I came off the warranty for my current vehicle and did some research. I found that Trustmark's issuing/backing company has been doing it for a long time. The company that Trustmark works with as far as insuring was the key in me signing up with them. Purchasing the vehicle protection plan was a good experience because 90% of it was online. Older customers might love to speak with somebody, but for me, it's perfect if I can do everything online, they tell me what I need, I fill the paperwork out, and they tell me a price that works good. It was pretty much fill-in-the-blanks and someone called back the next day. They were really helpful and friendly. They're very informative and I like the promptness when they called me back right after I purchased the policy to see if there were any questions that we had. That's good customer service.

Everything's good with Trustmark. So far, I'm so happy. I have yet to file a claim as my air conditioner is not blowing cold. Maybe it's out of freon or something's wrong, but it's good to know it's covered. I'll find out if Trustmark is going to stick behind the warranty, but it sounds like they will and they've been doing it a while.

My wife and I were in the market for purchasing a used SUV and after looking for sometime, we came to realize even used SUV's aren't cheap, and when you purchase one that's over 4 or 5 years old they don't have a warranty. I searched the next for a few days and came across several warranty companies; however Trustmark prices were the best. One thing I liked about dealing with Trustmark, they didn't hassle you with phone calls trying to get you to purchase their warranty. I purchased my 1st agreement on my wife's SUV, and the process was very simple.

Not knowing anyone that had used Trustmark I was a little skeptical. I had read some of the reviews stating they tried to make a claim and Trustmark wouldn't pay the claim. I was hoping I didn't need to use the services, I purchased it for a peace of mind. We had to buy another vehicle a couple of months later, and I purchased a 2nd Trustmark service contract.

After having my Durango for 30 days my driveshaft bearing went bad. I took it to Dodge, they diagnosed the problem, called Trustmark, and I was out of the dealer within a couple of hours. Very please with the service I've received from Trustmark. I will refer them to friends and family in a heartbeat. If I even need another service contract I will definitely use them. Thanks again!!!

This company has a pre-existing clause so that they can deny a claim at their whim. I filed a claim 5 weeks after purchasing the warranty. My transmission started to slip on my (93,530 miles) VW Bug. $2900 claim denied because they just "Assumed that the transmission was already having problems because of the lack of miles that I had put on the car". I WISH I HAD THE MONEY TO SKY WRITE SOMETHING MORE ABOUT THIS RIP-OFF.

I bought a second car that's used. I needed something to back me up if something was to go wrong with the car. I got in touch with Trustmark and the rep was very nice, she told me about the whole plan and answered all the questions, everything that I could use but I had to get back with her later. She called me back and I made sure I called her back because that’s what she told me. I left her an email when I had a few little situations and I'd get a callback from them. It was a very nice experience. From what I read online and everything she had told me about the whole program as far as the car and dealing with the engine, I felt comfortable with it. It wasn’t going to hurt my pocket too bad. I’ll recommend Trustmark to others.

Trustmark had a longer extended auto warranty so I chose them. I've only been with them for a month. I don't have a lot of funds so I figured I should have insurance in case something happens to my car. I spoke to two other providers and the guys weren't as nice as the ones at Trustmark. They were really pushy and somewhat nasty. Their customer service was what moved me. When purchasing the warranty, I needed someone to call me back at a certain time of day but not consistently bothering and nagging me. The Trustmark specialist did contact me. She was really nice. She got a little personal because we lived in the same area before and so I felt comfortable with her. On the whole, the purchasing experience was easy.

Trustmark's pricing is a little bit higher but the promises are better than the others. They said if ever the car broke down, they have the rent a car policy. And if I am out of town and stay in that place for a day, they will shoulder expenses for the room. I was discussing it with my friend who told me they will go with Trustmark too if I would not have any headache, but they want to see me first if I am satisfied. I hope filing a claim will be a good experience.

When somebody buys a used car, they don't know what they're getting. It's not a matter of if something goes wrong. It's a matter of when something goes wrong. I had purchased a Chevy Equinox specifically for the purpose of taking my grandmother around because her walker won't fit in the back of her car. However, grandma's old. She doesn't go places too often so I barely drove the thing at all. In the month that I had the warranty, the transmission had issues. Because I had only driven the car not even 100 miles in the three months that I had it, Trustmark Warranty said it was a pre-existing condition and would not cover the work on the transmission. So, I had to send the car back to the finance company and I'm waiting a refund of my money from Trustmark Warranty.

After they said, “Well, we ain’t going to cover that.” I said, “Well then, what the hell happened to the warranty?" I was aware that they were a highly reputable company because I researched on this before I decided who to pick. They had a great reputation. But, whether they thought I was trying to pull a fast one on them or what the deal was, I don’t know if this is normal policy or not. I’ve heard a lot of good reports. I talked with the guy from another car lot about the situation and he asked who I’d gotten the warranty through and I told him. He said, “Wow. I have not heard of them do that too much, hardly ever.” I was flabbergasted by the whole thing.

I expected when I signed up for this warranty to have anything major covered. Things like starters, alternators, stuff like that were not big deals, I can fix those myself. My concern was the drive train, steering components, engine and internal engine issues. I was talking to the car lot on Facebook Messenger and they said, “So what’s going on with your car?” I said, “The transmission needs to be replaced.” That’s when I found out that they knew there was an issue because their response was, “Oh, I thought it was just a sensor or something.” I’m quite upset with both the car lot and the warranty company. Now I have a repossession on my record. I would not recommend Trustmark Warranty because of my negative experience with them.

I just bought my vehicle and it had a three-month warranty. I don’t trust vehicles to go out on me, and I'm not a maintenance guy, so I decided to get the warranty. I looked at Trustmark Warranty’s price and compared it to others. I also looked at the repairs that they all did and it was the same. The one thing that was different was Trustmark was the least expensive one up there and that’s the reason I chose it. And then I read some of the comments, I didn’t see too many people about repair, but I've seen plenty of remark about their finances. When I purchased the protection plan with Trustmark, they were very courteous and helpful. And if I'm not satisfied, I can stop and whatever is left, they will refund the difference. I recommend them because of the price.

I have a late model car but I wasn't planning on buying a new one anytime soon and I wanted to make sure I wasn't forced to get a new car so I thought of getting an extended warranty. Trustmark had better ratings compared to others and purchasing the plan from them was pretty easy. I went online, put in a quote and someone called me to explain everything. Then I decided to go ahead and sign up which was pretty simple. They called me on my way home from work and I was signed up before I was half-way home. The specialist I talked to was pretty straightforward. She laid out all the plan, asked if I had any questions, answered all my questions, took my information and then sent me all the paperwork.

I've only been with them for two months now but you can file a claim as soon as you sign up. A couple of weeks ago, I went to the dealership and gave them Trustmark's number. I had a part that was approved and they had to order it. The dealership was supposed to have filed the claim but they have not yet called me back to see if the part's got in to schedule a time to fix it so I'm now waiting. Other than that, there's no long drawn out process in filing a claim and Trustmark covers a lot, too. It is also affordable.

I had a motorhome that broke down on me once. It was really expensive to get it fixed so when my Subaru started getting miles, I got a warranty from Trustmark. Their staff was very helpful, signing up was very easy, and their price was very reasonable. But I only had it a month and then I sold my Subaru. Cancelling seems to be easy as well, I'm just waiting for them to email me a form. And there was no cancellation fee because it was under 60 days.

Trustmark Warranty was the best business I could get into as far as what I can handle and manage myself and what would benefit me and my vehicle the best.

When I purchased the warranty, the lady was very polite and she was more about the customer than just putting the business out there. She gave me options of what they had. She did what she was supposed to do as a representative for Trustmark. Their rep also talked about the payment as far as what I needed to do when the vehicle breaks down, how my payments would go. She broke down everything, what they do as far as how to handle a situation if anything goes wrong with the vehicle. I picked the right people to do business from my experience with the representative that I had.

We didn't know we would need an extended auto warranty because when we sold the car, we were told it had 100,000 miles coverage for the drivetrain. There was 2,000 miles on the car. We told the salesman we did not want a 36,000 mile used warranty. But he said they take 10,000 miles off until we have 40,000 on the car, bumper to bumper and then still have the 100,000 mile drivetrain. My husband asked the rep again if he was positive about it and he said yes. So, we got the car and the warranty. And then, we got a letter in the mail saying our warranty is going to drop in a few days and we needed to consider a warranty company like Trustmark to extend the warranty.

So we called and the rep said it's in our paperwork. But we never saw anything in it that makes it conclude about brand new car warranty and no miles. But sure enough, a used car warranty was inserted in the middle of the paperwork which was five or six pages. But we were upset 'cause we had the car now for over two years.

I then looked up what customers were saying about Trustmark and 40 in a row of those people were very pleased with their warranty and that sold us on it. But I told the specialist I wanted a few days to talk and think it over with my husband and see which plan would work best. She called back two days later but I told her we're still planning. Then two days later, I called her back and told her what I needed. She was very helpful on everything and we're pleased with it. She explained everything and said if I had any question, I call her back on the paperwork.

They weren't pushy and they would explain each of the coverage and the benefits of one plan over another. We thought about doing the higher plan but the rep told us we should have the $69 plan which was nice because she could have sold us the higher plan that we wouldn't need. She also said there might be some small incidentals that would not be covered but anything major like the power steer would be covered until we've used up the extra mileage. I also told her we did the 36,000 miles so before we get too many miles on it, we'll be trading the car. My husband is 60 and he's not physically able to work on cars anymore so we're trying to keep everything newer.

But there was one time when they tried to tell me our car was not covered for the light. We have a halogen light on the car and sometimes it would work, sometimes it didn't. They were going to charge me $350 to trade that bulb and I told them it's covered under our warranty. We got through the primary pages of the paper and the warranty was on the second page underneath. I told them that as long as there's 50,000 miles and we don't have any miles on that car, that's covered. So I didn't get it fixed and I just waited. They then called me back and they said to bring the car in and they replaced the bulb for free.

We got burned with the car in Indiana and we couldn't get out of it. But I write the mileage down before I leave the garage. When I back out, I'm going extra 10 miles from the front of the garage so I stopped to put it in drive. I was watching it closely and a couple of times, it would trip a thousand miles. I took it into the dealer several times and they tried to find the problem but they couldn't. I had all my mileage from the day we got the car so when we traded it in, they were able to replace the part. It was 7,000 miles when we first got the car and then we had that at another 30,000. So the warranty turned out to be really handy.

I gave my numbers and everything off my check and they kept telling me it wasn't going through so, I sent them a check to California and I received a call saying that they still don't have the papers through and they're wondering what's going on. I told them I'd sent a check to the California address then I sent a check and talked to them. They said they got the check and I wrote $125 instead of $121.50. I told them that it's better to have a little more than not enough and I wanted to make sure it was enough to get coverage. They said they would only charge me $121.50, not $125 and that if they didn't hear from me by the end of the week, I should have my insurance.

I wanted to get a basic coverage for a car I purchased very recently, so I did a lot of research online on different companies. I put out some inquiries online and they were contacting me and it was a hard sell but the others are way more expensive than Trustmark was. And when I compared what was covered and the amount of money, Trustmark made the most sense to me. So I purchased my 36,000-mile coverage plan from them. It was very easy and straightforward. I didn’t have to speak to people individually unlike with CARCHEX and a few other companies. I was able to even do it online because I was able to get things in writing before I had to send in the deposit and sign for the contract.

The people at Trustmark are very professional, friendly and courteous. I asked questions on how I could make the payment and if I can do it online. I also asked if I could roll into a new one when my particular contract is over and I was told yes. They also explained the benefits and how the claims worked. They sent an email and before I signed the contract, I called them, and they broke everything down to me. Overall, my experience has been quick and easy. It was the best experience. Trustmark has different plans and amount of mileage, and even with the contract itself versus the prices, they are more like a trustworthy type of company. I even checked the Better Business Bureau and the reviews online, and they're very high there compared to some of the other ones.

The rep was very friendly and did everything she could to suit our needs. And she even stayed after her work time just to finish my order which we did over the phone. It was a really great experience from beginning to end. It was effortless.

I have an Audi and it is a very expensive car so I decided to purchase a warranty with it. I liked Trustmark Warranty's pricing. The dealership prices are 400% more than what Trustmark is charging. The one that I had at a dealership was roughly $6,000 versus Trustmark's $2,000 to $3,000. That’s a huge difference. But I had trouble starting with the warranty. I’ve been trying to do it for a month or two but I’ve never gotten a chance to finalize the paperwork. I didn’t know that I had to do the VIN and everything. And when I talked to a representative, I thought they had to call me back to finalize it. Then, they told me the only thing I had to do is fill it out online. So I filled it out and submitted the paperwork. I got my contract number and my first payment.

Two weeks later, I had this clicking noise on my car. It turns out it wasn’t under Appendix B which I don’t understand because it was a mechanical failure. It was a wheel bearing and they didn't cover it. What was covered and what wasn’t were in the contract. But the thing was the car was stock so nothing on it was aftermarket. No one really told me why it didn’t get under the warranty. So I just went ahead and purchased a dealer warranty and cancelled Trustmark. But I wasn’t dissatisfied with Trustmark at all except the timeframe with getting back to me. If I knew that I could start it without a representative, I would’ve just did it online.

It was a very easy sign up process and the price and coverage are good as well. Great experience with staff during that process too. However, when trying to make a claim for the first time from a Chevy dealer, we were told "they don't cover an issue where the cause of failure is a bolt". Well the bolt was part of both covered items that failed. I guess I should've realized there might be an issue when the dealer called on a Friday and was told everyone was in a meeting and to call back. After 3 attempts he was unable to reach anyone until Monday. Needless to say I am disappointed with them and the dealer is still shaking their head. He did tell me it was the strangest experience he has had with any warranty overall. I hope if there is a need for another claim, I won't have to wait 3 days to get denied again over the fact that a bolt that holds on a covered part comes loose or breaks off.

At the beginning of the year, I purchased a 2011 vehicle that only had 44,000 miles on it. So I thought it's probably a vehicle I'm gonna keep for a few years, and so it would be wise to have an extended warranty. I called Trustmark first and asked them a few questions. They explained everything that I wanted to know. I ended up purchasing the auto warranty from them because it was a few hundred dollars less and had pretty much of the same coverages as others. And from looking at some of their reviews, it sounded like everybody was pretty happy with their service. The only thing I didn’t see much of was a lot of claim where people turned in an issue and they paid with it. And so I didn’t feel a lot of that, which I would've liked. But their terms and conditions said the policy is cancelable at any time. If you're not happy with it, they'd prorate it if you have any funds that can be refunded. So I felt like it was a no-wrong situation to try.

When a situation arises where I have to use the warranty or I get the actual contract and I don’t have any issues with the payment plan they had, then I could probably rate them higher if I'm satisfied. But at this time, my experience with Trustmark has just been average.

I purchased a 2013 model truck with 115,000 miles on it and an expired warranty. If I was going to spend $23,000 plus on a truck with that many miles, I thought it was better to buy a new warranty. I called four different providers, one of them being Chrysler. I would have liked to have the actual Chrysler Mopar warranty because it's the same one that came with the vehicle. However, the cost was ridiculous at over $5,000. The pricing for the other companies such as Endurance were at around $2500, $2600 and $2800. I came across Trustmark and saw that they had a warranty for 4 years/48,000 miles for $1600. They also allowed me to bill it to my credit card monthly. It's a very low payment so I thought it was phenomenal.

I tried to compare the difference between the companies and the coverage was better with Trustmark for a lower price. It covered things like power window switches, window motors and windshield wiper motors. It also had an expanded electrical coverage for modules and the GPS system. It even covered ball joints and shock absorbers which was surprising because shocks are a wear item to me. Another good thing about Trustmark that nobody else had was coverage on day one. However, there is a stipulation in that that says pre-existing conditions do not apply. There's also a $100 deductible but that's on every warranty I can buy. Rather than pay someone to diagnose small things that will be less than $100, I will just fix it myself. Granted this was not the kind of coverage that I would get from the factory but it was good enough for me. If they make it hassle free, it's the best warranty for the money.

One thing I was not happy about was that during the three times I tried to call Trustmark, I got an answering service twice. It was the same number to call when I have a claim and I want to talk to somebody. The answering service couldn't do anything but take my name and contact number and I wasn't happy about that. The way they explained it to me was: “The way this works is you take it to your repair shop, and they will call us and work with us on that. So it's not necessarily an urgent thing. If you have something urgent and you need to get somebody out there to change a flat or unlock your car, you call this other number”. I didn't really pay attention to roadside assistance but I liked that they give a separate number which they contract out. If I have a problem, I can call directly and they'd get somebody to come out there.

Trustmark is getting good reviews on Consumer Affairs because people are satisfied with the low price and great coverage. However, I would like to see more reviews from people who actually used the warranty because I can't get a gist of how well the company is going to take care of me until I see the policy in action. I also liked the way they did business because they didn't try to force themselves upon me. Most sites want me to put my phone number in before they talked to me. Trustmark didn't require me to do that and I thought that was great.

They are ahead of everybody in every category. With most other warranty companies, I have to buy a seals and gaskets rider on top of my policy if I want those parts covered. When I read the policy of Trustmark, it says seals and gaskets are covered for a covered repair if a vehicle is under 125,000 at the time that I got the warranty. The way I understand that is that if I develop a bad oil leak sometime after, it's covered. If they do, then that's a really big selling point for me. Even without that, I am satisfied enough. It was a no-brainer. There's no way other warranty providers can compete and I don't care what any salesman tries to tell me.

Then, I had shopped around, looked at a few auto warranties and the prices of Trustmark were better. However, Trustmark Warranty was worthless and my vehicle protection plan wasn't pleasant.

When I needed it, I called in to go ahead and make a claim because my radio, GPS, the USB port, and the Bluetooth went down, and they basically said these parts weren't covered. When I signed up, one of the things specifically I had asked about was all the electrical components. I was told, "It's bumper-to-bumper. Don't worry about it. You're covered." And then, afterward, it wasn't, so the receptionist, Andrea, went ahead, helped get me refunded and canceled out the warranty. She was great and extremely helpful. I've tried buying an extended warranty on any vehicles that I buy, if I can. I've had two prior warranties with AUL, which is affiliated with Trustmark. But when I called them and asked how I could go about getting another warranty on a third vehicle that I was purchasing, they said that they didn't do warranty retail but Trustmark does, because I was buying the vehicle from a dealer that was 300 miles from my home and he didn't do the extended warranty.

I've had good luck with my warranties. They've always followed through. Sometimes, though, it might take an extra day to get the work done because they have to consult with adjusters. But other than that, I've had things fixed without any problems, and I've gone to a variety of different places where they haven't fixed these things. When the repair work has been done and the adjusters have done what they said they were going to do, I've always gotten exactly what I paid for. If something was broken, I paid $100 and they fixed the problem, and sometimes those were expensive repairs.

There was one other thing with their service that was cool. I traded my second vehicle in on a third vehicle, but I wasn't able to carry the 22% warranty left for my second vehicle over to my third vehicle because I was going from AUL to Trustmark. I showed them the contract stating that I had purchased a new vehicle and what the mileage was when I got rid of my old vehicle, and they refunded 22% of my premium because it was unused, and I had zero difficulty getting the refund. I just had to go through the dealer that I bought the original vehicle through and he helped me with the cancellation.

One thing that bothered me a little bit was when they were offering a $150 card for people who were signing up for the warranty on Black Friday, and this lasted for a while. I wasn't able to get the warranty before the end of November and they said they'll send me a $50 card anyway. But they offered the exact, same $150 reward for purchasing the warranty at Christmas time, and I felt a little slighted on that, since I thought that they were offering the reward just moments before and after. They could have done that, especially since I was seeking up my third warranty with them. Nevertheless, I have recommended them to a friend on several occasions, and would continue looking to them for warranties for my future vehicles.

My warranty was running out so I decided to get another one. I looked on the internet and the person I talked to from Trustmark Warranty when I purchased the protection plan was very pleasant and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. I was mostly concerned with electrical parts and he showed me where to read that in the contract because it was electrical parts on one section then another set of parts in the other. He took me through both of them and let me read those. And one of the things I really liked was that he took his time with me and was very patient. I couldn't ask for a better experience with him.

But when I purchased the contract, I didn't do a check. I just gave Trustmark my bank account number and they told me I now had my contract and that I can go use it. Then a couple of weeks later, Trustmark called, telling me that my payment of $400 didn't go through so I called them back after I got the letters from Spectrum and they told me that they made a mistake when I gave them the lettering. They had put one wrong number on it. I had to give it to them again and now my payments went through.

When I filed a claim, they said the part was denied. I asked why and the explanation they gave me was that the part isn't covered. I questioned them back on why wasn't it covered so they went through the contract and said that they'd cover half of it and I would pay the other half. I had no problem paying for it but I wondered why I was going through that kind of problem which made me throw a fit. So I took the car away from the dealership and didn't even have it done.

The part in purchasing the contract and getting it was a very good experience and I would have turned back and recommended Trustmark to anyone but the experience I had with having to use the contract wasn't that good of an experience to me. They claimed things and said this and that is good. Right now, I still have a contract but I'm thinking about canceling it. The reason why I haven't is because I need it but the experience that I went through makes me feel that maybe I ought to look somewhere else because the next time I take the car for a claim, I might go through this problem again. If it happens again, then that's when I'll be canceling the contract.

    Hi Joshua,

Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to make sure you understood the only reason customer service asked for the downpayment, is that Trustmark Warranty cannot legally pay a claim until a policy has been purchased. As for the claim itself, the website and contract clearly state preexisting conditions are not covered. Additionally, the mileage information you provided at the time of purchase differed greatly from the actual mileage upon your claim just four days later. For these reasons, the claim was denied.

While we hope you decide to retain your warranty to protect against future covered repairs, we will gladly refund your payments to date, if requested.

My friend recommended that I should get a warranty and said Trustmark was good and fast. But when Ford dealer called, nobody from Trustmark called them back. I had to call Trustmark and I got a lady over the phone who had someone to call Ford then follow up. They didn't call the Ford dealer until 48 hours later. I didn't see any value in having the vehicle protection plan. Trustmark didn't approve the service for my driveline so I had to pay out of my pocket. It was my first time to use the extended warranty and I didn't have a good experience.

I recently purchased an extended auto warranty from Trustmark Warranty and from the beginning I found their service exemplary. It was easy to purchase directly online, price was fair, coverage much more complete than competitors (no lowball entry price then a bunch of add-ons), and no pushy sales people calling you back several times. However when you call Trustmark, they are very helpful and courteous, and go above and beyond to assist you.

My whole experience dealing with Trustmark was very upsetting. I got the warranty and drove down to Los Angeles. They said they wanted to void my warranty because I had Uber. I don’t drive for Uber or Lyft. I can provide documentation and everything from the companies stating that I don’t drive for them due to my driving record. Trustmark still couldn’t honor it. All of a sudden, they came out to try to do an inspection on the car ‘cause I needed a transmission replaced, and I told them I just wanted to go ahead and get the car fixed. I cancelled my whole contract and no longer do business with Trustmark.

Unfortunately, you made the claim only 13 miles after purchasing your Trustmark Warranty. However, in good faith, we sent an inspector to see if your transmission issue was somehow a repair that was not due to a pre-existing condition. The transmission oil, however, was smokey, indicating that this had been a pre-existing condition. Additionally, the Trustmark Warranty contract clearly states that it does not cover cars that are being used for taxis or public hire. When the inspector arrived to look at the transmission, there were Uber stickers on the front and rear windshields. We are sorry this did not work out this time and wish you all the best.

No oil leaks in our garage. How often do you crawl underneath your car if you see no leaks? What a shame, I had another car to buy a warranty for also.

Trustmark Warranty was the first one that came up when I searched for an extended auto warranty. Their representative was nice and they had the best deals. But I ended up trading my vehicle for a brand new one and though they had a 30-days money back guarantee, getting the money back from them was a hassle. This has been going on for the last month and I haven't got my money back yet. I've contacted them for at least 10 times and I usually get the answering service or sometimes I will talk to this nice lady that has a direct extension. Then right now, I got a pending charge in my bank account because they were supposed to cancel everything out like they said they were, and I got charged again for this month.

I had to do all the stuff for myself. I had to talk to the lady and then I've been trying to talk to a manager who said would get back to me when he could. Then I finally heard back from their billing company who told me that my down payment will be refunded after Trustmark cancels. It's still in the process of being cancelled, so I'm still waiting back for my down payment and for them to take off the previous month they charged me. Getting the warranty was easy, but trying to get my money back from them is horrible.

Mercedes is an expensive car so we have to have a warranty for that. We didn't have a good experience with another couple of warranty companies, so I looked into Trustmark's rating. It turns out that they had better ratings than others, so we decided to try them out. It was easy to purchase the coverage and they explained the benefits and steps in filing a claim. When we had to file one last week, the gentleman that I talked to was quick and did everything.

However, I had a problem with the service on the engine module. They did take care of it, but there were some sensors that made a damage to the module and my dealership has called Trustmark to take care of it. I wasn't sure how long it would take and I didn't ask for to get a rental car, but it was almost one week now. Though it was a little bit quicker when I took it to the dealership, they still didn't tell me if I can take the car for rental. But other than that, everything is okay. Everybody, especially those with high-end cars, should have a warranty because having electronic problem costs more nowadays.

We needed to re-extend the warranty of our car. So I researched online, and I looked at quite a number of auto warranties, including Trustmark. I decided their product and pricing seemed to be the best deal for us. The process was pretty easy, overall, and their reps were good about explaining and answering questions. They very willingly and smoothly emailed me a copy of what the contract would be, so that I could look at what all the listed covered parts actually were in the contract. That was unlike the other companies I considered that said, "Well, you sign up and you give us your deposit, and then we send you a contract and you have 30 days to change your mind." They would recite it over the phone, but they wouldn't give me a copy of the contract in advance. But Trustmark had no issue with that and they just sent it right over.

Also, they were not the hard sell. They knew they had a good product and good coverage. One of the other companies, I finally had to block, because they were getting annoying. Trustmark never got annoying. However, sometimes we never need to use the extended warranties on our cars. We like to get ourselves over-insured and we would've liked to have considered paying a slightly higher premium to get a zero deductible, but that wasn't an option, and that was about the only thing that we were also looking for in a coverage.

Everything was explained to me pretty clearly and it seemed like it covers all the normal things that I would think a warranty would cover. There are things I'm sure aren't covered, but I wouldn’t expect things like the brake fuse and brake pads in a normal way.

Trustmark had the option to use a second party bank to finance the cost of having the extended warranty. And so they broke the cost for the warranty over a three year period time. Most of the other warranty companies, they require a huge down payment right off the bat before they cover you. But the only thing about Trustmark was, since they are on the west coast and if you're on the east coast, you'll have to wait till it's late in the day before they even get to start handling anything. And then they are also not open on the weekend. So you end up paying out of pocket to get your truck fixed if it breaks on the weekend.

My truck ended up with a battery and alternator problem on a fourth of July weekend, and I ended up having it towed to National Tire and Battery that Friday. But they didn't get to it till that Saturday to determine what was even the problem. By that Saturday morning, I had already signed up with Trustmark. And so they called around and said, "Well your truck was already broke before..." So they can't cover it. I ended up having to pay $1,800 out of pocket to get the alternator fixed, battery replaced then had to have the truck reprogrammed to the keys. But now on the website it says you're covered day 1 whenever you signed up. The extended warranty is valuable provided if they cover it because they still have to approve or disapprove it. The terms and conditions and more details need to be stated on the website, so that you can make a sound decision whether or not to go with them or not.

They walked me through the steps that I needed to do to make sure that I got the right plan and everything went smoothly. I've enjoyed my experience with Trustmark.

I'm a realtor so I use home warranties and have a lot of experience with them. But when I bought my vehicle, it was used and the amount for the warranty I was offered was outrageous (four grand). I knew that wasn’t going to work for me. This vehicle is well-kept, but I know that I'm going to have issues with it. Other than reading what the Trustmark warranty covers, one of the reasons why I chose them was the simple and easy experience when purchasing. In two or three clicks, I knew what my choices were, what they cover and the cost a month. It was also easy when I went to pay. The Trustmark representative was helpful, upbeat and positive. I feel like I could call that person at any point in time when I need help with anything. I had an excellent experience. I would recommend Trustmark to other people or to at least look at their website.

I needed to have an extended auto warranty on my car because it was so old. Trustmark Warranty's price was really good other than they offered everything that I needed to cover my car. I bought the warranty online. It was really easy and it took me five minutes. The Trustmark rep was really nice and he told me everything I needed to know. I filed a claim with Trustmark when my car needed tie rods. I love having an extended warranty. Trustmark Warranty is great. My experience with them has been fabulous and they fixed everything I needed to be fixed on the car. Unfortunately, I have to cancel with my car because I had traded him for another one. I’m waiting for my old one to cancel and then, I’m going to get a new one on my new car.

I got offered extended auto warranty when I purchased the vehicle last year and I wasn’t really happy with the offerings from the dealership. The coverage for the price was not worth the value. I've been shopping around for the last few months and based off the ratings that Trustmark Warranty had and people’s experiences, I decided to jump the gun and get a plan for me. My father decided to get a plan for himself, too.

Their representatives didn't explain benefits or how to file claims, but as far as the actual plan itself, I did everything online so I'm sure I would have read the fine print and it would have gotten me through everything I needed to know. The main thing I was worried about was price and coverage and that was easily described on the checkout for them. I got cool personal service. After I signed up I get assigned an account rep and they mailed me the packet to my home address. Everything is handwritten, like the thank you cards that I thought were interesting.

We just bought a used vehicle that had 100,000 miles on it, and anything can go wrong after that. So I checked two warranty providers. The first one was for 100,000 miles, but it was $2,800 with $113 a month and covered the same thing that Trustmark covered. I got their three-year, 36,000 miles for $79 a month, so the price was my main thing. Purchasing the plan was very easy. They called me a couple times when I needed any more information, and then they called me to thank me for purchasing their product. The specialist was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. They were also very pleasant to talk to.

I have a car I haven't used in a while. I'll be using it more frequently now and wanted to make sure I had a good warranty to cover it. Trustmark Warranty covers a lot more components of a car than other companies and their prices were a lot more competitive. Purchasing the protection plan was outstanding. The rep went through everything and answered my questions and concerns. The specialists who spoke to me about my plan were patient, courteous and very knowledgeable about their product. Trustmark is doing an outstanding job. I'm very grateful that I found them.

I've been with Trustmark for over a month now and so far, so good. My mileage was getting up on the car but it’s running well so I wanted to keep it that way and got a warranty from them. There were a couple of providers I talked to, but Trustmark sounded like they were a good way to go. It was an easy experience and it worked out fine.
