I was satisfied with Amerisave. Everything went well with the process. They were always on top of everything and got back to me quickly if I had a question. They did everything great.

I applied to get a home equity line of credit so that I can pay off some bills. I went with Amerisave and they helped me get my home equity line of credit. They were fast. I had it within two weeks. The one thing that I did not like was that they emailed me the checks that were supposed to go out to the creditors, and the amount was different than what it was supposed to be. Also, one of the checks got lost. I had to call the rep back. But they were really great about canceling the one check out and giving me another check. But, I felt like if Amerisave would have sent the checks out to the creditors, instead of sending them to me to send to the creditors, or giving me the money to do it, either way, they would have gotten the proper amount, and I would have been able to do it online as opposed to sending them a physical check.

I got a a conventional loan from AmeriSave. At the time, I was considering buying a property. There were a lot of things involved in the process. They communicated clearly, and it went pretty smoothly. The first guy that I contacted when I called them ended up being my helper all the way through the process. I would probably use them again if they kept it straightforward and simple.

Everything went well with my experience with AmeriSave. The lending process was excellent. It took two weeks for the whole process. The people we worked with were good too. They knew what they were doing. Amerisave is a good company to do business with.

I would recommend AmeriSave. They were straight and to the point. They were accessible too. They were the first people who told me that my main issue was I wasn't asking for enough money. When all these other companies found out the amount that I was getting from AmeriSave, all of a sudden, everybody was hitting me up, calling me, that I was approved. And I was telling them I didn't need them. AmeriSave really helped me understand more about the way HELOCs and everything works. The rep I worked with was straightforward and very personable. He said he was gonna do something and he did it. He kept his word.

I had been looking into possibility of getting a little financing from the equity in my house. And Amerisave was one of the names that came up. They were easy to deal with. The person I was talking to seemed to almost anticipate some of my questions. And I had a fairly good rate. It was an easy process to help me handle all the things I had to handle in order to get the loan. The online portal was also easy to use. We had one document that was having a hard time to go through. And one of the people I was in contact with showed me a way to get around that so that we were finally able to get it uploaded. I would highly recommend them.

We were with a private lender and had a balloon payment coming, and I needed a loan to pay that off. I worked with AmeriSave to refinance. The first time around, it was horrible. We had the worst person ever trying to get our paperwork. When we got to closing, we decided not to do it because he wasn't up-front with us and everything wasn't right. Also, the website was horrible. I could never get anything uploaded.

I got a home equity loan from Amerisave and it was great and easy. They gave me a daily update on what was going on. All of the paperwork came through, through my email, and I filled them out. There was open communication as well.

I've been with AmeriSave for 10 years now. I recently got a HELOC. Working with them was great. It was just the process. They needed different things from my homeowners policy, which they needed everything perfectly and it kind of went back and forth on that. But everything else went smoothly. The rep I worked with was relatable. He was down-to-earth when he talked to you, just more personable. The timeline was also fairly quick. We closed within a month. They're good to work with. However, sometimes, they would ask for documents to be uploaded. And I had my agent telling me one thing, but on the portal, it wasn't showing me where I needed to upload that at all. I don't know if they see something differently on their end versus what I saw on my end.

I found AmeriSave through Google search and they have the lowest interest rate. However, the overall lending process was repetitive. When they ask for information and I provide it, then they ask for it again 10 days later. Then they ask again 10 days later. It's like, why am I continually doing this? If it's good a time out, don't ask me for it until it's needed.

My experience with Amerisave was great. They were awesome, very professional and very quick to answer questions. The communication was amazing. The rep I worked with was great at explaining the products, the options and the process. She was very available and professional. The best thing was she was also very friendly, but not weirdly. Not like a used car salesman. When she turned me over to the loan processor, she was still involved if I needed her as far as questioning any of the terms or if I have interest rates.

I had a loan with AmeriSave before and while I was searching the internet, I remembered the company, so I went with it. I was assisted by Alexis and she was there every step of the way. If I didn't understand something or I had to question, she got back to me. I deal with a lot of lenders because I work for a property management company and for me, it was an awesome and easy experience with AmeriSave. The first time I used their website, I had a little bit of trouble. But after that, once I got my login, I didn't have any problems.

The process at Amerisave was fine. They were right on point. Our experience was awesome. I’d recommend Amerisave.

Our original mortgage rate was in the high two's, but we had to refinance because there were things that needed to be done with the house. We were able to lock in at 5.6. We didn't wanna give up that interest rate. But where the interest rates are, we figured that was our best option. There was another company that had a few points lower. They were 5.2. It wasn't that much of a difference between the 5.2 and what we have now. However, the deciding factor for me was the other company was very salesy. I didn't get that feeling with AmeriSave Mortgage.

Obtaining my second mortgage with AmeriSave was easy. They were helpful. The initial person explained how it will work, looked at my credit report and determined all that information. Another person took over as far as the approval process. I liked the professionalism as far as keeping me abreast of things. I didn't have to call them for anything. They called me to let me know what was going on. They expedited everything perfectly in a week and a half. When it first went through the approval process, it didn't meet certain qualifications and they redid it. It came out better. Also, the interest rate was comfortable. Looking at HELOC versus a second mortgage, that came out better even though it's a fixed interest rate. With the HELOC, I knew it would fluctuate depending on the market. With the way the market is going, I wanted a fixed rate versus a flexible one. My daughter is going through AmeriSave right now.

I applied to multiple companies and AmeriSave was the one who reached out back to me. The process was decent and wasn't too hard. It was just lengthy. It took more than two months. There were portals that they sent to us. I normally called the guy and then just did what he asked me to do. My wife is really computer savvy and she did it all. The guy was friendly on the phone. He answered all our questions. AmeriSave helped me refinanced my house. I'd tell others to give them a chance and check them out.

I needed to do a HELOC and I went with AmeriSave after finding them through a Google search. I seemed to get along really well with the person I spoke with and he wasn't someone that had a thick accent that I couldn't understand. The online application was easy and I would prefer that. I'd rather not have to deal with a bunch of other stuff. The act of getting and uploading all of the paperwork was convenient. I'm a very organized person. So if their systems are organized, I can recognize that and I appreciate that. The whole process took three weeks.

Amerisave was the first to contact me and they had a good program. I got a cash out and refi, and it saved me a lot of money. The process went smoothly and I'm very pleased. The people were kind and easy to work with. The communication was wonderful and the man I worked with was very good.

I was trying to consolidate all our bills. There was no mortgage on the house. I inherited it from my parents and it's been paid off for years, but to get vehicles paid off and cut my payments down to one low monthly payment, getting a mortgage was the best option I had. Applying with AmeriSave was easy. The lady that I was dealing with in Tennessee was awesome. She would make sure that she would answer any questions I had and made sure all my paperwork was filled out correctly. I was impressed with her willingness to try and make sure that I get everything that I needed as far as questions. She went out of her way, as far as I was concerned, to even call me or text me to make sure that I was doing okay and understood everything. Overall, my experience is good and I'm getting my bills paid off. I’d recommend AmeriSave. The process was really easy. It's not as bad as everybody makes it sound it to be.

I knew about AmeriSave through social media and I just made my first payment this past month with them. The customer service has been amazing and my experience with AmeriSave went smoothly.

We have our house paid off and then we refinanced. I saw AmeriSave online, then I initiated the process and talked to them. I love people and I'll talk to people. If I can't understand them, I don't find it very nice to keep saying, "Huh? What?" I like clear communication and that was great with Wes, the rep we dealt with. I could understand him. AmeriSave's rates were a little high, but I don't know much about it. Our rate is at 8-something and after we cleared everything, I started getting more offers for less.

I found AmeriSave online and the loan officer who was assigned to me was excellent. I was impressed with his knowledge of the process. The rate and terms were high, which was about 100 basis points higher than what the other institutions were allowing. But the service was exceptional, which helped me make the decision to go with AmeriSave. One thing that could be better is their website, specifically the registration process and the ability to set up automated payments.

There was some miscommunication with Amerisave. They just couldn't understand how I wanted things. I initially had asked for money a certain way and they said, “Let's just pay off the biggest one." But that wasn't the one I wanted yet. There was an older one that I was making $500 a month payments on. I wanted that one paid off. But instead, they paid my car off, which was half the amount of payment. I really didn't save a lot of money picking them over anybody else. Also, when they wrote the checks wrong, I tried to send them back and have them corrected, but they didn't wanna deal with me. But the reps I worked with were very nice.

AmeriSave reached out to me after I had shown interest in getting a loan for a second mortgage. At first, the process was very stressful. I had a trillion phone calls from a trillion companies all day, every day. It was like borderline harassment. But that stopped once I closed with AmeriSave. The reps were very easy to contact, answered any of my questions quickly, and laid everything out easily. There was constant communication and they worked with my work schedule. We texted and emailed and there was a response within a few hours every time. They were very kind. I was impressed with the professionalism of the rep, who is a local guy. He was very down-to-earth and made me feel comfortable. AmeriSave saved me when I was in hard troubles. It helped me get out of it and it was very quick and painless. Overall, it was a great experience.

I dealt with a couple of different people at Amerisave and my experience went pretty smoothly. They seemed professional. The rate could have been lower, but I wasn't at the point to go shopping around. I had a portal that I could refer to and go into. And that was fine, as well. I’d recommend Amerisave.

AmeriSave offers comparable rates to current ones. My dad started the process with them, and then I took it over. The customer service I received was great.

I’ve been with Amerisave for two months now and their customer service has been good. They sent something in the mail about refinancing our home and we just called them and went from there.

I'm a current customer. My primary mortgage is with AmeriSave and I took out a home equity loan. It was easy and I had no problems. Everything is great. That's why we came back. The first one was easy and this one is even easier. Through the whole process, it was fine. It took a couple days total, but it didn't take me long to do the initial and the communication was excellent.

We got AmeriSave's flyer through the mail and when I applied for a new loan, the experience was wonderful. Communication was great and there was no problem. What we went through was no hassle at all and it was wrapped up in two weeks.

Amerisave's customer service team did a great job. Things were very seamless and easy, and the people I dealt with were very professional. We got squared away about six weeks ago.

The service provided during my application at Amerisave was good. The loan officer who helped me was excellent too. The rates they provided were acceptable as well.

July 1, 2025. I have never needed to tap into equity until recently. I didn't really know where to start & interest rates are high. Amerisave had an A+ on BBB. IT'S A SCAM, IN MY OPINION LOAN SHARKS! I was looking to consolidate $13,791.26. They offered to finance an extra $10,000=$23,791. I was only able to talk to the paper shuffler, except once. I have an excellent credit score. I paid $500 to lock in an interest rate of 8.375%. Ends up fee was 9.15%, closing costs $2742.00; cash to close $10,950. In reviewing their information they NO LONGER charged a FEE, only locking in a rate.

I absolutely do not recommend! I have been in my home for 10 years (new build), never refinanced and thought that I would take 40K out to do some upgrades (deck, patio). I contacted Amerisave based on the reviews. To me, it is VERY Bait and Switch and pressure to pay the NON REFUNDABLE $500 lock in rate. The first set of numbers looked too good to be true, so I questioned it. I paid the $500 and then the next set of numbers came, the mortgage payment was $1000 MORE with $36k to me.

Amerisave Mortgage Review – A Complete Nightmare. This has been, hands down, the most awful mortgage experience we have ever had—and we’ve bought and refinanced over 15 homes. It started out fine with the first loan officer, who seemed helpful and got our paperwork done quickly within the first week. But everything after that was a disaster.

AmeriSave reached out first when we were looking for an equity loan on our house. They were able to do everything we wanted. We just continued our work with them. I think everything was good. We have no issues. I was very pleased with everything.

I did a cash-out refinance through AmeriSave. I don’t know if easy is the word, but they made it easy. The whole process took a little under a month. I don’t think they could’ve done any better.

My experience doing a HELOC with AmeriSave was excellent. They have friendly people who are available and always there to help. And anytime you have a question, they respond immediately.

We were looking to do some home improvements and I didn't want to suck up all my savings or use credit cards. So I just thought it'd be cool to just go out there and get an equity loan.

Everyone at AmeriSave did a great job in helping me. It was a good experience. I wanted to save some money. And I saw them in an ad online. The whole process took about a week and it was easy. The rep helped me a lot and she cared about how we got our paperwork done. I only have one bill to pay now, so I'm good.

I wanted to do some home remodeling. I went with Amerisave because of their interest rates. Their mortgage broker was awesome and cool. He worked really hard and made the process enjoyable. The process took a couple of weeks and I was in and out at that time.

I had a bad experience with Freedom Mortgage when I applied to get a VA refinance. I told them I wanted to fix some gutters, replace a kitchen floor, and remodel a bathroom. They said okay. They sent out a VA appraiser and the appraiser said, "Okay, everything's fine. I approve you, except for you have to fix the kitchen floor, the gutters, and the bathroom." So I was forced to look for someone else.

AmeriSave was great. They're friendly and it was timely. It didn't take forever. The rates and terms were decent for what we got going on now.

I was waiting at the vet and I got a call from someone. They asked me a couple of questions, and it sounded like something that would work for us at the time, so I decided to go with AmeriSave.

AmeriSave responded quickly, was respectable and kind going through the process. Everything went through, smooth, and quickly. It was great. Everything was online and I had two of their reps in full contact the entire way. I'd recommend them, but once it starts getting into finance, check with your current financial situation and people first.

The application process didn’t take long. It was three weeks from application to finish, but the communication was horrific. After I was approved for the loan, the communication fell apart.

This was my first time buying a house, and it went great. We didn’t have a lot of issues with it. The entire lending process probably took two months, if that.

I am currently refinancing with AmeriSave. My communication with them was great. It was the appraisal and getting all that stuff done that took the longest. It took about two months because we had a bad snowstorm here so we couldn't really do anything for a week and a half. Overall, it was good and everything went smoothly.

Everything went fine with AmeriSave Mortgage. I had a home loan with them, and the application process was good. It was quick. It's probably about three weeks.

My debt was paid off when I did a debt consolidation with AmeriSave. It was a fairly quick and easy process. The worst part was gathering all the documents and waiting for the inspection. From start to finish, it took up to six weeks. I had two main people and they were both very helpful. Any time I had any questions, they were right there to answer, and if I had any concerns, they were on it. The rate was also better than I thought it was gonna be. I can't say enough about them. They really helped me and got me out of a bad spot. I would recommend it to my friends and family if they were in the same market.

I had already tried Rocket Mortgage and the underwriting department was taking too long for the loan, and AmeriSave made it happen. They were really thorough and answered the questions. The process went smoothly with no hiccups, so it was quite nice. AmeriSave had a better rate and terms than Rocket Mortgage did.

Unfortunately I can't give a ZERO! Beware of the constant bait and switch adjustments and the NON-REFUNDable Hurry before it's to late $500 rate lock fee. Funny how the numbers constantly change and the handoffs to offer LOAN OFFICERS, MANAGERS, and desk title monkeys! If you are reading this ask yourself, can you find better? Yes, I got turned down after going through all the hoops and requested a refund for the $500 immediately since I sent in everything they asked for and re-asked, then out of the blue, the phone call. A manager who could have easily stopped this mess in the beginning instead of leading on. Three sets of loan proposals, all different, but hey, I found a better deal. Oh, and, NO ONE reach out or returned my calls about the refund. Enjoy the games.

My experience with AmeriSave has been deeply frustrating and far from smooth. From the beginning, there were repeated communication delays, and I was asked to re-sign the same documents multiple times on their platform. The notary even forgot to have a required document signed, which triggered additional back-and-forth just to get that corrected. Worse still, AmeriSave sent an incorrect payment amount to Wells Fargo. I raised concerns multiple times, flagging that something seemed off because my Wells Fargo account wasn't reflecting the payoff. Despite my warnings, the issue persisted--leading to a situation where they were asking me to pay $6,000 out-of-pocket for an apparent property tax payment with only a possibility (not a guarantee) of being reimbursed from the escrow account. Ultimately, I was able to get them to cover this fee with the title company.

I really hate when “people” call me repeatedly for weeks on end with absolutely no idea of what they could possibly offer me. Might be a great company, I don’t know, but from what I can tell, they don’t actually know either. Please, please, please… gods of the random calls, please I beg of you, leave me alone.

I tried to refinance with AmeriSave, but I was declined. First, they emailed me, and I called them. They did an appraisal, and they wanted me to get new rails for two steps. I would then need to power wash or repaint my cement steps in my patio. I couldn’t do it as I’m financially strapped.

Over the years, I've dealt with several mortgage companies. We've bought two houses, but your mortgage also gets sold and it changes hands. Of all of them, AmeriSave seemed to be the easiest to deal with. There are several I would not recommend to anybody, but I've never had any issues with AmeriSave over the years.

The process at AmeriSave Mortgage for our second mortgage was super easy and convenient. The whole process from start to finish was 10 days total. They contacted me on a Saturday night, and got a processor on the phone that same night. Things moved quickly and it was really helpful because it was exactly what we needed to happen. Their representatives were really responsive when I had questions. They were upfront and easy to work with.

I just joined with AmeriSave Mortgage about two weeks ago. The customer service was really good, and the application process when I obtained a mortgage was good.

Amy was the top employee for the best Customer Service. All the others involved were great, but Amy was there for anything. She even reached out to me on her day off when I was kind of in a panic to make sure my questions were answered. When Amy told me that they would be able to pay off all my bills and save me about $1000 a month, that was no lie. In actuality when it was all completed, they saved me over $1400 a month.

These people are very professional and extremely helpful through the entire process. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to refinance your home loan or get a line of credit to do updates. The team that we worked with was Greg and Roger. Both were exceptional and so understanding. Went the extra mile to get us done.

I refinanced with AmeriSave a while back and the process was very smooth, from communication, start to finish. The application only took a week. And in terms of pricing, they were the best in the market at the time.

Everything went very smoothly and nicely with AmeriSave. Setting it up went fine. It's just a little awkward doing it all online while trying to download different documents. And some of the documents they asked us seemed overkill.

We were going through all our tax papers from the ’80s, and we found that we had a loan with AmeriSave Mortgage years ago. We decided to contact them again because a storm in California tore everything up, and we had to put a new roof on, but the insurance wouldn’t pay for it.

I reached out to AmeriSave first on the internet. I sent in a request online. They have the term limit that I was looking for– the length of time to finance. 15 years was the most we wanted. And the interest rate we got was about what our credit score allowed. And I have checked interest rates. It's the second mortgage loan I've ever had. And the one I just paid off back last June was a 3.1. And it was double that.

I inquired, and the guy who responded was just knowledgeable and a good salesman. The setup was fine and didn’t take long. The rates were a little higher than I was hoping, especially on the refi or equity side, but there’s a lot of volatility with mortgage rates.

I started with my current mortgage supplier, and the rate wasn’t that good. I shopped around online and went with AmeriSave because of the loan manager, Greg. He was personable, asked more questions, and laid out how the process would work. He didn’t make any mistakes like a couple of other people did when quoting products for me. It was just his level of communication with me, and once we got down to the rate that I was looking for, it was a done deal. The whole process for this second mortgage took less than two weeks.

I’m 72 years old and handicapped. And my wife and I were looking at selling our house and then moving into an apartment, but I just don’t wanna move. It’s too much work. Even though the house is too much to take care of, that was just a no. We have neighbors who have kicked in, and they’re doing our yards. And so, we get along well. So, we just decided to get the house fixed. That way, if we decide to sell it in five years or so, we can still do it.

When we refinanced our home in 2020, AmeriSave had the best rate, and they were very easy to work with. So when we took out a home equity loan, we immediately contacted them. The process of obtaining the mortgage with AmeriSave was super easy. They didn't need as much from us as we've had to do in the past for a mortgage. The primary application was done within three hours and then it was another week until we had our decision. The young lady I worked with was incredible as well. She took her time to figure out what would fit us best and work for our needs. We were consolidating some things and doing some home projects. She just made sure that we had everything we needed covered. Two other gentlemen worked with us once we finalized the application and they were also really easy to work with.

The application process was okay as long as I got to a supervisor. But as far as going through the whole setup with getting all the paperwork done and getting all the copies to them, it was a struggle. I don't know if it was because that's the way it always had worked or not. But once I got somebody that I could talk to and who understood me, it went great. The whole process took a little over a month and I was satisfied with the rate and terms. It went good.

I had a great experience with AmeriSave. It's my second time with the same crew and everybody helped me a lot. It was a quick process. It took about 30 days to do everything and both reps were informative. They were really easy to work with. Every time I call, they reply. They are really quick with responding emails, too. AmeriSave keeps changing my servicing company. I’ll get everything set up with one, and then I receive a letter saying my loan has been transferred to another. I got another notice today, and everything changed on April 30th, with my first payment due on May 1st.

One of if not the worst mortgage company I ever tried to work with. Asking for paperwork from 30 year ago. A few of the people were very nice and helpful. A lot were just downright rude And didn't care either way. Just being honest.

I did some rate shopping and ended up online with AmeriSave. The process was very easy to go through. Application took a week. They had real good follow-up and interacting with the representative was very good. He kept me advised of what was happening during the whole process. He was very good at informing me of everything I needed to know.

I got a loan for updating and remodeling. I talked with them on the phone and went through everything. AmeriSave Mortgage sent me all the forms and stuff. I could read over everything that I wanted to do. And they worked with us, because I'm on a fixed income. I only own the place jointly with my daughter and my brother-in-law. So they were looking into all our credit ratings. Sometimes it got a little complicated, but they got it figured out. It was very easy and very fast. It was one of the fastest ones they had done, like five days. The person who worked with me was very helpful. He went out of his way to get things straight and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. As far as the rate and terms, it's about as good as we can do, considering the economy and everything. Hopefully, it's gonna get better.

The online process was easy. I filled the initial application out myself but I did have the lender helping me. She was fantastic and very personable. She was very knowledgeable about everything and she answered all my questions.

The process of getting a second mortgage from AmeriSave was pretty straightforward. I got somebody on the phone who did a very good job answering my questions and overcoming whatever few issues. There weren’t any real issues. But she made it very simple and convenient.

AmeriSave got me what I needed to do some home repairs and it’s almost complete. All the people I dealt with were super friendly, and helpful. They kept me updated, and I was able to get in contact with them without waiting a long time, which made the process easier and faster because I got quick responses.

I wanted a true HELOC, but it looks like I did not get a draw account like I wanted. This was not explained to me. I created my online account and made a payment with my remaining cash. Then realized I paid back too much. The online account chat bot told me this loan was not a HELOC! What?

Getting the mortgage was very good, and I had total support from AmeriSave in getting it. Considering I’m planning on selling my house and paying off the loan, the cost was okay. If I had intended to keep the loan for a long time, it would have been high. But with my plans, it worked out all right. I had a very good experience with them.

As for the terms, I was not too happy because it looks like it is going down especially the interest rate. But, I’m stuck to it right now whether I like it or not. So, I have to content with it. It was super simple, super easy. They have everything in one portal, and you just uploaded everything they needed. They did great. So it was amazing. All in all, I would say once I pulled the trigger and made the decision, it was less than two weeks. They did amazing. It relieved me in a lot of ways. I only have one bill to pay rather than three or four.

I just want to say one thing about this Company. BEWARE, do not use them and especially do not give them money down. I am a DISABLED VETERAN and was looking to consolidate some bills. After initial contact New Jersey, Then Texas, Then California I was told I didn't have the right information from Social Security. This guy was 3000 miles away, did not look or ask to look at my documentation. I told him to just hold up and I would get back to them. I requested a Refund 03/01/25 of the 500.00 I gave them to see if I qualify for the Loan.

To be accurate it couldn’t have gotten any better than my wonderful refinancing experience with AmeriSave. Rate 10 plus. Fast. Accurate and done. Everything! The entire staff from beginning to final signature was accomplished within 30 days. I appreciate the experience I had. My existing mortgage company could not fulfill my expectations but Amerisave did not hesitate.
