    The signup was easy-peasy. But the availability to ask immediate questions before we click “Yes, I want it” was non-existent. The signup itself went okay once it happened, but I was a little unhappy about how it happened. I was quoted a price and I was, “That's great, but I have a question or two.” And they were, “Okay.” The broker dropped the ball there because I was told the price was locked in and the mileage, but I didn't get a call back and I couldn't get through. It was only so many hours. And it was the weekend. They were closed. But come Monday, I got a call back, and suddenly, the price went up from a 135 to 140 something. And the mileage had changed, but they didn't give me credit for the increased miles, but they made me pay the increased price even though it was only a few days difference. So, I got dinged on both sides, but I couldn't choose anybody else at that point, so I was forced to go with Chaiz.

    I was fine with it because I liked the offering of the plan. And the customer service that I emailed was sassy about it. It was, “You should have just bought it.” I said, “It doesn't really work that way. You're supposed to answer questions and you're supposed to be available.” I wanted to ask two specific things about the contract. I wanted to know if I hit the mileage first before the month, if I was still locked in to have to continue paying. And if I was obligated to continue the payment even though I have no coverage. Because it was unclear in the contract. Also, whether I could cancel at any time without penalty.

    Chaiz said, “Yes, you could cancel at any time without penalty. And no, you were not obligated to continue paying.” If the 200,000 miles came first, I could stop the plan, and not have to continue paying. I could say, "I'm canceling the plan because I hit the maximum miles, and there's no reason for me to continue paying because I'm no longer eligible for coverage." They told me, “Yes, that’s a legitimate reason to not have to continue paying.” If they allowed us to answer questions and lock in the rate, I would highly recommend them. But because they couldn't answer, and the rates were not locked in during a Q&A period. I would have to pay a month before I get my questions answered.

    Read the contract or ask questions about the contract before you get a quoted price on any extended warranty because once we get the quoted price, we're not allowed to ask questions where there may not be availability. I was allowed to ask a ton of questions for my daughter's vehicle, and the rate was locked. But with Chaiz, it wasn't, because everything was done online. And the other one, I had a person on the phone that I could talk to.

    My vehicle is in fairly good running condition, but with it being as old as it is, that's gonna start to break. I had an extended warranty on one of my other vehicles, and it worked for me. This time, I found Chaiz and they're easy to get ahold of. The price was right as well. It was way less than what I paid for my other warranty and it looked to me that they offered more than what they did for one of the big name companies that I see on TV all the time. After I bought the warranty, they told me I had to drive 1,000 miles. It was gonna take me a while to get to 1,000 miles but I'm at 1,000 miles because I let my grandson drive it.

    My friend and I looked around for warranty options and thought that Chaiz would be decent. The things that it said it covered were good. But I didn't know what I was buying with the car. I bought a heavily used race car that I didn't realize was heavily used or damaged. It turned out that it has a lot of bolt-on modifications that I didn't understand or know what they were. When I ended up needing the warranty to go through, I was told it would be denied automatically because of the modifications that were done to the vehicle. The only thing that helped was they got me a tow to and from the spot that I needed it to go to to have it looked at. Then, I canceled the warranty right away. But for someone who doesn't have any modifications, it seems like the warranty is pretty good if it does pay out.

    So far so good, bought ** level 3 contract for my 2016 Altima SL. I have never heard of them but decided to go with them based on the reviews on multiple websites. Coverage is straight forward and so is pricing. They send you a booklet of your coverage that you can let the dealer/repair shop use to file a claim and see contract coverage and rules. Haven’t had to file any claims so far but we will continue to. :)

    My experience BEFORE I purchased a warranty package was excellent. I had a bunch of questions for the reps & they responded quickly & thoroughly – one completely went out of his way to help me – even called while on a trip abroad. THEN I purchased it & the excellent service stopped. I had to email one of the reps twice before she answered, and then she gave me misinformation. I didn’t want my account on auto debit & she gave me a number to call. I called & the rep asked for my Vin, put me on hold for about five minutes then transferred me, without telling me, to an external trash company. I called BACK & got another rep who told I didn’t have the option to change it. So I’m not sure WHAT to believe. I have a feeling this is an indication of things to come with them.

    I purchased a warranty through Chaiz.com for my f150 after being recommended by a friend. He has purchased 6 or 7 warranties through this website. The interface was very easy to understand and the prices very competitive. After my purchase I had to reach out to the company to put a few additional services I wanted included.     I was skeptical, but I'm glad I have it! Working in the service department at a dealership, I have some experience with extended warranty companies. Some great and some horrible. I found Chaiz and was a bit concerned about the plans offered for the price, as it was much less than what I can get them for at employee cost. I looked into the sample contract and everything looked fine- it's important to note that I selected NAAC as the provider and the rest of the review is mostly related to their company. Two vehicles and about $4000 in repairs covered already and I'm only in about 8 months. Both were AC jobs- but the response for the advisor on approvals was fast and the payment was same day as the paperwork submitted. Great company and awesome providers. I will use them exclusively for extended warranty policies.

    Our Ford F150 is 10 years old with 103k miles. It is still in very good condition.
