I'm an OTR Truck Driver, great cell service is extremely important! I've tried all other major cell companies with Verizon being top for me, until I tried Pure Talk!!! There were spots in Wyoming that I would lose service with Verizon, but with Pure Talk, I can travel through the entire state of Wyoming without ever losing service! Also, I do not drop calls when I cross state lines!!
Customer service is incredible!! I can ALWAYS understand what CS Rep is saying!! With all the other companies you sit on hold forever to only get a CS Rep that you can not understand!! I do not miss that @ all!! CS Rep always helps and I'm completely satisfied with the help I've received! Not once have I thought about leaving!! Pricing cannot be beat either!! I have been very happy with my switch to PureTalk. Living in rural Texas, I get better coverage; have had no trouble using my device as a hotspot; and most-definitely feel I am getting more bang for my buck. I made the switch based on the recommendation of radio talk show host Mark ** -- the biggest draws being that PureTalk is veteran-owned, and that their customer service reps are U.S.-based.

When you bill us for service, please send a bill that can be printed or downloaded or both. Otherwise we are fully happy with the service PureTalk has provided for us! It has been equivalent to the Verizon accounts we had previously which we considered to be the Cadillac of phone service! There's a new Cadillac in town!

Switched to PureTalk from AT&T and don't notice any differences in the coverage at all. Everything seems the same, but at less cost, and right after switching over, PureTalk raised our monthly data usage without raising our rates! Now we're looking to upgrade our phones and plan on purchasing them from PureTalk in the near future.

We had been hearing great things about Puretalk and wanted to switch. After patiently waiting for our expensive Verizon contract to end we switched both of our phones to Puretalk a few months ago. While I looked forward to having this service, I am very disappointed. Firstly my Samsung phone wasn't sufficient. I had the phone for a two month period so, I didn't want to upgrade. On June 25th I went back to my previous carrier, and I spoke to Pure Talk and canceled their service. Here it is September and I am still being charged for a service I haven't had since June. No! I will never recommend that service to anyone!

Things went as expected in setting up my 3 phones. The performance since then has also been good. I live in the country and the cell service was a little iffy with my last carrier, but so far I have not had any trouble with PureTalk. We did have one phone that needed to be upgraded to work, but that phone was quite old.

I am disappointed with the cellular coverage I get from your service. I can set at my desk at work, same place and go from 1 bar to 3 bars all day. Usually wot one bar, which makes it almost impossible to communicate and access the internet. It is a constant problem also as I trace around the general area. Overall very disappointed in my signal strength.

I am consistently having problems with calls being dropped to my daughter who has a Google Pixel phone. Is this common? I am a senior and worry if I ever needed to communicate with my daughter I wouldn't be able to. She lives in Raleigh about 30 minutes fom me. I have an iPhone. Otherwise as I travel across the state I have not had connection issues.

When we are not on our home wifi, messages to groups will not go out and we cannot download messages. Sitting at home we cannot receive phone calls or send messages. Phone message is no service at this time. Our phones have been reset several times by Pure Talk. If we get on a friend's wifi we have to turn our phones off and on to reconnect successfully to our home wifi.

The phone we bought works well. However, the speed of the LTE, 4G, 5G service is very very slow. My husband is very dissatisfied. We’re considering paying off the phone completely and switching back to Verizon.

With my old wireless provider it would often be the case that I'd have no cell service at all. That problem is gone since I switched to Puretalk. And my bill was cut almost in half. Love the new Samsung phones and the customer service people have been incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to.

I really like the clarity when I take or make calls from the other party. Pure Talk is a great company with the customers in mind. I find that the price and quality of Pure Talk is great. So far so good. Except for a glitch a few days ago with service to my OnePlus7 Pro phone, the text, talk, and hotspot are working well after resetting some settings, which was annoying. Can't beat the price for quality especially for first responders. Keep up the good work! Go!

So far, I have nothing but good things to say about Pure Talk. I'm liking the price and the coverage. Even with the military discount that T-Mobile was giving me, they still couldn't beat Pure Talk's pricing and coverage. I'm glad to be a part of the Pure Talk circle.

Since moving from Verizon to Pure Talk I have not had any dropped calls, with Verizon I would have around one a month. I am also able to get a good signal in my office where everyone else has to rely on the WiFi. I am also able to get 5G+ and 5G but when I was with Verizon it would drop to 4G or LTE. I would recommend Pure Talk to others if they want to reduce their cell bill and maintain great coverage.

Discounts on phones purchased via Pure Talk should not be tied to the plan chosen. Overall rates are a bit high. More information should be included online. Car chargers & ac adapters & cables should be included with phone purchases. $9.99 for shipping is twice what it should be. Customer service/sales reps should call back quickly if connection is lost.

Needed a way to reduce my cell phone cost, but keep the same service. PureTalk is the way to go! Quitting my old carrier wasn't that easy, but starting service with Puretalk was simple and easy. I did the switchover completely from the comfort of my own home. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to do the same. Your service has been as good as my previous AT&T service. But I have an iPhone and my test message bubbles should be blue but they are turning up green on some other iPhone user accounts. I understand when the other users on Android products will be green but why green when messages to another iPhone account. One such example is a husband and wife on the same Verizon account, her message bubbles are blue sometimes and green sometime. His is always green message bubbles. They both have iPhones. My brother is on Verizon with an iPhone and I get blue bubbles and green bubbles other messages.

Had to call to get the voicemail fixed on the phone. We were not able to get the voicemail set up. People would tell us that it wasn't set up even though we tried a couple different ways. I called in to get some assistance in that and corrected. It now works. It still says to dial pound 86. Not sure why but it works.

Love using Puretalk. Was a customer of AT&T for a very long time and was reluctant to drop and go somewhere else. Started paying WAY too much for my service, especially when I owned the phone and was supposedly receiving a discount. Plus, my old phone was ready to bite the dust and I was unsure of what I wanted. Puretalk made everything easy, has friendly customer service, and had a better deal with service and buying a new phone. The transition was smooth and for only a few apps that I had to reconnect with on the new phone, there was no problems switching info over and I got to keep my old number! Thank you Puretalk.

The people I have talked to have been very helpful and professional. My complaint is the coverage. We had Verizon before and the coverage was much better. Where we are located we are considering returning to Verizon. Had AT&T years ago, long years ago, and thought maybe their coverage had gotten better but it has not. Would like to say because their customer service so far has been the best!

The cell service sucks and the phone I paid for doesn't have near enough storage. I am not satisfied with the change. I should have stayed with Verizon as the coverage was a tad better. I would hope both myself and my wife made the change and there are times when she can't get service for hours!

For the most part I am happy with my experience, the only issue we are having is with Coverage. We had AT&T prior to PureTalk and almost never had an issue with coverage. The reason I switched to PureTalk was to lower my cell phone Bill and because they used AT&T cell towers for coverage and claimed it was the same, but we keep finding dead zones or poor reception that was not there before. Hopefully PureTalk coverage will continue to get better or let me know if upgrading to a newer cell phone would help with coverage. Thank you.

When transferring to Puretalk from Tracfone your customer support people were amazing. It was a disaster dealing with tracfone. Puretalk customer service saved me. It is fantastic talking to a human! No issues with coverage either, same service as we had before. Fast shipping on SIM card and phone. What more could I ask for?

I am an older senior who is going through a divorce and am looking for a new phone plan and service. I heard about PureTalk from a friend who uses it and is very satisfied. I do not know about these types of plans and called to see if I understood the process and needed a lot of questions answered. This is where Dormecia comes in.
