OppLoans is a scam. Not worth your time to apply.

Heck no. Interest is super high. I just cancelled my application.

They are deceptive and misleading. They collect and farm out your information, almost every online loan line leads you to their website. So they are a monopoly. If you ever have a bad deal with them or things go wrong, in your life, they will pile on the misery like a Mafia loan shark. Others rave with them, but after four loans. I had enough of their business practices. It's not like they received four times in interest on those loans then they gave me in principal. They are greedy, vicious and underhanded. Don't believe the hype.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone for a loan. High interest rates. Secondly, in the event that you do take out a loan with this company, you will have a hard time refinancing in the event of an emergency. However, they will continue to take money out of your account toward your existing loan. Yes, using the same bank information, employment info etc that they say cannot be verified to refinance. So I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

OppLoans (OppFi) claims to be there for hard-working, poor credit folks, but here's what you'll really get - interest rates way over your state's legal limits, and you'll probably pay back more than 3x what you borrowed. BEWARE. They're using sketchy "rent-a-bank" schemes to dodge state laws - they even admitted in their own SEC filings that these loans "may be unenforceable" if challenged. They already had to pay D.C. $1.5M for this exact scam. If you've already been an OppLoans victim, PLEASE consider filing complaints with the CFPB (consumerfinance.gov/complaint) and your state Attorney General. The more of us who report them, the harder it gets for them to keep doing this. Don't let them profit off people who are already struggling.

Horrible company all the way around! Do not get a loan from this company! Put you so much further in debt! Horrible customer service and make you pay triple! They need to be shut down. They lie about late payments and will take continue to add on fees without explanation! I borrowed 1500 and end up paying over 5,000 back to them. RUN!

My experience with OppLoans was good and the lending process was hassle-free. There were some requirements. It made easy on their part and the agreement was good. But the APR was high.

I was looking for some immediate help and my experience, overall, with OppLoans was professional. My credit isn't the best. It’s something that happened, but I'm stuck with it. OppLoans made me an offer. Everybody else was turning me down. So, I went with them. They were friendly and they went by their principles concerning their company. The whole process didn't take long. It took about three days to get my information in to them, and then they emailed me and told me I had the loan and how much it would be. I didn't get what I put in for, but I did get some relief from what I had applied for with the amount they gave me. It's just I was led to think from the internet site that I could get a bit closer to what I needed. I think that should be more specific.

I sent in an application to OppLoans. It took a couple of days. I got the money right away. They direct deposited it into my bank. They saved me. I made a move from Tennessee to Delaware and moves could be a little expensive. So, when they approved my loan, it helped me. It came in handy. Getting a loan wasn't the easiest thing in the world. That's why I appreciate OppLoans so much because, yes, the interest is high, but that would be anywhere. They were professional, friendly, and understanding. I would recommend them to a friend provided that they didn't have the financial difficulties that I have.

They bait prospective clients in with the illusion of getting a loan by saying no credit/bad credit, no problem, guaranteed approval for all credit rating. Siphon your info and then deny. Don't try to apply. They are nothing but worthless liars.

I did the process with OppLoans online and it was completed in a couple of days. The website was good and easy.

The process with OppLoans was very easy. They requested information, and I was able to upload and transfer information. It's all done electronically now. They can see what goes into my account. Once they were able to verify those things and see on a monthly basis how much goes in and out, they were able to give me what I needed in order to take care of some business that I needed to take care of. Now, I pay them back monthly. What I was alarmed about was they had me sign everything as though it was approved, but then they would go to work to see if I would be approved. I uploaded my banking information thinking I was approved then I got an email saying it was being processed meaning that they could have denied it. But it worked itself out and I was very satisfied with it.

I have received 2 loans from this company. They never will do same deposit and I have been employed with the same company for 15 years and they always want a pay stub. They say it takes 24 hours to get approval. They lie, I received 1600.00 from my previous loans and paid them off early. Now I asked for $600.00 and that was 2 days ago with no email as of yet. (Day 3). When I did my bank verification with them, I received a call from my bank stating that someone from CA was trying to charge my account $430.00 that I did not authorize. Use Uprova. They do what they promise. Same day deposits and no hassle.

The lending process with OppLoans was quick and easy. The site is very user-friendly. The login process was easy. If I needed to speak to customer service, I called the 1800 number. Their agent was very knowledgeable. The interest rate was very high, but it was a great experience that I had. I was able to get the loan I needed. The process is easy and convenient, and everything is online.

This place is here for the people. You get a loan and the next day just say that you got a hardship and they don’t charge no interest then! It’s just like that and you can do it’s more than on time even. Share the blessing.

OppLoans first approved me for one amount then changed it. Then they approved me for the funds. I paid two payments before I even received the funds from them. They told me they were coming, but I didn't receive them at the time. I thought I was being proactive then by paying two payments. I was thinking that it was gonna cut down some of the interest on the payment. I made an $89 payment before I even received their funds and it was $44 and some change each payment. Once I made the payment, a few hours later, the funds hit my account. They showed me the amount that I owed. It was $916 from the $1,000 that they gave me. Then they took $44 the next week. It went back up to nine something again.

Opploans is a scam. They will steal your money in more ways than one (hidden fees, hidden penalties, and ridiculous interest rates). They claim there is no early pay-off penalty. However, that is not the case. They will charge you the same amount regardless of whether or not you pay off the loan early or continue with the scheduled payments.

Please be warned not to take this loan. This company is stealing your hard earning money. I thought I was paid off on a 1300 loan paying 1551 current and thought should be through by now. This company has added another $1000 to pay back on top of this. I was not aware this. Don't believe the people praising this cause probably like me and didn't know what they were getting into.

This company is a complete joke! I took out a loan in August 2019 for $1300. My loan is to be paid off in May with a total of $972.80 in interest (which is insane). With everything going on right now after receiving the stimulus check I called today to pay off the rest of my loan which should have been $284. They tell me I owe $443.23 now. Apparently I missed a payment at the end of September that nobody notified me of until now. The manager I spoke with said they sent out 1 email no phone call, letter, or anything!

I called today to find out my balance and I was told $1385.67 and that's until Sept 2020. Now that's at $130 biweekly. So when I asked for my pay off balance if I was to pay off earlier they said it would be $1385.67. So if I was to pay off early there would be no break in my extremely high interest. I don't know how these companies can legally charge such high interest in these loans but yet they state they are helping people with bad credit and yet they wonder why we can't fix it or get ahead. I've already paid off my loan and then some but still owe another almost $1400.

I applied for a loan and kept getting an email every five minutes to send the same information over and over again and that’s after receiving emails saying they received it so I said forget it. I would not recommend this company to a dog.

I had previously given this company a good rating as had 2 loans prior. I paid them off in full and never skipped a payment. I paid a large amount of money to include the 159% interest rate over the life of the loans. My credit and employment has not changed from the time of first loan until now. When I tried to re-apply this month for a smaller amount the previously borrowed in the past I was declined. I called to find out why and was not told a reason. After paying so much money to a company and receiving emails stating I was a VIP customer then to be rejected is poor customer service and would not refer anyone to this loan company.

I applied for a loan on 12/16/19 for a auto repair job. I get asked for increasing documentation each day until Wednesday 12/18/19. I was under the impression it took 24hrs, but on the phone was told it could take up to 72hrs. Ok, I thought, 5 days to get a loan. Friday 12/20/19 I get a email to contact them, I get asked to sign the contract and ill receive a call about some crap called a bank call verification, after already having other amounts of creepy personal information. I get no call Friday so I call Saturday, and they say they only do bank calls on the week day. I call today 12/23/19 to let them know when the bank closes and I've been waiting a week to get this done. 6pm now, the bank is closed, it will now be 12/24/19 Christmas Eve and I'm still waiting to be approved by some crap called a bank call. The rates are good, but if your life depended on this loan, OppLoans would probably let you die. Only apply if you can wait through their goofy process.

When I need Funds it was available quick, and in one day the funds was in my account the next day great service. I would tell all my friend about your great service! I'm requesting another Loan as we speak. Thanks!

When in a bind OppLoans is a lifesaver. They are fast, everything done online, and they have the best rates. They give large amounts for not that much per paycheck. Thanks to them they even allowed me to refinance my current loan to get another one.

My time with OppLoans is pretty good and I can see myself coming to them again in the future. I got my loan pretty and quick and the terms of the agreement were reasonable. However there are some things I would like to see improved. First off, there's a point where it asks you to log in to your bank using your online credentials and answering security questions. I thought it was sketchy at first but it's they are able to access and deposit the funds into the account. If there could be something that explains this during the process, that'd be better.

OppLoans is one of the best!!!! They work with you and it is so easy! I have been dealing with them for at least 3 Years. I also love how after at least three months, they give you a chance to refinance if you want to! They are great and very reasonable.

It's always a pleasure dealing with Opploans. Great customer service. Fast response. You're treated with great respect. Everyone is on the same page. I recommend them to everyone. Straight up people. Wonderful experience getting a loan. Great atmosphere. Makes you feel so comfortable.

Outstanding Service! The best most convenient loan available. They are fair and honest and help throughout the process. They almost do application for you. There is no better loan company out there. I looked for days... this one is the real deal.

This company is very trustworthy, the process is simple and secure. You are notified very quickly of approval and the customer service is excellent. There is no penalty for paying back early. Funds are available the next business day which was very convenient for my emergency situation.

My transaction was smooth. I was able to do everything online and I didn't have to wait a full day for a response. When I submitted my application the system told me I would receive a response within 24 hours and I did I needed a correction to my record and it was issued without a problem. I am grateful to OppLoans for giving me a chance just show my credit worthiness.
