Watch out for this company's deceptive "membership". The 45.00 fee for initial consultation seems reasonable, but after the consultation I decided I didn't want the drug and cancelled over the phone. The next month they billed me for $139.00 "membership." They denied that I had cancelled and refused cancel or refund. After multiple calls to foreign customer service reps The membership was cancelled. But denied any refund. Never got any product.

I'm a medical doctor who ordered test kits for convenience for my own lab work. Not a single test was accurate. The company confirmed that the results were inaccurate but still refused to refund the prepaid membership due to fine print that once you pay, you do not get a refund. Inaccurate, unreliable tests and lack of accountability for their product. I would never recommend their product.

Big mistake buying from them thinking they were legit which they are a rip off! Don’t waste your time with them! A big wasted of time and money. They say they have my blood test but that I don’t register it which I did, I believe it’s just another con to have me not realize that they have no clue about nothing. So unhappy with the outcome and bad experience. I’ll let others know not to waste their money and time since it’s not worth it

I am in the weight care program and their customer care department OpenLoop is overseas and messes up everything from my appointment time to the pharmacy my medication is at. I went three months without medication because of a supply shortage and never got refunded even though open loop told me on the phone they would cancel me and put in a refund since I had not been able to get medication. Horrible customer service and follow through.

Everlywell is a scam company. I am my son's medical and healthcare representative and I have been called by several other similar companies and Everlywell. They all purport to be "partners" with my son's healthcare providers and his medical insurance companies and that they have contacted him/me to offer services and the latest offering of a particular blood test kit we received in the mail.
I have spoken with a hospital this and other similar companies allegedly have partnered with as well as his medical insurance provider and they all tell me the same thing: They do NOT share, sell or provide sensitive patient information with ANY of these companies. If they did so, without my knowledge or permission, it would be a privacy breach, a violation of HIPAA laws, etc., etc. The fact these companies' representatives state they are authorized...etc...to interface with my son is so STUPID because my son nor I EVER gave that permission and that permission IS needed to allow this interface with these companies. I have called these idiot companies and TOLD them this and they deny it.
Please do not interact, speak with, respond to, submit tests to, fill out forms that require sensitive private information, etc. with these companies that appear to be healthcare providers you do not know of. Please continue to interact only with your known doctors, hospitals, clinics and medical insurance companies. If you receive any tests in the mail from any of these purported "partnered" companies, throw them away! The fact my son does occasionally need a blood test similar to what Everlywell sent him in the mail is concerning. How did they know this?

This company is garbage!!! There are other very quality tests out there, this is a a terrible company. Very unreliable!!! They also gave us a coupon code and it looks like it is going through, then it doesn't, and we were charged full price for a test that I had endless coupons available for!! This was first my husband, and the email confirmation went to him, as the test taker. When I realized we were overcharged, they said they would not refund us the 25% promised w coupon. Plus, we cross tested another test, and their results are not accurate. RUN!! This is an over-priced scam company!!!

This company is at best a scam and possibly criminal. I was offered a free test with partner company Amgen. When I received the free test kit and returned it following all directions completely, which included kit registration with Everlywell, and I might add I took screenshots confirming all my confirmed successful completion of steps, I was told I must pay fees or my results would not be released. I contacted both companies with no responses. A scam on the public and possibly criminal activity. Shame on Amgen and Everlywell

Highly do not recommend the Vitamin D test. Lab has trouble processing. Lancets not great. Will not refund full amount of test even if you follow instructions 100 percent and sample and/or lab fails. Again, do not recommend.

I ordered indoor/outdoor allergy test kit. It took a few weeks to get to me and the first day I gave exactly enough blood as it stated and I sent it off. It took 17 days for them to get it, which is crazy, they emailed me the next day and said not enough sufficient blood and I needed to redo it. I prick my finger often for blood and I’m a cancer patient, I know I did enough!! They sent me another kit, it arrived quicker this time, I did exact same thing as I did before…It’s been 12 days and they still don’t have it. I offered to pay 2 day shipping since this test is time sensitive, they refused, sent me my money back and deleted my test kit from my Everlywell. I emailed back and forth stating I didn’t ask for a refund but they responded pretty much too bad. They still haven’t got my blood in and once they do they will dispose of it. What in the world?!? Is this company legit? I am floored by how I was treated. Never again!!

Dr. ordered a colon cancer screening. Received the test, completed the test and put my name/address/phone on the sample tube and FedEx it back to them. Waited weeks and no test results, tried to go on their site and retrieve the result, but would not let me log on. Called them and finally got thru to a human. They said the name on the test samples did not match what they had for name/address/etc. so they did not process it, said that test was for another individual. Never called me, never texted me, never emailed me, just did not do the test and let it expire. All they could do was apologize, BUT OFFERED NO SOLUTION, sorry does not cut it in today's world. How could you trust any result from a test after this?

I was having side effects from a ** I was taking to control cholesterol. So I stopped taking it to see if indeed the side effects would stop. I went to fish oil and other natural ways to control cholesterol. I wanted to monitor my cholesterol once a month to see how it was changing. I bought 3 tests for $50 each from Everlywell. Waited a month after stopping the statin and took the first test. Finally got an email saying there was a problem with the test. They sent me a free replacement test. Ok, now 1.5 months. Took it again, being very careful to follow the directions to the letter.
Another email saying there was a problem with how the test was taken. I exchanged a few emails with them, asking what is/was the problem. No answer to that. I took a 3rd test adding more blood thinking maybe that was not enough for the test. Within 3 hours after I dropped it in the mail and after asking several times with no answers, I got an email from them saying I was sending too much blood. Great. I just Fasted, Pricked My Finger and followed all steps once again, for a 3rd time, to the letter and now they finally tell me too much blood. Got another email after another week saying the sample was improperly collected. And 2 plus months since I stopped my statin and no results.
To add insult to injury, they love to send annoying emails. I'm done with them. Not sure I'd trust the results even if I got some at this point. Out $150 bucks. I do have one remaining test at home as they had sent me the one replacement. I will open it tomorrow, put it in their return bag and address label and will return it. I did ask to return kits at one point for a refund and I could if I jumped thru some hoops and the refund would be $15 less to cover shipping costs, so, maybe $35 if there was not some other deduction I did not know about. Not worth the effort to me. Very frustrating and No Results. I'm back on my **. Thanks EverlyWell.

You pay $170 online, you wait, package arrives, you prepare for your test following a long list of instructions and videos. Then you get to the Blood sample and nothing works, you now have used part of the test items but can't continue. What a joke, then contacting this company they HAVE NO CONTACT, just a Robo form with useless help and last another form to fill out.

I mailed an item using a merchant provided label. When I attempted to track it I received this message: "Tracking Not Displayed. Tracking information will not be displayed because this package was shipped with counterfeit postage. Please contact the merchant or seller with any questions." I think this is shocking and my name is now permanently linked by the USPS with counterfeit postage. The USPS did deliver the package and Everlywell claimed they processed it and a result was available online, but frankly I doubt the validity of the test after seeing the USPS say the label was counterfeit.

I took the heart health cholesterol test. I wanted to see if I had made improvements since my blood draw from the doctor earlier in the year. The results came back with a total cholesterol of 305 and triglycerides at 206. Both numbers were way higher than I had ever had so I went back to my doctor within days of receiving the results and they did another blood draw. My cholesterol was 215 and my triglycerides were 116. I could see the results being slightly off, but this was a huge difference! I will never do a mail in finger prick blood test again. Lesson learned.

The FIT test is age restricted to people 45 years and older, despite this not being plainly expressed on the packaging. All in all a waste of money & time when all I was looking for was peace of mind. As someone who has a family history I wanted to start screening early. Apparently that's not an option.

I was notified my password, and therefore my sensitive personal information, was exposed due to the lack of security on Everlywell's website. They are a scam of a company. It took literally over one month for the results of my Food Sensitivity Test to come in, when they gave me at MOST a timeline of 14 days. After I emailed for a refund, they magically sent me my results and only promised half a refund. The results were completely inaccurate, probably not even mine. Absolutely nothing matched the doctor's office results I eventually got in the meantime due to the long wait with Everlywell. Do not go forward with this company.

I followed the directions EXACTLY for the Sleep and stress test. I received an automated email that the lab was unable to process. It stated I needed to reply to the message. I did so immediately. I received another automated response to that email. No answer for a couple of days so I sent another email to the customer service email address - there is no other way to contact them! I received another automated email response.
Two days later I received another email stating the lab is unable to process my test and that I need to reply to this email - implying that I had not responded to the first email!! I replied again and once again the exact same automated response. There appears to be no other way to contact them and so you are at the mercy of human-less system. This is terrible service with no recourse - and this is a test to measure stress!!!!

Do not use this test thinking you are going to get any results at all. In my opinion it's a total scam. They test for 3 hormones and tell you "great news you're in the range". The range is larger than what a doctor would use. The numbers were incorrect because I had my doctor run my numbers for the EXACT same hormones and they were totally different. He even agreed I wasted my money. You are better off going to your doctor and running a full complete metabolic panel through insurance. This test will not set you up on a weight loss journey or give you any guidance.

I am writing this review for one reason only - the tests are misleading. I purchased this set to learn what foods I was sensitive to. What I didn't know was that it would only show results for foods that I ate regularly. I didn't know this until I received my results and written across the top of the document, highlighted in green, is that the test only takes note of foods you regularly eat.
I searched the website for notes about this and found only one - buried in the FAQs. In the instructions it does 'recommend' that you eat the foods you are concerned about for 2-4 weeks before the test but that is only a recommendation. Furthermore, the website doesn't not let me write a review. Many other people noted this misleading problem but still gave the product a 4 or 5 so I am wondering if Everlywell only posts positive reviews. I reached out to Everlywell and received an email back pointing to me to the one mention buried in the FAQs. AND according to them, out of 260 foods, I only have a light sensitivity to almonds. Which I know is patently untrue. DON'T buy this and tell all your friends not to buy it. They are scam artists and should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered the Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test in December 2021. I read the entire website description and "Questions" section at the bottom of that page. I also read the prep emails, including the "Don't collect your sample before reading this!" email. Only AFTER I took the test and received the results did Everlywell state on the results page, with an (!): "This Food Sensitivity Test only detects foods that you have consumed recently." The website description states that 204 common foods are tested, but does not state that it only tests "regularly-eaten" foods, as was emailed to me today after I contacted Everlywell about this issue. I explained that had they been upfront about that, I would have prepared differently for the test. I asked for a refund or a replacement sent now that I know more than what is INCLUDED on their web page for this test.
They refused and were actually quite condescending. Their advertisement and instructions are misleading and lacking in information. Additionally, the test results stated that I have a reaction to one food: bell peppers. I absolutely hate bell peppers and that is most certainly not a "regularly-eaten" food and most definitely not something in my diet over the prior month. I would not recommend this company and especially not that test to anyone.

We ordered an Everlywell Food Sensitivity test recently and were not satisfied with the results nor the marketing of their product. Everlywell promotes that their Food Sensitivity Test tests for 96 food sensitivities - yet only after you've purchased and received their findings, they then put a disclaimer with your results that states: "This Food Sensitivity test only detects foods that you have consumed recently. Foods that you do not regularly consume may not be reflected in your results, as this test measures IgG (Immunoglobulin G0 response to your current diet."
We believed my wife was gluten sensitive from years of diet experimenting, but wanted to confirm whether gluten was the issue, or whether there were more food issues. So she's been trying to stay away from gluten. As advertised, (that it tests for 96 food sensitivities) the Food Sensitivity Test should have confirmed this. Everlywell states emphatically that they test for gluten sensitivity. However, it tells you if you're sensitive to 96 foods, ONLY if you've eaten them recently. This is an incredibly important piece of information that should be included prior to purchasing and sending you blood and DNA off to Everlywell And they don't even explain or define what "recently" means. A day? Week? Month? These disclaimers should be posted prominently with their advertising of product. We feel defrauded of the cost of this test.

There is no phone to call, only the UPS or USPS but I don't have a track number. I have sent 3 emails and I get the same answer, that I need to send the order number, the buyer's name and the delivery address, but no solution whatsoever. How can I possibly trust their results if their test struggled with a known medical problem. They also state during their webinar that their testing is still not approved!
