The driver was early. The quote was the same as the final cost. I'm happy.

Everybody at American Auto Shipping is excellent. The vehicle was delivered on time. There was no damage and they did what they said they were gonna do. I want my vehicle up here when I get up here and when I got here to Florida, it was out here at a secured parking lot. I'm scheduled to use them again here. I've already booked a time. I’m planning on using them for years.

American Auto Shipping made me feel comfortable. I liked their overall professionalism and the way they answered my questions as well as the concern I had about the enclosure versus open shipping. They walk me through the process and made me feel confident that my car would be in good hands. I had a very expensive car so I wanted to have it in an enclosed container. This was going to be shipped from Tennessee to Louisiana.

American Auto cost a little bit more money, but not much compared to the other companies. They offered insurance, which was a dealbreaker as far as I'm concerned. But I liked their name. I did their service and I thought it was a scam. But everything worked very smoothly. The driver was a professional and a very good guy. The car was in pristine condition. I would recommend American Auto to family and friends. I would probably use them again if need be.

The first time I used American Auto Shipping, I placed my order and they picked it up the next day and got it to Connecticut. The second time I placed my order, there were two weeks of dead calendar time between them picking it up. They blamed it on the holidays ‘cause it was around the New Year and they blamed it on the weather.

There wasn’t any transport available that was a certain amount of days and the transport took longer than expected but American Auto Shipping delivered. Also, their quote was decent. There was another one that was least expensive, but it was gonna take longer to transport. When the vehicle was delivered, it was dropped in front of my house.

I called American Auto Shipping and did their premium bundle, then we picked an estimated time and payment. They came to my house and picked up a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. There were no obstacles, and everything was paid for. It was easier than I expected. It was a little pricey, but I understand that they shipped it from Arizona to Florida and it takes time to transport. It could be 100 or 200 cheaper because it only took a day less than the normal package. However, I still enjoyed the service and I'm really thankful.

I called American Auto Shipping and asked for a quote. Then, they got my car, got the order in and started the shipping process. It took four days and the car got dropped off. The quote was dead-on.

The transport took a few days, and the communication with the driver was excellent. I was extremely pleased with American Auto Shipping. They told me if I had the car washed when it got there and sent them the receipt, they would reimburse me up to $20 for a car wash, which I did and they sent me a check. I would recommend them. The price was very fair and they exceeded my expectations. I would use them again too. In fact, I will use them when it's time to ship the car back.

I got cheaper quotes from other people, but American Auto Shipping was able to do their best price match. Their reps are very straightforward. They follow-up. The transport took two days longer because there was a snowstorm. The driver picked it up on the evening of January 2nd and dropped it off the following Sunday rather than the Friday night he was supposed to come. But he communicated with me well as to how far he was out on delivering the package. He walked me through the proper logistics, such as checking if there were any scratches or dents before and after, and the mileage. It was also a very easy exchange of fees. American Auto Shipping is efficient, user-friendly, and accommodating.

The rep with American Auto Shipping was good. I thought the rate was too low, but he said, "No. This is what we can do for it." He worked with me 100%. They had the vehicle here right to my door within a week. I was impressed.

When I was trying to get the vehicle, I was waiting on finance. American Auto Shipping was the only one that said, "We'll take the time and reset the driver's date for pickup." When you ship something and put in for the shipping request, it hits the ground running. But American Auto Shipping adjusted for me. During the transport, it was snowing so it was treacherous. The driver was very communicative. He told me he was delayed due to the weather, but that he was still coming. That's most appreciated. Most companies don't communicate whereas American Auto Shipping was very professional all the way around.

Everything with American Auto Shipping was super smooth. I had no surprises. If I needed to do another cross country shipping, I'd use them again.

American Auto Shipping has a reasonable price. Everything was good. They got the vehicle and delivered it right when they said they were going to. I'd recommend them.

The young man that came out by himself had a full size hauler. I thought it was just a truck with a flatbed with one or two cars on it. He had to take a couple of cars off, put my son's car on, went around, took pictures, made sure everything was all right. Very pleasant, young man. Probably in his thirties.

The rep's communication was excellent. He did exactly what I needed him to do. The vehicle got to my son in good condition. They got the job done and that's all I could ask for.

Shipping was fast and convenient. There was no delay. It took about three days from Chicago, Illinois to Kirkland, Washington. Car was shipped to my doorstep, driver kept me informed. Great experience overall. Shipping company also kept in touch for updates about shipment. This shows the company cares about its customers.

I had a phenomenal experience! I called Thursday -9/15. They asked me when I want a pick up so I said 9/19. They explained the 5-day pick-up rule. It was picked up on Friday at 11:30 am in NY. Again I was notified that it would take 7 days for delivery at most. Although you did tell me about the 90% delivery rate, which I appreciated. I prefer to be informed.

American Auto Shipping is reliable. I had my car shipped fro New York to Las Vegas. I was pleased with the service and after 3 months I decided to shipped back my var thru American because they are fast and reliable and customer Service, Amanda was wonderful.

This is the 2nd time that I have utilized the service of American Auto Shipping shipping separate vehicles from FL to CT and again in the opposite direction. Both times, I have had great customer service. It is obvious that they select their carriers carefully - I knew when the cars would be picked up, and delivered, with notifications about any delays. Both times, cars were delivered with zero damages. And they will reimburse you for a car wash once your vehicle arrives at designation. Since we travel back and forth from FL, and we have two vehicles, it is well worth the convenience to have a car shipped while we drive the other car to our destination. Due to this terrific experience with American Auto Shipping, they have now become part of our plan each time that we travel to and from our home in FL.

American picked up our car in Los Angeles, safely transported it to Philadelphia, then held it until we arrived; and at the best price of anyone. Will use them again. Thanks. I will recommend them to anyone shipping a car across the country.

I bought a car out of state needed it to be shipped to Long Island NY. Amada did a great job with everything. Our car was picked up on time and delivered without a scratch. I will recommend her to our friends that have their cars shipped from NY to FL.

They did what they said they would do, on time, for a fair price. Nothing else is wanted. The staff was informative and responsive to my (sometimes anxious) inquiries. The truck arrived in perfect condition. ON TIME! Would recommend to ANYBODY who appreciates business excellence.

Overall my experience with American Auto was positive. Krista was personable and professional and provided clear guidance on what I could expect throughout the delivery process. The communication with the driver regarding ETD could have been more efficient (which is why I'm only providing 4 stars). But in the end, the vehicle arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition.

My car was shipped by Righteous Shipping and the driver was again very courteous and professional from pick up to drop off.
