Received my prorated refund today in the mail. It was a little longer than I expected it to be, but apparently my wife listed two addresses on our file so there was a confusion as to where to send the check to. Other than that, it was a smooth process and I would get another warranty with Endurance when I buy my next vehicle.

I am not happy about the quality and truthfulness of the process with Endurance. I paid (upfront) for my warranty. When I went to make a claim, it was denied. I have requested a refund after being advised how my repair shop that I have used for many years were doing nothing but rip me off. I was then finding myself wondering both ways as to who was telling me the truth. The bottom line is this, Endurance didn't want to pay my claim which I still believe should have covered based on the sales job I got when I bought it. Beware and read the fine print and don't take anybody's word for anything...

I am very happy with the coverage that I bought. After just recently using it for the first time, I am happy to report that it worked flawlessly. There was a small hiccup with calling in the claim, but that was because I had the wrong number and so I had to wait an extra day but that is my fault and not theirs. The customer service is excellent btw.

I have nothing but good things to say about Endurance. I ended up selling my vehicle and had to go through their refund process which I was surprised to see how easy it was. They did it all over the phone, sent them a few documents, and the amazing ** was able to confirm the transaction was complete and I got my check in the mail today. Very easy and would have kept the amazing coverage, just didn't have any use for it since I didn't have a car anymore (I'm a public transit guy now!). All around, it was absolutely great!

I took my car in to be checked because I noticed fluid under my car. The dealership examined it and found a had a rear diff. leak. They called Endurance and my claim was denied because they said I was under the mileage then I told them "no I am not I am well over the thousand mile requirement" then I am told "oh, well it is because it was an old leak." I said "my car was just inspected a month ago when I had oil changed and I just now seen the fluid on my drive way so how can you say it was an old leak." I had to pay 528.00 to have this fixed because they did not honor the warranty. BEWARE IT IS A RIP OFF! Now they are telling after I had my car fixed there is not anything they can do. I also have faxed invoices of oil change with inspection of my car and today's invoice as well.
Needed roadside assistance when their offices were closed so I used their online chat and I got somebody at 11 PM and they got me in touch with the tow guy and I got my car to the shop and a ride home. These guys are amazing and I couldn't believe I got such great service so late.
Everything about my experience with Endurance has been, in the words of Beyoncé, FLAWLESS. Their customer support is fantastic and I paid a lot less for my warranty than if I had gone with a different auto warranty company (Looked at warranty direct but they were way overpriced). I would definitely recommend this company to everyone looking for a worthwhile extended warranty.
I recommend an Endurance Warranty to anyone that wants a warranty with great coverage at a great price. They were over $1000 less than the dealership wanted and they offered me better coverage. I guess they call they really do call those places STEALerships for a reason!

I received a call today from ** regarding his service from last week and to check in to make sure that my payment was taken out on the date that I requested (it was) and he wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied (which I am). I thought this was pretty cool because usually you just get an robotic survey 30 minutes after a call. I thought this was really personal and I liked the fact he really cared about my call.
I have been an Endurance customer for almost 3 years now (2 years 8 months to be exact) and I have complete confidence in saying that they are the best extended auto warranty company in the industry! I had another extended warranty from a different company (actually listed on this site, but will remain nameless) and they were a complete waste of my time. Endurance is the real deal. ** was incredible the other day when he turned from Clark Kent into Superman and saved my policy from cancellation. Wait for it...he also waived the late fees!!! I couldn't believe it! I moved and forgot to change my address with them so the notices they sent me went to my old apartment. I wasn't even aware I was past due! Took my car in and I thought there was just one issue with it but it turns out there were three. The only thing that was somewhat annoying was that each issue had to have a claim filed separately but the mechanic handled all of that so it was not time-consuming for me whatsoever. Now I know in the future to file each one separately which could save some time in the long run.

AC repair - I bought this warranty and go to use it 8 days after the grace period because my compressor locked up. I cut the belt off 3 days prior and they denied my claim saying the rust in the grooves of pulley could not have been put there in 8 days. So claim denied. They basically called me a liar. What a sham of a warranty service!!!

Just make sure you call during their office hours, otherwise you are left trying to use online chat, which is fine but it is so much faster to just call.

I will admit that when I saw their commercials promising to "pay for all your auto repairs", I was skeptical but decided I would give them a try anyway because of their refund policy. Well, only 3 or 4 months after I bought my warranty my check engine light came on and I had a failing cylinder. I am happy to write that everything was fixed and there were zero issues. Very happy I decided to purchase this plan, it has already saved me over $400.
I recently had my job transferred out of the country and my wife and I decided to downsize before the move so we got rid of one of our cars. I called in to cancel and get my refund for the portion of the warranty I did not use and Endurance was very fair and processed my request. Because I was moving, they accidentally sent the check to the wrong address. But their customer service manager not only stopped the old one and sent me a new one but expedited the shipping so it would get to me faster. I kept the Endurance policy on our other car and if we do decide to buy another vehicle we will go with this company again. They are very fair and professional.

I had an old e-mail address and phone number from when I originally signed up for the account so I didn't get any of their notices until I got one in the mail and started to panic because my account was about to be closed. Called in immediately and spoke with ** and he was so nice to get my account back up and running and even waived my late fees when I explained to him the situation. Now, I didn't get things exactly as I would like them, but they have done more than I think any other company would have, after I alerted them of my situation.
I had a issue with how I was treated when called in to make a claim. I was told that I couldn't speak with a supervisor. But after sending an email to upper management they resolved my issue and also help give me resolution to my claim. They are fair. My low rating is for the claims department rep. only. Overall I am and was satisfied with the outcome of the total situation.

I purchased auto warranty from Endurance for $3600.00 when I purchased a used truck. A month later the truck was taken in for repair and I was informed by the dealer that the def module needed to be reprogrammed. Called endurance and they stated that it was not covered because there was no part being replaced. So I bit the bullet which cost me 122.00 out of pocket. Two weeks later the check engine light came on again and I took it to the dealer. I was informed that the def tank needed to be replaced because some electrical sensors in take were faulty- a total cost of 786.00. Called Endurance only to be denied yet again about coverage, argued with the rep for a while, ended up canceling contract. Upon canceling contract they informed me that they would be pro rating the money they are going to refund me and I have to wait 30 days or more.
I’m completely angry and annoyed by the service and the way these people do business, they tell you what you want to hear over the phone when they are marketing you the warranty, then look for any excuse not to cover the policy. Don’t waste your time with these people, look for someone else who stands behind their word.
Called in to get a quote and these guys were real fast and gave me a whole bunch of options. Just finished my waiting period and I am ready to use my coverage. Lookin' forward to it!

This is the first extended warranty that I have ever put on a car and it is really good. The customer service is always very fast and answer all of my questions. It was my first claim last weekend and I got everything all fixed on Monday and I was out the door. Very fast and worked out well.
I called into all of the auto warranty companies listed on the web and got a quote from just about every one, excluding the ones that did not look like legitimate businesses. I found Endurance to be the best. They have the best credentials and offered me the best coverage for the money that I had to spend. I feel like this is a company I can trust.
I was helped by ** who did a great job and really solved all of my issues. He was so sweet and went above and beyond to get me a resolution. He is amazing!!

I had an issue with some financials and had to cancel my policy. They stand by their refund policy and I got all my money back. When I get a new car and save up a little more money I will buy with them again.

Purchased my warranty with endurance 4 months ago. Just made my first claim last week and it all went smoothly. Had some issues with the claim at first but that was because the shop called in the wrong sensor. ** was great and was totally understanding. Very happy with my purchase.

I spoke on the phone the other day with two sales reps from Endurance. Both of them (William and Everett) were extremely upfront with everything like price and coverage terms. They spent about an hour on the phone with me and never once seemed annoyed. I start my coverage waiting period this week. Great job you guys!

I am very satisfied with Endurance's service. I was waiting to write this review after I received reimbursement for the rental car that they were sending. The claim process was fairly easy but I was out about $200 for a rental car that I didn't have. Just received the reimbursement in the mail yesterday. They sped up the shipping for me because I explained my situation. Very nice of them to do that.
I got my warranty with Endurance about 2 years ago and I didn't have to use it until the first time yesterday. The customer service here is AWESOME! I called in my claim and the whole process was done in the same day and I got my car back so fast. I am VERY impressed with how easy this was to do.

Called in today to check on the status of a repair that I had to get done. Repair shop made a mistake and said they would not get the part for my truck in until early next week but Mr. Eddie ** was able to get on the line and get the repair shop to overnight it so my car will be fixed tomorrow. These guys are the greatest.
