I ordered the Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test in December 2021. I read the entire website description and "Questions" section at the bottom of that page. I also read the prep emails, including the "Don't collect your sample before reading this!" email. Only AFTER I took the test and received the results did Everlywell state on the results page, with an (!): "This Food Sensitivity Test only detects foods that you have consumed recently." The website description states that 204 common foods are tested, but does not state that it only tests "regularly-eaten" foods, as was emailed to me today after I contacted Everlywell about this issue. I explained that had they been upfront about that, I would have prepared differently for the test. I asked for a refund or a replacement sent now that I know more than what is INCLUDED on their web page for this test.

They refused and were actually quite condescending. Their advertisement and instructions are misleading and lacking in information. Additionally, the test results stated that I have a reaction to one food: bell peppers. I absolutely hate bell peppers and that is most certainly not a "regularly-eaten" food and most definitely not something in my diet over the prior month. I would not recommend this company and especially not that test to anyone.

We ordered an Everlywell Food Sensitivity test recently and were not satisfied with the results nor the marketing of their product. Everlywell promotes that their Food Sensitivity Test tests for 96 food sensitivities - yet only after you've purchased and received their findings, they then put a disclaimer with your results that states: "This Food Sensitivity test only detects foods that you have consumed recently. Foods that you do not regularly consume may not be reflected in your results, as this test measures IgG (Immunoglobulin G0 response to your current diet."

We believed my wife was gluten sensitive from years of diet experimenting, but wanted to confirm whether gluten was the issue, or whether there were more food issues. So she's been trying to stay away from gluten. As advertised, (that it tests for 96 food sensitivities) the Food Sensitivity Test should have confirmed this. Everlywell states emphatically that they test for gluten sensitivity. However, it tells you if you're sensitive to 96 foods, ONLY if you've eaten them recently. This is an incredibly important piece of information that should be included prior to purchasing and sending you blood and DNA off to Everlywell And they don't even explain or define what "recently" means. A day? Week? Month? These disclaimers should be posted prominently with their advertising of product. We feel defrauded of the cost of this test.

On December 29th 2021 I placed the order #** with a rush payment to get in 1 to 3 business days for a total of 98 dollars, as of today January 6th 2022, I have not received the testing kits, not even a mail that it has been shipped. There is no phone to call, only the UPS or USPS but I don't have a track number. I have sent 3 emails and I get the same answer, that I need to send the order number, the buyer's name and the delivery address, but no solution whatsoever. As one can imagine, after 8 days I don't need the test anymore. I just want my money back but as I said, there is no way to communicate with Everlywell.

Best Regards,

Carlos **

I have a known food allergy with Gluten. I was having a reaction to Gluten while I took this test and it did not pick up the issue in any way. How can I possibly trust their results if their test struggled with a known medical problem. They also state during their webinar that their testing is still not approved!
