United Debt Counselors' service and program were good. The enrollment process was pretty quick and my consultant was good. She used to get back to me when I had questions, which was great. She was timely and contacted me by phone call. They automatically took the monthly payment out of my account. I knew that there was a certain day I had to have it there. I had my own account so I can see where I was and where the money was going. It took me almost five years but I finally finished the program. I was going through some hard times which was why I went down. Now, I’m getting back on track and my credit is slightly going up. If someone asks, I'd say that United Debt did great. They helped me and I’m sure they'd help you.

I had lost my husband and I ended up in some debt. And United Debt Counselors is just a blessing. They contacted me and their enrollment process was great. Their customer service was terrific and the interaction was great. I'd call them if I didn’t understand something and if I'd have an extension but the rep wasn’t there, I'd leave a message and they'd call back. They even called back before it got started until it was done. The monthly payment was automatically withdrawn out of my account. The service is impressive and worth the cost.

I completed United Debt's program in about six months to a year. I got out pretty fast and I'm debt free now. The monthly phone calls really helped out a lot. They were available for me when I called them. Once we got a ball rolling on one of the credit cards, the negotiator was very attentive. He was there for me when I needed him and communication was good, so he made it a lot easier. I have recommended United Debt to my wife, and she’s going through a process right now.

There was a lot of turnover in United Debt Counselors. When I was in their program, I didn’t have a person all the time. I should’ve looked into it more. I didn’t realize how badly I get cremated in debt while I'm struggling to make payments. They told me not to make any more payments and ignore all the threatening phone calls. The first three or four months that I pay into their program, I'm paying them before they start to help me. It took about nine months before they started making payments to our creditors. Whenever my wife and I call them, they tell us to just give their number to the creditors. Nothing was helpful. Meanwhile, I was struggling to make my payments, but I was making them. I had a good credit then, but now, I have horrible credit.

My debt was out of control. I had something in the mail from United Debt Counselors and started calling. I used them to lower my debt with the people that I owe money to. Their enrollment process was pretty good but I was upset with them towards the end because I had four companies that I was dealing with for debt. They helped me with two companies, but they were smaller ones. However, American Express and Optima didn't wanna do anything with a third party and I had to negotiate myself. United Debt walked me through what to say and do though. I paid them over $8,000 but I could’ve just used paid that money towards my debts and negotiated myself. They should’ve known in the beginning that American Express and Optima don't deal with third parties. If they told me then I could’ve said that I would handle it myself.

I had gotten in debt. I’ve gotten so many credit cards and I couldn’t get them all paid off. I saw an advertisement of United Debt Counselors and I signed up for their program. I went straight to them, talked to the girl, and I was impressed with them. They did a good job and helped me get all my bills paid off. And it’s all through now. It took over a three-year period to complete and their program worked out really well for me. It helped me get in a good situation.

I completed a debt consolidation program with United Debt in about two and a half years. They worked with me on a payment plan that was convenient for me, and they were checking on me to see how I was doing. United Debt made life easier.

The payment plan was a little hard at first, but then it got better and I completed the program in two years. I would recommend it.

The program has helped me pay off all those credit cards and get out of debt. They worked with me and if I didn't have the money for a particular month, I call them and they postpone the payment to the following month. Since completing their program, we don't use credit cards as much as we used to.

I was sent a letter in the mail by United Debt Counselors and at that time, I was over my limit in bills. I decided to call the number and the lady talked to me. She explained to me the program and I agreed to what she was saying. I read the letter that others were sending me and they had a limit part so I didn’t like that. They were also charging me too much. I couldn’t afford it that was why I wanted to do the consolidation. United Debt Counselors came in at the right time because I had moved to Louisiana, and that was when they sent the letter.

The lady that I talked to at United Debt was very convincing. I wasn’t too happy about the initial situation ‘cause they didn’t tell me that my credit was gonna be messed up. They didn’t in fact explain to me that once I signed up, my creditor would be putting me in in the credit bureau. For the past 18 months, I was in the credit bureau so I couldn’t buy anything. I had no credit and that was definitely a problem. If they had said that to me, I probably wouldn’t be in the program. Nevertheless, United Debt got all the bills taken care of.

The people were very nice. I had credit card debt and they made things painless. A lady told me I could pay $290 a month and be out in 32 months. I said that would be a good one and I completed the program in June. United Debt was good to me.

I wanted to pay off some debt that we had to save money 'cause my husband had student loans coming up. I Googled the internet and United Debt has pretty good reviews, and that was where I went. Everybody was very compassionate and caring, and they have wonderful customer service. I talked to so many different people and all the courtesy calls were appreciated. Lisa who was in the settlement department was really kind and compassionate. She helped me 'cause I was nervous and I didn't wanna get in trouble. I was never late in my bills and she kinda helped me through it when my creditors went to law firms.

I called United Debt and everybody that I talked to including the lady that came and brought the paperwork to my house was really nice. Everything was explained really good and they made sure I understood everything. They also made making payments easy. I recommend United Debt to everybody that I know. It was really a big help. I got it done and I wasn’t being bothered so much. I was very impressed.

A guy who had a big packet for me came to my house and we got a bunch of paperwork. I had some credit card debt, they were up and I told him what credit cards I needed help with. There were 10 of them and United Debt got those cards all squared away. I paid my monthly payments and last month, they told me that I had graduated from the program. I was in it for three to five years and for the first year or two, I spoke to Yolanda, and then it was random people who would call, looking to see if I had any questions. Overall, United Debt is up-to-date. They call you. You call them, and they get back to you. They stand up for things and they try to get somebody who would help with what you’re calling about. They’re on the up and up and they do what they say they do. If I ever got in trouble again, I’d go back to them.

I had a debt with Chase Bank that I wouldn't be able to pay and United Debt Counselors offered to help me out. I made an agreement with Chase Bank and United really made me work on the case. The lady whom I worked with was very enthusiastic to help me out and get free of debt. She made me feel comfortable with her. United and got to an agreement on the phone with regards to monthly payments. I ended up having to pay chump change for the debt instead of paying the whole thing. I took time for me to pay it all. Now that I've paid, United called me to say that they’re gonna send me a certificate and I'm still waiting for that. I also need confirmation from Chase Bank that my payments are complete.

I called up United Debt and had some questions, and then they put me in touch with a client that was in the program, and we talked personally on the phone. After I talked with her, I felt much more comfortable. It was very easy to enroll to their program and their rep was very easy to talk to. They would check in from time to time just to see how things were going, and for any questions. The communication was very smooth.

I owed JCPenney $600. For about two years, I continued paying $150 every month and the debt would never go down. United Debt helped me out and I’m satisfied. If not for them, I would’ve never gotten out of that credit card debt. It’s not easy to come out of that thing. It's not t easy to pay $15,000. It would take another 20 years to pay that. United Debt is a very wonderful company and I respect it so much. They have a very good program which worked in many ways. Everybody is very nice. I did it for almost 20 months and I didn’t have any problem with them. You call them and they’re there for you. They tell you the right thing. I’m finished with the program and I don’t want to be near credit cards now. I’m afraid of that. It's dangerous. For the rest of my life, I will never want it.

I was making payments on time to my credit card but the interest was too high so I used United Debt. I was so happy with my experience enrolling with them. Yolanda, the lady who came and helped me enroll, was so pleasant and very kind. And David, my consultant, was efficient. The monthly payment that I had to make with United Debt was less than what I was actually paying through my way. Now, I’m done with the program. My credit went down, but now, it’s increasing. It’s a relief. I recommend United Debt and put seven of my friends with them.

I had too much debt and United Debt took care of it. Everything was good. I really recommend them because I've known some others where they just view it over the phone and over the internet. But United Debt had a fella come to the house which was really great. They have other people working outside of there and they call me every month and see if I had any questions.

I called and had a fellow come out to the house from Texas and we signed up with him. I liked the idea, so we made a plan and we worked on it. We had three different outstanding debts and we looked at the interest rate. We had two Citi card debt and Wells Fargo. He suggested that we could start with the one that had the highest interest rate, then we could start knocking it out on that one, so that is what we did.

A middle-aged lady came by and got me signed up. It was very personal. She was very knowledgeable and she put me at ease about the whole process. Throughout the program, United Debt Collectors kept me informed of everything that was going on, and I knew where I stood with whatever credit card they were working on. They have set me up with a payment plan that I was able to make and I designated the payments. It was entirely up to me because they gave me choices of what payment type and how much they wanted me to get out of my bank account. They also gave me a good picture of the time I was going to pay off my debts. I was able to put away the amount that they designated and in three years, it was all over. I have already completed the program.

But if I have questions, there were a lot of phone tag and they call me back within one to two days. Other than that, working with United Debt made my life better and increased my credit score. They said I completed the program, but I still got one outstanding bill. I was wondering if they could help me with it, but they said I have to take care of it on my own.

United Debt Counselors came in and sat with me, and they told me what the procedure was and how much I would have to pay monthly. I was in a bind and they helped me budget. I pushed to pay the monthly fee, which was good, and the monthly payments were reasonable for me.

United Debt Counselors helped us really get out of debt and got us back on the right track. The enrollment process went really easy. They have very friendly people working there. I completed the program around two years and the debt consultant was so nice. He was concerned about us and that really made the difference.

We had a total of three credit cards that we've been trying to get straightened out. I sought United Debt's services and the enrollment process was okay. We did all of the processes then they sent me out the package. I sent back things that they had to get and they were good about it. We started with the smaller ones first then went to the big one. With the first two cards, United Debt’s negotiator was able to get everything worked out with the people that we owed the money to. But the last one, which was not their fault, the negotiator kept trying to send the information to the bank who kept sending the paperwork back. So, I let it go for three months from the time she started on this.

United Debt Counselors was the first company I picked and their enrollment process was easy. Their program worked and I’m done with it.

We needed somebody to help us with our bills. We decided to call United Debt Counselors and somebody came over and helped us get signed up. They got my bills all lowered and got them paid off for me. They did a good job on it. The enrollment process wasn't that hard at all. When they told us how the payment plan worked, it went really smoothly. I worked with two people and they both did a good job. They kept us informed and all the times that I had questions, they were there to answer them. They called us every time that they got a bill that they were trying to get paid off. They got everybody's information and they did a real good job for us. The monthly payments were easy. They were automatically taken out of our check so we didn't have to worry about it.

United Debt Counselors got it where I didn’t have to keep paying on my timeshare. The monthly payment program was reasonable. I was able to manage that quite well. They treated me very well, and everything went fine.

I was in over my head with credit card debt and I needed help getting things paid off back to where I needed to be. For the amount of what the credit cards were costing me, the payment plan they came up with was great. It came to 388.03 a month and we worked with that until the debt was paid off. They also figured out how long it would take me to pay it off.

I called them up, they took my information, I got some papers signed and I was off to the races. They arranged to consolidate my debt and lower it. I also called them several times to see where things were and how soon I would be finished. They told me that I will pay into the fund that I would be held and at the end of a certain time, the debt would be paid. And so, I paid on it and now, it’s finished. I'm satisfied with United Debt and I recommend it. It settled my debt in a number of months. I'm debt-free and I'll be able to enjoy my life.

I was in the hospital and because of the hospital debt, I couldn't make all the payments as I had before. I contacted United Debt Counselors and enrolling with them was easily accomplished. I had to call because I don't have computers, and it was fine. Their representative was very knowledgeable and kind, and she helped a great deal. They were also nonjudgmental because it was a hard decision for me to make since if I hadn't landed in a hospital twice within a month, that wouldn't have happened. I would've continued to pay off the credit cards on my own after that. United took into account everything but if I had a question or a concern, they got back to me with a response the same day. If I happen to call later in the afternoon, they get back to me first thing in the morning. Right now, the debt is paid off and it’s definitely a relief.

United Debt Counselors had the lowest monthly payments so I went with them. It was easy enrolling and I was impressed with the debt consultants whom I worked with. They have quick response and were able to answer all my questions. My payment plan with United Debt was based on the debt ratio and I have completed their program.

I called United Debt Counselors then met with someone. I then sent the paperwork I signed to them. Their reps were very kind people and were good helpers. They were always calling. I completed their program in 3 years and I found it really interesting. I encourage everyone to participate in this program. I was so glad to be part of it.

I was broke and I was going deeper in debt. I had done some research and work, and United Debt Counselors has the best rating and program. It was pretty easy to get enrolled with them. I find the cost quite fair, and they based my payments on the debt that I had and divided it all out over a period of time. I only have one bill that they couldn’t pay which I guess was because the people would not agree at all since they’re a federal credit union. But other than that, United Debt Counselors had negotiated and did things in a timely manner. Their consultants have done so great with me and were very polite. They also answered all my questions during the three-year period and kept in touch with me every month. I have completed the program which really worked. Instead of retiring in about 10 years, I could retire this year. Overall, United Debt Counselors did a good job. I was perfectly satisfied with them.

I had worked with United Debt a couple of years ago and they were dependable and honest. I called them again for another service and they sent out a representative. She went through all the papers with me. It was like signing for a mortgage but it was very complete, thorough and friendly. But there was a misunderstanding of why I was calling and it was a little difficult. She got her supervisor and she finally understood exactly what I wanted and how we wanted to set it up.

I received a letter and made the phone call to United Debt Counselors. I wanna know if the company was legit and then the rep who I spoke with explained everything, step-by-step. And then he recommended the person in the notary. They came to my house and we followed what the rep said. What they did was really good. I am debt-free right now. The best part was that when there was one company that didn’t wanna settle because I was making the minimum payments regularly, I had some money left over in my account. So they sent me the check, and I paid off that bank. It was great.

I just got a divorce. As the divorce wasn't my fault, I didn't want to have to pay Etsy, Amazon and everything linked to my credit cards. I needed to cut them off and let United Debt take care of that. Once they signed me up, they let me know what my payments would be a month. They asked me what my mortgage was and if I had any other payments. Then they started going with that to try to get my debts settled, preferably not with all the late charges. They kept in contact with me and got everything settled. We only ended up paying full price for one. With another, I got it at half-price. Now, I've graduated from the program and all my debt has been cleared. It ended up being cheaper to go through big settlements.

I was over my head in bills and after I called United Debt and made arrangements, the reps came to the house at my convenience. They were the first that I spoke with and it was a very good interaction. They were very respectful, helpful and didn’t try to make me feel bad about the fact that I got myself in trouble. It was easy to get started in their program and aside from getting my bills paid off, my credit scores improved very much. Working with United Debt gave me a lot of relief and I would recommend them.

As I was watching TV, United Debt Counselors was advertised and I loved it. At the same time, I was looking at all my credit card bills. I was doing monthly payments and the interest was killing me. I had gotten sick and I was on a short term disability, which didn’t even cover half of my check. No matter how much you make, New York State disability only allows you $170 a week. It was no way that my bills, my rent, life insurance and medical would have been covered. So, I decided to take all my credit cards and put them in a program. United Debt Counselors was the first one that popped up when I turned the TV on, so I went for it.
