    If only people were set up for success at the Premier Bankcard Platinum Master Card offer of acceptance, then I would like to set a goal of how much I would like to projected income would be in order to pay the money back. That would be better to have encouragement, motivation, and incentives wanting to earn. For those who are starting in their business venture, this may be daunting seeing or hearing money being offered but not really getting a valid chance may seem upsetting to others like me. Seriously, I was appalled how was I mistreated unfairly thinking I received a confirmation number and a pre-approved status in a letter from the mail. I could not believe the results. What were the results going to be like.

    If I could give zero stars I would. They shut my account down because I paid my bill twice in 1 week. Then it takes 20 days for your money to reflect on your account if you pay from your checking account. Never again.

    So I’ve been a customer for 2+ years with the first Premier Credit Card. I thought I had a problem today when I looked at the mobile app and notice a $29 late fee for payment so I called in and talked to Jill and she told me that I was only a couple hours late and she could take the late fee off… Thank you Jill.

    The First Premier bank is a joke who thinks they are on some higher level for luring in people with bad credit, then absolutely burying them with interest and reporting to credit bureaus like they are stand up people in society. Avoid them at all costs. Everything adds up and you are better off being broke than getting into more debt with them. Look for other viable options, they are out there. Get a credit karma account and have them help you. They will never recommend this bank for a reason. Don’t be desperate, be smart. Do not sign up with them.

    This company is getting sued for the settlement amount since they are unreachable to discuss this. My stress isn't worth this! I no longer have my credit card. They only redirect you with the card number. I no longer have that so we will see what is said In Court.

    First Premier Bank issued me a credit card, designed to assist with building my credit. This institution imposes numerous upfront fees, approximately $200.00, resulting in an immediate payment of $30.00. Based on my experience with credit card companies and banks specializing in credit building, First Premier Bank appears to take advantage of individuals seeking to establish or improve their credit, often without their knowledge. Various credit products and cards are available to help consumers enhance their credit profiles with more favorable credit limits and lower fees. I find it surprising that First Premier Bank continues to operate in 2025, charging numerous fees. I strongly advise against using First Premier Bank's services.

    Recently, as last Friday, I was checking to see if they had received my payment that was a check I had sent 2 weeks earlier (this was a second time I was checking !), they had not so I assumed the check was lost, (I stopped payment). I decided to pay my bill on the phone and saw they had charged me a $25 Fee plus and additional $29.52 interest for 4 days past due for a $2136.94 bill! After talking to Nathan who absolutely had no idea about my account and its detail, he connected me with the supervisor Kristiza, she kept interrupting me and when I asked her to stop repeating the same thing over and over and listen to me for a change she would get mad and put me on a long hold as long as 5 minutes repeatedly hoping I would hang up!

    Do not ever apply for or open this credit card. You will regret it. This is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with. They should be out of business and not allowed to operate. They charge you fees for everything and the highest interest possible. An annual fee $79.00 or higher, 36 percent increase rate for cash and regular purchases. A $25.00 fee to increase your credit limit $100.00. A month fee ranging $8.00 to over $12.00 on top of the interest your paying monthly. I closed my card and was paying it off monthly for 2 months now and now I find out they are illegally trying to charge me an increased monthly fee because I just reached my annual year. It's very illegal and very sketchy credit card company. DO NOT GET THIS CARD.

    I had this card 2 years, my credit is fair, I have other cards with nice limits with no fees or very little, I pay on this card in chunks & they just take all the money back off & leave you with little to nothing!! It’s like you giving them money to spend your money early, but take more, I’m just go stop paying & pay on my other major cards I use!! This card isn’t worth it, better check your balance everyday because you’ll be embarrassed if you somewhere!! I had 200, I been stop using this card, they snatched it after taking fees months ago!! With a 700 dollar limit!! I be damn you keep stealing my money, just put it in the bureau. I can afford it but you will not steal from me again!!!

    I highly recommend staying away from Premier Bankcard. This company is a scammer in the way they charge fees and take money in different ways that you don’t expect. They make it sound like they’re helping you build credit, but instead they drain you with high fees and unfair practices. Don’t trust this company — it’s not worth the stress, frustration, or the money they take. There are much better and more honest options out there. 😡 Very disappointed.

    This is the worst credit card I have. Making people pay a monthly installment fee, AND an annual fee, AND making them pay both up front right away, is absolutely insane. I don't like the way the card functions either, and good luck finding anyone to help you with anything you need assistance with. Do not get this card, it's not worth the credit line, I have better cards with the same credit line and I don't have GREAT credit, but fair credit. Again literally how dare you and where do you get off charging any kind of monthly fee for your bs.

    Unbelievable interest rates on Card, monthly service fee, and repeating EACH month previous purchases, and cash withdrawal fees. I pay over the recommended min fee each month, and I always get charged with numbers over the limit. If you're using this card, pay it off, and then cut it to pieces.

    DO NOT GET THIS CARD! I've had nothing but problems with this card since I've had it and they are growing even worse. Too many fees, you can't use it in a foreign country, and they will actually allow you to use it above your credit limit, raise your interest rate and come at you for the full amount. As soon as I pay it off I'm cancelling it, I don't care if it screws up my credit. I would rather deal with that than go on using this company.

    This card is very bad news. I canceled my card in Dec 2024 and cut the card up. Well they didn't cancel the card like they were asked. Now it's August 2025 I notice my credit score took a huge dive so I look to see what's going on and found out they were charging me and sending a bill to an e-mail I no longer had. I call them, they finally canceled the card but I had to pay the charges for the monthly fees. Now keep in mind I asked in December of 24 to cancel the card so I pay the monthly fees and ask to have it removed from my credit report. They say, "Sorry we can't help you because we report factual information." I again stated I didn't have the card, had no idea the account wasn't canceled like it should have been and had now billing. Their response, "Sorry we can't help you are you." ** kidding me so now I deal with a credit score in the tank over something they screwed up and can do nothing about it

    PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!! I canceled my application because of the $95 charge and it just didn’t feel right, now I know why. I decided to google this company and check out the reviews. I’m horrified by the amount of negative reviews I’ve read. I just got a notification that my new card is on its way!!!! I’m mad asf!!!! And terrified of the impact this card will have on my credit. I don’t even own a credit card because I’m irresponsible with money and now I’m afraid I’ll be stuck with a card I don’t want.

    I highly recommend NOT going into business with Premier Bank Card!! They've been the worst credit company I've ever encountered for the following reasons: monthly fees/high interest rates, wrong due date on app making it hard to track when payments are due, condescending customer service reps when I needed assistance (esp. regarding their incorrect app info at which point the rep spoke to me like a 2 year old trekking me my payment date repeatedly without offering any resolution for correcting the date in their system), unwillingness to waive fees even when caused by misinformation on their side AND after I canceled card and paid in full with a live assistant last month, I'm being hounded by them 3 weeks later for my remaining $50 fee. This company is a proven waste of time and money! I don't blame the reps for hating their jobs and being awful, but I sure wish I'd never had to speak with them in the first place. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. For reference, I've had 4 other credit cards for the same length of time or longer with no issues.

    2 stars at best. I would not recommend this card to someone.

    Starting with the pros…
    1. They work with people not so great credit.
    2. Easy to get limit increases.

    3. Customer Service was pretty nice.

    Now let’s get to the list of the cons…(didn't even list all of them)
    1. High fees.
    2. High interest rates.
    3. Customer service experience sucks, although the reps are nice.
    4. They have very predatory ways of charging fees.

    5. Have to pay a fee for a credit limit increase.

    Bruno and agent over the phone was very obstinate and distant. Unfriendly! Condescending. What else. Racist which is strange because I’m ** by definition with melanin. Didn't appreciate his customer service. Was very poor. They sent the survey to my email and I missed the the survey lte frame that could of been on purpose but here I am! And the info on my card account is always wrong and find myself disputing that all the time! And a few more things they did but won’t get into fees compared to other offers are less than desirable. Will be moving in soon but card come in handy at times. But need better CSR people in my opinion!!!

    It's a scam. You will not be able to use this card immediately even if you pay them a program fee. They will not contact you or help you. Do not get this card at all. I've had this card for two weeks now and I'm still not able to use it but they do not hesitate to take your program fee money. They do not care for their customers. BEWARE. Only get this card if you are ready to be out of almost a hundred dollars and receive nothing for it.

    DO NOT FALL for this trick! They sent me a card in the mail and said I had to pay a 95 dollar program fee to activate the card. I paid the 95 dollars and the card doesn't work! As soon as I paid they said they suspended my account and I have a 0 credit limit. They are thieves!

    I have been with Premier Credit Card for 10yrs...My payments in 10 yrs have never been late. My credit score is over 725..Never call them. I never receive any promotions! I made a call to Premier to find out some questions. The interest is very high...I start my conversation with a representative..No sooner I opened my mouth..The rep Said to me, "We are raising your card to a 100.00 more!" I told her, "100.00??" After being a loyal customer for ten yrs. 100.00 plus I would have to pay a 37.00 fee to get it..I laughed at her and said, "Do you think I just fell off a turnip truck!" I guess your loyalty doesn't matter to them. My credit limit 1.300.00..10 yrs..I find it an insult. 29.90%..The fees are outrageous. This company needs to wake up. First Premier card system Master Card..I believe it's time to move on with all the other offers on different credit cards. I just didn't fall off the turnip truck! Do your research! 10 yrs of wasted time and not getting anywhere.

    I am writing this review because of the LACK of professionlism, the NON-communication and the hidden fees that Premier DOES NOT TELL you about. I have been trying to 2 straight days to contact someone at the site with 0 contact. The phone line does not WORK!!! Straight to errors. Also, please be aware that Premier charges not only a interest fee monthly but also A MONTHLY FEE EVERY MONTH REGARDLESS OF THE BALANCE... And they also charge a yearly fee on top of the monthly fee and will not let you cancel your cards.

    Start this off by stating I just started today as a customer for this company!! So how it is run or how my services are, I can not say anything yet! But what I can say is it's not starting off too well when you are simply asking for help from a representative! I have a bad case of ADD and just simply asking a few questions to help me understand what the bank needed from me! And I get a rep who clearly is in the wrong department!! Talk down to me, talk like I was bothering her, like I was person who did something wrong or owed money to her or something!!!

    The 1st rep!!! Sweet as Pie, Marie the 3rd one Beth, I believe almost as sweet but respectful and helpful but the 2nd one, omg 😧! Well, let's just say she rubbed me the wrong way enough to do this review within minutes!!! Not a good way to start off a client's beginnings. Already started off making the company look bad. If she can't do customer service or doesn't have patience, then why are you doing this for work? Collections or a tow.

    Company or any sort of debt collector is more suited for the inpatients and services she provided!!! I felt totally disrespected by her. Not a good image to start off with this company!!! No joke, her boss needs to have a talk with her to see if this is a job she can handle!!! Me a new customer a person who helps put money in her pocket now, should not be talked to the way I did! Don't bring your problems with life to work!!! I have a job where I'm required to talk to dozens of customers every day and no matter how hard of a day I have or how mad I am that day. I leave it at home the moment I ring that doorbell and talk to customers!!! So please simply Respect us and talk to us professionally!!! Day 1 with this company as a client and not starting off well at all!!! Hope this will not be a recurring problem every time I need help or anything.

    They add so many fees that no one is able to catch up. They also offer hardship help but you have to meet their unattainable requirements. STAY AWAY!!! I am on disability and am dealing with Extreme hardships right now, and yet I don't qualify.

    If you're looking for a credit card company run from this one. They charge you a monthly rate and a Annual Rate plus a credit protection and high interest even if you don’t use your card. With a limit of $700 it would cost you double in all the fees. If you paid the monthly limit. It ends up no money deducted from your account. I wish I had read reviews first before applying. Thinking they were helping you out. They're only putting you in debt. I never had a late payment on both accounts. This is how they treat a good customer. Shame on you. Thank you.

    I had a run in with their customer service. Agents are absolutely terrible. Smart mouth and just ignorant. I legally changed my name so when I gave them all the documentation that was required by federal law to issue a new card with my correct name on it the first Premier card credit card they took forever. They let the documents sit and they never went to review so I never got a card until I called them and I chewed them out but in the meantime they wanted me to continue making the payments to them but didn't want to allow me to have access. And how do I know that they're a bunch of liars. Very simple.

    When I sent them a letter with the court order the new driver's license social security card they went in and killed the current credit card that I had so I couldn't access the account. I couldn't do anything so when I called them they said, "Oh I need to send all this stuff to him." I said, "Oh I already did." They said, "Well send it again." We went round and round on this. They have to be the worst credit card company that you going to want to deal with if you're trying to rebuild credit. In fact they promote you into defaulting by doing stuff that infuriates you and blocks your ability to pay them. What they want for me now is to pay the balance off because when they would not issue me a new card with my correct name on it I've reversed a payment on them. I told the bank no it's not authorized and it wasn't because they were not providing the service for which I paid them for.

    They got pissed and first premier close my account. Said it was discretionary but they still expected me to pay the balance of the the card off but now I don't have a card but they sure do want the balance of their money back so I kind of told him, "If you are going to kill my card without notifying me other than this sending me a letter saying that you did that and I made this not send you another damn payment."

    This card is ridiculous, around 7 bucks monthly, then you have a purchase fee when you make a purchase that’s around 10 bucks, annual fee of around 50 dollars. It’s honestly RIDICULOUS! I will pay off my minimum just to check it a few days later and see that they have charged my payment to some ridiculous fee.

    Do not use the card. They are paid liars and scammers! Not legit complaint to CFPB. They put a hard pull on my credit and made an offer. They think you are desperate. Do not do it! Get a payday loan. They are wrong!

    So I received a call from the company that I was late 2 days? I'm like really, I haven't been late on any credit card in a dozen years since I've gotten all my credit cards. I use them primarily for business. So I looked into it, and sure enough, I was late 2 days. This is the only company that I know of that does not do auto-pay. All of my other cards are on auto-pay. I really didn't have any issues with this company except for the fact that they do not do auto pay. As a business owner, this is everything. I do not have the time to go into all my credit cards monthly to make a payment. In this century, what credit card company does not want a customer on auto-pay? They get their money guaranteed every month on that day. So, on Tuesday, I will pay off both cards and cancel them. I don't need them, but it's like everything else, a convenience. I will just use my other cards that gladly accept auto-pay.
