I was on the phone trying to resolve the issue of receiving my credit card over two months later. I disagreed with the late payment report that was placed on the account, and I hadn’t received a card or correspondence. No one called me back to settle the issue, and I have noticed Merrick has placed a late payment status on my credit report, and we haven’t resolved the issue to this date. This is very frustrating for a new customer. Can someone please contact me. This makes me leery of your practices. I just told a few people to apply for your credit card, now with my issue being unresolved I will have to inform the people to hold off until my issue can be resolved. This is absolutely POOR customer service, and unacceptable. Please contact me to complete my process completely. Thanks so much. Respectfully!

Great customer service. Very pleased. Got issues resolved in a timely manner. Had charges on card that I did not make and customer service took care of it. Charges was removed off card and I'm satisfied.

I have been with Merrick for a few years - I got on a mission to pay down my CC's and I got Merrick fully paid and kept my Card for emergencys or a vacation which I have planned in 3weeks. My Merrick card and one other was what was going to help fund such a needed break. Well, guess what? My card which expires 6/27 was cancelled today for "inactivity." No phone call, no text, no email, no letter. So in conclusion Merrick sucks! No other way to put it. You are a number and nothing more. They are fine when that high interest money is coming in but when things get better, they drop you like a hot rock. Terrible way to do business.

PIN change. Issue changing the PIN online. Called customer service. Long story short.... you verbally give the new PIN number you want to the representative over the phone instead of using the keypad and type it in!!!! I told the representative...I will type in in the keypad and was told...you have to verbally give me the 4 digit PIN number. Had no choice but to do so and then immediately changed it online.

The process from application to paying the monthly bill has all been very simple and user-friendly. I am absolutely satisfied with their concern for customers having a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Merrick to friends and family looking for a credit card.

I was offered this opportunity to use Merrick bank's credit card... As I am repairing my credit rating due to have extraordinarily high medical bills I thought this was a great opportunity to build my credit.... I watch my credit like a hawk in fact I check it everyday... When I received the terms of the agreement I followed it to the t. You can only pay with your bank details... So they have the access to make the payment through their service... No debit cards, no credit cards. nothing. It has to go through your bank directly...

Thank you so much for raising my credit. I was out of town taking care of my sister, it helped so much with expenses as she passed away on June 11, 2026. My daughter and 1 of my granddaughters were with me and it was a blessing to cover the expenses of the trip. Thank you again.

I enjoy using this credit card and haven’t experienced any problems with purchases. Payments are usually posted within a few days, and the card works perfectly in my digital wallet. Overall, it’s reliable and easy to use.

Never had a problem! My credit availability was raised without asking. Easy to use. There when I need it, especially in emergencies. Very good credit card in my opinion. What else can I say, would recommend this to everyone.

It took 10 days after making a payment for it to process. Then I was charged a return check fee even tho the money was in the account to pay the payment. This is a Terrible way to do customers.

Merrick Bank Card has been a great tool for rebuilding my credit. I was destroyed by COVID-19, because I am in the restaurant and food service industry. Merrick is making my comeback much shorter than expected. Thanks Merrick!

It is a a huge inconvenience to have to send in a check and wait a long period to have the funds added to increase my credit line. There should be an option to send in funds to increase credit line through the app by use of a debit card or ach from a bank account. This made me consider looking for another financial institution where I can increase my credit line without having to mail in a check/money order and then wait for it to be received and processed. I’m still waiting for my credit line to increase, and I have a vacation coming in a few days.

Kept their word. They increased my credit limit because I had no missed or late payments. I greatly greatly appreciated that. A company that cares about their customers and willing to see the efforts the customer is making.

This is by far my favorite credit card. I find myself reaching for it above the others we use. They gave me a great amount of credit and any time fraud is suspected, I immediately get a text message. Using them through apple pay makes checking out from the store a breeze.

I have never had any problems here and it has always been easy to navigate.

Merrick has been outstanding with all my needs, and the easy-to-use card and program. I have used my card and have had no issues, and payment options are outstanding. I think an upgrade to customers would be greatly appreciated, with more credit.

I was very impressed by Merrick bank's customer service when my card had fraudulent charges on it. They were so kind and resolved the situation quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend them for rebuilding credit and their superior client services.

I was happy when Merrick Bank raise my credit limit to 2000.00. I did not expect it, but it helped with my overall credit score. So thank you very much. I hope in the future that we can’t continue having a good business relationship together.

Need bigger credit line. This bank is shitty!!!! I needed 1000. They didn’t want to give me that. What bad customer services in all areas. I will never recommend this card to an we’ll come on stop acting.

Never had a problem with Merrick! Helping me get my score back up after years of struggle after Covid. Recommended to family and friends. Generous credit line to start and after making on time payments it was doubled which has helped.

The mobile app is extremely easy to use and I have never once had an issue with my card. I also appreciate getting an extra thousand dollars credit increase because I make more than the minimum payment and I always make it on time.
