Do not honor contracts, do not communicate with the warranty-holder, do not answer e-mails. Paid $1850 for a three-year contract and submitted a claim my garage says is covered. The car has been in the shop for five months now with no decision from them. I'm suing them now in Small Claims Court. Save yourself the headache. Just pay for your repair -- this is a rip-off.

I would strongly caution anyone considering SOS Warranty. Our vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for nearly a month waiting for them to simply communicate with the service department, and they have still not spoken to the dealership or moved the claim forward. For the past week, both the dealership and I have been calling every single day trying to get an update or speak with someone about the claim. Every time we are told someone will call back, and it never happens. No returned calls, no updates, and no accountability.

I'm a retired senior and never thought I'd be writing a review in a million years. But I felt I had to share my experience. I was nervous just like anyone else, about picking the right company to protect my car because repairs are so expensive nowadays, and I just don't have the power to work on the car myself anymore. The gentleman I spoke with took his time explaining the coverage and how they work and it all just sounded fantastic. I had my daughter, who currently has a policy with them, vouch for what the representative was telling us. I don't look forward to having to use them, but if I ever need to, I'm sure they will come through for me.

Do not use this company. I've called many times and all you get is the intake line. They never call or email you back about your concerns when it comes to delay on inspection or authorization. My car has been in the shop for almost a month. And I've callled everyday. You never get to speak with anyone higher than intake to get your issues resolved. All they do is take a message and never call you back. Waste of time and money.

I’ve had SOS Auto Protect for a few months now and honestly I wasn’t sure if it was gonna be worth it. But I already had 2 claims, one for my navigation and one for suspension, and they actually covered both with no hassle. They paid the whole bill which was a big relief. I thought it was gonna be a headache but it was pretty smooth. So far I’m happy I got it.

I was definitely surprised how easy it was with SOS. My car needed a new fuel pump and alternator, I filed a claim and they just went ahead and replaced it, no inspection or anything crazy. Process was simple and the rep I talked to actually helped me through it quick. Glad I got the warranty, saved me a good bit of money.

I was told that SOS was a very good business. They were polite, helpful and thoughtful. But I have found out since I have needed them to help me with my car. There was one gentleman named Adam very, very rude. Very, very disrespectful, no care for the customer.. He stated that my situation was not important and that it was not an emergency. He threatened to hang up in my face with no help at all. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

Just about getting ready to renew the policy with them since it is close to expiring, and I have no complaints. My direct agent for years now, Josephine, was extremely helpful and I'm glad I can continue to count on her for any future claims. Never any hassle having to use them and my claims were handled the same day if not next depending on the severity of it.

Filing my claim with SOS Auto Protect was way easier than I expected. The repair shop called, got instant approval, and I didn’t have to do a thing except pay my deductible. Super smooth process. Highly recommend giving them a shot!
