    I purchased a warranty for my 2012 Porsche 911 in February of 2022 through Xtended Auto Warranty which is owned by Cornerstone United. I purchased a XP-3 warranty and it is a 36-month warranty and I never had to use the warranty until today. My rear axles need to be replaced and the repair shop sends in a claim. This company deny the claim and say that the axles aren't covered.

    If you look at the pamphlet, under XP-2 it clearly says drive axles. No surprise that this fraudulent company would deny the claim just like all the other claims they have denied with other people. They list all these mechanical and electrical components that they cover but under the exclusion list the items cancel each other out. Example: Engine seized up due to no oil. No oil because a bad gasket/seal/o-ring. Guess what, not covered because gasket/seal/o-ring are on the exclusion list. Talking to my lawyer now and will be reaching out to other people who were scammed and start a class-action lawsuit.
