My phone was stolen, I filed a claim, and the process was very simple and easy. Process was completed in less than 10 minutes!! No need to speak with anyone in customer service as all questions needed to be asked was covered in the system. So glad I had this insurance coverage!

Amazing service. Timely and responsive. Communication was great before he arrived and during the process. I recommend using them if you need service on one of your devices. I have the warranty from Verizon and it served me to have it.

So love this Fitbit and the Asurion coverage that I always purchase because I work outside a lot and I am not a gentle person when it comes to my garden and outside wok. This insurance policy gives me peace of mind and is simple to make a claim.

It was a lovely quick once my replacement part was in the shop. Happy I have it delivered because at this moment I cannot drive to the shop for pick up. Excited tomorrow my phone will be happy once again.

I’ve had Asurion over the years and on multiple different appliances. Their service has always been good and they are very prompt to keep you in the loop and respond during the claim process. When something goes wrong with a product that you paid your hard earned money for and it doesn’t hold up, it really pays off to have this coverage to protect you.

The gentleman that worked with me over the phone was so patient and helpful. The process took a long time and he never gave up or hurried me along. Pretty high deductible. The iPad is $449. I shell out $50-$60 on insurance a month….that's insane! It was easy to get the claim processed. It wanted to call my the number associated to the iPad. We all know there’s no cellular calls allowed on iPads so that very odd.

This was my first time filing a claim. I have not yet received my replacement but the initial process was very simple, stress free and easy to get through. I look forward receiving my replacement and completing the process as easily as it was started.

This company has really streamlined the warranty process. They've taken all the headaches out protecting your purchases. Love it! We're a big family with a lot of purchases on Amazon. It's really great not to get stiffed when a product doesn't last like it should.

The process was quick, easy and pain free. I noticed the back of my phone had a bulge in it. I called my service carrier to see what was covered under my protection plan. My carrier provided all the information I needed to start a claim. The entire process took no more than 15 minutes.

Asurion is a very good choice for coverage on purchases that are exposed to the wear and tear of sunlight and weather. Should the product not have been tested under the southern sun and extreme temperatures. Our heat index on June 15th, 2026 was 109 degrees. Nice to have product replacement/reimbursement with Asurion.

I have been an Asurion customer for 20+ years and currently not happy. I have had a blue-tooth problem with my phone for the past 2 weeks, where it won't connect on my phone nor to my car anymore and it happened after a May 31st update. I took it to the Asurion store, they verified that my phone was still in great condition, even though it's 3 years old, and when they couldn't fix the problem, it showed that I needed a refurbished phone but it tried charging me the deductible. The store's associates both even agreed that I shouldn't be responsible for that, due to it being a Bluetooth glitch, an issue within the phone. I have been on the phone with Samsung, and Asurion, trying to get this issue resolved and to not have to pay the 225 dollar deductible, to no avail. When there's an issue within the device and something the customer didn't cause, deductibles should be waived. Treat customers fair because this right here, is not!

I completed the entire claims process online, including uploading photos and receipts, but the website malfunctioned and forced me to call in my claim. After that, I received a confirmation saying I would receive a test message with a gift card. Naturally, I kept checking my texts and email for updates. Only later did I find out they mailed a check instead. Clear and accurate communication is important—especially now, when spam messages are everywhere. It would be great if the system consistently reflected the correct payout method so customers know exactly what to expect.

I purchased football gloves from Dick’s Sporting Goods along with the additional protection plan. I followed every step of the claim process—submitted photos, completed the forms, and mailed the gloves back once my claim was approved. The claim itself went through smoothly, but I never received the gift card I was promised. It’s been extremely frustrating to complete the entire process correctly and still end up with no resolution. I hope Dick’s can address this issue because the protection plan isn’t worth it if customers don’t receive what they’re told they will.

Every time that I filed a claim in Asurion, I never had a bad response, Asurion always pay me a fair amount for the broken items usually a higher amount that I was expecting. They fixed my computer, they gave me a good amount for Roborock, and this items are a little pricey so I am very happy with the refund that I got to get me a new robot vac and mop, and for the repair of my computer. Asurion is a very good company to work with.

We purchased a warranty from Asurion as the manufacturers warranty neared expiration. Several years ago, there was a minor problem with our refrigerator; we called Asurion. A service rep named Sina arrived, repaired the problem and could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Sina was actually the reason we later bought the extended warranty. Recently, another minor problem developed with the refrigerator. It was unbelievable that we were once again blessed with Sina arriving and resolving the problem. In this age of phony companies that offer warranties but then deny help or, require all kinds of deductibles, etc., because of hidden policies or something, Asurion (and their operators and serviceman) are the ‘real deal’. I am very hard on my phone, and have had to use the Insurance several times over a period of 15 years. I have never once had an issue, and even had a phone stolen from my porch when it arrived, and they still sent me another one. I cannot say enough, good things about them and would never consider going without this insurance.

I destroyed the screen on my phone. Went online to Asurion to file a claim. Process was straight forward and relatively simple. Arranged the appointment for the repair, and got it done the same day. Repair was done professionally and to my satisfaction.

Great customer service from John & he was quick, very informative & really good at what he does, make him a manager, he will lead well. He answered all my questions & helped me make all three claims very easily & simply. He walked me through it & made sure he was very clear with everything he did. What a great experience! I always purchase an Asurion warranty wherever it's available. Great, fast service always as promised; saved me so much money in repairs! I have gotten a cheque for a Plasma TV after 4.5 years of using it for the full amount.

Had this protection plan 5 plus years now and the process has been extremely beneficial. Definitely worth the monthly service subscription. Tech support is great and replacement fee is better than spending more money without this warranty service.

Whenever I file a claim with Asurion have always had great experience be it mobile phone or home products, truly worth the coverage and the fee. They either get device repaired, replaced or reimbursed. To file claim is very easy and simple. Will never get rid of it.

Asurion has been wonderful and so easy to work with. I would recommend them to family members and friends for sure!!!! I had purchased batting gloves for my son and I purchased the warranty. My son plays baseball all the time and the gloves became worn and eventually tore. I contacted Asurion the warranty plan holder and explained to them the state the gloves were in. I had to fill out the form. I was reimbursed what I paid for the gloves, so I can purchase my son new gloves to wear.

The warranty was easy to fill out. They told me they would refund my purchase. As far as all I know at this point I would buy their warranty again.😊 I wasn’t sure how to find it. It did not come up with the purchase I made but I did find it.

What an amazing experience this was. So simple and easy to complete from start to finish. I feel that moments like these remind me that there are still great systems in place out there that are all about the care of people. This is one of them. I had a problem and they fixed it. What a breeze and noncomplicated form to fill out to file a claim. Was a godsend to get a protection plan to cover normal usage. You just never know what can happen while traveling. Porters, ship stewards and other baggage handlers are known not to handle luggage nicely during embarkation and debarkation. Asurion protection plans are great way to ensure that the luggage will be taken care of the abuses of such handling.

Very pleased with the prompt and courteous service which I received. Couldn't be happier. My daily copier/scan went down preventing me from doing some daily responsibilities. Didn't have the time to go out and buy a new one. One phone call got things moving quickly. Only issue was that without the printer working I couldn't print the UPS label! But got over that with help from a good friend. Sent it out and got it back the same week. Thank You.

I had dropped my phone in a puddle and not only immersed it but it hit a rock and cracked the screen. I had a plan through ** so I filed a claim. It literally took 3 minutes! New phone on the way! No hassles, no sweat! Great service!
