My husband was suffering with a sinus infection for about 6 days, but because it wasn't longer than 10 days the Doc said she couldn't prescribe antibiotics. He would have to wait 3 days and call back and then she could call them in along with charging him another $54.00. I will let everyone I know not to call them, along with everyone at my workplace where they offer this service to us. BEWARE. SCAM.

Hopefully my experience experience with Teladoc and save someone from them stealing $90 from your account. Was very ill couple weeks ago. Really bad nausea so I thought I'd give Teladoc a shot, I call. I tell them what medicines I'm on. She recommends I get **. Mind you this was the first initial call so she got all my information and there were no medicine interactions. 2 hours later I get an email from teladoc stating that the ** would interact with my other medicine and I would not be getting prescribed **. Okay fine I would like my money back or a different prescription since I paid for a service. They told me how bad they feel that I can't get a refund nor a prescription... So they just took $90 from me and told me to kick rocks.
