Everything was done online. They were very efficient and made the process easy on closing. Someone came to us with all the paperwork for us to sign. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. It was easy to set up automatic payments. Also if you have any questions they are quick to get back to us with the answer. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to refinance.

AmeriSave was my third attempt at working with a company. I had just looked it up on the internet, and they popped up as one that met my desired need of a second mortgage. The process was very good because they did it in just a couple of weeks, while everybody else had spent a month or more and hadn’t gotten me anywhere. 

I was looking for a second home, like a retirement home. The Realtor I contacted recommended AmeriSave. I had nothing but an awesome experience with them. I remember talking to someone, maybe named Corvin or Kevin. He was super friendly. While he was waiting on answers, we would just chat, and he was very patient. He answered all of my questions because I wasn’t sure I wanted to move forward.

I was doing an internet search, and AmeriSave was the first to call me back. The representatives I spoke with were knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. The application process was straightforward and simple. I also liked that they came to my location for the closing. They were very accommodating and reasonable. Overall, the process took about 45 days.

My bank wouldn’t work with me, and I've been their customer since 1976. But AmeriSave worked with me. The people that helped me secure the loan were very helpful, especially one lady who went above and beyond. I had a lien on my property through a solar company that went out of business, and I needed it removed in order to proceed with the loan. I was unable to communicate with them, and she did everything she could to help me. She got a hold of them, told them what I needed, so I was very grateful for that. The application process was simple, and easy with their help. It took longer than it should have because of that lien, but it was a smooth process.

I had a complicated underwriting process and AmeriSave was consistent, persistent, flexible and helpful. They were able to get the deal done. I had three mortgage providers competing for my business, and AmeriSave proved that they were the best team to work with. I was assigned to Mikael and I’m very grateful for him. He’s based out of Atlanta, so I applied online. He quarterbacked the underwriting and pricing portion of the deal.

Would not recommend this company for a Mortgage. Ran my credit report and told me to call her if I needed anything or if I had question, (Had great credit and owned my owned business) I tried to email and call for a week, Deb finally got back to me to telling what she needed after I called someone else in the office to see why she wasn't calling me back. There was no hurry on their part. She stated she was out all week. Don't you think you would have let all your clients know you would not be in. Not worth your time or your credit report being ran.

I just looked online for a mortgage provider and AmeriSave reached out to me. They seemed very helpful when I was looking for a refinance for home improvements. I had some really good helpers there who contacted me, went over the process, and answered all my questions.

The process with AmeriSave was fairly easy. Jeff, the representative who helped me, was really good. He was on top of it. The rate was a little high at this point, but they are what they are. I’ll take care of it soon.

AmeriSave was the first one that seemed interested to help me and responded to my request for information on mortgage. The lending process was close to a month and was done through texting. I gotta get a whole bunch of different things together. If they would have had more of a format that would show me what I needed in the beginning, I would have probably had it. The rep was very friendly and understanding though. He tried to help me as much as he could. When I had questions, I’d call him and if he didn’t have the answer, he’d call me back. But most of the time, he had it.

AmeriSave’s process was pretty easy. I just give them all my information and all the stuff they requested, and it went pretty fast. Their loan officer was great and their terms were good compared to others that I’ve seen.

I chose AmeriSave because of their rates and terms. Their process of maintaining the mortgage was simple, and their customer service was excellent as they followed up.

I had loaned my credit cards to some of my relatives that was in need. They got a little out of hand so I needed money to pay them off. I got the loan program for the mortgage and it’s been very helpful. Process was very easy and the application was very simple. The loan officer was very helpful, courteous and thorough in helping me.

Obtaining a mortgage through AmeriSave was okay as far as the process of the paperwork. Application is easy to use and customer service is usually right on point for the times that I’ve called. Their rate was a little high for my credit score but it still was quite beneficial for me to do it.

AmeriSave had good ratings and the application process wasn’t difficult at all. I’m not an online person, but once we figured it out and everything was good. The process took a little bit because they kept on needing stuff and I kept on having to get it them. I had to keep on running to certain places to be able to get it done.

Refinancing with AmeriSave was easy. The representative was nice and attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of. If I had any questions, she answered them. The application and underwriting process didn’t take long at all.

The process was very easy and convenient. My wife and I so appreciated it ‘cause we didn't have to get in the car and drive somewhere. The people at AmeriSave were knowledgeable and helpful. They were good with follow-up when I reached out and had questions, and they were very quick to get back to me. The rate was very competitive, and they were even able to get me a little below what they quoted me. I don't think there was anything they could have done better.

AmeriSave was one of the first to respond with reasonable rates. The process was very thorough, and everything they needed was clearly spelled out. It also happened fairly quickly. I had the names and contact information for the key people involved, and each of them was thorough in answering my questions.

Merrill at Amerisave resolved this for me, but I still wonder how in 2025, a company could not set up my loan for payment immediately.

I worked with AmeriSave for a refi. I went with them because of the way the mortgage broker spoke to me. I thought he was very open and professional, and obviously, the interest rate was quite appealing. It was slightly lower than others, but that wasn't the only driving force.

I first tried doing a refinancing through the company we were already with, but they told us we didn’t qualify. So, I started looking online at different mortgage companies and found AmeriSave. Someone called me back and gave me some information, and even though I had two different places going at once, we decided to go with AmeriSave.

We're veterans and AmeriSave had a positive rating with reviews and it said they worked well with veterans when I googled mortgage companies. I called and it was very easy. Before we went and started looking at homes, I wanted to make sure that I was looking in our price range so I asked what we qualified for and they were helpful. We've been with them since 2016 and we’ve dealt with Lauren. We really had a great relationship with her. She was quick to answer any questions, to respond and call. It wasn't just done by email, you actually got to speak to a person. The customer service was outstanding.

I had about three companies, but chose AmeriSave based on their high ratings. They were comparable to others’ rates and terms, but that was expected. The application and underwriting process took about three weeks and it was quick and easy to obtain the mortgage. Their website was very easy to work with, too. The online application was very simple. It wasn't hard to fill out and it didn't ask for many documents. Communication was great as well. The young lady who started the application, her knowledge and professionalism stood out. Once it was turned over to underwriting, both of the reps did a really great job. One went on vacation, but he referred me to his manager, who called me about the process. It was very seamless. Overall, Amerisave is one of the best I've dealt with. I am very satisfied.

I’ve had two mortgages through AmeriSave. I thought it made sense to just try to keep all my apples in the same basket so I just continued with them. Some of the supporting documents I supplied weren't sufficient, but once everything got straightened out, we were able to move forward and it was approved. David was who I was in contact with on a very regular basis, and there’s another guy. Every time they're on the phone with me, they're very knowledgeable and experienced on what they're trying to help me with for us to achieve that second mortgage. When I reach out for any kind of help, insight or any questions, even if they were unavailable, it was the same day response. If there's something they could not do or provide for me, they were able to set me up with somebody that was able to assist me in my journey.

I went with AmeriSave Mortgage simply because they were available, and I have good credit. The customer service was fair and it’s good. Regarding rates and terms, this is the second one. They got it as low as they could, but they took care of what I needed to get done. The only thing was when they changed the name on the insurance policy, they removed the first name and I had to call the insurance company to get the first name added back.

The two gentlemen I dealt with from AmeriSave were amazing. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and treated me with care and respect. The whole process took no more than two weeks and they called and sent emails to keep me informed. Everything was easy and they walked me through every step of the way.

I chose AmeriSave for a home equity loan because of their good rates, quick process, and very responsive to answer any questions. The application process was very simple and streamlined, and really easy to get through. It took about a month, fitting my timeline perfectly, and customer service was very good.

AmeriSave was competitive and informative. They answered my questions and they did everything they needed to do to help obtain my mortgage. I filled out the application, did what they asked me to do, and gave them the information they needed. We got it done and it was very simple and easy. The entire process took a total of a week. The loan officer took a lot of care of what he was doing. He had lot of pride in his work and made sure he got everything done and that I was well informed. He did a great job. Everything went very smoothly. I have no complaints.

That's the first time I'd ever done anything like that and AmeriSave was recommended to me by a friend. Micah did a really good job. He explained everything to me, how it worked and the advantages of it. I was good with it, and I felt comfortable doing it. So, he made it easy. Customer service was excellent. I was new to that, kind of nervous, and they answered all my questions. If they missed my call, they’d called me right back.

I did an equity line of credit with AmeriSave so I could buy my parents' house. Their online application process was fine and it took a month to finish everything. The rate and terms were absolutely horrible, but that's not their fault.

I looked into a second mortgage to pay off another one with higher interest and to take out a little extra money for home improvements. My debt ratio was really close, and nobody would give me a break. AmeriSave had me pay off some of my debt to bring the ratio down, because otherwise no one would work with me.

AmeriSave is my current mortgage lender, and I recently did a HELOC with them. The process was good, though a bit involved, and what I expected. Everything took about a month. They were very professional. It’s been great working with them.

Process was ok however there were too many repetitive actions and sometimes it was difficult get an agent to answer questions. Overall very nice People to work with, very helpful in many ways. Applying and traversing the path for a mortgage can be overwhelming at times even when you think you got all your ducks in a row, Bart and Clayton were my contacts at Amerisave and were so supportive of me. I'm sure I vexed them at times especially Clayton but they got me to the finish line. I couldn't have asked for better supportive partners in this process. I highly recommend Amerisave Mortgage.

The 2 main people, Korbyn & Lisa, people were professional at all times. Overall I am satisfied with the Refinance, although it took about 6-7 weeks to complete. I had only expected it to take 3-4 weeks. The Home Appraiser was also fair with her appraisal; It was not quite as high as I had expected, but it was a fair Appraisal.

Mike was so good that I am going to refer him to all of my friends. Mike was very pleasant and respectful of all my questions. He did a great job keeping me informed. AmeriSave is lucky to have him. Working with AmeriSave was a great experience. Their agents are knowledgeable and always call you back quickly if you have a question or concern. Best experience I have ever had with refinancing. I highly recommend, call AmeriSave first and you won’t need to call anyone else ever. AmeriSave is an excellent company to work with and take care of you all the way to closing.

It was pretty good. Everything was exactly how we expected it. We originally had an FHA loan, and once we did the refinance, AmeriSave bought out the mortgage from The Money Source, and they took over from there. AmeriSave kept giving us a good rate and we just trusted them ever since. We have historic low rates right now on our mortgage. The application process wasn't difficult. It's just signing in, logging in, and it's a secure portal, so there were extra steps, but it was straightforward. The representative that reached out to us seemed very confident that he could get us a loan, we just went from there, and it was exactly as he explained. There were no doubts or anything.

I was trying to get a second mortgage to clear up all my bills. I worked with two reps from AmeriSave, and they were both very professional and understanding. When I got to ranting and raving, they listened. They tried to help me as much as they can to simplify paperwork and get required documentation. They bent over backwards to ensure that I received the approval by following up. If I would have to do it over again, it would have to be them because they did a good job.

I was looking for a HELOC to refinance my property, and AmeriSave seemed to have a better, quicker up-front response than anybody else I found. Their rates were reasonable, too. The interest is a little high, but everything’s a little high right now, and their price was right on par compared to everything else.

AmeriSave said our mortgage is approved, so we never shopped around. They has good customer service. Obtaining the mortgage was not difficult, and the terms and rates are fine.

AmeriSave had good reviews online, so I went with them. I got a second mortgage through them. The process was fairly simple, and it took less than a week if I take all the days out in between. The rate and terms were market-friendly. The people I worked with had very positive attitude. The lady that helped me, in particular, should get a raise because she did a wonderful job.

The people at AmeriSave told me everything that was going on, kept me in the light, anything that changed, I was notified. The process was simple and easy to navigate. I didn't have any issues with it. The guy was amazing. I'm one that reads through the fine prints and numbers and any discrepancies I had, I would talk to him. If he didn't know exactly what was going on, he found out why numbers were switched, what was done. He would even respond to me after-hours. Because of what I worked, sometimes I didn't get to read them until later on in the evening, and he would still respond back to me that same day. I've already refinanced with them at the beginning of last year, and then I did it again towards the end of last year, I thought that it should have moved a lot smoother than it did, considering nothing of mine had changed, other than the value of my house. The first time I did it, it took a little longer because I had started with another mortgage company that jacked me around and I ended up with AmeriSave. But the second time around, they had all of my information already and nothing had changed, so I thought that we should have been able to get it done within three weeks. It took about a month and a half.

AmeriSave called me and I happened to talk to a nice young lady. I signed up for the HELOC and the process was easy. I didn’t think it was gonna go through because I didn’t know that they can pay out something because everybody else was denying me. I just did what they told me to do and it was no problem.

We've had a mortgage with AmeriSave for about five years. It was a home equity line of credit. The process with them was quick and easy. It took a couple of days because I was gathering all of my documents. Initially, I started the request online. They gave me a call and walked me through everything over a phone call. Everybody at AmeriSave are experts in their own area that we worked with. It was a great experience.

The process with AmeriSave was brutal. As someone who owns multiple properties, I found the documentation unnecessary and there were too many hands involved, which led to a lot of back and forth and confusion in the portal. AmeriSave wasn't offering something better than other companies, but I stayed because of the relationship I built with my initial representative, Tate. He was true to his word, met my expectations, and went above and beyond to correct hiccups and even hiccups caused by other people who were not up to speed. If it wasn't for everyone else stepping on his toes, I would have been happy, but the overall experience was a 2 out of 5.

AmeriSave explained things to me and they worked with me. I felt they were offering more compared to others. They also broke down the process for me and explained what was going to happen and where it would be sitting in the future. They explained everything to me in layman's terms. They also had a reasonable rate that was comparable in the market. Everything worked out great and I'm in a better situation than I was before.

I achieved what I needed to do with AmeriSave. The process didn't seem long, but they needed every piece of information that you could get. As long as I could get all the information I needed, it was a done deal. Not everybody can get all the information that they need, I just happened to. But when I had questions, I’d call and they’d answer, so customer support was good.

The guy I initially talked to at AmeriSave was really helpful. It was for an equity second mortgage. The communication was good, and the rate and terms were fine. I knew what was out there, so I was happy with it. I just thought everything took too long, as it took about two months from start to finish.

He gave me good information about how it would go. He didn't try to press me to get a loan. He let me make my own decision where I want to go and was very informative. He was very friendly, had good customer service, and was transparent on what I'm trying to do and didn’t hold back. The lending process took two weeks and it helped me in the time when I really needed to get something done. It was a good experience for me. If somebody was looking to get a loan, I would advise them to go to AmeriSave.

I called several companies, and they weren’t interested in helping me. It was just too complicated, and my credit score was over 800. When I talked to AmeriSave, they sounded professional. I was happy to have them because I was getting frustrated trying to find a lender.

I just filled out a quick form to find out the rate. I got a call from an absolute jerk. He was pushy. I asked him can know what the rate is. He kept asking questions and getting information. I answered all questions but he still would not provide the rate. I asked him politely what the range of the rate is acknowledging that it will vary depending on verification. He gave me such a high rate. I said that probably would be too high. He hung up on me. What a jerk.

We were talking with Trevor **. Got to the end of the process. We didn’t like that he was charging us for points. He didn’t tell us about the points. He then took $584 off my card then after we asked for a refund he then said I signed where it said no refund. He’s deceptive and a liar. Please don’t use him for refinancing or anything. It’s not over. We will be contacting a lawyer and their head counters ASAP. We're not blaming the company but he’s not to be trusted. READ EVERYTHING he send to you. Don’t sign nothing!!!

Everyone I talked with was very knowledgeable about what I wanted to do. They would answer those phones. When I called, they would call back and give me the answers. I was looking for when they said they would call back. Guiding me through the whole process. Very highly recommend. The team at Amerisave.

My experience with Amerisave was good. I wanted to refinance and their application process was good.

AmeriSave Mortgage was the only one that could work with our unique situation. We had very high credit card debt, and we wanted to take out a little more money to work on our house. Our rep, Jeff, was very easy to work with. He kept us up-to-date and let us know everything that was going on. When he requested something, we gave it right to him and he let us know he got it right away. It didn't take very long. AmeriSave did everything we could possibly ask for and did all the leg work. The rate was very reasonable as well. I found a lower rate somewhere else, but with our situation, we had to give and take a little bit. If we had to go two interest rate percentage higher from 8 to 10, that was no big deal.

AmeriSave was always available and made a laborious process as easy as possible. Getting a loan is like buying a house. People gotta get all the docs. I spent two years getting divorced from a high-powered attorney, and I know about paperwork and discoveries. I'm setting up a trust for my mom's estate right now and it's the same deal. People gotta be relentless and do the work. I wanted to do the work, but AmeriSave made it really easy to do that work.

We had a good experience with Amerisave. They were a lot easier. The other companies wanted me to mortgage my home instead of just getting a HELOC. The guy we worked with was also very helpful. The guy helped us walk through it and gave us his personal number. If we had an issue, we could call him. It was great customer service.

AmeriSave was the first people I reached out to and I did a little bit of research on them. I didn't see anything bad about them. I run a business and I don’t have a lot of time to window shop. They seemed intelligent and responsive. My loan officer was great. He was helpful and very personable. Sharon, my loan processor, was very good. She was very on top of calling me every three days. Everything went well until we got down to the nitty-gritty with the terms and what I was trying to do and it just kept getting backed up for different reasons. But it wasn’t anybody’s controllable reason. It was just with the requirements that AmeriSave has to satisfy to protect people from predatory lending. They have to cross their Ts and dot their Is. It was all done over the internet.

Amerisave called me when I was looking for options, and their customer service was really good about walking me through if I had questions. I did a second mortgage, and the process was quick and easy. The one dude I worked with, Brett, was good with his communication. AmeriSave is easy to work with.

I called Amerisave and spoke to a young lady. She hooked me up with a broker and it was a very easy process. If I reached out to them, they responded. They kept me updated through everything and in the loop.

I did a loan with AmeriSave Mortgage to consolidate debt. The online platform that they have informs you of what's needed and is very easy to use. This is my first time doing something like that where I had a full online platform to see where I was in the process and what was needed, and it was a good experience. The communication was good as well. I knew who I needed to contact. Originally, I had started with a different rep. The second time, I had Justin who was great. The first time probably would've saved me some money in the short term. The estimate of credit score the first time was significantly lower than what I found it to be once I did a pull myself and they ended up putting some extra steps in the process from the first time that I contacted them. But once I got in contact with Justin, it was a lot sharper and better. Overall, everything was well done and my questions were answered.

I previously had a loan with AmeriSave and I was getting a mortgage to buy a new place to live. AmeriSave was professional and handled things well. They were able to get the loan closed on time. There was a lot of pressure and they did a good job.

The guy, Ryan, and another rep were exceptionally nice. They knew what they were talking about and basically said, "We're here to work for you to try to get the best things accomplished for you. So, just let us know what we need to do." That's what sold me, and everything was perfect. All we had to do was go through the process and look for what was best for me. It was a quick process, and my experience was super. If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose AmeriSave again.

I got a call immediately after I submitted the questionnaire AmeriSave had online. I talked to one guy who took the application then he told me he was gonna get me over to his agent. The other lady took over and she took care of the rest. I was dealing with another mortgage company before AmeriSave and I paid off a bill in 2008 but the guy wouldn't sign anything because I couldn't find the receipt saying that I paid it off in 2008. But once I got with AmeriSave, the guy said they were not gonna ask me all the questions, and he took care of me. I could have gotten a lower interest rate though. I had almost 800 credit score, but I only got a 6.5 interest rate. I'll try to refinance it later.

The rep, David, was great. I dealt with another lady named Tammy and she had a little problem calling me back, but she was all right. The lending process took two and a half weeks, and everything was fine. The rate and terms could be lower, but overall, AmeriSave is great.

When we researched mortgage brokers, AmeriSave came up in the top three. We also liked that our mortgage officer was close to where we live. The process was easy as far as getting things uploaded. But the harder part was all the red tape that went along with it. We had some issues with the title and it was something that I addressed at the beginning. I was told not to worry about it but then it was something that we had to worry about. It would have been nice if they had been more forward in regards to that.

The process was very easy. It happened over the course of two weeks, but it was on the phone or texting, and in total, it took about six hours. All in all, AmeriSave seemed very professional and easy to deal with. The communication was good too.

I got a loan through AmeriSave. Initially, I did a Google search and my email came up as a result, then I got a call from a loan originator. I was dismissive at first, but as we started talking, I thought, “This guy really knows his stuff, and he's doing his job.” I was impressed enough not to even go any further. I could have done a lot of comparisons and chasing down a lesser interest rate, but I decided I needed a level of trust and he facilitated that. The two guys I worked with were excellent. The process took less than three weeks, between 10 and 20 days, and it went extremely well. I'm going to start making my payments in December.

I did a HELOC with Amerisave, and the two guys who helped me, Mike and Jesus, were awesome. They were on it with emails. However, it seemed like AmeriSave didn't want to believe my income verification. I'm disabled and I have a private policy through my company. It pays me quite a bit of money. It seemed very hard for them to believe it. I was sending in the same documents several times explaining it to them.

I looked up HELOCs and AmeriSave popped up and I talked to them about it. I did a refi and it went really smoothly. I did a lot of it while I was at work on my phone. The process was a lot easier compared to when we first bought a house. Every week, the hoop got smaller and the flame got bigger. We jumped through to get everything done. This time, there was no stress. I was calm and comfortable.

I was looking for a HELOC and had found one company that was gonna do it one way, but I didn't like their rates for a short period of time. As I was going through the process, I found AmeriSave through Experian. I reached out to them and the representative that I spoke to initially, Chris, answered so many questions for me in a manner that made me feel comfortable to continue pursuing the HELOC with them. They estimated the value and identified the amount that I was looking to do for a HELOC in the type of HELOC that I wanted. Then I got sent over to a mortgage specialist and their name happened to be Chris as well. Once I got with him, it was a matter of credit report. We went through all of the necessary documents to move forward. Working with him was great. He was so personable and relatable.

I was looking to do a refi to pay off some bills, and I happened to see AmeriSave's ad online. I looked into the company a little bit and went with them. Their process was pretty simple. I spoke to the mortgage guy for half an hour on the phone. Anything they needed, they have a portal where I could upload the documents, and it was very easy. I had to send them all my basic information then they ran my credit. I also had a couple of other loans that I wanted to pay off in the process. They pulled all that information up and took care of everything. They had to send it all through the different processes, then once it all came back, they told me how much I was getting, what was being paid off, and what was coming back to me in cash.

We did a cash-out on some of our equity with AmeriSave. We got a 9% rate with a 30-year term, but we can pay more. There's no penalty. The process took a couple of weeks which wasn't real long. I've had very good relations with AmeriSave. I found them originally through online, and they offered good rates. I was already doing one mortgage with them when I did a home equity loan for my mother. Initially, I dealt with Discover Card and they were incompetent. They said Fannie Mae still owned the mortgage on the house. I said, “No. They don't, ‘cause I paid off Fannie Mae in cash,” but they wouldn't even change anything. They said, “Nope. That's what we have.” I wrote AmeriSave ‘cause they have my mortgage. I said, “Do you know what they're talking about?” They said “No. Even so, we can beat their rate.”

I was on Google looking to see if I qualified for a refinance, and AmeriSave came up as one of the options. I got a call that morning from one of their agents at about eight o'clock. I put the request in at 5:30 so I was very pleased of a quick turnaround. The process with AmeriSave was excellent. I've owned homes ever since I was 23 years old. I've never gone through a refinance processing as seamless and as painless. I was surprised how quick we closed. Their agents would tell me what they need. They would direct me to the site. I would give them what they needed, and the turnaround was very quick. So, I was so impressed with the process. In 7 to 10 days, I had already closed and the money came really quickly.

I'm very happy with their rates and terms. But we had a lot of setbacks. I had to get a lot of information for them. I sent a message to them. They called me back and told me what they needed. I gave them some information. They said they needed some more stuff, so I gave them that. Then it was approved and we moved off from there.

The federal interest rate went down a week after I had signed, but that's not anything on AmeriSave. I would recommend them.

He was punctual and easy to talk to. The title guys were fast even straight down to my notary. It was great.

The gentleman was very nice and helpful. The closing costs were high. Other than that, the rate was good.

I have AmeriSave as my mortgage and recently did a second mortgage with them. I sent them the paperwork then they sent me the documents for me to review and sign. There was information they needed from my house insurance. They also asked me if I pay my taxes separately or through my mortgage, and I told them I pay it separately every year. The reps were cordial and diligent in getting back to me if I had a question. They were also diligent in processing everything that needed to be processed so everything was processed very quickly. That was the quickest I remember things getting processed, even going through getting my money issued to me after they did the second mortgage. I normally let them electronically deposit it, but my bank started charging fees for electronic deposit. This time, I let them hand me a check.

I was consolidating my debt and was turned down by my home bank of Bank of America. As soon as I finished my application online with Bank of America, I received a call from AmeriSave. That was odd but I was able to verify that they were who they said they were. I went with them and everything went seamlessly. I was very happy with their service. I had to be diligent about filling out this and that and making sure I got everything back to them in a timely manner, but they were great with their follow-up as well. When I called them to reach out with any questions, they were prompt in calling me back. The only thing is it takes money to make money. I had to pay 500 for the loan fees and $45 for a background check. If I didn't have a handy-dandy credit card and no money, then I wouldn't see how I would have been able to get that loan.

Everybody at AmeriSave Mortgage was fine. Also, it was a good rate.

I located AmeriSave on the internet and it worked out. I was glad to find them. The first person I talked to was very helpful. The customer service was good and I liked them. The process took about two months and I was happy with the way it went.

I used Amerisave before and they were easy to work with. This time, I switched my HELOC to a mortgage with the interest rates. The process was painless. It took two and a half weeks which was quick. The gentleman was very cordial. It was a pleasure to work with them.

The process was thorough. It took a little over a month and it was supposed to be a little bit less, but there was confusion between the rep I was dealing with (Conner) and the person handling the file and getting all the financials. She was trying to access the information more than once, which was aggravating. She was difficult to deal with and pretentious. Conner was amazing at first but he dropped off the earth. I was gonna get a HELOC from them, but he said they were not gonna make much money off it.

There was the initial one that contacted me based on what I filled out on the questionnaire and he walked me through all of the getting all the forms filled out and submitting my documentation because I have VA stuff and some other documentation that they needed from me. He quit about the last three weeks of it and there was a lady that I was dealing with that replaced him which didn't affect anything. Then I had another gentleman that I dealt with. It was a couple of emails and one or two phone calls.

AmeriSave worked very hard and was very competent and helpful. I had to collect all the information and I'm not real good with using computers, so it was difficult for me. But that's nothing on them. The rep was wonderful.

My mortgage has always been through Wells Fargo and I was gonna take a little equity out of my home but they did not do it. Then one of the ladies that worked there got in contact with someone from AmeriSave. I called the rep, told him what I needed, and everything took off from there. The people that came down for the closing when we were done everything didn't treat me like a stranger. They sat down with me like they've known me forever. They were there to do whatever I needed them to do. They were terrific. However, AmeriSave told me they had give the loan to another company and I'm a little confused on where I'm gonna be sending payments to. But payment got made last week so everything's going great.

It's been good so far with AmeriSave. I needed help and started off going to my bank and my credit union, but they wouldn't loan me money. AmeriSave was the first one that offered me something and I borrowed 25,000 from them. But it sucked that I had to lose some of the money to get the loan because they got fees to pay for off the top. There could also be less paperwork. I didn't understand why there was so much contract paper. I've never seen a bundle that big in my life when I've gotten a loan. I also sent my payment in late because I was trying to figure out how to fill out the automatic payment paperwork.

I was treated with respect and patience. They did explain the process and helped with all options. I was welcomed and treated like family. Communication was very good. No better than used car salesmen. Try to sell you one thing and then change it to another. When they determined that my VA loan was not attainable, they basically wrote me off, not even a conversation. What's odd is I was able to get a BETTER deal with my own bank, while they explained to me all of the reasons, I should be happy I was denied. AND I AM! I write this as I am taken back with how I was treated and the rudeness at the end, just literally ghosting me. Stay away from this company and keep your money in your pocket.

AmeriSave was very responsive and we were trying to get our credit up. So, we had a score that we were needing to get up, and they were also willing to work with us. I did the application online. It was easy. I did it right from my phone, and the person who originally got us into the application really walked me through it. I sat in my car, she was on the phone with me for maybe two hours, but we did the application together. It was great.

I would like to give a big kudos to Rami, my mortgage banker. I went through AmeriSave and he was very good, so was Taylor. They were very good in communicating with me and made sure I was informed about everything that was going on. I had no issues because of them. The application process with AmeriSave was very smooth. They pretty much handle everything behind the scenes and even if it's something that you may struggle with, they may go around and do it themselves with the proper information. Also, their payment and everything they suggested I will be paying were straight up and transparent. But one of the difficulties I had with AmeriSave was that they went through a previous lender and already had information in there and it took a little extra doing to have the actual loan show up. It was a little bit of a gap there. Other than that, I've already referred them to some people.

Amerisave did what they said they were gonna do. I sent them a message online and the next day, they called me. We just started working. Brent did everything he said he was gonna do. So, it all worked out. It worked out easy and in a timely, orderly fashion. I understand finance but they need all of this stuff. I would have liked if they just told me all the stuff they needed right up front. Also, I wish the rates were lower. But it is what it is.

Once you do one of those LendingTree things, look out. From the time I clicked submit on that website, it wasn't even 10 minutes before I started to get phone calls. AmeriSave was one of the first ones to call me. I talked to a couple of other ones prior to that, then I finally talked to Lucas from AmeriSave. He was very straightforward and knew what he was talking about. He walked me through A to Z about what would happen during the whole process, and we went through the pre-qualification quickly. Lucas was a cool and efficient guy. The biggest things were his personality, knowledge of the system, ability for me to get in touch with him if I needed to, and the responsiveness to emails. AmeriSave's portal was super easy too as well. The way they did everything digitally made life easy

We were looking for a home equity line of credit online, and one of the sites I went to had AmeriSave as highly rated. Beatrice was the first one to reach out to me when I reached out for more information and she got the process started. She was awesome. She helped us at the beginning, then another gentleman, Lucas, took over from her to get it to the finish line. He did an excellent job. Everybody was great from beginning to end and we had no issues.

We had done something with AmeriSave a few years back, and this time, the application was quick. However, they're more stringent on stuff and they kept asking for more and more documentation that was the same thing they already had. I gave them my W-2s, pay stubs, and bank statements, but it seemed like every day we had more things we had to locate and send in. My W-2 shows what I make and they have the most recent pay stub that shows it, but then they say, "We need the last one of 2022 and the last one of 2023." That's the same as the W-2. Other than that, the lending process for our renovation was simple, and the loan officer was good. He was short, to the point and, "If it's easy, tell me what you want, we'll get it done." I liked him. The loan helped us free up some money to do some other things with it.

The process with AmeriSave went smoothly. They did what they had to do. But when I would call and ask for a callback, I never got it. I could not pay the bill because I got scammed after I received the money. They took all my money. AmeriSave sent me a letter to send a check and the money for my payment but they wouldn't return my calls. Also, the paper that says to send it only has a fax number. It doesn't have the agency's name where you're supposed to pay. It didn't explain that. I'm 72 and dyslexic. That bothered me badly. I was sick because of what happened with the money. I didn't get the money back from the bank because they said I opened the account. It was my fault but it was a very devastating experience.

We inquired about a home equity loan a few months back and the AmeriSave reps were very friendly and answered all the questions. However, things weren't working out at that particular time. So when the time was right, here in the last month, we were able to get back in touch with the same gentleman, and he always made himself available. I wasn't blowing up his phone and calling him all the time. I would send him emails, because I knew that I was not his only customer. There'll be times when we might have a question, and it's a Sunday. I would send off an email, saying, “I'll probably get an answer sometime tomorrow morning.” No. Within two to three hours, I got an answer back. I knew that he was still monitoring his email and willing to help out his customers even when he wasn't working. That was awesome.

It took a little while and just like any major loan, they needed a lot of information and there were some hiccups along the way but it ended up being successful. They're very honest with you and keep you updated, which is really all you can ask for. My loan officer and the processor were very helpful, very easy to reach, and very helpful whenever I had any questions because I had a lot of them.

I got a better deal with AmeriSave Mortgage. The process could have happened a little quicker, but it worked within my time frame. AmeriSave's customer service was excellent. The communication was excellent. The mortgage people that I worked with, Drew and Chris, were good guys to work with. Kept me informed and up-to-date and constantly communicated. I got a VA loan, so I got a better rate than the going rate. But with our economy, I got a good rate.

I've purchased a home and I was trying to find the best vendor that worked with my need. I know AmeriSave from start to finish. Lin and everyone else I worked with were amazing. It was an easy process. They helped me stay on track by repeatedly giving me the call that we needed, "We have this document from you, but we need this." From top to bottom, it was a great experience for me. I'm a very busy person and they were able to work with me and get everything in the quick turnaround time. They helped me out a ton. I do some real estate too. I wanted to invest in the side of it. But I understand the market and, so far as what they gave me versus what's available on the market, I don't think I was at any disadvantage there. Amerisave has the fastest service. The original loan officer I worked with left. I had some issues with a check that was distributed but the other officer jumped in and was very helpful too. The term was okay but the rate was a little high. I've been in the business a long time and I have a mortgage for 2.5% and to pay 11 on a HELOC was a shock. But everything seems to be good so far.

I chose Tim, a loan officer, based on a family recommendation. We discussed the best options and I agreed with him, then he handled everything. He just said, "Sign these here." Anything he needed from me, I made sure to get over to him and he handled the rest. Overall, I was very happy with my experience with AmeriSave. They gave me the loan for the home that I was purchasing, and they helped with the home that I was selling as well. The underwriting process and everything else involved took about a month. It wasn't long or painful, and I was happy with the mortgage. Interest rates are high, but that's not a reflection of what AmeriSave offers as a product.
