In the end the warranty company did cover the repair as expected. Although I feel the wait for approval was way out of line. In the end they did come through and pay so I have change my rating from a don't use 1 start to a 3 star.

I bought a certified used truck that came with an Allstate powertrain warranty and I also purchased the extended wrap coverage being told it covered everything bumper to bumper. At first oil change dealer tells me it's leaking fluid from transmission both warranties claim to cover transmission including gaskets. Dealer tells me they don't know if it will be covered. I've been without my truck for 13 days and counting being told they're waiting on Allstate to evaluate the needed repair. $40,000 truck, $3500 warranty and it sits at the dealers. I've tried calling Allstate, texting and chatting, can't get through to anyone. They should be shut down by consumer protection.

Been almost a month, new Sony TV was "shipped", then cancelled. Have spoken with Allstate/Fairtrade on numerous occasions, no resolution to problem is apparent. No hope?? Will contact State and Fed governments next.

Called Allstate Squaretrade when my Samsung S22 Ulta network connections stopped. AT&T and local repair shop said it was a common motherboard failure and not repairable. Allstate Squaretrade said they could fix it but I would have to drive 60 miles away to a shop. After I refused to drive 120 miles twice to drop off and pickup a non-repairable phone they said they would replace it with a like-phone. After 3 weeks of runarounds and lies I had to buy a new phone. They never intended to replace or refund me for my phone the was only 3 months into an extended 2 year warranty. Allstate Squaretrade deals with Walmart and Costco and other companies selling extended warranties. Before you buy an extended warranty, ask who they use for extended warranty service for TVs, computers, appliances, etc. If Allstate Squaretrade, do not buy it or you'll be giving your money away for nothing. Gave 1 star as 0 stars not an option.
