales on supplements and nutrition Vitacost has to offer. Many of the products received through Vitacost are not carried at my local grocery stores. Products are delivered in a reasonable time frame and customer service is "second to none". I have been a customer for several and will continue to do business with this reputable company.

Eden's apple butter is the most tasty apple butter I have ever had. It reminds me of the apple butter I had when I was growing up. This was during a time when manufacturers were true to creating a delicious and healthy product sans the overuse of preservatives. The apple butter was packaged very securely and arrived quickly, ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Shopping via Vitacost was a positive experience.

Vitacost is my first choice for vitamins and gluten-free staples. It's often cheaper than pharmacy prices and it arrives quickly in perfect condition. Had an order error - Received powder form creatine instead of capsules and I sent an email and credit was quickly given - I will order correct product next time so that I can get free shipping. Not sure how the mistake happened and may have been my fault.

I used to enjoy shopping in the community. Then we chose Keto and sometimes healthy options are less available. And I am a super senior....very old....and our son introduced me to VitaCost and we have appreciated how convenient it is.

While I have been a customer of Vitacost for many years, I wish to bring an issue to the attention of other customers as a caution. I have noticed a number of times over the years that during the checkout process, Vitacost will add items onto my order that I did not add. I will remove these before final checkout. On a recent order, which has actually been weeks ago at this point, I received my order and there were 3 items that I did not select, but were sent and I was charged $80+. These were added by Vitacost and I neglected to double-check before finalizing.

Everything about Vitacost is topnotch! I love the selection, the prices, and the details that are shown for every product. When I shop, I like to make well-informed decisions and Vitacost helps me do just that!

In the past I’ve made purchases with Vitacost with no problems so, I wasn’t expecting this. At the end of 11/25, I placed a sizable order. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. My order was lost. I contacted Vitacost x3 I and put in “an authorized reorder” complete with new order numbers. Now, 12/22/25, I haven’t even received a confirmation email much less my reorder or refund. I simply cannot afford to pay for products and not receive them. Someone is not doing their job properly or I’ve been told that which is not true be their customer service team. If, they make good on my order, I will gladly repost a positive comment.

The site says delivery in 3-5 days. Company shouldn't need many days to "process" your order. What? Should they send it? Ordered on 18th. Should now be delivered on the 30th. At least they did have a phone number.

It arrived quickly. Product is as stated. I believe I ordered Einkorn White Flour and Einkorn Wheat. Then I baked sourdough bread with this produce. The bread turned out lovely and no digestive issues eating it.

I appreciate being able to find all of Bob’s Red Mill products online at Vitacost. They always arrive fresh and well-packaged. Please don’t ever stop carrying his brand! I’ve also bought supplements; they also get here safe and sound.

A terrific price on my Tillen Farms pickled asparagus at Vitacost. Much better price than Amazon. The delivery time was also excellent! I believe I had my asparagus in one day or possibly two. Now I'm set for the holidays! Thank you!

On website Vitacost policy says free returns but unfortunately they do not send return label. They do not accept any returns. Customer service is no good! Above all the shipment too comes after a week or 10 days. Will never shop here again

Love the packing of the products - nothing has ever been open or broken - and the turnaround is really great. Would have given 5-stars but one of the items was picked incorrectly so sent a note to customer service. Received Barley instead of GF Corn Meal Mix. Otherwise the products are fresh with good expiration dates!

I've been ordering from Vitacost for quite a while. This time I'm not receiving my order. It's been delayed for some reason since 12/11/25. It is not a problem with Vitacost but with the delivery company that has my order.

Excellent customer service! Ordered 3 Amy's Salsa Medium. One jars lid's seal was broken. Contacted customer service via the website and a replacement was shipped within a couple days. I usually have been ordering this product only from Vitacost. Now I know why. BTW the Salsa I've been eating for decades. You should try it!
