    This place is a butcher's shop! They botched a tooth extraction on me and denied me pain medication because the dentist wasn't authorized to do so. Some months later, a qualified dentist found that they had only removed part of the tooth in question. This required me to have another operation to correct their amateurish procedure. If I were to do it over, I would hire a lawyer and seek damages. Please stay away from these butchers!

    Update 8-16-2025: Since I posted this review, I have just received an invoice for $455.00 with no explanation of the charges. Keep in mind my procedure was over a year ago! LOL. The feedback hurt their feelings, so I will file a complaint with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) along with the Texas Medical Board for issues related to the physician. Affordable Dentures & Implants has been the subject of multiple lawsuits. These lawsuits allege issues such as unlicensed dental work, negligence, and poor-quality dentures. Some patients have reported receiving substandard care, experiencing discomfort, and even incurring financial losses due to these issues.

    I went to Affordable Dentures to get a pair of false teeth, my appointment date was July 1, 2025. When I asked how long the process would take, I was told that the entire process would take a week. After having to reschedule my appointment, I explained to them that my birthday was July 10th and I would really like if I could have my teeth by my birthday.

    They assured me that, that would be the case. Well, it is now Aug. 18th and I still do not have my teeth and the young lady that called to reschedule (once again) another appointment that she couldn’t make me an appointment cause she didn’t know when they would come back from the lab (had no clue when that would be) so she said she would just give me a call when they finally make it back from the lab. She didn’t want to have to cancel and reschedule me again. Unbelievable, just completely unbelievable. I wish I had thought to look on here for the reviews before I made this appointment sadly, I think I’m going to call and demand a refund.

    If you're considering getting implants from Affordable Dentures in Clearwater with Dr. **, I advise you to avoid Place. Their focus is purely on making money, and my experience reflects that. I spent over $40,000, and it has been three years since the procedure. Unfortunately, I faced some of the worst customer service imaginable. What I received was far from what I expected. My implants resemble "false teeth that are bolted to the roof of my mouth". They are only 1/8 inch thick, making it impossible for me to chew meat or even enjoy a sandwich. I've lost most of my sense of taste, and chewing has become a significant challenge.

    When I raised my concerns with Affordable Dentures, they insisted that they had never had this problem with anyone. However, what was presented to me and what I received were completely different. Correcting teeth can be beneficial. I have reservations about the practices at Affordable Dentures. They are great until they receive your payment, but after that, the service goes downhill. They do not offer any follow-up check-ups; once they have your money, they are finished with you. Make sure you are clear about what you are getting. Affordable Dentures are nothing more than a rip-off. I have had to find another dentist to correct the problem and spend another $20,000.

    I want to express appreciation for the service I received during an extraction. But the partial ordered did not fit and I was unable to eat with the partial in place. The partial had some SMALL teeth and in some places had sharp edges, it just did not fit properly. Also had a problem with the office running my credit card was told their system was down for days. Had to go to the bank for cash in order to pay my bill. Be aware of their in lab work very suspect (not Good).

    I've had a good experience with the staff, however the temporary plate is horrible, the teeth look like horse teeth, they hang so low that when I smile all you see are huge gums and teeth that I can barely open my mouth open far enough to get a fork in my mouth and forget eating a sandwich unless I cut it into little tiny pieces. I've had numerous adjustments and still have can't wear them for more than a hour or so before I have sores rubbed on my gums. I hope that my permanent plate is natural looking, because this temporary plate is horrible and embarrassing.

    They're putting Dental Lab Technicians to attend patients. THAT'S COMPLETELY ILLEGAL...! Can dental technicians see patients? In most cases, no, dental lab technicians are not legally allowed to see and attend to patients directly. Here's why: Practicing Dentistry: In most states, only licensed dentists can perform procedures in the mouth and take responsibility for patient care. Working directly with patients would be considered the unlicensed practice of dentistry. Focus of the Role: Dental lab technicians primarily work behind the scenes, using impressions and prescriptions from dentists to create appliances like crowns, dentures, and bridges. Their expertise lies in the fabrication of these items, not direct patient care.

    Limited Patient Contact: While they work closely with dentists, their contact with patients is generally very limited. Exceptions (Rare): Shade Matching: Some states allow patients to visit a dental lab for shade matching purposes. Denturists: A few states license denturists, who are trained to make dentures and may have a limited scope of practice with patients, usually after completing specific education and licensure exams, according to the National Association of Dental Laboratories.     I have visited Affordable Dentures near Highway 85 and 291 Pleasantburg Drive, this will be my fourth visit. I have already paid cash for the procedures, so now I'm stuck there. Wish I would have went to another location. The Dr. ** should have chose a different line of work. He has no people skills. And a smart, hateful, mouth. He is disrespectful. To me. I go today to pick up my teeth. And to see his work.

    Run away!! Negligence and Substandard malpractice. Failure to provide adequate follow up care. My dentures broke in half, and they did not fix it because my guarantee is over. When I purchase my dentures they told me they will fix any problem. They only wanted your money. Scam corporation!!!

    I went to this place because I went to this place because my dentist was on vacation. I had a small bridge that fell out that was in the back of my mouth. I went to affordable to see if they could cement it back in. The female dentist said sure and to come back the following morning. Other than crown, my teeth were white and very healthy. As a teen I wore braces and my teeth were in perfect condition. I go to have my bridge put back in. The the dentist gave me four injections in the roof of my mouth. I thought that getting four shots was odd but I thought that maybe the dental world came out with a new procedure. The place wouldn't take any of my cards to pay with.

    I had to use my debit card to pay three thousand bucks. I go to my car and looked in the mirror to see my bridge. I opened my 👄 and that witch pulled every tooth from the top of my mouth. Nothing was wrong with any of them. This week I'm going to schedule a meeting with the Louisiana state board of dentistry. Either I get money back or I will constantly tell the truth about this place and what they did to me. This place changed my life forever. How can you justify playing dentist with a person's life? I keep on planning to tell any site or forum the truth about this place. The name of the butcher shop dentist is Skye **.

    I purchased a partial with promise of a permanent replacement the following March for $1800 in 2024. I returned March 3, 2025 to make final mold. They called me on 3-17 to give 2 explanations of why I need to return 3-18 to make another mold. No one returned my call and I had to call them 4-21. Same song and dance. I asked for my money back because the temporary partial broke in Dec 2024. They would not replace the partial instead wanted me to pay $400 more dollars for another pair. I have contacted a lawyer who sent certified mail also asking for the return of my money. It’s 6-23-2025 and I still haven’t had my money returned and are still using a broken partial. I know this is causing permanent damage to my mouth.

    Started in October 2024. Dr. said could have dentures in a day. Had to pay upfront even though my insurance covered 100%. Got dentures but they didn’t fit well. Had to go back over 50 times and still as of today 6-15-25 am waiting on bottoms to be remade. They call every other appointment wanting reschedule. Said Dr. wasn’t in even though I don’t see Dr. for try in or the lab needs more time. I live over 1 hr 15 minutes away. They don’t care how many times I have to come back. They got my insurance money but forgot to give me back my cash until I demanded it. The office manager is rude and hateful after you’re no longer a "new" patient. This is the Bryant Arkansas location. But don’t go to the Conway Arkansas location either. I had appointment there and showed up and no one was there. No phone call giving reason why and no call to reschedule appt.

    These people are a giant scam. I don’t know anyone who gets their dentures in a day here. Plus if you pay cash and then your insurance pays, be sure and get your cash back because they will try to keep it like they earned it and they sure didn’t!!!! I’m still waiting after 7 try ins to get my bottom teeth and it’s so expensive with the gas prices as they are but Affordable Dentures in Bryant AR doesn’t care!!!! Hopefully a class action lawsuit will come about on these people!!!

    I visited Affordable Dentures today for my 1st adjustment on my permanent dentures received on May 1, 2025. I was having a fit problem with the top and a rubbing on the inner and outer parts of the bottoms. The doctor was very helpful and pleasant during my adjustment. We will try out the adjustments on the dentures.

    The only good part about my experience at this office was the dentist that I only saw once for my extractions, after that my temporary dentures never worked, the office tried to with on them but I went 6 months without teeth! Then finally time for my wax trying for my permanent dentures, I've never been so upset in my life, every appointment a different person, they didn't listen to me, expected me to approve the dentures without even seeing what they would look like in my mouth, they would put them in with a mouth full of wax all over the teeth and ask me do I like them, today the girl got really aggravated with me but I'm over it, this is the 3rd try in and still same issues nothing is getting done!!

    I do not feel that everyone in that office is experienced with fitting dentures but yet that's how it looks, I wouldn't be surprised if the receptionist was also fitting dentures, I have educated myself on this process with hours and hours of professional videos, speech, etc.. and this office so far has done anything the way it's supposed to be done. I've spoke with the office manager even about the temporary dentures in still paying for that could never wear, she was going to talk to the dentist and get back with me, she never did anything, there are a couple employees that are very nice and seem to want to help me but I don't get to see them every time I go in so it's hard, I'm not looking forward to my next appointment because I already know the dentures are not going to be right and their not experienced enough to do it the correct way and I'm not signing off on teeth I have to live with everyday!

    I knew my dentures wouldn't be right when they took the impressions. They do everything in a hurry. Too many patients! Once my dentures were ready, of course they didn't fit. Too tight, and like having a big giant piece of plastic hurting my mouth, and they stuck so tight to the roof of my mouth I had to have an E/R doctor take tem out. The roof of my mouth was red and sore for over a week. I never wore the dentures and never went back cause I was too afraid of more pain. They are just there to make as much money as possible for dentist? Or owner. I got economy dentures, but I would not trust them for any other kind or implants. If you don't have 3 or 4 hours to sit and wait, better find another dentist or alternative.

    We have gone to three offices, and found the staff to be helpful, professional and our Dentures have always fit nicely. The appointments were set quickly and accommodating to our schedule! I tried to get some dental work done in Florida with St Petersburg Dental Center, but just not a good fit for me literally. They did refund our monies in due time. Back to Affordable Dentures.

    I am in Detroit, and the office I go to is in Allen Park, Michigan. I warn you; what I am about to say is true. This company hires lying customers for reviews. I have been coming here since January 2025, and the inexperienced people they call assistants and techs are horrible. They make poor quality dentures, then make you finance them, and then have you come back every week to have them properly fitted. They are nice people, because they want positive reviews, and for you to bring in more suckers so they can steal money from. There is no way in hell someone should be coming and going for months to have their dentures remade and properly fitted if they knew how to do them right. I WARN YOU, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

    My first appointment December 19, 2024 only had X-ray and made contract with Dr. ** with 15% off special. December 20, 2024 8 am with money requested by Dr ** and Carol ** office manager for impressions. Had to reschedule to January 2, 2025 because “I apologize we have overscheduled and since this is our fault I will still honor the 15% discount.” Direct quote from Dr **. January 2, 2025 at 8 am my appointment at 9 am and schedule a 2 vacation days for complete removal top teeth and premium dentures put in. Carol ** called indirectly my voicemail stating had to reschedule Dr. ** became ill and office would be closed. Rescheduled appointment again for January 29, 2025 at 10 am. 2 more days taken off work.

    I arrived and Carol **, office manager, stated, "Did you bring your 7356 to pay in full today?" I said, "Excuse me? I already paid and have yet to have anything done but foam shoved in my mouth and couldn’t complete made my front tooth so lose it has fallen out." Carol ** said, "Well you have a contract and everybody knows payments due at service." "No, I asked you in December to get payment plan started. You said wait till next visit, this is next visit and we have spoken over 15 times 4 times on phone 2 yesterday 13 emails and not once not one time said anything about money needed. Don’t you think that would be the professional patient care business practices?"

    Carol ** agreed. Said lack of communication on their behalf. I said, "No. You and I have had over 30 communications. The issue is you wait till right now when I drive here and then you for first time say I had to pay in full and where are you getting amount". That incorrect. Carol **, "How about 5356?" "No what are you looking at. That can’t be my chart?" "Oh yes you’re right. This not you, well you know you don’t get the 15% because December gone." And she laughed!! Carol ** chuckle, I said, "No that’s incorrect. Dr ** said because y'all was at fault he would honor the original agreement." Carol ** said “Well I guess I will have to then". It is only my top. It should not be more than a couple hundred dollars if that much. Carol **, "Oh yeah. I remember now. what about 1056, 756, 556,?" "No no. I will not look at my mouth. Why would you do this to me?"

    She said, "You can’t go get more money borrow it or something?" She chuckled again and said, "It be 105 dollars cheaper since your tooth fell out”. She called 5 times at my home wanting me take out loans and got it down to 256. I asked for Refund and it it now February 27, 2025 and she emails and calls and some lady from “Home Office" Virgin ** Human Resources or patient services state refund is processing!

    I have never been treated so cruel so empathetic and laughed at me in dire physical and emotional need for treatment I paid for and honored my part of contract. I have to file a court motion because I have no reason not to think that the office manager is intentionally keeping my money? I hoping to get local investigation news on my story. Stay away. Stay away. Absolutely crooks. Should be shutdown and criminal charges. If I Illegally kept someone money I be arrested on theft?

    I am so happy we went with this dentist office (AF.DEN.) I'd taken my sister in for a consult at another office prior to going here and they said my sister needed bone grafts that were going to cost an additional $4,000.00 on top of denture cost. AF.DEN said was not necessary. Not only that, but Dr Mark ** told us they were running a special on their website that offered discounts for certain plans and even though the discount didn't apply to us, he still gave us a reduced price on my sister's treatment plan. This is the difference in service you get when you don't go to most "chain" dentist offices. My sister also has really bad anxiety when it comes to dentists and from the minute we walked in, the entire staff really worked to put her at ease; they even had her laughing! We highly recommend this office!

    I have had implants put in by oral surgeon and was apprehensive about having it done with just local anesthesia, but was more than pleased how well it worked. The Dr and his assistant were excellent and I had minimal discomfort. I would recommend them to anyone wanting good service, great workmanship, and good price. Dr ** is a magician with a needle.

    My experience with full implants wasn't a bed of roses, BUT If I knew I was going thru what I did, I swear I would do it all over again with AFFORDABLE DENTURES in Mesquite. As I look back, I am extremely thankful for Mr. Dr. **..every ride is different, but for me, I know everyone in there, and some before them,.. I've done a lot of experimenting, rode lots of roller coasters in '80s & '90s, but never had a rush and hyperventilate at same time as i left there heading to Golden Corral, so do I recommend affordable dentures hell yes, in Mesquite...beautiful staff... Thanks again office Mgr. **.. Staff..

    I have been going to Affordable Dentures in Olympia, Washington for the past 5 months. I cannot wear the shoddy dentures they made me‼️ I can’t eat with them in‼️ I’m so upset with the crap they let go out of their office‼️ I should have gone somewhere else because I have paid almost $10,000. The dentist has changed since I began this journey. The staff are great but the dentist doesn’t seem to care about the existing patients only about the new patients to get their money. 😡

    Affordable Dentures and Implants did not finish my dental work. One of my implants failed and they were supposed to have ordered a new one for replacement. This failed implant cost me over 1000$ and I am still paying for it. I am not very happy about the way I have been treated. My total dental work cost me over 10,000$.

    I would not recommend this company, especially if you live in Covington Louisiana. My dentures do not fit. They never have from the very beginning. They made a second pair. The second pair was way too big for my mouth and gave me buck teeth. I can’t eat nor keep my dentures in, after after many resets of my teeth all I get a response from the doctors and everyone at this business that they look beautiful if you say that product is so great. Let me see you wear them because you would not. They’re awful looking.

    Buyer beware. This place is horrible, no permanent doctor. Lousy, rude staff. They do not return phone calls. They do horrible work. My implant is misaligned, and the color is absolutely ridiculous, does not match my teeth at all. They would not bill my insurance, so I submitted for reimbursement. The check was sent to Affordable Dentures, and they did not give it to me.

    I have been going to this location for a year and a half and I still have no good fitting dentures and partials. I have already spent around $13k and am still needing surgery to get top implants and have to spend another $6,800, which still doesn't include the final product. Can't get my refund either. I am over this company. The individuals are good but, the company itself is terrible and their products are not good quality.

    I went to Affordable Denture & Implants in Grandville, MI due to 3 teeth causing me excruciating pain. They convinced me that the best option was a snap-in system. I purchased the extractions and snap-in system with their “ultimate fit” dentures for $16,000+, 4 posts on my top arch and 2 on my bottom arch. The first issue is they do not use any sedation other than a ** and numbing your gums with needles; this is something I wouldn’t wish on an enemy! Their “Ultimate Fit” dentures are the same exact plastic material as their lowest-end dentures. This is extremely deceitful!

    The teeth were continually falling out and breaking in half when eating due to my bite force not being accounted for. After 3 years of this frustration, their solution was for me to purchase 2 additional posts and a new set of Ultimate Fit Teeth for $4,400. When you’re spending $16,000+ the dentist should be able to get it right the first time or AT LEAST be willing to own up to their mistake and make it right on their own dime. I have went without teeth for about 2.5 years out of the last 3.5 years and they do not care if you aren’t willing to continue to spend thousands of dollars for a problem they created. They are constantly changing their pricing and making if more UNaffordable for people to get the care they need. This is a horrible company that doesn’t stand by their products and takes advantage of people in their time of need.

    Affordable Dentures in Lafayette, Louisiana off of willow street. Run run run don’t bother even calling this place. Medical board needes to investigate this place. It’s been 16 months since we paid in full for dental implants. My dentures still are not right. I have tried for 16 months to get them to listen to me and the problems I’m having with them. I have lost 20 lbs which I can’t afford to lose weight. I can’t eat with them in my mouth. When I do try and eat I have to cut my food up in small tiny pieces. My bite doesn’t match up. My bottoms look like I have a dip in my mouth. I can put my fingers between my dentures and gums. I have expressed this for 13 months when they finally looked and said omg these are horrible and we will make new ones. But that’s not the worst part.

    They tried to do the same surgical procedure on me 4 times. They didn’t have my right phone number. Never in my charts have they documented anything they have done on me . How is that ethically acceptable in a medical office. Nothing they have done on me has been documented. I have wasted more time driving and sitting in the waiting room for them to call me to the back to do a whole different procedure than what I’m therefore. I ordered my second set of dentures in August was called back to their office twice to go and try the new dentures out, but the dentures were never even ordered both times that I went. And when I went both times to get the new dentures the staff tried to tell me I was there for extractions. How do you know know what I’m there for? How do you not know that you were suppose to order my new dentures.

    Here we are October 14 I ordered them in july, was suppose to take 2 weeks and I’m just getting them today. And they are still wrong!!! The 3 ** ladies and yes I’m a ** person, are the most unprofessional, incompassionate, the most rude females I have ever in my life encountered especially in a medical professional office. The only two that show any compassion or helpful and like to do anything to correct the mistakes or the two ** ladies in there, I believe that this office needs to have someone investigate and check their files and fire the whole entire staff except for the two ladies that are ** that work there. They really need to fire the receptionist the other two ** ladies and get a whole new staff or they need to shut the doors on this place.

    I don’t understand how you can operate and not have proper documentation of procedures that you’ve done on a patient. I work in the medical field and I know that it is completely unacceptable and I will contact every medical board, bbb, Affordable denture patients relations. I need to contact to make sure that they are investigated.. they will need to be restaffed and while being investigated and their files gone through shut the door.

    Office in Clinton. Went in on Sept 27th. Have not been able to wear dentures due to a torn gum from tooth extraction. Terrible pain and very ill fitting dentures. Wish I would have never gone. Pain worst then a toothache. Lot of money for not having any teeth.

    The Bellevue Nebraska Affordable Dentures screwed me over. The lady that called me to confirm my appointment was very unprofessional and hung up on me. I had to wait in agony over the weekend to call them. When I called the main number the man I called that made that appointment sounded convincing and told me I wouldn't have any surprises and he scheduled me for an emergency extraction 76 miles away because my tooth broke and I was in absolute pain and there was an opening there.

    The lady that called for an appointment confirmation wanted me to drive 76 miles one way just to give me a prescription for antibiotic before even seeing me and told me they weren't gonna pull my tooth. The Bellevue office cancelled my appointment and left me in agony and now I'm looking at all the bad reviews and I can see why. The new breed of dentists suck. They make a simple tooth extraction into a long drawn-out saga that takes days and costs a fortune.

I would not recommend their service, I should have known I was dealing with shoddy workmanship because it took me two trips to get it to fit. Could you take a look at the pic?     Save your hard earn money and go somewhere that knows how to make teeth period. I've got over 3000 in 2 sets of different teeth that can't be worn at all. The dentist does not listen and does what he wants to do regardless of the fit or look of the teeth, they push you into signing off on teeth that can't be worn with oh we can fix them when they are done and when you ask for your money back that's a joke. No refunds so basically you're stuck with terrible teeth that can't be worn and totally out of your money and this worst experience ever. I wouldn't give them a 1 rating .. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY..

Sat it on the counter, they were too busy and talking to other staff, went u to remind the lady my paperwork was sitting there. She said ok. Never touched it. Kept taking patients in that came after me, but never acknowledged me I got up and left. My time is valuable too. Will look for someone else.

    I am so disappointed with Affordable Dentures and Implants on S Penn and the Del City location as well. I would have gone elsewhere had I known how cheaply made their dentures are. I had a top tooth fall out, I got it fixed and then a week later 2 of my top teeth fell out! One being the tooth they had just fixed the week before! Are you serious? I haven't even had my dentures for a year! Then I call to schedule an appointment to get them fixed, 2 weeks before I can even get into see the dentist! I am a bartender and you expect me to go to work with 2 missing teeth! I didn't even schedule the appointment. I was so mad.

    You should have emergency appointments daily for teeth falling out! I am so mad. I'm using my temporary top plate from my old dentist and none of my teeth have ever fallen out of it! The Del City location was great about helping me when the Penn office wouldn't get me in but I paid them $395 cash for my bottom plate, they told me they show NO record of payment and that I have to pay it again. I paid before I left the office after they made my bottom plate impressions! Beyond unhappy,. Go elsewhere. Do not go to Affordable Dentures.

    They did a horrible job on my dentures and refused to honor their "100 day money back guarantee" advertised in the office and online. False advertising to gain trust and then deliver terrible workmanship all for over $5k! Buyer beware never been more true. They do shoddy work, do not care about how awful their results are and then refuse their own guarantee even though it was requested only a month after having the dentures. Check out the pictures of the dentures they provided. They also are dishonest in their billing practices, billing more for the patient portion than slowed by insurance. Avoid this practice like the plague!

    As for Dr **/Affordable Dentures I am reporting them to the MD state dental board and filing a lawsuit since he refuses to honor his guarantee. I will warn everyone I come across to avoid them. Look online you'll see dozens of unhappy consumer reviews. I don't consider this business to be the least bit honest or professional. If you use this business you'll likely regret doing so! They take no pride in their work and just want to get people's money no matter how's poor a job they do!!! Go anywhere but here!! By the way you’d think the corporate office would help if you’re unhappy right? They won’t! They said they can’t override the dentist or enforce the money back promise they advertise. They don’t care that their dentist do horrible work!

    I’ve had a horrible experience. I paid over $4k cash back in 2021. It’s been 3 years. I could never get ahold of the office. I always had to leave messages and never get a call back. Then I finally got through my final set. Turned out to look like a joke (gag) set, I literally cried. Instead of making me a new plate they have adjusted the set over 30 times and the teeth are huge crooked and very unattractive. I live 45 min away from the office. I have had to go back I'd say close to 100 times and my set is still not finished.

    My experience with AD was horrible. It was impossible to get them on the phone. You'd either get the answering service or a recording and that's during business hrs. Of the 7 messages I left I got 0 returned calls. 2 times I had to drive across town to talk to them. The information I was given was wrong time and time again.     The office staff is rude, condescending and uncaring. They "diagnosed" me with needing thousands of dollars in treatments, charged my insurance company and took my money. Now they continue to "reschedule" my appointments each time they come up. This has been going on for 3 months with 4 visits canceled last minute by them. Each time it's a different issue for the practice and always last minute. If you're in pain needing treatment, I cannot recommend them, they are the worst.

    I went to the Silvis, IL office for upper and lower premium partials. They had to remake the bottom partial over completely. All in all over about 4-5 month I went back 12 times for adjustments. They couldn't get them right. I told the dentist I want to take advantage of the money back guarantee but he insisted there was nothing wrong with them even though I conveyed to him I could not eat with them! I finally gave up because if they can't get it right in that time frame they're not going to. I now have $3k worth of teeth sitting in a bowl on my bathroom sink. I will go to another dentist to see if he can get them comfortable and useable. Hopefully I won't have to buy a new set. They obviously know the right thing to say but fail miserably in the actual process of manufacturing. Stay away!

    First let me say that all the staff are friendly but that’s where it ends. The Affordable dentures in Woodhaven Mi did my implants on top. After first attempt they informed my that one was drilled wrong and would need to be redone but first I need 4 weeks to heal. 4 weeks pass and they redid it. The implant never felt right like the other 3 did but I was told good to go. 6 months later it started bleeding. I went back to affordable for them to say it failed and needs to come out. Made appointment for 2 day later to have it removed.

    2 days later showed up. They started the removal and said, "Oh it didn’t fail. Your gum is just inflamed. We will remove the stud that is too small and put a bigger one in." When back 5 days later to have a bigger stud installed only to be told, "Nope. Must remove the implant because you have a bone infection now." The removal was horrible pain. Nothing like the installation. So many stitches. On top of all this the billing is not correct. My wife is still trying to resolve that. By the way all this was by 3 different dentist at this facility.

    Had a full upper and partial lower in 2016. I was back within 2 years because a tooth fell out of the top set. Long story short... I had the uppers replaced in 2020 (they tried to say they were out of warranty!) and was back within 2 months to have another tooth glued in. This time the receptionist got an attitude with me because she couldn't understand my frustration and literally went off on me in the office that had other patients who heard. So, new top dentures in 2020 and on Tuesday I will be making a third trip, wasting my time and my PTO to fix their poor work. DO NOT GO HERE!! I should have went to Afdent!!

    Had an abscess tooth and x-ray white wing was done, was given a ** then was told two of my teeth had to come out, one year later with fluid in my face. ER takes X-ray and finds a 1-in broken needle in my cheek, went to a lawyer who is the other one I would complain about, took me on said, "No worries." A year later dropped me when I went to get copies of my dental work, a whole full-scale x-ray was given to me with that needle showing front and center saying it was there before they did work and it was right where he poked me for the **. What a coincidence. My lawyer I think was paid off by them that way more than what I would have been able to give.

    I am blown away. All I wanted was relief for my tooth and now I am suffering more than you can know and all of them are getting away with it. What I'd like to know is why on Earth would a dentist even want to work on your mouth if he sees this long sharp object through the X-ray. It's because there wasn't anything there I saw. I'm stupid for not having asked for a copy of that right then and there because I honestly thought dentists were honest and cared about people hurt and disgusted, doesn't even cut it when I went to go get my records.

    They had locked their door and was scrambling, they knew I was there to get stuff together. There was my dentist with the receptionist, they forgot to cover the blinds, completely unbelievable! And the lawyer was just as crooked as them... I know I'm nobody but I am somebody to someone and this was not fair. What was done to me and I wish there was some way to get them to pay all of them for what they've done to me. I'm very forgiving and I will work with whoever and whatever as long as there is honesty so at least I can get this out and tell people don't ever go to Affordable Dentures and be careful who you hire as a lawyer.

    So my boyfriend and me started doing some research as to what and where to go to have major dental work done. We knew there was going to be partial or full dentures by the end. Did a consult with aspen dental and a month or so later with Affordable Dentures in Suffolk VA. Staff seemed to be cold and purely task oriented. But something had to be done because I had a lot of deterioration due to a lifetime of bad teeth and poor dental help. Another dentist had gotten me for about $6,000 less than 10 years prior. So we get our information and see the price difference so it’s not a long discussion and a date gets set some weeks later. The 24th of January will haunt me the rest of my life having my teeth extracted while I’m awake. He is discussing my teeth breaking with her while I’m listening to it and feeling him press on what is my loose teeth. So my extractions ended up taking 3 & 1/2 hours and he had to stop a few times.

    The impression were taken before the extractions. They have never even remotely fit and we’ve actually gone from bad to worse now. I hate the thought of having to call those horrible people to even try to get something fixed or possibly refunded. They were told I had long roots and a fake tooth center bottom front. It was attached to the side of one tooth and had no roots. Don’t dare try to have a discussion about being improperly charged or anything like that with the staff. By the end of all the trauma both physical and emotional the only thing that will feel like it will get results is legal mediation and my money for the denture returned so I can go to a place that will help me try to feel normal again. I can’t deal with this level of anxiety just having to go somewhere that’s was suppose to be helping me.

    I am giving the site in Ocala Florida 1 star. My wife had dentures in December. Very quickly there was an issue with loose denture. She went to them and they changed the rubbers and sent her on her AFTER telling her next time they would charge her. Well here we are 6 weeks out and whenever she tries to eat they come loose. We took out a loan for them. They do not seem to what to make thing correct. My wife is thoroughly distress and meals are miserable time. We will be going to them (no appointment) and demanding they fix whatever the issue is or refund our money. They say money back guarantee so we shall see.

    Well I was told if I leave two teeth the denture would stay in place. It moves and hurts my gums on every bite. Food packs in where it locks into my tooth gets under the denture. Also makes me nauseous.

    I will update this as time goes on and my feelings are mixed. I am leaning to believe implants are indeed the way to go if you have been dealt a difficult hand. With the cost here being around 1300, I would suggest if keeping your tooth would cost close to that, you should consider getting an implant instead of fixing a tooth. I am going to have anchored dentures and the denture part has been somewhat unpleasant as they don't and never have fit very well. The sticky stuff is annoying and I believe has made me sick to my stomach. Since you pay for everything upfront, you MAY fall to the lesser priority field and even be a nuisance. Like I said, they don't stay in so I must use "glue" which irritates the technician, but I still work and see people. Keeping credibility without bottom teeth and slipping upper ones is not a positive experience. Plus I deal with anxiety. I am trying to keep my 'teeth" from sliding out while remaining personable.

    The bottoms have never fit, yet I don't blame anyone. This place is the most reasonable I have seen so you get what you can afford. Don't read me as unhappy. The dentures I got were the most expensive and they are straight and white. A nice relief and when the implants are done, I bet I won't even recall a bump in the road. Change isn't easy and thank God for progress!

    I had the permanent screw implants done, which are also referred to as (screw teeth or All-On-4). I absolutely LOVE them; they look and feel like natural teeth. The Affordable Dentures & Implants staff are great, they made me feel totally comfortable, after the examination, they explained all my options and took the time to answer all my questions. They were very clear about the different procedures and pricing. There were no hidden fees, the price they quoted me was what I paid. I’m so happy I chose the permanent screw implants, they look and feel great and the recovery time was so short, within a few days I was able to go about my normal day and felt wonderful.     Everyone at the particular office I went to, Florin Road in Sacramento, CA, were quite friendly and accommodating. Everything is quite high tech and professional, from the x-rays to the explanations of what they do. Their procedures and the technology associated with them are quite incredible. So why only two stars? This is most assuredly a business! The word affordable feels like an advertising gimmick. They say affordable dentures and implants, but they certainly put a heavy emphasis on implants.

    These implants are overwhelmingly expensive, and I felt like the option of dentures or partials were sort of dismissed. I will not be going back there. The implant they suggested was $500 more than my regular dentist. If you are looking for state of the art implants and you can afford them, this is probably a good place to go. But if you are looking for practical advice about the cheapest way to deal with your dental issues, especially lost teeth, I would suggest going to your regular dentist.

    Went to Affordable Dentures in Southill two weeks ago after being referred from my dentist to have three teeth removed and a partial. The dentist at affordable dentures recommended since I didn’t have insurance and he was going to put it through the government that it would’ve been his recommendation that they take all my teeth top and bottom and I needed full dentures after I left. I came back and told him I didn’t want that. I wanna partials and I would pay out-of-pocket to have it done. I paid for premium partial.

    The second day a peice broke off the front. They repaired but not too happy. Paid premium price for a price they melted back together, the color the gums don’t match. The tooth is ungodly too small. It’s up front. I’ve gone in twice to have it fixed so far and I’ve spent about seven hours a piece in there just to have a repair done a piece or you feel like you’re just a number the product is not a big concern, more like a government milk and money thing because when I left as of yesterday he knew it still didn’t fit right and sent me home that I live 45 minutes away to have to take off work to come back another day hoping to go back next week because you can’t get a hold of him on the phone and see if I can get off a refund because I can’t keep on taking off and so the dentist office for seven hours for them to fix it.

    I drove over an hour, in the rain, to Affordable Dentures in Towson, MD. When the appt was made online I added a note that I wanted a consult only. A space for comment was available. When I arrived, I advised the receptionist that I wanted a consult only. When I was called back, the tech, who was less than pleasant, led me to the x-ray area. She began to tell me she must x-ray me before I see the dentist. I said, not true, I'm only here for a consult. She started to argue the point and I was not having it. I hadn't even agreed to their services.

    Robotically, she knocked on the dentist's closed door. He appeared and I told him I am only here for a consult and I had not agreed to x-rays. I let him know, again, I want information on the product, the process, and the cost, before I make any commitment to their office. He said he can't advise me without an x-ray. I advised him that I am not racking up fees for him as I haven't even determined if I will use their service. I asked why he couldn't discuss the product, process, before any medical service is provided.

    I advised him that I am there for replace an upper denture, nothing else. He offered an unintelligible reply and stood fast on needing an x-ray before giving me any information. The Dentist's name is Floyd **. If you Google that name you will get many pictures of a dentist in Towson with that name, which is also very shady. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

    I would never recommend Affordable Dentures and implants in Kentucky. I paid 15,000 dollars for 4 implants and snap in denture for the top, which 5,000 cheaper than most places and not worth it the savings. I made a mistake by not doing enough research and relied on the dentist. Dentist never told me that there was a possibility that the rods would not integrate and could fail. Regardless of not knowing this information, after being told they failed, they only offered to remove them which I have to pay for and I was told there is no other options. Not to mention, my entire surgery was unprofessional. I was only given verbal care instructions when I left.

    The dentist was so upset during the surgery he was rough and vented about I quote “crybaby” patient in the next room who freaked over a tooth removal. The dentist left a month after my surgery but I still continued to see a new dentist. After waiting a year the new dentist said my rods failed and did not provide any options but removal. I asked, "What can I do?" He actually offered to install the snap in with failed rods. I explained that I did not even know about the possibility of the rods failing until my 6 month check up from him and I asked if they would remove them for free. Since I spent my entire life savings I let him know I needed to think everything over and wait to hear the cost.

    I got two opinions who gave several options and explained that once a client there is other things they can do and if failed they remove the rods at no cost. Regardless the rods must be removed. Now Affordable Dentures said they do not remove them at all but only put them in and referred me to a surgeon. I have never been disrespectful or even complained but did expect for the rods to be removed for free. Not to mention, my bottom tooth had an abscess. I had already paid for a root canal and crown and the abscess would not go away due to not draining the infection before placing the crown.

    My options was lifetime of root canal therapy or pull the tooth and have a permanent tooth placed. I paid for the tooth to be pulled believing that I would have a permanent rod/tooth placed. After it was removed, they did not drain the infection and then said my bone is too small for a rod. In addition, did not not even give options again until I asked. I will never go back there and would like to file a formal complaint.

    After 10 years I'm done with Affordable Dentures. I was called to the back. He looked at my dentures and stated they were worn out. Just so happened that plate was just made my last visit about 1 1/2 year ago because the $1800 one had broken in half. I had started out with paying the $1800 for the top and $1800 for bottom and those supposedly premiums lasted no time. Then they made me the so called cheaper pair rather than replacing with the warranty. Then I explained I also needed the caps replaced. Then she got me to follow her I thought to another room. But she walked me up front telling them to have me pay then walked me back to the room. To me this grossed me out knowing how unsanitary this action was leaving my dentures lying out on a counter in that small open cubby hole room and also not a good customer service practice in making me pay before the service even had been completed.

    Then she took my dentures walked out of the room and within a minute came back in and had me put the bottom denture back in. It felt like nothing had even been done to change the bottom. So after I got back from the 4 hour wait on my top repair I made them change the caps again. I had been told earlier by phone the fee had changed from $30.00 to $160 for the cap change and they charged me $170.00. This price increase was astronomical.

    I'm done with Affordable Dentures and have already contacted another Denture center for getting me a new premium set. They also take my dental insurance which gives me 70% for my new set in the same price range. And they promised never to take me to the front to pay before the service is completed. I also will not be recommending Affordable Dentures to anyone anymore. You will be going out of business using these bad customer service practices.

    I needed full upper and full lower dentures. They took the impression while I still had teeth in my mouth. The day I had my teeth removed, after the surgery the dentist was supposed to put the dentures in… I was in horrific pain as I had felt him ripping each tooth out. Whatever numbing medication was not administered correctly. I waited 3 months to have this done so it could be on a Saturday and I wouldn’t need to miss work. The plates were so poorly made it’s as if they made the impression (like I said with teeth in) and didn't Do a single thing to correct them. They were completely uneven, the plates were over 2 inches too long making them Hang down from the top like I was a horse and the bottom plate no amount of glue could keep it in.

    I needed to go to work but I work in public and could not do so workout normal looking teeth. Not to mention that I was told to keep the plates in as it would help the healing process and buy this point I have sores that were rupturing and bleeding constantly. I called the Lexington office and spoke to the receptionist and told her the situation, and she told me I had to wait 14 days but schedule appointment 21 days away before that they would adjust me. I said that’s impossible. There’s no way that that’s correct. I can’t possibly go into public with these and she said well then don’t wear them. And I said I have a job. I have to have teeth. I cannot wait 21 days to have these adjusted. That’s not right. You can’t do that to me and she said, "Well too bad." Literally said that and hung up.

    Long story short I actually ended up losing my job because I had to call Lynn for three days in a row before I was smart enough to realize that I could go visit a different locations office. Thankfully that location treated me very nicely and did the correction adjustments immediately. My problem is I didn’t call asking for pain medicine even though my gums were literally destroyed as a dentist at the second office to mention. She said she never seen any so badly hurt as mine because I was trying so hard to wear them and I didn’t ask for a single pain pill. All I asked, was for them to adjust them, and that woman the ** girl at the Lexington office refused to help me.

    I called every single day, begging in tears, telling her blood is streaming down my mouth. I can’t go to work. I’m in so much pain. These aren’t right. These are not made right, and she would not have any sympathy for me whatsoever. I thank God that the other office allowed me to come there so that they could help me. If not I don’t know what I would’ve done but I tell you what. She would’ve definitely had a lawsuit on her hands.

    So Long story short they made me an immediate set. It was way too big, they made me wait until after extractions to adjust them. They couldn't get me in for 6 days after, they adjusted them and they were still horrible. I took detailed pictures and demanded a refund. They called back and begged me to give them one more chance and assured me they would make it right and take good care of me so I agreed. I had to wait 5 weeks to go back and get new impressions and get a new set made. I went and they didn't make new set any better and treated me horribly. They pushed my pick up to 4pm and didn't call me back until 445 and they were not busy. They didn't take care of me at all. I can't believe they let me walk out like they did not once but twice. I did complain the second time and got a refund but I highly advise not to go here. They also let people who aren't even certified work on the dentures. I'll include pics of both sets.

    I have used Affordable Dentures in Odessa Texas for many years and this is my third set of partial and or dentures that I have had done there. I have always had excellent service with them up until the last 18 months. They went without a doctor for quite some time and would not even answer the phone to let people know that they could not finish the services that they have started. I had already paid for my upper denture and after 6 months of trying to get a hold of them before realizing they didn't have a doctor. So it took me over 2 years to finally get my final upper denture.

    Now I am working on getting my lower denture done which involved pulling my remaining teeth, and alveoloplasty. I didn't particularly care for the new dentist and had heard that he was rough and be prepared for that. Like I said I have been through many procedures before and realize that dental surgery can be quite painful. Including having the ** put in but I have never experienced such ravage insertion of a needle for the ** and the continuous stabbing that happened even though I was pulling away and had tears in my eyes. I became so overwhelmed and shaky from the epinephrine that is in the ** that I had to get up and go to the restroom for several minutes to get myself together.

    Most doctors gently insert the needle and put in a little ** before they go completely down to the nerve and then more. This doctor did not. He did not even allow the topical numbing agent to come into effect before stabbing me. I could tell by the movements of his hand that he was inserting the needle quite deep each time. And you could tell by the look and sound of the nurse that she knew how rough he was being with me. After returning to the chair and beginning the procedure I continued to be able to feel what was happening. He did stop twice and give me more numbing.

    One particular tooth continued to give him problems. I know when you have an infected tooth sometimes it's hard to deaden it completely but I could literally feel all the way down to my chin him cutting and pulling that tooth out and I can even feel the string on the stitches going through my gum. Every time I instinctively pulled away or turned he would firmly pull me back up and tell me that I had to stay perfectly still with no compassion or understanding in his voice. I made it through the procedure but as I said you could tell by the way the nurses were cutting their eyes at each other and talking that he had been neglectful in not giving me more numbing medication and speaking to me more gently.

    I literally had to take a week off because I was unable to open my mouth. I did not have much swelling but I did bruise quite badly which I also realize is a common occurrence. Overall I am unhappy with his bedside demeanor and what I believe is inhumane treatment during this procedure. So much so that I took out my own stitches because I don't want him in my mouth again with any kind of tool other than making my final mold. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone while this doctor is there. Kudos to their staff for their kindness, understanding and even giving me a personal number to call over the weekend if I had any problems. They went above and beyond to not only try to cover his neglect but to help me feel comfortable during it.

    This Affordable Dentures Orlando office, on E Colonial Dr, isn’t worth visiting. The staff is rude and this office just scams you for your money. I made an appt for my mother and while the website shows Free Consultation for New Patients, they charged for the consultation under the pretense of the “free” being only for denture patients but not for patients eligible for implants. They’re advertising Free but charge you to be seen. When I questioned the site language, they said they couldn’t see my mother anymore. I ended up paying so my mom could be seen but be aware It’s a scam! Not free as it shows on their website!

    In January I had all my button teeth removed in order to get implants. Dentist was talking that he will put 5 implants in for the denture. However, ended up only putting 3 in. Anyhow, I got a set of dentures after surgery, the upper ones should have been the final ones and the lower ones should have been the temporary ones. Well I didn't like the upper ones because they were super weird shaped and didn't fit. Lower one didn't fit. So I complained and as a result I got Ignored. I went there again 3 weeks later and they did another impression. I begged them to do it the way I wanted them. Wax trial came and they were even worse than the 1st ones. Again I complained and they said they will fix it. Few days later another wax trial came and they didn't do nothing to the dentures. I have complained about severe pain from one of the implants and the Doctor seriously refused to see me.

    They went ahead and proceeded to do the dentures, which I clearly complained about and when I came there for trying them on, the office stuff told me to either take them or leave them but didn't offered to do them right. I went to a different dentist and he agreed that the Dentures are not fitting, not lining up and that the bite is totally off. I now took an Attorney and fight them. It has been over 4 month that I have been able to eat real food. I have been constantly on painkillers. I do not smile due to not having lower dentures in... This is not acceptable.

    I have had my permanent dentures for 2 years. It's been 2 years of problems and they still do not fit despite many visits to Affordable Dentures in Port St. Lucie Florida. Numerous adjustments and hard and soft relines have not resolved the issue. I have developed a lisp. Implants have not solved the issue. They keep telling me they are confident they can make them fit properly. I have lost faith that they have the ability or desire to fix the problem. I cannot eat healthy food. I have lost 60 pounds in the last 2 years because I can't eat. My primary care doctor is very concerned about my health. They continue to he painful and basically useless.

    There is a big gap between my dentures and my gum. If there is no contact then there can be no adhesion. There is just a big gap where there is no contact whatsoever between the gum and dentures. I am totally disappointed and unhappy. After $12,000 they are useless! Please someone give me some advice. How do I get this resolved? Do I need to contact an attorney? Any helpful suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.

    SPRINGFIELD IL office. RUDE STAFF AND DOCTORS. Had my teeth extracted for a full upper and a lower partial. Paid extra for "immediate dentures" and have not been able to wear them since!!!! I have been in for multiple fittings and was told come back and will try again. Will need to heal more?? How much longer? I should of walked out with them. They do NOT listen to anything you say. I have told them the dentures stick out way too far, I look like a beaver being completely honest. They are sharp and were cutting my gums and they kept shoving them in with blood running down my mouth and said it was because I needed to heal.

    My top denture is uneven, Has 3 teeth on one side in the back and 4 on the other. Said well try Poligrip. I said I shouldn't have to!!!! Had my third try at a liner and told again after cutting my gums again and demanding they file it down that it was somehow my fault? This is absolutely absurd and I am demanding my money back. I have called corporate and called an attorney!!! DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY LOCATION!!!

    I’ve worn dentures since age 34. I am 89 now, and needed to replace upper denture for third time. I decided that because of my advanced age, I would get the cheapest possible denture. I went to Affordable Dentures in Aurora, Colo. Dentist, whom I saw once for 3 mnutes, insisted both upper and lower (new in 2012) needed replaced. Okay. Went back 4 days later for fitting. Dentures fit badly, and were painful once inserted. Some minor fixes, the upper was passable. I asked tech to make a deeper groove on lower denture so they would seat better. She didn’t see the need. My economy lower denture is mostly unworkable. I now realize affordable economy means economy care and service too. Will have to seek another dentist to hopefully get dentures fixed.

    Rude staff, poor patient care, poor product. They double talk and promise things that go undelivered. Do not recommend. Spent over $4000 CASH AND HAD TO ELSEWHERE TO GET PROPER TEETH.     Originally went to this New Port Richey Florida office. Had dentures without implants. Deciding to go back for implants when receiving a sale in the mail. The dentist did a great job in extracting 10 teeth. When picking up my teeth. The front teeth were off center. They, not realizing this until they went to fit them in my mouth. Every 6 months I was replacing one same tooth. It would fall out. The most embarrassing situation, three times. I was acting understanding the first two times. By the third time. You can imagine how I was feeling. By the fourth time when entering their office. I see a sign on there door warning people to be kind. I did not say a word to anyone.

    Each time I was back, they would ask me what I ate, do I sleep in them. The last comment was you have your bottom teeth that make them strong. Keep in mind I did not have this problem with the original dentures I purchased from them. Never, the four times I was back there, replacing this tooth. Did anyone examine my dentures or teeth. As leaving the office. I asked the receptionist what was with the sign on the door. She said they will not tolerate anyone that are not kind and they will be not be allowed in their office. I said, bad advertising and left.

    When retuning once again to pick up my teeth. I quietly went in trying this make small talk with the lab assistant that brought me my teeth, controlling my displeasure. As I was leaving, the Dentist confronted me about being unkind to her team. I guess asking about a inappropriate sign on their door is being unkind. I told her I was angry. She told me not to take my anger out on them. I said what am I supposed to do with my anger. You are the one that did my teeth. She told me I was not allowed in her office and walked away. Of course not long after I had another problem. I was taken off their books.

    I was given a mediation number exclusively for Affordable Denture patients. After talking with this person. She wanted to mediate. I have no interest to be cared for by this Dentist or company. The professionalism is less to be desired and the receptionist is a troublemaker. $9000 guarantee is worthless. I take responsibility for not being more thorough in choosing and trusting this dentist and company. Please do your homework.

    This office extracted my teeth over a month ago and provided a temporary denture that was so crooked and out of shape it was unusable. The dentist agreed it was bad and was going to have it remade (new impression 1/26/2023). The day before my appt. they cancelled and said the office was closing, leaving me now without my teeth for over a month. They have my money for this procedure with no refund in sight.     First off we were told over & over, and I also listened to the receptionist repeat the same on the phone, that we needed the more expensive set (set means two) so the the top would match the bottom bite. After paying for the dentures, they denied ever saying that. My husband was having the work done and I was just there to witness. Then after an hour drive, and paying, they told us we’d have to come back the next day as they were too busy.

    They charged $165ea for 3 front bottom teeth and $100ea for 4. They were front bottom teeth, the simplest ones to pull. The whole bottom denture alone came to $250@ dollars after being told it was for a set (a set means 2). Then the denture had a sharp spit in it and when he told the woman, she said”we will fix it next time”. Now the denture has cut into his lip causing a huge puss pocket and unbearable pain he’s had to live with. This place should be sued. I can at least call the better business bureau. BUYER BEWARE! SCAM! Several years ago we had a completely different experience at an Affordale Denture in St Joseph, Missouri. Stay away from the Topeka clinic.

    I had 6 teeth extraction top teeth, charged for 9. Dentist left roots which were confirmed by another dentist. Dentist at ADD said "impossible". (Had a second surgery BEFORE x-ray by other dentist, where he removed several splinters and skin tags on gum.) Continue to have infected gums to upper Left for several weeks, they refuse any pain meds, even magic mouthwash 1 weekend? 2 different dentures .. neither natural looking or comfortable despite countless adjustments. And it's a 2 hour round trip.

    The staff are nice BUT I can sense too frustration building. Because new skin tag on left upper gum is swollen and malformed. I have received about $3000 on the $6 I paid. My mouth is so bad I'm pretty sure it'll never heal. Oh almost forgot. Out of the 159 3D xray wouldn't they have noticed bone loss? Never said a word. And I can read xray.. no bone loss. I need a totally new facility that actually does 1 day implants. And I want a refund.

    I spent $35,000 on my teeth in Katy Texas and they were awesome. This was before they were Affordable Dentures. In a nutshell, I called Smyrna Tn office to schedule an appointment and the lady was trying to rush me off the phone and she made it so obvious and she was supposed to contact the Katy Tx office and have my records faxed over and then she would call me back and make an appointment which never happened because she didn't even ask for my name or number so she had no intentions of calling me back. Affordable Dentures rush people through as fast as they possibly can and you're their best patient until they get your money, after that GOOD LUCK!!!! Warning. Stay away.     Pros: They are polite and friendly on your first visit and the dentist did an excellent job on the tooth extractions. Cons: Once you’re paid, they are no longer concerned about you. I had a full upper denture and lower partial. I paid for their top of the line Ultimate package. The immediate denture and partial did not fit at all. I had several visits for adjustments which did not help at all. The assistants have no idea what they are doing. Don’t even know how to adequately examine your mouth, using a mirror and light, to check for sore spots. They just lift your lip and tell you everything looks fine. Which they can’t possibly know, since they didn’t adequately examine your mouth.

    Each time I called explaining the problems I was having, the receptionist was rude and has no idea what she’s talking about.. I had an appointment for a reline and waited several hours and was never seen by anyone. If you make an appointment to see the dentist, you won’t see him, just the assistant. The dentist avoids seeing you after the extractions are completed and the assistants aren’t well trained and don’t even try to address your problem. I have now received my permanent denture and partial. The denture does not fit. It still rubs and causes sore spots and is too loose. The partial fits better but the color used for the "gum tissue" is bright red and looks terrible.

    When having a denture or partial made, the end result is only as good as the impression made in the office and the quality and skill of the lab. Affordable Dentures is completely lacking in both of these areas. If you are looking for quality dentures that fit well and look natural, Do Not Use Affordable Dentures. They don’t have the skills to make a well fitting denture and the lab uses cheap materials to make the denture. This review is for the Hopkinsville, Ky office.

    Dr. ** of Affordable Dentures in Poland, Ohio is an excellent, knowledgeable and caring dentist. He listens to your needs and makes the experience a good one! I originally had a snap in upper denture which never was right so the first step was to pull all of my lower teeth and place a temporary set of dentures. I purchased the Ultimate Denture and they are beautiful. From the first day six months ago when I picked up my new dentures they fit without any adjustments. I never had one sore spot. The rest of the office staff are wonderful. First time in my life I enjoy going to the dentist. I definitely give this office 5 STARS!!!

    I went to Affordable Implants and seen Dr. Kenneth **. It took 3 times for the lab to try and match the color of the implants to my natural teeth and the 3rd time they came back bright white. They got cemented in my mouth and after it was done I discovered while on my 2 hour drive back home that they did not fit in my mouth as they should. There is a gap between my natural tooth and the implant. This is seen when I smile and laugh and the worst is how food gets stuck in there. Big pieces of food where I have to actually take my fingers to pull it out of the gap. I paid around $6k for this work plus several 4 hour round trips, more than was told and partially due to the implants coming back from the lab always being the wrong color. The Doctor refused to talk to me last October off 2021 while I sat in the room for the visit. He knows he did wrong and doesn't want to hold himself accountable for placing implants in my mouth that don't fit good.

    Teeth broke, replaced with teeth that do not fit mouth. Have tried several times to get corrected. Have not seen a dentist, only assistants. They don’t listen to me regarding bad fit.     Affordable Dentures in Bakersfield, Ca is a SCAM!!! I went to them to replace dentures I had gotten a few weeks earlier, that did not fit. The dentist used that old denture as an impression tray for the new dentures. When I asked why use a denture that does not fit, I was told it would be fine, the basic shape of my mouth was in the old denture and any flaws would be filled in with the impression paste. NEEDLESS TO SAY, the new dentures hurt worse than the old. I had several adjustments nothing helped.

    After two weeks trying to wear these teeth, my mouth had sores that were bleeding and my left upper mouth felt numb. I returned to the office, when I told the dentist it was impossible for me to wear the dentures. He did not ask me what was wrong, he turned to his assistant and told her keep the teeth, give her a refund and he left the room. At this point I wanted to cry, I had not asked for a refund, I wanted him to make dentures that fit properly.

    I had purchased the ultimate fit package which was $3,000 the refund was 70% of that amount. The sign in the front office says Satisfaction Guaranteed! To me, that means a full refund if they can't deliver satisfactory results. This was the worst experience I have had with a dentist, that was 2 weeks ago, wearing no teeth my mouth still feels numb. Scheduling appointment with oral surgeon to check for nerve damage. I feel the dentist was very rude and cold, in that profession they should realize how much pain a person suffers with dentures that are not properly fitted. Have some compassion Please!

    I paid 6k for dentures with two year warranty. The top denture was broken when I got my dentures. The assistant said these are starters and not my permanent set. The bottom set continually aggravated my mouth to the point I could not wear them. I went for adjustment at 1yr and assistant cut down top denture so far that my smile was hardly noticeable. At 2yr, the office did not honor the warranty. I now have a broken set of dentures I cannot wear. These people ripped me off.

    I had my extractions done in July 2021 (at an oral surgery center that offered general anesthesia instead of a local numbing agent) and was given my post-op dentures made by Affordable Dentures the same day. Please note the first date: July 2021. I live almost 1 hour away from Affordable Dentures in Overland Park, KS. That is a 2 hour round trip plus the time spent at the clinic. Since that time, it has been an awful, long, and drawn-out series of endless appointments. The post-op dentures did not fit correctly. At all. After my gums healed from the extractions, I began the series of appointments at AD in Overland Park, complaining about the fit. They attempted to make adjustments and add soft-liners - all to no avail. These dentures would not stay in my mouth regardless of what adhesive I tried, visits to the clinic, etc.

    If I coughed, sneezed, or laughed, the denture just popped out of my mouth, usually catching them in my lap. How embarrassing. Forget about attempting to chew food with them. Dr. ** finally explained that it could take up to 6 months for my gums to heal from the extractions and during that time my gum tissue would begin retracting, making my initial dentures more difficult to wear. I was not informed of this prior to my extractions. So, for 6+ months, I had no dentures because they were not created properly and could not be worn. Eating only soft foods for that duration and enduring the look of a mouth lacking all of my teeth was not pleasant.

    Finally, at about the 7 month mark, I was ready to start the process of getting my implants. I ended up with two in the front on the lower part only. Then, I had to wait another 4-6 weeks for those to heal and settle properly. At that point, I went back for an appointment where impressions were taken for my permanent dentures. I had purchased their best denture (3D printed or something), thinking that they would be better built. Then I was sent home. For some reason, I thought I would get my dentures the same or next day. Not so. I had to wait another two weeks for them to arrive. Yet another appointment to come in - this time the fit was tested. They did not fit correctly (surprise!) and the front middle upper tooth was off center, giving an odd look to them when I smiled. The Dr. also noticed that that bite was completely off. So he decided to send them back to the lab to get them corrected for the front center tooth only.

    Another two weeks pass and the corrected dentures are back and ready for another fitting test. This time the front middle tooth was actually on center, but the bite still was not right. Of course it was my fault because of the way I was holding my jaw when impressions were made. Please keep note of the date here: Mid to late April/first part of May 2022. The Dr. told me to go ahead and wear the ill-fitting dentures for “two weeks or so” and see how they feel. I was sent home again after that. Another two weeks passed and it was time for another appointment. Still complaining that the dentures did not fit together correctly because of the mismatched bite, the Dr. took another look, testing the bite pattern with something like carbon copy paper. I think at this point they also did another set of impressions. Then I was told to go ahead and wear them for another “2 weeks or so” and come back.

    Now we are well into May 2022 and it has been 10 months with no teeth and only soft foods. In my irritation, I told both the receptionist and the dentist that I would have thought a $6000 pair of dentures would at least fit. Also come to find out that when I attempted to bite off something with my front teeth (in the dentures), both the upper and lower rocked forward, leaving a gap between the dentures and the back of my gums - allowing food to enter those crevices. When I explained that issue to the Dr., he then told me that I would not be able to use the front teeth of bite off something, that I would need to use the side teeth (incisors) to bite off food (like a candy bar, crackers, cheeseburger, etc.) because I only had two implants in the bottom to secure the bottom set. I was ready to explode!!! At no time was I warned about this complication and I was not given a choice as to how many implants I could have.

    When I left that day, I was told that I would receive a phone call when the new wax try-in dentures were finished so I could come back yet again for a wax fitting. I could expect to wait 2 weeks from that day (5/11/22) for them to arrive. Because of a full schedule, my next appointment was scheduled for 5/27/22 at 9:30 AM. I received a call from the office on 5/27/22 ONE HOUR before my appointment, stating that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because the lab had not finished the wax try-ins. Because of scheduling (schedule was full), I had to reschedule for 6/3/22 for the wax fitting.

    At that point, the Dr will again take bite tests using his special paper and see overall how the wax dentures look and feel. IF everything goes OK at this Friday’s appointment, my new actual dentures will be ordered and I’ll have to wait yet another 2+ weeks (depending on scheduling) before I received them - so I’ll have to make ANOTHER appointment. Based on this timeline, I will not see my new, new dentures until at least June 17, 2022. 11 months without teeth and no solid food. However, if the brand new dentures do not fit correctly, we start this process over yet again. I have lost complete faith in this company. Between the workmanship and the sheer number of appointments it takes just to get one issue taken care of is beyond ridiculous. The staff is courteous, especially the assistants. I give them 5 star. For everything else though, zero stars are not available.

    I so very wish I could have gone anywhere else but this establishment for dentures. However, because I am a full-time student working with Vocational Rehabilitation, and Affordable Dentures has the contract with them to be the primary vendor for dentures, I had no choice in the matter. Much like the military, the lowest bid wins. When I reported all of these issues to my VR counselor, I was basically told that VR had held up their part of the bargain by paying all but $1,501 for my dentures. Mind you, even with the $6,000 pair of dentures + the cost of 2 implants, I still will not be able to use my front teeth to take a bite of anything. My wedding is on Labor Day weekend this year. My hope is that I have a well-fitting pair of dentures that are made correctly, but honestly, I’m not holding my breath.

    Personally, I would never have chosen Affordable Dentures for my dentures because they are like a Walmart for dentures - poorly constructed, with a very corporate atmosphere and concerned about payment first before services rendered. Additionally, because of not being informed and me not understanding downfall of only having 2 implants in the front only would cause, I would have asked for my implants so that my dentures (top and bottom) were guaranteed secure. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone based my almost one year experience with them. Stick with a local dentist in a privately owned practice (not a franchise like AD) with a prosthodontist. I am so frustrated and infuriated that I am stuck with AD for this whole process.

    I am now on trip #22 to the Overland Park office, hoping to make some kind of advancement towards getting my final dentures. That is nearly $570 in fuel. I found out that it will take at least another 2-4 visits before my final dentures are ready, IF the wax try-ins are a successful fit. If not, we start the entire process all over again. On average across the USA, Affordable Dentures does not have a good reputation. They are known for incompetency, poor workmanship, poor quality control, and inefficiency.

    Went to Douglasville, GA office. During consultation they tried to push me into an upgrade and was very rude when I could not afford to. They left some of my tooth causing a lot of pain. Dentures don't line up with the skin connecting my gum & lip causing it to rip. Office manager said they would not fix them. I spent $1,800 for a horrible experience and product.

    My husband went to Affordable Dentures in Lenoir City Tennessee to have a new set of dentures made. He had to return 4 times for adjustments. He missed the warranty period by a couple of days because he has leukemia and getting to their location was not always possible. His dentures were so loose they were falling out of his mouth. They agreed to remake them and we traveled to their location and spent the day waiting for them. The new set were worse than the others but they refused to do anything more for him. He cannot wear them as they rub sores on his gums as they are so loose. He spoke with the dentist, Dr. Boehm, who said there was nothing he would do further for him. Despite contacting the company and being reassured our concerns would be addressed, 6 months later and have heard nothing.

    Feb 2021 I had a consultation with the Affordable Denture office in Wichita, Kansas. I needed several teeth removed on top, which was done well. The 'temp' upper partial never fit properly, and requests to remake, or adjust were answered with reasons why it could not be done...so I made the best of it while my gums healed...3 months. The entire amount was charged to my credit card at the first visit. I paid additional money to upgrade to a metal partial, which I was never told was even an option. The first mold was made and had to be sent to California to make the partial...which took 6 weeks. It didn't fit. A second mold was made, and sent to California. It didn't fit.

    Now, almost a year later, I am waiting for the third partial fitting, then the teeth have to be put on it. When I go to my appointment next Wednesday, if this one doesn't fit, I'm going to ask for a refund...and I'm sure I will have to speak with the office manager and have a battle to get any of my money back. Don't use this dentist.

    Initial appointment was in Feb 2021, had top teeth pulled & some cut out, & had stitches. Dentist didnt give me anything for pain. I paid at this time for teeth to be removed and a new denture wearer package. This package includes a temporary denture and a permanent denture. I was due to go back for final impression and final denture in August. I drove 1 & 1/2 hour to their office and no one was there, no one called me to cancel my appointment. Rescheduled to September, just got a call that they were canceling my appointment until they call me back because the dentist was out and they dont know when he would be back. I keep getting canceled and rescheduled. Remind you, they already have my money for a service that keeps getting canceled and I have told them that I want my money back, only to be told "your in your final step." Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!!!

    I cannot recommend Affordable Dentures in Dayton, OH. Now that I have received my permanent dentures, I feel that it is okay to leave an honest review. Pros: My 20 extractions were quick and painless. They did a very good job that day. Cons: Everything that came after the extractions. My temporaries were slanted, ill-fitting and the bite was off. They re-made the upper, but it was still bad. I was told "these are your temporaries, you will have to live with it until you get your permanents". I did not return to their office until it was time for my permanents.

    The permanent teeth themselves are a much better fit, but when the staff person placed the lower plate into my mouth, it pinched my back gum so much that I gasped and cried. I asked her to adjust the fit. She refused and said that if she adjusted it, the bottom would float more. She was not willing to try anything to remediate the pain. She told me to go home and get used to it. It was clear she wanted to get me out of there quickly, instead of addressing any issues I was having. Also, the workmanship on the dentures was not very good, with sharp edges and rough spots that rub against my tongue. I have been able to smooth these out myself.

    A week later, I have a huge sore in my gum that I am trying to heal. I am also adjusting my dentures myself using a Dremel file, a little bit at a time until I'm able to wear them. I will never set foot in that Affordable Dentures office again. It was very clear to me that when they said they wanted their patients to be 100% satisfied, they did not mean that. Only 1 person in that office listened to me and tried to help me with anything in the several visits I made to that office. Also, the doctor there has changed 3 times in less than a year. Again, this is only the Dayton, OH office- maybe it's better at other offices.

    I went to Affordable Dentures in Baton Rouge to have a small bridge replaced. I had gone to my dentist six months prior to going to Affordable. I went to Affordable because I was in a rush and my dentist couldn't see me for two weeks. He was booked solid. I go to Affordable and Dr. Skye ** put at least four injections to numb the pain in my mouth. After about an hour the dentist was through. I got up to leave and when I got in my car, I was horrified. That "dentist" pulled every tooth out of the top of my mouth. The teeth that she extracted were perfectly healthy. I paid that place three thousand bucks to have a bridge replaced. Instead, that butcher pulled healthy teeth out of my mouth so I would have to purchase a denture. I didn't purchase a denture but that butcher purchased a hell of a lawsuit.

    I paid over $1350 for full upper and partial lower. Less than a year two teeth broke loose. They repaired for free. Sloppy work. Year and half later another tooth breaks out. They want $185 to fix it. These teeth never did fit good, especially the lower partial. One of the wires on the lower broke off. They do not care. My suggestion, go someplace else for dentures. I would not pay them $185 for a new set of dentures, they are not worth that much....

    I paid $2,558 for premium dentures I hate! I can't wear the bottom. They hurt and leave sores and won't stay in my mouth. I tried many times about 4 appointments but never right. They acted like I was unreasonable for wanting to be happy about my expensive purchase. The quality of materials is cheap and looks like a denture. Do not waste your money.

    I went in Jan 6th 2021 needing a full upper and a partial lower. You're supposed to stay still so that the impressions set and mold snug to your gums, about 3 minutes. The assistant is supposed to firmly hold the tray securely against your gum the whole time. About halfway through the impression, I feel a BIG, rocking motion. She ROCKED the impression from front to back and then back again. HARD. I remember thinking the impression just got ruined. (for top denture)

    I get my dentures on the 13th, a week later. The bottom one was great, but the minute I put the top one in, it fell right down. It was like putting a shoe 2 sizes too big on your foot. There is NO WAY that I can even evaluate if the denture was right because it wouldn't even stay up. She said that some people need adhesive from the start, and all through their lives. She offered me some powder to make them stay up and was ready to send me out the door.

    I noticed that there was a big gap between my top front teeth and my bottom front teeth, about 1/16th inch. No way to bite into a sandwich. But she hadn't even noticed until I said something. So she brought in Dr **, who said we'd have to remake the impression, and do a wax try in. (Where was the wax try in the first time around?) So they do another impression. Same assistant. (Her name was either Sam or Ashley - the receptionist when I called later to ask didn't see the information on the file and couldn't give me an exact name because 2 women fit my description). Again, in the chair for 3 minutes.

    This time it wasn't one hard rocking motion, it was a few smaller ones. I feel her hand jerking the impression tray and I look up to see what she's doing. She's TRYING TO LEAN FORWARD TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON DOWN THE HALL. I have no idea what was SO important that she'd risk screwing up another impression. (not that anyone admitted she screwed up the first one) Leaning out as far as she could to see. Something must have been very important to her. After 3 more 2 hour trips there for wax try ins, I finally got my dentures. They were still loose and they still fell off but not as bad as the first pair.

    I brought my own adhesive powder. I left and put my dentures in. On the way home I noticed that my bite is only right if I pull my bottom jaw slightly back. An unnatural resting place and tiring.. So I made yet another appointment. I explained the issue. He told me to make my back teeth hit, Then he told me the dentures are right. (In other words, he's saying it's right that I have to hold my jaw in a spot that isn't my natural resting spot.) And he mentioned I might need a "hard reline". WHAT??? The dentures were just made a 1 and 1/2 WEEKS AGO!!!

    So what else could I do. I spent a week trying using a million lbs of glue to hold the denture up, but eating and talking was a still major struggle. Then I found out about Etsy selling kits for $100. So I bought one, and made my own denture. It's FAR from perfect but at least I don't have a mouth full of gum when I smile, and, I can actually TALK AND EAT, and.... AND.... I HAVE SUCTION!! For the first time I know what a "seal" feels like. (I'm going to see if there's a way I can upload comparison pics. In 1st comparison, top pic is theirs, bottom one mine. In 2nd comparison, left is theirs, right is mine.)

    Right away, I noticed how much more manageable learning to eat and talk would be. They weren't easy to make, and they'll only last about a year before I remake them. Took about 2 hours. But how many hours did I spend driving to Affordable Dentures 7 times?. The assistant had said to him TWICE... "She's never worn dentures before." So? Is my perception invalid then?? At least I didn't rock my impression. Going to Affordable D's was nothing but frustrating and disappointing. And I never did end up with a useable top denture until I made it myself.

    Went in for consult. Within minutes they had a few plans, picked an affordable option, they demanded payment in full and had writing the check on my knee during procedures. Had me return in two hours to extract teeth, Blood pressure was 170/110 but they decided to do procedures anyway, after injections I thought I was going to die, I was wondering if they had a crash cart available, I passed out and woke up as they said, we are done, dentist stuffed in a temp lower partial and said goodbye, they escorted me to the door and locked it behind me, I could barely walk and was confused. I should not have gotten in my car.

    That was 5 months ago, they have never followed up on anything, no call no check up no response. I paid $3200.00 for a permanent upper and lower partial, they have done nothing but extract teeth (4). When I call, they ask, "What do you want?" I want what I paid for, I get no response, no help, no calls. In the process of sueing for return of money paid.

    I went to the Cartersville Ga office of Affordable Dentures on Feb 25, 2021 since I had broken the upper denture they made 5 years ago. Decided it was time to have a new set of dentures made. They charged $1798 to my credit card and made the dentures. I picked them up on Friday and went home. The dentures didn't fit and I made 7 trips to have them adjusted. After the 7th trip I compared the new dentures to the old ones. I found that instead of providing 14 teeth on the upper and lower dentures, they made them with 12 teeth on each set. The upper denture was made about the same size as the old set, just shorted two teeth. The lower denture is also two teeth short and is almost an inch shorter than the old lower denture. It's no wonder they can't make it fit my mouth.

    I have demanded they remake the teeth and they refuse to answer. Therefore I have gone to another dentist and am having a correct set of dentures made. I have reported them to the Georgia Board of Dentistry as well as the Better Business Bureau. I have written them a letter and demanded they either refund the charge they placed on my credit card or they will be sued in magistrate court. I'll sue them for a lot more to they charged me. If you're thinking about using these people, be ready to be defrauded.

    I made an appt to have a new lower partial made to replace mine that was no longer fitting me after some new crowns. I waited forever for the metal part, then made 3 more visits for them to make the teeth to fit. But new partial was awful. It did not fit well and was poorly made. I called to make an appt to see if they could please make some adjustments, and was told their first appt for me would be a 3 months to wait!! Even though I told them I could not wear it! That's when the 100 day guarantee would expire! They did this on purpose so they would not have to do anything to make changes. They should be arrested for their illegal lies and awful service!! $1324 wasted!! What a rip off!!! When I call them I am put on hold then they hang up on me!

    I signed up for their best plan and after pulling my teeth and giving me dentures that looked like a three-year-old made them, they downgraded me without telling me said it was the insurance fault and miscommunication. They were supposed to give me after healing a new set of dentures. I had the worst experience from the start and I told them four times that they left a crack tooth in my gums and they just ignored me. Now, what do, Affordable Dentures have already done too much damage for me to go back, I have been there three times for adjustment and the denture is still cutting into my gums.

    I was early for my appointment and it took almost an hour to call me back. I’d already spoken and arranged my services with a true account of the condition of my teeth. The dentist refused to do the work I wanted done and told me he would not perform the work. Instead he’d stretch it out and milk me for as much as possible. Criminals is what they are. If you need a denture or implant pay the extra money elsewhere. Save yourself the time and hassle.

    Give no stars for their product and service. I have since December 2019 had dentures with implants in bottom to hold denture more securely in place. Since receiving the final pair I have been back 6 times in last year for broken tooth repairs and bottom denture not securing to bottom implant. The dentures rock back and forward in my mouth, thus probably causing the broken teeth to happen. They do not fit right on bottom, allowing food to get under denture. As soon as I have them fixed, they will be needing repair again within a month. I am very unhappy, and they do not want to do what it takes to make this right. I would never recommend anyone getting dentures with implants from them. I will need to seek legal remedy to get this done right.

    My 85 year old mother received her new dentures 3 days ago after waiting for weeks to get them. Once she was home and began eating, she found them to be very painful and was unable to eat. It is March 8th, and the soonest they would get her in to adjust her new dentures would be May 6th! So for more than two months she needs to suffer? Absolutely deplorable way to do business! You would think they would have windows of availability reserved for just such adjustments in the business they are in! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

    Affordable Dentures should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. 5 months of 60 mile round trips and they could not hear a word I was saying. For five months they tried to convince me that I was the problem not their product. "Just stick with it you will get used to it." Well I got used to gluing them in six and seven times a day. There was not enough glue in the world. I lost 30 pounds in about a month-and-a-half and only weigh 150 to begin with. A dentist that they had for three whole days took one look and replace them. By then the damage had been done. I literally want to vomit. I'm going to dry heaves anytime the glue is anywhere I can smell or taste it.

    I literally wake up with nightmares dreaming that I am pulling handfuls of glue out of my mouth waking up in a complete panic. I have vomited in bed. Over a year-and-a-half and I have still not gained the weight back, I cannot tolerate what they call the final pair and my personal dentist as well as another local dentist has told me that no way would they put their name on a product like I walked out of Affordable Dentures with. I have been through a lot of stuff in my life, lots of violence and nothing has traumatize me like Affordable Dentures has managed to. If I had one I would not send my worst enemy to Affordable Dentures.

    I am a 35 year old male who has had serious health issues this year. 3 years ago my teeth were fine. After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes recently my doctors started realizing why my teeth rotted out of my head in 3 years time. It was not due to poor hygiene or drugs. When a health care provider asks someone who just about died if they now know the importance of brushing their teeth realize that you're patient may take offense to it. When they came to you for a service and you sling them indicating they are a crack head or don't have good hygiene you should not be in business. If you want someone who has any compassion I highly recommend you go somewhere else. Getting dentures is no cake walk. It is the most depressing thing in the world. To have someone degrade you that is a professional is despicable. I have nightmares about how I was treated by this company. I understand people are afraid of dentist.

    Went for 3 bridges. The first time the first cap from a tooth came out when I turned the corner from their office on a Fri at 5:00 PM so it was closed to go back so I was with grind teeth for the weekend. Went on Mon and they replaced the cap. Wed the cap came off again. Thu I called at 7:45 am as is the time they open. I was told to wait three times over the phone and the phone hangs up. I kept calling and calling and calling and my calls were ignored because I was told the office had a full schedule today. 2 hours calling constantly to be hear and I had been ignored and hung up. As up now I am still been ignore when I call. Pay a little more and go somewhere else where their hear you. Never pay the money up front here.

    I waited 3 weeks to see this dentist, When I got there I went in at 9 am they took their xrays and took me to a room. The ** dentist came in which I didn't care of being ** for I have a mixed grandson and very many ** friends. But this guy didn't say much of anything just said it looked like time for them to come out told the helper he could get them without any trouble or charging me extra being five were broke to the gums. They told me my pay options. I paid them 2600.00 dollars. Okay they put this stuff in my mouth to make forms I guess and then told to leave till 2 pm.

    I came back around 1.30. They took me in and pulled the teeth in 10 minutes. Never said a word. Never ask. Just shot my mouth with a few shots of ** and 10 15 minutes later teeth our out. Dentist didn't say a word. Nothing. Shoved so cotton swaps in my mouth. Said bite down. Moved me to another room. Now he never cleaned my jaw bone ground it removed any pieces. Never spit anything either. No STITCHES either.

    After 6 teeth removed well within 15 20 min they came and changed my swaps in my mouth. 2 hrs went by and still the same bloody swaps in my mouth and no one ask me a damn thing. Well I took the swaps out myself and put some new ones in. 3 1/2 hrs gone by and now the pain was back. My gums were killing me and I told them this and there finally trying to put my bottom plate on top of these gums bloody and hurting bite down. I CAN'T got home took them out a huge piece of tooth bone whatever under dentures. Sure you get a few here and there. Not like this. You don't never rinsed my mouth. Not once in this office. NEVER.

    So this STUPID so called know what he is doing dentist had no compassion what I was going through or what he was doing to me was it because I was ** and had broken teeth and one bad I finally wanted out or was he just a jerk. I served 14 years 3 honorable discharges from the Army Army reserves and the Army National Guard, what he do NOTHING.

    I was in so much pain for days. Went back 3 to 5 days later. The STUPID ** girl at the door taking my temperature before going in was now a smart ASS. You have a fever of 102. You're full of shit I was thinking and told her I just had it checked when I got a hair cut. Well come in and DON'T SAY nothing dumb ass but she took another xray to see if they left a tooth.     Updated on 07/25/2020: They lie right from the start to get your money by making promises they don't keep. They order some one size fits all denture from China then try to force it to fit charging you over $2500.00 for a pair of teeth they pay $200 a pair for. When they break and you're displeased they agree to a refund but force you to sign a release leading you to believe they are refunding your money. They don't. They kept my money and teeth. I've made over 40 phone calls trying to resolve this issue. After being told they'd mail me a check and did not.

    Then they outsourced their phone line to automatically hang up on my calls. Sent my information or sold to a moderation team. Provided a number for me to call that no one answers then said they are escalating the problem and gave me another bogus go nowhere number to some lady with the name dumb Thomas. These people are rude, arrogant, lying, manipulating, thieves, money grubbers, they write their own reviews. If you want the truth read the reviews at consumer affairs and Better Business Bureau not their website. I have now been without my teeth or money since Feburary.

    Original Review: After multiple returns to cast my dentures I was left with gobs of blue cement in hair that took weeks to get out. Then their lab breaking the mold multiple times they finished then within 3 months they were broke. Then comes the pandemic and they shut their doors for 3 months. I did not want a repair. I wanted a replacement. I didn't want to have to return every 3 months to repair compromised dentures. They made me pay up front cash out of pocket as they can't be bothered to run insurance. They lied about same day dentures a month later I get them. They immediately withdrew my money.

    Now that I want a refund they kept their faulty teeth and my money and went so far as to send me to my bank. Demand I close that card account. Forced me to sign a waiver relieving them of any responsibility and are taking months to refund my money. Putting me on hold for long periods of time to listen to a non stop repeating message about how busy they are helping other patients. If I were you I would run as fast as you can a different direction. They are scandalous and dishonest money grubbers.

    Affordable Dentures in Carrollton Ga. Told me to wear the cheap Dentures for one year and then I would get a finished product. After a year they did nothing and will not return my calls. They could not get them to fit. They said I only paid for the cheap ones. And lied on two occasions. I guess they were hoping I would die before the year was up.

    I paid in full for a partial denture 6/24/2019 at the Baton Rouge location. I was supposed to do my fitting in Jan. And get my final by the end of Jan. The fitting did happen, then the tech did not order them. At the end of Jan, they finally ordered them, and that included fixing the color etc. I should have received them in February, but no such luck... They did another fitting and I was supposed to receive them in March. Covid hit, and I was patient even though they were already late.

    On June 3, I went in and finally got them, but they did not fit and were the wrong color. I mentioned it, but they just tried to shave them down and make it work. I left unhappy and told them I would call. I made another appointment for June 17. When I went in on the 17th, they acknowledged the color difference after I made them compare the color to the chart and that it was wrong. The dr tried to blame me saying that I should have approved the color at my fitting. I told him they told me it was to approve the fit, and told me nothing of the color, AND he did not give me a chance to see them when he checked the fit.

    He told me I was wrong then began looking through my file for the paper that patients sign stating approval. It does not exist. He came back and asked to see my partial again, took it out of the room... I thought he was examining them... then came back and told me he was keeping my partial and refunding my money because I "called him a liar" which I did not. I did not even get a full refund for the package I bought. Not only am I toothless after a year (not including Covid, it is still 3 months past when I was told it would be done) I now have to go through this process again with less money than before.

    I stood over them and made them copy my file before I left. When reading it, I see that it does show where I had them fix the color on 1/24/2020. And it does not have notes or a record of my visit in February when he placed the wax partial in my mouth then removed it before I could even look at them. I am unhappy, I need the rest of my refund and I still need new partial dentures before I go back to teaching in the fall.

    After the extractions were done I’m packed full of gauze in my mouth they take forever to get started on my account. I’ve stood there 30 min. Now I’m starting to feel somewhat sick. The women is trying to charge me $1500 more than the estimate. She claims she can’t understand me so I’m forced to pay it. These ladies at the front desk are rude hateful women that cover their lack of empathy up with words like sweety and honey. I took as a much I have no problem with the dentist. She done her job and done pretty well but this circus going on upfront just makes me so angry.

    This office has always had issues with keeping a primary Dentist so appts. Get set way out or not at all. They messed up my first 2 final uppers. 1 was set to far forward so I looked like Sea Biscuit and didn't line up with my lower teeth. The other was too far over so it looked like I had one large tooth. They have had my new wax try in for 4 months and don't plan to open soon. Even though all the other A. D. Are open. Tried to call to get a refund with no response. I would not recommend this company for anything.

    I got to my appointment on time (20 minutes early as requested) and they had me sit in my car to fill out paperwork. It's 100 degrees outside!!! They had me wait in my car for the entire twenty minutes in spite of the office being empty. When they finally called me in, they took my temperature and announced that I was running a fever so they wouldn't be seeing me today. What did they think was going to happen? I drove 120 miles to be treated this way, I am glad they never got to look in my mouth, any medical professional that doesn't have enough sense to see that having patients wait outdoors in 100 degree weather (after demanding a face mask as well), is sub-par in my book. I should have researched this franchise beforehand because I did after and found overwhelming bad reviews. Beware!

    I've had two partial dentures made. Neither of the partial fit correctly or looked correct. The partials ended up chipping a tooth and knocking another tooth completely out of my mouth. The dentist who made the partials had his dental license permanently revoked for dangerous methods. I have spent about $1400 with this corporation and regardless of the efforts I have made for the past 1 1/2 years nothing has ever been done. Do not do business with this corporation, because they do not care about the health and/or happiness of their patients.

    Updated on 04/09/2020: Update on my nightmare with Affordable Dentures. 2 visits to a different dentist to help remedy the problems from these dentures. Not only trying to get all the sores in my mouth healed from the dentures I can't even believe were made for my mouth plus the dentist to get them to fit properly. First visit was to cut down the gum area that was way too big for my mouth, waited another week to help sores heal and my 2nd visit was to reline them with a rubber substance so they would fit properly. Next visit in 6 wks will be to send them to a lab and have a permanent liner put in them. The dentist did not charge for first 2 visits (which I think because he felt sorry for me for what $ has been spent already and plus all the problems with junk dentures) but my next visit will cost $250-$500. I paid $800 already for the dentures I couldn't even get into my mouth.

    Affordable Dentures left me high and dry after they received their money. You need to think twice before going to Affordable Dentures. You need to just put the extra money out at your regular dentist for dentures. It will save you a lot of anguish and remember the saying "you get what you pay for". I'm in $1100-$1400 for what should have been $800 dentures. All this is for top denture only!!!

    Updated on 04/01/2020: 2nd week in with dentures that were way too big for my mouth. Had appt. Last week to have dentures fitted after they made me wait 6 days for an appt after explaining I was in excruciating pain. Day before appt I got a text they were closing due to Coronavirus. 2 weeks later I had to visit a different dentist to do something with these painful dentures. My mouth is so full of sores from them it's crazy. So dentist said dentures were made way too big for my mouth and also the gum part protruded out making my upper lip protrude out. He filed them gum area down to a 1/3 of the size that it should have been. I'm sitting here with absolutely no pain. I am so grateful for this dentist and from knowing all I had to go through with Affordable Dentures...he didn't charge me.

    Also I paid out of pocket a total of $1400 because they told me they didn't take my insurance. I ended up calling insurance co. And they told me my insurance should have been taken that the dentist there is UNDER CONTRACT with my insurance company. Now Affordable Dentures owes me between $600-$700 back. I am so done with Affordable Dentures.. Very unethical conduct making me wait 6 days for an appt. While in pain and then making me pay all money upfront when they should have taken my insurance. Now I have to deal with them to get my money back. Insurance co. Said if I have problems getting my money back to call them and things wont be good for Affordable Dentures. I wonder how many senior citizens they are ripping off.. I dont recommend anyone go there.

    Original Review: Dealt with Affordable Dentures for partial and all was well. Then it was time to remove the remaining teeth and get upper denture. So teeth were removed and denture immediately put in. Very painful next 28 hours. Did everything I was supposed to do. Left in 28 hours not 24. Took dentures out to sleep 2nd night as advised and next morning could not get them back into my mouth. It seemed these teeth were not even made for my mouth..I'm petite and these dentures were huge. A lot of plastic gum and tiny teeth. On that 2nd day I called.. I wanted an appt to get this taken care of since I was to return to work the following day. I was told I could not get an appt for 6 days..I explained I was needed to return to work and I COULD NOT GET THE DENTURE IN MY MOUTH. That DID NOT MATTER. So guess who had to go through the embarrassment of going to work with no teeth?

    Now I'm 5 days in and still CANNOT get this denture into my mouth. Starting tomorrow I have to return to work and go without my teeth for the 3 days until my appt., which I am very skeptical about now..I wanted the $1400 denture (Ultimate Fit) which I was told I couldn't get until a year has passed. So I'm charged $800 for the denture that I CANNOT get into my mouth... All together I paid $1100 for services. It seems to me, once they have your money...too bad if it's not working for you. And if I go in there on Wednesday for my appt and nothing is resolved, I WILL be contacting an attorney. Also 2 weeks prior gave them almost $300 for xray and an extraction. $1100 was not a drop in the bucket for me. I dont know if whoever is making the teeth needs new training or what..but very unacceptable in how this whole deal was handled..got your money so screw you.

    I am tired of constantly back and forth. My temporary teeth are better than what they are trying to get ready for my permanent ones. I paid good money for services I expect. I really want to find a jack leg on the street to make my teeth if they are not right next week when I go back for the 3rd time. I will let them keep the teeth and money. I will never ever pay upfront again. It's a terrible way to treat people. I worked hard for that 800.00????

    I spent $5000 on a set of dentures I have really not been able to wear since I got them. My gums are allergic to glue and so I only wear them for a short period of time just for looks. When I had enough money saved to get some soft relines done, so more money, I called and made an appointment. By the way, I never complained thus far, I have just been dealing with it, so went in, very excited for the relines. Top dentures were great, nice reline on them, felt great, bottoms they pretty much handed me back the ones I came in with. You can see and I can definitely feel the hard denture.

    As I tried to explain that the doctor, very RUDELY, said I take to the lab after arguing with me about what I was feeling. He knows what I was paying for and getting done, and why I was getting it done, why would you bring me back a denture that had a little bit of reline in it and call it good. Then he files it down making it worse, put me into tears. (I can't wear them at all now. I will just deal with what I have the best I can until I can save up enough money again to find a private Denturist that will take the time to help me with a new set of dentures since this place doesn’t have a clue. It is all about the money not the patient.)

    When they brought my bottom denture back to me acting like it was all good now, it was twice as bad cause now there was no reline on the one side, double on the other, very sharp and lopsided so no way I will be able to wear them. My tongue can't move. They offered to reschedule me, yeah no. I live in a different town, you should have done it right the first time, not try to cover it up when you brought them back to me to begin with like everything was ok and them treat me like I was an idiot and don’t know what my dentures are suppose to feel like and don't know what I am talking about.

    I said, "I am done here, I will find someone to take the time to help me and definitely not treat me as rudely as I was just treated and I will never return here again." I don’t feel like I should have to pay for at least the bottom denture. I have have had bad sores all the time since I got these things. My quality of life was suppose to be better and he has made it quite hell. Thanks Affordable Dentures for taking all my money for nothing in return.

    Not only did they have crude manners, but having a "A good reason to smile." slogan, I didn't see not one of them smile. Two of them were busy on their cellphones where I was laying there wondering what was going on. Getting my bottom plate done, they made a mess using the compound used to take impression. They told me it would be an hour and a half until they would be ready. I came back in an hour and a half only for them to slap a wax pair of teeth in my mouth, then told me I had to wait another hour and a half. After wearing them for a while they started cutting my gums. I couldn't eat with them. My mother who had the top plate done was having the same problem. I wasted my time and money.

    It took the Merrillville office over 2 months to give me my temporary dentures! My bottom dentures to this day never fit. I could not wear the bottoms ever not 1 time. I went back 5 times for adjustments to the bottom denture and twice for the top! After 1 1/2 years I still cant wear my bottoms. The last time I went to get the bottom fit they gave me the bottom denture and it still would fall right out of my mouth!!! I said to the dental Tech, "You are standing here putting these in my mouth knowing they are garbage and will not stay in, shaking your head to me that you agree they dont fit," but then tell me there isnt anything she can do!!!! I felt she was in fear of losing her job. So I said to her, "Would you let your grandfather accept these bottom dentures," and she straight out, "NO!!" She said she was so so sorry but the Dentist told her to make me leave.

    My top denture was the permanent denture because I had had my top teeth pulled all of them 1 year earlier at another dentist that had no affiliation with the Affordable Denture Corp. So they gave me my permanent top plate. Well they didnt fit either. They finally sent them out to some other lab so I was told. It took them 1 month plus to make them over! So when they were ready the office called me to come in. The dentist told me she upgraded my dentures to the premium set because of all the problems I had. Well it's been and 4 months and I hardly wear those either. The reason is they dont fit properly. I went back 3 times to get them fixed but they never did. Finally the Dentist said it was my fault my palate was different than anyone she had ever seen?? By palate she meant the top of my mouth.

    My wife recently received her permanent teeth just about 3 months ago her experience wasnt close to mine but still she has had many problems with her permanent teeth. She has been wearing her temp teeth for a month because the permanent ones are cutting her mouth bad. But she is dealing with the dentist herself. The last time I went to get my teeth fixed the dentist was so angry with me that it affected the way the entire staff treated me. The dentist was the rudest of all. She was so angry she asked me to step in her office for a minute. She proceeded to be upset and said, "Why you stab me like that? You burned me man. I was trying to help you and you called corporate on me to. That's not right. What's wrong with you." She said some other things but I wont put that in this comment.

    Bottom line I dealt with the corporate office in Tennessee 15 different times. I talked with the woman in charge. The President of the company called me once and all he said was, "Thanks for sticking it out. We will fix this and people will be held accountable." And hung up. I swear to this day it was a recording because the voice on the other end never paused nor let me ask a question. So anyway after all this time Sept. 29 2019 until this morning February 11 2020 I still cant wear my top teeth for more than 40 minutes because no matter how much glue I use they start popping off in the back until when I talk they fall out. And it takes me 30 minutes just to get all the Fixodent out of my mouth. It's crazy.

    Between me and my wife we paid Affordable Dentures $7,000 dollars and for that I never got my permanent bottom denture. I wasnt ever able to wear it at all and my permanent top plate wont stay in my mouth. My wife is still dealing with the fit of her permanent dentures. I know some people say mean things to cause others harm or to get someone fired. But I swear that everything I wrote in this post is 100 percent the God's honest truth! And as a matter of fact the words I chose to describe my experience at the Affordable Denture Corporation were used to tamp the tone of this post so I could write it. It has been a horrible experience and I feel I have been defrauded by both the Franchise and the Corporate level period. They scammed me.

    I have talk to many others and finally 7 months ago I found the Merrillville Office web site to rate the service at that facility and was horrified by what I found. I had brought that up to the dentist and I now learned they took it down because I had posted it on Facebook and told of my horrible experience with them. I also found out that the dentist was in the process of buying the Merrillville franchise. And the entire time she talked about it's the owners fault for this for that all of the staff would openly talk bad of the company and the so called owner. Well lo and behold it turns out the dentist that I dealt with had bought the business and didnt say anything about that little fact the entire time they were selling me garbage.

    I just hope I help someone else from making the mistake of not doing a total background search of the company. Because when I googled the company on the face they are a great company but certain Franchises are a joke and in my opinion the Merrillville office on a scale of 1 to 10 is clearly a 25 minus! I am right now in the process of getting entirely new Dentures from another private dentist. They wont cost as much because Affordable dentures pulled 11 bottom teeth but now I have no problems with my mouth as of yet and no teeth left to pull. So folks just take an hour or 2 do the research because it's apparent to me once you pay upfront like I had to for no service you're screwed because that place squeezes your money like it's the last on earth.

    I have had a few dentures made by Affordable Dentures. At first it was just ok. I was misinformed on many levels especially on implants. I wanted upper implants. I was told that they wanted the cast metal dentures to support the implants. With a year of healing first. I paid an extra almost $500 Dollars for the cast metal dentures Then traveled seven hrs to the nearest place that did upper implants To find out they can't mount the implants to a cast metal denture. They did through together a denture for means installed the implants. The worse 4 hrs of surgery. The assistant was on her second day of work there. When the implants were in she could not fit the denture to the implants so they would not be in contact with the denture until they healed. I was sent home with no denture in place. The worse 7 he ride home you could imagine.

    When I could finally chew the denture would bump against the implants keeping the implants loose Causing infection. So the implants did not take. They had to be removed. I went to another specialist in implants to have them looked at. He said the little tiny implants they use are not any good, very little chance of success. They have to come out So back to the place of installation to have removed. They did refund the $2100 cost which I thought was fair. Was not my fault they failed. So I return home to my local affordable denture Duluth MN.

    I had paid over $1200 to get a brand new denture made. They were ok For about 10 months. No need for any adjustments But now were getting a little loose. Made appointment for a reline. They completely messed up my new dentures. They were the top of the line and had a 7 yr warranty But now they needed to be repaired again so I wanted them fixed before I paid the $200 dollars that it cost for a reline which they failed to tell me before they destroyed my dentures.

    So I demanded an appointment to get them fixed. I was straight out told no and thrown out of the office

    Now after a number of time trying to contact affordable dentures corporate Have not had any luck connecting. But beware. Once they have your money Good chance they're done with you Especially in Duluth MN. Two days ago I could eat steak But they would get loose. Now I can't even eat a sandwich. My mouth is swollen and very tender. I have to get new Dentures in only 10 months. They were very unprofessional and completely rude about the whole deal. Affordable dentures of Duluth MN is the worse place to do business with. I will never use affordable dentures of anywhere again. Now I have to take them to small claims court So I can get teeth again. Watch out Especially in Duluth MN.

    STOP TURN AROUND AND RUN AWAY! DO NOT GO TO THE NASHVILLE OFFICE!!! Let me explain, the front desk personnel are extremely rude. No one explains anything to you about and throughout the process of getting dentures you have to figure it out on your own. I was past my 1 year mark and I called asking when I needed to be fit for my permanent set. They said, "Oh now" and made my appointment. I got my impressions and I did the wax try in and I approved it. I was in love with the way the wax try in looked. I was finally going to have an amazing smile. (So I thought.) I came back 3 days later. The teeth was similar but my bite was off. My teeth didn't sit flush. When I would bite down they would roll to the side. So they said since they messed up they would remake them.

    I went back in I got more impressions and I tried on my 2nd wax try in. Again I fell in love with the way they looked. I approved them signed the sheet and I came back to get my permanent and they was nothing like the wax try on, I had a over bite and when I bit down I was buying my lip. I finally got back in for a 3rd time. We did the same steps. Did 2 types of impressions and 2 different bites. I again approved the wax try on. I wasn't as happy with these but heck I wanted teeth.

    I came back for my permanent and the top row was way wider than the bottoms. The dr kept the top teeth in my mouth. He took a bite impression and did a full plate impression on bottom (with no teeth on bottom and the dentures on top). I went back for wax try on and the top denture is now set in wax (which means they changed the structure of the denture it was not the original denture they took the bite with). So on this wax try in the bite does not match. (Again they changed the teeth once they out in wax.) The dr now slams teeth down and while he is smiling he tells me they can't help me because I keep changing my bite. They say they will refund me. So I say ok. They kept almost $1100 and refunded me $700. Smiled at me and said, "Have a nice day."

    I have pictures of the entire process of I approved 3 wax try one because they fit what happened between then and them making the permanent. They messed up in the back and put blame on me. They screwed me out of money and are smiling about it. Please read reviews before you go here and absolutely try to find another office. This place is a joke and I will do everything in my power to let it be known. It's sad what they do to people.

    I have pictures of everything. Again if I approved all the wax try one how is it my fault when the mess up happened while they made them. This office needs to take ownership for their mistakes. Even when they said they was refunding me I never asked for the full amount back. I asked for enough to go to another place who would actually care about the work they do. Keep in mind I do have pictures of the wax try one and if the permanent, they want to put blame on me, but my pictures show the mess ups happened after I signed off on my try ins. (The back lab is the one who messed up.) And I was ripped off by/out of $1100.

    I went to get the "Same Day Dentures". The dentist was brutal, the staff terribly rude. My gums were in such bad shape it's going to be altogether 112 days before I can wear dentures. I have a new dentist and he said not to wear those from AD. My gums were getting worse instead of better. The dentures AD gave me I couldn't even get them in my mouth without excruciating pain. I've read dozens of stories like mine in reviews online. This place needs to be shut down. The dentist lost his license to practice in MO five years ago.

    Dentist was horribly rude. No documents were given explaining teeth removal procedure, aftercare, or financial cost to me outside of my Medicare coverage. I was told I had a type of lip that would not look good with dentures and that my bone needed to be shaved or the dentures would look too big. Medicare does not cover this procedure which cost me $360. The dentures don’t fit at all. I ended up paying for dentures thru a local dentist. The service was such, that I never went back in the 6-8 mo. they suggested. When you have been through hell; Once is enough!

    Had to pay up front for complete implant procedure. Starting to think this company is a scam, cause they have only finished half the job and Shamona never takes appointments, and never calls back. She has an excuse every time. All the others working there say they can't do anything without Shamona, and most don't seem to know anything. If you call the main number you reach a bunch of telemarketers, and they seem to know nothing in the files about you, after you've paid and had the first part of a procedure done. You have to call 20 times, over many days to finally get an appointment. Been told many times to call back next week to make an appointment.     My granddaughter just got her dentures realigned at the only place provided if you are on the State Insurance Plan. She had been in a lot of pain since she got her dentures back and needed help. I contacted Affordable Dentures and Implants in Vancouver, WA, explained the situation and received an appointment. Dr. ** and staff did an adjustment on her dentures and she walked out of the office pain free for the first time in 4 days. The receptionist, Florence, staff and Dr. ** were kind, considerate, efficient and the cost was very reasonable. I am very grateful for the excellent treatment my granddaughter received. We will definitely go back when she needs further treatment.

    Affordable Dentures in Suffork owned by Dr. Lynn ** was a nightmare for me. Her clinic was always full of patients from morning until closing. Most of staff was nice even though they had no idea what they were doing. Staff were changing all the time. Patients were always complaining about their appointment wait time to be seen. It was ridiculous. When it came time to do my procedure she did not know how to do it. So she tried to do something else that she thought would work which made things a lot worst than I was before I started. She promised to fix it, but her vacations got in the way.

    She inter pawned me off onto it a friend of hers that also practice dentistry and I ended up have paid her $6000 so far and will have to pay her another $4000 to finish. After I’ve already gave Dr. Lynn ** $8000 in 2017 she gave me a credit of $3250 instead of all my money or just taking care of the bill like she told me she was. But because I was to inpatient she felt I should pay it on my own. I started in 2017 and now I’m told what should have taken 2 yrs. for my mouth to be completely turned into 4 yrs. 2021. I would not recommend this office to no one.

    I paid for the Ultimate Dentures 3500 dollars. Nine months later I got a set of economy dentures that don't even fit. The bottom partial was horrible, sharp wires and bent, they just sit on top of my gums. I can't eat with them. I'm wearing my temporary top dentures and half of my temporary bottom partial. They broke in half. 3,500 for dentures I can't even wear. I'd like to start a class action lawsuit against Affordable Dentures.     I arrived at my appointment to get a free consult. The web page said they did implants, bone graft, and crowns. Right on the door on the Vineland NJ office, it clearly has a sign posted "Affordable implants and Crowns". When I was called back, the assistant asked me what I wanted to talk about. I explained I want implants for my upper because I wanted a more permanent solution. She said "we do not do hat here, we refer you to a local periodontist who does this". I told them the website claims they do in fact offer the all on 4, bone grafting, crowns etc.. She said, some branches offer but they don't. My thing is, why does the sign pasted on the front door of the Affordable Dentures in Vineland NJ Broadcast and advertise "AFFORDABLE IMPLANTS AND CROWNS"?

    OK. Fine, refer me out. And, she further stated the periodontist would need to do their own imaging because it would require more in depth xray technology that was not even available at Affordable Dentures Vineland NJ. So then, why the hell did she push a panoramic xray on me and charge me $85 on the way out? She flat out told me they could not do the work I was looking for. And furthermore, this woman claimed the xray was absolutely meaningless outside of their office since it cannot be used by the periodontist. Then she claimed I needed all my bottoms pulled because decay at the roots. But when the dentist came in, there was completely different opinion which clearly is a more valuable opinion than the lady who played me for the $85 agenda.

    This was a FREE consult. And they could not even consult anything of value since I was told I had to be referred. The dentist said no way were my roots decaying and told the assistant she was looking at it wrong. Bottom line: Affordable Dentures in Vineland NJ flat out lied to me. Misled me by false advertising due to the sign right on the door showing they offer "Affordable Implants and Crowns". The website claims this also and states they will do it cheaper than anyone else. I want my $85 back. I will pursue it on the mere principle that is not fair businesses like this claim a level of professionalism and have an unfair agenda attached to it.

    A good dental professional is going to try to preserve as many teeth as possible and I lost all my uppers from another Affordable Dentures location in NJ due them stating all my roots were decaying and needed to pull them all. I recently found out the panoramic xray taken never indicated anything of the sort which further incriminates Affordable Dentures as people with no conscience.

    Yea, some people need and require pulling teeth with full dentures. No doubt. But Affordable Dentures, and some businesses like them, have a habit of telling EVERYONE that they needed to have all their teeth pulled. This is their M.O. That's how they get business. They can't do crowns and implants here in Vineland NJ so they push for extractions and dentures. Thank god I still have a chance to get the proper treatment elsewhere. But I am not letting Affordable Dentures off that easy. They deserve to be dealt with so I will report this to the Attorney General and take it to a higher level.

    Proper dental treatment usually does not require going to Affordable Dentures. You go there when there is no hope left for your teeth. But do not fall into their agenda and give up any teeth if Affordable Dentures tells you it is the right way to go. Get the real truth from a dental pro who has nothing to gain from it. If you are told by your local dental pro that you need to consider the denture route, you will undoubtedly get good dentures from Affordable Dentures. They know dentures. But they are hiding behind that facade in hopes it keeps their reputation in tact while pushing an agenda to pull all your teeth, or in my case, sucker me for a Panoramic xray when it served no purpose. They think they can get away with it and if we let them, they will. If any other branches are capable of being more honest, they do not exist in my area.

    I have 4 implants on bottom and top. I called the COVINGTON GEORGIA location a month ago and talked to HOLLY. She told me, and my husband was listening in, I could come in and they could do snap-in dentures on my existing implants. I called today and she said UNLESS THEY DO THE IMPLANTS THEY COULD NOT MAKE SNAP-IN DENTURES. I was lied to. This place is a SCAM. Do not consider them.

    On 9/16/19 I went in to have a tooth extracted. A tech took a panoramic view. Then said she was doing another. That rollers would be touching my shoulders and neck (which she now denies). These rollers compressed so hard on the top of my shoulders that I thought I was going to fall down. The following day when I woke up I was very nauseous and I felt like a semi truck ran over my body from my neck down to my toes. When I went to work the next day, I was extremely nauseous and I broke into a cold sweat, when pasty white in my face and my top right thigh to my hip went tingly numb. I thought I was going to throw up or pass out.

    When I called and complained the girl at the desk said she would let the office manager know and she would call me back. Did not get the call back. I drove over to their office and spoke to the manager and technician. They all looked at me like I was crazy, old or stupid. I was so upset at how they spoke to me and treated me that I was in tears. I called later telling them I would come by to get a copy of my xrays. They only gave me the first one. I said they are mine...I paid for them. The manager said they didn't charge me for the 3D x-ray. They said I could pay for it if I wanted it...I was furious. They already overcharged me for my extraction. It was supposed to be only 75.00 and they charged me 135.00 for a complex extraction. They said complex is if there was a cap or crown or filling that came out or if the tooth had a crack in it. My tooth had none of those and I am in possession of the tooth.

    I have been suffering ever since with lower back pain, shoulder pain and pain in my upper right leg to my hip. My total bill should not have been more than 150.00 and they charged me 252.00. I went to my family Dr today 10/22/19 because I am still in so much pain. He had to refer me to a physical therapy facility because he believes that the compression from my shoulders has caused a herniated disc. He also had to start me on a ** pack.

    Port Richey FL. Very nice people until they have your money. After that, you get treated like crap and wait times get ridiculous. I am 10 months post-implant and have more discomfort than I ever did. They greatly downplay the major disruption to your life. This is....yep life-changing but not in a good way. They acted like they were doing me a favor when I insisted that the temporary teeth be done so they could actually be used to eat. One can only live on yogurt and protein shakes for so long. In any case, there is now a huge list of things I can no longer eat that I could (literally) the day before the implant procedures. I will likely have to pay big bucks to some other place just to survive. Worst decision I ever made.

    This was my first time to Affordable Dentures, right from the time I walked in the door, I felt welcome and relaxed. The waiting room is clean and welcoming, when you first walk in someone politely says welcome! Doctor was on-time, professional and polite. He made me feel very relaxed, as this was the first time I've ever had a broken molar removed, my usual dentist was unable to surgically remove the molar, as the tooth was broken off and on the bottom part of the tooth was left. Very happy with the pricing too.

    When I got to get fitted for my lower denture my appointment was at 800 am I was seen at 10:00. I was very frustrated!!!! I was told when I came back on the 11 th to pick them up that I would have no issues because they would be read. NOT THE CASE. I got here at 215. It is now 4:28 pm and they still have not called me back. Am I Pissed? You bet I am. They asked me if I wanted to come back and reschedule. No!!! Why so I can sit here all day and waste my time again. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. It happened same way with both appointments being extremely late way over time of my appointments. I would not recommend anyone to this place!!!! Some of us people have jobs and have something better to do with our time than-sit in Affordable Dentures on Sherwood Forest Baton Rouge Louisiana. If mine crack or break again I will not be back!!!! They did not apologize or anything totally rude.

    My first appointment with Affordable Dentures was in February. (2019) I paid the full price for an upper partial. I was called back for partial 4 weeks later. Partial didn't fit.     I had an appointment on Friday got me back fine. After they took my money it went all down here from there. Did my impressions. Told me to come back at 11:45. Was there before. Sat there until 12. Asked them how much longer it was going to be. She told me she was going to check. 15 minutes later I hear nothing so another girl checks. Tells me they are not done yet. It would be 10 more minutes. I could not wait. I had to got to work so I rescheduled for Monday at 9:30. The girl had told me that they would get me right back there. Got there Monday morning. She said she was putting me in. I sat there for over an hour. Yet someone came in with no appointment, was having a problem with their dentures, had no appointment but got right back there.

    Finally I got back there. The tooth was too small and was not the right color so they had to redo it. Which I had to come back the next day Tuesday. She told me they would get me right back. I sat there for over an hour again. When I finally got back there and put in the denture it looked terrible. The tooth wasn't where it should be. They had the skin way down too far. I told her they would have to do something about that. They came back with a paper for me to sign that said that I was approving of the piece and that when I got the real one if there was any problems I would have to pay to fix. I refused to sign it.

    They told me I had to sign it. If I didn't they would have to redo the piece and I would have to come back in for them to check it. After 3 days of coming in and having to sit and wait only to have disappointment I told the them I just want a refund. They told me someone would have to call me because they didn't have time to give me a refund because they were busy. Here it is Wednesday and I haven't heard anything yet from them. This place is in Cartersville Georgia.

    Went to 800 Dunn Ave. Jacksonville Fl.32218 for a replacement lower partial denture. First thing to happen, my appointment was for 9:30 am. After one and a half hours I keep asking the staff when will I be seen. Finally was taken in to this dentist. In short he finally made a impression of my lower jaw. Was told I would be called to have a metal lower partial wire fit, before the finally denture finish. On July 16 2019 at 1:30 pm the staff kept trying to put the denture in, it was a nightmare and so painful. I went home and kept trying to wear them, but the pain was so bad I tried to remove them. Broke my thumb nail trice to get them out. Took them back on July 17 2019 and the dentist told staff to refund my total amount. GUESS WON'T, no refund yet. Two weeks of getting the runaround from the corp. office and this local office. DON'T USE AFFORDABLE DENTURES AND IMPLANTS ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.A.

    I have been going since 2015 and still not done. Every week it's a new story new people who don't have a clue what's going on but the dentist never showed up. For months and months I have called main office. No one calls back. I have called district manager. No calls back. I call the office every week. No calls back. Finally I called customer service and said I wasn't to change offices. I was told someone would call me. He did then told I would have to pay more out of pocket. I said, "No give me my money back. He said I had to call the office. I did only to be told my records and 300 other people's records have disappeared. They have nothing to show I paid or what has or hasn't been done.

    I'm sick of it. I paid 1500.00 first then I paid 8000. And no records at this point. I want my money back and I will go some where else piss poor customer service. They laugh when you call. They keep telling you the doctor will be back soon. Keep making appointments and don't call to tell you the doctor never showed. You drive over an hour and sit for 30 minutes or more. When called in back they look at you and ask what do you want. I said I made an appointment to get my implants and they say they can't do anything cuz they don't have a dentist. I'm done. This place is nothing but a scam to get money out of people and run away with it. I want to know where my records are at and I want a full refund. I'm done. This is nothing more than a scam for older retired folks who can't afford to be taken advantage of... Give me my money back now.

    My parents were visiting from out of state and my mother's dentures broke. I called, explained the situation, and they said to come in. When we got there, it took quite a while to speak to the receptionist. After waiting to see if they could fix them, they told us it would cost about $200 and they refused to take any insurance. My mother bought her dentures at Affordable Dentures and was already in their system. It didn't matter. We went to Aspen Dental and they were fixed in a short while and only cost $10 co-pay.

    The dentist in the LaGrange GA location is fantastic. However as a location and a corporation I cannot recommend them. As of yesterday I have tried to reach the LaGrange location for 8 business days in a row, probably a total of 2 dozen calls. They don't answer the phone and it automatically transfers to a 'Patient Services' call center. They have told me repeatedly that I need to talk to the location directly, yet the phone number they gave me gets automatically transferred to Patients Services! And around and around we go. I have tried calling the corporate headquarters, where picking most options on the phone tree list will get you automatically disconnected. I have tried emailing corporate headquarters which has never responded. So I am left with driving 1.5 hours each way just to speak with someone to make an appointment to get dentures that have already been paid for!?!? In no way is any of this acceptable or excusable.

    The ad for the local Affordable Dentures said free xray and exam for dentures. So I went for that and they said they are not covered by my insurance but they were in the process of getting accredited and gave me a price. So I had my exam and xrays, consulted with the Dr and then the same girl came in and gave me different prices. The girl got really rude and said I have to have it out with the Dr about the price, which was posted on the website and on a piece of paper given me. I tried to call again about the price discrepancy but the phone kept saying this number is out of service. 3 months later I get a statement from my insurance company for services at Affordable Dentures, services that I was told were free and were advertised as free. This place is a scam.

    We took our mother to the Arlington TX office for dentures. They are awful, they don’t fit her mouth and fall out when she opens her mouth. When I took her back for the 4th time we were told that was just the way they are, there was nothing they could do. We took her to a REAL dentist today and they could not believe the dentures we showed her! She sent them to her lab to see if there was anything they could do to help!!!! They called her thinking it was a joke!!! These dentures are not functional and can’t be fixed!! They are junk!!!! They totally ripped us off!!     Went to Affordable Dentures in Clinton MD and wanted denture. They said no I wanted partials. I sternly disagreed. They made them. Didnt fit. Ruined front teeth and others as well. Never pulled teeth that were rotting when I went there. Promised denture the best ones in 9 months. Went again. They offered cheap ones and all while I had a credit. Then wanted 750.00 cash. Butchered me for several hours. Left me in chair 2 hours bleeding down front of me to wait on other patients. Came back. Got very angry because of the after much ** again was still in pain. Got angry with me and told me to be quiet. They had other clients. Would give me looks. Shuffle around. Rolled their eyes. Said they will stop working if I don't shut up. Had to go elsewhere and paid a fraction of 4k and no dentures after back and forth for 6 months.

    The whole experience was a nightmare.. Lawsuit pending. I 65 and the most horrible time of my life. So much more but more than I can fit in this. Just run. Go further south in Waldorf for an Excellent job. Quicker. Much cheaper. And beautiful teeth. And won't have nightmares. Lack of sleep. Pain. And they listen. Impression in Clinton. Less than minute. Waldorf over 2 hours. They just don't care at Affordable. Sorry about typos.. Small lettering.

    Started the process March 14 2018. Had to have 28 teeth pulled in one go, and wanted dentures. Paid nearly 9k upfront for extractions, temp denture, and final denture all economy plus. The extractions were rough, had a couple of teeth that were so infected. The anaesthetic only dulled the pain a little. Got through it, and got my temps. Everyone was polite and helpful. Had to go back for a reline, again no problems.

    Now it is June 10th, and I have been calling the Commerce Ga location for 5 weeks. 20 minute hold times with no one even checking the line, an excuse that their computer system has been down, for 3 solid weeks, and today I tried a different number and found out the office has been closed because of a vacation... Tried calling 1800DENTURE and get extremely long hold times, inattentive customer reps that I have to explain things to 3 times in a row, and no help other than the rep is going to contact the practice. I'm now staying nauseous on a daily basis from how poorly the upper is fit and the lower causes pain and headaches. They were great at taking my money, but have failed to finish providing the service I have ALREADY PAID FOR.

    On 4/12/2019, I was charged $1320.00 to my credit card for x-ray, dental impression and photograph to make upper flexible partial denture that would be ready in approx 3 wks. Three weeks later received call that denture mold broken in transit and new impressions needed. I returned for new impressions. Three weeks later received call that denture is ready. Returned on May 20. Partial they ordered was made incorrectly. (Denture was made with front teeth. Should not have front teeth only back teeth.) Advised that they could get new impressions and make new partial if I desired. I refused and requested a refund. They agreed to refund but "refund system is down. Come back next week." Returned May 28, "System is still down. We'll call you." I came back June 3: "System is still down." I called June 5, "system is still down." To date (June 5, 2019) no call, no refund.

    Even though an hour away, I came to this facility mainly because they were the only location that accepted my insurance to get partials for my bottoms and if all went well, for my tops. That was back in February. I got a call to come into the office all to find out that my partials were lost in the mail and I had to get fitted for new ones. Because of the inconvenience, the order will be rushed and will not take the typical 2 weeks. Here it is a month later and nothing. No one answers the phone when I call, no one returns messages. At this point the customer service is unbearable and I want all of my money back.

    TERRIBLE experience at Address: 3782 S 16th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713. New dentist ** took over practice late 2018. After 7 weeks, 2 consults, arranging financing.. went today to have 8 teeth extracted with new upper denture made. Two teeth have been broken off all this time. I asked about his experience. After waiting 2 hrs, he said he was not comfortable doing work since I asked too many questions, would not agree to higher price product, and he was sleep deprived due to new baby arriving a week ago. I had never seen him before and this was major work. His office made me sign a form saying I refused treatment (which I did not). I was given a full refund but will be seeking a new dentist to start process over.

    This review is about the Affordable Dentures in Denton Texas. Dr. Eric ** is the dentist. At first, everything went well starting with my lower dentures first. It wasn't until the beginning of this year 2019 that it started to go bad. I was originally going to have four implants done for my upper dentures. Once the four upper implants were installed, I had a waiting time for the bone to grow around them. Well, after about 2 weeks, one implant just fell out. It was a couple of weeks to get back into the office to have it re-installed. I assumed Dr. ** felt bad about it falling out, he replaced it and installed another one free of charge.

    After waiting again for a few weeks, the free one that he had just installed.... Yep, it fell out. This was in February 2019. I had to get another appointment again to have it re-installed, however, I was told by his staff that Dr. ** was going to be gone for a while due to a family emergency and would be back April 15, 2019 (tax day). I went to my appointment on April 22, only to find out the Dr. ** was not back yet, but they had a dentist in the office temporarily until Dr. ** returned. The temporary Dr. was not qualified to to install implants, however we discovered that another implant was loose and needs to be replaced as well. I had to make another appointment for May 2, 2019.

    This time I called ahead to make sure Dr. ** was going to be there, and so I was told again that he was not and that they weren't sure if he was coming back at all, so that appointment was cancelled. The office never called me at all. I told them that I need to get a refund started since everything is prepaid. They do not answer the phone. I spoke with their answering service which told me they would call the office to find out what was going on. I didn't hear back from them. I called again the next day (today 5/3/2019) and told them no one has called me back. They told me they were going to escalate my complaint and that I would be hearing from them today. I have not heard from anyone. I will report this the the BBB as well.

    I have had issues with the Tampa office since I got my implants 2 years ago. The top plate looked ridiculous and fake. I was told by the technician that I had to keep them, because I said the was try on looked fine. After many phone calls with customer service, they finally gave me a new top. I told them at that time that my bottom plate kept popping out when I ate. They put new O-rings in. They were VERY tight. I asked the girl if that would be a problem, as I literally had to force them off the pins/implants. She assured me that it would be fine. The only way implants come out is from facial trauma.

    Fast forward approximately 6 months. I called on a Friday morning to let them know that my implant was loose. Unfortunately, you cannot call the office. You call customer service and they send the office a message. I told them that the office does not return phone calls and this needed to be addressed that day. She promised that someone would call back the same day. Nobody did.

    On Saturday night, about 9:30 pm, my implant came out when I took my bottom plate out. I called "the office" and got a message saying to call back during business hours. I called every number I could find on the internet. All messages said to call back during business hours. There was no way to reach anyone at the office. I showed up at the office on Monday morning. The female Dr actually scolded me for putting the implant back in the best I could. I told her that I didn't know what else to do, since I was unable to reach anyone. She told me that "obviously, I didn't try. Someone is always available to call you back." I told her again what the phone message said, and she told me that that was "simply untrue". The office manager later told me that I was correct. That unless you've had surgery, you cannot reach anyone after 7pm.

    Dr. **, the practice owner, had me come back at 1pm to have a new implant put in. He also did a bone graft where the implant had come out. After surgery, I left and my daughter drove me home. I went to sleep and woke up about 6pm. It was then that I realized that they never gave me any post surgery instructions or prescriptions. I called the after hours number, since it was before 7pm. The Dr said that she would call me in antibiotics the next morning, but if I wanted pain meds, I'd have to come back to the office the next day, which is 45 minutes away. The next morning, I had to call to get antibiotics called in. I lived without the pain meds. I was not told when to come back or given any info about follow up care. I've repeatedly called the office, only to never get a callback.

    My daughter left a Google review. Someone then asked me to email her. I've been emailing back and forth with her for almost 2 weeks. Each day, she tells me that she spoke to the office manager, and someone will call me today. That has yet to happen. I even had a liaison who was working with me. She told me over a week ago that she was going to call and speak to Dr **, and then get back to me. I've heard nothing since. I've left her a voicemail and sent her an email. NOTHING. This is ridiculous. I paid these people over $6000 and I can't get a callback. It's been over 2 weeks since my surgery, and I still have NO IDEA when I'm supposed to go back. It's truly unbelievable.

    Started this process in Oct 2018. I now have the lower implants that I cannot eat or drink with because they come loose. They put new rings in and they were worse. The dentist tells me they are tight, they are worse than the first ones. They talk at you and do not listen to anything you have to say. Save your money and go to someone that knows what they are doing. It is now April 2019 and nothing is any better.

    Jaafar **, DDS he is a general dentist at Affordable Dentures in Poplar Memphis. This dentist dont have a clue on how to give a good customer service. He dont listen to our concern. He is not accommodating in any way, very rude. We are trying to explain what was wrong with the denture and his reply is he's smartmouth. Very unprofessional. He is also very negative. I regret going to this place with him in there.

    I was treated well. Everyone was helpful and all smiles. Staff and Dentist wonderful! My one complaint overall is I paid 600.00 for a full set. I was unhappy when I got them because the teeth are like baby teeth. Unless I smile real big I still look toothless. I voiced my complaint several times by phone and in person. I was told they don’t make Dentures with horse teeth and I should have paid 800.00 if I wanted better teeth. I told them my natural teeth were bigger than these. Of course I guess I had horse teeth lol. I would like a set with horse teeth. They just kept saying, "You look beautiful. The teeth are fine."

    Do yourself a favor. See a real dentist. The extra cost is worth! Both me and my mother have problems with our teeth. We had been in serious pain for over a month now. We had plans to have teeth extracted and get plans for dentures for the both of us. We both had what we believed were abscesses, because we're not from Alabama we went to our doctor for antibiotics. We scheduled our appt with the Affordable Dentures online. A week later we drive the hour to get there, they saw my mother first even though my appt time was 30 mins before her, But I followed her back 2 for 1 kinda deal.

    The doc seemed nice. He checked out her mouth, charted all her missing teeth and the ones he was *Willing* to pull. Well my turn he takes a whole 2 secs looking at me doesn't even chart me... and says "I can't help you. You have too many *perfect teeth* to make plans for dentures." Well my *perfect teeth* aren't so he's a liar. My teeth have been demineralizing for the last 10 years. I had pieces of my enamel fall out in my hand while brushing!! I paid well over $1000 for my dentist to cement in all the holes a bit over a year ago. Against my wishes at that. Those fillings have already started failing thru out my whole mouth.

    The 4 molars I have left I can barely use. My pain scale jumps from a standard 6 to a 12 when I bite into things that aggravate it. And because my teeth *look* fine he wouldn't help me because of some ethics they have, even though I'm in agony, and can barely eat he wasn't gonna pull those 4 molars I requested. He dismisses me and we find out they only had us down for a consult... So even though he agreed to pull my mom's 2 teeth he hadn't planned on going thru with it... Well he managed to squeeze her in after we sat there for another hour. He told her all this stuff about how he can get her dentures but she's gonna have to go to another dentist to get bleach treatments etc so the teeth he won't pull will match the partials he's willing to make for her.

    She was happy he pulled those teeth she was in pain and could barely eat so that part had a sort of happy ending. But now one day later I sit here typing this out in pain, still barely able to eat. And because he *claimed* my teeth were perfect my parents believe I should see a ENT doctor first to examine me for other conditions... And they've stopped me from seeing a dentist willing to pull them. Which might be true but it still doesn't help me eat because while something else may be wrong, because I've had ear infections for the last 5 months on and off every 2 weeks or so in fact.

    My teeth still pain me keeping me from eating. So Thanks Doc For extending My Torture!!! So all in all I wouldn't put your 100% trust In this place. That Doctor has the bedside manner of a robot, They can't perform all the work you need to get their dentures. If they even agree to help you, And based on the other reviews I've seen they seem to have a big problem in making 'em fit and keeping 'em that way.

    Paid in full for implants. Dentist who was midway of the procedure left the company. All my teeth pulled screws sticking out of my upper and bottom screws not exposed. Had cheap temporary upper denture that would not stay in place due to screws in top. Was told for 2 weeks solid I would receive the service I paid for then told they would do nothing for me.     This corporation does not stand by its product or customers. We purchased the best dentures offered in a San Diego branch and without notice this practice was sold to the office in Bakersfield. The Dentures broke in half in the first 6 months. No services in San Diego. We had to go to Bakersfield and to get the warranty work done was a nightmare to get them to do the work. Two trips up there missing work and rude office staff later. We asked if we can have a local denture repair look at them in the future and work with them. They did agree and sent the records but guess what? The denture broke again!!! I called back up to Bakersfield and they are denying any work to be done as they sent the records to a local denture repair. We have not had anyone work on the dentures but them!! It is maddening to think that we are without any recourse for their product and lack of communication. To pay for the top of the line and receive the bottom of the barrel service.

    Conway, AR. Every doctor I gone to, you sign that you will cover what the insurance doesn't. But most know what is cover and still turn everything into the insurance. What is and what's not. That way You know where you are. Before they started I had to pay upfront. My Insurance showed everything turned in. According to what I owe from insurance. I had way overpaid. I ask why and could I have documents. And why they did not turn it in to the insurance. No documents and a half bake answer. With my insurance and myself I paid around $ 2,000.00 for upper implant. I do not call that Affordable Dentures. Suppose to be prime, you can see throw parts where it's very thin. I will never go back.

Staff are professional and courteous and quick to see you if there are any issues with fit or bite during the healing process.     I got my dentures in 2014. I had 15 teeth pulled and after the swelling went down my bottom dentures would not stay in, The dentist said I don't have enough bone to keep them in. So for a year I did not wear bottom dentures. Top Dentures would not stay in. The dentist put two post in my bottom gum. The dentist said for me to go to OSU for post in back bottom and top. The dentist said he is afraid to put more in because of not much bone. I did not go to OSU 'cause I would have to pay $179.00 for office visit. The dentist should have told me that I don't have much bone for dentures to stay in and I would not have had them pulled. The dentures don't come out but goes down on my gums and hurts.

    I could have had my teeth fixed. It would of been $5,000 so I said I know a lot of people with dentures and they can eat everything. Well since I did not wear bottom dentures for a year I got that ugly chin. Since 2014 I have not eaten a hamburger, fries, bread, When I would go to dentist and tell them I can't eat anything they said they cannot do anything else for me. I would cry. I eat rice crispies but now they make my bottom dentures come up in back and then go down and hurts my gums. I eat Reese Cups. I take my dentures out and eat the chocolate. That's all I can eat. I can't take this no more. I have chronic pain and then I can't eat anything. I go to BBQ and don't eat family dinners. I don't eat. I am depressed because of this. I want to eat.

    Went there 1 and a half years ago for my first visit. They was very friendly at first but after I made the decision and paid they start to treat you like a piece of **. Now after 1 and a half year I went there today to get the final set of teeth I had to make a very bad experience again. First, they let me wait for more than 1 hour. They came with the set of teeth and they don't fit, the top one's way too big, the upper one's too big and loose snap ins. After over 1 hour fixing I had something in my mouth I could accept. I left and got a lunch and after I ate, the upper one's loose again. I called and wanted to get them fixed immediately. The one behind the counter was very unfriendly as always and just hang up on me. I do believe that implants are a great thing but just not at this branch in Leesburg. Please don't go there.

    Although Dr ** did a wonderful job with my filling and reshaping of my front upper tooth, and the dental assistants were very nice and helpful. (Exception, front desk lobby lady needs to be fired). Please do not have them do a Dental partial for you, you will not be satisfied or even close to it. After waiting weeks for my Dental partial, I was so excited to come there and pick it up. Only once it was presented to me, I was almost ready to cry.

    It was a total piece of garbage, the metal cast partial teeth did not follow my own teeth, not even close. Everything about it was gross, looked like I ate wire for breakfast. not to mention the teeth did not align with mine and the fit was terrible. They did refund the $975 for partial, but the other expenses were not. In other words, I paid $400 for x-ray and small filling. Horrible experience and a total waste of time and money.

    My experience with Affordable Dentures is terrible. They expect me to take a product that is awful. My first appointment was fine but then I went to proceed with the next appointment the extractions and to get my temporary partial. It was way too big. Was told that he wouldn’t let a patient go with that, was told to come back for another one. Well when I got there they completely dismissed that told me it was fine.

    Ok so five months I have been miserable with this. Went for my fitting for my permanent partial. It was terrible. The teeth look like baby teeth. The doctor was rude because I didn’t want something that looked bad. So made another appointment same thing. So I basically paid for something that I finally just said ok fine I’ll take it. This has been the worst experience in my life and I have had breast cancer and I don’t think it was as bad as this. Would never recommend them to anyone unless it’s a different office and not the one at Sherwood Forest Blvd in New Orleans. La.

    I first went to the Phoenix office, purchased Premiums. The girl doing my impressions seemed to have had zero training. The lab rejected the bottoms 2x, top 3x, bite 4x. Dr. ** finally came in and did the top and bite impressions. I knew the bottom was still gonna be bad and I told 3 different people that worked there but none would listen. They made the dentures anyway. What a shock. The bottom was very crooked and uneven. 2 weeks later they decided to remake them. Even worse. Now the top plate wasn't even close to even touching the roof of my mouth and the bottom hurt me so bad!

    The 3rd time I went back in for the pain, Jennifer grinded on it a few times. Still hurt. I look at the denture and there's a piece of metal stuck in it exactly where it's cutting into me. I ask her what that is and she says, "Oh, that's just a piece of my tool stuck in there, but that's not what's hurting you. It's fine." And she leaves it in there and tells me to go home. I go back next morning still in so much pain. Dr. ** is there. They take the bottom, bring it back so ground down that it just falls outta my mouth. They say that's just the way bottoms are.

    And the piece of metal mysteriously disappeared, not one word said about it. They relined the top and it still didn't touch the roof of my mouth and was lowered so far down by how much impression material she used that I couldn't close my jaw or swallow right. It hurt to swallow because the teeth were hitting too quick 'cause they don't reline according to proper procedures. Then a different doctor comes in and tells them to remake the bottom. WHAT? After a month I asked for a refund. Couldn't deal with their stupidity, insensitivity and just don't care about us whatsoever.

    Then I went to the one in Sun City, AZ, thinking it had to be different. Didn't realize same owner for both locations. These people straight up traumatized me. Again, the girl REBECCA has no clue what she's doing. Messed up every impression she did, the lab guy and so called doctor from the 1st place tried to cover her screw ups and made everything 100x worse. Then all 3 of them lied to me over and over for 4 days, saying they didn't do anything to the top denture. But they tried to remake the bottom for no reason. Right.

    Brought the dentures that I couldn't even wear because they were so bad, to get a 2nd opinion. Was told they had been relined and horribly at that. They shifted the entire top plate over to the left 4mm. No wonder it wouldn't fit and I couldn't wear them. Once again, they were lowered and it was difficult and hurt to swallow. And the bottoms were total nightmare. I'm filing complaints with ADA, AZADA, all news stations, everything I can do online. And the saddest part is that Sun City, AZ is retirement community so I can't imagine what these frauds and criminals are doing to the elderly there.

    My appointment was at nine am and I drove over an hour to get there and by noon when I still had not been seen or given any reason as to why every person was taken before me, I left. On my way out they asked if I wanted to reschedule! I had to switch staff around, reschedule clients, wake up at five, get my kids to sitter, get to them before 9am and at noon without a word or care or explanation the many times I asked, I was blown off and only worried about me when I was angry and leaving. The dentures were awful, they did not fit, took a month and half of pain and suffering with inability to eat or function with horrible dentures to get the appointment and then by noon still hadn't been called back for a 9am appointment. No thank you, I would rather pay three times the amount of dentures than to be treated like my days and time mean nothing again.

    Will never come here again. I purchased premium full dentures, but my lowers were not premium quality, more like economy. I told them I thought the gum part was too thin, but they just ignored that. The lowers kept breaking and every time they fixed them, they said if it happens again, we will see what the options are. They almost always broke when this office was closed for a week. This was the case when they broke a fourth time. Luckily they have competition now, and I found a GREAT dentist who also has the on site lab. He repaired my lowers and did a reline to get them up to premium quality. They have never fit better and are very strong now. He only charged me $100 to fix them and reline them, A LOT less than it would have cost me here. They should be ashamed for ripping people off. They better change their ways or their competition will cost them in the end.

    02/01/2019 - I got my full set of dentures yesterday after having 22 teeth removed at Affordable Dentures of Newport News, Virginia. I read all the good and bad reviews for Affordable Dentures. So I ventured out myself to see for myself. I had a great experience. The extractions and same-day dentures was a long process, but well worth it. I came in at 8:00 a.m. to do my impressions, left once they told me to so that I could fill my prescriptions that I was going to need prior to the extractions and after-care. I remember 90% of the operation, but once I left to go home, I do not remember anything. That’s how sedated I was from all the ** shots and the ** (pill for anxiety.)

    When I woke up on and off through the midnight hours and such, the pain and bleeding was coming to a minimum. When I finally woke up at 6:14 a.m. I was wide awake and continued to take ** for the pain and swelling. It is now 1:06 p.m. and the pain is starting to come back. Again, I will just take another ** and probably lay down with my head propped up.

    In a nutshell, that was the gist of my operation and after events. I’m 29 years old, I will be 30 in March. I have bad teeth genetics and it would’ve cost me more to get 7 root canals and whatever else done the dentist recommended I do. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist and there is just no way I was going to sit through all of that and that’s when I considered dentures. Affordable Dentures of Newport News, Virginia made my consultation and surgery an easy process. It’s a lot of information to consume, but the staff was there to answer any and all questions and/or concerns I had. I go back in a week to get stitches out and to see how the healing is coming along with the temporary dentures in.

    I went to Affordable Dentures in Mt. Ephraim, NJ 6 years ago for an upper Premium denture. It fit like a glove and only 1 tiny adjustment was made. Today (6 yrs. later) I picked up a new lower denture and I look like a vampire. The "canine" teeth are like fangs! It keeps popping up off the gums. The girl told me I need to relax my jaw and the denture needs 72 hrs. to "settle." Then she told me to glue them in and sleep with them in my mouth. Well, the fit is so bad that glue won't even hold them in!! My daughter's wedding is in 5 weeks and I'm in tears. Going back there again tomorrow. I want them either re-made or my money back. This is beyond adjustments! I guess the mostly-empty waiting room should've been a tip off to how far downhill this place has gone.

    First appointment went well. Went over treatment plan - left confident I had made the right choice. I was wrong. The Dr. Talked thru the extractions, I had all my teeth pulled, stuck the temporary dentures in my mouth bleeding and all, said it would help stop the bleeding right? I was gagging before I made it to the truck. I was so sick they fell out as I was throwing up. I have been back to their office several times with the temporary dentures, bones coming out of my gums and sore. Told it was normal and it will get better. I couldn't keep the dentures in no matter how much product I used, tried everything on the market.

    Went back several times for adjustments with that disgusting goop they line the dentures with. I waited for 1 full year to get my permanent dentures with the promise I would be satisfied with them with little adjustments. Not true. These are no better than the temporary. I go back Tuesday again for adjustments. My uncle, mother and close friend had their teeth pulled. Impressions made before getting out of the chair. When each one of them went back for the one and only pair of dentures fitted perfect, no goop to keep them in place. They eat anything they want. I can't eat a cracker without them popping up. I paid over $3000.00 for nothing except frustration, pain and dentures that I can't wear. I would not recommend them for anything. Stay away and find yourself an independent dentist. I want my money back so I can go to a real dentist. I went to the Franklin, Indiana office. Please take my advice and find an independent dentist.

    The office on Wiley is a joke. When walking in the lobby area was filthy and they had a portable heater sitting by the entrance. When I went to check in the first thing the receptionist said was, "We don't take insurance." She did not say welcome or anything else just, "We don't take insurance." I had a 3:00 o'clock appointment and arrived at 2:45. I was the only one in the waiting area, at 3:10 another person came in and within 10 minutes he was called. 4 more people came in at 3:30 and I was still waiting. They started calling the other people and I was sitting and waiting.

    I went to the window to see what was wrong. It was obvious the people that came in after me and got there at 3:30 did not have a 3:00 o'clock appointment like I did. If the examination rooms are anything like the waiting area I would not have anyone go to the unsanitary conditions. Stay away from this place. One more this, an older man came in to pick up his dentures. They didn't take him back to the rooms. A person brought the dentures out to the lobby and handed them to him. Not in a box, he just put them in his hand. Are you kidding me? Don't walk, run away from this place.

    My husband and I went to get dentures there and PLEASE never go there. We got best dentures they had, well my husband started having troubles way too soon- teeth falling out- 3 different occasions! VERY INCONVENIENT!!! Moved back to PA after and had to make several trips down, to make it short, I believe they were defective!!! So now he was eating hamburger and spaghetti and broke in half only to find out he had to pay 180.00 again. His dentist that USE to be there is no longer, he told him to come back and he would always take care of it because he knew all the troubles.

    Also, my bottom was HUGE and wet couple times and still lousy to the point I have 2 layers of scarred skin behind my bottom lip... Affordable took over and said we had no warranty because they put up new pricing- ridiculous!!! All different people- YUCK YUCK YUCK, pushy girl trying to push implants on me. HA HA HA, I wouldn't take my dog to them. Plus, whole place smells like feces...

    Dr. ** and his assistants may be good at extractions but for implants they are not knowledgeable. I had several adjustments and the problem was never resolved. There was a 100 day guarantee and I was told one occasion that I already had 6 visits. I found Dr. ** and his assistant as impersonal and not knowledgeable regarding implants. I had to go to another dentist to get my issues resolved. Look for another dentist when it comes to implants.

    BEWARE OF AFFORDABLE DENTURES!! Northglenn, Colo. office. I paid $2000 for the Ultimate Fit 7 year warranty dentures, upper and lower in Feb 2018. Now Jan 1 2019. 11 months later, a lower front tooth fell out of the bottom plate while I was eating and they REFUSE to repair it under the warranty. They want $150 to repair it. They tell me that the warranty only covers craftsmanship. If the Dentures were made correctly in the first place the tooth wouldn't have fell out. "NOT BROKE. JUST FELL OUT OF THE SOCKET." My last Dentures From Comfort Dental were 7 years old and I never had a problem with teeth falling out. So much for paying the extra money for the better Dentures with a 7 year warranty. I would only give 1/2 star if I could. Go to a dentist that appreciates your business! This office is under new management and will not honor warranties from when Dr.** was there.

    I paid for the “ultimate” dentures - supposedly their best ones. The teeth are off centered and diagonal. The lowers are also crooked. This “dentist” and the lab techs are a joke. Didn’t even attempt to make things right as the warranty on their website states. The gums are lumpy. There are pits on top and behind the teeth where food gets stuck constantly. The dentist was in dirty clothes and had grass in his hair. He yelled at me when I told him I wasn’t satisfied. Apparently he thinks it’s ok to intimidate women. What a rude piece of ** he was. They don’t even understand the concept of muscles in your mouth. I went to Lakewood CO office but this looks to be the way they conduct business everywhere. Very disappointed.

    I went to Affordable Dentures with high hopes that they could help me. I need partials with implants to help them stay in. The first thing I noticed is how unfriendly they are. No "Hi, How are you." All the lady at the front desk did is took my papers and said, "Have a seat." I waited about 40 minutes before I was called back. I was instantly took for x-rays before even talking to the dentist. When the assistant finally talked to me I told her I want crowns and implants to hold my partials in and I need new partials. She then told me that they don't do crowns and the dentist here doesn't do implants here because she is still learning and refers the patients to another dentist. I said then I should just leave and she said wait and speak to the dentist. The dentist came in and told me the same thing the assistant said. She said she would get me the referral numbers. I her, "No thank you" and just left. I left in total shock. Definitely not what I was expecting. So disappointed.

    I've worn dentures for 20 years. I went to affordable dentures for a new pair. I have never been satisfied. First got them I could not talk right they had to adjust so much they were loose right from the beginning. I left came back because I was biting my lip on one side and cheek on other. They did an adjustment. My jaw started popping shortly after with headache ear pain (MTJ) I have not had any good experiences. Have not been able to tend to this for a while due to my Husband's cancer. Plan on going elsewhere to get this fixed and a new pair. I will be suing them for repairs and a refund as well. Do not let this happen to you. Go to a real dentist. Not these probies.

    I had all of my teeth extracted on 8/21/18 and temporary full set of dentures made. I was told there would be some bruising and soreness. I did not expect to look like I got the ** beat out of me by Mike Tyson! After 3 weeks of healing time I went back to get the dentures adjusted. The day they adjusted them the teeth fit and I felt no pain. The following day they were loose and painful. I also had a headache and jaw pain since the first day of wearing these dentures. I returned to their office to get adjustments and inform them of the continued headache and pain in my jaw a few times per week with same results.

    Feel and fit okay when I leave and a few hours later they are loose and painful. I asked the attendant and she said that they were not going to be perfect because they were temporary. My response was that they are temporary for a year. I have mouth and jaw pain, a constant headache and I cannot eat with them because they are crooked. Again, adjust and fine and next day back to the way they were.

    Again I go back the following day. I had a new attendant and I asked her why they seem fine the day I go in but then a few hours or the next day they are loose and painful again. She said, "Just a minute," and left the room. When she came back she handed me **. I had never heard of it before. She asked me not to say where I got it and told me that it is a denture adhesive with a numbing agent in it. They line the denture with it and it glues and numbs and they feel great until it wears off.

    After several weeks of complaining of the constant headache and jaw pain with no relief and the ill fit and painful dentures I went to a local dentist for a 2nd opinion. He said that the baseline of the dentures were off and causing my jaw pain and that the lack of depth to the teeth were the cause of the headaches. I went back to Affordable Dentures with this information and they finally decided that they should make me a new set of teeth. I felt so relieved. I have not been able to eat anything substantial, I could not wear the teeth due to the pain and therefore was not able to leave my house.

    I go for the fitting for my new set of dentures. They feel fine and seem to fit. This is a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning I was devastated. I put the top in and immediately felt intense sharp pain. There was a spur on the upper pallet. I put in the lower denture and there was 1/4 inch play of front to back movement. The bottom edge of the denture dug into the lower area of both the inner and outer area of my gums. The following Monday I go to another local dentist. He took one look at the teeth in my mouth and said that there was no way that these teeth were made to fit you 3 days ago. He told me not to wear them and to get a lawyer.

    I went back to Affordable Dentures that day and asked for my 100 day 100% refund and they refused. They were going to deduct for both sets of teeth and all of my office visits. So I asked instead if I could transfer to the Burns, TN office. They agreed. I went to my car and called the Burns office and they made me an appointment and while they were getting my personal info they had a call come in and put me on hold. When the receptionist came back to the phone she canceled my appointment and told me they were no longer taking transfer patients.

    So, today, November 12, 2018, I went to see a lawyer. It has been 90 days now since I had my teeth extracted. 90 days with an intense headache. 90 days with intense jaw and mouth pain. 90 days that I have not been able to eat anything but soup, potatoes, yogurt and the like. Today I find out that the 100 day 100% guarantee does not start until you get your final permanent denture. So for 1 year and 100 days I get to have a headache, jaw and mouth pain, not be able to eat and not leave my house because I will not be able to wear my loose fitting, ill made torture devices. Monetary loss is $2685.00 including the cost of 2nd opinions but will be more when I have to pay another dentist for another set of dentures. Loss is close to 6k.

    Started this procedure in November of 2017 and I am still without a bottom partial and my ultimate fit snap ons. Every time I call the office I am given a runaround and to come in for something other than what I have been seen for. Charts are a mess, insurance is a mess and I'm still without what I paid for. Pure Chaos at the Denton location with a high employee turnover rate. They lie and never call you back when requested and it's a pure ripoff. I have never been given any instructions so this whole process, my husband and I have been winging it. I would highly NOT recommend the Denton location or Affordable Dentures and Implants.

    The front office staff are very unprofessional and rude. The lady in the first chair never acknowledged me when I approached to check in. She was busy looking at Facebook on her phone. The lady in the second chair was rude when I checked out and asked about getting a dentist signature on my reimbursement paperwork. She stated that I should just send the paperwork into my dental insurance company without a signature. Last, when I had my extraction, the dentist approached me with a partial that they had made for me. I didn't ask for a partial. I had one BACK tooth pulled, and you can't even see where it was pulled. I was charged $325.00 for a partial that I don't need. The dental assistant was the nicest person in the office.

    Just had heart attack week ago. Called to have tooth pulled that been hurting. Get to office. Got me scheduled for something that was never asked for. Waiting over an hour from appointment time we with nothing... no one feeling the need to acknowledge I even exist. Tooth pain can affect your heart and they wanting to act like I got to wait another day. I scheduled an extraction today... telling them ahead of time about my condition. Scheduled extraction... so how am I still sitting here in pain hours later. No extraction but a consultation bill... never asked for consultation. Then woman at desk is super rude.

    I am an Indiana resident. I did not know there was an office in Indiana closer to me at the time. And no one told me any differently. My first visit to the Kentucky office, I was 10 minutes late because I was unfamiliar with the exits, it was dark and didn't see the exit in time. Got to their office, at the front desk and was beginning to tell then who I was and what had happened, when the manager started berating me in front of 2 other office personnel. I started to explain what happened but she cut me off each time and talked down to me like a silly child. When I asked who was in charge in the office, she said 'I am.' Who was I going to complain to? I was humiliated. But I carried on with the procedure, I wanted new teeth so badly!

    The Dr in this office is 5 stars! She is wonderful. I even finally got to apologize at the end of this visit for what happened (I got no apology). I went to the next appt and it was so uncomfortable. Same woman was doing the build up of my soft plate again. No eye contact even. Short clipped sentences, rushed attitude. Geez, I had questions but didn't feel like I could ask her. Next visit another assistant did the build up on my software. Upon leaving I told the office I would be moving to New Smyrna Beach FL (move every 6 months for husband's job). Gave me the closest contact # which was Daytona Beach, FL. Said to contact them when I get moved there and set things up with them. This was a couple of months ago. I have since found out my husband will not be going to FL but will be in Indiana.

    When I found out we would still be in the area I called the Ky office but I truly didn't care to go back to the same uncomfortable atmosphere again. I called and the same person answered laughing into the phone several times before saying hello. Took the information and gave me an appt. When I got off the phone I wished I had not contacted her office at all. I was reminded how coldly I was treated so I started googling. I found out there is an office within 15 miles of my home in Indiana! Terrific, problem solved? No.

    My 'case, all my stuff' is in Daytona Beach. According to B at Affordable Dentures hotline the Indiana office won't let me transfer there if I have a problem with the KY office. I can't go down to Daytona Beach to complete my dental package and the office in KY is out, I'll never go back. What do I do now? Oh, and the guy I've talked to at Affordable Dentures 'B' says he's not moving forward with any of this even though I've talked with him several times and gave a complete statement to another Affordable Dentures phone rep. I've done my part and they are sitting on their part in resolve this issue. He would not give me a contact person above his jurisdiction to speak with. Ok...signing off now. Thank you.

    Oct 1 I go in for first time upper denture. Went well and very good fit. Oct 8 I go in for minor adjustments needing a few "tapping" teeth filed. I regretted it immediately after leaving. She cut back off the denture and trimmed the sides!!! What!!?? Needless to say the denture slipped. They no longer fit and had no hold. Oct 16 returned to address issues, they would not make new ones and just relined. Not without a bad attitude though. "I" didn't trim my dentures!! "They" did, but they take no responsibility. I'll look elsewhere for new ones and never darken their door again!

    Started implant process May '18. First procedure hurt, but was ready for that. Was given pain meds which helped. Temp set was great. I had high regards for them. Go back for healing collars. Was told this procedure was nothing...not going to be painful. Doc did not fully numb me up and I was able to feel excruciating pain. He keeps working even though I'm in horrific pain, and tears running down my face. Irritated at my pain reflex to jerk back. I was in excruciating pain for two weeks. Things are going a bit south, but I keep on going with hope. One of the lower implants became infected, this was fixed with antibiotics. Great smooth sailing from here...right?

    No, it gets worse. With each visit things become more painful than the last. Permanent teeth day...I was not told what would happen at all. Dentist begins to work on my mouth with pain right off the bat..felt like I was being stabbed deep into my gum. I flinch and jerk back. He then proceeds to yell at me about this. Tears are rolling down my cheeks. I can't explain in words how badly this hurt. He starts in again, causing even more pain working on the tops. I jerked back and yelled out NOOOOO! I was ready to get up and leave. He wouldn't let me, he held himself still working in my mouth and continued on.

    I was mortified. I was in the middle of a procedure...what do I do? I wanted to leave but he just kept on working. I cried and I cried during every single painful stab and terrific jabs and wouldn't pull back when it got painful. I thought I was going to pass out from the pain. Tears kept rolling down my face. I was moaning and yelling out while all of this happened.

    Then when all of that shoving, jabbing, stabbing was done, He apologized but says: "I'm sorry but you know you are at the dentist so you need to expect some pain." It is never an apology when there is a "but" after saying I'm sorry. I am still mortified. But it doesn't end there. He keeps taking my teeth in and out of my mouth to adjust but he is rinsing them in bleach water and then putting that directly into my mouth. My lips are burnt from bleach or whatever chemical he used. My gums and cheeks are very irritated where that solution burned my mucous membranes.

    After everything was said and done, I'm in shock by this point. He puts the final product in my mouth....never hands me a mirror so I can look at my new teeth. Mortified is the only way I can describe this ordeal. I still have upcoming visits to keep tightening the hold between implant and housing of denture. I don't know what to do. I have to finish the treatment plan, but I can't handle anymore pain from this office. A dentist who I thought was on my side, turned out to be the biggest sadist I have ever ever come across.

    Which brings me back to the first appointment. During the initial surgery of putting in my implants, He kept rubbing his privates against me during surgery. I let that pass and thought it was my imagination or that he had to be that close to me to do his work. I have searched everywhere on who I can call to report this, but this is as good as I have found. I rate my experience minus a million. Please stay away from these people! It may cost more money, but it will save your peace of mind.

    I went 8 years ago to Affordable Dentures Montgomery Al. They were great. I wore them that long - best fitting ever. Well went back this past year and it was awful. They put that goop on it so you don't know how they fit. The other teeth I got never had to wear anything to keep them in. But these I got I have to buy some relining kits to do till I can get some more.

    I went back before my 60 days were up and they did a little something and put that goop in it and put them back in my mouth. I told them I never had to wear that stuff with my others. I had used it and they would still come out. Know what they asked me, "Do you drink anything after you put them in?" With it of course I did. Well that was what was wrong. I guess you are not suppose to drink nothing all day or eat. Well I won't be going back. I'm waiting 'til I get the money to go to Aspen Dental and get some more and they take insurance. Will never go back there and don't advise any one else to.
