I really appreciated about AmeriSave was their user-friendly online platform. It made it easy for me to upload all of the necessary documents and track the progress of my loan. I never had to worry about missing any deadlines or forgetting to send in important paperwork.

I did a refi and the application process was very easy. From the time I put my phone number in that website to the close and I had the money was less than three weeks. They were very quick. Michelle was the original person that I spoke with and she was very helpful with everything. All of her interactions were very kind and she presented different options to me that I could then take to my family member who's a mortgage broker to make sure I was feeling comfortable with all of it. She provided everything I needed.

When I tried to set up my automatic payments, I kept getting the message, "We're not able to set up automatic payments." It was frustrating. That was the only thing that I didn't like. Otherwise, I got funded and they responded to me very fast in a good way. I appreciate their website interface that allows me to see my amortization schedule. If I add in an extra thousand or a few thousand dollars in payment, then it redoes my amortization schedule right there, and I appreciate that very much. I have had a good experience with Amerisave so far.

The process with Amerisave is painless. All the documents you need to upload are super easy on the portal. They get reviewed quickly.

Amerisave was phenomenal. There was nothing that I asked that wasn't answered. They were patient. It was my first time doing a cash-out refinance and had a lot of questions. I wanted to make sure I understood the process and what was expected of me. Everything was explained very thoroughly and in depth. I like the diligence of communication. Some people may have some better offers and terms, but from what I needed collectively, this was the best for me. I wanted to change the terms of my loan from a 30-year mortgage to a 15-year mortgage. I didn't even consider that until talking with Amerisave and realizing that that was an option.

The application for the refi was simple and it was excellent with the rep who helped me. He was very communicative and let me know what was going on every step.

I had used AmeriSave in the past. I was trying to get financed. At first, I had to work on my debt to ratio income. Then when I was ready, I got my debt fixed. Then I just went back to AmeriSave because they were working with me and they had great customer service. I went with a VA loan. The loan application was fairly easy. It was all done through the phone, so it was a simple process. I went through the prequalification steps. Then I provided all of the documents associated with that. I got prequalified for a certain amount, but the home that I was looking for was at a higher value, so I went back and then I made some more moves as far as paying off a bill or two. I talked to my loan originator and he was able to extend that loan amount for me.

The application process at AmeriSave was quite easy and informative. Their customer service reps were also knowledgeable and professional. The rates and terms were fine, too.

It's easy to get a loan through Amerisave. The lending officer was great. She gave me her number. But when it went to the person that did the processing of it, it wasn't as personal. She didn't give me a number to call or any insight.

Chris from AmeriSave broke everything down for me and we tackled it one step at a time. First I applied and got the pre-approval, then I looked at houses with the pre-qualification letter. When I found the house I wanted, I spoke with AmeriSave again, then we started dealing with the underwriters and sending them everything they needed to get it finalized. From the time I talked to AmeriSave until I closed on the house, it was 30 days, but I was approved well before then. I was doing so much stuff jumping through so many hoops, but it was a great experience. I was really scared about my first home purchase at first, but they put me at ease.

AmeriSave got a high score on customer satisfaction and the interest rates were good, too. Working with them was really great. They were quick to respond, at least our rep and then his underwriter, and we had a really good experience. Everything, being online, was really efficient. It was good for us because we did DocuSigns and things that made the whole experience fast and easy. The loan processor was really good. We directed questions to her, and then she responded usually within minutes.

Getting a home equity loan from AmeriSave Mortgage was, overall, a good experience. They asked for some documentation. It seemed to my wife and I that they kept asking for information over and over again but eventually, we got everything together after I threatened to go to another company. They, all of a sudden, got their act together and the loan went through. It took two months overall. We thought the rates and terms were very competitive. They were in line with the rest of the companies. Also, they return their calls quickly. I'd recommend AmeriSave. I'd tell others to give them a call.

Setting up a mortgage with AmeriSave on their portal was easy. I also liked the confidence of the loan officer I worked with and the way he was able to describe his products. The process took 45 days. It was a little bit longer and that was only because of my association. I would recommend AmeriSave.

The process was very easy overall. It was all quick. But I didn't get a really good detail of what all the fees were and what they were for. From the very beginning, I asked about the fees and the rep told me, "What fees?" Then there was $7,000 worth of fees. Other than that, he was very good and responsive. The rates and terms were good. They kept trying to give us escrow and we kept saying, "No, we're gonna pay taxes and insurance ourselves." That was the only thing that kept popping up on the documents.

Chad ** and Germain ** were excellent to work with and made the application very easy and simple to complete. They walked us through the application process and let us know immediately what documents we needed to complete each step of the process. We couldn't be happier with their service.

AmeriSave’s rep took the time to explain thoroughly to both my wife and me the paperwork and process for signing documents, as well as the terms and details of the loan, making it very easy for us to feel comfortable signing off on everything. They went above and beyond. The application process being online, was very user-friendly, and easy to navigate and use. The descriptions of items that we needed to provide as well as what we needed to complete made sense. I've used other products before where it may not be quite as clear what they're needing you to do. AmeriSave's made sense and made it very intuitive to somebody who may not have a true finance background.

AmeriSave was able to not only match but beat the rate from Rocket. I worked with Drew over at AmeriSave and he was excellent. I applied for a basic 30-year FHA and everything I did was online, so it was easy providing the information to the mortgage broker. Drew walked me through what they needed and he was very attentive in taking care of what I needed to provide and questioning items that came up. He was also very responsive and if I called him, he would answer his phone on the weekends even if he was with family.

I got an equity loan from AmeriSave. It was just a lot of back and forth online and requiring information that they needed and I responded back to them. They were very helpful. The application was easy. There was a portal that I had to upload information and if something was inaccurate, my representative reached out to me either by phone call, text message or email within the same day. He was very friendly, very helpful and answered all my questions. He was very straightforward and easy to work with. I was impressed with his willingness to help out and figure out what the best policy and loan that was best for my husband and I. My life was easier and better with the loan. AmeriSave was easy to work with. They were willing to help and figure out what the best course of action was for me specifically. I was very comfortable working with them.

I had a really good experience with AmeriSave. I applied for an equity loan, and I really like the whole process. It took about a week and a half, which was a lot quicker than I expected, and it was very easy. It was very good communication, via call and email, and they're very friendly. I'd do them again.

I spoke with AmeriSave Mortgage when we were signing the paperwork and that person was wonderful. She met us in town.

We did a refi with cash out and it was done through the VA. Luckily, with the VA, it made everything a lot simpler than it has been in the past. My experience with AmeriSave was fantastic. I had a great time. The first woman I spoke with, Jessica, was outstanding. Angela took care of the rest. Everybody I talked to was right on the ball. It was also very fast. It took two weeks for the whole thing.

My experience with AmeriSave was smooth. As soon as I put in the application, within an hour, I got a response. They took care of all my issues and answered all my questions. They had open communication. They gave me their personal cell number so if I had any questions, I could contact them. I could also email them, too.

AmeriSave Mortgage was very good to work with. I worked with them because they had the lowest rate. Also, they were upfront with everything. They told me what was going on, kept me informed all the time. They closed it quickly and just as they said they would. After it was closed, they almost immediately sold the mortgage, which meant that I didn't even pay my first payment directly to them because it has been sold a couple of times already.

AmeriSave seemed to be very efficient. We did the process online. It was fine. The reps were super efficient. The rates were okay. There were other places that had better rates, but I didn't wanna start the process all over again. I'd tell others to use AmeriSave.

We owed some back taxes that we needed to pay. We had enough equity in the house, but we decided to do a cash out and pay everything off. Our Amerisave rep, Frances, walked me through the process. I told her that I needed to talk to my husband and that could she call back. I went over everything with my husband and then the rep called back. We talked about it and thought about it for a few days. Then I got in touch back with her and told her, "Let's get started what we needed to do." It was a painless and smooth experience. Frances went above and beyond. Any questions I had, she answered thoroughly. Even though she doesn't live around there, she told us, "I'm here if you need anything, if you're concerned about something." So when I couldn't get ahold of the other guy who was handling everything, I called her.

We talked with the agent that we contacted, and he was easy to get along and work with. Down to earth. Also, he quickly got me answers. AmeriSave's automated process keeps sending out bogus requests for information, and they need to improve that. They asked for information that wasn't due and was unavailable at the time. And since this process took months because of the contingencies on the contract, I got inundated three times a week. Also, the rate is high, because we still own another house that we're trying to sell, and we had to go with a less of a down payment. We only put 20% down. And we had to go with a longer term. So, our rate is higher than we'd like. But as soon as we sell the other house, we will refinance and get it back to what we want. Other than that, I'd recommend AmeriSave Mortgage.

AmeriSave Mortgage seemed to have the best option. They gave me a fantastic rate of interest. I spoke to a representative and he helped me through the process to say, “This is the rate of interest being offered. And with this much down payment, this is what it's gonna work out to.” The application process took 48. While I'm thankful for them to give me a rate of interest that was competitive, the experience has not been great. To try and get in touch with them has been a pain. I kept calling them. They refuse to answer. My first payment is due in April. “Please, can someone help set it up?” But no one is helping. I spoke to one person. And she said, “Your loan number has now been updated. Here's the email. You need to just click on that link and set it up.” The old loan number doesn't exist. I'm not able to set up a payment. And I've been telling them that I'm leaving the country in April. But nope.

AmeriSave Mortgage did what they were supposed to do. They seemed to do a good job. And I was happy with them.

I called AmeriSave, and I got a very nice person named Emily. She was quite nice to talk to. And so, I figured, "Well, if I'm gonna get the mortgage, I might as well get it with someone I like." Emily took me through step by step as to what to do. I just did whatever it was that I had to do and got the mortgage. From my experience, I was very pleased. They were very easy to deal with.

The whole process went smoothly. They kept me informed and I'm happy with them. My agent was straightforward. He gave me the answer that I asked for and if there was an alternative, he offered it.

The guy, Michael, that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and was able to get things through fast like I wanted. He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He tailored everything to what I wanted. The percentage wasn't the greatest but the economy is not the greatest either. But he got me the lowest as possible and he matched with what the other bank was gonna give me. Going through Amerisave is a lot smoother than going through a traditional bank. They're very communicative, and nice talking to all the time. When something changed, they immediately sent an email or they called. Also, their website was very easy to maneuver and upload stuff as they needed. It was simple and fast.

AmeriSave used some kind of online appraisal thing and I liked it. It was a little hard navigating their website but they had great customer service. I did a HELOC and I had the initial approval with the first application. And the process was very simple and straight to the point. I felt really comfortable with the rep I had and the rate was a little bit higher than other people I've talked to, but only at half a percent. They sold my loan out and I got to send my payment to the person that bought it. So, I had to set up an account with the company. It wasn't a hard process, but I had to change the payment setup.

I got a call from Eric, my loan person at AmeriSave and he really talked me through the process. I was impressed with his kindness and patience. I asked a lot of questions and he happily responded to all of them. The online application was mostly done by Eric. He filled in most of the blanks for me, so I didn't have to do it. Then, he connected me with the loan processor who got in touch with me twice a week, telling me everything that was going on, where everything was, and the items that were still outstanding. I received text messages asking me to check on things and to open and view the latest closing statements. Once everything was there, the closing was scheduled immediately. They came to my home and we signed the paperwork. The entire thing was done in three to four weeks and I was comfortable with through it.

I asked AmeriSave for what I thought was a fair value of borrowing against my house and it got approved. I waited it out through the paperwork, which took roughly 30 days, and I talked to a few different reps. They were all pretty friendly. I’d tell others that if they're in the market for buying a house, look to AmeriSave. If they're in the market for refinancing, definitely approach them just as well.

I got online and filled out the online application for a mortgage, and I was contacted by AmeriSave. I sent them the information they needed and talked to them about things, and then I was approved. The whole process ended up being spread out because of me finding the right house, but I was happy with how long it took. When I was ready, things went as fast as I expected. The AmeriSave reps were very helpful and professional and did what I expected them to do. The only thing I don't like is they must give your information away because I got a million mortgage offers and mortgage insurance offers in the mail and via phone calls based on filling out the application and getting the mortgage with them.

I kept trying to tell them that are on a certain document. I don’t get it until January and they kept emailing saying we need that we need that. I kept saying I don’t have it. The gentleman before this one had that information. They gave me the wrong numbers and addresses for me to send the checks to them. I’ve never had to do that so they had the date January 22 and when we finally closed it was in February. So by the time that they got the check to me and I called and tried to get the right address and the right phone number to the check came back and said to send it to this Department. Was sent to the wrong Department so that sent me back.

Tim and James not only answered our questions and concerns in a timely fashion, they went above and beyond to finalize my loan. Who returns phone calls afterhours, THEY do, that's who. I will be forever grateful to them and highly recommend them. Best customer service I've received from a loan office.

I used Amerisave before and the person that I was working with made things simple. I have talked with other companies and got so overwhelmed. But talking with him, it was just 123 and I never felt like I was bothering him. It was smooth. So I contacted them and refinanced with them again. When I closed and the person came to the house, it appeared to me I've got points where I bought the mortgage down. We never talked about that. I'm not sure if I missed something. But at that point, I went ahead and did it.

With other mortgage companies, you had to have over $100,000 loan and I didn't want that. I talked to AmeriSave and the rep gave me really good service and told me they had a loan that would fit my needs. He took all my information and he worked with me really good. I didn't have any problems except downloading a lot of forms but he helped me out on how to do that. The application process took a couple of weeks and I thought the rate was high, but it was workable. What I didn't like was after I worked with the guy and gave them all the forms, they turned me over to somebody else. I wanna work with the same person. But even though he had to turn me over to another guy, he still checked in with me to see if I was having any problems and was able to facilitate my loan. He stayed with me all the way till the end even though he didn't have to.

We looked at several lending providers and AmeriSave got back the fastest. I'm not familiar with homebuying and FHA loans. But for the most part, the process was okay. It got held up near the end due to an issue with a pay slip on our end, which was fine. Finally fixed. But other than that, everything went well. They were always quick to respond whenever I had questions.

I had a great experience with AmeriSave. Everything went very smoothly and I was very happy with it. We went through all the bolts that you gotta do to get it and I got it. It was good. I dealt with a lady named Michelle and she was terrific. She did everything perfectly and she helped me through everything. I'm not too good on the computer and they went way beyond helping me. They did a great job and I definitely would recommend them.

Since this was the first time we were buying a house, we didn't know much and the AmeriSave reps pretty much answered all my questions. They gave me some feedback and told me I could go with my realtor, but if I used their services with the guys that were affiliated with them, I'd have a discount on the closing cost. They were great and very responsive. I was mailing them and texting them if I had a question or if they had a question. When we started the mortgage process, they were waiting until we decided to close the deal because the rates were dropping at that point. Once we said yes, they closed the rate for the mortgage. Then we were waiting for the HOA to give them some information about the insurance policy because we have a townhome and they were not sure if we should get the home insurance or the townhome insurance. That took about a week. After that, we had a closing day at some local office with the sellers.

The staff at AmeriSave was knowledgeable, very professional, and helpful. They contacted me because I had gone online and did paperwork there. Then, they did whatever it is they do. I had to get some stuff together for them and the rest is history.

Signing up with AmeriSave to do refinancing was simple. It was electronic, filled out the paperwork, typical mortgage stuff and sent the bank statements. It was easy, from the intake guy, David, to the guy who closed it out. They were very meticulous, walked me through it, and we got it done. Everybody was first class.

The lending process with AmeriSave was very easy, quick and nice. They did all the work. I applied and the rep was able to tell me that I was approved the same day. I really trusted who I dealt with and she was very honest. I appreciated that. I had her phone number and then also email. I trusted everything.

My loan originator was really good and was on top of it. But it wasn't that good of an experience with my loan processor. I could never get ahold of her and she'd call back a day or two later. The loan originator did a lot of the work. Also, the underwriting seemed to be pretty good. They didn't have too many stupid questions or asked for too many different things that didn't make sense.

AmeriSave was the first one to reach out to me and I went through the process with them. The two guys that I worked with were very helpful and informative. Using their website was easy. I had frequent phone calls and texts with the two guys that I interacted with the most. Whenever any information was added to the website for what they needed, they sent me a text saying, "Hey, please look at the website for this additional information." They were super helpful. Any time I needed a question answered, they were easy to access and they gave me the information as soon as I requested it. I needed a home equity loan and AmeriSave came through with it. With the loan, I've been able to do things that I needed to get accomplished. The process was, for myself, easy and they were super helpful, truthful and upfront, and I highly recommend them.

AmeriSave's application process wasn't bad. I had somebody help me and guide me through it. The application and underwriting process took a while. There was a lot of paperwork. Corey was really helpful. He was patient with me and he helped me out quite a bit. Whatever I was stuck on, he was there for me. So, I was pleased with him. He was very kind and gentle. I like how I would have to go to HR and he worked with me with them. I felt comfortable. He made me feel at ease.

I always recommend AmeriSave Mortgage. It saved my life because I was in such a bind as far as medical expenses growing and raising the federal credit limit on everything was turning my credit cards into 24%. I was able to not panic payday to payday because of this opportunity. Three years ago, I was in a situation that I needed to refinance my house. I went into the LendingTree labyrinth and AmeriSave Mortgage had the best rates for the refi. The process went so smooth and easy to refinance that I was able to pay off medical debts from having a baby and AmeriSave offered an incredible home equity line of credit because I've built up an amount of equity and I remembered how easy and smooth the process was for that. The refi was much harder than what it was for the line of credit which was easier. So, it was quick again.

When I talked to a representative from AmeriSave, his offers were attractive and when I applied with them, the prices was self-explanatory. It took three weeks to complete and I needed to submit more information. They could improve the speed of the process. Other than that, I worked with Jason and Amy, and they were very helpful. In the end, I needed the loan and they were willing to help me qualify for it. And now, I'm at a little more ease. I would tell my friends to go with AmeriSave.

The guy from Amerisave that I first talked to was very personable, walked me through everything and helped me. I was buying down points and he said, "Well, you cannot buy down points." Then the closing cost would be less. He knew that I was gonna be paying off the loan as soon as I sold my other house, and he reassured me that there wouldn't be any penalty for that. So, it worked out well. I had to go through a lot of different things. I had to start getting money coming out of a certain government account monthly, and the other guy that helped me with submitting all the paperwork walked me through everything. So, I was very pleased with the company as a whole and both of the two gentlemen I worked with.

I spoke with Matthew from Amerisave, and I like his transparency. I told him what I was looking for. He told me I didn't have to refinance my home and talked to me about better things on what I was needing. He took the time to talk to me about my different options. He didn't try to sell me anything. He wanted what was best for me. He sold me something that I needed and was gonna benefit me. He is truly a master of his craft. The rate was better that what I had. I would recommend Amerisave and make sure that they get in contact with Matthew. If it were not for him, it would have been difficult. The online portion was way easier to navigate because I had him at my disposal.

AmeriSave came straight with me. David was my first guy and he was good. He got me passed off to Amy fast which is their loan process. Some of the delay was on me. I used a trucking company, and I had some stuff mixed up. We had to wait for a well inspection though. I live in the country so you take it one day, they schedule it another day then you wait for the results. A well inspection should be something that's asked for sooner. Their online tool was easy to navigate but when they put stuff in your portal, make sure they got everything.

The rep, Matt, took his time with me. He explained all the terms to me and gave me his personal number. In the middle of the process, my grandmother passed away. Matt would call me a couple of times a week to check on me and he put a personal touch to it. I felt I was taken care of. I had to call them to reset because it wouldn't allow me to auto-upload or do DocuSign. Once they reset it, then it was fine. Amerisave is worth looking at. I wish the percentage was better. But with the way things are in the economy and with how the standard housing interest is, it wasn't gonna get better. Matt explained that for the first year, I'm locked in. After that, I can refinance once interest rates go down.

Everything was upfront with Amerisave. It's very straightforward. Once you log into the portal, all your stuff is right there, what you have to do. However, instead of the process taking three to six weeks, it was four months. My credit score wasn't the greatest. The type of home I have isn't a stick-built home. When it went into underwriting, they required a breakdown of my pay for the past two years. I'm a union person which means I go from company to company. One employer from back in '21 would not give up my information. I had to wait from the beginning of this year before I could finalize everything.

The application process with Amerisave is very easy. You fill out the paperwork, scan it and send it in. Each day, they show you if you have any task out there to complete. If you have any questions, they get right back with you. Jordan and Angela were very helpful, on time and on top of things.

I got a refinance cash-out from AmeriSave and my experience was positive. If anyone's looking to do it, it’s painless and quick. The process was simple and couldn’t be any easier. Everything was done online. The rep I was dealing with did everything for me and helped me through the whole process. He guided me through what I needed to do. AmeriSave’s reps were available if I had any questions. If anything popped up, they were more than happy to answer any and all questions that I had.

We applied with Amerisave. We were contacted regarding what additional information they needed. We sent it in and it went to the underwriters. The underwriters came back several different times with missing pieces. It became a little protracted at the end with the underwriters trickling out what they needed. But eventually, we got to close by the projected date that our mortgage servicer had promised us. We worked with Andrew and he was fabulous. He kept us in the loop and he provided me his personal cellphone number. The rate is what we expected. In the current economic climate, the rate is a little bit higher. But he was able to get us a better rate by letting us buy down with a few points.

The whole process was smooth and quick and I had zero issues with any of the online process. Also, both of the reps I dealt with were very friendly and easy to get along with. The gentleman who I started with was really good and I felt comfortable and the officer I worked with was on top of it. She was very polite and she got everything done fast. I would recommend AmeriSave. Everything they said they would do, they did.

AmeriSave Mortgage called me when I filled out an online application wanting to refinance. It was very streamlined and efficient. They told me details about what we could do for our refinance. Both reps were knowledgeable and helpful. They called me if there was anything on my part that I needed to complete. The process with AmeriSave is very good. The only thing I don't like is nobody told me before that they are not accepting partial payment. I want to pay them every two weeks and that amount should be applied to my loan. But whenever I tried to make a payment in autopay, when I tried to set everything, I got to know that they are not doing that. But Ryan was my loan processor and he helped me a lot. He knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. He tried to get the loan as soon as possible.

AmeriSave has good rate lock steps in place to avoid my interest rate from going sky high. My initial interactions with them were very positive. I told my loan originator I expected to have to jump through a ton of hoops. I wasn't originally intending on purchasing as quickly as I did. But because the process was straightforward and easy, it was less of a headache. I was able to find the time and resources to make it happen. I would use AmeriSave again. The only thing is a lot of times you don't have the final numbers until you're close to closing. A lot of it has to do with the appraisal and the title. You're putting money aside or making sure you have the right amounts but that's harder to do when you don't have those figures right away.

They went through the details with me. They weren't in a rush. They were patient with me because sometime I was busy. I wasn’t able to submit some documents. So they were patient with me until I submitted everything. Everything went good. My loan officer was so polite and nice. He was so great. When I asked them some question, they gave an answer.

The guy that we worked with at AmeriSave, Nelson, had one information, but didn't say what information from whom or what. So, it was like a guessing game to figure out what he was talking about. He said report it on the portal but when we did that, he came back a day or two later and said they needed this and that information. Then we called them to say that we already gave him that information. Another rep, Tim, helped us considerably and AmeriSave was great for giving us a loan. But when it comes to the loan communication in them, that part was horrible.

AmeriSave was awesome and the rep was perfect. They gave helpful tips. Everything worked the way it was supposed to.

There was a period of time when there was a delay in response from AmeriSave Mortgage. It was a long delay and responsiveness from the one person. Very time-consuming. Other than that, it was a good experience. The rep told me that he had a lot of files to get through and he would get to mine when it was my turn. Once he did the work, the work got done. At the very end, he changed and stepped it up. Also, the underwriter was fabulous. I would reach out to her with his non-responsiveness and she would contact him. She was amazing.

Everybody's awesome at AmeriSave. I got a home equity loan and worked with Derek. Then, they contacted me to refinance at a lower interest rate and the people I'm working with now are Darla and Jamie. They were so helpful and the process went very smoothly. I like people to be upfront and not beat around the bush and that's exactly what they did. I'd tell others to go with them. They're wonderful to work with.

Matthew did a great job by communicating with us. We did a HELOC. It was my first HELOC, and the whole process was good. I had a couple issues with AmeriSave wanting to backtrack on finding some paperwork, but that was just because of me. They did well.

I had nothing but trouble with AmeriSave except for Jason. He was extremely helpful. I like the way he handles things. He's a telemarketer. He reaches out to see if people want loans and then he passes them off to other people. I gathered all my information and gave it to him and he submitted it all for me. He helped me log into AmeriSave's website and showed me where I could access it all, and answered all my questions. He wasn't even my loan officer. He wasn't supposed to do all of the stuff, but everything that I needed to submit, I sent it to him and he submitted it for me. It wasn't his job, but he went above and beyond to make sure that my stuff went through.

I applied for a refinance with AmeriSave and everything was easy. Once we got all the right info in there, it took an hour to complete and they didn't call unless they needed something. When I had questions, they stayed right on top of them and answered everything I needed answered. They did better than everybody else and Tammy, my loan officer, stayed on top of everything. She contacted me and let me know what was going on. She was a very polite woman and she knew what she was doing. Working with AmeriSave changed my life for the better by giving me some more opportunities to carry on with life. I would recommend them to anybody.

The rep I worked with was fantastic. He was easy to talk to and did a lot of follow-through. He was a very well-rounded representative. I was very comfortable with the whole process. The one thing that was challenging was the requirements. It seemed like I would provide one document and then they would need another document. That was when it went to underwriting. Also, before we even made the first payment, it had gone to another mortgage company. I just don't understand that. They told me where to send the payments and who to make them out to. That was a little weird for me. Other than that, AmeriSave is a great company to work with.

I worked with AmeriSave previously. It was the second time I worked with AmeriSave. I worked with Tim. He helped us out the first time around. The first time, we got a mortgage with AmeriSave. This time, I happened to contact him. There was something on my phone from him about possibly doing something. So, I decided to call him up. The overall lending process is confusing to older people who are not so computer savvy. A lot of stuff has to be done on your phone or on the computer, but there was a lot of help there. We got a lot of help from Tim and Debbie who was in Texas. They were both very helpful trying to walk us through all the paperwork, all the phone stuff, and the forms you had to make out.

AmeriSave Mortgage has a computerized system for answering and loading documents, and it was all efficient. And the people that I worked with were terrific. I call the agent I was working with, and he would immediately fix any problem I had. He was very responsive and friendly. They sent whatever documents they needed to me, and the closing process was easy. I was relaxed. It was very well done. It changed a lot about what I do by having a cushion, so it was a good process. AmeriSave is a good company to work with.

We were dealing with several companies, and in the end, AmeriSave Mortgage was the best to work with. I had a bad loan and I turned it into a decent loan. The overall process was nerve wracking, but the guy was very good to work with. It was very difficult for me but he made it less stressful. He was not rattled even if I was. He was helpful and patient. If I needed to get another loan, Amerisave would be first on my list to call.

AmeriSave gave me time to gather all my documents and submit the paperwork. The customer service was good. The rate was a little high, but I'm trying to manage.

The person that I worked with at Amerisave was able to give me the best rate. He went out of his way to make sure I kept it.

Because of the system that AmeriSave has, it was easy to guide through. The personnel there were always extremely helpful. I'd either email or call them, and they would always have the answer to correct my issue or any concerns I had. Ken and Kelly helped me with the process and got everything done in a timely manner. They knew what they were doing and what my best options were. That's one thing I like about AmeriSave. They recommended the proper option for me. I would recommend anybody to deal with them because they are wonderful people. We went back to AmeriSave and I have never ever dealt with a process that easy. The system that they have has probably been one of the best systems I've ever known. I've gone through a lot of them, but that one made it so simple.

I originally tried for a HELOC loan but Leonard said I didn't qualify for that. He said I could do a VA. The process with Amerisave was straightforward. Talking to the guys was easy. They responded to my emails and texts real fast. Everything was easy to take care of. However, it would have been nice for them to say, "This is the process we need to go through, and these are the forms that we'll need." That way, I could have sent all the forms at once. But they would wait for one step to be done then tell you they need you to do this and that. I cut down a whole forest to try and fill out the paperwork on it. If you take a month to process the papers and go through all the stuff for the paperwork, I don't understand the three-day wait. That three-day wait was a downfall. Because of that, now I have these other fees I've gotta pay for.

AmeriSave did a good job. I talked to three more companies at the same time and AmeriSave was the best. The process was tedious though. I own my business and I had to have a lot of extra paperwork for it.

Amerisave has been very helpful and we get the job done. I went back this time for a refinance. I first called Eric and told him what I needed. He hooked me up with JB. They were always there for me. If I had any questions, it was easy to get ahold of them. They would call me back if they weren't available. Their communication skills were excellent and they made it easy for me.. I knew exactly what was going on. The process was right around four weeks, just what they predicted. I'd highly recommend Amerisave.

Amerisave was responsive and extremely professional. Jose, the gentleman that I dealt with, was really understanding about the timeline and trying to make sure that everything that we needed was met. He knew everything he needed to know about his job, and if he didn't have the answers, he would get them for me as quickly as he could. Both Jose and Germaine (another rep) were very helpful and they tried to make sure that my experience was as painless as possible.

Amerisave was great. I refinanced and the process quick and easy. It took 22 business days, and the website was very easy to use. Their customer service was excellent too. I had a question on whether it was discount interest or add-on interest, and they said, “No. It's just normal.” They knew exactly what it was supposed to be. I'm happy with the terms as well. It’s a 15-year mortgage.

I've been with Amerisave for a handful of years, and I went back to them for refinancing. The process was simple and painless, and from the time I started talking to them till the time we closed, it took a month, which is super fast. It was fantastic. Heather was the rep I worked with. I worked with another lady as well, but Heather was my main point of contact and she was awesome.

The guy I worked with from AmeriSave was awesome. I was working with another mortgage company and it wasn't going anywhere, then he reached out in the middle of nothing. I wasn't expecting it. He said he noticed I was inquiring about home loans and he went above and beyond and got everything done in a timely manner. I searched online and I got my closing date the fastest way with AmeriSave Mortgage. Great rates and fast process. Also, I got to work with knowledgeable people. My case is not the easiest, but it was good. And they responded to me immediately. I would recommend them.

AmeriSave Mortgage made my dreams come true. They knew what my goals were, and they helped me get there. I was able to consolidate my debt, and put new flooring in my house. I got in contact with one of AmeriSave's loan specialists. I told him my plight. And I said, “I want you to be honest with me. I'll tell you all this stuff that's going on. If you can't do it, just tell me. Don't string me along.” And he said, “I wouldn't do that.” That man was upbeat and patient for someone who listens to me, that I would recommend them highly for anything. They always answer.

I got a home equity line of credit and the process was typical, providing AmeriSave with the documents that are generally requested. They have an online portal that works well. I didn't need a lot of help because I've done it before but the customer support was very good. Rob, the person I worked with, was very attentive and responded right away to every question I had. It was excellent working with AmeriSave. The rates were a little bit high because I started in October. At that time, the rates were mid-eight and they've come down. But that's market-driven, not based on AmeriSave. They were competitive with others. And I felt good about it. I was comfortable with that because I was paying it off right away.

I went with a first-time buyer conventional home loan and the online application process was easy. Also, the customer service was good. The only thing that I would improve is that they could be a little bit more upfront about interest rates when they're quoting them. They didn't give me the whole information at the time of quoting it until I started asking about it. They quoted me at 7.6% but they had put in my closing cost an additional $5,200 that I was buying down my interest rate. At the beginning, I wasn't aware that I was paying that money to buy that interest rate. Other than that, they were in line with everything else. Everything went smooth.

I worked with Benjamin and he was nice and had a great personality. Also, everything was smooth with the communication. This is my first time buying a house and I was so happy working with AmeriSave from beginning to end. Everything was awesome.

I refinanced my home. It took longer than expected. But some of that was on me too, waiting on paperwork to come in. It wasn't all AmeriSave. But they could have reached out to me more often. Other than that, I was very comfortable.

I worked with one person during the initial process and it switched about three times before we finally closed with the same person. There were a couple who I thought were not really helpful and I didn't particularly care for. But the process was okay. We had to fill out paperwork and send in different documents. I go in the portal and it tells me what needs to be done. I provide whatever information they're asking for and submit it. If there was something I wasn't clear about, I email the rep. The paperwork always had the rep's name and phone number that I can reach back out to ask questions to. If they didn't get back to me that day, they got back to me the next day. It was a lengthy process but for the most part, it was pretty good. I was helping my brother in Alabama and I didn't have to go to Alabama, so that was a plus for me. The best part of the whole thing was that the money was there the same day.

Malachi with Amerisave helped me with any questions I had. We had a preferred lender from our realtor but they weren't working too well with us so we decided to stick with Malachi instead.

They were very thorough, helpful, and always there to respond. They were very good. The whole process went very smoothly. It moved fairly quickly. Considering the market right now, the rate was fair.

My rep Russel was always available. I hadn't had a mortgage in 20 years so I had a lot of questions. He made it easier and everything was smooth. He was somebody I could relate with and he was very knowledgeable. He knew what he needed to do and made suggestions. He helped me prequalify, locking in my mortgage. He brought up stuff to me and helped me through the process. Another lady I worked with in their office contacted me and said she was the person processing my loan. The two of them kept me informed. If I didn't understand something, I'd call either one of them and they would take care of it.

The process dragged on and on for six weeks. They kept losing paperwork and I had to re-send it. It cost us more for the loan than what I was told in the beginning. We ended up doing a $75,000 loan because they needed so much money. We only needed $65,000 and we received $63,000. They could have talked to me more on the phone instead of just sending statements to me. Our payment now is $600 when at first they told me it would be $400. We already had something in line to purchase with the loaned money and I didn't have the luxury of saying, "Oh, forget it. I'm just gonna go with somebody else." We bought a motor home and I gave the seller a couple of thousand dollars down on it to hold the home so he didn't sell it before we were done with the process. I had to give him another $1,000 to hold it longer.

AmeriSave helped us with a home loan. It was a first mortgage on a home that we owned without a mortgage. The application process was great and very easy. Everything is very efficient and fast, and it worked out very well. The rep helped me decide which mortgage to get. She proposed a program that I wasn't thinking about, and that program tends to work much better in terms of what I was intending to do. She led me to the right place that they had a program that would work and it worked. There are some things that were a little bit difficult to navigate, but the loan officer walked me through it and helped me through it all the time. In fact, she did it for me in some cases. The site wasn't quite as intuitive as I thought it would be. The rate and terms were better than most other vendors around.

AmeriSave was amazing. Rocket Mortgage tried to back me in a corner out of the 20-year we had agreed upon into a 30-year the day before close, and I jumped to AmeriSave. They got me in at a better rate on a 20-year, and I could have done a 15 through them. They did the process of opening to closing in 20-ish days. They pulled and pushed for me. They really fought. I’m very pleased. The people I've worked with have all been open to communication.

I had a pretty good experience with Amerisave. I would recommend them. But how the third-party handle the checks was a little more discouraging. I did a refi to consolidate a lot of creditors I had with the house from remodeling certain things and some credit cards and then some loans. I wanted to just deal with having one payment.

The application process took 15 minutes. After I worked with AmeriSave Mortgage's rep and we agreed on everything, I had to go to an underwriter. It was done within the same day as contacting them. The rep contacted me several times when I had questions when I sent an email. Rather than email me back and forth, he just called me. And he was really good to work with.

I'm very happy with everything that went through smoothly. Everybody was knowledgeable and very helpful. I dealt with Deborah and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew my weakness in computers. So she was dictating me everything that I needed to do. She was on the line to make sure that I was doing it correctly. She took a lot of time to help me out. Amerisave has excellent service. I'll recommend them.

I was looking through providers and AmeriSave seem to be a better choice for me. The online application process was easy. The customer service team was wonderful. They answered all my questions and got back to me with anything they couldn't really answer off the top of their head.

They gave me a really good rate. The first person I spoke to was really friendly.

The application process was fine. The customer service team was great. However, it was the automated request for information that kept coming in that didn't seem to line up with where we were in the process sometimes. So, automated emails for request for additional documentation would keep coming in when I had already discussed with the team where we were and how it would take a few days. For example, we wouldn't be able to get the property insurance of the new home until we had a closing date, and they were aware of that. But I kept getting urgent emails FROM AmeriSave Mortgage saying we need proof of property insurance for the new home.

The rate was higher than I thought it was gonna be, but I understand the mortgage rates went up since I bought the home. Everything the rep said he was gonna do, he did it. It was immediate getting everything going. It was closed faster than I thought it was gonna be. It was a very easy process. I told Amerisave that when the rates come down, I'm gonna do a streamline and I plan on using them.

Right away, Amerisave was very efficient and answered extremely quickly. The process was absolutely wonderful. I had a very tight time frame and the crew who I worked with was absolutely fabulous and fantastic in helping me. They went over and beyond and they always directed me in the right way and took all the time that was necessary. Everything was through email and if it needed to be something that was addressed immediately, which a lot of my time frame for this loan was extremely important, they would even call me. It was a wonderful experience and I think I got the best service that was possible.

I was looking to buy a house and I put out for mortgage lenders. I filled out an online application and Amerisave contacted me back really quick. It was great with the reps. They helped me work through everything and get everything processed.

I got a conventional loan for a new house and the process was extensive and back and forth with not a lot of follow-ups from the loan officers. It made things harder and more confusing and also put more of a holdup on certain things from going through in a timely manner. After the house has been completed, we haven't heard from AmeriSave other than getting stuff in the mail about homeowner insurance policies, which we already have.

Their application process was relatively simple, straightforward and easy. I started it online and then I got a call from a rep. He walked me through the rest of the application. Everybody there was very helpful and nice. I felt very comfortable working with Jordan. He was very helpful. If I ever had a question or ever needed anything or help with anything, either he would get back to me or he was always there to answer the phone. He made everything relatively easy. However, the upload limit was a little stinky at times. But as long as you didn't go over that upload limit, it was relatively smooth. Everything uploaded easily and quickly. Also, compared to the rates that are out there, I got a relatively good one.

I had a very good experience working with them. The team was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very personable. They were very responsive. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. It was a smooth closing. Everything went well. The only thing, they sold my mortgage so quickly. They told me they would. But that was the only thing that they should improve on.

The application process at AmeriSave was easy. I went online and filled it out. Everything was fine in my experience.

The application process was a two-month thing. They wanna know every detail in my life and it was a pain in the butt. I have to have proof that I live in my house. They wanted two pieces of mail. I inherited this house 30 years ago to help my dad. He was sick. He died. The house became mine. Then I never changed the utilities, so they all come in his name. But the rep I worked with was good. Really polite and patient.

Robert was quick to answer all my questions and got back to me quicker than anybody else. If he didn't know the answer, he found it and he got back immediately. I could also call him any time. Their application was also fairly easy. However, it took a while. They didn't do my debt-to-income ratio at first. The communication with the processor could've been improved. He was hard to get ahold of. But other than that, it was an all-right experience.

The interest rate of AmeriSave is better than other companies. They were also very quick to answer our questions. If they didn't have the answer, they would find out. It was easy to upload documents. But every time we turned around, we had to upload more. But that goes along with buying a house, I guess. My experience with them was very pleasurable. They overnighted papers and made it easy for us to do it.

I went online to see which were the banks that offer better interest on refi and I got the top 10, and AmeriSave was the one that gave me a better deal out of the 10. I worked with Nicholas. He was there to answer any questions I have and it didn't have to be from 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 5:00. Even on the weekends, he will take the time to call me back and give me the answer that I needed. Any questions or help that I needed, he was there. The APR is high, but every other bank was higher. At the time, it wouldn't be my first choice to do it but unfortunately, I came out into a situation that I had to do it so I can put money out. So far, they were the lowest. I would definitely recommend AmeriSave.

The people at AmeriSave were personable, professional, and seemed really interested in making my refinance happen. The application process was a lot of paperwork, but the people that I dealt with walked me through all of it. If anything didn't get there, they would resend it to me and let me know what was missing. They were there all the way through the process. Their rep was actually interested in doing good things for his clients and not just closing a deal. I kept putting off doing the appraisal. But once we decided to go ahead with that, that took maybe three weeks. My experience was very positive. Getting the terms of the refinance that I did changed my life. All in all, it's okay to investigate lots of choices but make sure AmeriSave is one of them.

The first salesman I worked with, Griffin, was awesome and we got along. The loan officer was also great. The application process was tedious, but they helped me get through it. They were very thorough. Took care of business. They're a good company.

My experience with AmeriSave is mostly positive. There were a few communication issues at the beginning but that was addressed. There was an individual there who did not communicate well. Once they changed the person who I was communicating with, things went well. She was a manager and she just worked with me. Since I was already with AmeriSave, all my stuff the most part, was there. I recommend giving AmeriSave a try.

Jessica with Amerisave was very efficient. She helped me gather all the stuff that I needed for my first-time homebuyers loan. She called the estate lawyer and got everything set up for me. I had a weird circumstance. My dad had died and his ex-wife was trying to take the house. Instead of being a couple of weeks process, it ended up being three months. But Amerisave was great the whole way. I like their portal the best.

The application I went through was very thorough. But the team made it less painful by stepping me through everything and staying in touch. I was impressed by my rep's ability to communicate, her timeliness and her responses when I had questions. But the management of their documents on their online portal could be better. We went through several iterations in different documents and a lot of times, the older documents were present where the newer documents were not. When I go back to review something, I would see the old document there. I had to say, “Hey, where's the new stuff you want me to review?” They would take care of that right away but it wasn't something automatically done that they should be doing.

Amerisave had a very competitive rate. They were able to beat out all the other competitors and that's ultimately why I chose them. It was an easy process, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always there when I needed them, and they were able to provide me with more information than needed. The representatives at Amerisave were very knowledgeable of the products they offer. They were able to help me learn as I went along, and they walked me through everything. If it's your first time buying a home, it's a really helpful thing to do for the consumer. I'd certainly recommend Amerisave to other folks.

The application process was a headache because it was me and my mom on the application. It was me getting my information then AmeriSave needing hers, and she's always working. I'd have to get it when I could then get it on. Besides that, it was easy. The rep, Jeff, walked me right through the process. Till we found a house, it took a couple months, but once we found it, in less than a month, it was closed in a week. Overall, AmeriSave was a big help. They're friendly and nice to do business with. Communication was good too. They checked in with me every other day and let me know how everything was going and what was up.

Amerisave's onboarding and website were really easy for me to follow along in the process and be able to see transparently where I was and what I needed to do. The technology was excellent. The process took a month and a half, and I was happy with the rate and terms. I had a great experience, and I think other people will too. However, it was complicated at the end. As soon as the transaction was done, there wasn't any communication. The mortgage was sold, but it would have been great if we had someone respond to us because we got bills to pay the mortgage. We tried to pay it and we couldn't do it, then we got a bill from the new mortgage company. That's how we knew that the mortgage had been sold. The experience would have been better if that transition was better handled. More communication.

I bought the house a while ago but I refinanced a couple of times through AmeriSave. I did the HELOC through them and it went great. I asked for certain information and the rep provided it and handled everything. He was very professional. The process was long and he didn’t have any information on it because it was new to them. So, he was in the dark as well and he let me know that. I uploaded the forms in the website and he walked me through every single step. AmeriSave is just another company. The rep is the one that makes it doable and enjoyable. The experience was good through the bank itself. But Andrew, the rep, made everything else. He was professional, helpful and knew what he was talking about.

AmeriSave offered to redo the mortgage. I did not like the fees or the new interest rate, and they said they could do a home equity loan. They offered me the rate and we went through the paperwork. It took six weeks which was a little longer because it was a home equity loan and they are more difficult. But I'm happy. It worked out. The communication with them was excellent. I got email updates every day. Even if it was being held up by an underwriter or by another entity of the organization, I was told it was moving forward. But I was unhappy with the rates because it went up. They did not tell me about it. But I also know it went up because the Fed raised rates while the loan was being processed.

My experience with AmeriSave was great. They were very communicative. Any time I had questions, they were responsive. That was what made it easy.

I had a wonderful experience with AmeriSave Mortgage. Applying was straightforward. The young man that was the primary guy was exceptional. But I wish they would make a list and be able to email that to their prospective clients of everything they need the first time. Other than that, everybody was friendly. I dropped down a point a quarter.

I was looking for a home equity line of credit. I did it through a third-party company that shot me to a few different mortgage lenders and AmeriSave was the first one to reach out. The process was seamless. Their customer service was great. They were very responsive. The rates are up right now. But for what they are, I was happy.

The entire process with AmeriSave was quite smooth. They helped me with all the queries that I had and everything was on time. They contacted me and they asked me to fill in a form. I provided all the information. Since everything was done and I got the pre-approval, the entire process took almost two to three weeks. I worked with two different people. The first one was the loan originator, Jonathan. He helped me with filling up all the forms and all the application, getting the pre-approvals. Once we were in escrow, I worked with another loan officer. For all the money transfers, I was working with the loan officer.

My loan processor reached out to me quickly. Everything was smooth. Both the loan processor and the person who worked the loan were good. I had a bunch of questions and they answered those. We had a slight hiccup at the end after we closed because of travel arrangements. But they were super responsive and helped me get through it. The rate is a little bit higher than the rate I had with my previous mortgage company, but I understand that rates are going up across the board. I checked rates a couple of days ago and it's lower than rates have gone to. I would recommend Amerisave. The process was 100% online. I like that aspect of it.

A gentleman from Amerisave named Connor spent a lot of time with me going over the current market conditions. He matched any better offers that I was getting out there. Working with AmeriSave was smooth, and Connor was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed with AmeriSave because the guy who was working with me had a good attitude and he really wanted to help. He checked up on me and when I asked him something, he gave me all the answers. And if he didn't have the answer, he would go and ask his supervisor then get right back to me the same day. On their side, the process was okay.

After looking through a couple of different financial institutions, Amerisave provided the most attractive rate. The application process was quick and timely. The user interface of their website was really good. They hooked me up with a loan officer quickly. I worked with two loan officers and they were both knowledgeable. It seemed that they had been in the finance game for a while. They weren't new to the process so that was helpful, and I felt secure that I wouldn't have trouble with the financing. My loan officer and my document manager with AmeriSave did a great job of being quite responsive. I made my priorities clear and they helped me hit those priorities. As far as the documentation, they did a really good job. But there were a couple of estimates throughout the process that seemed to have numbers that were out of date or didn't reflect the actual conditions of the deal. The deals moved quite quickly, but the actual numbers were fine.

AmeriSave is a great organization. They were some hardworking people. They latched on to me like a leech on the warm body. They kept up with me, and kept me updated all the time. There were a few minor details that we had to correct. But it was my fault because I didn't give the correct information at the time. We went through a process of back paddling and finding out exactly what the problem was and got it corrected. They said they wanted to help me in this process and they were gonna try their best to get me through the loan the way it was supposed to come out. So, everything turned out good. I had no disagreements with anybody whatsoever about anything from the first guy that I talked to all the way to the end of the closing of the loan.

AmeriSave Mortgage was excellent. Their loan process was very easy and smooth. It was all done electronically and it took 30 to 45 days to finish. I liked the professionalism of the reps I worked with. They were very knowledgeable about what their position and capacity within the corporation. They also did a very good job of following what regulations would be required by the government and the financial institutions. I was very informed about the rates, too, though nobody is ever happy with the rate and nobody's ever completely happy with the federal government.

Lynn, who works at AmeriSave, was pretty good with us. The application process took a couple hours and it was as good as it could have been. We also worked with Benjamin and he did great. He was available and he understood his job very well. He could answer questions, too. I would recommend that my friends work with AmeriSave. They do good work over there.

I was getting divorced and I needed to refinance so I could buy out my ex's equity in the house. I went through my bank, but they weren't helpful. The servicer told me I wouldn't have to refinance, gave me some wrong information, and then kinda redirected me, but that didn't work out. So, I did a search on the best refis and AmeriSave was on the list. I started filling out some stuff through AmeriSave, and the rate was better than the rate that my bank would have offered. The process was easy and straightforward. I've been through the loan process a couple of times and by far, this was the easiest. They told me what documents I needed and what the deadlines were. Then, once I had my initial information, they gave me the options up front, so I knew what I was looking at.

Working with AmeriSave was nice and smooth. The application process was easy and the guy who was working with us was so helpful. If I have anything I don't understand, he would make me understand. The total process with the preapproval and everything took three months. I got a good rate that was better than market rate. I'm happy. I'll recommend AmeriSave 200%.

AmeriSave needed all the paperwork, verification of employment, and bank account information. There was a lot of documentation that had to be done. I wish they let me know everything that they needed upfront instead of waiting until the last minute to say, “We need this. We need this. We need this,” and putting a hold on everything. But some things were unnecessary. I work for a construction company, and they wanted a written letter with me to sign and date it stating that I don't work at the address of where my office is located for my company, that I work remotely. It was irritating, because I was closer to closing, and it pushed it back another day because they wanted some extra things from me in a way at the last minute to let me know.

The process with AmeriSave was very easy, and the person who contacted me, the loan originator, was really helpful. I went with a cashout refinance and it was incredibly simple. I did it all online. The steps were really easy. I was able to submit documents online. I was able to speak with the loan originator any time I needed to, and it was the quickest process I've ever been through. The application itself took no time to submit online. From start to finish, it was under a month for the loan to even close. I had the appraisal within days. It was incredibly fast.

I was in the process of fixing up my credit. I was afraid to talk to a lender about seeing if I qualified because I didn't want anybody to run my credit at the time. What ended up happening is that AmeriSave sent me correspondence in the mail and said that I was prequalified. So, once they told me that I was prequalified, I decided to reach out to them because I felt like if they were telling me I was prequalified, then they were telling me that I qualified. I am a first-time homebuyer. But in going with them, I felt like they didn't have a first-time homeowners program. The person that I was working with explained to me I was better off putting out my own down payment.

The application process at Amerisave was fairly easy. We filled out some stuff online and then talked to a couple of representatives that got things going.

AmeriSave was the most responsive and they had the best rates. My experience from application to closing was very comprehensive. The loan officer was great. He was available into the hours of the night and answered all my questions quickly. My rate and terms were great. I was expecting about 8.5. I got 6.2. The fees weren't bad. The website interface was really good as well. It was really easy to get everything in and reviewed, and it was all in one spot. I didn't have to guess what I needed to do.

The process with AmeriSave took extra long. It took four months to do what they had to do. And that was not the only bad part about it. The communication in between was bad too. But they gave me a better rate compared to other companies.

I did a VA loan they said it was only supposed to take two or three weeks but it took three months for me. The VA decided they wanted a house appraisal and a land survey, which are not easy to get. I had to find a land surveyor so that was two months out. I had to get the survey before they would send out an appraiser. But AmeriSave was very helpful and understanding. Every time, they were asking if there was anything they can help with. Unfortunately, with the amount of time that went by from when we first started to when I finished it, the rate had gone up a little bit. But it was not a big deal and it's still lower than what it is now.

The guy at AmeriSave seemed very straightforward. Even though I possibly could have gotten a slightly better rate from someone else, I felt more comfortable with AmeriSave. He was everything I hoped he could be through the entire process. He was always available. The entire process was simple. There were a lot of people along the way, and when I had any questions or concerns, they were very prompt and answered very quickly.

The AmeriSave loan officer, Matt, was very professional and quick for feedback. It was a very good experience as far as loans go. The application process took a couple of days. The communication was all by email, some text, and one or two phone calls. However, I had a lot of problems. I couldn't upload any of my documents. I had to email them to the loan officer and have him upload them ‘cause they wouldn't upload. But everything went well. It went exactly as it was explained to me.

We had 10 other mortgage companies call us and AmeriSave stood out. I highly recommend them. We had a really good rep, Brandon. He seemed to want to go above and beyond. He seemed to care which was so refreshing. Something would happen in underwriting, and he would say to try it another way. He didn't give up when he got a no. To a lot of people, it's they get a no for underwriting and they're done. But Brandon worked hard to see it through. We were in a tough spot and pressed in time for our timeline but they did a good job. We're pleased.

I looked around multiple places and AmeriSave Mortgage's was the best rate that I found. And they did a good job. Jordan was my loan officer. He was very responsive and friendly. If I had a question, he got back to me as soon as he could. When I didn't answer my phone, he would go to voicemail to call him. So any questions I had, he was able to answer them or find somebody that could answer them, directing me in the right direction. He made it very easy to do. He did a lot of work on his end and did a good job. However, it was expensive. And there were a lot of documents I had to send AmeriSave. It was things that I had to get together that took a bit of time. But the process was smooth. We started middle of July, and everything was taken care of and done by the end of August.

The whole process was pretty painless. Once I reached out to Amerisave, they were really in touch with us throughout the process, and very helpful. Even when the main person I was working with had gone on vacation, he had a backup person who kept me in the loop along the process and how things were progressing. So they were great. Because of the age of the place, I had to get some additional letter stating how old the roof was on it and we had to show when things were renovated. Our loan officer was very good and attentive. He was communicative throughout the process. Amerisave answered all of my questions, or our loan officer went back to the people that were in the know in the organization and brought the answers back to me. Whenever we had questions, he addressed them pretty quickly. They led us through the process and made it pretty seamless and fairly easy for us to do, so I appreciated that. Amerisave is a good organization.

I reached out to AmeriSave via their chat service and I had an immediate response from them. They helped out with things I needed. They asked me questions and I provided them information regarding my home. They completed a majority of the paperwork themselves and put completed documents in their portal for me to review. The process took a while because I had to jump through several hoops as I had a mobile home. The underwriting process was very particular on things that they were looking for and I had to accommodate that.

I put feelers out and AmeriSave was so quick. It felt good to work with them and I continued the process with them. I was so impressed with the type of service I was getting and the level of service. The application process was very simple and they answered any questions that I had immediately. I was able to bring documents up on my phone that I needed to and transmit them immediately. I had trouble uploading but I was able to just send email them and they would upload it in the application process for me. Everything was super easy. I've probably owned 15 properties in my life and this was the nicest process I've had.

The rep was very professional. His name was Fabio. He was very responsive and informative. He communicated with me often. He was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered even if he didn't have the immediate answer. He followed up with me and was thorough and that just gave me that peace of mind that the information I was receiving was all accurate and correct. I really appreciated that. I definitely wanted to make sure that I had my questions and concerns addressed and Fabio was great in doing so. There were some things in the website that would not allow us to proceed when we were doing the application and it had to be done manually by Fabio, which he was great at. AmeriSave is a reliable company. They were easy to work with and had great response times and customer service. I'd definitely recommend them.

I called AmeriSave and got on the phone with someone. They walked me through the process. We went on to their website, filled out an application, submitted it, and got approved. My one complaint is that our account got shuffled around between a couple of different people due to staff changes. And it made things a little confusing and delayed the process a little bit. But once I got the right person, they were fast to respond to our needs and were very helpful. They also made adjustments to the approval amounts based on our needs. We were gonna buy a home with my mother-in-law at one point. She was on the loan. Then we changed that plan. She decided to live with my sister-in-law. They had to rework everything under my wife and me. It was easy to get ahold of someone and get things worked out when we had an issue. Their rate was also very good.

I inquired about a refinance for my home in order to get a home equity loan. I wasn't turned down by the other company which I was currently with, but the agent that I worked with at AmeriSave was very informative. His name was Brandon and he walked me through a lot. Out of the three to five calls that I made, he was the one that took the most time to talk to me and he explained every step to me. But when I was introduced to the individual that would turn the documents over to the underwriter, he did not have the same type of customer service. Because I had never done a refinance of that nature, some things were very confusing to me. When they were requesting information about my father's home, the email was very vague. And instead of there being an explanation, I was just told that if I didn't provide the document, my loan was not going to be to go through.

I liked the speed in which the loan was available with AmeriSave as well as the competitive mortgage rate I was able to get. Their reps were always very responsive. The underwriting took two weeks and getting the mortgage took a month.

My experience with AmeriSave went well. I called around a bunch of different lenders, and they gave me the highest loan to value and got me the number I was looking for. Sacrificed a little interest rate, but that's just how it goes. They should also maybe let me know when my credit is gonna be written. Before I made the final decision, I wasn't rushing anything. They were just pulling credit to see the most accurate rates instead of estimates. It worked out and it moved quickly. But I was a little inexperienced with that process.

After talking to a few people and doing some online reviews, AmeriSave was the quickest and easiest one to work with. I gave their 800 number a call and they connected me with an agent. It took a day or so to get all the information we needed to get collected and we got that situated within a week. Around that time, I got connected with a processor and it was another week and a half of getting some more data they needed from me. Then, we had a two-week wait period and we signed papers. The money came in the following week. Their reps were all very informative. They knew what was going on and they kept everything going. We kept pushing for the same goal and everyone was on the same page. The only thing was the agent went on vacation and I didn't know about it. I was trying to get information faster so I was kind of poking the bear a little bit. Other than that, everything was really smooth. The numbers ended up being better than what we discussed once we got it on the paper.

AmeriSave gave me the best interest rate, and their customer service was really good. The process was easy. I just had to upload a few documents. They researched everything. I got them to give me a lower interest rate than they had originally offered. I was able to communicate. I didn't have any issues where if I needed something, my call wasn't returned. If I didn't get something done, I was called and they would say, "Hey, you forgot to do this thing. Could you do it?" They made it really easy, remotely, to do this.

AmeriSave, since we were an existing customer, worked with us to get us a better rate than what they could offer at Rocket. But they've sold the loan so now I'm with a new company. There was a little confusion on the first payment. The new company said they bought it before any payments were due. AmeriSave said no, that it was still in the process. But everything has been set up with the new company so all payments are going to them.

The customer service was really good and Amerisave's loan product was cost-competitive. Once I got connected with the sales rep, we started working on it. I had a good experience. They were very solutions-oriented. I had a bit of a complicated home-buying process because my mom lives with me and we were trying to find a house that works for her disability and there were some fits and starts in finding the right house. This guy hung on with me for a long time, which I really appreciated. Once we identified the house, Amerisave was quick to work with. Their website worked well. They communicated the various menu of options really clearly and I'm confident in the choice that I made in terms of interest rate and down payment in order to find a happy product.

AmeriSave did cash-out refinances for second homes, which is what I was looking to do. I got a conventional 30-year fixed loan. The process was a hassle. They tried to do everything through this online portal, but sometimes it didn't work. They would request information and it would not notify me that it was being requested. So, I found myself checking it daily to make sure that they weren't waiting on anything from me. Then sometimes I would upload what they're asking for and they couldn't find it, so I'd have to email them separately. The application went fairly straightforward. That was done via interview process with the loan officer over the phone.

A friend said AmeriSave was good to use. When I sent an email out with some basic information and a questionnaire, Eli reached out to me from down there in Phoenix, and he was very hospitable and very easy to work with. So, I decided to go with AmeriSave. Working with them was the easiest thing I've ever done when it came to doing a refi or a purchase, and it went fast which was good. If there were any hiccups, they were quick to get back to me so we could get them corrected and get things done.

AmeriSave's reps were extremely nice and the application process was very easy to follow. We're two seniors and we needed extra guidance with the technical parts. The rep we had was very helpful, personable and conscientious. We didn't get exactly what we wanted because the veteran mortgage advantages that they have in the state of Florida don't cover the kind of condo that we were refinancing. But he immediately knew a better and a fast alternative. He also had an assistant and she was equally as helpful. I did everything online and I also was able to fax anything they needed. I never had to use regular mail. The process took a couple of weeks and they were very responsive. They immediately answered all my calls and texts and they guide you through step-by-step. You check on your account online and they tell you anything that needs to be done. And when you do it, they send you a confirmation.

We were refinancing and AmeriSave's process was really easy. There was always a lot of paperwork and junk you got to deal with, but they made it as easy as they could and their rates were competitive at market value. I liked being able to do the application online and the only thing I had problems with was sometimes, the portal was ahead of where my agent was at. It would ask me for documents that I didn't actually need because the agent hadn't verified. So, they could improve the communication on that aspect. But AmeriSave was usually pretty prompt in addressing my concerns and it was nice to be able to have the text message option or calling. The rep I worked with was Drew and he was friendly and always answered my questions.

AmeriSave is a good company. The application to closing went by fast. It was what I expected. There were no disappointments. The loan officer was good. The whole team was good. They answered my questions almost immediately, either online, a text, or they would give me a call back.

I did a refinance with AmeriSave and they were effective at what they did. They told me what I needed to do, what forms I needed to collect, and what documents I needed to get. I talked to them on the phone, but most of the process was done online and it was pretty simple. Their website was super easy to use and the contract terms were standard in the industry with what everything else is going on right now. The rep I worked with, Jonathan, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. AmeriSave did everything they said they were going to do.

The person from AmeriSave who was helping me gave me exactly what I needed when I needed it. We set up the app and the application process went smoothly. I got a notification that I needed to provide information. The overall process did take a little bit longer than we had hoped, but there were reasons for that.

I called AmeriSave and talked to Tristan. He was a very educated and well-spoken young man. He made the borrowing process so easy for us and he was very effective with his work. So, we dropped the company that we were with before and took our business to AmeriSave because of him. The terms of the mortgage that we got from them were acceptable and during the application, most of the information needed to be uploaded on the portal. What we weren't sure about, we gave them a call and got to them immediately. And they helped us through the process of uploading our information when we weren't sure about that. We did it all on our phone and it didn't take much work.

I'd use AmeriSave again. They have been great. Everything happened like it was supposed to. The reps kept in contact with me all the time, let me know what what was happening and made sure everything was okay on my end. I didn't have to reach out to them and go through a long process.

AmeriSave is a great company. I was always in communication with the person who was with me in the process.

The reps with Amerisave were very attentive and on the ball. Anything that I needed, they were always helpful with and did it in a very timely manner. They were always very good about letting me know what they needed from me. If I was taking a little longer than they thought it should take, they would reach out to me and make sure everything was okay and that we were still moving forward. I was very happy with the outcome. Other lenders were quoting higher rates than what I got.

Awful. Lender kept asking for the same documentation over and over and over, constantly delayed things, would say things like "okay we're ready for closing" only to have "just one more thing" the next day all the way to closing. Never had this experience before, asked around if it was normal now, everyone I knew in reality / insurance was flabbergasted (we should have been super fast and easy to close, excellent credit, tons of cash). Even at closing, things weren't communicated to the title company correctly and the lawyer said he'd been doing it for over ten years and never seen something like this before.

The rep at Amerisave was wonderful. When you do a mortgage, the language can be confusing or what you need to do can be confusing. The website that they had that walked you through everything you needed to do was so perfect and not confusing. Whenever I had a question and I would email, they were so quick to respond.

What AmeriSave Mortgage said they could do, they did. Not a dime less nor a dime more. And it worked out perfect for us. Catherine was the lady who first started with us and stayed with us the whole time. And she was fantastic. She explained everything to me how it works. And we went right from there. There would be things we didn't understand. What we didn't understand, we asked. And they explained it to us. And any time we emailed Catherine, she was fantastic about it. When I called or had an issue, I could either send an email or make a phone call. I’d get a return call back within two hours. And that's fast.

My husband reach out about getting a loan. JR was the representative that was assisting us. We were told we had to pay a appraisal fee which we did, and someone would call us within a week to set up a time to do the appraisal. No one called and JR stopped answering our calls and emails. So we decided we did not want to continue with this company. Finally JR emailed back and said we would receive our $625 back in 7 to 10 business days. It has been 3 weeks. JR is not answering our emails and calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will probably have to take this matter to court to get my money back.

I was looking to get a loan on equity in my house, and then I talked to somebody at Amerisave and they said they could give me refinance and give me the cash to pay off a bunch of my debts. The application was pretty easy. When I called, they answered the phone. They also got back to me right away for my questions. The rates were okay. With the way things were and the way my credit was, it was all right. The reps were pleasant. The whole check thing was weird, but they got it done.

The rep was very cordial and nice and was able to work us into the loan that fit what we needed. We were doing a refi, and the application process was very easy. It was done online, but I had to send in forms too after it was reviewed and approved. It took seven to eight weeks, but most of it was just trying to get contractors because we had some issues that had to be fixed with the house. The overall process was great. They explained everything thoroughly, and they were available any time I had a question, called or emailed. They were right back to me. The rate and terms are good too. I like them.

Applying for the refinance thru AmeriSave was long and difficult, but a lot of it was because a lot of the documents that I needed, my mom had, but she didn't know where she put them because she had dementia. But my rep was super patient. My first interaction with him was at the beginning of March and we closed on the beginning of July. Also, the rate I got is good for what it is now. Interest rates have gone up and it sucks. But I don't think we could have gotten a better deal somewhere else.

They also told me how to upload everything into the portal. They were very professional and my experience turned our exactly the way they said it would. The total process took six hours spread over three weeks and the person I worked with was excellent. He had creative ways to finding solutions and was very helpful. I was impressed with his attention to detail and his timeliness of response and actions. All in all, working with AmeriSave made the transition from one house to another very smooth and predictable.

The portal where I submitted documents was a little disjointed to use. Other than that, the application process was easy and the rep stayed in contact. If I had a question or sent an email, I got feedback pretty quickly. Also, we had an issue toward closing. I had submitted pay stubs but only one went through. So, it looked like I had half the income I should have had. We were doing an addition to our home and I said, “No. I wanted to cash out so I can pay for this remodel.” When they looked at my income, they said, “Oh, we're missing half your pay because we don't have the pay stubs.” So, I had to resubmit. But they corrected everything on their end. That just delayed the process a week or so which was not a big deal.

The Amerisave rep that contacted me at first was really thorough and would always answer the phone when I had questions. The application process was relatively easy. I only had a bit of a glitch at the end trying to get some paperwork from my condo. But once I called and got that and they released it to me, it went relatively quickly. Other than that, everything was still done in a timely manner. They also did a good job of explaining and emailing me, letting me know I had a new form to fill out.

Amerisave was phenomenal. The rep I worked with had to get on the phone for hours with me, just trying to get through the program safely. They had a decent title company come and close it. They had an appraiser come out. It was local. They did everything a mortgage company should do. Everything worked out fine.
