Excellent coverage for the money, and sent a hard copy in mail of detailed contract!! Customer service is great, a rare thing for me since the 70's and 80's when people took pride in their jobs, I am getting contracts from them for my 2 other cars!!

The signup was easy-peasy. But the availability to ask immediate questions before we click “Yes, I want it” was non-existent. The signup itself went okay once it happened, but I was a little unhappy about how it happened. I was quoted a price and I was, “That's great, but I have a question or two.” And they were, “Okay.” The broker dropped the ball there because I was told the price was locked in and the mileage, but I didn't get a call back and I couldn't get through. It was only so many hours. And it was the weekend. They were closed. But come Monday, I got a call back, and suddenly, the price went up from a 135 to 140 something. And the mileage had changed, but they didn't give me credit for the increased miles, but they made me pay the increased price even though it was only a few days difference. So, I got dinged on both sides, but I couldn't choose anybody else at that point, so I was forced to go with Chaiz.

My vehicle is in fairly good running condition, but with it being as old as it is, that's gonna start to break. I had an extended warranty on one of my other vehicles, and it worked for me. This time, I found Chaiz and they're easy to get ahold of. The price was right as well. It was way less than what I paid for my other warranty and it looked to me that they offered more than what they did for one of the big name companies that I see on TV all the time. After I bought the warranty, they told me I had to drive 1,000 miles. It was gonna take me a while to get to 1,000 miles but I'm at 1,000 miles because I let my grandson drive it.

I recently purchased a vehicle and I didn’t have a warranty so I did some shopping for an alternative. I chose Chaiz because of the monthly price and the payment is automatically debited out of my account. It was a good experience with Chaiz.

My friend and I looked around for warranty options and thought that Chaiz would be decent. The things that it said it covered were good. But I didn't know what I was buying with the car. I bought a heavily used race car that I didn't realize was heavily used or damaged. It turned out that it has a lot of bolt-on modifications that I didn't understand or know what they were. When I ended up needing the warranty to go through, I was told it would be denied automatically because of the modifications that were done to the vehicle. The only thing that helped was they got me a tow to and from the spot that I needed it to go to to have it looked at. Then, I canceled the warranty right away. But for someone who doesn't have any modifications, it seems like the warranty is pretty good if it does pay out.

I checked out Chaiz to see whether the price was good and it was alright dealing with the team. It was a good experience.

The best quotes, price, and warranty coverage on the market. Without coverage your pockets will become light and soon empty. Please get Chaiz, because them other car warranties is overrated and overhyped.

So far so good, bought ** level 3 contract for my 2016 Altima SL. I have never heard of them but decided to go with them based on the reviews on multiple websites. Coverage is straight forward and so is pricing. They send you a booklet of your coverage that you can let the dealer/repair shop use to file a claim and see contract coverage and rules. Haven’t had to file any claims so far but we will continue to. :)

My experience BEFORE I purchased a warranty package was excellent. I had a bunch of questions for the reps & they responded quickly & thoroughly – one completely went out of his way to help me – even called while on a trip abroad. THEN I purchased it & the excellent service stopped. I had to email one of the reps twice before she answered, and then she gave me misinformation. I didn’t want my account on auto debit & she gave me a number to call. I called & the rep asked for my Vin, put me on hold for about five minutes then transferred me, without telling me, to an external trash company. I called BACK & got another rep who told I didn’t have the option to change it. So I’m not sure WHAT to believe. I have a feeling this is an indication of things to come with them.

I purchased a warranty through Chaiz.com for my f150 after being recommended by a friend. He has purchased 6 or 7 warranties through this website. The interface was very easy to understand and the prices very competitive. After my purchase I had to reach out to the company to put a few additional services I wanted included. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to deal with one person Matty from being to the end of the process. I liked that I did not get passed around from person to person. She responded quickly and efficiently and got me all set up. I definitely will be purchasing more warranties through Chaiz.com for my other vehicles.

This is the most reasonably priced plans and I’ve tried several extended warranty companies. Easy to use and usually my auto service dept. calls and works out the warranty claims so there is no extra calls on my end.

Overall the process was very lengthy, other than that, I was pleased that I did not have to pay for a transmission for my 2015 Suburban. I recommend this company to anyone that purchases a used vehicle. You can't trust dealers these days!

I was skeptical, but I'm glad I have it! Working in the service department at a dealership, I have some experience with extended warranty companies. Some great and some horrible. I found Chaiz and was a bit concerned about the plans offered for the price, as it was much less than what I can get them for at employee cost. I looked into the sample contract and everything looked fine- it's important to note that I selected NAAC as the provider and the rest of the review is mostly related to their company. Two vehicles and about $4000 in repairs covered already and I'm only in about 8 months. Both were AC jobs- but the response for the advisor on approvals was fast and the payment was same day as the paperwork submitted. Great company and awesome providers. I will use them exclusively for extended warranty policies.

The few times that I thought I had an issue. Chaiz would immediately assist me and has never let me down, I’ve never had another car service warranty but I can honestly say they’ve made my experience thus far a great one!

I have a 2017 Audi which I was told is very expensive to repair if it broke down, so I research warranties online. Found Chaiz and was able to purchase online very easily. Our Ford F150 is 10 years old with 103k miles. It is still in very good condition. We purchased the Extended Car Warranty from Chaiz for several reasons, most importantly price and level of coverage. Compared to the extended warranty plan our dealership offered, the Chaiz plan is a much better deal. The initial waiting period, deductible, coverage inclusions and exclusions, and service locations were all factored into the comparison. The enrollment process was quick and easy! We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I found Chaiz through ConsumerAffairs. Hadn't heard of them, but they had good reviews elsewhere. Got quotes online and pricing was a lot cheaper than the big brands on tv. I purchased one and they sent me the warranty and ID cards immediately from a legit company they partner with (NAAC). Am getting another one through them for my wife's Suburban.
