This very bad place to make your glasses, they make it wrong and when I went back she's telling me to do a new prescription, she even didn't check the new glasses. I will never give them business again and will never recommend to anyone.

Was sold the 12 month extended warranty for $25 without being told it was added onto my purchase. When my glasses were damaged a couple of months later I returned to have a lense replaced and was told the coverage for "accidental" damage didn't mean my type of accidental damage and I was charged $140 for a new lens. Now even though I have the receipt with the $25 charge for the guarantee, their insurance provider can't seem to locate my warranty. This vision center is run by solid crooks.

Honestly, we didn’t know where to start. My son’s first set of glasses and Carolina Sarmiento greeted us and gave us information where to start and how the frames were displayed, by cost and brands. She asked my son a few questions and found that he was looking into clear frames preferably. She went and brought a few ones that she believed he might be interested in. Sure enough my son found the ones he wanted. She was friendly and patient and we appreciate that. Great customer service!!

I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center and was greeted very quickly by Tonya. She was very kind and patient, and she explained everything. She showed me several frames and prices, and was very honest about how she thought the glasses I chose looked on me. I felt that I had known her forever. The professional courtesy and friendly atmosphere were wonderful. Tonya completed my order for new glasses, and I was on my way in less than an hour. Thanks, Tonya.

Very Professional, good prices, friendly staff. Tricia was the best, she even remembered me a week later when I picked up the glasses. I’ll probably go back again to get a third pair of glasses. I even bought the sunglass. Exam was quick and easy too!

I visited Walmart Vision Center at 5824 Nolensville pike, Nashville TN37211 to get my glasses work and the technician ** who completed the work for was doing great job. She was highly professional, helpful and friendly. In fact, I highly recommend this place.

RUN AWAY FROM WALMART VISION for your vision needs. I went with vision insurance, and they charged me more than private companies, which offer much better service. Due to my lack of knowledge and my husband's insistence (he pays for the vision insurance), I ended up paying over $200 myself. My insurance paid them $170, and I even brought my own frames. Then I started receiving bills at my house because, according to them, the insurance didn't pay them enough. WHAT?! STOP STEALING PEOPLE. A similar situation happened with each of my two daughters. I never plan to return to Walmart Vision Care. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM WALMART VISION.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5). Very disappointed with Walmart Optical. The anti-glare coating does not work, and the transition lenses barely change in sunlight. Before ordering, staff checked my insurance and told me everything was covered. Three months later, I received a bill saying insurance only paid part and I’m responsible for the balance. This was never disclosed upfront. Poor quality and lack of transparency. I would not recommend.

Had a good visit at Sulphur Springs, Texas Walmart... Megan was very helpful, very meticulous and used precision on measuring for my new glasses. Everything went smooth and I have no doubt that my glasses will fit exactly how they are supposed to when they arrive...

On December 18, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., I had an appointment at Walmart Vision Center, and I called United Healthcare to inquire about eye care coverage related to my cataract and prosthetic implant in my left eye. Makayla, the United Healthcare Community representative, explained to Beth and me that I was covered for no-line transition lenses when I went to the provider for my appointment and my 16-year-old son's appointment. However, I was later told I would need to pay for the no-line lenses. The healthcare provider had previously confirmed that my no-line lenses and transitions are covered.

Excellent service with eye exam and great selection of frames, insurance coverage through Cigna Medicare was great as well with no out-of-pocket costs except for the optional warranty. Staff was very friendly and caring, Nancy was exceptional.

Kingsville Vision Center was very helpful. While Eyemart Express was unable to fix a pair of glasses, Liz at Walmart Vision Center in Kingsville came through! Liz carefully found a screw that would work, while Eyemart Express simply said the glasses were stripped.

Nina at the Walmart Vision Center gave me the best customer service. I lost the screw to my glasses. I came in and she took care of my issue. She was gracious and helpful. I appreciate her kindness. Thank you Nina!

Walmart Optical in Holland, MI - - Dr. Daniel ** is absolutely wonderful. He is kind, personable, will answer any questions and take time with your appointment. If anyone is shy of getting their vision checked - please go to Dr. **! Also, this location is right on time with appointments, and have everything you need for contacts & glasses right on site.

Brother dropped off my glasses, frame was loose, next day I noticed lens were scratched, brought glasses in, I had the extended warranty, was told that my prescription expired so the could no longer change the lens, now I’m stuck with a $300.00 pair of useless glasses.

After trying to get my prescription glasses under warranty to be replaced, (use scratches on bifocal lens), was told they were outside of the warranty date, even though I did not receive the use of my prescription lenses since they weren't received when the warranty started!?! Duh... They have to be made and shipped to be picked up locally, which takes 10 days. Unfortunately for me, Walmart's Vision Center decides that the warranty starts when you place your prescription glasses order! And if you do not come in prior to that date even though you didn't receive the product on that date, that is the only time they acknowledge. Nice! Wow, what fraudulent, unconscious, arrogant corporate greed BS! Say NO to Walmart's greedy practices.

Purchased glasses at one Walmart and told them I couldn't see because of an incorrect measurement in the lenses. They send them back then I tried them again and couldn't see at all! I was told they would give my money back and told me to take my business elsewhere! I relayed this to the store manager. Optical ended up finding they had put my lenses in backwards! Next year I went to a different, Walmart ordered glasses that I did not like. I asked to return them and the associate was very rude and refused to help me!!!! No more WALMART OPTICAL FOR ME!

Linda ** of the Walmart Vision Center in Van Buren, Arkansas, was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted me in replacing the lenses into a new frame. I cannot extol her more highly and will give this Vision Center all my business henceforth.

Shaina ** at the Hilo HI Walmart Vision Center helped me extensively. She located and wrote down the contact information for a prescription safety glass manufacturer. Then, she gave me advice about other products which could help me with vision for high speed eFoiling on the ocean. She's excellent.

Every time I come they always take good care of me. Robin is my favorite worker. She remembers me even when I always come once a year lol. They always have the best opinions when it comes to glasses. They get me in and out.

I went to inquire about my prescription glasses in Optical Dept and was amazed with the excellent customer service provided by an employee name Alma. She exceeded my expectation for Wal Mart Store in general. She checked my insurance in a timely manner and provided so many options. She also promptly called next day on some confirmation about Insurance.

I used Vision Centers at Walmart for years with no problems until now. No eye change, but each pair of glasses were wrong. Distorted, blurry, made me sick to my stomach. Three times returning the glasses and finally I had enough. Last time I was there three days ago I listened to another customer saying everything that I said, "Something is wrong. They're not being made right". Walmart you have a problem. My eyes didn't charge, so why would the glasses be off three times. Never going there again.

The kindest and most helpful people you will ever meet. I have used the Laurel Mississippi Wal-Mart Vision center for years. You will not find better services than what they offer. I will continue to use them for all of my vision needs.

My recent experience at the Exton, PA Vision Center was exceptional. Specifically, Rebecca ** and Sara ** assisted greatly and manifest exceptionally patience in assisting me to resolve an erroneous refraction provided by my medical provider. We were able to identify the error and their efforts permitted me to correct the situation resulting in my acquiring the correct lenses and frames I sought. These ladies demonstrated outstanding customer service and made my experience at the Vision Center more comfortable than it might have been. I will be sure to recommend your center to other seniors seeking optical solutions in the future. Once again, thank you both, Rebecca and Sara, for your efforts on my behalf.

Still waiting for glasses. Very unprofessional and have absolutely No accountability… We ordered last month. They told us they would be in in a week. Every week we call after that day. They say they have no control over when UPS delivers the glasses. I asked at what point to we get a refund for something we paid for and haven’t received? They avoid the question and didn’t answer. I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold for to long and then said the manager was unavailable and would have to call me back!! Do not go here to get your glasses.

I purchased eyeglasses from Walmart Vision Center a year ago. I had purchased from them many times before, without any problems. This time, I was informed that Walmart now owns the Vision Center. I could no longer reorder the frames I loved. I ordered lightweight metal frames. What I ended up with were pink plastic frames that said Made in China on the arms. The lenses were foggy. Wearing them gave me headaches. I bought eyeglasses from my eye physician's office. What a difference! I could see clearly! Do yourselves a favor. Look elsewhere! Get some good quality eyeglasses! Steer clear of Walmart Vision Center!!!

Beckah is amazing! So kind and helpful. We absolutely love going to this location and seeing all the new frames and catching up with the staff. No place better to go for a friendly staff and caring doctor.

The eye exam went well. Was was better than what I expected from Walmart Vision Centre because normally they do a poor job, you get what you pay for. But when picking up my glasses the technician made it so the glasses sit too close to my eyes so they get dirty quickly from my eyelashes touching the lenses. They also sit on my nose in such a way that I feel them even when I have them off. I don't think I can trust them to do a good job correcting the problem the other technician made because when I complained about it the other one was really weird so I'm going to take my glasses to somewhere else to get them adjusted and then I'll never use Walmart Vision Centre again even if I have to pay more.

I HAD dr. REZA **. Was very pleased.. He went through went extra mile with my eye sight. Very pleasant. Kind man.. Totally delighted with my appointment.. Would refer any of friends.. The women who helped me choose glasses were very helpful..

I had never bought glasses at Walmart before, but decided to give it a try. I ended up spending over $700. I ordered all the extra upgrades, scratch guard, anti-glare, blue light protection, etc., like I normally do. I also bought a warranty for replacement in case anything happened to them within the first year. In the 25 years I've worn glasses, I NEVER had to take a pair of glasses back because of scratching. It's now a year later, and I needed to get BOTH LENSES REPLACED THREE TIMES because they scratched so badly.

Tana and Teresa at Sulphur Springs Vision Center were so friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long, the selection was great...and they made the visit very enjoyable. I got the extended warranty since I am learning to play pickle ball and fell on my face the first time I played. Better safe than sorry.😉

Yes I was experiencing a lot of problems with my glasses and it took four times coming back but lo and behold Kim got them fixed for me. I would like to tell her manager that she should be very proud of her crew because she's got one hell of a crew. Everybody worked together. They talk about things and then they pulled together and they fix it. I want to say thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. Vision Eye Center your tops number one. Thank you Mary **.

All I can say is read these reviews all these negative reviews. I do not recommend these lenses. The protective coating scratched and flaked off in three months put these glasses in middle of June received them end of June and by middle of September they were totally scratched up of course they blamed me how I clean them. I foreign glasses for 50 years never had an issue. I see things happening when they’re older that’s fine, but not after three months. I have used Walmart glasses for many years with no issues but this new pair three months is unacceptable.

I trusted that Walmart knew what they were doing and I was wrong. Worst customer service ever. I will never return to walmart. They don't measure you eyes on your new glasses and didn't give what they said. Will never recomend walmart for my dog.

I purchased my eyeglasses at Walmart Vision Center and this is the second time I am facing the exact same problem. After about 6 to 7 months of normal use, the anti-reflective coating starts peeling off the lenses. This is very frustrating because I take good care of my glasses — cleaning them properly and storing them safely — yet the lenses do not last. Eyeglasses are an expensive and essential product, and it is unacceptable to need replacement lenses in such a short period of time. I kindly request that Walmart take responsibility for this recurring defect by offering a free replacement of the lenses or providing a permanent solution to prevent this issue from happening again, But they charged me!!!

I came to my local Walmart Vision Center in Bryan, TX looking to see if they were able to re-align my Oakley Deviation sunglasses. I was greeted by Ms. Susie ** who was very friendly and professional. She was able to skillfully align and straighten my sunglasses along with the nose bridge silicone pieces without damaging them. I was very grateful for her and for the rest of the Vision Center's staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and great work. A+.

I went in the optical center at 4:30pm 9-20-2025. Grand Junction CO. Store. Selected a pair of sunglasses I like and could not make out to price. They were around $200.00, I asked the man if he could help me. No one was in the store, and he was sitting at a desk. He didn't respond; I was standing there waiting. Then he shoved a container in my face to put the glasses in and rolled his eyes. I took the glasses back to the case told him he was rude and walked out. I let him know I would call and write a letter. I am also leaving this here. I run a bank and have had many employees over the years. This man should not be around the public. He should be stocking shelves in the back somewhere. I am also going to reach out to the corporate office.
