Thank you so much for raising my credit. I was out of town taking care of my sister, it helped so much with expenses as she passed away on June 11, 2026. My daughter and 1 of my granddaughters were with me and it was a blessing to cover the expenses of the trip. Thank you again.

I enjoy using this credit card and haven’t experienced any problems with purchases. Payments are usually posted within a few days, and the card works perfectly in my digital wallet. Overall, it’s reliable and easy to use.

Never had a problem! My credit availability was raised without asking. Easy to use. There when I need it, especially in emergencies. Very good credit card in my opinion. What else can I say, would recommend this to everyone.

It took 10 days after making a payment for it to process. Then I was charged a return check fee even tho the money was in the account to pay the payment. This is a Terrible way to do customers.

Merrick Bank Card has been a great tool for rebuilding my credit. I was destroyed by COVID-19, because I am in the restaurant and food service industry. Merrick is making my comeback much shorter than expected. Thanks Merrick!

It is a a huge inconvenience to have to send in a check and wait a long period to have the funds added to increase my credit line. There should be an option to send in funds to increase credit line through the app by use of a debit card or ach from a bank account. This made me consider looking for another financial institution where I can increase my credit line without having to mail in a check/money order and then wait for it to be received and processed. I’m still waiting for my credit line to increase, and I have a vacation coming in a few days.

Kept their word. They increased my credit limit because I had no missed or late payments. I greatly greatly appreciated that. A company that cares about their customers and willing to see the efforts the customer is making.

This is by far my favorite credit card. I find myself reaching for it above the others we use. They gave me a great amount of credit and any time fraud is suspected, I immediately get a text message. Using them through apple pay makes checking out from the store a breeze.

I have never had any problems here and it has always been easy to navigate.

Merrick has been outstanding with all my needs, and the easy-to-use card and program. I have used my card and have had no issues, and payment options are outstanding. I think an upgrade to customers would be greatly appreciated, with more credit.

I was very impressed by Merrick bank's customer service when my card had fraudulent charges on it. They were so kind and resolved the situation quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend them for rebuilding credit and their superior client services.

I was happy when Merrick Bank raise my credit limit to 2000.00. I did not expect it, but it helped with my overall credit score. So thank you very much. I hope in the future that we can’t continue having a good business relationship together.

Need bigger credit line. This bank is shitty!!!! I needed 1000. They didn’t want to give me that. What bad customer services in all areas. I will never recommend this card to an we’ll come on stop acting.

Never had a problem with Merrick! Helping me get my score back up after years of struggle after Covid. Recommended to family and friends. Generous credit line to start and after making on time payments it was doubled which has helped.

The mobile app is extremely easy to use and I have never once had an issue with my card. I also appreciate getting an extra thousand dollars credit increase because I make more than the minimum payment and I always make it on time.

I am 65 years old and a business owner. Hoped for a better credit limit to raise my Fico score. The credit cards 7 month double my credit is very good. But it is time to get higher limits to lower utilization and build my credit even better.

Very happy with Merrick. The credit card is accepted in most places. Customer service is excellent. Really satisfied. I recommend to everyone. I use my card for buying gas, for groceries and to dine in restaurants.

I want to cancel my credit card immediately! I did not know I will be charged a $78 dollar fee in November when my credit limit increases. So I want to cancel this card before November unless the fee is waived. L

I'm very pleased with everything and would recommend them to everyone. Every single time I've contacted them for an issue, I was treated like I was the most important person they have talked to. Treated me with respect and they were very knowledgeable. Resolved my issue immediately. They were very nice and courteous.

My limit was raised out of nowhere with no warning. I’m assuming it’s so Merrick can keep charging me more and more interest therefore collecting more money out of me that I do not have. Also, my minimum payment jumped from $40 to $80 in less than a month?? That is a steep jump and cannot really afford that.

It's been a good card, helping me to rebuild, my credit. After my divorce, my credit was shot, needed help in rebuilding my credit, this card is helping me to do that. Only reason for a 4 star is a 5 star, it that I would have liked a higher limit.

Merrick Bank has been surprisingly very flexible and easy to use their credit card. They have provided very great customer service to me. And, providing many options for alerts on credit card activities.

Very good card. They did not lie. After six months they doubled the credit limit. Definitely would recommend this card to everyone. A lot of other cards say they will increase you when they don't. I have credit cards for three years and never increased me a dollar. I definitely recommend this card. Six months. No miss payments and they actually doubled the credit limit without me asking A+.

Merrick Bank has an outstanding customer service department that satisfied me every step of the way. They’ve have vigorously monitored my usage keeping my account safe from fraudulent charges. The process to start my account was clear and easy, and I have been using my Merrick bank card ever since. They monitor my activity and alert me to unusual activity.

Happy with my account with Merrick. Advance notice of the payment due date helps a lot. I love that I can manage and pay my account online or via mobile app. Not interested in having the credit limit raised in the future unless I am asked about that first.

So far, so good. There have not been any issues. It is a good emergency card. I have not used it much as it is for emergencies, but for the credit limit I have, I am trying to be more responsible and with this card, I am. Hopefully in the future, I will get a higher credit limit and can use the card more, but for now, it is serving the purpose.

I never heard of Merrick and before I started doing business with them - and I love them. They allow you to customize what alerts you want - their online banking is super easy to navigate and they acknowledge they have received your payment. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences doing business with them.
