They reached out a few times to make sure everything was on track. They were pretty easy to get ahold of and called me when it was time to pick up the vehicle and deliver it. The delivery was pretty straightforward. The driver was in contact with me a day or two before, and then on the day of. He gave me a lot of heads up, and it worked out pretty well.

The guy that delivered the vehicle was really professional. He had me do an inspection of the car and filled a form. The only problem I had with them is I've been given a number to give them to verify that payment had been done but they kept saying it was not the right number. It took an hour before they could leave but in the end, it got worked out.

My experience was good in general. Tempus Logix sent an email and gave me a call. There were a few customer service contacts that interacted with me, and when the driver arrived, he called me to drop off the car to my home. Delivery took about five days, which is within their given time. The cost was good.

The transport went very well. They picked up my car in a timely manner. But it took one or two days for the pick-up to be accepted by someone because they may have had some sort of a typo on the broker's website. My city is Iona and they had it listed with one extra letter so the people thought it's a different city somewhere way north. But that's not a big deal. Other than that, they shared the driver information and since I was in direct contact with the driver, it made it easier for me.

The whole process was expedient and reliable, picked up the vehicle with no problem and dropped off in the same condition. We did not have any hiccups or concerns, delivered sooner than originally expected. Price was excellent for the service provided.

My experience with the rep while setting up the transport was clean and straightforward. It was all very smooth and well taken care of. From the time when the move was booked, it was six days 'til the vehicle got there. The driver was gonna be a day early but he had a breakdown. But he still ended up getting to my house on time. He showed up late in the evening but he wanted to drop off the vehicle 'cause wanted to make sure he was on time. He was a really nice guy. I highly recommend Tempus Logix.

Logix expeditiously arranged for the pickup and shipment of my vehicle on a short timeline. Their agents were responsive and flexible and they work with reputable subcontractors. They checked in with me during every step of the process to make sure I was satisfied.

Tempus was fantastic and world-class. I purchased a pickup truck out of state and I had it transported for roughly 1,100 miles. After it was booked, I received a call almost immediately that they had arranged the driver to be in communication with me. As soon as the car was picked up and enroute, the driver reached out to me early, let me know his timing and intent, and provided me his contact information. The driver was very professional and courteous. He kept me well informed and he went above and beyond when we unloaded the vehicle to make sure I was happy. The delivery was also a lot quicker than I expected and the quote they gave me was dead on accurate. The service was 100% what I expected and there were no surprises.

Communication with customer service was clear. The quote I got was in the same ballpark as everybody else. The movers showed up when they were supposed to and the delivery driver got there when he was supposed to get there. Everything worked out well.

I used the uShip app and I had 5 companies bid on the job. I kept waiting for Tempus to come back because I was reading the reviews and they had such awesome reviews. Then when they came back with a lower bid, I booked through them and didn't wait for anybody else to come back again because we felt the price was reasonable too. Tempus Logix was amazing. Once it was booked to them, they answered all my questions. When I had an email to them, they responded quickly. They were really good to work with. Everything worked out wonderfully. The car was there when they said it was gonna be there.

Setting up the transport was great. Joe was my driver. He called me once I had it arranged to schedule a pick-up time. We were able to work out something convenient for both us. He was here when he said he was gonna be here. I heard from him once during delivery because he could not get ahold of my son to whom he was delivering the car to. Other than that, he communicated with my son. So, I know the delivery was fine. The final cost was exactly what I was quoted. They were extremely professional and reliable.

The drivers were very amazing. They were great and very communicative. The guys got caught up in a snowstorm, but they notified me.

They talked about restrictions on weight and made sure the gas tank had no gas in it. You can't have any suitcases in the car. But I took exception to that. The rep said if I signed right away, she would let me have two suitcases, up to and including 100 pounds total weight. So I signed the deal and that was that. They were very nice to me. I got a lot of phone calls and a lot of correspondence between the time I signed and the time they delivered the car. The driver was a gentleman. He picked up the car on a Saturday morning and then dropped it off on Tuesday morning. They were right on time. They were good. I was very happy with them.

The courier was able to pick the car up on time. He delivered it early. He communicated everything well. I got a steal of a deal.

Tempus Logix was accommodating. Everything went excellently. I had no problems with the communication of where the car was and when it was gonna be picked up. I didn't worry, and my car got here a day early. The gentleman who dropped the car was excellent.

The whole purpose was to transport our dirt bike back home here to Florida. We're talking about a $2,000 dirt bike, and people were asking $4,000 to transport it. Tempus Logix came out with a fair and reasonable price. It was somewhere around $900. And they did a good job. The only thing I had a bit of a problem was the first time they set up to have the transport pickup the bike, they only gave me a half hour notice. "The guy's right around the corner." I said, "I can't do that with a half hour notice." Because I live in Florida, my buddy lives in California. And I had to call him to make sure he was available for the bike to be picked up. So, a half hour notice was not enough. And like I explained to the young lady, I need at least 24-hour notice.

I used Tempus for a piece of equipment I needed to be moved. I liked their price. Setting up the transport was easy and there was good communication. The vehicle came in two days, which was earlier than I expected. It was picked up in New Jersey and delivered to Iowa. My driveway’s a little difficult and all of a sudden, the driver called me and said he was there. He got the vehicle unloaded and everything went fine. The vehicle's condition was what I expected. I quote I got was very accurate. I was very happy.

I had a very smooth transaction. I ship a lot of cars and I was very happy with them. They let us know when they were coming and they dropped it off on time with what they said they were gonna do.

They were courteous when they handled me over the phone. They were very knowledgeable. I had two cars to move and they were competitive in pricing. The drivers were very good. They were foreign nationals, but they handled the cars well. They were very courteous and efficient. They came when they needed to be here, and they left when they needed to leave. The quote was accurate.

They picked everything up the way they should. It was seamless and easy. It was pretty straightforward. He moved the car off of the truck, and he sent me a message. The only thing was that because it was such a big truck, he didn't deliver it to me personally. He sort of found a central location where many cars could come and be picked up. But I didn't know that originally. It would be helpful if there's a way to better communicate that on the back end for future customers. I thought the car was gonna arrive at the house. We didn't have another car. So we had to grab an Uber down. But it's not a big deal.

They were excellent on communication and let me know where the move is in the process. Even the driver called and gave me an update. I was very happy with everything. The final cost was the same as the quote.

From pickup to delivery, it took four days at the most. It came three days earlier than they estimated. But the actual driver that was assigned to Tempus didn't have the tracking feature available. That's an option that they don't have to have, but uShip offers to place the monitor if they do have it. But I was contacted when the driver got closer to my state and just to let me know when they'd be in the area. From there on, I was in contact with the driver and their dispatcher about meeting at a specific location. They did a great job. It went so smoothly.

Tempus Logix picked up a car for me in Los Angeles and then delivered it to me in North Carolina. The price was good. The only thing was they disappointed me by not providing me photos, as I requested. I said I would book them if they would take photos of the car before putting it on the trailer and to ensure they had the title and all the documents were there. But they didn't provide any of that. So I wouldn't use them again.

Tempus Logix had good communication, was timely, and was responsive. They were accommodating and provided very good service. They were reliable and I would highly recommend them. They brought the car straight to our other house and it was perfect.

I used Tempus to ship a vehicle that I bought that was not running. I also used them on a vehicle that I bought in Florida. I live in Virginia, and I didn't have time to go down there and get it. Pickup and delivery were great. Everything went as planned. Delivery was in a timely manner, and the condition was the same as they got it. It was a little bit dirty just from being outside, but that was not the driver's fault.

I'm spending time in California for work and needed my car out here. I had this done by Tempus Logix and it was fine. Austin, Texas was the pickup and the drop-off was Santa Monica, California. That took five days. The driver was great.

Tempus accepted the bid and they coordinated and found their driver. They picked the car up in Upstate New York and it was here in Fort Worth, Texas the next day. It was shipped 1,700 miles and I was surprised they got it here that fast. I ship a lot of vehicles every year and this was one of the easiest I've done in a while.

Tempus shipped my Jeep out of New York. They did what they said they were gonna do, and it got there at the time they said it was gonna get there.

The rep at Tempus Logix was great. She replied to my text messages within five minutes or less. Anytime I had a question and they didn't know, they immediately figured it out. I had them drop the vehicle off at my parent's house, and everything went well. The driver kept me updated. Anytime he said he might be delayed, he called or texted me letting me know. He ended up showing up on time.

The driver was an awesome guy. He picked up a white Ford F250 right outside of Chicago and brought it to us here. He called us when he was heading to pick it up. He picked it up and an hour later, he called and told me, "I have your load. I'll be there by 3 o'clock tomorrow," which was way ahead of what we thought it was gonna be. He was on time and polite. He had all his paperwork. He put an extra strap on the vehicle to make sure it was secure. I would use him again.

So far, so good. The vehicle was delivered as is within the timeframe they told me. It was a smooth service.

They did a good job and the vehicle was undamaged.
