    Ordered some pizza tonight and it wasn't delivered until an hour later. 10:50- 11:01 was the delivery time and it came after closing, at 12:11 the pizza was ** cold, the wings were cold, one of my pizzas didn't even have cheese or toppings on it and it was ripped up on one side. This was the worse experience I've ever had with Papa Johns, the manager tried to say it was in a oven / hot box and that's a damn lie because ain't no way for a dasher to bring my food and it's completely cold. It's okay because I know now I won't order delivery anymore. The manager wasn't a help either, he said I could take the pizza back for a refund or they could remake it. What a total inconvenience. And annoying AF. I'll be taking the jacked up ** pizza back so they can refund me my money. I'd give less stars if possible.

    Blocked my number. They did not get last name right and the pizza is nasty and cold and called 9 times And had to call of a different phone because they blocked the number.

    No gloves used. Came right in from outside and prepared dough, no hand washing. That's gross. Hand washing is the key. Last time I order from them....

    I haven't ordered from them since they got rid of the meatballs. I have quietly suffered through raw or burnt pizzas, rancid garlic sauce, popped sauce containers that were shoved in with pizzas; raw toppings or desserts, what tasted like frostbitten cheese and dumbass delivery fees. After all of that, I STILL ordered their food, but doing away with meatballs? Unforgivable offense. They may have been subpar but who tf eats six meatballs. It's un-American if you ask me. Preposterous.

    No gloves are used in their food preparation process. Employees say they’re NOT required to wear gloves, just wash their hands. I guess they can dig in their nose and scratch their hair and continue to fix people food. Food looks fine but it is what I cannot see is what worries me.

    Hello, this review is not about the product itself, it is not about the personnel or any one establishment. It is about the advertisement my wife and I just saw on NETFLIX, it is an ad that runs constantly on NETFLIX. The ad has a rap song that has very offensive, vulgar language in its lyrics. The advertisement team chose this song to promote its product? Out of all of the songs that are popular and could possibly entice someone to try their Papa Johns pizza, this is the song that made it through the rigorous challenge of finding the perfect jingle? Come on, have some higher level of decency and respect for your customers. The words M....F....er is not an attraction, it is a turn off and low on the respect shown to your customers. Do Better....

    Once again, I ordered pizza from the Papa John's on Wax Rd. in Central with the manager "Bryce" working and NOT PAPA JOHN'S, but Door Dash was supposed to deliver my pizza. I placed my order at 7:25pm, it is now 9:30pm. The pizza is not only over an hour and a half late, but door dash just sent me an automated message saying that their last order took all of their change. I called Papa John's, and the manager Bryce said that it is not his problem and there's nothing he can do about it, they are not required to carry change. If that were the issue, he should have called when I placed the order where it says very clearly on the order ticket that I will "need change". Good thing I was able to scrape together what I needed, but either way, at this point it's been two hours since I placed the order.

    After speaking to the Door Dash guy, he said someone else originally was supposed to get the order and Papa John's didn't have it ready so they threw my order back into the queue, he got the order an hour later he said. So my order sat there, likely intentionally because "Bryce" has gotten the order wrong every single time that he is "the manager" and has given us a very difficult time, and does not even fix the issue. Example: One order Bryce had the entirely wrong order delivered to us, we called and he said there was nothing he could do, it was too late. For a $100 order!?!?

    Also, I did not order this through Door Dash, I ordered on Papa John's and it's not Door Dash's fault regardless because Papa Johns had my pizza sitting there for over an hour and a half. BRYCE needs to do better with his time management, delegation and customer service skills, since as of the moment, her HAS YET to complete an order correctly any night that I have ordered and he was the lead.

    I'm a senior and I ordered pizza for husband and I, at 6:62, the young lady who took the order couldn't decipher what I was saying. I said I wanted to order two pizzas with the Italian with the Neil crust. She kept saying one and as high as it was it was $26 and change that I paid for one pizza with onions, green peppers, cheese and pepperoni. It was a medium Pizza and it shouldn't have been that expensive. I thought $26 and change was for two pizzas I ordered but then I didn't get the pizza until almost 8:00 and the person that delivered it put the pizza on the steps and I was looking out for the driver to come because I wanted to tip him, never showed up. But then I happened to look down on the step and there was the box with the pizza in it frozen.

    It had been out there that long I guess because it was below zero temperature. Anyway I will never ever order Papa Johns again. I'll go to the store maybe that they will understand. I wished I'd taken photos of the pizza in the iced cold steps surrounded by ice and salt, what I'm saying but I will never ever order, delivery because those guys just don't get it plus the pizza gave me diarrhea. Not good

    I order a the works stuffed pizza. I received my pizza & there a hardly any veggies on the pizza. I spent $25.97 for sauce & meat. This is unacceptable. Y'all pizza is not cheap to be skipping on ingredients. I'm attaching a picture of a supposed to THE WORKS pizza. This is like the second time that I had issues with the Lancaster, Tx location. I'm done with this location.

    I want to share a positive customer service experience with Papa Johns. I had ordered pizza for my daughter in Nevada, and unfortunately it took about two hours for her to receive it. I filled out the survey explaining what happened, and within 12 hours I was contacted by the manager of Papa John’s Store #1970 on Valley Verde Dr. in Henderson, NV—**. ** emailed me personally to apologize for the delay and explained that the store uses DoorDash for deliveries, which caused the issue. She immediately offered to either refund my card or deliver a replacement pizza to make it right.

    I chose to have the pizza delivered the following Saturday night, as my daughter’s husband was out of town and she was home caring for sick children. ** made sure the pizza was delivered on time and personally followed through to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate **’s effort, kindness, and excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to turn a frustrating experience into a positive one, and it meant a lot to our family.     I ordered a small Hawaiian Barbecue Pizza with no onions and extra pineapple and that’s exactly what I got. I received the extra sauces that I paid for. Delivery driver was nice and delivered my food hot and fresh. Definitely will be ordering again.

    My wife and I have sophisticated palettes and are from the New York City area. We have found several pizza establishments here in Southwest Florida that have reasonably good pizza establishments turning out not New York delicious pies but acceptable good pies that satisfy one's taste buds. Papa John’s Pizza was tried for a first time in our 24 years of residency in Fort Myers. It’s Monday, the Christmas and New Year's holidays when our 1st and/or 2nd choice establishments are closed due to the holidays.

    Our leaning for a good pizza tonight prompted us to weigh trying new and since Papa John’s Pizza is seen in advertisements and looked reasonably good, we said, “What Hell, Let’s Try Them”. In a few words to spare all reading our review about our experience with the Papa John’s Pizza location on College Parkway next door to Publix, know that IT WAS THE WORST TASTING PIZZA WE EVER HAD IN OUR LIVES. Little kids, college kids, adults without educated palettes will not know GREAT PIZZA FROM VERY BAD PIZZA”.

    Our Pizza experience from this shop was terrible so much so after a few bites, we threw the Pizza out and ate cereal in its place. Imagine breakfast cereal taking the place of Pizza. Know that the cereal was great in the Pizza's place. Best advice is stay away, don’t waste your money on trash. The advertisements look great but the Pizza is the “PITS”.

    I have the worst time trying to have a pizza delivery to my niece. Website is hard for me to use, I try to make payment. It adds other items to my order. Very difficult to order pizza for a delivery. Should not be this hard. Finally I get disgusted and don't place my order.

    I used to love the wings, but for the last few years, they're different. They seem steamed, not crispy anymore. Also, the buffalo sauce is glopped on rather than the wings being tossed in and well coated.

    Website states that if you order more than $40.00 you pay no delivery fee. Spent almost a 100.00 and they still charged me Delivery Fee $5.49 and to think I use to work for this place. Reminds me of Brandon that was in office a year ago.

    Horrible! Management was rude and the delivery took 2 hours! Just horrible. I might as well go to Domino's. I am so confused not an update or anything then mad at me for calling to figure out what my food is and I know it’s going to be cold once I get the pizza!!

    Driver was smoking when she arrived. Dark crown Vic with dented side. Farmington Missouri Papa Johns. My food smelled like cigarettes. I really hope this isn't how you deliver all of your pizza, scared to order again.

    What tf ordering pizza from the Philippines in America!! What kind of place is Papa John's!! Lame, definitely will not order again! 1 pissed customer! Thank goodness all the other pizza places actually answer phones at their location. I called to leave a request for delivery, at the actual store, girl was rude as hell, she should be fired, Orange City Florida location. Probably will never ever order pizza from this place again.

    When my order was delivered half of the order was not there. The delivery driver said it was too far to go back to pick up the missing part. It's less than 2 miles from my place. The pizza was barely warm. I'm getting over a serious illness so I was unable to pick up the order in person. Not happy.

    Recent visit, I attempted to place an order for a pizza, but I encountered an unexpectedly rude and unprofessional response from the manager on duty. When I referenced a previous order that had been significantly delayed, the manager reacted negatively. Instead of addressing my concerns, she informed me that she would not allow me to place an order and threatened to cancel any attempts to do so, even if my husband tried to order under his name and phone number. True to her word, my husband’s order was promptly canceled. The manager‘s tone was very argumentative and rude. Using my address this manager now has blocked me from having pizza delivered to my home. This manager at Long St., Charlottesville, VA. Papa John’s is not a good representative for the company.

    I haven't ordered Papa John's for a long time. I bought two pizzas large pieces, they had four little bitty rabbit poop size sausage on each piece. I'll never order there again. They used to be pretty good in Valparaiso, Indiana.

    Ordered pizza in Destin. Box was not sealed and got the wrong pizza and delivery had no response. Pizza was wrong crust and no one cares. I was told they were really busy at the store. I tossed pizza since it was half open when I got it. Never will order again!!!

    Papa John's Pizza App is super great! But, when picking up my pizzas recently at 1 pm, the crew working there completely messed up the order. On the pizza I ordered with extra toppings, it was made with regular amounts and the dough was not the New York Style I ordered. Another pizza they did not even make. This one was remake of the other pizza with the NY Style dough and overkill on the sauce with very little amount of toppings. These kinds of things happen fairly regularly, like 50% of the time. If Papa John's Pizza App offers all the adjustments to customers' orders then why can't they hire and train employees to make and produce the Pizzas that's expected of them.

    Horrible customer service. I placed my order by phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after placing my order and there was still 6 pizzas in front of mine. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me this month. I shouldn't have to wait an hour and a half to get a pizza. They only have 3 people working on a Friday afternoon! Insane!

    On Oct 30th and Nov 2nd I ordered pizza for me and my girlfriend at the Domino's Pizza in Toms River, NJ. The bill was 90, when the food arrived the stuffed pizza was cold and had no flavor & the papadippa all the cheese on top was over cooked and burnt, it was a horrible experience. One of the flavor cups was ranch when it was supposed to be pizza cup, then on Nov 3rd they delivered pizza to wrong address where there's a lady who lets her dog go to the bathroom on my trash can.

    Just tried the newly opened chain store in Ellijay GA. My call into the place to order was taken by person who barely spoke a single word of English. I could not understand 1/2 the words she said. The pizza we ordered was a standard pepperoni and mushroom. Horrible, not cooked through, little sign of mushrooms and a sloppy mess. The staff at the store could not have been nicer. Do not waste your money with this pizza place.

    Yesterday at the Poinciana Papa John's newly opened I went and order a pizza with a special they had for $9.99 with free topping. I was hungry most of the day. Wanted to eat a nice pizza. I took it home and it tasted a little weird, but I was so hungry and I had like four slices of pizza. A couple hours later I started feeling like I had fever, nausea, dizziness. I felt like there was something in my stomach. I had a lot of pain. I thought I was going to die. The people that were here said that I look great, I went to the store today, November 2. 2025 in complaint to the manager, they refunded me my money for the pizza, but the dough was not properly cooked and I feel very sick. If I feel the same way tomorrow, I will go to the clinic. A shame it tasted good, but they didn't cook the dough correctly. Shame.
