    This is third time in a row at three different Starbucks that when I tell them my name is Antonio they input Anthony. That's not my name. I don't expect it to be my drink when they call out Anthony. Worse I don't know if it's racist (hate Latinos) or xenophobic (hate Latinos) or they are too lazy to type in one extra letter. I'm done. Selling off what few stocks I bought and getting my coffee anywhere else.

    Made my frappaccino and it tasted like chocolate ice. Gave back and been waiting for ten minutes and no frappe back, they don't even look at me, 3 of them, classic Starbucks. Been here for 20 minutes. And like 7 bucks for ice chocolate and coffee.

    I do not like the new choices at Starbucks. I used to look forward to the changing menu to try new Hot Flavored lattes. The new weird flavors and ingredients and the lack of hot coffee choices has me avoiding Starbucks all together. Sad. All my business goes to Impressed Coffee in Vincennes and Washington.

    I had the worst Chia tea latte “hot” today. I ordered ahead in Eagan Mn. I picked it up. Started walking out. Took a sip and it was warm water. TERRIBLE. The staff said they have changed the way they make them. TOO BAD. They remade it but it was not the best. What did Starbucks change? Unless it’s changed you have lost me as a customer. 😡

    I love our Starbucks and stop there 3 to 4 times a week. The staff are always friendly and helpful and, of course, the drinks are awesome. I have to ask though, why do companies always find it necessary to change a great product. Like when Coke changed their basic recipe, Starbucks has now changed the Chai Tea Latte and not for the better. I understand offering choices but why not keep the old favorite as well? They themselves said it's been a fan favorite for over 25 years. I've tried customizing it as they suggest but it's just not the same. It tastes like it's made with water and it's got a flat dry aftertaste to it. I will miss my trips to Starbucks but will be searching other coffee places for something that is more like my old favorite.

    I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years, but recently I’ve been unable to access my account. The customer service chat experience was extremely disappointing. After following all the troubleshooting steps they suggested, I still couldn’t log in. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the representatives — Lavanya and Nancy — provided very little assistance. At one point, one of them even implied that my Wi-Fi or VPN might be suspicious, which felt inappropriate and unhelpful.

    Rather than offering a real solution, they simply said my case would be escalated and then the conversation ended without any clear resolution or follow-up. This was by far the worst customer support experience I’ve had. For a company like Starbucks, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care. My issue remains unresolved.

    My order is always wrong even after I repeat myself over and over again. I tried ordering a blonde espresso with some customizations and they gave me a normal espresso even after I made it clear I wanted a blonde.

    I have been going to Starbucks for years. I think it's finally time to say goodbye. The prices have skyrocketed in the past year and the cups have shrunk. No, I'm not going to tip you for handing me a cup of coffee on top of the already outrageous price. Your income from the company should cover that. The wait times are insane no matter ordering inside, drive through or mobile. By the time you get your warmed food, it's cold and stale. Lately I was hacked by Doordash at Starbucks. Never used a Doordash in my life. I handed my card through the window to pay and somehow got hacked. (Employee)? Not sure how that worked but I had to cancel my card and get a new one. Don't even get me started on their politics. This company has gone insane. It's sad to see how bad this company has fallen.

    Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), restaurants must provide “effective communication” so that customers with disabilities can access the same information as everyone else. That includes:

    If Starbucks: shows only part of the menu, and hides other items unless a customer already knows to ask, and removes pictures that many customers rely on …then people with certain disabilities are put at a disadvantage.

    Just a reminder - #Starbucks your manager kicked myself and my mom out of your store for allegedly giving “glaring looks” at the staff. Just a reminder to customers - always ask Starbucks corporate to save a copy of the surveillance to show proof of any allegations made. They refuse to give it to you however HR has it, they claim and the district manager will be looking at these recordings after he took the managers statement and ours because all we did was stand there, talk about how good the drink smelled that the barista that was training the new employee on how to make and we almost asked what it was but didn’t want to interrupt the training and we talked about how great the big new ice machine was that was installed on your wall.

    I had no idea what my mom was talking about so she gestured toward this enormous machine that I didn’t even notice. Now we started to talk about the machine from the eyes of OSHA, we said it’s great because they’re not carrying in those buckets of ice, I mean shoot say that starts dripping because they have people running it back and forth. Say an employee(s) slips, weren’t wearing slip resistant shoes (as per any food service/kitchen/dining company requires) and falls, sprains/breaks a bone and spills the ice thus causing a larger area where more injuries can occur and pausing your business due to the spill and safety of your employees and customers, another employee slips, more drinks spill, clean up time to follow OSHA - total loss for the company.

    Drive thru stops. In store service stops. UberEats/DoorDash pick ups stop. You could have multiple injuries occur and a loss of money in that short amount of time because A. Those dripping buckets kept having to be carried in, which we felt bad for the employees hence our enthusiasm for this huge brand new thing on the wall and B. The fear of employees not wearing slip resistant shoes. Then we talked about what we were wondering was inside and what if it breaks and the machine starts spilling water out over other machines, work stations, floors - back to injuries. So all we did was talk about your new ice machine and we got kicked out and told they couldn’t serve us…

    We spoke to the district manager, very nice guy, we’ve met him multiple times as we were often customers, we were Starbucks customers since they opened their first store in NJ but after how we were treated by Sophia, how loudly she announced we were refused service and would be refunded and had to leave…let me just say this, both my mom and I feel emotionally traumatized after an extremely emotional and long morning that has none of Starbucks business knowing nor should we have to explain why we’re coming in looking not as enthusiastic as we normally are. After getting enough change/money together for uber since I’m disabled and we have no car and just enough to get drinks and praying the Uber driver wouldn’t charge us extra for the extra stop or waiting. #chattanooga #Starbucks

    I went to the drive thru, as I usually do, and ordered my usual drink. Noticing that it cost $.50 more than usual, I ask the girl why it cost more now than this morning. She told me that to sprinkle cinnamon on top cost $.50. It's expensive already but I like it although to pay for someone to sprinkle cinnamon on my coffee is overdoing it.

    Starbucks has an app for convenience, right? So if you order ahead with the app to pick up your drink and the app tells you to pick up your drink in the lobby in 3-6 minutes, that should be the continuation of the process. I've had a few bad experiences at this Starbucks, but I will never go to this location again. The lobby was closed at noon on a Thursday with people inside. I was asked to wait in the long drive thru line (since lobby was inconveniently closed on a weekday lunch hour). And then when I asked for a refund instead, I was told "We can't do that, contact the app." And then the person I spoke with at the app told me they couldn't find my order. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. And you should really take a good look at your managerial staff at this (and maybe others as well) location as to why they would close their lobby when busy, instead of waiting for a slower hour. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. GET IT TOGETHER.

    We went thru the drive. We this guy name Dylan was very rude. He was being disrespectful to us. We upset early because they out of the food option but was still being polite to him. Him on the other hand was disrespectful to us. Also he was not professional. His hair and beard was long. Not proper hygiene for a company in fast food.

    Starbucks in Rancho Mirage - corner of Monterey drive and Country Club drive. Disappointing experience due to staff behavior. I stopped by in the afternoon to use the restroom after having breakfast here earlier the same day. Two employees informed me there was a “one restroom use per drink” rule, which was communicated in a very confrontational and unwelcoming manner.

    The issue wasn’t the policy itself, but how it was handled. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and didn’t reflect the level of professionalism I’d expect from this brand. Management may want to be aware of how policies are being enforced at this location. This occurred on Saturday between approximately 2:45–3:00 PM on January 10.

    Ever since manager Todd left months ago the service is going downhill. After he left other staff has left because new manager is absent more and here. New staff isn’t being trained and if I ask a question I get a response like I’m wasting their time. My wife’s order was for shaken espresso and took 26 minutes and they still had to remake it.

    Baristas cannot even make a regular hot coffee!!!! They literally do not add cream and sugar at any Starbucks!! Over $4.50 and I have to make it myself. Sorry I don’t drink all that other overpriced garbage but it’s clear my business has never been appreciated. Yes I only go there when I am desperate for a coffee and no other shops are close but dang you people are just awful.

    I have never been to Starbucks in my life until the other day someone gave me a gift card and I have to say it was the most incredible experience. Not only did they get the drink order right but they were friendly and I was able to sit there charging my phone, do Bible study. It was such a rewarding experience. Thank you so much for being awesome. I really love Starbucks caramel macchiato and I added pumpkin spice with whipped cream and some caramel drizzle and I tell you what. It was so delicious.     Taking two friends out for an expensive coffee outing within Starbucks located at 267 Flanders Rd, East Lyme, CT 06333 resulted in an employee intentionally shorting my order. Three coffees were ordered and Entered into their system which is clearly displayed on their task screen. Two coffees were presented with one of my friends questioning where her order was. The employee replied to her with "what do you order", having well known this information was entered into their system and readily available on the viewing screen. After waiting five minutes for a simple coffee and repeating the order placed the item was delivered in store. The employee adolescent acts to this behavior are unknown but deserve being disclosed. Any business given to Starbucks located at 267 Flanders Rd, East Lyme, CT 06333 should be avoided unless you like games being played by angry kids.

    I normally have great experiences at Starbucks, but I had an incident at this location on October 13 that has still not been resolved by Corporate. I received a burn from scalding hot coffee that required medical attention. Everything was documented by my physician. I filed a report with Starbucks right away and was assigned a representative, Jonathan F. Unfortunately it has now been over a month with long gaps between responses and no real communication or updates. I am repeatedly told the case is being reviewed but it has not been escalated despite the injury being documented and legitimate.

    The most recent message from Jonathan F. offered a small Starbucks credit which does not address the injury, the impact or the way this has been handled. I do not feel the situation is being taken seriously and I am disappointed in how much time I have spent trying to get a simple resolution. I hope this review helps bring attention to my case because I have always enjoyed Starbucks and would like to see this addressed appropriately.

    I have been a Starbucks customer 30+ years. After having to repeat my order 6 times and then get my beverage wrong I decided to go elsewhere. I was told I will get a refund for the remaining balance and closed my account. I get an email that I will get a refund mailed to me and right after I get another email stating it is a gift card. Bait and switch by Starbucks. Now it’s time for small claims court to recouped my losses plus the bait and switch.

    I have been a Starbucks customer for over 20 years and never knew they didn’t care anything about their customers until now. I have been diagnosed with end stage kidney failure and am on dialysis. And was given a strick diet of what I can, and cannot eat. I contacted Starbucks by chat online today, to see if I could get the money off my Starbucks card. And I told the person why I needed to get the money from my card. The person gave me their policy and told me I could not get my money back - because I didn’t live in one of the States they listed. I was like, “WOW!!!!” they only concerned about making money!!!! What kind of heartless company personnel is this? Now, I will lose my money that is on the card, because of greedy, money hungry people!!!! 😡😡😡😡!!!!

    I waited 30 mins for a pink drink and bacon egg bites. Left and opened my egg bites only to find that they gave me egg white pepper bites. I go back and wait another 30 mins only for a girl to say "Sorry we all make mistakes!" in the snootiest way possible. I have spent a lot of money at different Starbucks and have never been treated like that before. I'm not even eating these with how she acted. She probably did something to them. Total waste of time.

    It is frustrating, there are 3 stores in Winter Haven and they are the worst Starbucks I have ever visited, they never have the items that are on the Menu Board, Always they say "sorry we don't have this or that, 90 % of the time they don't have the sandwiches, me and my family are not going back, it's a waste of time I don't know how can you conduct business this way, it's a disgrace.

    This company sells a high standard of coffee. The service however is terrible. I am a dasher and the put one cup of coffee in a bag thinking it would not spill. Are they this dumb. So I called to complain in order to do so. You must be on the phone for a minimum of 15 minutes this is how they weed out there. Complaints. I will simply pay to have my car cleaned and just never go back to this terrible establishment!!!

    I just went to the Starbucks on Maple Ave., Burlington, NC. I waited an hour for my caramel frappe with an extra shot and when I received it after the hour wait, it did not have the extra shot which I was charged for, but I was not waiting for another hour to get one. Contacted Customer Service which told me to go back to the store. Terrible customer service, I will never go back there. They did not give me a receipt.
