We paid for the very best dentures..in 2024 in American Fork, Utah. Then they closed down the one in West Valley. Would not help us because they are Privately Owned.. We needed a adjustment for The New Dentures. They wanted use to BUY NEW Ones... They will not work on them because they did not make they.. What A joke.. Over 5000.00 we paid. I would not Recommend them at all.. Hope this helps someone to make a better decision then we made.. Thank You & have a GREAT DAY.

I have worked with Affordable Dentures & Implants since last summer. I went in to get two implants. Over the summer, and my first visit, I had to wait over 2 hours. I did not have to work over the summer, but that wait time was not acceptable. I was then booked to have my second visit for implants in December 2025. By text message, I received a message saying that my appointment in December had been changed to January 2026. I could not make the January 2026 appointment because I had just started a new job. So, I rescheduled it for March 2026.

I paid approximately $19,000 upfront to Affordable Dentures & Implants in Denton, TX for extractions, implants, and a permanent fixed lower prosthesis. While extractions and implant posts were completed, I am still in a temporary denture and the final restoration has not been completed. After starting treatment, a new dr came in and took over that office I was informed that the Denton office could not finish the procedure and that I would need to go to another office in Lewisville.

In July of 2025, I decided to have Affordable Dentures in American Fork, Utah, do my Dentures. It has been the biggest mistake I could have made. Dr Adam said all the right things and promised me a set of beautiful Dentures. He was lying to me the whole time. I had to have 22 teeth pulled and after the first 11 were pulled, he told me that he was shutting down his business in a couple of weeks. My Dentures were horrible, and I didn't have anyone to help me with them. I was to get all the adjustments needed, and 4 reline over the first year until I received my permanent ones.

Initially the service was good. The staff was very friendly. But after ordering a new set ot dentures and paying for them the service becomes lackluster. Yesterday I had an appointment under the impression that my new dentures was being completed by adding gold crowns to my teeth. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes just to find out that it was a appointment for repairs for my old dentures that took place 2 weeks prior. The most disappointing part is that my gold wasn't ordered til the day before. I paid for everything the prior week. I lost time from my job for nothing. Very disappointed.

I lost my dentures. Went to Affordable Dentures. They made my first set. They were terrible. I had to purchase the second set after using United Healthcare insurance. With no other choice I had to pay for a second set and the tooth came out of the set on my top. I had to glue it together with Crazy Glue. I was so happy at first because I had no teeth in my mouth before weeks however I would never ever recommend anyone to go to that particular dentist. Affordable Dentures probably do a better job without that idiot dentist who told me I had to pay for a second set and wouldn't reimburse me for the first set that didn't work.

Very poorly made for the price I paid. Very rushed. My bottom one side is longer than the other. Tops are just poorly made.

The receptionist was awful to us. She pretended to be a manager and kept trying to give us medical and dental information. If I didn't agree she was horribly rude. She slammed the glass door in my face. I asked for the price brochure to confirm my order and compare. She started arguing and said that I signed the form previously and refused to give me the pricing brochure. Someone else had to do it. Then she was so awful the dentist had to run our payment, make copies and basically do her job. She even threatened us at some point. I called the local police to see if they would accompany us to get a refund because I was worried when I walked back in she would act crazy again.

My name is Angela **. I am 76 years of age. I have worn dentures since I was 35 years old. I don't ever remember using any other dentist than those of Affordable Dentures. I have utilized the staff at the Carrollton location for as long as I can remember except once when I went to the location in West Atlanta. Needless to say it was a huge error in judgment. The office was closer to my home however staff left a lot to be desired. This month I returned to the Carrollton Georgia and Dr ** was there waiting for me. :) Years later he hasn't aged. He is still as kind as always. His work is still exceptional. His staff is still made up of people with high interpersonal skills. That's very important to me.

Very nice staff but quality is very inconsistent, poor communication and they take a long time to complete your work. I regret going to them and basically chose them because of proximity to my home, a huge mistake. Once my work is complete, I will Never go to them again and will gladly pay another dentist to perform the cleaning on the implants.

Worst place ever! What a rip off! 5,000 for denture that will fall right out of your mouth and p cause mouth pain and sores. And don’t ever think you’ll get a refund. They’ll advertise one but never honor it!

The staff is friendly and personable. They take there time and make sure you are happy with your dentures. They know you are spending a lot of money and you should be happy. I tell all my friends dealing with bad teeth to go to them.

Front and back staff are not on the same schedule. Dentist and assistant say 2-3 days, appt is 10 days. They say you can come back before end of week if needed, then get schedule a week out. But the quality? Awful! When you have raw gums the last thing you need is a denture rougher than sand and with sharp edges everywhere that doesn’t fit. They need to actually show the lack of quality appliance so you can make plans based on reality vs a picture. Going there was a huge mistake.

I had an appointment saw the dentist. They said they needed a prior authorization for which they never requested from insurance. Called them. They said it takes about a week but they never requested one, I drove 45 mins to and from for that appointment. A waste of time.

I am a long time customer at the Beaumont location. I have an abscess but they can't see me for over a month for help. They will see me for other appointments before this date. Most dentists just call in antibiotics. Very, very, very dangerous to health.

I had implant break off, they could not repair. Had my dentures break three times and finally had to get a backup pair made. They are the worst, told them over and over they don't fit, the look of them are the worst teeth, off-center, tilted and I can't eat with them.

I wish I would have read the reviews before spending $9000 and its going on a month of not being able to eat solid foods. After spending $7000 for the cheaper ones and realizing they sucked, I upgraded for $2000 and haven't heard from them for over a week. They pretend to care about their patients but it's pretty obvious it's all about the $$. They also claimed they help with insurance, not true.

I went to Silverdale WA office for extractions and partial implants at an agreed price. They removed about half of the teeth and gave a healing denture. Later when returning to the office to finish the removals they wanted more money. I ask for a refund of remaining money and they refused. Their partial they gave does not fit and cannot swallow liquids when in mouth.

Clams to be affordable, but not in my opinion when quality is factored in. I had the worst experience anyone could possibly have. First set came nowhere close to fitting. Neither did the second set, the third set, nor the fourth. And white teeth cost almost a thousand dollars more than the yellow teeth. Totally disgusted would be the best thing I can find to say about the entire experience. The fact that they couldn't seem to be able to fabricate some dentures that fit after four attempts speaks volumes. And I have kept an open mind through the entire process, thinking maybe I wasn't giving them a chance. But I can't even speak clearly. I can't eat a lot of things because my teeth pop loose when I bite down. Frustrating beyond measure. They have brought me to tears more times than I can count. This is not at all what I would expect from a reputable company.

Affordable Dentures and implants in West Valley City. We paid $10,000 up front for four implants, the bottom and top denture. They put the implants in and a temporary top and bottom. The top broke in half within the first two days, we went back in. They put some glue on it and it broke again. We had to use our old top that didn't match the bottom but just so we had something. After 9 months we got the permanent bottom and supposedly the permanent top, reinforced so it wouldn't break so easily. When we shine a light through the top denture you can see the old crack. They use the old temporary denture with the new bottom. When we asked them about it they said they would fix it if it breaks. Don't go with these guys, find someone else.

These people are horrible. NEVER EVER USE THEM!!! They will charge you $6000. Then the office staff is so overly rude, tries to charge for their mess-ups. They make your teeth 10x too big and refuse to fix them. If you have to have any work done from them screwing up they charge you over and over so it ends up being more like 10,000. They keep changing staff and no one there knows what the hell is going on.

Had to make five 120 mile round trips because the dentures looked like a little old lady's teeth. I complained after the first set and a woman argued with me, told me that they fit my face... Finally got them to agree to remaking them, new uppers came out the same way, dainty and petite except now a half of a front tooth off center. Got tired of making the drive so just accepted them like an idiot. $2,300 and fuel shot.

Totally rip off, don't trust nothing they say, told me one price and then when I was done it was a different price, then they told me adjustment will be free, but then told me it was only free for 90 days in which I fell like they should at lease give you a year considering how much they charged, totally rip off I hate I went to them.

They get you in there. Do great job. Some office staff is ok. The problem I have is they want to charge you for every little thing especially when you already paid for. My bottom teeth still don’t fit properly.

I went to AD in Myrtle Beach. They lie to you and take your money. I got dentures in Columbus, OH and need new O-rings for my bottom. I went in and they said they could do it and would order them. They charged my card twice and did get back the extra charge. Now they are saying that they are not responsible to replace them. The Dr. told me they would order them right away. What a shame.

I had all my uppers removed and Dentures put in same day. The staff and Dr. ** are great. I am a happy camper. It does take a little time to get use to the dentures and the reline procedure is very much needed to adjust the fit.

Went to Affordable Dentures earlier this year, to have a broken lower bottom tooth removed. The dentist also removed other bottom teeth, and wanted to make a partial for the bottom, and a new one for the top. I had a mandibular tori, which almost met in the middle that also needed to be removed. I explained that I didn't think a partial was the best idea, as a previous dentist had told me that the tooth he was hooking the partial to also needed to be removed. He told me the tooth was fine. He proceeded to take pics as he removed the mandibular tori, to show his colleagues, which took months to heal, and he kept suturing the bottom of my tongue to the bottom of my mouth, causing sutures to tear. A couple of months later the partial denture and the top denture became very painful, and it was past the adjustment time.

Business closed in Sioux Falls SD with no advanced letter to patients where to go for services. Staff was great but this is just poor business letting customers hang. A letter with explanation of closing would have been nice.

Nisha in the Livonia office listens very well and is so helpful. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciated it. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. They will take care of you! Norm C.

The wait time is unbearable. After having teeth extracted staff doesn’t check to see how are you doing, just hand a bag of gauze and written extremely vague instructions. Basically telling the patient to get out of the chair and to gone back at 2pm of which one had to wait another 3-4 hours while bleeding. Then dentures are literally shoved in your mouth of which you as the patient are in more pain. I should have gone to Aspen Dental. With that said the dentures cause pain and really are not a great fit even though the teeth look great.
