AmeriSave has my regular mortgage and when I was trying to consolidate, I went for a home equity loan with them. Their process was awesome. It took less than two weeks which was very quick. I dealt with the gentleman that helped me apply for the home equity then I talked with one girl that was assigned to my file a couple of times. She was very nice as well. They were knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I had a concern about a debt that wasn't showing up that they found and they included that. They were very thorough. I wish the rate was a little lower, but it was not bad for a home equity. The experience was perfect.

I tried to go through my mortgage company then I tried a couple of other places, but the terms were ridiculous. One wanted $15,000 closing cost and another one said they could do it as part of my mortgage, but my mortgage rate was going to go up by a percentage point. I told them no and that I just wanted to borrow equity out of my house. I was sitting there and the commercial came on for AmeriSave. I called them up, went through the process, and it was easy. It took less than a week and the experience was very smooth. Everything was pretty much sent to me through email. I didn't have to go looking for anything. They were always with the updates and I didn't have to look for anybody. I was okay with the rate as well. It was 8% and for today, it's not too bad. The cost of the closing was minimal too. AmeriSave was my best offer.

I went with AmeriSave Mortgage originally after I built my house and converted my construction loan to a mortgage. That was in 2019. My original construction mortgage was with a bank out of Federal Savings and Loans out of Fort Collins. I switched to AmeriSave and I've been with them since. I've refinanced the third time. It's a great service. I've used the same guy since I started. He's usually very prompt and informative. He helps me get through anything I need. He always returns my calls or emails promptly. I reckoned AmeriSave Mortgage was more helpful than the others. There were questions and before all the application, and they followed through with it. It was very clear what they needed from me, and how questions were asked. If it was something I didn't understand, they would walk me through it on the computer. They were very helpful. Also, the process was done in an adequate time. It didn't take a month.

My experience with AmeriSave Mortgage was super easy, and everybody was super nice and helpful. The process was streamlined. It was all online except the notary came out to the house. I didn't have to do any traveling. Any questions I had, either somebody answered the phone or they got back to me quickly. They were efficient.

I would recommend AmeriSave. AmeriSave Mortgage answered us quickly. We did a bill consolidation. We called and set up our request online. AmeriSave kept us up to date and informed of everything that was going on and they were a pleasure to work with. It took a month and a half due to a lot of the people being sick. When they were supposed to come down to do an appraisal, the rep was sick. It took us longer to get it, but we were patient. Do it because they were nice. The most important thing to me was they didn't leave me hanging. When things weren't going on, AmeriSave contacted to tell us what was going on, and apologized, even though it wasn't even the rep's fault that it happened.

James was our contact person at AmeriSave Mortgage and the communication was good. He was, most of the time, available. He returned our phone calls in a timely manner and he was always willing to help. The application and underwriting process were not long. We stayed in contact and not at any time were we left wondering. We always would have wanted a lower interest rate, but we were happy with the rates that we got.

My work truck broke down. AmeriSave's rates were the lowest. To get my mortgage, I talked to somebody, and then there was a preliminary approval, and then I sent in a bunch of paperwork, and that all went through, and then they sent out a notary to sign papers, and that was pretty much it. Everything I had to do seemed reasonable.

I had several people who hit on my email and I hit AmeriSave Mortgage. I called that number and I got in touch with my guy. When he answered the phone and we started talking, I said, "I don't want be a victim of a scam or be scammed or anything like this." He said, "Let me tell you about our company." I had this feeling that it was good and it turned out extremely well. I've been very pleased.
The back and forth took two and a half weeks. It wasn't bad. I had several documents that I had to produce and get ready, so it took a bit of time and it was back and forth. Maria worked with me very nicely on this. I had two emails and two personal phone numbers from my loan officer. We had a connection from where he was in Louisville, Kentucky. Everything that I had, I could easily connect and they would respond to me very quickly.
AmeriSave is a perfect company. People are easy to deal with. I believed when I listened to them. Although I never saw anyone's face at any time, I'm a good judge of character and people. They took care of me. My interest was first rather than the company's. I'm extremely pleased. I could not be happier than how everything transpired. Everything they said and would do, they did, and came through with shining colors.

AmeriSave was on the up and up and I liked what I saw when I researched on my own. I started online by putting in my inputs on what I was looking to do, then had a conversation with them. Once I was aligned, we went ahead and did it. It was free-flowing communication between them and me, without any stopgaps along the way. They made the reconsolidation of my mortgage an easy process. They were trustworthy and I got what I needed out of the mortgage. I wasn't led down the path to do something that I wasn't looking to do or treated in a way that didn't have my best interest in mind. They listened to me and I was happy with them. It was in the area where I needed it to be.

We needed some cash, and we were looking at refinancing or taking a second mortgage. We went to our current mortgage company, and they had offered us something. AmeriSave Mortgage offered a better deal so we went with them. It was almost two points less in interest and less in closing costs. The application and the processing were flawless. The application process took a day or two. It was very quick.
We dealt with, in the beginning, a young man named Drew. He made the application process seamless. He said he never saw anything move so fast. As it advanced, we dealt with Wes. He said the same thing. He could not believe how quickly we got all this done. Those were the two we dealt with up to closing. They were stars. However, closing was a disaster. We asked not to have anything mailed to us. We have horrible mail service. We have had numerous things disappear from our mailbox. But when AmeriSave Mortgage was going to distribute funds, they said they had to mail a check. They would pay off two of our credit cards, so they had to mail to us. They had to mail to us checks made out to those two companies. They couldn't pay them off. They gave the checks made out to those two companies but mailed to us, and we had to mail them to those companies. Crazy procedure.
We waited and waited, but the checks didn't come. It took a couple of weeks before the checks finally arrived. After we got them, AmeriSave sent a check to us to go into the bank. In this day and age that you can't do that all electronically is crazy. But okay, fine. After all these delays, we got the checks to the credit card companies. They got paid off.
We got the cashout that we wanted, which was 8,500. Because it was a check, we had to take it to the bank. However, they couldn't release the funds. They could give us $100 the first day. It's not only AmeriSave's fault that they couldn't transfer the money in there. We had to wait another couple of days. We could get 1,500. After seven days, we got the whole amount of money. That process took over three weeks or longer. That was unacceptable.
Wes, who was responsible up to the closing started, kept us from going ballistic, because we had to keep calling him. “It's not here.” He said, “We sent it.” Back and forth. He kept us together, because otherwise, we would have probably just said, “Forget the whole damn thing. We're not gonna do it.” I don't know if we could have or not signed the papers. Some of it was AmeriSave. Some of it was us getting the information back in a timely basis. But it was all seamless. Then came the closing. I used a lot of four-letter words in that couple of weeks. We still would recommend AmeriSave, but tell others to be careful in closing.
I felt, especially with Wes, because we worked with him more than Drew, that we were friends by the time we were done. Both of them are personable, and great people to work with. Those are the kinds of things that draw somebody back to wanna do business with AmeriSave. They made me feel like I am the most important person in the world when they were talking to me. And they were never too busy. They never made you feel like I am annoying, which I'm sure we were a lot to Wes in the end because of the closing. He probably saw my phone number come up and said, "Oh, no. Now what?” Whoever AmeriSave's HR people are, they did a great job in hiring Wes and Drew. They did AmeriSave very good.

I've got original mortgage through AmeriSave Mortgage. Since I used AmeriSave the first time and it went good, dealing with the representative who I dealt with before, they did a pretty good job. No surprises, no guesswork, no nothing. It was fairly simple. When we finally decided to go with them, it probably took a couple weeks. The process wasn't that hard.

I was looking at redoing some financing. I went with AmeriSave Mortgage and my experience was great. Everything worked out. The numbers were all great. They were cooperative and answered any and every question I had. It's been several years since I'd gone through the mortgage process. It didn't really seem to matter which kind of question I asked because they were great about answering it, and there was no such thing as a dumb question. It was kind of weird not dealing with people face to face. It was my first time doing everything on a computer, but it was very straightforward and everything was great. They explained everything really well. I'm very pleased with AmeriSave. They were easy to work with, fast, friendly, and cooperative. I couldn't have asked for any better. I have absolutely no complaints with the price of their service. I didn't have anything out of pocket except the title search. Their online tools were easy to use, too.

It's very rare to find honest people today, and AmeriSave Mortgage is a very good company. I spoke to one of the gentlemen who works for them, and he sounded honest. He didn't hesitate at all about what he was talking about. He had a lot of self-esteem, was very polite, and wanting to help me with what I wanted, not what he wanted to give me. The process to me was a little lengthy and we got a lot of things mixed up and crossed, but we got it done. Dalton, the guy who took care of it, got it done. He's very good. It's just we did the process on phone and internet, which to me, I'd rather sit down and sign papers and shake their hand, but that was a thing of the past.

The process itself, including the application and pre-qualification, went well. There was no hard credit pool until we looked at the disclosures. The documentation process seemed to be very easy with the portal. It was streamlined. Whatever AmeriSave asked, we just sent it back to them. I'm self-employed, so getting them my tax returns was easy. My assets are in a trust and that was reviewed quickly. The interest rate was not really our concern because we needed the interest deduction, but it was good. It's a variable rate, 20-year terms. We decided to pay off two items. It was $200,000 and they approved $198,000 based on not having an appraisal, and then it went to closing. Everything was there.
The only thing that I didn't ask about was the draw period on the HELOC. Ours indicates that we have a three-year draw with 17-year repayment. I could have gotten a 5- or 10-year draw. That's my blip right there. But after the initial 90- day period, we will pay down the balance with some of the vigil pay down the balance and then use the drop here if we need. Everybody I've dealt with at AmeriSave has been related to loans. We haven't heard anything about payments, but we just closed it earlier February. Overall, the service from AmeriSave was streamlined. Everybody was knowledgeable. They were quick to respond and they warranted our attention and our good review.

I am sick and tired of living from paycheck to paycheck and not having enough money to pay my bills. I was at work talking about it and one of the maintenance guys said that they were working with AmeriSave and he said to check them out. So I did. When I got set up, the rep who assisted me was good. I wanted to refinance everything into one account, so I did a refi on my house and I got enough to pay off the bigger bills, just not the smaller credit cards. But it is what it is. At least it saved me a little bit of money. Their customer service was great and I really didn't have to pay a lot of out of pocket because they either wrote it off or they added it in less stuff. So out of pocket, I only had to pay 50 bucks.
If anyone considering going with AmeriSave, I'd tell them to go for it. You can't go wrong because they work with you the whole way through. My husband used to handle all that stuff and I'm not used to that. I don't understand anything like that. But they walk you all the way through it and they treated you decently. On my end, they felt important. But I'm sure for their end, it was stupid, but they didn't let you feel that way.

We were looking at refinancing and I explored a couple of options. AmeriSave was the first to call back and they were a little quicker on the ball than everybody else as far as getting stuff rolling. So, we went with them. We had a few things on our credit, so we knew the rate was a little bit higher, but it still wasn't that bad, considering where the market is at. The reps we worked with were excellent and the process took about 60 days, only because we had a few things that came back on the home inspection that had to be done before we could get the FHA loan that slowed it down. The closing costs were a little higher than some of the other ones, but overall, I would recommend them.

I was reading some stuff on different finance companies, and I liked what I read about AmeriSave. I chose to go with them, and I worked with two of their loan officers. They were both very knowledgeable about what they were doing. A male officer was the one that I initially talked to, and he was knowledgeable. But the lady that I talked to really impressed me. She really knew what she was talking about. She got more into detail with things than what the man did.
As far as the lending process, it bothered me that the amount of money coming back to me kept changing. As we went through each phase, it kept going down. They could be better improved on being upfront with the amount of money that you're getting back in cash-out, because it kept going down. The cash-out money kept going down until it was about half of what they initially said. After everything was done, and we started getting the money back in from refunds and stuff, we ended up getting more money back than what we thought we were gonna get. I ended up with $5,000 more than what I thought. I called and questioned it and it was right. So, I didn’t argue. Other than that, when I had questions or concerns, they sat with me and explained what was going on and did the best they could with the information they had and explained it out to me.

AmeriSave helped us get that money fast in the time that we needed it, so we didn't have to wait. And we didn't have any issues. There were times when I had to wait and wait, which is hard, especially when I needed the money at the moment. We needed a loan to get our kitchen fixed. I tried to find something that seemed easy. I went through AmeriSave Mortgage's website and decided to call. Spoke to reps who were wonderful people. They're easy to work with. Everything was done online. Everything took three or four weeks. I didn't think it could be that fast. The website was good and it's easy to understand how it works, which I liked. I've never done that before. But for a first timer, it went well. Downloading some stuff on their portal was hard. Some things didn't go through, but that's it. Everything was great. It was just uploading things on there.

I heard about AmeriSave on the internet, then I did some research, gave them a call and talked to them. I did a HELOC with them and I was impressed with the rep's knowledge of everything that was going on, including the interest rates. From start to finish, the process took two and a half weeks, which exceeded my expectations. They were very attentive to everything and responded rapidly also, and the rate and terms were competitive.

I was looking for a bridge loan and AmeriSave's sales guy called me and suggested the refi. I hadn't thought about refi and he was so nice. I applied and the process was great. I had no problems at all. Everything was wonderful and I was very comfortable with the girl that did all the paperwork with me.

I used AmeriSave because I was able to finance the closing costs. The process of obtaining the mortgage with AmeriSave was super easy. Their website was good too. The reps I worked with were very helpful and great. They answered all my questions. I liked the speed with which they were processing things. I told them I was in a hurry, and they worked in a hurry. AmeriSave was really easy to deal with. They were forthcoming with information that I needed, and made the experience really easy to make that decision. The process was super simple. It was a phone call and then I was transferred to a guy and he called me every day for any update in the morning and then in the afternoon, which worked perfectly with my schedule, just letting me know what the next step was all the time. So, I had zero questions going through the whole thing. If I could pass his number around and send business their way, I would. The payoff plan fit really well with my budget. It worked great.

I work at an insurance office and I see quite a few of my customers who get loans through AmeriSave. I went online and I got in contact with them. The person started speaking with me, and everything went great. He was a very nice guy and was very knowledgeable. He answered every question that my husband and I asked of him, and he was very professional. The process took a little longer than I expected because it was during the holidays. It took a month and a half. But I'm used to that. Overall, they did an awesome job.

I had spoken to an AmeriSave person two days earlier but didn't really get a good feel for it because I didn't get my questions answered in the way I was hoping to get them answered. AmeriSave called me again, and it was a different person, and his name is Kyle. I asked him questions which he answered. He gave me some suggestions, and he helped lead me to the decision that I made to move forward with him. I ended up doing a second mortgage.
Everything went fast and easy. I had no challenges with it. I don't know if maybe I was just in a different position financially that it was smooth and I didn't question the decision that I was making. Sometimes you have that buyer's remorse, and I didn't really have that because I felt like I had all of my questions answered, and I felt confident about the decision I was moving forward in. I did the second mortgage so I could get a new kitchen. I feel like I'm in a different level with what I'm doing now because I feel like I'm getting what I want financially. It's something I can afford. I didn't get hit with any surprises at the end.

I already have a mortgage with AmeriSave. I've used them one other time before, too, so this is my third mortgage with them. I had a good experience with working with them. The first time I worked with them, it was like an easy button. On my most recent mortgage for 100k, I made a phone call and then I was connected with a loan officer right at the beginning. Lani was amazing. I spent about 45 minutes on that phone call. I spent the next two days texting where the loan officer would text me and ask if I could talk. I would text him back and let him know when I could, and then we worked everything out. I closed in less than 30 days. It was the easiest thing I've ever done in my life.
I just wish that I had not had to get transferred from one person to another. I wish Lani had been able to bend my experience all the way through. Other than that, the transition was absolutely seamless. I got two mortgages with AmeriSave. They gave me the money I needed. Nobody likes interest rates though. AmeriSave's price could be cheaper.

Everybody at AmeriSave that I spoke to was very helpful. They explained a lot of things to me. I called a couple of other places. They hadn't really explained much to me, so I didn't know much. And AmeriSave was the one that made me understand the whole process a lot better. Any time I had a question, any time I called them, any time I left a message, they got back to me within minutes. I had a fantastic experience, all the way through. Also, the rates were competitive, better than some other ones that I found.

For 41 days I waited in good faith before being told that additional tax returns were required. During that time, I communicated consistently and promptly. Yet, there were repeated stretches of five, seven, 10 days where I heard nothing from anyone. This level of silence and delay is profoundly unprofessional for a financial institution handling time-sensitive matters.
Each time I was told more documentation was needed, I provided it immediately. I followed every instruction and every step of the process without delay. Despite that, this became a two-month ordeal that ultimately collapsed due to late requests for information that should have been identified at the beginning of underwriting, not 41 days into the process.

Amerisave was very helpful and prompt. The application process was fairly easy. They did everything and they just let me know if I had something in that portal that needed to be done. I would get it done, and everything really went smoothly and was very timely. We referred our daughter, and she went through them already, too.

AmeriSave Mortgage came up third on the search, which is, in my book, the better position. They also had the better interest rate. The reps were veterans in the lending field. I probably wouldn't have stuck with them if I didn't have those two people handling me. AmeriSave did a good job.

If I could give zero starts I would. Four months now we have been dealing with AmeriSave. We were pre approved. Paid $500 to lock the interest rate. Provided all of our information within 2 weeks, ours was a little extensive be because we have three rental properties, and two other sources of income. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS!!! They tried saying there was an issue with our primary homes title and whoever they have pulling the title through states that the two parcels we own were one parcel! I actually had to conference call the original title company and Amerisave so they could tell them the issue is on Amerisave side.
So now we are ready to close and they said they need a CPA from H&R Block to verify my husband's self employment, no problem, but why did you wait 4 months to tell us this!!!! The week of closing!!!! Not to mention they are taking so long that they actually had to pull another credit report. I would never suggest this company to anyone. 4 months later still no refinance.

We needed some repairs on the house, and making the monthly payments we had was very difficult. My husband and I are disabled. I went online and wanted to know the top lending providers, and AmeriSave was number one or two. We applied for a loan and it took about three weeks, which was very quick. They had very good process people. Anytime I had questions, they answered immediately and told me everything that I needed to know along the way. When my call went into voicemail, I got a call back within 10 minutes. I felt very comfortable with them. I have a background in customer service (many years of it), and they really are outstanding.

I needed to get a loan to get rid of all the debts I had because of a company called ClearOne, which is a fraudulent company. They made promises that they couldn't make and they took thousands of dollars from me that they really didn't earn. Since ClearOne had ruined my credit, AmeriSave came in. And no one else would give me a loan to get rid of this old debt I had. I got a $50,000 loan, which paid off all my debts. The rate is 8.5% and it's a 30-year loan, but I'm going to be able to pay it off sooner.
AmeriSave did a great job. They bent over backwards to help me, and they gave me information needed to get the loan. I gave it to them in an expeditious way and we got the loan done within a couple of weeks. We like each other's cooperation and I have nothing bad to say about them. When I had concerns, their reps explained things to me and they even helped guide me to get the answers that they needed. Everything that they did and said, they came through. They also called me back immediately, within an hour of me contacting them if I couldn't get ahold of them right away. And when I got ahold of them, they were Johnny-on-the-spot. Most of the time, they answered the phone themselves. They gave me two people to contact, one was the original person who was my contact, and the person who actually handled the inside paperwork.

I own a house free and clear. I needed money to do some remodeling so I looked to get a loan and AmeriSave came up. I went to do a refinance but it was a long drawn-out process but they worked with me great. I had to get a profit-loss sheet done by my accountant to prove that I actually make money.
I am going through a crazy divorce and there's still a house in my name that my ex-wife has and she still has not gotten that out of my name with a mortgage on it. Fortunately, since I had my divorce decree stating that she gets the place and she's responsible for the mortgage, AmeriSave was able to just exclude that or whatever. They worked with me very well. They were very punctual with everything and kept me well informed on everything that was going on.

Troy was our agent and he was incredible. He was very professional, polite, accessible and personable. He couldn't always answer because he's got other clients to work with, but he would always call me back within the hour, and it was a good process. Everything has gone smooth. The only difficulty I experienced was with my lack of technology ability sometimes and my poor internet at the house, but AmeriSave made everything convenient, easy and quick. Once we finally got my stuff in, the process was completed in two weeks. I enjoyed my experience with AmeriSave very much, and if I ever had to use them again, I would. With their help, I've paid off a lot of bills, I'm getting new windows in my house, and I'm still gonna be paying a little less a month than before I did this. There's nothing AmeriSave could have done any better and it's definitely worth it to go with them.

Once I looked up one or two companies, they all come flooding in. I got denied from one guy because my credit score was one point below what he needed. He said, "Call me back when you're one point better." I said, "Really?" "Maybe two weeks ago, you should have checked it because it fluctuates all the time." I told him, "I don't care if it goes up 40 points. I ain't calling you back. Bye." I have plenty of experience with a lot of companies and I figured I'm gonna stick with AmeriSave Mortgage. I was treated better on the phone by them. They said yes to my loan and we're doing business. They make a lot of money off of me and I'm making money. They made me feel like I didn't owe them anything.
I had several of loan officers. After the initial one, there were two more and I had no problem with any one of them. They had their different things that they do and they all passed me off very nicely. I never had to call them for anything. I always got frequent phone calls. Before I even went to call, they gave me a call back. It was very smooth. They were the best and I had a lot to compare with. The communication was great, and everything went along smoothly. I also got the best interest rate.

I was looking to pull equity out of my house. We started doing some research and AmeriSave came up highly recommended. I reached out to the top three that I found in my research and talked to three different people. I wasn't impressed with a couple of them at all. But Rebecca with AmeriSave was phenomenal. I told her my background so she didn't have to get into a lot of details. I respected that that she understood I knew a lot and didn't need a big explanation on everything.
Once I called back and told Rebecca I was ready to get started, we started doing paperwork back and forth. I went in their portal and that was great. I uploaded documents there. The process didn't really take very long. They wanted a lot of stuff, but they realized this is a free and clear house. They were first calling it a condo and were needing all these other documents. Then they finally realized its not so that got dropped.
My sister is a part of this as well and the one thing that we did not like was they were very archaic. They were sending me checks. That was a sheer and utter waste of my time. I'm in 2025. If I have to pay my bills, I do it through BillPay. I didn't know my account number. Why wouldn't they just leave the money in my account and let me pay them like I normally do? They created a huge debacle at the end because they sent me a check. When I asked, ""Where's the check,” they said ""Oh, it should have gone by now.” That right there put me into stress mode that I didn't need. There were checks floating around out there. Who knows who's got them? They were able to cancel them and ended up reissuing. I still made two payments to all my creditors, so now, the numbers are off. Now I gotta hope they send the money back to the right address.

I liked the speed and punctuality of AmeriSave with getting back to me. I filled out the forms online, and in a couple hours, they called me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything that I needed to know. I don't know a lot about finances and mortgages, but they were able to explain it in a way that I could understand. I understood what was going on and what the process was. They were on point and very comfortable with themselves. They were very open with communication. Any time I reached out to try to get answers, they answered in expedient and orderly fashion. The rates are really good as well. Payment is very manageable. Also, their website was very easy to use. AmeriSave had better interest rates over other mortgage companies and their process was pretty cut and dry. I told them what I wanted to do which was to roll two properties together. I gave them the info needed and that was it. It was a really easy process. The customer service was excellent.

I was doing a HELOC loan to pay off some old debts. I checked a lot of other places and they all wanted to refinance my house, which I didn't want to do. AmeriSave was the only one that would talk to me about the HELOC and I've been very pleased with them. I went online, then a couple days later, one of the loan officers named Chilli called me. We talked and I told her what I was looking at and from there, we just walked through the process. I had to send a lot of documents to them and that was one thing that irritated me. Every time I turned around they needed another document. But I had them, so it was no big deal. Other than that, when I called their 800 number, it was hard to get through to Chili if I had a question. But I texted her back and forth. It really wasn't really a big problem and their customer service was fine.
I also dealt with Stacy and she was was very good in working with me in finalizing things. Then, we closed on the 5th of December, and the gal came out with the written notary. That went very smoothly. On the week of the 13th, they sent me my payoff checks to different individuals. We started the process on the 14th of November until the 5th when we signed off, so the entire process took about three and a half weeks. The timeline was very good. I worked with other companies that took six weeks to do stuff with them but with AmeriSave, my wife and I were very happy about it.
The total amount pulled out was 90,000 and the fee was a little 8%. I've got some money coming from a estate that my dad has and I plan to have that paid off in three years. AmeriSave was really helpful when I had questions and I was very grateful for the assistance. But when I did a refinance in the past, I had different credit cards to pay off and they wired the money to them. With AmeriSave, I had seven checks to send out and luckily, I did them all via certified mail because there were some big checks in there and everything worked out fine. The only one I really had problems with was Comenity Bank. It was only $1,600, but it took the bank forever to process the check. They tracked it on the 26th of December and they didn't process it until the 2nd of January.

20/20 title mailed the checks to the creditors. I followed the directions and enclosed my credit statements with the checks I mailed to creditors on dec. 5th. JP Morgan's automation lost the 2 checks. They are still not paid. We tried doing a direct wire from 2020 title to JP Morgan. I am still waiting on fedex to take the checks into a Chase bank. All the service until this issue has been great.

Years ago, when I refinanced, I had been searching around and heard from one of my good friends that AmeriSave had the best rates. I called up and spoke with Zachary, and he's hooked me up ever since. I called him three years later, and he still remembered me. That's good customer service. I did a refinance and the process was completed in 15 days. It was very quick and the website was easy to use.
I was impressed with Zachary's attention to detail and his quick responsiveness even though he's got family too and he's got a newborn. He always responded to me. His management also contacted me to keep me updated with everything that's going on, and paperwork that should be happening and what I need. They were very thorough. The follow-ups were perfect.

AmeriSave was very good. I went online looking for refinancing and I didn't wanna do a home equity loan, then AmeriSave popped up. They contacted me and we went through some questions, what we were looking for, and went through everything. They handled it very efficiently. They talked to me and walked my husband and me through everything. It was very involved. It was four weeks of questions, but everyone that I dealt with there were great. The terms were also great and the rate was wonderful. It was different from what they had originally quoted me though. It went down halfway through because the Fed lowered the interest rate.

Amerisave waited until Christmas Morning to bombard me with a refusal and four different emails and several text messages. After looking at their fees, initally, I debated and loan shopped on going through with the loan and it was my fault that I stalled out with the processing moving forward. The $500 dollar fee and added costs are blinding when you compare with offers that essentially have no fees on a HELOC or Home Improvement Loan. I would hope things are done so electronically with Amerisave that the Christmas Morning Merry Chrismas eMail was just an electronic dispensing on a timer and not generated by a scrooge working the holiday. Basically heartless. Before you sign take a gander at those fees. Oh my - compare with your bank and credit union and other lenders and save thousands. I seriously mean thousands. Pages and pages of fees. Many nickel and dime fees added to tons of other fees. OVERKILL!

I was told that I was prequalified for a loan and that to process it I had to pay 500.00 upfront, but I would get this back if the loan was not approved. The loan was not approved - so much for "prequalified" - and I've contacted them 2 times now and can't get anyone or get my money back. Total Scam.

What got me to go with AmeriSave was Brett. He was not pushy like the rest of them. I didn't feel pressured. On that very first call I said I was just looking and he just asked me to think about it then get back to him. Everybody else was saying it was time-sensitive and that we have to get it done.
I'm 50 so I don't like change and the process was really easy. They explained it in dumb terms and I emailed what they needed and they took care of it for me. The rep was awesome and friendly. If I got stuck and I couldn't get something figured out, she would work with me through it. She kept me in the loop and I felt well-informed. The process took about two weeks. I'd tell my family and friends to use AmeriSave before anybody else.

I will NEVER do business with this company again for as long as I live. I paid exorbitant fees at closing. The closing process was chaotic. I was told they were paying off a credit card to get this done. That card was not paid off after closing. These people are cheats, thieves and liars. I thought this was a smooth transaction until I realized just how badly I had been taken. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...isn't going to happen.

My wife found AmeriSave. What made us interested was just lowering the interest rate on other payments. Although it was through my wife my name’s on everything so they would call me and I’d tell them that I’m at work. Other than that all went smooth and my wife was happy too. My experience with AmeriSave from day one was awesome. Everybody I dealt with was great, and very personable. The response was incredible. Every time I called, if they couldn’t pick up, they'd call me in minutes. My financial advisor Brad was great. He was the first person that I talked to and was with me till the end, and he did everything he could for me.
The process was easy. Our credit was far from perfect, and I wasn't sure I'd be able to get the loan, but they got everything that they needed and I'm very grateful. I actually received more than I expected, and got a good deal on the percentage rate. I was a little surprised that I had to pay $500 as locking a rate, but since I got the loan, I really don't mind. I'm happy.

The process took two months because we have a manufactured home and the underwriter was being very hard-nosed about certain documents that weren't available anymore 'cause the house is 23 years old. But as far as dealing with AmeriSave itself, the experience was really good. The person that we were dealing with only worked from Sunday through Thursday, so that delayed things a little bit, but she was very helpful and patient.

We saw an AmeriSave ad about debt consolidation, so we reached out to them and got an idea of what it was about. We discussed it for a few days, then called them back and decided to proceed with the application. It was easy and went fairly smooth.
We had two contact people and one of them was Deanna, a loan processor. We reached out to her for anything, and she handled it in no time. Their customer service was top-notch. If we had a question, we could call or shoot over an email, and we’d usually have an answer within the hour.
The total process took a little over three months. We had a hiccup with the title search company. We had a holdup with getting what they needed a couple of times and it held up the process. So, it took maybe a little longer than it should have due to that. Other than that, it was pretty quick.
AmeriSave made our life so much easier. We were able to cut down our monthly bills and get some money to finish up what we were working on our house. So, it's greatly impacted us. I've been recommending them to some friends.

AmeriSave Mortgage made me feel important. Customer service was extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The online application was very easy. It pretty much walked me through it. And the contact number was there, so if I had any questions, they answered the phone and walked me through to complete the application. Amerisave gave me a call for my cash takeout but the process took longer than 30 days. An agent wasn't doing his work correctly but eventually, I reached out to the salesperson from the initial call. AmeriSave Mortgage had the best rate and they were personable. The application and underwriting process was quick because I had everything ready for them. I made the call to a loan officer. She did the pre-approval. And I was transferred to the loan processor. And through her, she did the final approval and gathering of the documents for the underwriter. And then from there, the appraisal was ordered, and the closing. Jamie and Deanna were the best. They checked in daily to let me know what was going on and where we were in the process. The biggest holdup was the appraiser who took 10 days to turn in the appraisal. But it was a VA loan, and we could only use so many appraisers.
I did a cash-out and was paying off some debt, so I had checks from the attorney made out to the creditors. But when the checks came in, they were not labeled, and they didn't have the payoff amount. But they’re great because the closing was done at home on a Saturday and that was convenient for me.

We found AmeriSave online then we called them, and Mark was amazing. We talked to him one day, had all kinds of questions and absolutely loved them. He was helpful and informative. I had too many bills, and I needed to get them paid off. So, I looked, and AmeriSave was the first one that contacted me back. I took a second mortgage and pulled money out. The process was easy and they did most of the work. It took maybe a month at the most. And they even sent the people here to the house for me to sign the paperwork, and had it notarized.
I called to make a payment there the other day because I thought we had it set up for autopay, but apparently, it wasn't. And I felt comfortable with the representative that I spoke to.

I needed to pay off 30 grand worth of credit card debt, and my interest was going up to 22%. I was paying $100 a month in just interest, which was absolutely stupid and burning money. I happened to get a mail from AmeriSave about a home mortgage loan deal. By virtue of my daughter, who worked for AmeriSave, I knew it's a reputable place. With my current payment history, I should be able to secure a good loan, so I called them.
They connected me with Timothy, the guy that did my house mortgage, and we worked through the process. I felt really comfortable working with him. I told him this wasn't like a car or house loan that I wanted to keep for five years. So, he basically worked with me to make sure that there was no early pay penalty. I have a property that I'm selling, and I thought it would sell faster. I would’ve paid off my credit card debt from that sale, but it hasn’t sold yet. As soon as the sale of the property goes through, I'm gonna send AmeriSave a check for what I owe them.
The process was all done over the phone. But my phone was having issues and with me trying to take pictures of documents and sending them, it was hard for me to complete the tasks and took a little bit longer than I wanted to. And we can’t move forward until I have completed it. I also didn’t keep copies of my home insurance, so I had to get ahold of the insurance guy and have him send AmeriSave a copy. I was told it would take about a week, but it ended up taking three weeks.
Amerisave offered me a better rate than my bank, which I've been banking with longer than I've had a mortgage with AmeriSave and they didn't offer me a very good rate. I wanted a short-term loan with a really good interest rate, and I got that. Everything's been good.
My house mortgage is through AmeriSave. So far, they haven't sold my mortgage, which is good, because I had that situation before with others where they kept selling my mortgage, going from this person to this person, and I couldn't keep it straight. It was not a fun experience. So, hopefully, I'll be with AmeriSave for a while and won't have to go through all the craziness.

We had one of the worst experiences of our lives with this company. First, they require a $500 deposit to begin working with them, which they described as a fee to get the process started. Our loan officer, Shana **, was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable during the initial calls. However, once our file was transferred to the loan processor, Cicely **, who was excellent, we never heard from Shana again.
I left voicemails and sent emails repeatedly, with no response. Cicely was the only person at the company who consistently returned our calls. Even after leaving messages for Shana’s supervisor, who also never returned our calls, we had no idea what the status of our application was. The only update we received was from Cicely, who told us the company was trying to lower our debt-to-equity ratio, but she was the only person communicating with us.
After weeks of trying to reach Shana, I finally received an email explaining the situation and stating that the company would reimburse the $500 fee. I responded to ask when we could expect the refund and was met with silence again. By that point, we had already moved on to another lender. I strongly recommend staying away from this mortgage company.

Applied for a Amerisave loan. The first time the response was great. Once they charged me for Initiation of the loan all the nos changed and also the interest rate, as and that the income and Debt is high but that should have be advised before running the nos and after that I needed to speak to loan initiator. After numerous calls and E-Mail have not received any emails or phone responses. Poor follow up and poor customer service.

I'm doing some work on my house and I paid too much out-of-pocket already. I didn't wanna go bone dry. I did a mortgage with AmeriSave, and at the time, their rate was lower than everybody else's. Everybody else wanted to get me for 7%, but AmeriSave got me for 5.5%. But I know the Fed dropped them now, so I might have to refi.
The process took a while, but part of that was my fault because I was lagging on getting them the proper paperwork to get everything done. The first lady I worked with, and I don't know if it was because she was leaving the company, seemed like she was dropping the ball. She left the position, and AmeriSave put me with somebody else. The last lady really helped me out a lot. She was very thorough. I’d definitely recommend AmeriSave. My brother was getting one at the same time, and he went right through his bank. At exactly the same time, we were all going through the same thing. I got 5.5%, while he got 7%, so that's a big difference.

We got a HELOC with AmeriSave. The process took a couple of weeks and the rates totally acceptable. But anytime we could have lower rates, that'd be awesome. The market's tight enough with enough competition that nobody's higher than the other by much. However, we've only been a couple of months in and I just got a letter yesterday saying that our loan was sold to some bigger conglomerate. But we still go through AmeriSave for the payments.

We were trying to do some cash out for home improvements and bill consolidation, and went with AmeriSave for our second mortgage. I did the application process on LendingTree then I got a bunch of different solicitations from different companies, but the rate and terms with AmeriSave were the best. The loan was approved in about a week and it took another week or so for the settlement. It was a pretty smooth process. AmeriSave did a great job and I'd use them again.

AmeriSave really worked with me and was able to resolve my debt-to-income issue by paying off my car loan as well as a personal loan. Their online application process was good. I had issues connecting my bank accounts for some reason. So, I had to provide the statements. I had to go to the bank to get those statements and then take pictures of them and submit those and upload it. I started at the end of June and we closed at the end of September. I like the responsiveness of the loan officers that I worked with. I got stressed out, so I may not have maintained my professionalism. However, they took it with a grain of salt and they still worked with me even though I was losing my mind. We were able to lock in a rate and keep that rate from the end of June until closing, which I was very relieved of. Sometimes, the market is volatile and I didn't get stuck with a higher rate. So I'm glad about that.

I used Amerisave in 2008 and used them again recently. The process was pretty smooth. The people that I dealt with made it very easy and the process didn't take as long as I thought it would take. I was hoping to have AmeriSave refinance our mortgage so we could use some of the available cash to pay off credit card debts. However, to validate our primary account, instead of putting a small DEPOSIT in the account, they posted a Debit charge of around $350. Without letting us know, our bank identified that charge as someone hacking into our account and shut down the account and both debit cards associated with it. The net effect is that we had to go to the branch and have them create a NEW account with new debit cards.
We also had to reroute funds from my wife's Teachers' Retirement fund to the new account. We also had to contact Social Security to have our SSAN checks routed to the new account. However, because we take advantage of automated payments for utilities, insurance and other items, all of those charges had to be rerouted to the new bank account and we also had about $350 in late payment and bounce check charges. This was a total disaster and trauma we did not need.

DO NOT use these people. They do not do what they say. Paid to lock a rate and they changed the rate and the loan amount. Never told me it was non refundable. Now they refuse to refund. The loan officer that I dealt with is very uncooperative. Stay away.

I did a conventional mortgage with AmeriSave. The rep was in contact with me all the time and let me know what was going on. The process took about 30 days which met my expectations. I would tell others I had a very good experience with AmeriSave. However, as far as trying to figure things out, I wasn't familiar with some of the stuff. I was at work and we were trying to do it on my phone. If was at a desktop, it might have been a whole lot easier. But other than that, the process went better than what I thought.

The process with AmeriSave was very good. I was not in great shape at the time I did a mortgage with them. I needed a lot of handholding and they really did that and got me through the process. My guy was Jason, and he was tenacious with me. He was helping me stay on top of it. He went above and beyond. I have a lot of loose ends I had to take care of and he helped me stay on it and do it because it was very challenging for me to do. I had to go through some of the things multiple times and they had to go through with me multiple times as well. They were very patient step by step, helping me get through it. I needed that. It's really helped me start a new life. Overall, it's been a very good experience.

They were experienced. They weren't questioning what they were saying. Everyone I talked to at AmeriSave was very informative and had all the answers. If they didn't have the answer, they found it for me in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier with my experience with everyone.
The process took a couple weeks. There was one delay because interest rates dropped, and they reinitiated the lower rate without me asking. Because there's a waiting period in Arizona, you have to wait X amount of business days from when you accept the loan. That was the only delay I had, but it was a good one because they took it upon themselves to lower my interest rate without me having to say anything.

I went to AmeriSave for an equity loan. I had put out inquiries about getting an equity loan. I was contacted by AmeriSave. I went over some of the specifics with the initial agent. I was then put in contact with a different person who handles the loan. Then there was a third person who also assisted with me getting all of the paperwork together. They were persistent yet patient because I was going through several things at the time. We were able to get all the paperwork processed. I closed with a third party here in Texas that was facilitated by AmeriSave. That went very smoothly. The online application process was very user-friendly. The application and the underwriting process took about six weeks but that was mostly due to my delays. Overall, all of the agents that I worked with were very knowledgeable and understanding, and I appreciated the assistance that they gave me through the process.

I did a search online to see the rate for refinance and the line of credit and see which one would have been a better fit. After that, I got phone calls from a couple of different people. I spoke with Tyler at AmeriSave and when we went over everything, he seemed to have a better grasp on how things work than the other people that had called us. He told me straight facts instead of trying to get me to spend more money than I needed to. The process went very smoothly. I already knew the rate was gonna be higher than a normal mortgage loan, but it was slightly less than the personal loan I had already taken out, so it was fine. It was under 10, and that was what I was aiming for.

AmeriSave's application process was great. There were two females that worked along with me. There was also a male in the final stages of the loan approval. Everyone I talked to was great. It was a great process from start to finish. Sometimes, things can get a little finicky when you don't go and meet someone in person, but this was a smooth process. Closing was done within 21 to 24 days. It was fast. The required information and expectations were set up front, and I did appreciate that.
I spoke with the young ladies and told them I'm going through with two lenders while I was with AmeriSave and also another company. They supported that idea to see what company would give the best rates and let me know about matching the rates. Needless to say, I wind up going with AmeriSave. The only thing was my termite inspection was not included in my closing. So, I had to pay for that out-of-pocket. Outside of that, everything was great.

AmeriSave has a very easy and quick process. I made the call to them, and they explained to me more about what they do and how everything worked. From there, which was just within a week, I had the money to do what I needed to do. I applied for a HELOC. They had the lowest quote, so I supposed it was good. The price that I paid wasn't bad, too. Everything was online. As far as uploading documents, the only thing that could change is the mailing in of debt payments. That would have been a lot easier for me if I would have been able to make payments online. Other than that, I had a great experience.

I'm getting close to being retired, so I wanted to upgrade some of our appliances at the house and pay off one of our vehicles. AmeriSave Mortgage was the most helpful one that I spoke with, and they got right on it. It wasn't a long, dragged-out process like everybody else. Getting the mortgage took 30 days at the most. The only thing is if somebody was in need of money right away, the process could be a little quicker. Other than that, I called a representative during the process, and they were very kind and on top of everything. I would recommend AmeriSave to anybody that was interested in looking for a home loan like mine.

They text you for everything. But if someone came and asked me to name my mortgage company, I'd tell them AmeriSave over a bank.

I would highly recommend AmeriSave. The people that you speak with are back in Georgia, which is not a problem. Everything's done online anyway. The process was painless. Communication was good. If I had problems finding one person to talk with, I could call up a point of contact and they would reach out to that person to ensure that my questions were answered. We even closed quicker than what I thought we were going to. It was not more than three weeks.

When I first called to get a quote, they were really easy to talk to. They explained everything. I had talked to others before, and it was pushy, but AmeriSave was not. I went through another company, and AmeriSave was listed for my mortgage. It was a refinance. They reached out to me over the phone and told me firsthand what they were gonna do—that they were gonna send an email and I would set up a portal, go in and answer some questions and provide this and that information. I'm from the old school. I'd rather be person-to-person, but that was the way it was. It was time-consuming but it wasn't bad at all. They were very nice.

I was looking into getting an investment property and the guy I dealt with, Keith, was really great so I'm glad I decided to go with AmeriSave. He was a big reason it got done so quickly. He helped me out tremendously and I really appreciated him. The rate is a little higher than what I would have liked it to be, but I understand why it was. I'm sure they look at the credit scores and basically risk off that. My credit score wasn't as high as it should have been. I needed it to get the mortgage and it helped me out at the time.
I've only got one issue and it was with my escrow for my insurance for the house. On my paperwork, it looks like it says that they would pay 900 and some dollars for four months at closing. But my insurance almost canceled. When I tried to get up with AmeriSave, they gave me the title company and said it was up to them. But when I got ahold of the title company, they said I might need to get with AmeriSave. It was the back and forth.
I ended up coming out of my pocket again for almost 600 bucks to keep the insurance current for them to get it to go bi-monthly until the escrow kicks in. I understand it's got to build money in there. But on my paperwork, it looked there was 900 and some dollars allotted for that. But I don't think it was AmeriSave. I think it was actually the title company that got that money and they never sent it towards the insurance.
Nobody could correct the issue for me and I did send an email to Keith. He was really great during the process and he got back with me the first time. But whenever I emailed them and told them that they were about to cancel, nobody ever got back with me over that. They left me hanging. Maybe I'm looking at the paperwork wrong. Maybe this is how it was supposed to go, but it seems like someone could have got back with me. Maybe they felt like once it was the title company that they've done all they could do too. Other than that, everyone that I've talked to has been great. AmeriSave was top-notch.

I wanted to pay off some things and do some house repairs. I talked to my kids about the rates offered by AmeriSave because I've never done an equity loan. I was concerned what I should look out for and what I should do, and they said the interest rate is good.
At first, I went online and then I had about 50 other institutions calling me. I talked to this gentleman at AmeriSave and he was very helpful. He kept me up to date. He would send me emails. And he would also call me, let me know where we were at in the process. The guy who came out and inspect the house would ask what would be a good day for him to come over. Everybody in there was so kind to me. They were right on top of things. Everything was lined up perfectly. The process took about a little over two weeks, which I was very pleased with. It was a lot quicker than I expected.

I like what AmeriSave offered. I did home equity with them and I was kept in constant contact. The process took a month. The only problem I had with them is they did the servicing of the loan twice since I have done business with them. I don't like that, because it's constantly going to a different place and then you gotta figure out where to send it. The 12% rate was also high. But they go by credit score and mine was 6-something, so they probably did the best they could. That aside, the loan consultant was nice. He tried to explain the best he could to me, what was going on and what the next step would be. It was also easy to upload documents.

The worst experience, I did everything they asked and the underwriters kept asking for the same things, my house loans with Amerisave and they're asking for mortgage documents, I told them many times my loan and info with your company, insurance mortgage statements all is on file, after a month and a half, they closed my account because of incompetence, I went with another company that took 5 days not a month and a half which never went thru. I’m glad the process with them is over. On top of that I lost $500 for the fee, non refundable, because they didn’t do their job right.

I wanted to remodel my kitchen and wasn't sure of which route to take. AmeriSave made the process of taking an equity refi very easy. It was a super fast process. I had good communication from beginning to end. I had no issues and would recommend them to anyone interested in refinancing at this time. Be prepared for a ton of questions. The only minor inconvenience was the paper checks they sent to pay off all my credit cards. I always pay online so I had to print out statements to be able to mail the checks via snail mail. There needs to be a way to pay these online developed. Just a First World problems suggestion.

I was looking to get a standard mortgage on my third house. All mortgage rates seemed to be the same, so I wanted lower origination fees. AmeriSave’s rates were competitive and better than anybody else. I did bite down a few points because of today’s economy and interest rates are high.
I was handed off a couple of times to different people because maybe they had moved to different jobs, but they were knowledgeable, personable, and responsive to any questions I had. Everybody I worked with was excellent. We got it done in about three and a half weeks, which was amazing. Even the title company was amazed at how fast everything took. The only thing is, at first, I couldn’t see everything that I uploaded on the website. I made a recommendation to them, and they changed the interface so that I could see them by the end of the process. Now it’s pretty quick and easy to use.

I, in error, choose AmeriSave for an equity loan. It was constant pain. They never requested necessary information bit by bit instead of composing a list and request at once. The request for unimportant info was incredulous. Once all was over one of the checks that was to be paid to a vendor was misled by CC company twice; hell from Title company. Rocket mortgage took 3 weeks to get done. STAY AWAY, many other options.

We've been here in our home for 30 years. I owed IRS $31,000. So, I used the equity in the home to pay them off. I'm 68, and AmeriSave made the process very simple for me to do. It was a very impressive way that they do business and reach out to you and keep you in the loop from the beginning process to the very end, also making it easy for the closing officer to come to your house to close.
I would tell my friends to definitely go with AmeriSave. They're very informative and they keep you abreast. They have a portal where you can see everything in real time every step of the way, very easy to sign documents electronically, and they give you notifications often to remind you to sign your documents in a timely manner.

The process with AmeriSave is really very easy if you have everything ready for them. It was less than a week and we were done. We started the process because it was a good interest rate, way better than we thought it would be with what's going on with interest rates today. We initially were just looking for a home equity loan, but it was easier to refinance. Our mortgage rate is still 5%. But in order to lock in the rate that they quoted, I had to pay $750 right at the very beginning, which I paid 'cause I didn't wanna lose the rate. But I have never had to do that before, and this is probably the fifth or sixth mortgage in my life. That was weird.
However, compared to other lenders that I've dealt with, AmeriSave responded very quickly. The initial person that called me was a very nice young man. Then he put me on with his supervisor after we had gone through everything, and he told me his supervisor would then be working with me, but that I could reach out to him if I had any questions. I then spoke to his supervisor who told me what the rate would be and what the timeline we were looking for was. Then he put me on with Elena. She was the one I worked with for the rest of the time. She was also the one that set up the appraiser to come out and got the closing fixed when we wanted it to.
We paid off everything we owed, had money left over, and still have $100,000 in equity. It was a really good deal, and we were very happy to not have any creditors now other than the mortgage and Amazon. AmeriSave sent the checks to us then we had to send the checks to our creditors, which we did. Apparently, one of the checks got lost. I've reached out to Elena and told her a company said they never received the check. It's two weeks from the time you receive the checks before they can stop payment on one. She said I still had another three days and if the company hadn't gotten it by then, to let her know which I did. She stopped payment on it, and I had a new check within two days. Any time I sent an email to her, she responded. She told me she was off on Sundays and Mondays, but even when it was an off-day, she would respond. She deserves a big gold star.

I applied online with AmeriSave Mortgage two years ago and they didn't help me. I prayed on it, threw it up in the air, and left it alone. They started calling me and took the call one day. I missed the call because I'm a driver and I have a route job, and another lady called me. Her name was Charmaine and she was calling from AmeriSave. She transferred me over to speak with Jordan, and they did a rough draft on my payments which would have been 1,207.
I was in a nasty situation with people claiming I still owed them, even though my title was free and clear. They had been taking money from me since 2010. The man asked why I was paying them when the paperwork is incorrect. Everything was straightened out. After my divorce, my husband’s name was properly removed, and my home was fully in my name. I had been paying these people and my homeowner's insurance at the same time, but it got resolved. I said that the Lord was on my side. I was initially contacted by a representative named Charmaine, which confused me because my name is Chamaine and sometimes mispronounced as Charmaine. She transferred me to Jordan, which is also my oldest son’s name. The terms matched my birthday, 1,207, though the numbers were slightly lower than previously suggested.
AmeriSave got me approved and paid off the credit I had been managing after my divorce. They took care of me with all the little odds and ends I had on my credit and picked up the broken pieces from where I had left off. Within about 30 days, everything was signed, sealed, delivered, and completed. Scott and Jordan were not taking no for an answer and they got everything done.
AmeriSave stabilized me. I had a good payment history on all of my credit accounts and I'm almost at 780. I haven't pulled out one credit card for nothing. I had money that I could put in the savings and leave there in case of an emergency. And if these people try to pull anything, I can afford an attorney that I have on standby. I feel like a person again instead of running from a boogeyman. I am completely debt-free besides the payments that I have to make to AmeriSave. And I don't have any problem. I made my payment ahead of time and am gonna make my second payment already because I got it. I got a refi from AmeriSave and they made it easy. The application wasn't hard to do online, and I immediately got a phone call from one of the workers. The process was smooth. I would have to do some things and then sit and wait. But as far as making anything difficult, they took care of everything. It took about 2.5 months, but it wasn’t their fault. My county had all of my land messed up. The rates are high now, but I got it at a relatively low rate. I got a 5% and I was happy with my rate and terms. You just need to be a little patient with the time that it takes sometimes, but as far as any questions you have, the AmewiSave reps will answer everything that they've got.

AmeriSave's process was very smooth. I had no issues at all. I was given a rate of 7% and I would've liked for it to have been lower. But the interest rates right now really run pretty higher than what it did. Everything worked out good and they’d done great. Only problem I've had with them so far was making the first payment. That was an absolute nightmare. We kept trying to do it online but we ended up having to mail a check, which made it a few days late. But it wasn't 15 days later, I just don't like my payments to be late. They kept telling me that I had to call this person and that person. Then finally, we got ahold of somebody who said that, until we make our first payment, they couldn't settle anything up because our account number wouldn’t set up. But everything got done. It’s just that it took much longer than I thought it should take.

I trusted AmeriSave when it was of the the three unsponsored sites when I googled top-rated HELOCs. I called all three to get quotes and I went with AmeriSave as I got what I thought was the best deal from them. I got an agent that I ended up on the phone with a lot. His name is Michael and he helped me get through. We talked on the phone several days in a row to get all my documents 'cause some of them weren't acceptable to prove my income.
It was challenging to get the documents to figure out where did I need to go online to get them and how can I upload them or get some of kind of way that AmeriSave could receive them. It took three times for the proof of my income. I wasn't in a big hurry and it wasn't the time that it took that bothered me. It was just the thought of when are we gonna finally satisfy these people. But Michael was always there. I could always count on him answering the phone when I called and calling me when he needed something. We emailed back and forth a couple of times. He was on the case.

Filled out one of those mortgage comparison tools in which they will send your loan to get quoted by several different lenders. Within minutes of submitting my phone received an onslaught of calls every hour upon the hour. I was working so couldn't answer. Later in the day after work I did answer. I gave them the same information I provided to other lenders and told them I was comparing offers. Their loan officer who went by the name Jessica ran me through their process. During the process it came to a step where she asked me to put down 500.00. I told her I was comparing quotes and not looking to lock in with them. She stated and I quote "It is our intent to earn your business, If we do not earn your business the money will be refunded to you." So I proceeded and they provided their offer. Their offer required an appraisal at the cost of an additional 750.00, had higher closing costs and more fees.

AmeriSave was the first company that contacted me when I was looking for a refi. I did the process online and it was very easy. They had great rates and it was very timely. Paid $650 for an appraisal and never received the appraisal or a refund, don’t use these thieves. They said since the loan was not going to happen they are going to keep the appraisal fee and will not return it.

My experience was not good, first it took another lender offering me a lower rate to get a lower rate. All this digital communication is for the birds. I was so lost on what to expect and they did not explain it. Did not and still don't know... I did have one good guy Matt, but Mike was not very helpful. I told him I didn't put my bank information on paper I signed because I already did online. And he did not answer me no more. So I messaged Matt and will see if he can help me get my money the way I said. Will update later .... but my next mortgage company will be ...???

It takes a long time to deal with loans. AmeriSave were the ones that seemed like they were gonna be faster. I got a HELOC and the ladies that helped me get the loan through, I liked them a lot. It did take almost twice as long as I thought it was gonna. But mortgage companies all just seem be that way. I tried with my bank first, and it was three months of, "We need this and we need that." It finally came down to the fact that they needed me to fix what I was borrowing the money for before they were gonna loan me the money.
I really was quite desperate to get that money I needed to fix something so I could sell a house. I didn't have any extra cash, but I may not have done it the smart way. I saw other companies that I probably should have went with 'cause I needed a certain amount. AmeriSave couldn't loan me all that, so they loaned me less. I should have went a lot less instead of just letting them set that boundary. It cost me more than I would like to admit, but it is what it is. I wasn't really thinking clear. The more you borrow, the more you're gonna lose as far as interest.
At this point in time, I’m not too impressed with AmeriSave. I got the money, did the project, sold the house, and I wanted to pay off the loan. On my first payment, I added the total amount, and I sent them a check. They pissed around for two weeks, sent it back to me, raised it up to $500, and told me that's how much I needed to pay it off. I sent that check on time but they said, "You can't do that with a check. You're gonna need a cashier's check or a wire transfer." There's absolutely no good reason for that. They've agreed to accept my checks and I didn't like that.
I then found out that they're involved with Chase Bank. If I'd have known, I would not have signed with them. I've dealt with them before and it was an Amazon card. I didn't have the money and I was in the middle of a project. I applied for the card and got the financing. Also, two weeks later, I had more money and paid off the whole thing. They refused my total payment, then came back later and said I owed them for being late. They refused my total payment and come back later and said I owe them for being late. That's twice that Chase Bank has done that. I've never used that Chase card again and I will probably never use AmeriSave again because they're involved with Chase.

My wife passed away two years ago, and then I had to have ankle surgery and couldn’t work anymore. I lost $3,600 a month in income and just could no longer pay my bills. I went to U.S. Bank and Veridian Credit Union, but they wouldn’t give me a loan.
AmeriSave was on the internet, so I applied with them, and they have been great. The people that work there have been really kind. They listen to my stories and really took the time to help me. They’ve gone out of their way to solve my problems. The process took a couple of months because we ran into problem after problem that we had to sort through, like my credit report being really bad. I graduated National Debt Relief and sent that to AmeriSave, and they helped me solve everything.
I got a home equity loan from them that paid off my house loan and saved me about $1,900 a month in bill payments. As far as the rates and terms with my HELOC, I think they were good. I actually have money to live on now.

Everyone from AmeriSave Mortgage was very attentive. They were very communicative on what was needed to keep things moving. And ultimately, everyone was aligned that we wanted to move things along as fast as possible without missing any details. For both my wife and I being working professionals, they kept us moving along, whether it was a call or a text or an email to say what they needed from us and to have it to them by a certain time so there won’t be any delays. AmeriSave works with me all the time through the phone and they made it easier for me. The process was smooth. I was able to be in touch with the agents 100% of the time, mostly with John Drake, the mortgage originator. He actually gave me his personal cellphone. Sometimes I call him at 10:00 p.m. and he will answer me. You cannot get that with anybody else. Any question I have, he was there and he was able to give me different options. He always has a solution to work around.
When you're working with AmeriSave, it's not just about the refinancing. It's like a friendship. They talk to you about things that have nothing to do with the refinance and they will give you advice. They're really professional people.
If I need to upload a picture online, I will shoot them an email and they actually would do it for me to save time. I'm really happy with the company. They took a lot of stress and headaches. This process is hard and they made it easier every step of the way. They're awesome. They're nice and knowledgeable. They're always available. I don't have any complaints about it. If I decided to refinance my house, I would do it with AmeriSave. I won't do it with anybody else.

Pros: Folks you deal with are nice and understanding. The online system is easy to use. Cons: The underwriting sucks! They demand unnecessary information. They made me prove I was not married to an ex-girlfriend from 16 years ago, that I had child support orders I had already stated I had and provided documentation for, they needed a divorce order from 6 years ago with attached separation agreement. I own the home in just my name for over 6 years. You have to pay for a title search and title search insurance that apparently is useless. They still wanted me to provide all the proof that I own my house that is titled in just my name. It was invasive and infuriating, forcing me to dig through old documents from an emotionally damaging time to proof what the title search should. It was completely unnecessary. They require $500 upfront. If that had not been paid, I would have left them.

I ran across AmeriSave a couple of years ago when I was trying to refinance. I had my ex's name on my deed and they told me what to do. When everything was finalized, I came back to them. I did a refi to pull equity out. The process was fairly easy. Ryan and Justin were amazing and they kept me informed. They did everything they needed to do and it closed fairly easily from the time I started to the actual closing. The process took about a month and a half. I started at the beginning of March and it was done by May.
Communication was very clear, concise, and open. If there was something missing, they let me know. If something was needed, they let me know. If I had questions, they answered them immediately. The only thing that I am still worried about is I haven't received a copy of my title as I was told I would get the new title. I had to do a quit-claim to get my ex's name off.

The application process was easy. I only had to provide my name and personal information. It wasn't a lot of stuff. That was another reason I stuck with them.
The overall process was great, and I don’t regret it. They really took me step by step, and it was nice because I was getting nervous and I felt like I shouldn’t do it. And I would say, “I don’t know what this means.” and they would take their time and go through it with me. It was something no one had ever done, so I really enjoyed it. I learned a lot because they had me do things I didn’t know how to do, but they showed me how.

It started out real good. When I first saw the guy, Mike, he was very good. But as we went along with the process, it started getting rougher and rougher. I'm so pissed off at AmeriSave right now. I tried to make a payment the other day and they told me I gotta go online. Or I gotta pay somebody $9.99 to pay them. That's ridiculous. You shouldn't have to pay somebody to pay them. I don't like that. I'm still upset about that.
I had to pay somebody $10 so I could pay AmeriSave. Why can't they do the same thing and it'd be set up like that from now on? They say there's no activity on my account. But it was the first payment. How would there be activity? I'm gonna send them a check every month. I won't worry about it and try to figure out how to get out of this damn thing.

I was looking for a home equity loan and decided to go with AmeriSave because they offered better options and rates than a couple others I had talked to. The process of getting my HELOC was pretty easy since it was all done online. They collected all the information and paperwork, and it took about two weeks after that to close.
Gary, my loan consultant, was very easy to deal with and made the whole process simple. Everything went very smoothly and it was pretty hassle-free. The APR was a little higher than I expected, but I think that’s the case with just about everything right now

I was looking for a home equity loan, and my experience with AmeriSave was great. There were some nuances with my debt-to-income ratio because I was renting at the time. The lender told me my renting period needed to be finished before my loan could be approved. Throughout the process, the lender stayed in touch and kept checking in with me, which I really appreciated.
The overall lending process went well, though it took about five months. The person assigned to my case to check the documents changed because the loan process took a long time, so I had to re-upload my documents. That made it a little time-consuming, but it was the only hiccup. If I hadn’t rented, the process would have been even easier.

I was hunting online for a place to get a loan and ended up going with AmeriSave. The team was very polite and nice. The application process was a bit difficult for me since I’m not really a fan of electronic stuff, but I had a representative I could call who walked me through everything. She was very friendly and helpful.
The whole process took over 21 days, which felt way too long. I ran into some issues gathering documents because they didn’t give me a full list of what was needed, and it took a week to get everything together. I explained that I needed the money right away, and they told me they would push it through, but their idea of pushing it through and mine were very different. Overall, it was a good experience, just longer than I expected. Other than the timing, everything was great.

I was looking to pay off a lot of bills, and I was trying to find a creditor. My mortgage company wanted me to take out more money when I didn't need to, so AmeriSave were the only ones that were the most flexible for me and it just worked out so well. Mili was the loan officer. She was completely awesome. After I finished doing my loan, I gave the information to my sister who's about to finish her loan. And I also gave information to another person just because of her professionalism. And her and Cathy were just so great, streamlined everything. We were able to get through to a closing date really fast so that I'm able to work on getting out of debt a lot faster.
One thing toimprove on, though, is if they could just get all those checks out to pay creditors directly instead of me having to mail them. Because one of my creditors misplaced one of the checks, so I'm still paying on something that should have already been canceled out. Because when you have to do it yourself, it adds a little bit more confusion to the process. It would be nice if I’m able to just pay off everything at one time and not have to worry about anything further.

I am a repeat customer of AmeriSave. Curtis was efficient and good about returning calls. They originally told me the rate would be lower than what we ended up closing at. My only complaint is that by the time they told me about the 2% increase, we were already so far along in the process that I went ahead and closed anyway. We originally discussed 9% for a home refinance and it ended up being closer to 11%. I felt a bit pressured to move forward. I only agreed because it was a HELOC, so I can pay it off anytime.
I also told Curtis upfront that I didn’t care about the term length. I just want the lowest interest rate, since I planned to pay it off in two years or less. If I had been financing 11% over 30 years instead of 9% over 30 years, I would have been upset and wouldn’t have done the deal. But since it’s temporary and I’ll pay it off quickly, the interest rate was less important. The process took three weeks from start to finish. I’d have no problem recommending them.

It would be best to have one person to deal with throughout the process. I didn’t have that with AmeriSave. I had the first person give me the quote, and I was sent to somebody else who sent me again to the paperwork person. Then I had the title people. Overall, I am definitely pleased with them. Everybody responded to me. I haven’t had any issues, and everything was great.

We sold our old house and bought a new house. We got a mortgage loan with Amerisave because we wanted to do some additions to the house. It's a very quick and easy process. It took about two weeks, and I was very pleased with how fast everything went. I would like to see a lower rate, but I understand that the rates are up right now. The rep who worked with us was very cooperative. He was very professional and he let me know exactly what I needed. I am an ex-military, and I think there's way too much paperwork. But other than that I would recommend AmeriSave.

I had CarShield for two years but I cancelled because of some bad experiences. In April the lights came on the dash for some reason. I took it to Basil Ford to get it fixed. And they gave me an estimate of how much it was going to cost. They said CarShield wasn't paying for it. I was going to pay for the radiator and for the other part.
They scraped off my inspection sticker. And I couldn't get an inspection. So from April to July, my car was sitting up ‘cause I couldn't drive it without the inspection sticker. I called CarShield and tried to see where I could go where they would pay for it like they’re supposed to. They gave me a place called JB. So, I went there.
But they told me the same thing that Basil Ford said that CarShield will not pay for it. I happened to have a little bit of money, so I got the work done and I got my car back for $800.
CarShield says they cover for stuff but they don’t cover what I needed to be covered. It seemed to be a con artist thing to me. One time, they did what they were supposed to do. So I trusted them and stayed with them. And next time, they didn't do what they were supposed to do. It all started looking like some kind of scam. I had to pay money two times when I shouldn't have to pay.

I took out some Parent PLUS loans for my kids' college to help out, and it was a lot. And I wanted to consolidate those student loans. I paid off all of my credit card debt and needed a little extra for a home improvement task. I was trying to figure out, and I was just Googling. When you do that, a whole bunch of people call you at one time. It's a little overwhelming that so many lenders call you at the same time, within a couple of hours. AmeriSave was one of those people that called me.
The process was a little bit overwhelming. It could be streamlined a little bit. The lender who I was dealing with was very good. He was very proactive. And he made it better than it could have been. He told me everything that he thought that I needed, and he told me to start getting all that stuff together, which I did. And I had all of that, and scanned it, and had a large PDF with a whole bunch of things.
After that was submitted, the underwriters would ask me to send some things. And then I wouldn't hear from them for long periods of time. And in fact, I recall it was Memorial weekend, that they had asked me something on the night before the holiday after I didn't have access to my computer and to my files, and then I had to wait several days until I could get back to them because they were asking for something so late at night.
I understand they were being thorough and I appreciate that, but it would have been easier for us if they had looked over everything thoroughly and asked for everything at one time instead. It made the process a lot longer than it should have been. Our representative stepped in and sent an email, ''Hey, listen, can you guys pretty much get your act together, and can we get this done?'' And that kind of helped. But if it were just me on my own without him interceding, it would have been worse.
I copied my initial rep Drew on every email that I would send. He would follow up for me. He had my back. He was outstanding. Without him, it would have been a lot longer and not nearly as productive as it turned out to be.
In the past, when I've done like a loan like this, the funds to pay off things, specifically credit card companies, were done directly from the lender to that company. It was a little disjointed for them to send us a handful of checks, and then us then mail them out to all the companies because, number one, it took so long that the balance had changed because I had to continue to make a payment. I'm still in the process of getting refund checks from the people who got overpaid at the end because I had to continue making payments.
My broker was outstanding. He was available all times of the day. He gave me his cell phone number. He was fully available and very patient. I was going with another company initially, but he gave me assurance, different options, different interest rates and different closing amounts. I had a lot more control at the end. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it because I feel much less financial pressure because I'm making one payment instead of six or seven.

I got a call from a lady named Maureen from New England and she was very professional and polite. She was respectful towards me and answered all my questions. AmeriSave sounded good to me. I got a little report and talked to my wife. We gave AmeriSave a shot to see what they had to offer. Once I said yes, I got all these other calls from everybody else. I said, “It's a better offer, but I already talked to somebody.” I'm an old-fashioned type of guy. I gave my word that I would at least see what AmeriSave had to offer and I agreed to some of it. If they had changed some of their aspects, I would have gone to another company like Rocket Mortgage.
I did a home equity loan and AmeriSave gave me $68,000. They were very upfront. I ended up talking to the person that was doing all the paperwork. I was told it was going to take roughly about two weeks from start to finish. They told me I had to upload some paperwork, my LES and my W-2s. And then they asked for my property insurance thing. I did that. After that, I just had to wait because they had to do their paperwork. I called Maureen whenever I had a question. Even though I live in Washington and they're in the East Coast, they contacted me as soon as possible and answered my questions. Some of the questions I asked myself because they were all common sense.
With AmeriSave, it was like any business deal. You can't go in there thinking that you can get exactly what you want. If you like it and you say yes, then it must have been a good deal, even though later you think there's another deal down the road that could have been better. In the end, I was happy. AmeriSave gave me something that I wanted and it fit my budget. I plan on retiring soon. This loan works out for me because it takes care of all these other credit cards that I got rid of.

I wanted to do a little fixing up around the house but I didn't have extra money to do that. I had a bunch of credit cards, so I figured someone can offer me that money and my credit cards would be less for a month. I looked up home equity loans. The next thing I know, AmeriSave was calling me less than a minute later after I filled out all the information. I liked the way first guy talked to me so I continued with the company. I got 1000 calls from other people, but I kept AmeriSave. The process was very easy.

I was looking to refinance, and AmeriSave gave me the best rates and the most out of the property. I wish I would’ve gotten a lower rate, but it wasn’t bad ‘cause they were still the lowest I’d ever seen when I checked around for rates. It was less expensive as far as the fees, and interest rate, and more money out of the home versus Rocket Mortgage.
The whole process was smooth, seamless, stress-free, and everything went pretty fast. Uploading the documents on the website was easy and I didn’t have any issues with it. The finance officer I worked with was great. She was superb. In those types of situations, I probably would have begged out, but with her, it was real laidback. She was easy to talk to, very informative, and any time I called or had a question, she would send me an email or call right back. So, she made experience easy.

I just wanted to pull out some of the equity in my house. That was the reason for the second mortgage. It's actually a home equity loan. The reason I chose AmeriSave was because they were responsive.
Applying for the loan was super simple. I had no issues. I did everything from home except for the signing of the documents. I had to go somewhere for that. My service representatives stayed in contact the whole time, walked me through, answered all my questions. He was awesome. If I sent an email, I would receive a response within 10 minutes, which is exceptional. I didn't expect to get a response within 10 minutes, so it kept me from having any slowdowns.
The greatest part was they actually called me and sat down and walked me through the process and had me answer the questions. And if they needed a document, I could upload the document. They would look at the document to make sure it was the correct one before getting off the phone. It just made the process so much quicker that way.
There were two people that took care of me. One was the initial person and one was the loan person. Both of them made me feel like I was their only customer for the rest of the year.
My process took 22 days. That was because I selected a longer date. But three weeks is probably more than enough to say it would have been done. Their rates are competitive and they treat you as if you're part of their family.

AmeriSave was just really good and did a good job on our refi. We looked at different placers and they just seemed the most upright and helpful. They followed through and kept us informed on anything we had to do. They were right there, helping out if we had any questions, so communication was very good. My wife and I aimed to tap into some of the equity in our home through our original mortgage company. We were going to go back with the original company that we had our mortgage with, AmeriHome, but unintentionally, I engaged with AmeriSave and found their rates and terms quite comparable to what was initially on the table. Despite realizing much later that I had initiated loans with two companies, AmeriSave's process had advanced further, and we decided to continue with them. The process with AmeriSave was straightforward, much like what I experienced with my original company, Amara. Interactions with their representatives were notably pleasant and professional; anytime I had a question, they promptly responded. Jasmine, in particular, stood out due to her impressive dedication and support throughout the process.
There's potential for confusion with company names being so similar, as in my case, and perhaps both AmeriSave and AmeriHome might poach clients from one another. But overall, the experience with AmeriSave was commendable. I would advise family or friends that they are as reliable as AmeriHome and they're a good choice for anyone considering a mortgage.

I went with AmeriSave for a second mortgage. My journey started online, and I completed the process over the phone. The loan officer who assisted me was excellent—patient and helpful throughout, ensuring everything was in place. Although it took around 10 to 15 business days to finalize, I recognized part of the delay was my own due to missing documents, not the consultant’s fault.
Regarding the annual percentage rate (APR) and terms, I felt they could have been slightly lower, but given the prevailing high-interest rates, I understood it was beyond their control. Despite a few complexities with their website for uploading documents, my experience overall was positive.
I would suggest others to give AmeriSave a try. Looking back, the service was commendable, though it would be convenient if they offered an app for easy mortgage payments.

I worked with AmeriSave Mortgage to obtain a home equity line of credit for some bill payments. The whole process was surprisingly fast; I managed to get the line of credit within two weeks. The reps were quite helpful throughout, ensuring I got what I needed efficiently.
However, there was a hiccup with the checks provided to pay off the creditors. They emailed the checks, and the amounts differed from what was initially agreed upon, with one check even getting lost. Luckily, their customer service was responsive, canceling the lost check and issuing a new one. Although I would have preferred if they had sent the checks directly to the creditors or allowed me to handle it online, things were still resolved smoothly.
Overall, I'm content with the service. While the process wasn't flawless, AmeriSave was proactive in fixing the issues, and their website portal was easy to navigate when uploading documents.

Initially, our experience was less than satisfactory. The first representative we dealt with was completely unhelpful. Their lack of transparency was concerning, and we reached the closing stage only to back out due to their poor communication.
However, things took a positive turn when Brandon reached out to us, offering a second chance. We were introduced to a different representative, who was exceptional. She maintained clear and timely communication throughout the process, unlike our earlier experience where I constantly had to reach out. With her assistance, we completed the refinancing process seamlessly in under a month, contrasting sharply with our previous experience that dragged on for over six months.
While the second representative's service was outstanding, earning a perfect score in my books, there were areas that needed improvement. I wasn't completely satisfied with the annual percentage rates and fees, which I would rate a 3. The real sticking point was navigating their website and uploading our documents, which was a frustrating experience warranting a score of 1 out of 5.
