My own banks prioritized their big corporate clients and didn't get me PPP funding, despite having a 20 year relationship with each of them. Fundera connected me with one of their partners who successfully obtained the funding, which will likely save my small business. It was easy and they actually communicated with me about the actual status of my application instead of sending generic "your application is in process" emails. Today I attended one of their PPP webinars and they actually answered one of the questions that I emailed to them before the event! Real live people, providing real life help. I am now a big fan of Fundera.

Although we had no prior relationship with Fundera they helped our company obtain an SBA loan, when our other banks could not help us in a timely fashion. Adam ** corresponded with us through the entire process helping us get a much needed loan. He gave us daily updates and did his best to answer our many questions.

Three different, extremely young and naive (read: not actual financial advisors) men contacted me from Fundera--and each was more condescending and rude than the last. I was told I could get an sba loan, but then was told, and I quote, that I "didn't appear to understand finances" since my expenses for personal rent were high during a year the business income was low. I have literally zero other debt--no car payments, etc. Also, I sold a startup 10 years back and still have a good deal of personal funds, and my personal savings/accounts/life etc really doesn't have anything to do with this business.

I originally was looking for equipment financing, which they failed (I was approved by a different company). Once my application was in this guys Jacob ** kept calling me numerous times and left voicemails, "hey, we got a 50,000 line of credit ready for you”. He kept calling me so many times that I finally thought, “Let’s give this a shot.” I called him back. He said, "We just need any piece of mail with your address on it..." 1 week later, “We just need to see a signed lease with your landlord.” 1 weeks later, “We just need last 3 months of bank statements.” 1 week later, “Since last month has past we need another month of your bank statement.”

This is probably the best customer service team I have had the pleasure of talking to! Their expertise and their genuine care makes for a great experience. The application process is very easy! It only took me probably less than 10 minutes to complete the application before I was able to partake! Their rates are fair. Not too expensive, but I wish they could be cheaper. However, that doesn't bother me too much. I don't mind paying for good payouts and service. Their online tools are very simple, so they are very easy to use and their website is very navigable, so often times, I do not have any trouble.

I was handled right away. I thought it was amazing and fast how they helped me find my way. It's insane how good it is. I really love the application process. It was ridiculously easy. The continuity of how easy they made it still astonishes me. The rates and terms are insanely good. I could not speak enough about how much I love it. Online tools are really good and I would highly recommend it. I can't see myself living without such a thing. You are a good to be dead fool if you don't use it.

Customer support is one if the reasons why I chose them. They were able to show me what were the best options for me when I first got the loan and have been following up ever since. Application process was relatively easy. Although you have to comply very specific requirements to qualify for the loan. Once you comply with them the process was straightforward. Rates are lower than consumer loans and in line with what other competitors are offering, however I liked the staff and their bundled offers and decided to go with them. Easy to use, and easy access from mobile devices (my preferred method of tracking my financial products). The interface is very user-friendly and has all the things that I'd like to track.

This company make me very happy to be customer and they help me to fit my problem and get what my family want. I will be customer of this company in the future too. It's very easy and quick to make loan with this company. They are make me happy to get loan and buy what we need for my family. I want my friends to try and they will be happy same as me.
