Ryan, was so patient and helpful when making arrangements for my Sister's husband who had just passed. Unfortunately, he did not have a medical directive or trust, so we were trying to make appropriate choices. Ryan did not rush us, or try to sell us something we did not feel we needed. He took care of all the arrangements even contacting the VA Cemetery, internment and my Sister, when her time comes, can be buried near him. The true care, professional respect and preparation of my loved one done by the Neptune Society was beyond my expectations. Jackie and Jamie made my processing and preparations very comfortable. The follow up calls and up to date information was the best that I could ask for. They made me feel truly like family and not a number. The comfort they bestowed to me made me go through this difficult time much easier. I will be using The Neptune Society for my personal preparations in the near future because of this. Thank you and continue doing the wonderful job that you do.

I'm satisfied with this purchase of a pre-need arrangement for my cremation. It has met my expectations of the services to be provided, benefits and the cost of my cremation. I've already recommended The Neptune Society to my family members. In the near future, I'll purchase another one.

Wrong instructions - I just wanted cremation and scattering of ashes Paperwork was filled out for an urn and stuff--which I found on my porch. Fortunately it was reversed. I unfortunately didn't read all the paperwork the first time it was done.

It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. She was so helpful and kind to our family, she made it so less painful for myself and family. I would recommend the Neptune Society to anyone who needs this service. She was great at following up on everything, I now have my brother here at my home on our mantel. I wanted to thank you for everything you did for myself and family.

The people in Chico were very kind and thoughtful. They made the process much easier for us and our family very much appreciated that. They spent as much time as needed to explain the process and were always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing funeral services.

I am so grateful to have this part of living taken care of! My agent was knowledgeable and kind. Any worries I had are relieved. Payment was convenient and easy on a time plan. The office is very comfortable. When I first met her, she had a group meet at a pizza shop and gave us a lovely lunch. She made it easy!

Hello, I have recently lost my Mother after a long standing process of decline. The Neptune Society was extremely helpful and compassionate about the delicate process of dealing with all the matters of death and the handling of the remains of my Mother. We signed up with Neptune Society to save our adult children from having to make these decisions and pay out their money before the estate is settled. It is the cheapest in price for a cremation in the Bay Area. Neptune Society is present throughout the USA and we signed up for the "travel insurance" which will cover the costs to return our remains to the Bay Area if we are traveling when our death happens.

My rep was nice. She replaced the box she sent us in error to a new box, and also got me an extra summary book, since my Dad, from years ago, didn't get one. All in all we are happy with the services, and will pass on the info to friends and family. It was convenient and thorough.

Neptune Society has been very helpful with the loss of my husband. It was a difficult time, and Amanda in the Fairfield office has been very caring. I thought it was a good idea to take care of such matters ahead of time so my husband and I took care of it some 20 years ago, and I have been happy with the company. My mother had the same thing when she died and they took care of it for her. The only downside was that she didn't die in Santa Cruz County and I didn't know to call the proper county. And so, I was charged for picking up her remains. But it was a minimal charge so it wasn't a big deal.

The Neptune Society of Northern California was exceptionally kind and respectful to my father when he was putting his affairs in place. My father was very adamant with what he wanted when he passed and the employees at the Neptune Society worked with him so that when his time came he was at peace knowing his wishes would be carried out to the letter. After my father passed the company was very kind and made sure that they carried out my father’s desires while adhering to California law. Amanda was not only compassionate and understanding. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. The professional and caring way that my father and I were treated was exemplary.

I'm the executor of my grandmother's trust and was there at the house when she passed. I knew Neptune would be taking care of her, and so I reached out to them. They were very friendly from coming to get her through walking me through everything on their end that I needed to do. Margaret and her team were very professional and helped me through the process and answering questions I had. They were great to work with and I never had any issues getting ahold of anyone. Losing a loved one is hard but they made it a lot easier.

My mother Evelyn ** purchased a pre need package from Neptune back in the 90's. My mother passed away January 1, 2019 at home. She was on Hospice. The hospice nurse made the phone call to Neptune for removal. I signed papers with Neptune stating mom would be cremated within 15 days, it took 24 days and Neptune has not told me any reasons other than things that could cause delays. I want to know what occurred during the 15days with dates/times that cause her to be delayed 24 days.

It is our understanding that you were told by the Service Manager that the coroner had to investigate the death which held up the death certificates and the cremation a couple of days. Please keep in mind that if the coroner gets involved it is out of our control if any delays do happen. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and for not meeting your expectations.
