I had a free consultation and one month later called and said to cancel it that I was not interested. They never told me about any fee for their service but they took $165.63 out of my account at the bank which I had to call my bank and stop any other transactions coming out of my account permanently and file a claim to try and get my money back. I did not authorize Citizens Debt Relief to be able to withdrawal any amount of money from my account. Nor did they let me know. It's like stealing.

I have been with them for a year and they had done nothing but made my credit worse. I had over 2000 in savings and when I told them I wanted to cancel they took over 1700 in fees then the 3rd party company that holds the money took the rest on fees. Please tell me how they can get away with this.

I canceled my debt relief. They told me I would have my refund within 21 days. What a lie. It's been over 2 months and NOTHING. I GUESS IT'S TIME TO GET MY ATTORNEY INVOLVED. When I call, it takes for ever.
