It was a big thing for me that I was able to talk to somebody immediately. They knew the answers and answered all of my questions with confidence. I had spoken to a few other companies at that point and I liked the professionalism from Century Support Services.
I’ve only called them twice because everything’s been going the way they said it would. I’ve only had questions twice and each time I was able to talk to somebody immediately and they answered my questions, put my mind at ease, and I went on with my life. So it was great.
One thing that I didn’t realize is that they let the credit card companies know that I’m working with them. What that did is it took a couple of them and they just quit. They didn’t call or email after that, which was nice. Then Capital One, which has been very, very persistent, has been quiet for the last few weeks over the holidays. It was an unexpected bonus. I was steeling myself for the deluge and it didn’t happen. I feel like things are under control at this point and it looks like it’s going to continue to stay that way.

Century Services called me and wanted to help with my problem. They set me up and started taking money out and paid two of my accounts off already. So far, I'm very happy. The rep that I dealt with was knowledgeable. I've only had good basis with them now and the customer service is great.

Whenever I interacted with Century, they were fast and courteous. They did a good job when I have questions or concerns. A couple of times I have missed some of their correspondence. But once I responded to them, they were very quick to react. So far, they've done what they said they were gonna do. They got a lot of the creditors to settle for me and that's what I signed up for. It's a long process, but I don't have the creditors calling me like they used to.

One day, I called Century Support's phone number and they called me back. They explained to me about how they work, but I didn't know that I had to wait until the money builds up before they deal with all the creditors. I thought they deal with them all at one time, sending letters out saying that they're working with our credit and not to harass the consumer. Other than that, everything is okay. They got one thing settled already. Century Support have good people to work with.

The service has been decent. I did have a situation recently that I wasn't very satisfied with as far as when the negotiation goes on for each vendor. I felt like I accepted a negotiation and then it got bumped because of another negotiation, but it was never conveyed to me. I was kind of disappointed in that because I was thinking that I would have been taking care of two vendors at once. Also, I got served with some papers recently and it took me almost eight times to get somebody on the phone. Other than those, I know that it's helping me.

I got connected to Century from M1 and they are great. One-time, I called customer service concerning the payment for the creditors and they were able to answer my questions. I was worried about the fact that I was getting so many calls for my creditors to make payments, and the late payments that they keep adding the payments to my fees. I thought I shouldn't be held accountable for the fact that I'm not making payments because I was making payments towards Century. They were able to explain to me that that was what my creditors would do. But they'd get a settlement and they're just going to drop that.
I was also concerned about my credit score going down, but that was something that they told me was going to happen once I put all my credits to Century. For them to help me out with my payments, my credit score was going to go down. Once the settlements start coming in and I start settling with the creditors, I'll start getting my credit score back up. Right now, I'm on top of my game trying to make these payments every paycheck, every two weeks. So far, so good and everything is going as I want it to go. Century's reps have been great and they always have listening ears. They always make sure that I get all my questions answered before I get off the phone. I have an account with their website and I only go there when I get an alert about a settlement. But it's straightforward and everything is there.

Century got me out of debt. I liked the way they described their plan to me when I got it. The reps have had a good personality when I call in, and they always answered my question.

I've had Century Support for over a year now. So far, so good. I like that I can go online if I want to or I can call them and they'll tell me everything. I got a couple of my credit cards paid off and I won't be done until 2026.

The initial conversation I had with Century Support convinced me that I should try them. The enrollment process was very easy. So far, their customer support has been excellent. If I need information or an explanation, all I have to do is call. They send me a monthly statement with a breakdown of everything. When there's a settlement agreement, I get the information. I get to review it and approve it.

My experience with Century Support was good. But, everything wasn't explained at the time. Some of the things, I found out later. With the consolidation, your credit does not allow you to get certain loans. That's the only drawback for me. My credit suffered so much because of that. They explained how long it would take, but I don't know what the end result is gonna be after I'm finished paying off. I'm gonna be finished with one of the programs in May. Then I have two more programs.
I had a couple of missed payments because I had to take different forms of payments. But I'm caught up with them again. They worked out something with me, which I can start paying. They gave me dates when I could choose when I would be able to start back. I'm paying 300 now, which sometimes is a little bit hard for me to come up with, but I'm trying my best.

I love Century. Not once did they made me feel like an idiot and like it was my fault. If I called them, I was answered by somebody. Everybody I've talked to has been super friendly and helpful. If I'm kind of worried about something, they have answers. I love the fact that if they don't know, they flat out tell me no or they'll find out. I like honesty. It's not a big deal for me talking to people from foreign countries, but I need to be able to understand them clearly and they should also understand my dialect. Not one person has made fun of my old Southern accent. The service has been great. They do what you say they're gonna do. I tried the two-week thing and then it was gonna take more money out. They were super easy to switch everything over.
After I had a great experience, my husband told me, "Okay, go set me up and just have me sign stuff." He showed proof that I was his wife and gave permission because he doesn't wanna deal with anything. He just wants me to deal with it all. So, Century even did that and they have been fantastic. They just settled my first debt and are still working on our others.

I'm 92 years old and I can hardly read. Century wanted me to sign off that they could get a report. I asked them when we'd be going to court. I don't know any of that. I called yesterday to find out. I never found out when we'd have a settlement. So, I don't know what's going on with the case. So far, I've been very disappointed in them.

I've been in the program of Century since 2022. The end goal is to get your debt settled. That hasn't totally happened yet because I still have debt. At one point, I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. But now I'm starting to see it. I'm almost done with Century's program.

My credit score is going up, and Century Support is working on a consolidation loan. So, it will go up more because then those credit cards will be completely paid off. The overall process with them was straightforward. Sometimes, I have to wait on hold for a while, but their team is good.

We have four accounts we're working on with Century Support Services. We're working on the bigger ones, and the smaller ones we're working out with a third party on pending court cases. We have a $450 payment to Century that comes out of our check every month. There was one time that I was short of money. I called Century, and for one time only, we made a payment of $250.
I got into this problem this month and I went back to them to try to see if we could get an adjustment or pass one month. But because of the amount I had in the reserves, that couldn't be done. But the bank and Century have been working with me to try to figure out how to get that payment. We don't get the money for that payment until the 13th of the month. Luckily, today, they gave me a request that they'd like to take $450 out on the 14th then in the first of the month, I'll be able to pay the $450 again, which we'll be caught up. They haven't got mad at me. They were just telling me that I need to keep that up to where they could keep the payments right going toward the people we owe money. The $450 out of a month of a check is quite a bit for us to deal with. We also don't have any credit cards because we had to take those away. It's been tough, but it's worked.

I compared a lot of the reviews to each other from different sites and Century seemed to be the most consistent out of everyone. They had a lot of decent reviews and went with them. The program is going well. It's a lot of accounts and I don't have to negotiate with anyone. I get reached out to when there are settlement opportunities and if anything's up with my account. They're very responsive, they're great at explaining anything that's confusing, and they answer all my questions. Also, they offered working up like a loan and then they can settle everything and I would pay off the loan. I'm gonna try to do that, which is really nice. If anyone does express that they need a company like that, then I would recommend the service to them because it's just way easier than trying to deal with 50,000 creditors.

Century Support is attentive when I talk to them. They listen when I call and when I log in. The customer support felt like you were talking to a live person, not a chat, and they were pulling up and explaining everything that was going on in your portal. The rep told me yesterday when I called to put in my portal anything I need to download or upload and they will take a look at it. I called to change my payment date and it wasn’t a problem with them doing that until the 5th of the month instead of the 30th as well as explaining to me who has accepted an offer. My credit score dropped but once everything is done, it will go back up. I just couldn't afford these credit cards. So far, Century Support's program has worked 100% for me.
People should contact Century Support because they work with you and get all your credit or information and account numbers and they reach out to the creditors and try to make a settlement with them. I've made one settlement so far and I could look at my portal and see the status of each creditor. It’s a great experience and I'm pleased with Century Support’s services. You can consolidate your bills and credit cards. It's good to have, but you don't need to have a credit card and you don't need to. I've had three and $500 credit. You’re paying three different credit cards and if you're late with a payment, the interest rate goes sky high. So, you're paying more than the minimum due.

Setup was a piece of cake. The first person that I talked to was efficient and got things done. He knew it inside and out. He was one of those people that explained things so well. The program has helped, but it still comes out of my paycheck and I always think the price is too much. However, Century Support didn't charge as much as other companies. They're doing everything right, and I would definitely recommend them.

The reps that I got ahold of were very nice and helpful. They all did their jobs. They answered my questions. I got responses when I sent them information. I didn't ask the right questions. So, I'm in a spot where everything is being turned over to a credit agency because I'm not paying enough money to get on track. It was my fault. Either I didn't ask the right questions or I didn't understand. I'm in a tough spot so the program is not working for me. I can't have Century Support Services give someone authorization for payment.

I'm glad that I ended up picking Century Support Services and I would highly recommend them to anybody. It's been excellent with them. When I talked to the first rep, he explained things to me and how the program works. Then he said that he was gonna put me through to another rep who was going to help me more, which they did. I gave them all my information and they're helping me with my credit cards. They don't do anything without consulting me or sending me a text or an email. If there's anything that goes on with my account or I'm having problems with the portal or password, they're there for me. They've helped me out so much. They're working hand in hand with me to get me to my goal.

I've been with Century Support for a while, and they are doing what I expect them to do. They introduced themselves to me a few years ago, and I told them that I wanted to do a debt settlement. They've been working with me. It has given me a positive outlook on where I am right now and where I'm going to be once the settlement is completed. The Century team is amazing. My experience with the team at Century was very positive. They were always willing to help. They understood and they listened. Century Support was wonderful. They explained everything to me and all the stuff cleared out. They were very clear about how they work, and I was mostly impressed by their willingness to help. They let me know what's going on. There's so many good things to say. I wanted to get my loans paid off, and I use their website to see how the progress is going. Century has treated me very well and I'm very happy with them. They're very good people to work with to consolidate bills. They keep me updated on my program with them. They send me emails, but I call them because I'm old school. I don't have a computer so we got it set up to where when I got the notice on my phone for the settlement. You get to them right away and they talk to you right away. If I don't understand it, they explain everything to me. They also explained how the payments with the settlement work. They already got me one settlement and they're working on two more.

Century Support did everything that I hope they'd do. In fact, in about six days, it's gonna be my last payment. I've been with them for about four years. The customer service is really good. Every time when I call up there, I talk to somebody, and they just run my account number and pop it up on the screen. Everybody's been able to answer my questions. At one point, I called and asked if I could lower my monthly payment because like everybody else, we were pinched. They were really gracious about it. They said it'd probably add four months onto my schedule in order to finish. I said, "Oh, that's fine." So, here we are in about six days, they're gonna draw the last payment out of about $20,000 worth of debt. So, I'm happy about it. I'm very satisfied. If I hear of anybody that needs debt consolidation help, they'd be the first people that I would recommend.

I have a small cellphone. I can't read everything. I'm 78 years old and I need somebody that I can trust, and I found that I can trust Century Support Services. I turned everything over to them and they've been doing fantastic. I would get a message that says, “We're doing this. We're paying this.” I read them, and I couldn't store them because of the phone. I don't have a computer that works. Cenury should keep on being honest, because honest people are hard to find.

I'm not happy right now with what's going on with Century Support Services. They should be doing a little bit more than what they're doing. The enrollment process was easy. We did it over the phone. We messed up on something in the information at first. But we straightened it out. After the first payment was due, something went wrong with the payment. I guess it was my fault or theirs, it didn't matter. We didn't blame each other. We just took care of business.
But I seem to be having some problems with the process. It seems a little bit slow to me. I'm still getting mail from other people, where I could have done it and gotten the cash and did it myself. I was trying to get the cash and do it myself and make those payments. But they said that they don't give out the money, that they would do it. 'Cause if I had the cash and did it, everything would be over. All I'd be doing is paying them. And I wouldn't be getting phone calls, emails, and letters. I don't like to be pestered. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I had six things that I needed to take care of and I told the guy how much I made. Then they told me the amount and I said, "Okay." As the program went on, the rate went up a little bit because they were adding other debts on there. The original six haven't been notified yet. It kind of went that way and I just paid it. But the customer support was very good. If I have any questions or I don't understand anything, I make a phone call and it's explained to me. The program has been real good. My only thing with this was when I went with them, I was not late on anything. I had no late payments, but I had to sit for three months and let it get to where I was late. That was the only thing that bothered me.

The enrollment process was very fast, and I like that Century Support is really willing to work with me if I have any issues such as I was between jobs, so I wasn't able to make a payment. My mom passed away, and she was part of the income we had, so I knew I needed to get some help. I found Century Support online and they made my life much easier and less stressful. However, some of their fees are high, and whenever they send me an offer, the part that always confuses me is I'm not sure if that's affecting the amount of deposit I'm making, so I usually end up calling them. I told them what I need or what I have and they said they'd take care of me. It seems like they're on top of things and very helpful. But they charge too much for the fee that they charge just to set up the deal. I owe 4,000 and they get a deal, which brings it down to 2,000, at 50%, and they almost want 25% to 30% of that. So it seems like I'm only getting 1,000 off with that on some things. Other than that, they're really helpful setting up everything.

I called one of the credit places but it was almost as if this was the way you had to do it and there was no other way. I was going to not do it at all but my daughter said to just use the company she used. When getting Century on the phone, I realized they work with you and consider what your expenses are. They don't try to force you into something that you know you cannot manage. So when that money comes out every two weeks, you know it's coming but it's not gonna hurt you. One other thing is they’ll call you if they can make a deal that totally makes sense to do and if you can afford a little extra money. So, they are always looking for ways to help you to get it done well but not to strap you.
I appreciate the way that the reps are constantly working on your account. It's not like they ignore you for a while, wait till they see some things paid off, and then they come back to you. If they can settle something quicker, they will do it. It's just as long as it's within your ability to be able to do that. The other thing that I like is that they're always making sure that everything that they do is recorded. It's on record that you agreed to X, so you never have to worry about somebody saying they don't have proof of that conversation. They make sure that they cover themselves and you, so that, this way, there are no oops or no excuses. It was excellent dealing with their team. They are always knowledgeable on whatever question I ask and sympathize with you. We're people who are in trouble with our credit and this is my second time with Century, and none of their reps made me feel like I messed up and I have to get it together.
The people are always pleasant and understanding. You catch people when they're vulnerable because when you talk about money and the situation that they're in, people are looking to try to pay for something. Even if they can't pay at all, they're looking to at least make good for as much as they can. And Century’s reps understand that. They are kind, very patient and don't try to rush you off the phone. You never know who you're gonna reach when you dial in. But there isn't a single person who has ever been short-tempered or aggravated because of a call they had. Their customer service is very on point. You never reach a person who has a bad attitude.
I dealt with Century for three years the first time and I'm into my first year of three years now and getting close to the completion of the first year. And they're the same. You never have a call with them that you ever get off the phone and ask why you’re dealing with these people in the first place. It's never like that. The first person I spoke to was very clear. We went through several payment plans, his different ideas and when I was completely comfortable, that's what we settled on. He was the one I was most vulnerable with because I was having to go back with my tail between my legs and say I screwed up again. The tension was so bad with the credit cards that I wasn't sleeping at night. So, they just let me vent, talk and get it all out.
Century's reps worked with me on a payment plan where we can do this and that. Once a month doesn't work because I would get paid at certain times. They made sure that we do it every two weeks on the day after my payday so that the money is there every two weeks. And it'll be more helpful because there'll be an extra payment. There are 26 weeks and if you just do once a month, it's only 12 months, whereas there's an extra month they're getting, which helps lower the amount of time that you're in it for. If it is too much, they can extend the amount of time and take out less. They ask you the right questions to figure out where you are financially so that you're not getting in over your head yet again. They don't force anything on you.
I love Century because I could see the light at the end. They help with figuring out your finances better and offer you different things to help you so you don't wind up in the same position. Any time I've ever heard anybody who has had an issue with their finances, I always recommend Century because it's done so well for me in the past. They're there for you.

We were looking for a loan to consolidate all of our bills, and when we called Century Support about a loan, somebody there told me about the program. We signed up, and our experience was decent until recently. We've been in the program for almost three years. We have four accounts, and the people that hold the account say Century hasn't called and then Century says they have called. We're stuck in the middle and get nothing done. Every time we call Century, they say that they give them offers and that the creditors will not talk to them.
We've settled two of our loans quickly, and they went smoothly, but we've got four creditors. We've even increased the money going into our Century account by $250 a month because they said that would help. We're giving them $1,000 a month, but we're at a standstill and it's been this way for close to a year already. We've already got a judgment against us.
We called Century and they say that they're working with a loan company to get us a loan to pay off these other creditors, but then the loan company says that Century is dragging their feet. They said it's incomplete because Century cannot make a deal with the creditors. So, my husband even called one of the creditors to see what was going on himself, and they said that Century has not contacted them. So, my husband called Century and gave them the number and the email of the creditor that they need to contact. That was last week and we still have heard nothing from either one of them.

We’ve been in business for over 20 years & have negotiation contacts with each creditor. Our team isn’t calling the creditor’s customer service hotline. We are contacting dedicated account managers that have permission to enter into negotiations on your account. As we reviewed with you in April 2024, our team reached out to your remaining active creditors and determined the amount needed to resolve these debts would be approximately $33,000.00, in additional funds.
Century does not offer a loan & we are not a lender. Some clients receive an invitation to learn more about a program acceleration loan. If a client opts in to learning more & they are approved through the lender, the financed loan can help to fund their full debt settlement program. There is no guarantee that applying will result in a funded loan & the lender will convey their decision directly to the client. We regret if the lender didn’t communicate clearly their determination decision with you. We have reached out to them so they can review any gaps in their communication. Should a client not be qualified, Century continues providing the services as outlined in our Debt Settlement Agreement. At this time, there are 4 remaining active debts for which you are building funds in your special reserve account to address. You are about halfway through your estimated 48-month program with 2 accounts settled & resolved.

This is the second time I've been with Century Support Services. Every time I call, I'm able to get somebody quickly and they answer my questions. They're all very helpful. In a nutshell, Century Support is a great company all the way around. I discovered it on the internet and they're good people. As far as what they were doing, Century Support was fine but when one of the companies that I had filed a small claims court case, I've had a lot of difficulty getting assistance from Century on that part. It took me over two weeks to even get to talk to someone that could tell me a little bit about what might happen. I was told upfront that I would not have this problem, and that I would not have to worry about a small claims court. I would not have to worry about anyone calling me and that they were taking care of everything. All I had to do was give them a number and they would handle it. That has not turned out to be the entire case. They've done well, but the one company that keeps harassing me and they're not handling that well. They were supposed to call them back. The people said they never called them back. They wouldn't answer the phone when they called them.

For over 20 years, our skilled team of negotiators has built relationships with creditors and works to identify the most strategic time to initiate a settlement. Settlements can happen at various times and will depend on several factors, including your monthly deposit amount, the number of creditors you have enrolled, and the balance of each individual account. With the current success of your program, the funds you are depositing in monthly are being used to pay the agreements on your active structured settlements.
Century does not claim to prevent a creditor from escalated collection attempts. However, if a creditor takes legal action against a client, Century still attempts to work with the creditor or law firm to establish a favorable settlement, for the client. In review, our team is actively working with your creditor towards a settlement for this escalated account.

When I talked to the person who was working at Century, it sounded like a better deal than the others and a two-year plan with the money that I could afford. That's what made me choose them and the Century Support team has been brilliant, most generous, and determined. They are very nice people. I never knew that I was with Century Support. I was never told until I went to find out if I could get all my bills paid off. I don't even get any bank statements from them. I reached out to get papers from them and it was a big runaround. I needed a bank statement and I told them exactly what I needed and they emailed me this whole bunch of other stuff that I didn't need. They never sent me the correct papers that I needed. The reps were very nice, though, and using them was good because they took it right out of my account, which was nice.

The guy from Century that I was talking to made it sound easy to get started with it and made it sound like it was gonna work for me. So far, they've taken care of two of my bills. I've not heard anything from the others so far. But they've been supportive. Any time I have a question, I can call and talk to them. I don't have a computer. I just use my phone but it's hard to do all that on a smartphone. So I call them and they talk to me.

Century's program went so smooth the first time I used them and it helped me get out of debt. Some of those credit cards were requiring big monthly payments and at the time, I was desperate to get a quick loan. I didn't read the fine print and pay attention that I was going to be paying back $600 a month on a $3,000 loan. When I got in debt again, I selected Century the second time to help me with my credit. Their team is very professional and when I have questions, they're answered. The program helps with reducing the cost. For example, one of the loans I took out was about $3,000 and I ended up paying half of it back. I've been trying to get my husband to sign up to work on his credit. I like the small monthly payments that I have with Century. Instead of paying eight different places anywhere from $200 to $500 a month, I'm paying under $300 a month for 47 places, and it's helping with my credit.

Century Support Services helped me with every question that I asked. For the most part, everybody's been understanding. I was impressed with the lady that handled freezing my account for this month. She did well. I canceled my August payment because my car got hit. I told her I didn't want the payment to come out, and it hasn't reached the date. I hope it doesn't hit and cause me the charge, and she said she got that taken care of. However, I'm not impressed that I'm paying almost $500 and they haven't gotten to all of my creditors yet. It's almost been a year. I know I need to pay some more money, but I'm paying $500 and I've been on time for everything. I didn't wanna do the consolidation anymore. I had done it before and I felt by the time my credit score gets fixed, it has done well way down. But as far as the money, being able to pay one time, it's helping me right now.
When I put myself in the program, I wanted them to keep up with all my credit. They should know all my credit. I didn’t give them 20. It was two finance companies and I thought they were paying them. It was seven credit cards and I got credit cards that are already canceled and they sent me to a third party. One of them called me the other day and I wasn't impressed with that. I wanted them to get to all of them before they got to that point. I was thinking by six months, all my creditors would have been incorporated in some way. Michael, the man who put me in the program, is a great representation of the company ‘cause of his manners and how he won me over was good. But when I called him, he said, “Call customer service.”

I would not recommend this company. I withdrew my acceptance and I am fighting to get them to process it. I did this in less than 24 hours after signing up. I am dealing with never-ending calls to them and hours of wasted time trying to get this resolved. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. I have been promised a call to get this resolved and it has not happened.

My interactions with the team from Century were magnificent. They did a lot of good stuff for me and they fixed it all. The portal told me everything that was going on, when it was going on, and when it was gonna end. I had all the information at my fingertips. I'm glad that I had the wherewithal to pick Century. You won't believe the number of people that have offered me credit cards now and two of them were the same ones that I just got Century to get rid of. But I do not take any cards anymore.

I had credit cards and Century Support helped me out with them. The program is great. They've worked with me the whole time. I've been going about four years now, and November is the last month of my payment. They gave me a payment plan every month and they always send me emails or I go into their port to see how they're settling all my credit cards. Sometimes, when I couldn't have any money deducted, I was able to skip a month. If a friend had problems like I had with credit cards, I would recommend Century. Their customer service reps are always very good with me.

Century Support had been very good at the job they're supposed to do. So, I've been overall pleased. They sometimes had a harder time negotiating with some of the creditors. Overall, they did well with negotiation. There were some that just wouldn't negotiate with them, but the teams are good. When I would call them or send them an email and tell them something needed to be escalated and taken care of, then they were usually good about getting right on it. Working with Century made my life a lot better because they've got me out of debt and they resolved all of it in their capable power to.

Century talked about their services, how they deal with the debtors, what was gonna happen and where to deposit the money. They made it affordable for me and what's helping me out is that they split the payment. I have retirement and Social Security and they take it from both twice. An ACH was set up. I started in May and they said I have to wait until I get the collection letters then they'd do what they're supposed to do on their side. They told me to make sure that I send them the letters that I'm getting so they'll know who to contact and let them know about the program that I'm in. They gave me an online app where I could go in and manage what I needed to. I could make extra payments or if I needed to send delinquent letters, I can upload them on their website. It's easy to navigate.
I've seen where they've done two creditors, so far, that they're working with. The process is pending. There's a discussion going on. Then I looked on the website again and it says that they agreed to reduce and the payment plan that was gonna go on with them. It seems like a good program from what they explained. But I haven't seen anything 'cause I keep getting phone calls. I still have to see it in action where all my debtors are contacted and they're gonna all work with them.

Everybody was professional and there was no pressure. They just presented to me what they could do for me. I had some concerns with the first company that I looked into so I had good questions for Century when they contacted me. I felt good about them from the onset and did a little bit of research. All the feedback that I could find online sounded to me like they were legit. It gave me enough of a warm fuzzy that I went ahead and entered the program with them. Entering into a settlement program like this, my credit score has dropped significantly. But that's understandable and they explained that that would happen. That was part of my decision making process, knowing that I wasn't on the verge of making any big purchase. I wasn't gonna be buying a vehicle or a house so at the time, the dip in credit score was not gonna affect me in the short term.
The cost fit right into my budget. I was making several individual payments, but now I'm making a collective payment. Century has negotiated with one creditor and they're very good about explaining their process and why they don't jump into every account all at once. I get numerous information emails from them explaining to me what's going on currently. They're doing a good job as far as keeping me informed as to what's going on, not just day-to-day, month-to-month, but overall with the program. It's not exactly an above-the-table procedure that I'm going through, but I knew that going in. I got myself in trouble financially. I needed a way to get out of it without doing something like bankruptcy. I feel I'm doing something right because I'm paying back these companies, maybe not the full amount, but at least an amount. So far, everything's going along great with Century and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

At this point in time, things are becoming tougher and tougher and Century has been good so far. The only thing is I'm not seeing anything and it looks like I'm getting so many delinquents on my account. So, it's messing up things for me. I don't know whether the payment has been made on my behalf. It's making me a little nervous but I continue making my payments. I'm patiently waiting to see what the team is going to do. They said they're working on it. I called one or twice to speak to them for an issue that I wasn't getting the understanding of and they explained it to me. People should give Century a try as I'm also giving it a try.

The way that Century Support Services talked to me, I thought it would help me in the long run, and it is. I just have a lot of debt, and they're helping me with five pieces of that debt. It would help me in a couple of years even more when I'm able to be done with the that debt that they're helping me with. It’s a four-year plan. I'm 57. I'll be done by the time I am almost 60. It's just getting used arranging the money that gets put into the account to get some of my debt paid off. That's around the 10th. And the second paycheck. I virtually have no bills. So, I still pay bills with that, but I also am working on other bills that are not included in the debt thing with that. It helps to almost not live paycheck to paycheck. I don't have to worry about putting gas in my car, because I drive a lot.
I have a portal and a phone number I can call. It's in my phone. It says, “Century -- Press this number,” after I get done talking to them. Every time I called somebody, there would be a recording. So, it's in my phone, and I have another phone number for if I need to talk to somebody in the lawyer part. Century is very helpful. They lessened my anxiety and lessened people calling me. But I made a mistake with one of my bills, and now I am paying that one. The mistake I made was I thought was on the Century one, and I wasn't paying it. I found out that Century helped me straighten it out, but I got ahold of the company, and now I make six payments to that company. If Century wasn’t there, I wouldn't be able to afford that. It's $900 and will be paid off in six months. That will help me later on in life. That will be one more debt gone.

Using Century Support Services is not gonna work right now because I'm new to the program. So, I was warned that my credit would take a dive. And they're all friendly. However, I don't like receiving the back-to-back calls from the debtors. I get many calls a day from them. I thought that once I worked with Century Support Services that they would be notified that I was working with Century and those calls would stop because they're non-stop from the credit card people. This is my second month with them but I still get back-to-back calls. I get threats of collections and suspensions, and all these emails from them. It's crazy.

Century has a lot more options to give and everybody's been so nice since I started with them. Any time I call, I'm always getting the best customer service, when they're sending me an email saying I got a settlement. I like the way things are handled and my credit is getting much better.

The team at Century has been fine. They've been very upfront, informative, and the process was laid out very well. My credit card debt was extremely high and I lost my main employment during COVID. My debt to income shot up to about 70 percent, which is unsustainable. Working with them has made life a lot easier. I was apprehensive. They made me feel a lot more at ease with the process. However, I'd like a better layout of the progression of which creditors are paid off first. I also agree to pay more money per month, but I would like Bank of America taken care of, and it hasn't been done yet. But everything else has worked fine.

It's been a positive experience with Century. I ended up with a lot of credit card debt and laid off from a job, and they've helped me to consolidate the debt and pay them off at lower amounts than with all of the interest that I would have otherwise accumulated. They're saving me money in the long run. Everybody I've talked to there has been super friendly and helpful. I usually call them on the telephone if I have any concerns and it typically goes smoothly. My wife has an account with them as well, and we both have commented on how easy they are to work with. You don't wanna end up in a situation where you need that kind of service, but if you did, then Century would be a company I would recommend.

Century's reps convinced me right off the bat that they would be the one to work with. They understood my situation and got working on it right away. The rep I had, Alan, was attentive and explained the program. He was pretty thorough and getting set up was easy. I gave him all the information and he was able to pull all the accounts up. I also talked to a gentleman who offered the program where they could have the credit bureaus update my credit reports. So that has helped my credit scores go back up. Century has been taking really good care of me and I would tell others that they're the ones to go to.

The reps seemed excited and knowledgeable about what they were talking about. I've been with Century for seven months now and it made my life a little easier. I have less worry. But they're hard to get ahold of. I have a phone number for them if I need to talk to them. But on their website, there's no contact information, or email that you can actually send to somebody to send an email to.

Century is paying off two of my bills. I understand now that they pay off as I put more money in my account for them to pay off. But I've been getting a lot of calls from my other creditors and stuff with my interest going up. Century told me to ignore that. So they're working with that.

The rep I worked with at Century Support was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. From the get-go, I was very pleased. Along the way, I had some rough phone calls. I had one or two where the debtor was very aggressive and mean. I reached out to the customer service at Century and they resolved it really fast. For several years, I was going in circles. The team at Century Support has been very personable and accommodating. I felt good about talking to them because they made me feel like they had my best interest in mind and that is to become debt-free. I was looking at my position and I realized that I was in more debt than I needed to be. My way of resolving it was not getting it done fast enough. It made me look for some help as to how a program could help. Each time I talk with them and they tell me that they've come to terms with one of my creditors, it definitely makes me feel like I'm getting one step closer to being debt-free. They have lived up to what they told me about in the beginning. There have been no secrets. There's not been anything that I was not ready to deal with. Everything's going pretty well with my experience with Century Support. I've been with them since August of last year and I was shocked that I was able to get two of my credit cards closed and I've been making payments on it now through the account that they have for me. Working with Century Support took a lot of pressure off of me where I don't have to worry so much. I was going from paycheck to paycheck. But all of a sudden, with inflation, the interest rates changed. It got to where I couldn't pay my bills. Everything went up. I got rid of my cable and my phone. But I still couldn't keep up. I was desperate to get it taken care of. Century Support set it up quickly. Also, any time I call, I can get ahold of somebody right away. I've never had any problems with anything. I had a court deal. They helped me out with that and took care of the bill. They managed to get an agreement with that company and took care of it. They've been good about getting agreements with the companies and letting me know as quickly as possible so I know about it. I had good luck with them and they helped me out when things were rough.

Century Support Services' customer service was good. At first, I felt a little judged because I could hear it in the gentleman's voice who helped me saying, "You haven't been paying on this for months." That comment was made. But overall, any time I've had a question, someone has been able to help. I have not had any issues. It was just the first initial phone call. It was already embarrassing that I had to do it. So, I felt more embarrassed. I didn't appreciate it. But they were willing to help me. They helped me right away.
I have two things that are waiting, which I need to reach out to them because I don't wanna keep giving my monthly thing. I have a lot of money in my reserve account. I need to follow up with them and see what's going on. But recently, when I called and said, "There's enough money in my reserve account. Can you pay this one big one off? Because there still would be a lot of money left," they did that right away for me. That was nice. And the communication back and forth has been good as far as emails, when a settlement has been reached. They texted and emailed me. So overall, it has been good.

Dear Century, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with your service. Recently, I have been battling with you because my paycheck was allowed to be garnished. I was informed at the very last minute that because my account did not have sufficient funds to settle against one creditor, you could not intervene. As time passed, the lender garnished my payments. No one from Century ever contacted me to inform me that all I needed to do was deposit more money into my account. I have a family to support, not just here in the US, but I also help my family in Venezuela. Those who are aware of the dire situation in my country would understand the daily pain, suffering, and struggle my people endure. My family depends on me.
No one assisted me, no one acted in a timely manner. I truly intend to take this matter to every possible channel. This is not fair, and I would not wish this experience on even my worst enemy. This situation truly hurts, and it is simply sad. If I hadn’t contacted you this year because I was wondering about the progress of my case and felt things were moving slowly, I would not have been informed that one of the lenders was already in motion to take my money. I do not recommend your service to anyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to your service.
Yuber, When you enrolled in your program, a customized plan was created for you to address your unsecured debts over an estimated time. As of this month, you are 18 months into your estimated 48-month program with 2 of your 4 enrolled debts settled. In October 2023, you notified Century of the escalated collection efforts regarding your Bank of America account & we were able to connect with you with 24 hours to review the account. Your Litigation Team immediately went to work and filed the necessary response, on your behalf, with the opposing counsel. At that time, you were in two structured settlements and your full monthly deposits were being applied towards those agreements. The Litigation Team submitted an offer to reach an agreement based on your current hardship and your monthly budget; however, opposing counsel did not accept that agreement and they had not yet provided a counter offer to indicate what additional funds may be needed in order for you to accept a structured settlement.
While this program does not promise to stop escalated collection efforts, our goal is always to work to resolve the account.We apprecate you taking the time to connect with the Supervising Attorney, Eileen, and allowing her to further review the details of the account and the actions taken to date. Unfortunately, the pandemic really set me back financially so I was barely keeping my head above water when it came to making monthly payments. Initially, I was signing up for a loan when I was introduced to Century Support Services. When I first signed up for their service, they pretty much promised me rainbows and unicorns by telling me my monthly payments would come out to a little more than what I was paying every month on my debt. They immediately went to work and negotiated 4 of 9 accounts that I had.
A year later and I'm being sued by one of my creditors for failure to pay. This whole time I thought they were working with every single creditor to come to an agreement that would settle my debt because the status always said "in progress" or "current". But no, they don't reach out to your creditors until they feel you have deposited enough money into their "special savings account" and they make sure to take out their fee first before paying any settlements, which then puts you in the red so then you really don't have any money for your creditors. This program may work for people who are able to put a lot of money into it upfront or who may not have a lot of debt to settle while living paycheck to paycheck.

As Emily mentioned, there is so much to celebrate regarding the success of your program to date & the value that Century has proven to you. When you enrolled in your program, a customized plan was created to help you achieve your goals over an estimated timeframe. You are 13 months in to an estimated 48 month program and half of your program has a resolution already with 4 of your 8 enrolled accounts negotiated into new structured settlement terms.
This success is amazing & provides you with a realized savings of $5,200.00, so far! You mention that Century makes sure to take our fee first and that is absolutely inaccurate. Century does not earn a settlement fee until we do the work, which means we prove value to you first. We earn our fee in full once we negotiate a settlement, you approve the settlement, and the first payment is initiated to your creditor. Those conditions were met on the above mentioned settlements. While our fee was earned in full, Century voluntarily opted to spread the fee collection out over several months to allow you to take advantage of the offers from your creditors which is how 4 of your 8 accounts have a resolution.
You mention that Century only reaches out to your creditors when we feel there are enough funds in your special purpose account. You are correct and this is detailed in your contract (Debt Settlement Agreement: Section 4: Settlement of Your Debts; section A. Timing & Amount of Settlement Offers). In order to negotiate with your creditors, we need to have a good faith offer that we can make. If we reach out without funds to enter into a negotiation, there is a risk of escalating the collection workflow from that creditor. As Emily explained, the funds you are depositing into your special purpose account each month are currently being used toward the 4 active structured settlements you are in with your creditors. Once those settlements are complete, you will begin building funds that can be used toward the negotiation on the remaining 4 active accounts. The estimated time to complete all 8 accounts is 48 months.
Century does not claim to prevent a creditor from an escalated collection attempt. However, if a creditor takes legal action against a client, Century still attempts to work with the law firm to establish a favorable settlement, for the client. In order to negotiate & lock in a resolution, there needs to be funds available in your special purpose account. If those funds are being allocated to active settlements, we will discuss other options available to you.
As mentioned above, your program has been very successful and we look forward to continuing our partnership with you on your journey to better financial health.

Century really helped me a lot. I was drowning in debt, could not save money, and was very stressed. They performed better than what they quoted me, and always had open lines of communication. I was in a 5 year program and my credit was back to the 600+ area after 26 months. I would recommend them to family or friends!

I signed up with Century on Wednesday 9/13. I was told that the program wouldn't start until Monday 9/18. Seemed like a really great program. After talking with a few people I was kind of on the fence about it. I called customer service Thursday 9/14 and voiced my concern. They told me to think on it a bit more but that I have 7 days to cancel if I wanted to. Friday 9/15 I ended up canceling the program. Now this Monday 9/25 I come to find out that Bank of America has closed my account. They received correspondence from Century that I was their client and was working on a debt settlement program.
So basically they failed to tell me that their system is automatic in sending out letters to creditors. Why would there be a 7-day period in which you can cancel your program if their system automatically starts sending out letters? BOA told me once the account is closed, it cannot be re-opened. The bug issue here is that my BOA account has a $2,600 balance.
I still had 18 months of an introductory 0% interest on all balance transfers "which was that $2,600." Now that the account is closed I will be paying 27% interest on that balance which is going to cost me hundreds. I feel extremely mislead and misinformed and now it's costing me. All Century had to say was that there's nothing they can do. Told me I should just stop paying and take a hit on my credit report and wait for them to settle on 50% of the balance "whenever that may be." I'm pretty disgusted with the whole situation. I was hoping they would take more accountability and offer some sort of actual rectification on their end but essentially they told me to just deal with it. 1/10 would absolutely not recommend.

I asked many questions and researched the company before beginning a plan with this company to make sure I totally understood the process. However, it seems that the people I spoke to were not entirely honest. To begin with I was told there were no fees until settlements were made. There were two different fees monthly. Next, I was delighted to get a settlement with one of 7 debtors quickly. But while they saved me 50% on the debt as I was told was average the fee raised it to basically 75%. This is fine as there is no more interest occurring and the debt will be paid off in about 2 years. However, because of the payment to this one debtor and payments to Century for the fee, there is no money accumulating in my account, so they were not working on any of the other 6 debtors I have on debtor that has charged off the account, another that is taking me to court.
Today I was offered a settlement on one other account and with Century's fee I am basically paying 90%. I was assured that based on my payment and their experience with these companies most would be settled at 50% or less. I was also told there was a program that would consolidate all of the debts after 6 payments. I have made 7 consecutive payments and this offer has not been made. I say buyer beware.

Enrolling in the program of Century was very simple. Their program has worked great so far. They've been aggressive. But Century prepared me for that and they left me alone. Now, I don't get any calls. Working with them took the stress off making payments. They'd evaporated it. They handled and they just took over. There are fees that they get out of this process, but overall, the payment that I make is much less than I was paying with copays. The payment was the winner. That's gonna be the be-all-end-all for any solution. The payment with Century was much less than it would have been if I was paying credit cards. I was only paying the minimums anyway so I would have never paid them off.

We were enrolled with Century for the last 15 months and last October, I spoke to them and I told them that we needed to stop payments for at least a month or two. They said we could do all that, except they'd have to renegotiate some things. But I told them that I didn't care since I lost a job. When I called again last November 22, I spoke to someone named Lowrie who was very attentive and very empathetic. She stopped the payment and reversed the payments that they shouldn't have taken in November. But they didn't give me all of my money back because they were claiming some whatever hocus pocus in their voodoo, but assured me on a recorded line that they would not take the December 10th payment of $810 and that we would reconvene in January to see if I secured a job or I will have to go through a bankruptcy, which is still not on the plate. I'm still hopeful that I will have a job by then.
But this morning, they took the money. I called and I asked to speak with Lowrie but they couldn't put her on. I spoke to this guy who I flipped out on. I told him to get a supervisor because this was absolutely 100% unauthorized withdrawal, so he put me on hold. When he came back, he said that Mia, who is a supervisor, is going to be calling me around 1 o'clock after she listens to the recording and that they were going to do whatever they could to get my money back to me. So I'm waiting for this call. It's a pending withdrawal on my bank and hasn't even hit yet. So they could very easily just stop it according to my bank. If they don't, my bank already said they'll put the stop payment on it and refuse them access ever again. But I shouldn't have to be going through this on top of the 9,000 other things I'm going through. All in all, unparalleled incompetence are two words that match well for Century Support Services.

I was trying to apply for a consolidation loan and I thought Century was a loan company. I spoke with their guy Greg and he said that I qualified for their programs to try to help me rebuild my credit. Greg was very thorough. He could have stopped with just a few of the accounts but he went further and he updated everything for me. He went above and beyond trying to make sure he included as much as he could include in there. I was given a five-year plan. But if I am able to settle things sooner and pay more, then I'll be done sooner.
We negotiated what was reasonable for me to pay each month and how long it would take to pay it. The faster I pay it and the more I pay, the better it will be. Realistically, I didn't want to cut myself short financially each month and Century was flexible with it. This is only my second month of trying to get this done. So far, the settlement process has been good and I've settled 10% of my debt. I've already seen a couple of things removed from my credit report and my credit score has increased a little bit. I feel better knowing that these things are being taken care of and they're not just left hanging out there.
I keep track of my progress on the Century online portal. I check that every day to see if there are any notices. There's a pie chart that tells me how much is done and how much debt I have left. It's very easy. I would recommend this program to anyone who has trouble with their debt. Century was the first to actually help me. The other people have written me off.

Century is a reputable company and they have a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. They offered a client portal so that I would be able to see what's going on, my deposit, and the money that I owe. I get constant updates from them. I called them today because I have a situation with my bank. There was a fraudulent account in my bank and they froze my bank. I wanted to make sure when the payment was due. Also, I'm gonna get a new card within 45 days and I wanted to make sure that Century knew about that. They made a record of that, which I like. They told me that as long as my account number didn't change, I would be all right.
When going through a debt settlement, look into the kind of rating the company has with the Better Business Bureau, how long they've been in business, and what kind of negative or positive response they have from customers. That's very important to me. I didn't see that from other companies but I saw it from Century Support. You wanna deal with somebody that's reputable, has been in business for a while, and will do what they say they're gonna do.

I would recommend Century. They're doing a good job. The reps were kind, courteous, very professional and knew what they were talking about. I'm really happy with that part. But it's taking a little longer for the debt consolidation to fall through with all my other cards that I submitted. I have Target still calling me and Capital One still stating that I owe them more than I used to.

Their service is user-friendly. You can accept settlements via email, text, or you can call customer service. When you call in, the prompts direct you where you need to go. The customer service agents are very friendly. They know about what's going on with your account. Even if you wanted to escalate, speeding up some things, they have different options for you. It's a good program. Century also stands behind what they say that they’ll do. They are truly working for the consumer versus the creditor. All of my settlements have been over 50%. Even with the service fee that Century has, my savings has been tremendous.

All of the reps from Century Support have been wonderful, so far. As far as the program, it's a very slow process but it's worth it. They just could do a little bit more communication with who they've been in contact with or not been in contact with. When I upload the information from the different credit card companies, I don't necessarily see anything that says, "Yeah. We've got it. We got it on the background. We're not at that one yet."

The reps were fine and so far, everything's fine. Century was painless and easy. Once they took over, we weren't harassed by creditors at all. The cost of their service is fair and we saved money. Plus, the credit card companies were willing to work with us and we're paying them off. We are also rebuilding our credit.

I looked at Century Support's program online and it looked better than any other program I've looked at. I've had experience from other debt relief folks. I thought Century Support had a pretty good program, so I called them and asked them what they could do for me. They put together a really nice package for me and sent it to me in the email so that I could see what was going on with their company. I was pleased with what I read. So, I contacted them back and asked them if I could have an account with them. They accepted that and I was happy with it.
The downfall with them is they never ever contact me when there's a settlement to be reached. I don't hear from them to update my account. So, I wouldn't give them an outstanding job. They just do a good job. I'd like to see an email at least or a text message to update what's been closed and what's still open in my account and what accounts are they still working on. I really would like that instead of having to call them and asking them what's going on.

We agree that communication is key to the success of your program. Our records indicate that you enrolled into your Century program in August 2021 and completed your Welcome Call with our Onboarding Liason 3 days after your enrollment. Our team reached out for your proactive check-up call in September but we were not successful in reaching you.
You mention that you wouldn’t rate us “outstanding” and don’t hear from us for settlement opportunities and that is something we would like to discuss with you further as it’s not at all in line with the progress of your program. We successfully achieved your first settlement 15 days after your first deposit into your program! We were able to show you a realized savings in your very first month on the program which we would hope you agree is white glove treatment. Settlement opportunities require your authorization and in the less than 3 months that you have been on the program, we have successfully negotiated and you have authorized 3 settlements. This is a huge accomplishment and shows that you are on track with a successful journey.

I like the fact that Century didn't have interest rates. Whatever the cost was just that. So, I didn't have to worry about continuously paying it off. I reported to Century what I wanted to get rid of. Then they did the settlement and contacted me when the settlement came across. It was simple. All I had to worry about was one bill versus many. I like the fact that the program allowed me to consolidate everything that I wanted to get rid of into one and not have to worry about a large interest. I contact Century if I have questions and I like the fact that they're accessible.
I track the progress online and the website makes it easy for me to follow. The website is self-explanatory. It shows each one of my creditors and what the payouts are. It even gives the anticipated date of when it would end, based upon my installment payment. I like that. With my payments being made, I had an issue with one of the creditors updating the records and Century handled that. They got me a settlement letter, as well as a settlement offer letter, showing that they not only offered this settlement, but the creditor also accepted it and that the settlement was closed. Working with Century relieved a mountain of stress for me.

They did a real good job. I finished the program in about 40 months and I thought I'd be in there for 48 months. The customer service team was very prompt. They answered the phone and they took care of me really well. Century is the best debt relief company I've ever dealt with.

I was content with Century. But it seems that every time that there is a debt settlement, there's an additional one-time payment that I need to make. Instead of just the 208 that I usually pay every month for my capital. When we were talking the first time, everything was clear that there was no additional payment. Also, there was a time I needed to call Century because instead of getting one payment, they took two payments.

Our goal is to negotiate your enrolled debts based on the plan presented to you and the monthly program deposits you established during enrollment. There are times that Century may present you with an offer that will require additional funds only if you wish to take advantage of the settlement offer at that time. The voice of our clients has always been that they prefer we present offers to them even if additional funds are needed to move forward with the offer, as this allows for them to make the choice if they can accept it or not based on discretional income available at that time.

Century Support helped me out tremendously. Going through them was great. I didn't know I was paid off. The last one was a medical doctor bill, and they weren’t gonna negotiate. I was like, “How much do I have?” And they said, “You’ve got quite a bit.” And was like, “Well, pay them off.” So, we paid them off. And then, they sent me a check for 1,500 bucks. I overpaid quite a bit, and I loved it. It was perfect timing. I really enjoyed this experience.

The process with Century Support worked out well. Enrolling was easy, simple, and quick. I kept adding stuff every few months and I'd be like, “Hey, can I add this?” And they'd be like, “Okay, that'll extend your time.” And I'm like, “That's fine. I can only speak of my experience with Century Support Services (CSS), not other debt settlement companies BUT CSS IS TERRIBLE. I was told that in 3-8 months they would have negotiated settlements with all 5 of my creditors, which I would then pay off (I took IRA money to do this). They settled 3 out of 5 (60%) D GRADE in 8 months even though I escalated it to the CEO Dan Frazier (after having been hung up by a CSS employee). His direct involvement led to it going from 1 settlement only to 3, at which point I ENDED the program, deciding to pay off both remaining creditors. I did know it would very badly affect my credit, but I DID NOT FULLY RECOGNIZE I wouldn't save much $$ (CSS takes 25% of the Total, whatever % they negotiate) - since they did such a LOUSY JOB SO LATE, I think this is Highway Robbery. Also the long duration and complete hassle of dealing with CSS and its employees was beyond compare. Lousy company, doesn't save much $$, horrible to work with - DON'T DO IT.
Ms. Sarah enrolled in a Century Support Services debt settlement program on 11/05/2020. According to the Debt Resolution Agreement, executed on 11/05/2020, she enrolled 4 debts having aggregate balances, as of the date of enrollment, totaling $59,279.00. Based on her financial ability, a monthly program deposit of $959.39 per month was established and a program length of 48 months was estimated. Throughout the enrollment process & her program journey, we never shared with Ms. Sarah that all her accounts would be settled within 3 - 9 months. Our team got to work quickly and settled her largest account for 30% of the current balance of the account, within 4 months of her depositing into her program. This is what our team is great at and has successfully accomplished for many of our clients in the program. We are able to settle quickly and with really great settlement offers.
Ms. Sarah removed one of her accounts off the program because she wanted to continue to use that account. When that occurred, it prevented us from working on that account. She did later add the account back to the program, but then ultimately told us she was considering using it again to purchase $28K of lumber, for a project she was working on. Another of Ms. Sarah accounts had specific requirements outlined from the creditor. The creditor provided a specific form for which Ms Sarah could provide a signed statement indicating her financial hardship. This hardship document would be Ms. Sarah restating the financial hardship that she shared with Century, when she enrolled into our program. Ms. Sarah unfortunately would not provide this agreement and eventually told us she would handle this account on her own. The remaining two accounts we were able to settle for 40% and 44% of the current balances of the accounts. Our team worked daily with Ms. Sarah for over 6 weeks to ensure the funds were available to settle one of these two accounts prior to the settlement offer expiring. Ms. Sarah shared that she had experienced many communication challenges with her bank and the firm that manages her 401K to successfully transfer the funds into her dedicated account with the 3rd party payment processor, Global Holdings, LLC over the 3-week timeframe that it took.
Century does not earn a settlement fee until we do the work for our clients. This is how we show our value. When we successfully negotiate a settlement on our clients behalf & they accept the settlement and a first payment is initiated to the creditor, only then have we earned the right to collect the full earned settlement fee. All fees are presented to a client, prior to enrollment. This allows for a client to know the cost of their program.
We are sorry that Ms. Sarah did not feel that this was a positive experience. Our team has been in close contact with her throughout the journey. Since June 2021, our CEO and team have, in some cases, daily communicated with Ms. Sarah working to advise and guide her on a successful outcome. With Ms. Sarah identifying that she had access to additional funds not previously shared with us, we were able to settle with these 3 creditors an avg. of 37% of the current balances within 8 months.

In 2016, I went online to try to help my mom with her debt. I was pleased with how that started off with Century Support. When my husband and I needed help, I reached out to Century again. I'm really pleased so far. The process is slow but I didn’t get this debt overnight, too. I like the idea of not having to worry about remembering.
I like that I'm saying I would do something then following through with it. That’s how Century is helping me. I don't want to file for bankruptcy and not pay because I did make the debt. With Century, I have someone representing me and my best interest. I have confidence in that. Plus, they helped me feel like I can do something about my debt rather than just leave it and forget about it. Century has renewed my faith. I made a mistake and I don't feel like I'm being punished. I'm taking care of it, even though Century is doing all the work.
I've been in the program since June this year. If I need customer service, I can call them. If I can't chat with a rep online or if customer service can't answer my questions, they find an answer and they get back to me. They send emails. I'm not really an email person but I have them marked as urgent so I’m interested in what they're sending. They share ways to help me from getting into this situation again through better buying choices and being a better consumer. The only thing is I have not been able to talk to one person consistently. It changes a little bit too much for my taste. I don't really find this part amusing or pleasing. I would like to have one person to call. I got to where I don't mind just doing the email or chat because it doesn't matter who I talk to.
I recommended Century Support to some friends that were in similar situations. In this day and age, it's hard to find someone you trust because there are so many scams going on. But I like how Century showed me in detail exactly what they're doing and I can go check in on my account anytime online. I can even check there to see what payment was made and what my balance is. I tell them it’s convenient and to not have to worry or feel bad. I got myself in this situation and COVID didn't help at all. Century makes me feel at ease. So far, they're trustworthy and I hope I’m never proven wrong.

Century Support Services handled everything well. The customer service is like any other company. Sometimes, it's hard to get through but the majority, they were there and they were helpful. I didn't have a lot of interaction with them because, once the program got up, it ran pretty efficiently and once you got your bills loaded, it was all kind of taken care of. They informed me when they had a settlement. So, everything went well. I would recommend Century Support Services if I knew anybody that needed their service.

The very first person who reached out to me from Century Support was amazing. The very first interaction was the thing that put my mind at ease. There were several others that had reached out to me but I felt like the person with Century Support was warm and friendly. Everyone else that I had talked to was kind of business and clinical. When you put a personal touch on it and say, "I understand you may have worries or issues," that is worth it to me.
Everything was explained to me - how it was going to work, exactly how we would go down the road, what to expect and when. He kept in touch and helped me get everything set up. I'm a year in, almost. I asked for text messages or emails and every once in a while I do get a phone call. I would get the messages, give them my okay and the settlement would be taken care of. I went with Century Support Services because what they told me would work for me. They're doing what they tell me they would do. My debt’s going down, and it's working like it's supposed to as far as I know. They keep me informed with things that come up or change. I get statements from them, and if there's something I need to talk to them about, I get phone calls or email. They’re on top of everything.

Century Support is the best company I ever dealt with. I was overwhelmed with debt. I spoke to another company, which was like their parent company. My debt wasn't big enough for the parent company, so they sent me to Century. That was two years ago, and it was wonderful ever since. From the first guy until the last lady that I spoke with a couple weeks ago, everybody was fabulous. They spoke with my creditors and got everything down to a minimum. If I needed to make extra payments, they'll call me a month in advance and tell me, “Listen, the next month,” or “it is going to be a little higher, so just look out for that.” They always walk me through everything. Right now, I'm debt-free, and they help me manage. They really kept me on track and focused with my money management. Throughout the pandemic, with their guidelines, I made it through, and I'm making it through now coming out of the pandemic. They were a lifesaver.

I began the program in 2019 and so far, it's working out rather well. My credit score has gone up nearly 100 points. They’ve already settled four of my accounts out of the seven I started with them. If I have a question, they usually give me the answer pretty quick. They took my concerns seriously and sent the information where it needed to go so I could get it resolved. So that's definitely a plus. I'd set them on a path so that they could start their research, and they usually get that started. So they've been pretty diligent. They have not let me down so far.

Anybody I talked to was so helpful and very nice. They were very fast at getting things started for me. Every time I called, they increased my payment plan. I went from $100 up to $200 a month just to get things paid off quicker. Erin is usually the lady I would talk to. I wanna give her a call ‘cause my last payment will be in September and then she said I had money in a reserve. They wanted to see if I could use that up and whatever is left, pay in full, so I could get it over and done with, ‘cause it still goes towards my credit even though it is the last one.
I just got my updated email a couple of weeks ago. I had a credit card where I had to go to a district justice. It’s for Capital One and I told them that I already contacted Century and I'm in a program. They had gotten in contact with the lawyer’s office and they had agreed to a settlement. But I just received the letter as a copy saying Capital One bank versus me, and it was sent to the district justice here in the town where I live. It doesn’t say that I had to go see the district justice so I’m kinda confused about it. I wanted to call and verify things. Other than that, I was thankful that Century took me on. It was a big relief off of me. They do a fantastic job helping people. I recommended them to a friend.

I had three debts and I did my first one really quickly. The second one took a while. Century still did the third one so I’m not complaining at all. They told me that when they contact me, to get on it so that I could feel the company that they were settling with doesn't take it back. Even when the company would call to try and collect, they would talk to them. I had hardly any phone calls. The only thing I don't like is that when I try to add funds to my little bank that they have on the portal, I have to call in. It claims you could do it, but it doesn't. But if I just call Century and tell them, they take care of that stuff. You would think that they forgot you, but they don’t, so just let them do their job. Be patient. They’ll get it done.

Century Support Services completely changed the direction of where I was going financially. Everybody I've spoken to didn't mind taking the time to explain. I had quite a few questions at different points throughout the process and everything seemed to be pretty good. My only concern would be that I was looking at where the settlement amount was less than what was owed, and then the fees almost brought it to the same amount that it was for. But it definitely allowed me to manage it better, so it made it easier to pay, and it was not still adding on fees. I am almost 100% debt free, besides the mortgage and car notes. I would definitely recommend Century for those who are in over their heads with negative debts, payday loans, and all that stuff.

The representatives kept encouraging me that they were gonna help me get my credit back on track and said it takes time. But they would do everything, they would work with me, and they would help me get my credit cleared up. I can already see a difference and my credit score is going up and it's working. I haven't had any issues. But if I do, they're gonna address it immediately. It made me really look at how important it is to have good credit and they're helping me to improve that.

The representatives were interested in helping me get the best outcome. The only thing was that in the beginning, the first number I called was a different company name. But they kinda route me to the company that would benefit me the best. After I got everything set up, then Century was the one that was handling my account and getting the payments made and the deals made to get me out of debt. I was trying to build my credit score and was wanting to get out of some debt without having to pay all the interest charges for years and years. I did Century Support and I'm paying a significant amount each month. The only complaint I have is that it's taking longer than they predicted. They could improve a little bit on their communication as far as it taking longer. Other than that, they’ve been fine. Calls from debt collectors have stopped and I’ve hardly gotten any letters. I'm not being bugged on a daily basis. Nothing was also behind.

Signing up for Century Support was easy since I wasn't putting a lot on my part. I wasn't sending papers when I would get the collection papers. That was probably why some of my things weren't going as fast as I thought. But everything went well. Every time I called, customer service answered pretty quickly. Alyssa would answer all my emails and every settlement questions I had. She was very patient. I can't speak what I wanna say and I'm very shy. I stutter a lot. But Alyssa was able to understand everything that I asked her and that meant a lot.
Working with Century made me feel a little bit more relaxed and I could continue my life knowing that I was getting somebody that was taking care of things that were important like clearing all my debts. They made me feel really comfortable. I was with Century for four years and they made it very easy because of the payments that I was able to make. It went based on whatever income I was getting as well so that meant a lot for me. I spoke to a couple of my friends and I let them know that if they ever felt that they couldn't keep up with their payments or that they had to take this decision to make a settlement so they wouldn't have any problem, I really recommend Century Support.

It's exasperating and frustrating because Century won't do what I ask them. I asked them repeatedly for copies of the information showing that they have contacted all these creditors but all the creditors tell me the same thing. “We never heard of Century Services. They have never contacted us. We know nothing about them.” I get a subpoena or a summons at my house. I would call and say, “Did you contact these people, Discover Card?” “Oh, yeah. We contacted them.” I called Discover and they told me the same thing, “No, we never heard from them. That’s why we got a summons.” So as far as Century's service, they suck. They do a spin. “Oh, well, you can go online.” I said I don't have a computer and I could barely operate my phone. But they don’t want to hear it. I said, “I got low vision. You got to help me. Where’s the documentation? Can you send me something?” I get no backup from them. I don’t even know if they're a real company.
I thought I was choosing the right company. I wish I never went with them. I'm right on the edge that they are going to be the cause of me going bankrupt. It's cheaper to go bankrupt than it is to stay with them. I can do bankruptcy for 1,500, and I don't even have to show up in court. I'm giving them half of my Social Security every month right now. And instead of them spreading out the payments to all the creditors and getting them all lined up, and then giving them, say, 100 to this one, 200 to that one, 150 to this one, they take one at a time and settle, and then pay that person until they're done. And the other creditor has to wait for a year and a half to get paid. So I would ask, “What are you people doing?” They can't answer my questions. “Oh, well, we settled with them.”
The first one they did was Discover. I said, “Oh, how much did I save here?” “Oh, well, you saved $1,000.” They completely lied, because I called back and got another clerk. I said, “How much did I save?” ‘Well, you save 500.” “The last person told me I saved 1,000.” “Well, they forgot to include our fee for that settlement.” So, they do bait and switch. They do everything to screw you over. They're one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. I'm ready to fire these people and just go with bankruptcy attorney. It's not the worst thing in the world. I didn't want to do it, but they’re useless.
Joseph, we appreciate you sharing your Century experience. We regret that you are feeling there is a gap in communication regarding your program. Your Senior Customer Advocate Pam is attempting to reach you to discuss your review with you.
In reading your review there are a few areas we would like to address. You mention that Century has not reached out to all creditors and you are correct in saying that. When you enrolled in this program a very strategic plan was created. It has been our experience that reaching out to creditors prematurely, meaning there are not enough funds in your special purpose account to settle, can result in the creditor taking a more aggressive collection practice. Some creditors may employ agencies or attorneys to collect on that delinquent debt. While Century cannot stop a creditor from pursuing legal collections, we have a very knowledgeable staff that specializes in working towards positive resolutions in those circumstances.
You mention that Century should spread the monthly amount you contribute to your program over all creditors; however, that description is debt consolidation and not how this program works. You were presented with a Century Debt Resolution Agreement prior to enrolling in your program. That Agreement outlines your program in detail as well as the obligations of Century and yourself. Debt settlement is a debt relief option designed for consumers in a financial hardship where making even the monthly minimum payments to their creditors is difficult. Century works to negotiate new deals with your creditors to accept less than the full balances owed. These deals are what we call settlements. This journey to financial freedom is a partnership with the end goal of resolving the debt you enrolled onto your program. Making sure to stay the course of this program and to allow the plan created to work its course is what allows for success. In order for Century to negotiate on your behalf, you must adhere to a regular schedule of deposits into your special purpose account. If you experience additional hardships that create an inability for you to consistently deposit monthly, you risk pending or uncompleted settlement agreements with your creditors to fail and to become null and void.
Earned settlement fees are also outlined in the Century Debt Resolution Agreement allowing you to know the cost of our services prior to enrolling. The earned settlement fee is 25% of the enrolled balance and it does not change. Century does not earn that fee until we show you value and we do that by successfully negotiating your debt. When you approve the settlement we have negotiated and once the first payment is made to your creditor, only then has Century earned the full settlement fee amount. In review of our program, Century was able to defer collection of our earned settlement fee to allow you the opportunity to take advantage of the settlement offer.

Working with Century has really alleviated a lot of the pressure of my debt. I've paid off two accounts and I have two more accounts left on there. It's really good to have some progress and I feel a little better now. Century is on top of things. I'm very glad that they always contact me when every little thing happens with the account. Century Support had a very simple application process and that was quite nice. They had the answers I was looking for. At first, I needed four different debts consolidated. But COVID came into play so a lot of them weren't consolidating because I was on the automatic deferral for a few months. Number four is just now signing up for it. I'll be making payments to Century for the next five years.
Century's support is phenomenal. I'm one that doesn't get on the website enough. I just assume that Century is doing everything for me. I can always get on my portal, dig around, and ask questions. That part is really good. Century calls, texts, and asks what they can do for me. They are there with me and I'm a satisfied customer. I’m a guy with a pretty square head on my shoulders but through financial difficulties, I had to reach out for something. If I had a friend that asked about Century or what I did in my case, Century would be the only one that would come to my mind to recommend.

I was with Century for four years then their rep said they were going to extend my program for two more years. I didn't like that because I was looking forward to the program being over. But I just went with whatever Century did. They never really called me and if I had a question, I would call them and talk to whoever was available. They would also send me an email saying to call a number to okay that a debt was being settled. I didn't like that Century would take just one bill at a time and get rid of that first. At the end of four years, I still owed one company. I thought maybe they would pay so much on each one account a month but they didn't. There was also the cost. It was as expensive as if I had a high-interest loan that I was paying. Another thing was monthly statements would have been good.

I haven't been able to get on the portal and I don't know anything about what Century has paid or what I owe. But they have been good about stopping my payments when I wanted them to and I want to stop the payments. My car insurance has gone up and I can't do it any more.

Century has helped me out. The first two loans that I was trying to get taken care of, those got taken care of within the first six months. I got five more months and I'll have my last remaining debt paid off. That's exciting to me. Century's doing their job and as long as I keep paying, they keep taking care of me. They've been able to answer any questions I have and I've asked a lot of questions. I had one account that had summons for court. Century said, "Hey, just send it to us and we'll take care of it," and they did. I didn't ever have to go to court. Century played a big part in it in helping them make their mind up to go ahead and settle. Century knocked it down to 75% of whatever the amount was.

Everybody was calling night and day on my job, everywhere. So Century told me to just have them call them and all of a sudden, all of that stopped. Then they just got to work and figured out a budget for me. I started paying and it started going down. They took out the money automatically out of my check and it was actually coming out to $100 every two weeks. They put up my summary online so I could check and see where I was to the goal. They let me keep the credit cards that were under 500. But the ones that were over 500, they paid them all off. They help me with whatever I ask them and they’re really good to getting back to you. Century Support Services got all my bills paid. I'm just shocked that for 36 months and that's it! It's over. It went so fast! Working with them has saved my life.

The enrollment process was very self-explanatory. It was very easy to follow their instructions. The programs have worked fine. But I would have hoped they’d worked more inclusively. There were a couple of issues that they couldn't help with. But beyond that, everything was fine. All of my interactions have been very positive and pleasant. There were times when I've asked for explanations and have been very satisfied with getting them. I'm at an age where I'm not totally technically comfortable but I've been helped through it. There's one or two small accounts that are still outstanding and I'm partway through the payments.

I applied for a loan and they referred me to Century. Then Century called me and told me about the program. It sounded interesting and I liked what they had to say. So I joined them to give it a try. I had some questions about certain things involving our creditors about why they were calling me and telling me certain things. So called Century and they said that it was not true. The representatives are really good explaining things to me. So I like working with the representatives. One day, I had a deal with one credit card and they were trying to get ahold of me. So I saw it on my email and I settled with that one. She took care of me. I liked it. It was pretty good. I'm impressed with the knowledge of the representatives. If I have questions, they answer them. They know what they're doing. They give me the right answer and I'm happy with the answer. Also, they're very easy and understanding people to deal with.

I made Century aware of whatever things at the time that was on my credit that I felt that I need to take care of and I told them a couple of things belonged to my boyfriend as well. I needed to hit a certain mark before Century will be able to help me. So in between that time, they found out what I could afford to pay. They never forced me to pay a certain amount. They found out what my budget was to work for me and gave me an estimate on how long it would take. They told me that they will negotiate with some of what the creditors and that would take a while. They told me how my credit might take a hit before things get better and it did.
I'm at the end of the road and things are working out way better. When I do have any issues, I call. They are very eager to help. They really have helped me a lot. Everything they said is happening and you just have to be patient, especially if you don't have the money at the time. But Century work with anything. They are awesome.
The program works for me because it was within my budget and it actually did something to my credit. I dealt with Lexington Law before and I paid money every month but nothing happened. The only thing that happened was that I was paying money and not one thing changed on my credit. But Century did something positive to my credit. My credit is better now. They give me advice on what to do and what mistakes not to make again. It's the choices in credit cards now that I'm getting that I never got before and I’m learning how to not max out my cards when I do use them. I got the advice to pay them off and then if you use it again, wait a week and pay it off if you can afford to do it. It's been a benefit and a blessing to my life. I even try to pass to my family members the information that Century has given me that has bettered my credit.

Century Support was upfront in the beginning and told me how the program would work. They keep me in the loop on things. As soon as they find a negotiation or compromise, they reach out and let me know. But, I've had a couple of reps who called to see if I could increase my payment and they didn't seem to wanna take no for an answer.

I got an email from Century Support for a chance to consolidate on my bills. What I wanted to do is try and get my payments down, and we've been working on it. All my debts have been consolidated. As I got more extra money, I would send them more money and get the stuff more paid off. The program has been good. It was a fast service. Everything was done either over the phone or online. I didn't have to get involved with speaking to any creditors. They took care of everything. Right now, there hasn't been any action in over a week and there's still money in my account. I was thinking about giving them a call and finding out what's going on. I had three accounts paid off and I was wanting to see when we're gonna pay off another one and see what's going on with my money. Other than that, working with the company has taken a lot of stress off of me. If my friends were in a situation like I was, I would definitely recommend them to Century Support.

Since working with Century Support, I saw a big change on my credit scores. It went up. Every time I call, their reps answer all my questions. They did whatever they could to complete whatever I needed to do. They were amazing. They were right on top of it.

Once I got all the information, Century was very helpful getting it going, and I appreciated that. They're really nice to me because I don't get technology. They're very patient with me. I talked to the Century Support rep about my debt with two different things and how the interest rates were ungodly. In a year, I should have paid more on the debt loan that I had before. But I only paid it down to 900 bucks less than what it wwas in a year and I was paying 700 a month.
I get a different person every time I call Century Support and some people are nicer than others. The one I talked to yesterday was a rude one. He might be having a bad day but I was trying to ask questions and he was telling me that I just needed to follow the program and look at my statements on my portal. Then I wanted to talk to somebody else and he put me on hold for a second and then it went to somebody in a voicemail and said to call back later. So I called back and got a different one. and she helped me out a whole lot. She went through and explained what was going on and helped me out quite a bit. Century Support has done everything I asked and it seems to be going good.

The information being given to me by Century Support has been appropriate. It's easy for me to understand what step of the process I'm in. The first time I called, I was given a bunch of information. Then each time anything has happened, it's usually been a different person emailing me. Their web portal is kind of janky. When logging in, all the information is there. They're pretty clear about how much is in that special account but not so much about what has been done we've or the steps. I was a little wary with Century Support. But it has been comfortable working with them. It doesn't feel invasive and I don't feel like I'm being upsold or pressured. It's a relief to know that I'm doing something to work on the debt.

Some of the Century Support reps are nice but some will not have time or they will just want to end whatever problem you have come with. They will not even go into details to solve. I had a lot of issues with Chase and Century Support sent me checks proving that they made that payment, but Chase was refusing to accept that they made that payment. The people from Century Support that I speak with will simply go, “Oh, we have paid. And therefore, you have to prove to them.” but still not after then the fact that they have been paid. So, it's on and on with me on the phone.
Finally, I spoke to one lady who was so nice. She went into the details with me and she really made a move. She had the time with me and we went all over. She went back and forth with the files and right now, they said they were having a lawyer who would go over with them. So, I took some statements from Chase proving that those checks that they sent to me, Chase really cash out those checks. But they are saying that I still owe them some amount of money. So, right now, I'm looking forward to hearing some good news, that that problem has been resolved.

Century Support did work for me. It's just that from the beginning, I didn't know how the accounts were getting paid. Later on, I found out how they were getting paid. I still have three more to go. And now, they're telling me they're selling my debts to another company and they were asking if I would like to do that. Since one of them is ending in April, I might as well just get that one off instead of selling it to another company and then it's going to take me longer to pay that.
Century could get the rates reduced, but it is what it is. The good news is at least I got some stuff paid off. Their reps were good, professional, and they walked me through what was happening. I would like to recommend others, but then the unfortunate thing about Century is they only take on high debt. If your debt is not up to maybe 9,000, they are not going to accept you. I wanted my son to go there and they wouldn't take him because he didn't have a high debt. If you're talking about 3,000, they can't help you, and I wish they could. If there's a way to change anything, that will be my recommendation.

I’m happy with Century. I got sick and we got flooded out. We've gone through a lot, and I could only make minimum payments on my credit cards. The minimum payment kept going up, and I just couldn't do it. Century just settled my first card, so we've got about five that they're working on for me. I enjoyed talking to Century's guy. They're sending me constant communication. I like the amount of the support and the knowledgeable people that they have and their communication. They stay in touch. It's almost every week that I hear from them. I'm very pleased with them. They're professional, courteous, empathetic and I've had a wonderful experience.

I'm three months in the program and Century has paid off one of my debts. However, everything is so impersonal. I kind of don’t like that everything is via email or on the online portal. I like a little more personal contact. I've had more interaction with the United Consumer Advocacy Network as opposed to Century. The guide I received is decent and though I wish it was more, Century could help you get your credit back on track. Give them a try.

I was with Century before and was happy with them so I decided to go back. They've been professional, courteous and helpful. The debt is getting taken care of slowly but surely and I'm not having to worry about it. I'm always happy when my debt is settled. However, I wish the process could be faster. I have some tiny loans and I thought maybe they'll be taken care of really quick. I'm also waiting to hear about the settlement for my auto loan.

Overall, it was good with the reps but there was one specific person that I spoke with last year who gave me some really wrong information. That kind of made me think that my account was going to be paid off sooner than they did. Another thing that I found concerning was if I hadn't have called them about my account, I would have continued to pay my monthly payment long after my account would have been paid off. Nobody's reviewing this stuff. I paid my debt off and I'm in a much better place because of Century but there are some things that need to be tweaked with the program.

The program went well. The only thing that I had problems with was getting my profile built up on the computer so that I could check my account myself. It was always something with the passwords. But that didn't do anything and every time that I would have to ask a question, I had to call into the office. Because I had finished the program early, I had some extra money. When I asked the lady how much it will cost me to finish the program, she told me the amount that I had to put in my account. I said, "As of this day, we're turning off the automatic draft out of my account and we're just putting the money there, then you'll send it over to the finalization period." She said yes. I was sitting here waiting but nothing was happening.
In the meantime, I looked in my account and another $247 came out of it. It was not what was told to me. I called back and they said it was a Just Energy bill that I turned in in the beginning. They were reaching out to the company but they weren't responding. If they were not responding, it was holding the process up for me. I had already tried to refinance my car and it came back as a charge-off. I thought I couldn't do it anymore because if it came back as a charge-off then, it was going to do it even if I went somewhere else.
I asked how could we take them off and the lady I spoke with when I called customer service said they could take it off and she did. She went on and sent it back up to finalization again. After that, things started popping off. I saw that my credit score went up 97 points almost. Century was sold to me by letting me know all the details and I would sell it in the same way. If others give them a chance, it probably could be beneficial to them as well. The person that referred me to Century was supposed to receive something but she never received it though.

I feel great with the program and I'm satisfied with it so far. One of the things I'm worried about is sometimes time is a little slow and them helping me more with the credit for it to go up quicker.

Getting into Century's program was not what I thought it would be and maybe this is my fault for not being more aware at the time. I brought forth my credit cards and my debt, and I was going behind on payments. I thought when I get into the program, they'd pay off my all my debt, then I'd pay them back. They also spoke to me really fast and I didn't know that they would have to let all of my accounts go into default and collections. I already had some in collections at the time, so they just put it all together and that was why I didn't follow what was going on because they just took everything as one. So before I knew it, I've got late payments on all of them that are accumulating the entire time.
So far, we've taken care of three credit cards and we still got one or two in the works. When we paid a debt off, they said it was settled for less than the original amount but I didn't even get the full break down. At the moment, I'm still in the program and I'm still paying off those cards. They're still paying monthly payments on my accounts. But my credit has gotten destroyed in the process and I'm still in debt. I can see the program being helpful but in my case, they ended up hurting me to be able to help me. Also, there was one program that was supposed to be there to pay all that off was something that I had to apply for separately later. But by the time I went to apply for it, my credit was so bad and I didn't get approved for it. At this point, I have no choice but to stick to the program and I feel trapped now. I'm paying $291 a month on things and I feel like I was just handled.
The way that they're wording their program is leading people on and if you're already in debt, then you're going to hear exactly what you want to hear. They also take a huge amount of interest and they take that upfront. I felt almost betrayed and it became more personal when I saw how much they were profiting off something I could have done myself for less. They put me in a worse position and I'm very dissatisfied.
Then, for one month, there was a problem with my credit card that I had to change my credit card but I completely forgot. They charged me and it didn't go through. So with all this money that I had in reserve that I was supposed to be building, they couldn't pay that one month payment. That canceled my original settlement with a certain credit card company and I had to restart all over again with those people. The settlement offer was different and what happened set me back with them for six more months. All because I made a late payment. But if a friend of mine came in with a load of debt, he already got all his credit cards maxed out, and he's in collections, then I'm telling him that this is the program is something that he'd want to be in.

It is not uncommon that if unsecured debt is not controlled when entering the program, your credit score may not be at an optimum level to start. By resolving these debts, you have the opportunity to take back control and rebuild your possible reductions in credit score. When you enrolled in your debt settlement program, a plan was created for you to meet your program goals over an estimated time. Every month, you deposit a preset amount into your dedicated reserves account. While funds are building in this account, Century Negotiators are reviewing your file for the most strategic times to initiate a settlement. Settlements can happen at various times and will depend on several factors, including your monthly deposit amount, the number of creditors you have enrolled, and the balance of each individual account
Century does not earn a fee until we prove our value to you. We do that by negotiating on accounts for which you have enrolled into the debt settlement program. When you approve a settlement offer and the first payment to your creditor is submitted, our fee, for that account, can be collected in full. We may collect that payment over installments if it provides you with an opportunity to take advantage of a settlement opportunity. The representatives were good to me. I also know they're doing their job, it's just that I don't wanna deal with all of them calling me. But I'm trying to do the best I can. They got one settled so far. Then they're working on another one. They tell me all they can tell me. I'm just waiting to hear when they get the next one settled. Because the one that keeps calling me is the one that they faxed. They were saying that they hadn't received anything from them.

It was easy to understand the program and fill out the paperwork. Every time I call for a question regarding my accounts, the reps are very helpful. I feel very good and comfortable with them. Every time they have a settlement offer, they're quick to send me an email. When I call back regarding that, they're very helpful in helping me resolve it. I'm very satisfied and I'm close to paying off all my debt. I just have one account that I'm working with Century to settle my account with my Kohl’s. They were unable to locate my account through them so I reached out to Kohl's collections department. Hopefully, I can resolve my account with them in the next week.

Working with my reps was a really good experience but the representatives kept changing. I really wanted to stay with one person. It's more personal than trying to go start all over talking. It's not comfortable. I've been in business for years and I always deal directly with customers. Also, I'm concerned about my payments getting higher and harder. I'm on a fixed income 'cause I'm disabled and my payment goes into my overdraft every month. So, I'm paying more than just that payment. I'm also paying the $37 on top of it. Other than that, Century Support has taken a lot of stress off of me.

Century is good. The process is simple and laid-out. They simplify things. They're getting the debt taken care of step-by-step. It's going to cost me money but it's going to be less money than what I'm going to pay in interest with these cards. They're professional and prompt with my questions. So far, so good. At first I was really iffy. It's something that I had put aside for a few months. Once the covid situation got worse, I felt myself getting deeper and deeper into debt. But it was very helpful that they scheduled an appointment. There's a first-time call that breaks down how you can use the portal. Everything is updated on the portal and I don't have to confront those credit card companies anymore. It's kind of like Century is defending me at this point. All of those little aspects are making me feel at ease.
I was able to settle one of my debts for this month so that’s something I'm happy about. One of my credit cards has an extremely high amount of debt and I didn't think that the smaller one would be resolved in such a quick timeframe. It was done on the first three months of being within the program. The other one has much more debt and probably won’t take three months but I'm happy at least one is out the way. All the money that I put into the account could begin paying off the second.
The reps were very thorough. Any questions I asked, they answered right away. I liked the fact of having emails on a monthly basis. They give tips on how you can save or ways on being able to put a little more towards the balance, and that way reduce the timeframe to pay it off. They worked with me on the payment plan according to my budget now. It's a very tough time with covid and not working as many hours. It gives you options on whether you need to make a less amount of payment over a longer period of time or a little bit higher payment over a shorter period of time. I like that they give the flexibility. You can start paying $200 or $300 a month. When you feel you have a little bit extra, you don't get penalized in being able to pay more towards it.
Even before settling the debt, they advised me I would have to pay a few more dollars but it would be done in three lump sums. By March, it would already be completed for that first credit card debt. It’s not like they just throw you out there to figure it out on yourself. It's kind of like a step-by-step guidance and I like that process. It's something I've never had to do before and I never saw myself doing but with everything going on, I figured that was the only way out and the best option at that time. I know it was going to affect credit at the beginning. My credit score is severely going to drop. The way the accounts look, some would be listed as delinquent. But for that one that's already going to be closing in March, that already shows how it's going to be pretty much back in good standing. That's something definitely positive to look forward to.

I got a call, and I accepted Century Support's proposal on helping me with my debt. They told me it’s almost impossible to get on the portal on my cell phone and I needed a computer. To this day, I still haven't been able to get on the portal. I also have a lack of knowledge. Because of my age, I'm limited to what I can conceive or understand.
I'm having problems paying the amount that is required every month as well. It’s very difficult. They cut it down, to my surprise, of $75 a month, which I thought I could handle. The only problem with that is I gotta remember to call them every month to make that payable due from the prior month for the next month and so forth. I don't know when I'm going to work, or when any more money will be coming into the household. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to even keep hold of the plan. There's also no stimulus. Nothing I have received. I'm really struggling now. Other than that, Century Support has been near perfect.

I talked to people at Century Support and they sounded convincing. Any questions I had, they answered me. If they didn't know the answer, they got back to me with it. I couldn't ask for better. In my mind, Century Support took all my credit card information. Even though I'm only giving them so much a month, I thought they would notify my creditors and say that I'm in a program. But, they don't do that unless there's money in my account so they can make a settlement. Other than that, I'm very happy. People should just ask if they notify creditors right away or wait until the money's there if they give Century a number of credit card accounts.

The reps at Century Support have been helpful whenever I talked to them. I’m waiting on the second loan. There’s a little bit more but I’m only paying the minimum, which is why it’s taking longer. They said that the more money I put into it, the faster for me to get that loan down. But I'm not able. Still, Century helped me with one of the loans and I was able to settle, so it worked out okay.

I talked to a guy out of California and he directed me to Century Support Services, and that worked out. With this Covid and the lockdowns that were called for, it was a blessing that I was able to stock up on extra goods because I’ve got a child. I got another house that I gotta keep stocked with food, which is gonna be considerable bills. With this pandemic, the program made things feel so much better for me. I never had any idea Century Support has done this well. I figured it would end up in some kind of catch and there was none. It has been wonderful and everybody's nice. It was great. I got myself in a spot and I have to handle it now or in 10 years from now when I go to retire. Century handled it now and in six years, I'll be certain to get this off my credit in a real way. After this, I can maybe start some credit repair and keep going.

There was a phone number on television to resolve debt and I called the number. It wasn't a Century phone number but it didn't specifically say what company. So, it must be a main line that connects you to the nearest debt office or the nearest office to your location. The guy came on and we started talking, and then he took my credit information, my date of birth and my social. He said I didn’t qualify for a loan because of my credit rating. But he said that they do have a program where so much money is deducted per month on my debit card bill. They could have this resolved for me within three years. So, I went for that. The guy was nice and very thoughtful. He explained himself very clearly on how the system works. He said that it was based upon how much I owe. That's how much they deduct on a monthly basis. They try to work with the client.
My life went upside down back in 2006 when I lost my job due to drugs and alcohol and I tried several rehabs. A psychiatrist helped me out and put my head back together. So, I did the bankruptcy in 2012. I was offered a credit card because my credit rating started improving after the bankruptcy. My bills were paid on time all the time and so, I signed on a credit card. Barclays started me with $1,400 and one thing led to another. The guy told me that if I keep paying off the credit card, I’m never going to finish paying it because whatever the balance is, the interest rate is going to affect that on every payment I make.
The guy started to explain to me how the program with Century Support Services works. He needed to know how this happened to me and then, he explained to me thoroughly. He explained to me that when I have a $14,000 balance and if I don't pay it off, every time I make a payment, 29% of that payment is going to them and the rest of it is going towards the payment. Doing it that way will take me 30 years to pay that off. I heard him punching numbers and he said to me that the way they work, whatever balance I owe, they’ll deduct a certain amount per month. And once they get a good amount of payment into the card company, then they’ll call them and start negotiating a balance. So, he did all that. The guy told me that three years is better than 30.
Barclays was the one that was killing me off the balance and the one with TD Bank got resolved faster because the balance was only $3,000. I got a tax paper from Barclay saying the amount of interest I paid and for my tax reports. It says the balance is paid off. But I still got March and April, which is the fee that Century charges. The program is excellent. TurboTax has been sending me emails every three months telling me that my credit score has changed. So, Century Support helps your credit score go up. My bills are paid on time.
The guy told me not to sign up for any credit cards while I’m in this program. Because if I sign up for one, they're gonna complain why I’m paying off that credit card and not them. He said that I should keep everything with my debit card and my personal cash until this gets resolved. He coached me good. He said that if I sign up for a credit card and I want to buy something with it worth $200, I should save the cash and buy it with the credit card. When I get the bill, I should take the $200 and pay the balance off immediately. He said my credit balance will go up a lot faster.
I was never able to log on to the portal of Century Support Services but I asked myself what I was gonna log on for. If I wanted to know anything, I could call them and they could tell me. It’s just that the two browsers, Google and Microsoft, weren’t letting me in. I had my password down pat and I even changed it and my username. I was on Wi-Fi internet too, which would be better than outside. In the beginning, Century wanted me to call to talk about how the program works for two hours. I told them that I would call them whatever day it is. I was a dispatcher at a taxi office so it was 12-hour shifts and I never did the orientation phone call. Still, everything went well and I’m satisfied with everything.

The program has been convenient for me. One less thing that I'd have to worry about. They handled everything for me and I felt very comfortable. It’s the first time I had to go through this and they are super simple and very on top of it. I was impressed with their communication and the follow-up emails and the phone calls. Everybody who assisted or online support and phone support are great. They are quick to respond to emails too. I love Century Support. They did good and they are awesome.

Century Support stopped payments that I couldn't afford and the price was great. If I needed anything from them, I just called in and anyone there could answer my question. They've already done four accounts with price negotiation and that's great.

They were very, very good to work with. Any time I had a question, I called up and they were right there to answer the question with no problems. But they could be a little quicker with getting to things. I had a little thing going on with Toyota Financial. My wife had passed away and we had a business together and things started going the wrong way. I only had one year's worth of payments left on my truck but I gave it back. Century assured me saying, “Listen, all you gotta do is just give it back in.” They helped me out but I didn't get any feedback after putting it in. So right now, I'm looking to work with them and clear up the problem. I had another problem with Target and I had to go directly to Target and take care of it. But everything else worked out fine. They took the time to analyze what was going on, and for the most part, they got it done.

I got excellent service from Century Support. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail. I'm very satisfied with them. Being that I’m almost done, working with them has helped a lot. It freed up a lot of stuff that I was worried about. I recommend this company. A lot of people thought I was crazy, but I was happy. Getting started with Century was simple and I just had to give them all of my information. Debt settlement is a long, drawn-out deal but you have to expect that. I’ve been in it for about two years and Century has done good for me.

The first guy I worked with was very informative. When I call now, everybody has a different thing to tell me. Sometimes it's confusing and I have to call back and get somebody else. When I got frustrated, I said, “I need to speak to the woman who usually did this,” or “I need to get this settled, so I can figure out what’s going on.” But when I called last week, I talked to a young girl and she explained everything to me. I’m only supposed to be paying back 22,000. But then, from the looks of it, it still showed that I owed 40,000. I told her I’m not understanding why this isn’t going off. She said, “It's because some of it is settled and some of it isn't settled yet.” She said as it gets settled, then it will go down. So, that was my misunderstanding.

I've been quite satisfied with the program of Century Support. It's nice being able to get onto the portal and I can check everything. I have no problems getting ahold of anybody. If I have to make a phone call, I actually talk to a person, which I absolutely love. My experience has been very easy. The ability to deny offers was a little easier than I thought it would be too because there were some that I denied and then ended up getting lower rates on them.
I haven't had any issues, other than my last one where the company offered eight months and I wanted six. Then Century came back with a four and a six options, which was absolutely wonderful. I haven't had the same negotiator for all of them but they've been very good. Working with Century Support has made my life a lot easier because I don't have to worry about where I'm coming up with the money to make the payments. I know for a fact I'm having a certain amount withdrawn on a certain day of the month, and it put my mind at ease.
I’ve been pleased with them. I’ve recommended Century to other people that I know that have been talking about bankruptcies. I said, “You need to go ahead and do debt consolidation.” It ruins your credit, but once I've paid things off and Century was reporting fairly quickly, my credit has come back up to almost where it was when I started.

Century Support has a very easy process. Their customer support was better than other companies. They explained the process better. They really walked me through the process step-by-step and they took their time on the phone explaining everything. I felt very comfortable working with them. I would highly recommend them.

My experience with the rep of Century Support whom I worked with was very good. We do phone calls and emails. If I need to have further explanation, I can pull up the dashboard and we can go over any questions I may have. Everybody I worked with has been very well. I'm not trying to establish new credit right now until I know what my future is looking like, but I have been noticing that my credit score has been going up since working with them.
