The enrollment process is okay but the only thing is I can’t put money in it right now because I’m out from last year. I’m doing therapy to get ready to go back to work. Century is a good support and working with them is good. It’s just me alone and I can’t do too much and I need some help to pay.

My fiancé had been deployed in Iraq, so I was looking for help with some debt relief programs online. I was on my own as far as the bills, so I racked up some credit card debt in that year. I reached out to a couple other companies and Century was the most helpful. They were the only one that was willing to work with me on my payments and in making sure that I could afford the payments that they were giving me.
The guy I started off with was absolutely fantastic, and he explained everything to me. He broke it down and made it very point-blank and easy for me to understand. He went back and forth with me on the phone and via email, and I could reach him at any time. I had a bunch of silly questions and he didn’t make me feel like I was asking a ridiculous question. He was super thorough and extremely helpful.
I never had a problem getting through to anyone. I usually can get through with a rep within a few minutes. And if nobody is available right then, I leave my callback number and they call me back within a short time.
There have been a couple of times where I have miscalculated dates as far as my paychecks coming, and my bank made some errors. The support team answered and they have switched my payment dates for me in order to avoid overdraft as far as my bank. I had another issue where I called them. My check did not come until Friday, and my payment was due on Thursday. And they fixed that right away.

Century is taking care of some transactions for me, and my experience with them has been fine. They have resolved some accounts, but some are pending and on strategic hold, which I have never understood. My concern is I thought that when I got these people, they would contact the creditors right away and let them know that they are under the program and that they would not submit the account to collection agencies. I get notification from collection agencies, although I scan a copy and send it to them.
So, it has a negative effect on my credit report. They should not have had a collection agency submitting to my credit report that no action has been taken such as payments. The communication between them and the creditors should be a heck of a lot better.
Since I first got the program, I have not spoken again with the agent who spoke with me and took care of my business. It has been other people that I have dealt with afterwards. This morning, and a couple of weeks ago, they called in reference to that my wife is not on my account. What do they mean there? They have already resolved two credit cards that were specifically in her name. One area is where they said that they could not do anything and that they were going to drop this one financial institution because they did not have a letter of agreement.
I said, “You do. We have already done that, already talked to two different people about that letter of agreement. And it has been signed electronically and emailed back to you.” And it previously showed on my documents, but I looked this morning and it has disappeared. Overall, I am in between satisfied and dissatisfied, but I would still recommend them.

A couple of my major clients have closed their business down. The business did a swift jump and I need to combine a couple of things together so I wouldn't get behind. Their website is not difficult to use. So it took me a few minutes to go through it. Century Support Services took care of a couple of my bills for me, so I'm not getting any calls anymore from that. It helped out. I’m in the 24 months program and I'm halfway through. I pay it on my own.

I have been calling different companies but when I found Century online, they were the ones that were the most helpful and nice. The customer service is really good. Every time I contact their team has been wonderful. They’re very helpful and they are always willing to work with me and taking care of my stuff. The only thing is, their online chat portal never works. But their service on phone is amazing.

I put in "Consumer Credit Counselors" because that's who I went with back 40 years ago, and then Century’s thing came up. I called and talked to them, and I went with them. Then I referred my mother and she's on a plan with them also. The price may be a little bit high for me, but I find a way to manage and do it so that I can get these bills paid off.
The team is great. They very informative and nice. For some reason, I can't get on the website. Every time I go to it, it tells me my password is wrong. I go into "Forgot password" but when I put it in, it says wrong. I'm not tech-savvy and I was not gonna keep that up. But they've given me an email that I can email my stuff to one of them. They are very easy and great to work with.

My experience with Century Support Services was good. They were very courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, and they helped me. The enrollment process just went smooth and everything worked out good. I reached out just to see how my progress was going and they were all very helpful. Century Support Services is doing what they're supposed to do. However, I’ve used their website and it's not as easy as some of the others. Sometimes it doesn't let me in and out. Aside from that, their service is working and my interaction with them has been fine so far.

I was at a point where I needed some help. It was nothing huge, but it was a matter of practicality and I needed to find a way to downsize some of my debt. The representative I worked with at Century was very intuitive. He let me know exactly what the program was, how it works, what it involves, and what’s expected. He gave me all the information I needed.
Things changed for the better since working with Century. They helped me with some of the things I used to worry about every month. They check in at all times. If I have any questions, I can use the portal, call them, or chat with them anytime.

Century Support is doing good for me. I’m accepting different things they send me of what the companies have agreed to. They have attorneys there so I imagine that they would take care of things because they’ve told me that I didn’t have to worry about anything and that they would make sure of everything, which they have. They explained everything to me, and keep on sending me up-to-date things. The gentleman that enrolled me was really nice. We spent a long time together making sure I enrolled right and he was very thorough.
Century Support has made it a lot easier for me. They’re the easiest people to work with and they do care about their people. I pay a monthly payment to them, and they distribute it. I don’t get calls from the creditors anymore because they have it under control. I would tell others to try Century Support and see how they like them.

I found Century Support Service online, and I didn't go with National Debt Relief because I wanted to try something new. I took them because they're in Pennsylvania, and I'm from Pennsylvania. So far, it's been very good. I've done what I had to do. I took a couple out, added a couple. I’ve talked to customer service, and they’re very good and respectful, to the point, and they answer my questions. I have one settlement in progress and I'm hoping for more. We're building up my funds. I go online to the portal and it tells me what's in progress, current and pending, and I know how much money is in my account and how to access all of that. They do what is required of them, and they handle matters in a very timely manner.

I looked at a couple of companies and picked Century Support. The process has been very good though I thought they’d get it done earlier than they're gonna be able to get it done. But it doesn't come down to that. I don't have that much more money I can put into it and I have to turn my car in in August of ‘25. So, I'm hoping I can still get a car. The customer service has been very kind and understanding, and explain things when I have questions. If you're in a bind with your credit cards, I suggest using Century because that's where I was. I had too many credit cards and they raised the interest rates and I had to get out from under it because I was on a fixed income.

I canceled my account due to an unacceptable customer service experience. It took me over three days to finally reach someone, and when I did, I was met with unnecessary obstacles and unprofessional behavior. When I initially requested to speak with an advocate, I was told I needed to remain on hold. The representative seemed unwilling to transfer me, but when I insisted on speaking to a manager, I was suddenly connected to an advocate. This raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of your customer support process.
Once connected, the advocate questioned why I was closing my account—an inquiry I felt was too personal and preferred not to discuss. Instead of respecting my response, the representative became snarky and made an inappropriate comment about my financial situation. While I am fully aware of my own finances, this interaction was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I eventually shared that I needed to close my account due to my daughter's health concerns, at which point the advocate abruptly stated that my funds would be deposited within 7–10 business days. In the past, withdrawals from my account have been processed within minutes, so this sudden delay seems punitive simply because I am closing my account. While I understand the need for protocols, financial matters are inherently stressful, and adding unnecessary delays—especially when the funds are needed for urgent medical reasons—is unacceptable. I hope this email is escalated to a manager who can address these concerns. No customer should have to endure such a frustrating and insensitive experience. I expect confirmation of my account closure and the timeline for my funds to be deposited.

Our clients can cancel their program at any time. We do have a dedicated team of Customer Advocates available to assist clients who feel that the program may no longer align with their financial goals. Since you hired us to perform debt relief services, our intention is never to intrude but rather to understand the challenges you are facing that may be preventing you from continuing on your path toward better financial health. With over 20 years in business, we may have some solutions that help you overcome a hurdle that can keep you enrolled and on course toward your original goal.
When you enrolled in the Century Program, you established a dedicated settlement account in your name with the third-party processor, Crossroads Financial Technologies (CFT). This special-purpose settlement account is where your program deposits are made, and from which authorized settlements negotiated on your behalf by Century are paid. It is important to note that Century does not control the release of funds, as we do not own or manage this account.
We want to assure you that we do not engage in any form of retaliation against consumers who determine that our program is not the best fit for their debt relief needs. As requested, your program was officially canceled as of January 25, 2024, and the funds in your dedicated reserve account were returned to your bank account on file as of January 26, 2025.

Century Support Services was the first one that I went with and got everything through them. However, I canceled with them. The fees are way too high. It’s supposed to be a debt consolidation. By the time you add all their fees, you’re paying the same thing if you went by yourself and did it.

When you enrolled in the program, a customized plan was created to manage your enrolled debts over an estimated time frame. Our program is designed to negotiate your delinquent debts for less than the balance owed.
Our team achieved early success in your program by settling one of your accounts within just two months of you enrolling. This settlement resulted in a realized savings of $289.00. Before enrollment, all clients receive a Debt Settlement Agreement outlining the program details and associated costs. Century’s settlement fees are based on the enrolled debt balance and remain unchanged.
We only earn the right to collect the settlement fee once we successfully negotiate a settlement with one of your enrolled creditors, you accept the settlement, and your first payment is initiated toward the settlement. This ensures you see the value of our service before making any payment.

I have been a client of Century Support Services and I can only speak highly of them as they've been instrumental in helping me out of my financial situation. I first discovered them while searching online and the experience has been entirely positive. The team at Century is impressive, particularly the representative I'm working with, whose expertise and ability to offer assistance have stood out to me. I joined the program about six months ago, and it doesn't conclude until 2028. Though I feel the relief will come once everything is paid off, I'm grateful for their support thus far. I was using another loan company and I was talking to somebody there telling him they were charging me a little too much and I couldn’t afford it. There were four places that I checked but I found Century, which I had never heard of. As soon as I talked to them, they said they could help me out. I was told, “This is what you’re paying now. This is what you will be paying.” Other places wanted a lump sum every month. Some of them, when I asked if we could go every two weeks, they said no. But the Century rep had no problem telling me, “We can do that for you.”
And they’ve been helping me out for about three years now. So far, they’ve knocked off three or four of the creditors that I had high interest cards on. We already settled with them. And now we settled with the biggest one which was Credit9. That was just significant. They did a good job.
In the beginning, it was hard to contact Century. I didn’t know who I was calling. But then once I settled in, I already got the numbers and I could call any time. And if I don’t get the guy I was talking to, I always get someone else who is even happier to help me.
I have no problems with them so far. I don’t have to call every week to find out what’s going on. I use their website to see what’s changed. Every time they get a settlement or they have an offer, they hit me up real quick. And they don’t stop hitting me up until I answer. They will call, text, and even send me an email. It’s much easier. The other places, they hit you up and then they’ll tell you, “Well, you missed the offer.”

When I called Century Support after seeing it on Facebook, they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I’ve been in the program for maybe six months. They contacted some of the accounts and told them that they were handling it now. I had to skip two payments on the loan they’re paying off for me, and they were very helpful with getting me back on track with that. I just didn't realize their fees were so high. I thought more money would be going towards the bill and not their fee, but I understand they're there to make money.

I read some of the reviews and decided on Century Support. The enrollment went fine. They were easy to get in contact with and were able to handle everything on the first call. I didn't have to call them back with any issues. I've been in the program for about two months and only one thing has been settled so far, but I can track my progress online. Very user-friendly. Hopefully, it'll resolve my debt.

I wanted to do a consolidation loan with AmOne but they couldn't help me, so they referred me to Century Support. They set up an account that I'm doing payments on and they took the money that I had in there out for the first payment and their fees. They're still working on the other four. But every time I've called and had questions, they were able to answer them. It’s been good.

I heard about Century Support Services through another debt agency, Accredited, which recommended them. My experience with Century Support has been positive. Their representatives have been supportive, allowing me to pay an affordable amount of $200 per month over 42 months. This arrangement has made it easier for me to manage my debts. I can see their progress online and I receive notifications when a settlement offer is made.
Although I'm still in the first year of the program, and haven't completed it yet, I'm satisfied with the process so far. However, I did notice some reviews of people mentioning issues when nearing the end of their program and that concerns me, but I haven't encountered any such problems myself yet. Overall, I would recommend Century Support Services based on my experience.

We were looking for a way that we could get the bills all paid up easier because my husband and I were both going into retirement. We’re still in the program with Century and the way I understood it, it is going to run for probably about two years. Several of the accounts have been paid off and will be paid off this year. There are about three or four that only have about a month or two left. It seems like we’re going to be paying these all off this year. That’s why we didn’t go ahead when we were offered a loan by another company. I’m satisfied to keep going the way we’re going.
Everyone at Century seems to be cooperative and understanding. They explain what they can do and a couple of times they’ve asked us if we could add more money to what they’re taking out so they’ve got a little more money to work with another account or two, and we’ve gone along with it. We also get a notice every few months about how much they’re taking out. I would recommend Century.

I was calling another company and I was trying to get consolidation, but my credit wasn't allowed. They gave me the information on Century and I talked to them. They explained everything well. I understood and I decided to go with the debt relief. So far, it's really helped. They're great and they've been good to me.

I gave Century all the information for all the things that I needed to get as far as credit card debt. So far, two things were not eligible. I didn't find out about that until I got the judgments through the courts. But they've been paying down some of the ones that they have qualified.

Congratulations on such a successful program! You are 16 months into your estimated 48-month program with 6 of your 10 enrolled debts successfully negotiated. Prior to your program enrollment being finalized in August of 2023, your file was personally reviewed by your Century Legal Group attorney to ensure all of your requested enrolled debts were acceptable for the program. Century does not claim to prevent a creditor from escalated collection attempts. However, if a creditor takes legal action against a client, Century can still attempt to work with the law firm to establish a favorable settlement.

I've been with Century Support for two and a half years and the progress has been good. The person I worked with was very positive and nice. The interactions were good. I don't have any problem with the company. The only complaint I have is that I wasn't informed on my progress as far as what was paid off and what wasn't. I had to go to the website to check out my standing balance. I don't even know what I still owe on the last two. But I would definitely recommend Century Support. I could probably do better as far as paying off what I owe, but I live paycheck to paycheck, and I'm not paying that 17% interest that I was on the credit cards.
