Consolidated Credit helped us. We had too many credit cards with high interest rate. They were able to reduce the rate and one monthly payment. My salary decrease. We will be out of debt January 2017. Thank you.

We were very well pleased with the service that Consolidated Credit gave us in the 4 years we used them. We are now at the end of the time of owing on those credit cards and have had no problems. We would VERY MUCH recommend them to someone else.

To start with I am an 82 year old woman. Your employee, Sebastian, is the most patient person that I have ever worked with. He worked with me for at least an hour being kind and gentle while changing a banking number whereby you received your money on account with accuracy as far as timing and amount. Thanks so much for Sebastian. He certainly is a KEEPER!!

My experience with Consolidated Credit was actually a pleasant one. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and worked with me to answer my questions and resolve any issues. I felt comfortable knowing if I didn't understand something about my accounts I could talk to someone directly. They made a process that could be stressful very manageable.

In looking back through my experience with Consolidated Credit, the thought that comes to mind is "smooth sailing". I had not one hiccup in my relationship with them nor the relationship they had with my creditors. CCCS was always quick to send correspondence to me regarding updates to my creditor accounts and my own account within. If I had changes to be made they were addressed in an accurate and timely manner. Customer service was on point and ready to assist me when I had questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking to consolidate their credit, hands-down, 100%.

My mother Beridis ** has an account with Consolidated Credit. I assist my mother with her account by making the phone calls to clear issues or get answers to her questions. I recently called to your customer service line, and was assisted by a Ms. **. Reason for my calling was in response to an email I had just received from Consolidated Credit. She assured me everything was fine and that it was just to let me know of a change made to the account having to do with one of the creditors being paid off. Moreover those funds were going to be used to pay off the next creditor with the highest interest. She was very polite and professional and assisted me in a very attentive manner. After a stressful day out on the job at the power and light company, it's nice to be treated in a humanistic, and caring manner. Especially with such a dreadful topic, such as, "Personal Debt".
It almost seems like things never go our way, and I can surely tell you this was almost a rare occasion. I hung up the phone feeling better than when I first received and opened the email. I sure am glad you hire people like **. I sure hope to have more calls like this one, moving forward. I thank Consolidated Credit for being such an awesome company, and helping me out as they have throughout the time I've been in their program. I hope to continue my journey in debt management with great success, until I can finally pay it off completely. Though I'm sure with your help, I will succeed! Thanks again.

I had a wonderful experience with CCCS for four years. I trusted them with my HUGE credit card debt. They were professional, courteous and understanding and most of all honest. They worked with the creditors and got everything straightened out and got me monthly payments I could afford. Around forty thousand dollars was paid up in four years. Their help allowed me to concentrate on getting well from a serious illness. Thank you Consolidated Credit Counseling. Ms. ** was very polite, professional and very kind. She handled my request very professionally. She "DID NOT" try to push herself on me to continue with Consolidated. I explained the reason for having to change and if not for the circumstances, I would still be with Consolidated. I have already referred my sister to Consolidated and I will recommend Consolidated to anyone that is in need of help. She is a keeper...I would hire her if I had a business.

I was so worried my check was late and the bank said they returned my first attempt of payment. Your customer service representative got on the phone and requested a second request of payment right away. I never want to be late on any payment and this was handled professionally and spared me a worried evening or loss of our account. Thank you so much!!!

This representative deserve even more than five. She was very patient with me and explain every bill I had and went beyond to explain to me things I did not know. Even when I was concern about another bill, I felt like I could talk with her. She did not even rush me. I hope I spell her name correct, Aaeril. Only concern is that after 30 days I still have creditors calling for collections. They say they have not received paperwork from Consolidated Credit Solutions to stop calls and stop accruing interest.

Titiana provided EXCELLENT customer service. She sounds very professional and didn't just "hit the hold button" really hard and disconnect us while putting me on a brief hold. She was very pleasant and understood my situation at the time. She actually went above and beyond with my request and I thank her very much. I called to find out about our final payment for our last remaining account & was pleasantly surprised to hear that we have our last payment waiting to be sent. No more withdrawals. The past 4 years have been a struggle but worth the wait for this moment. My husband & I had a lot of credit cards & high balances that we couldn't have paid off all on our own. I talked to Gillian this morning. She was very thorough and before hanging up with me answered all of my questions. She reached out to the credit card that accepted the program to find out the interest rate and expectations of next payments. To my surprise, my next planned payment was not necessary as the terms covered that (and acknowledged it may be a little late due to mailing, but no late fees would be applied). So I was able to add $249 back in my budget. SWEET!
Overall, Gillian was very nice and wanted to make sure I was fully informed. This is actually very usual for anytime I call Consolidated Creditors. My experience with this company has been a huge load off. Yesterday, I co-signed a car loan with my son. I was worried about the impact to my credit. We were accepted to the top company (CARMAX) and not pushed off to the others that "pity" accept. Again, overall, a very good move for rebuilding my life after a divorce.

I called CCS today due to one of the creditors charging a late fee. This creditor Credit One Bank is very difficult and always gives wrong information. Rick however was able to get them to remove the late fee and give more information about the account. He stayed professional and attentive the whole time. I signed up with Consolidated Credit three years ago. I was in over my head with two Wells Fargo accounts that had unbearable interest rates. Consolidated made an agreement with the bank and cut the interest to a fraction and set a payment I could handle. I now called to do a final payoff and Polly went above and beyond to help me. Was upset after talking to one of credit cards that I referred to your company. Serena calmed me down and assured me that they were not a settlement company, and that payments withheld from my account would be sent to each creditor I had listed. Thank you for the very helpful service your organization provides. We incurred a lot of consumer debt while our oldest daughter had ongoing health problems for number of years that were very expensive. Additionally my mother retired on a disability and needed daily assistance in the home. We did not qualify for financial aid from the hospital and we used credit cards for daily expenses. Thanks to your help. We stopped the hemorrhaging from high interest payments and have whittled down our debt load quite a bit. Good work!

One of my credit cards that was consolidated called and offered me a low interest rate for three years which I couldn't pass on! So I called and dropped them from my payments.

I would refer Consolidated Credit not just to friends but to everyone! They have been a God sent to me. I was really praying and trying to find a way out of my credit card debt, I found myself plain credit card poor! I normally do not answer 800 numbers calling because they are a waste of time but I'm sure glad I answered that one the day they called.

I am at my last payment so I called to find out what happens next and what my balance would be for my last payment. I talked with Kevin and he was outstanding. He calculated the balance of what my last payment should be so that amount would be debited out of my account. Kevin also informed me what I need to do after that last pay off. Very well done!

As a new member to the program, I spoke with several customer service agents about procedure and timing. Each gave me vague, non-committal and non-transparent responses. Stan, a supervisor, promised to call me when my proposals were sent out. Although the proposals were mailed and accepted, I'm still waiting for Stan's call!
Wanda was the ONLY representative who delivered on her promises and took the time to answer my questions and deal with my concerns. When she did not know the answer to my question, she contacted the proposal department to get the answer and then promptly called me back to provide the information. She also called me days later, as promised, to let me know that the proposals were actually sent as she had promised. Wanda is professional, courteous and capable. The rest of the customer service staff and the supervisor Stan should all follow her example.
