Charged me 1700 in collection fees on the first day of them getting the account. I called in and spoke to someone who said they would work with me on the collection fee. Now two weeks later I called and they said, "Nope. We don't waive the fees unless your account is over 27 months delinquent." What? You haven't even had the account for 3 weeks and you won't work with me? Unreal. They need a class action lawsuit.

Transworld is a scam, do not fall for it!!! I received 2 letter from them (1 a few weeks ago & 1 today) stating that I owed $ to Blue Shield of CA (BS). I knew this was not true,, as I had never received any letters from BS saying I owed them any money, plus my FICO score is 862, obviously, I have excellent credit and never had any accounts go to collections. This letter sounded very suspicious.... I immediately contacted BS and told them about the letter. After checking my account, the agent said "no, you do not owe us money and there is no record of having your account go to any collection agency." After I gave him the 800 # on the letter, he called them.

This is when it gets very interesting, the woman at Transworld would not answer any of the agent's questions and kept asking him personal questions about me. The agent did not respond and wanted to have a 3 way conference call w/ me and Transworld, but the woman gave some bogus excuse that she was not allowed to have a conference call w/ multiple callers..ha, no surprise on that. Scammers don't want to leave trails of their criminal activities. The agent at BS send a message to their fraud dept to investigate. I have not heard from the agent or the team, yet, but will f/u this week. If it smells like ** it probably is, follow your gut feeling. The agent at BS said he would send a message to their.

So I defaulted on my Star Card back in 2010 (that was my fault) and it was sent to collections. Fast forward to 2019 I got a letter saying my Federal taxes were taken to pay a debt to AAFES. Oh I had no Idea I forgot about this and it needs to get paid, so I call the number and talk to someone, her name was J. **, I found out that my card was sent to collections and after 9 years of sitting in collections I owed a total of (after the feds sent them my $1200.00 tax return) $9,046.08. I was taken back to say the least so I ask how that was possible. Well they charge a 17.63% interest rate. My Credit card is lower than that by 1.60%.

Anyway because the IRS was giving away my money I had zero choice but to pay them off hidden fees and all, the Next day I called to ask if I can get an Itemized list of how they came up with that number, after some back and forth and about a week of waiting I received a report from AAFES with a TWS title page, it showed I only owed $4,776.40 and that it was paid in full and ZERO reason why it got to over $10,000.00 due. It did say "the provided information does not include interest, penalties or other applicable fees that have or will accrue on this debt." All the information I needed to know. So now I have to find out what they are hiding and if I have to seek legal guidance because if they won't be open about what and how they charge it is probably illegal.

I work in Quality Assurance. This is a scam. Please do not give them any information. They are trying to get your money and/or personal information. They called me 4 times in one day. One number was an 800 number, the next was a private number, the third was a local number to look like it is from my area, and the last was a SCAM LIKELY caller ID from T-Mobile. Please be diligent with your personal information. When I called the SCAM LIKELY number and the 800 number, they all came back to the same company. The other two lines were "busy" every time I tried. They weren't consistent in saying all calls are recorded. I even had to ask why they only told me one of the two calls was being recorded and why it was being recorded as they did not say.

I know the game they are playing! Stay away. I hope this review helps someone NOT give out their personal information to just anyone who calls or to at least think twice before you act on it. You should never provide your personal information to just anyone calling you, even if they say you owe something or have a collection. Follow your gut... It's always right!! Protect yourself and what matters. It can take a lifetime to build what you have and only one person with the wrong intentions to ruin it all! Stay safe.

I received a Disability Severance pay from the military that was taxed. I spent some time in and out of physical therapy rehabilitation. During this time I fell behind in payments of my Star Card. When I called Star Card to pay a balance about $2000 and was informed that my account was transferred to TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC. I was informed by Transworld Systems Inc. that interest and fees had caused my balance had more than tripled. This company wanted me to pay almost $12,000. I begged both companies to forgive some of them with no success. I agreed to pay a fee debited out of my bank account each month.

Fast forward... I filed a Saint Clair Claim with the IRS to get refunded my Disability Severance pay money that the IRS took out for taxes. Unfortunately, I received a letter in the mail stating that Transworld Systems Inc. had taken my entire Disability Severance refund. Neither of these companies gave me the opportunity to re-negotiate a fair settlement for the interest. I’m behind in mortgage and was planning to clean my credit up with the refund money.

I asked them to verify my debt several times and they refused to do so. I supposedly owed a 20 dollar debt which they added 160.00 in a late fee and harassed me over it. I still do not see how it is legal at all in this country to charge 2000% interest on something. How do they get 160 dollars in late fees on 20 dollars they only informed me about after they added this fee? Now I am going to try to get these scammers into a small claims court I suppose. I informed FEDEX it was no longer an "overdue" billing error, but a refund that was given in error and should be treated as same. I paid the bill, if they want to send me refunds, it's on them. This company works on behalf of the companies they are collecting for. Before everyone gets upset about the information they are asking to VERIFY. Please understand they do it to make sure they are not disclosing your personal information to the wrong consumer. If you have a court fine. I do not need nor want to know about it. They cannot disclose information to just anyone which is why they have to ask you to verify the info they already have in front of them. So before you ask why are they calling think to yourself DO I WANT THEM DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL INFO to everyone? My guess is probably not.

Therefore is you want to continue to shun your responsibility for a ticket you forgot to pay or a bill that got missed in all the chaos of life keep hanging up on them and the interest will keep accruing. If they tell you it is for a court. Call that court before passing judgment. Maybe you moved since the citation was issued and all the court has is the address on your registration Hence YOU WOULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED ANYTHING Because you did not comply with your legal obligation to update your records with the court, DOL, and/or DMV. The agents are trying to do a job and most of the time it is to help us get out of this situation or make us aware of the situation.

Remember they are not asking for your info. They are asking to verify your info which means they have it and know who they want to speak with. They just need to make sure per FDCPA that they are speaking to the Right Party and not a 3rd Party about the debt they are attempting to collect on. If you verify properly with them you may find out the debt is not yours or you may find out it was something you were not aware of and can get it taken care of. But this whole I am God and never do anything wrong attitude that society has needs to be put in check and remember they are just doing their job and following Federal Law when asking for proper verification.

I received a letter from this company around the second week of August 2018. In regards to a debt that I had disputed in the past with another company because it was NOT Mine. The particular Credit Bureau deleted it and I have all the proof. I had already started disputing this debt because they just put this on my credit report without sending me a letter in the mail giving me the option to dispute the validity of the debt within 30 days. That is the first violation, because by law they have to give you 30 days and they didn't even send me a letter on it, only a letter stating that they received my dispute. The account is not mine, they are not the original creditors, nothing was verified, they do not have any type of original contract signed by me or anything.

This company is not even accredited. I would highly suggest those reading this to not let these people get over on you. Dispute, make your complaints on Consumer Affairs, file a Complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Credit Bureaus. This has to stop with this company and many others who don't even give you 30 days to dispute the validity of the debt, no verification process and just put this on your credit report which is a violation of rights of consumers according to FCRA.

I tried to explain initially how they must have purchased bad paper as my debt was settled in full through arbitration with SleepTrain years ago, but they keep calling me anyway. They refuse to send me or show me any proof of payment records that have to show that they legally own my "debt" (which is required by California law, they are obligated to show all payment history as well as the original contract and payment terms if requested) but whenever I end a call with them, they continue to harass me by calling every 10 minutes or so from different numbers. I've had to block multiple numbers on my phone that caller ID shows as 4-digit numbers. I am a 70 year old recent widow. In 2016 I had cancer. With it came the bills. In 2017 my husband also had cancer. He did not survive and with that came more bills. I set up a payment schedule with Transworld after the hospital sent me to collections even though I was making payments and was never late or missed a monthly payment. I am, since my husbands passing down to less than 1/2 of the income we had before. I have continued to make the scheduled payments, never missed a month or have been late.

Recently I've had to call the company because they have stopped sending me monthly statements. Their response has been that they will no longer send statements and that I will have to remember when to send in payments and keep track of the amount owed!!! They have also been pushing me to either give them credit card numbers or my checking account numbers so they can automatically withdraw money from my account!!! I have had, sadly, had to deal with collection agencies over the years and I've never had this happen before.

I also found out that when I got a statement from the hospital or hospitals (I owe bills to 5 different hospitals) that Transworld counts each and every line as a separate bill!!! This means that if I had a procedure done and the bill listed several tests for bloodwork, medications used, doctor's time, lab time etc. each item counted as a separate bill even if it was for as little as .37 cents or as much as $1,400.00! In effect I was told I didn't have just one bill with the hospital for my treatment I had over 300!!! My credit rating went down from the low 700's to just over 500! They refuse to work with me. I have noticed that when I speak with them now on this there is attitude. I don't do attitude well. I am still working in order to pay these bills off. I wanted to retire this year, not going to happen.

On October 17, 2012, NCO Financial (Transworld's mother company) sent me a collection letter asking for $82 for the bill. I wasn't upset because slippage can happen and it might not be an attempt to defraud. I sent them back a copy of their letter with the added information that I had paid the bill and I enclosed a copy of the documentation (a bank verified copy of the paid check). I send all such letters certified and with a return card. I heard nothing more until I received another letter, today, from Transworld. Transworld is the spun off daughter company of NCO Financial.

Transworld sent me the same fake claim, except they are asking for $72 this time. (Note that they do not discuss the original bill's total, they try to add their fee without documenting it). I suppose that they could hope that after five years I might have lost my documentation. I was aggrieved at first because usually such documentation is stored by my CPA. But in this case, because of the original fake bill (2012), I had made a folder for my copies as documentation and put it in my operating files. Now I will send them a second letter, documenting all the way. I hope to testify in congress someday about the abusive behavior of some collection agencies. I suspect that this agency is skating around the law, because it doesn't provide good documentation of what the original bill's amount was and what their collection fee is. I can't believe that the United States would allow a bill to be sent that way.

As to their reviving a fake zombie debt. Well, it's a five year old debt and if it hadn't been paid, it would have been uncollectable. Any debt where no money has been collected for two years, and no judgement has been made by the court that the debt is valid, is uncollectable. My understanding is that if a person doesn't admit to the debt (agree that they owe the money) and doesn't pay any amount on the debt for two years (to anyone) and that debt hasn't been litigated, then that debt is uncollectable.

Why? To prevent these kinds of attempts to collect debts that aren't owed. The collection agency hopes that I won't have documentation after so many years and that I can be intimidated into paying them for a debt I don't legally owe. This won't happen. I have documentation. I know when to call my congresspersons and I also know how to research how I can file a complaint against the collection agency. Further, I can afford to take this company to court and make them pay the costs. (And I would love to see them pay the costs.) This is no different than being harassed by a Nigerian scamster! Whether the call center or mailing company is in the United States or India or Nigeria or Thailand or Mexico, it doesn't matter. An attempt to collect a non-existent debt is against the law and policies of the United States.

Also, even if I owed a debt and wanted to pay it, I can refuse to deal with a collection agency. All I have to do is pay the original owner of the debt. I cannotify the agency that I will not deal with them and that I will only deal with the original owner of the debt. If I don't owe or don't want to pay it, I can send the agency a letter telling them to stop contacting me and that I don't owe the debt (for whatever reason). The agency must stop contacting me. Then the only alternative the original debt owner has is to file in court asking for a judgement. The agency might have a legal branch to provide that service but that doesn't matter. The collectors must stop calling and the only option they have to to go to court. The debtor (person who owes the debt) is then given a chance in court to argue that the debt isn't valid. And the lawsuit has to be filed within two years of the debt being incurred. (Same thing if you need to sue a car insurance company, two years to file!)

Now, some collection agencies do use fraud in attempting to get judgements. They send the subpoena to the wrong address or in some other way try to not notify you that you are supposed to show up in court. So, you have to watch out. I'm surprised that there isn't a legal watch website where you could pay to watch out for troublesome lawsuit filings. I suppose large corporations could have them. Virtually all legal filings are available on the web but we need a system like the one we have to watch out for credit rating changes.

Perhaps the big three and "Lifelock" will add such services to their credit rating watch services. (I am not saying that Transworld would do something illegal... They could just be venial and database incompetent...) I will be back if these fools don't straighten their database and documentation. And if I have a third attempt from that company, I am going to file a lawsuit for harassment. Incompetence can amount to harassment if the effect is the person injured is the same.

I finally decided to call back one of the numbers and asked the representative what the nature of their business was. She told me that they are a "Financial Institution" and handle "personal business matters". A very vague response, and when I asked for more details as to what types of personal business matters they handle, she said she wasn't allowed to disclose that information. So that irritated me more, and I told her what kind of company blows people's phones up, never leaves a message and when questioned about why they're calling said person, the response is information cannot be disclosed???

She refused to give me any information about the company but then turned around and asked me for my personal information. So again, I told her I'm not telling you anything until you tell me what the nature of your business is --- same response that they're a financial institution. I asked, "So you're a bank?" Her response, "We handle personal business matters". I then disconnected the call.

Of course, I didn't have this information because a credit report only provides you with the last four digits of the account. Finally after being hung up on approximately six times, I finally spoke to someone, only to not have all the necessary information required to obtain the information I needed. In one day, I called and spoke to 20 agents/managers and finally (so I thought) was done with my business with TSI after finally being able to pay off my accounts. So of course, I needed confirmation of my payment for my employer and guess what, TSI has to mail this information (so I was told).

Called the following day, and spoke to another agent that was very rude and she rushed me off of the phone. Called back six more times to request a letter that confirms that I made the payment. Out of six agents and one manager, was then told to submit a HIPPA Release form that I could obtain online through a Google Search. After submitting this form, I am still waiting a letter confirming my payment. This experience alone, has been draining and has caused me undo stress. Anyone that is sending their debts to them should think long and hard, because this process was not an easy one and in fact, I feel that the company could care less about resolving these debts.

When I called back I spoke to Cheryl ** (may be spelled incorrectly) who said Patricia offered an 85% settlement instead of the 80% I was originally told. There were no notes to indicate that I was told I could settle my bill by paying 80%.

What is the actual purpose of the call being recorded if they are not going to do as they said? Granted it is my bill and my responsibility but if you offer a settlement at a specific percentage you should calculate the math correctly and do as you stated. I should not call and receive a different amount when I call in again. They also could only provide a confirmation number and not send an emailed receipt which I find strange after paying for something that is over $100. This was also my mistake for not doing the math myself and relying on this collection agency to do their due diligence.

I called to find out what was going on and they claim I have an outstanding medical bill, which I don't.

The reason for this post - autodialer's. Debt collectors are not permitted to use autodialers or prerecorded messages when calling your cell phone. If you are receiving collection calls to your cell phone and when you pick up there is a delay, then a click, and then someone comes on the line it is likely that the call was placed by a machine known as an autodialer. I indicated to them that I would contact the company they said had an open balance directly and find out what is going and to never call me on this or any number they have listed or anyone else about me, as I have not given them express permission to do so. Plus a letter was going out demanding the same.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a federal law that focuses on stopping abusive methods that debt collectors and others use to contact consumers. The others that posted about Transworld contacting them at work this is violation and could be worth $500-$1000 per call if call logs and records were keep. Google it to find out more.

A supposed collections agency, telling us that we owed a $140 debt to a doctor's office we've never heard of much less been to. I have a Colorado number but live on the East Coast (just never changed my number since moving; had no real reason to). We have since called this "doctor's office" to find that they don't actually exist. I called back and told the same woman that I had looked them up and found them to be a scam service and that I knew that the doctor's office didn't exist. She started literally SCREAMING profanities at me (how professional?) and told me that I needed to pay my debt.

I calmly told her that if she ever called here again that she would be the one paying a debt, as I would haul her sorry bum to court for harassment. She hung up. I highly recommend telling anyone who calls from this number the same thing, as that sure stopped her chirping. People, you don't have to take this nonsense from scammers. They're cowards who will run like heck at the thought of being sued. Just wanted to share my experience and warn others.

Was called today from an 866 area code and asked if I was Willie **. I said yes and was asked for the last four of my social. I asked why and was told for verification on a debt. And I asked from who and how much and when this occurred. Was then asked for my birth date and this I refused as my last four of my social also. Was hung up on. Called back and said "if you tell me who, what, and where with phone and contact info I would be willing to maybe cooperate" but was hung up on. I see scam artists are inventive today.

My student loan was referred to this company last year. I had no record of my loan going to this company. Once I was made aware of this issue, I quickly called the company to resolve the issue. To my knowledge, I had done everything that I was supposed to do. This company garnished my wages for 5 months straight and I was making my payment on top of that as well. I was informed that if I completed the rehab program for 9 months that my loan would be removed from default. I received a million calls during the month regarding my payment. I made each payment as I was told. Forward, 10 months. I complete what I was told to do. Calls, emails, mail stop coming. I was under the impression that everything was fine. However, I called and inquired about it later. I was told that the state of FL no longer accepts the program requirements that were offered when I started and they kicked me off the program and started back garnishing my wages. I was livid.

I got a girl on the line that was nice however, seeing how mad I was, I didn't wanna take it out on her. I asked her manager. Why did I do that??? Her manager was the rudest manager I have ever spoke with. I didn't not appreciate her attitude of telling me what I didn't do when I know I did. She made the situation worst and I was LIVID. Due to the failure as a company, I have to stress myself out on these things when I should have been told before the situation became irate. If your loan is with this company, beware of a nightmare waiting to happen. They are the worst set of individuals working. No professionalism, rude, arrogant and plain out stupid. Currently seeking legal action.

I got a letter from them saying I owed $25 from 2.5 years ago. I called and they wanted my birthdate or last 4 digits of my SSN to "verify" who I was. I told them that my name and reference number were good enough and they weren't going to get any more information. My name is even misspelled on the letter! I have no idea where this "debt" came from and have never received a letter about it before. She said that the other letters were probably just "misdelivered..." Sure they were.

She said that I had to give them my birthdate in order to get information about where it came from due to a LAW... I asked what law, three times, and she refused to say. I told her that there was no such law requiring debt collectors to verify a birthdate and that it was illegal for her to say so. She then hung up. Complete scam artists. I can't believe businesses like this exist and make money scamming people!

I call TSI on a Friday and inquired as to reason why I had received a collection letter. They mentioned that I had an outstanding debt of $564 with Verizon. Upon contacting Verizon, there was no record of delinquencies on the account. Verizon Recovery Dept. couldn't find any discrepancies and referred me to Verizon Financial Services which further verified the zero balance. I then called TSI and was hung up on... screams SCAM!

I asked again what it was in regards to and the man stated he was not able to provide that information under federal or state laws. I told him I was not going to provide my date of birth if I do not know why he is calling and he hung up.

I received a notification from Transworld Systems in June 2015 that I owed a medical company $1,169.15. The claim was fraudulent to begin with and I made repeated calls to Transworld to rectify the claim - it was not only false but it was not claimed to my correct name. Then in August 2015 I received an alert from the credit bureaus that Transworld Systems made a claim on my credit - which at the time was rated excellent - for the fraudulent debt.

I have begun the process with the credit bureaus, the police, the FTC, etc. to repair this fraudulent claim and case of identity theft. To say Transworld System has been horrible to deal with and their legitimacy as a company should be questioned is an understatement. I have spent hours and hours on the phone being transferred from account person to account person to supervisor to supervisor. I have requested details on my record and they refuse to give them to me. I have reported that the medical company is a false company and they should not be acting as their collections agency I was hung up on. I have accused them of being a scam company and been hung up on. I believe this company to have at the very least unethical practices but I would dare say they are also part of this collection scam. Transworld Systems needs to be investigated immediately.

TSI contacted me in regards to my student loan that is in default. In order to qualify for a low monthly payment ($5/month which is bogus), I was asked to divulge personal information about expenses, some that I felt were unnecessary (how much I spend on gas in my car, cable bill, cell phone bill, groceries). Then when I was told my balance, I learned that they had it $2000 more than it actually is! I contacted an actual student loan consolidation company to confirm (Nationwide Student Loans). I was beyond irritated. TSI also said that I would have to send a copy of my husband's most recent pay stub and a copy of our car loan agreement. I said, "uhh yeah ok.. not doin' that." Then she kept asking if I want to make a payment before I even send in the info! I said nope. These people are frauds! Put their number on your reject list!

I defaulted on my student loans and the debt was transferred to Transworld Systems Inc. After a year of receiving over one hundred harassing phone calls at any hour of the day from the company, I finally got to the point where I was financially able to start making payments. I went to their site and received their phone number. I called and they asked for my social security number and to confirm my address. After this the representative informed me that they don't have access to my account and transferred my call to a different department. I was on hold for such a long amount of time (an hour) I just decided to call the original number back.

They said the same thing and transferred me to the other number again. Repeat this cycle a few more times over several hours and by this point my phones is dead. At one point they gave me a number that went through but the lady said they sent me to the wrong department. I'll try again tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and I decided I was going to seriously make this company help me to rehabilitate this loan. I made about 50 calls over a 4 hour period cycling over 4 different representatives for the company. During these calls the representatives were condescending, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving my issues they would unexpectedly put me on hold basically hanging up on me.

I asked all four representatives to speak with a supervisor and they were extremely reluctant even resolving to pretend to put me over to a supervisor and hanging up. This makes me wonder if they even had a supervisor. I saw another complaint on here about the woman saying mhmmm and pretending not to understand what they said. That happened to me as well. All I want to do is settle this student loan so I am able to go back to school. This company has seriously caused me so much frustration and stress and now I don't know how I will be able to go back to school as it is impossible to resolve my debt with this company. The lady said they were located in the Philippines and I don't find any information online to back that up. I wonder about the legitimacy of this company, and seriously think they should be terminated

Medicare paid my doctor's bill when I also had Humana. They eventually took the money back but by that time, I no longer had Humana. It has taken some time to straighten this matter out and the bill went to collections. Ann Marie was very rude and condescending when I called to ask for clarification of information I received from Transworld Systems. I told her I would call back to get someone else. Guess who answered? She was even ruder than before.

I have been on the phone almost 2 hours trying to find the department that handles customer complaints but was unsuccessful after being bounced around from department to department. I have talked to 7 representatives, including a supervisor, and have been referred to 4 different numbers. I was given a number that only takes messages but when I called, the number was not receiving messages "at this time." There was no one to handle my complaint about the way Ann Marie talked to me. This company has poor customer service.

There should be absolutely no reasons that a company, TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS COLLECTION AGENCY, would be calling my place of employment and asking to confirm my date of birth and my SSN!!! After every question I asked about which account this call was in reference to she said, "MMMMHMMMM," as if she didn't UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!! I said, "You best put your manager on the phone." She left me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up!!! They called 3 EMPLOYEES AT MY WORK ASKING TO CONFIRM MY SSN and DOB!! AND SAYING THEY ARE TRYING TO ESTABLISH AN ALLOTMENT! Everyone of them called me to ask about this inquiry. I told them to give me their number -- 877-725-0691. Watch out for these people. They are trying to scam you!!

UPDATED ON 09/24/2015: This is my second review. I am so infuriated with this scam company. I really hope these complaints are heard from higher up - someone in charge of making these scam companies pay for stealing your information and using it against you. I am so infuriated. If I knew their location I would be suing them at this point!! After calling my place of employment numerous times and trying to have my coworkers verify my personal information, i.e. SSN, DOB, Address, Bank Account numbers - obviously nothing was given to them - they kept harassing me about my student loans, which the only student loans I have are through Nelnet. They said I was 36 months past due and they wanted my banking information and SSN so they could attach an allotment to get their money - which in NO WAY am I delinquent at all on my student loans as I confirmed it DIRECTLY with NELNET.

NELNET also confirmed with numerous employees as well as the General Manager that Transworld Systems Collection Agency is not the collection agency they use, and they are not at all familiar with the company. I screamed at this African American lady till I was blue in the face one day and she still insisted that I was lying and I owed them money. And then she even went on about how they were going to impound my vehicle. I don't know what I should do because they are still calling me. And every time I ask for a manager I am transferred to like 7 other people before I talk to someone posing as the manager. It is absolutely ridiculous. Please be aware.

I had never heard of this company before they appeared on my credit January 2015. I immediately called them and was told this was collections from 2012. I paid this to a collections comp called NCO in Oct 2012, but conveniently they are out of business now and just refer you to NCO. The balance is only 110.93 and to get bank statements back to when I need them it would cost me more to order them. So being responsible I paid it and requested a letter showing it was paid in full. I have called over and over again and they have my payment, but my balance is still zero.

Then there are problems on their end and they will call me back and never do. Then the email was sent the day it was paid and now today it was paid again. I still have not received anything. When I continued to tell the person on the phone if I got it I wouldn't be calling because this was a waste of my time and he went off saying if I would have taken care of my debt years ago I wouldn't be in this place. I requested to talk to the manager and he conveniently was the manager. I have been hung up on over and over again and am left with nothing except a debit from my account for the amount I owe them. People need to stop being cheap and outsourcing to garbage companies!!!
