I received something in the mail and the literature seemed a little bit more believable than a lot of the other consolidation pamphlets. I was on the phone with a representative. She was very informative and wasn’t pushy. Then, it was just a very easy process. In the beginning, after signing up, paying a lot of upfront fees and building up the savings account to pull from to be able to consolidate with or offer a lower debt settlement to the various companies, I was not really making headway and I got a little discouraged. It was quite a chunk to commit to every month out of my paycheck so that part was the hardest but then paying back any debt is hard. United Debt Counselors was always there to talk to and guide me and I never felt like I was dealing with some huge company. A few times, I had called and had gotten the same person from the customer service which was nice rather than call centers.

I had done some debt settlement with another company a long time ago and didn’t wanna call that one again. I called United Debt Counselors and I saw how they did. I like the way they have their set up. They paid off one and then I sent my money. Then they let me know when they were paying off the next one. Also, any time I called them, which wasn’t very often, they answered my question. I'd tell others to give all their bills to United and let them do their work.

I was very pleased with the process that United Debt Counselors worked with me on. They were able to reduce the amount that I was paying monthly on the credit card and negotiated successfully with the company on a lower payoff.

My daughter made me reach out to United Debt Counselors. The company was nice, and they went with a payment that worked for the amount that I owed. I’m out of debt now.

United Debt Counselors to me is a very trustable and efficient company to use. When using this company I have had no trouble working with them. The customer service there is very quick at replying to any problems that I may have.

I had fantastic interactions with the debt consultants at United Debt Counselors. At first, earlier this year, there was Tyler and then we got to a point where one of the credit cards wasn’t really working with us and we didn’t understand it so he moved it to Donna. She worked really hard to get the credit card company to work with us. But they were so stubborn about I had to have a PIN and they wouldn’t recognize me in the system for United Debt to be able to talk to them. They were very difficult when all we wanted to do was pay our bill. Also at the time, I had come down with some cancer and I was getting ready to go through treatment and Donna was absolutely fabulous. I called her and she said, “No, I told you. We’re not gonna worry about this until you get yourself situated.”

United Debt Counselors was great. They were very accommodating, easy to get in touch with and responded to phone calls by calling back or email quickly. I got three years in the program and I have completed it. Everything went fine.

United Debt Counselors helped me a lot. I was with them for three years and I graduated last October. And now, I’m debt-free. I didn’t know that you need to have funds with them before they do the settlement, and it was a big amount that I needed to pay them first. So, I was scared because there were a lot of calls from the bank. And then, later on when they started the process, it was so smooth and very good. Lisa was my debt counselor and she was great. What is good with United Debt Counselors is that they check with you every month and they ask you if you have any questions. They also give you an update on your account. I would recommend them to many people. They did a good job.

I had credit card debts and I had United Debt Counselors help me get them debt-free two years ago. They took a certain amount out of my paycheck every month. They would also call back once a month to check on me. It’s all done now. They sent me a letter that said that everything was taken care of. I’m glad that they could help me out.

United Debt gave me a call and they explained to me what they do, how they could help and the process. The consultant was very professional and she called me once a month to check up on me. She always kept me updated on the status of my application. She even told me that she was unable to reach them, so she told me to give them a call and try to settle the debt. She gave me a couple of options and I gave them a call. They told me that they needed a certain amount depending upon the balance.

I was working with United Debt from 2016 and they were very helpful. They really worked for me. The lady that I dealt with gave good suggestions all the time. All four credit card debt cases were solved, but I only received one report out of four. Two were settled and for the other two, they said they were not charging me so they were resolved. But they're not going to give me any report. I need those reports which are settled because I want to apply for a house loan, and in the credit report, it is showing the full amount. The creditor said that if I settled that issue, I was supposed to show them a report that it was settled, and then they can issue a home loan or issue a primary approval.

United Debt Counselors happened to be around at the right time, so I signed up with them. The enrollment process was a little bit complicated, but nothing out of the ordinary type of thing. And the service I got from them was great. The lady I was in touch with all the time, Nikita, kept me informed and when I had a question, I called her. If she didn’t have an answer right then, she got back to me within the same day. So far, I completed the program and paid off my debt. I sold my vehicle and I paid it off. The service was a little bit expensive, but everything was done on time and I could count on it. And it’s one thing more off my mind.

I wanted my credit cards to be all under one payment but it didn’t go down and United Debt Counselors advised me on what to do. They talked to me good so I joined them and they were very good. I was with them for three years and I’m done with the program.

It was an awesome experience with United Debt Counselors. My son gave me their number. The enrollment process was really good and quick. They came to my place and we signed up and I gave them all of my information. The woman who worked for them came right there. I was in the program for five years. I did a payment plan, like, did one credit card at a time. They negotiated and when that one was done, we went to the next one. I was kinda strapped until this was all done, but it was good.

Everything was fine with United Debt Counselors. I did a credit card debt program with them for three years. They came to me and the debt consultants were informative and they kept me up to date. They resolved everything except after I graduated, I got another letter. I had to go to court for a letter for a debt collector. But they were very nice and professional.

United Debt Counselors offered the best counseling. Their reps were always professional and easy to communicate with. And everything was explained very thoroughly to me. There was adequate communication. I'm finished with the program and I’m so happy with it. It has made life a little easier.

United Debt Counselors worked very well with me in figuring out a good payment program. The debt consultant was very direct. They helped with whatever problem I had. They'd update me once a month or whenever they have any questions. Everything has worked out well so far. They told me the program was completed. However, they were supposed to send me something in the mail, and I still haven't gotten it.

The enrollment experience with United Debt Counselors was easy. They were really nice. The debt counselor stayed in touch with me often. And when they paid the bill off, they contacted me. They explained everything well. Working with United Debt has made my life a little better because I don't have the bills anymore.

There were times that you could not get ahold of somebody to get you a good answer to what you wanted to know. United Debt's reps answered after a period of time but when I wanted to know then, it just dragged on and on. It was just one of those deals that I just stopped calling and to let them ride it and I just kept watching my checking account. Other that, everything went fine. I'm done with United Debt.

I had $44,000 in debt which I had to get paid. I happened to see United Debt, thought I’d give them a try and their service was wonderful. I had different reps and they were all very helpful. They let me know what was going on and how much I still owed. It was a wonderful experience for someone my age. I’m 80 years old and they were just so nice keeping me aware of what was going on. My program is all done. It took a little over three years. It was difficult not having the amount of money I used to have. But now that they’re paid off and no more debt, I have no more cards. I will not do that again.

I've been doing the program with United Debt Counselors since 2015 and I'm done with it now. The enrollment was painful at times, especially making that big payment. I couldn't make a huge payment but every time I called and whoever I talked to, they were always very helpful. They addressed my questions and concerns pretty well. They also got the special fees down and it was really easy to work with everybody. It hurt my credit rating. But that's going up now. It was an easy experience and it worked out for the better. When I had no way out, United Debt Counselors gave me a way out. It has been really good especially the last year when the payments were down. I was able to live a life again.

After reading updates, the information I read about United Debt was pretty good and I’ve been working with them for three years. The experience with the rep was excellent and he was very informative and up to date on everything. They were very accommodating when they worked with me on my payments and I was able to rest peacefully at night and not worry. I felt safe leaving the money in my account so that it was able to accomplish what needed to be done. They sent me a letter saying that I was done. Working with United Debt was the best and I just recommended my daughter.

It was easy to get started with United Debt and I had a very good experience with their service. I have completed the program but I don’t have any paperwork. I thought once it was complete, I would receive paperwork telling me that it has been completed. I was told I would get something in the mail. But other than that, I’m fine now.

Enrolling with United Debt was quite easy. The woman who came to the house was very good. She explained what was happening and I felt very comfortable with her. I've completed the program. The quality of service was good. I'm very satisfied.

I used United Debt Counselors to consolidate credit card debts. I talked to different companies and decided that United Debt would be the answer to the situation. The enrollment process went well and wasn’t that hard. The representative came over, talked to us and set up the program. My payment kept on going and my credit score eventually came up close to what it was before, but it took longer because they didn't contact the credit card people quick enough. When I talked to one of my credit card people, they told me that it took a long time for United Debt to contact them and that my credit score wouldn't have dropped nearly as low as it did if United Debt had gotten to them a lot quicker.

I had a lot of different counselors that worked on the service I availed from United Debt Counselors, but it was very good. They answered all my questions. Their service was very well, and I was pleased with the charges too.

When a letter was sent to me, I thought at that time that United Debt Counselors was the only way out. It took a little time but it actually worked out for me. The enrollment process wasn't that hard. It was just a matter of getting them a copy of your bills or whatever debts that you want them to take care of. You give them a copy of it so they know who to contact and how to contact them. If you have any issues such as one of the collectors trying to sue you for the money you owe them, all you had to do is call United Debt and they would have their people or their attorneys on it right away. Usually within a day or two, everything is settled, and you don't have to worry about that lawsuit anymore.

United Debt Counselors' service and program were good. The enrollment process was pretty quick and my consultant was good. She used to get back to me when I had questions, which was great. She was timely and contacted me by phone call. They automatically took the monthly payment out of my account. I knew that there was a certain day I had to have it there. I had my own account so I can see where I was and where the money was going. It took me almost five years but I finally finished the program. I was going through some hard times which was why I went down. Now, I’m getting back on track and my credit is slightly going up. If someone asks, I'd say that United Debt did great. They helped me and I’m sure they'd help you.
