Terrible service. I looked at a car online, and got an email telling me to go to the Allentown location. See email clipped below. But when I went there, they told me the car was in Wayne, NJ. The rep Elisa was incompetent, claiming she called me but never did (called ID does not lie). The manager was rude and disrespectful, telling me it was my fault to go to the wrong location. But, he was the one at fault for the location given to me was Allentown. Horrible people, horrible service.

Zero customer service and no education on the car basic features. Sent down the road and was almost in an accident because I wasn't shown how to operate the wiper arm which was the opposite of any car I had ever driven! Zero understand about the fact that I was a 75 yr old who had been driving a 2006 Focus for the last 13 years. Provided only 1 set of keys. The only positive was the price was 3000 less than other local used car lots.

My experience in buying vehicle with Enterprise Car Sales was fantastic, I would like to thank you Mr. Gary ** for assisting me, he was very accommodating, helpful, and go above and beyond. Not only Mr. Gary ** is very helpful, so is Mr. Terrence **. From the day I started inquiring he was very positive about getting me a car. They are my life saver. I recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone, because they are friendly, and understand the needs of their customers. I have been going to all car dealership, nothing can beat the customer service of Enterprise Car Sales, from their manager Terrence ** and all the staffs. They are very welcoming as soon as you walk in.

Please avoid Enterprise Car Sales. They are absolutely careless, try to persuade you with their butt kissing but the fleet of vehicles are junk, like their employees. I saw 2 vehicles, one was a Toyota Corolla and it was missing several ignition coil on it, a Passat had very low engine oil and then a Mazda had the driver window motor smoking. The manager in orange in Orange County California is absolutely crap. No wonder his employees are just as bad, teamwork is affected by leadership and he is crap to the fullest.

On June 14th I purchased a car and June 20th I did the 7-day buyback. Bobby the GM of the store was supposed to issue a refund instead I wasn’t issued the refund. I have contacted Bobby personally in regards to this issue and was told I would have a call back multiple times. It has now been over 6 days, no one at the branch has responded. I have contacted Enterprise’s corporate as well no one from the region has responded. I have already did an investigation with my bank and I can’t even get Enterprise to check into the issue. Don’t recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Everything has broken from a car I purchased in April 2024. Within 2 days of buying my suv from them—NEEDED IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT/SERVICED. Motor mount was found to be completely cracked. Right and left arm destroyed. Driving belt had to be replaced. Ac compressor replaced, had zero refrigerant. Oil and filter black as tar. Transmission running sludge, had NEVER been cleaned. Brake fluid has to be replaced and lines bled. Full Alignment. Tire rotation. New brakes. Cabin filter. Ac filter. Windshield wipers. This work alone is well over $5000 and this is probably just the beginning!!!! THEY SAY 300 point inspection. That’s a complete lie! Only question they ask is—- does the car run.

Interested in a car that was on their website. When I called to inquire about it I was told that there were two people in front of me with appointments to look at the car but I was welcome to drop by. I went by, asked about the process, and was told that if the first two lookers were not interested I would get a call and would be next in line. I received a call the next day and an appointment was made for me to return. Approximately one hour before my appointment I got a text message from the salesperson telling me that another person had come in and was probably going to buy the car. When I asked how that was possible if i was "next in line", the story suddenly changed. I can only assume that the car was sold out from under me so that the salesperson could get commission on the financing since I was planning on paying cash. I will NOT do business with them in the future.

I was online looking at pickups and ended up either me calling Enterprise or them calling me. I can’t remember but the lot in OKC was who I was dealing with and I was talking with a salesman Diego and at first things were great. That first call I explained to him we were in a chapter 13 bankruptcy but was in the middle of converting to a chapter 7 bankruptcy but needed a truck but I did not want to run my credit unless he was pretty sure he could make it work. Well he told me he could he send me pics of vehicles to pick from and I did. He said it would not be a problem. I said great then I would fill out the app since he said they have done hundreds of apps with bankruptcy it would be good so I filled out my app then every time I try to call him for a few days I get him with no news but then he says he will call me back and every time he said that he never called me back. Never.
The first truck I picked he said was too too far away and was too much but he had wrong truck but then he said he would have someone else call me with info today but never got that call either so I call them and they said, "Well we are all so busy with customers." Well what am I. Anyway finally they get a answer from the manager and I was approved but I have to trade both my open vehicles in along with my trustee letter and $5000.00 in cash not even close or achievable. I’m ok with a no if I went more or less told they do it all the time and it would not be a problem when he even knew I was trying to fix my credit. Now I will have a hard pull for absolutely nothing except for enterprise to reach their quota.

I dealt with Enterprise Car Sales in Reno, NV and now after over a year, realized I made a serious mistake. They sold me a mechanical repair policy that I didn't realize was dependent on mileage, and yet they sold the vehicle to me with high mileage. When I went to use it, they said it was expired. Never mind the fact that I am still paying on it. I will never do business with them again. They have no problem swindling you of your money, and what for? They knew they would lose a customer on the first try and they sure as hell did.

I don't think Enterprise is a good place to recommend for low credits scores!!!! Waste of your time, and also waste of credit inquiries. My wife and I drove up from Lawton Oklahoma to the OKC Enterprise Car Sales only AFTER those sales folks told us past week over the phone to do a online credit application and they called back very excited telling us they have a few options for us to buy a good used car. We showed up and we found a car we liked that they said we were approved for, Well they came back asking us for another $2000 dollars down just for us to get started.
We wasted our entire day on the promises they were never going to keep!! I really wish someone would report them to the Better Business Bureau and I hope that the military puts them on the Black List. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would not have wasted my time, money and my fuel if they were honest and upfront with us in the first place! I would not recommend this company to family or friends.

I purchased a car from the Scottsdale location and I got screwed. This vehicle has been nothing but one issue after the other when the paperwork clearly say that the car is in great shape. The transmission is going out and now trying to see how to pursue this with them. Too soon to have these types of issues and still paying on it. Not right!!!!

Sales pitch was warranty covers everything other than wear n tear parts. Deductable would be $100.00 per repair. I needed a slide door actuator, my bill was not $100.00 per warranty agreement but over $1,000.00. Contacted Enterprise and I was ignored by each department from the bottom up. Paid over $2,000.00 for the warranty. Should have saved the money and paid for repairs out of pocket if needed. Total ripoff!

The national website listed a F150 for sale. The advertised price was noted. We take screenshots of the ad, the VIN, and the price to be clear... We call the Peoria branch. they confirm with the CA branch that the price listed was correct. And indeed that this was the price. We paid the transfer fee. The local dealer called us and said the truck is yours. The receipt for the transfer fee list the truck number and was texted to us. We wait for it to clear inspection and ship.
A few days later we received a text stating that the truck was en route. Was now in AZ from California. Will be here tomorrow morning. We call and confirm that it was this truck, and yes that truck. And We can go in and sign tomorrow. Great. But now there is a problem the dealership wants 10thousand more!! We informed them that this was illegal. The salesman says he will call his manager. The manager called the next day. Side shuffles and points fingers.
The price they posted, the price that they also confirmed was now a "Mistake". Oh and the text we received was also a "mistake" the personal phone call from his salesman tracking the transaction was also a "mistake" but he would definitely try to clear it up with management and districts. The next day we are called. Yep he confirmed it was all just "mistakes" but since we feel so bad we'll try to negotiate a "smaller jump in price". But they definitely will not honor the advertised price that we put $$ on. This is FRAUD.

This is concerning Enterprise Car Sales Memphis, I do not know about the others in the country. We decided to try purchasing a car online because we'd heard good things about how easy the process is. Whatever you do, do not use Enterprise Car Sales of Memphis. We found a car online, we filled out an application, entered a social security number, authorized a credit report. They RAN A CREDIT REPORT (just like what you do when you apply for any credit through an online application) and we got a result with the name of three banks to use, we selected Capital one, then we were provided terms, including an interest rate, # of months, downpayment information... I mean every last detail.
There was NO warning such as: "by submitting an application and allowing us to run a credit report, you cannot rely on the approval or any of the rates or numbers produced." Because that's what they did. They switched it all up. They just want to get you in and then switch the terms. Now we have to go somewhere else (because we can't do business with people who do business like that) and likely have another credit report run because of this shifty approach to online customers.
When we went to get the car, they changed the interest by DOUBLING it by 100%. They doubled it and relied on fine print to say that we could not have the deal we got when we submitted our application. So we just left rather than trust these people any further with their bait-and-switch operation. Unfortunately, in our efforts to purchase a car, we will have to deal with another hit on our credit report. The guy we spoke to is Jonah ** but I would not trust any one of them. What's odd is that I really like to use enterprise rental cars when we travel. Their "efforts" to sell cars here in Memphis falls far short of the standard that Enterprise Rental Cars provides.

After a 5 week terrible, frustrating, and stressful car search it finally ended here. Enterprise Car Sales does not have any gimmicks, no games, no typical car dealer frustration. I had my financing secured so was essentially a cash buyer (dealers don't like this at all.) Sheryl was simply amazing!! She took care of everything from the beginning to the end, had answers for all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and truly cared!! I went in yesterday morning, and took delivery of my car the same day.

I would like to thank Mr. Toney ** for going above and beyond for me today, he worked to most of his ability to get me into a car today. I will definitely use this location again in the future if I am ever in search of a new car. He took his time and explained everything to me, once everything was finalized, he made sure the car was washed and clean before I drove off. I have purchased many cars in the past and I must say this was the best experience I have had, and I have purchased cars from Sewell ** and to me they outdid Sewell. That has to say something as far as customer service is concerned. Thank you once again for getting me what I asked for. This is a beautiful well-maintained vehicle.

Pre-approved me then jerked me around once I got there. Their salesmen would go to the manager's office and stand around for 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes more. Their computer systems are from the 90s and are slower than a Pentium processor trying to boot windows 11. Frequent system crashes and long load times.
Complete disregard for making any sale and that's fine they are far from the only dealer in town. I knocked on their door twice after waiting for a salesmen to come back to me and no one wanted to come out so I left. I have other offers for a vehicle that I actually want (they didn't have any trucks) and so as the saying goes, it just wasn't meant to be.
I recommend staying away from this dealership. They seem to be under the impression that they don't need any sales. So don't give them any and see if their attitude remains the same. To top that off the person I was working with ran my credit a second time without permission and put a second hard inquiry on my credit report. The bottom line is they are car salesmen in every sense of the word. Untrustworthy, Shady, and willing to bend ethics to make a buck.
Edit: 1/31/2023: Stay away at all costs, these people are scammers. They upped my down payment from $1000 to $3700. When I paid it they made me come back the next day due to "system errors" after their computers crashed and we had signed 20+ pages out of the 30 they required. When I came back the next day the vehicle was gone and I am being told the bank said they would only approve a smaller vehicle (I was getting a SUV). After already taking my down payment and signing papers? What a bold-faced lie. They sold the vehicle out from under me and are now making excuses to cover their backsides. They claim taking the down payment was to "show initiative" and even though we we're signing paper to close that the bank could have still denied us.
No dealer I've ever dealt with takes your cash and makes you sign closing papers to "show initiative". Seriously stay away from these liars and crooks. After looking around I have found there are far better options available at other dealerships who after talking with them agreed with me and said, "Yeah they sold the vehicle out from under you. It happens all the time.".

Enterprise is greedy and lacks appreciation for customers. This aura has become progressively worse over time. I was a fleet management customer for over 24 years, and during that time had leased out over 25 vehicles. My last vehicle was recently returned as they wanted Kelly Bluebook value of 29k after I had paid them 22k over the past four years. Most of my previous leases has a buyout clause in them. This one oddly did not. The MSRP at the time was 31k. They were unwilling to offer a discount. I returned the car with 16% less miles than the lease had allowed and it was in pristine condition. I have the videotape to prove it. Now they send me a bill for $748 with no explanation other than lease settlement. Ironically the bill was originated in July 6th, received in July 16th, and due without penalty on July 20th.
I reached out to my fleet rep, and he has not responded in 2 weeks. An email from the fleet department states that they sold the car under Kelly BlueBook and that I owed the difference. They would not say how much they sold the car for but clearly between my payments and the cars resale, they made over 50k. This for a car whose MSRP is 31k in 2022. Greed.
A supervisor did call back 8 days ago and said that the bill was for paperwork and cleaning the car. When pressed for what paperwork could cost $748, he said “paperwork”. He too said he would call back and never did. The bottom line is that Enterprise is greedy. They have zero appreciation for customer loyalty. They do not seek compromise. They can not defend the timelines of their billings or their bills at all. The organization doesn’t return calls. Their resolution to customer questions is avoidance. I would never do business with them again.

After researching the used car model that interested me, I found a few websites offering some. Enterprise had the best price, and a local dealership to receive the vehicle and process the sale. While I had a pre-approval from my bank in hand, their financing options were quite competitive and I went with their best offer. I am happy with my purchase!

The experience of buying a used vehicle with Enterprise was invasive, uncomfortable and unprofessional. The price was decent and the vehicle was in good shape, so they marketed it appropriately, but the service and process was nothing to be desired.
