Searching for affordable senior care is not an easy task but when I called A Place for Mom, they were a wealth of information and helped me to find the perfect place for my loved one. Thank You So Much and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Both our representative and case manager were great assets during a difficult time, and helped me navigate the overwhelming process of placing my Mom in care. I always felt in good hands, and their assistance resulted in an excellent outcome. Caring, compassionate, and professional. Would highly recommend.!

Dawn was my contact and she was absolutely wonderful. We have just moved our mom in today and are so happy with the community she helped us find. She stuck with us through all of the questions and doubts and helped us find the right path forward. There was just the right amount of contact and I never felt rushed, more like just talking to a friend.

This is nothing more than a company developing a contact list so they can sell to others who will bombard you with texts and phone calls from rude aggressive people. I will be suing them. If anyone wants to join me in a class action lawsuit, please let me know.

If you ever contact this company you will be forever bombarded with calls from rude aggressive people. They just will not stop. They are unrelenting and will not take your name off their robocall list. Don't give them any information. Run!

I am very impressed with the amount of caring attention I have received regarding my future with Brookdale Loma Linda. Looking forward to being part of the residents that receive full attention. There're many places that only give some pretty pictures and don't have time for my questions.

I had been living with a relative and felt it was time to get my own place. After speaking to Tamara, she gave me a list of facilities in my area and set up appointments that my family and I could visit in my area. We visited them and asked questions and took tours. As a family we were able to compare facilities and activities and decide on a place that felt like Home. Tamara was there to answer questions every step of the way. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Too many phone calls, texts & emails. I scheduled three tours and a friend said not to tour any of them. One she said, "absolutely not". This person works in the industry, and she suggested Summit Place. I received a call from Summit the day before but was overwhelmed with the three tours I had scheduled. After talking to the friend I canceled the 3 tours, I called Meredith at Summit Place. She is top notch and worked hard to schedule a tour, then she worked even harder to get a space for our mom. She is extremely professional, truthful and no bs. I think A Place For Mom might want to do a little more research into these places and suggest only the very best places with the least violations and not suggest just any facility in my area. Bottom line it was a good experience, and we found a 5-star place for mom.

As soon as I indicated my interest, someone from A Place For Mom called me within about 10 minutes. The rep asked me some questions about location, price, and desired options. We were able to quickly rule out a few options based on location and price. Based on my answers, she suggested 3-4 places. That saved me from calling around to different facilities. Very helpful. As I was touring places and making a decision, I received many helpful emails with topics that were beneficial to me as well. Mom has a senior living facility now and I will continue to read those helpful emails to help me monitor my elderly mom.

My parent were involved a serious car accident and had no previous plans of moving out of their home. I had no idea of where to begin and I had heard the ad on the radio. They were extremely helpful and had me set up for visits the next day. Top notch company from top to bottom.

I was in a pinch to find a good place for my father in Indiana that he would like and that he could afford. A Place for Mom came through for me in a big way. They immediately provided me with contacts with several places to visit, and the entire process for the right place for dad was completed in just a few days. They followed up each day to make sure that all our needs were met. Excellent service. Ten out of five stars for sure.

I was trying to find someone to help out with my parents and this guy was so condescending and fake laughing at something serious and I hope they never contact me again. Just rude. People are looking for help not smart mouthed condescending jerks.

My first conversation was with Steve. He was very helpful. Leia took over as my POC. She was great to work with. Very quick and responsive. Helped me with all my questions and provided places to tour for assisted living for my mother-in-law. The family has picked a perfect home for her to live in to be safe and comfortable!

Stephanie was wonderful. She gave me good information and followed up often. She was always caring and compassionate and I felt very at ease with her immediately. This is a very stressful time and I would highly recommend using this service to everyone.

This business is a scam. If they reach out to you promising that they will provide clients to you when you pay some fees, it's all fake and a way to milk money out of you. They asked me to pay $270 for a start, and when that is all used up, we will decide if their service meets my needs as a business before we can continue. Well, they kept sending me a bunch of useless leads who, apparently, if you call, will tell you 10 other agencies had already called them about the same thing. At the end of the day, they billed my account for $870, which was not the agreement. Trust them at your own loss.

Meredith ** is the BEST. She listened to our needs and criteria, heard our desperation, and found us the perfect place for my Dad in Virginia, near Blacksburg - allows dogs, within Dad’s budget, and more. Park Oak Grove in Roanoke is great! Meredith is the only advisor (we spoke to several other organizations) who actually truly heard our needs and provided direct and super helpful advise, knowing that we had very little time to get my Dad placed. Meredith deserves so much recognition. Thank you, thank you!

I worked with Laura ** and Stan ** and could not have been treated with more kindness and concern. They helped me find Christina's Assisted Living for my 83 year old mother who was already in hospice. They HIGHLY recommended Christina's and they were absolutely right! I finally talked my dad into moving close to me into an and independent care facility, so I had to strike fast before he changed his mind. I wasn't sure where to even start with the process of moving my dad into an independent living facility. I found A Place for Mom on the internet and called. Mary Asked me what I was looking for, but I didn't really know. She walked me through options and sent me a list of 11 places in my area that I didn't even know were there. That was like hitting warp speed ahead because I got a few emails within 10 minutes from places wanting to setup walkthroughs. The list had summaries of those kind of details so I could filter out the ones that weren't going to work. I started making appointments based on some of the things he needed. 3 meals a day, location, price, activities, physical therapy.

I cannot thank Jessica with A Place for Mom enough for the incredible support she gave me during one of the most difficult times in my life. After my dad was in a severe accident, I felt completely overwhelmed trying to find the right assisted living facility where he would be safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Jessica was not only knowledgeable and professional, but she was also incredibly compassionate and patient with me through every step of the process.

Amazing initial response - within MINUTES of my inquiry. My mother-in-law was already in an Assisted Living community, and sadly the new Executive Director was making very bad decisions, staff was quitting, and the care was going downhill FAST. We needed to look at other immediate options. April was very VERY helpful during this time of uncertainty. After discussing my mother-in-law's needs, personality, location, and financial range, April set up appointments for me with 4 very good options. April followed up afterwards - several times in fact, and even contacted the facility we had decided on. We have moved Mama into her new home, and we could not be happier with the care she has been receiving. A Place for Mom is a group of angels. From the very first call, they were running and running to make a very difficult process so much easier. And the need was urgent, with assisted living needed and found and settled in less than one week. Serendipitously filled out information online one night, not knowing it was for A Place for Mom. I had seen ads on TV for this, but it did not indicated it was a service. Ads need to explain what that it is not actually a “place.” This service offered the help I needed. Before this, I had no idea how to weed out the inappropriate sources. Cheryl, the representative, reached out quickly, listened, offered appropriate solutions, one of which we’ve chosen, and continues to keep in touch.

This co. has been extremely helpful in finding a place as well with any topic that we threw at them that we needed help with- moving -atty.- on and on. Couldn't find a more responsive or likable people in any situation we found ourselves in no matter where you live or the situation in.

I had the same experience that other reviewers had. Ridiculous number of texts, phone calls, and emails after making contact with them. Completely different from my experience 7 years ago when I spoke with someone who was helpful and noninvasive.

Deception practice when getting information. We were told that if he didn’t like it he would get his deposit back. After 2 weeks $5800. We gave total of $11600. He wasn’t satisfied with the service and we had to take him home after just 2 weeks. They give you an abundance of paperwork to sign when you bring him in but no time to read them.

Pressure marketing company, Cons you into giving information including your phone number then instantly calls you asking question you have already answered in the form you just submitted. Then transfers you to a call center. If you are not satisfied with what they offer they wil continue to bombard you with phone calls. They WILL NOT email information for you to review. It must be settled over the phone! And they use AI to boost their positive reviews.

I cannot thank your organization enough for the housing recommendation for my 83 year old uncle recently diagnosed with dementia. We live in Los Angeles and needed referrals for Colorado Springs near his son's residence that were within his price range and addressed his needs. The referral from Solista was just right. He has been there about a month now and is adjusting well. His apartment and the surrounding area is beautiful. Thanks again for your assistance.

My Mom had disclocated her hip and was sent to a rehab. We had already placed her in a memory care facility but took the opportunity to get several recommendations from A Place for Mom. I visited 6 places and found one that was perfect for her. My advisor was very helpful. The service even called on a Sunday, after I completed the request! I called A Place for Mom because I had no experience with the process of finding a home for my loved one. I wasn’t sure if she needed independent living or assisted living. Our contact walked us through the process and helped us make informed decisions. She gave us community information and pivoted with us when we changed our minds. I put in an online request for information. They make you give a phone number. I received a call INSTANTLY! That was around lunchtime yesterday. I spoke to their rep and told them not to have people call me but to email me because my autistic son screams when the phone rings. My phone has been ringing NON-STOP ever since!!!! All day, all night and starting before 7 this morning! I ask REPEATEDLY for them to stop and the calls keep coming! Unless you want to be called relentlessly by multiple facilities, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

A Place for Mom was very helpful explaining the different options available. They put me in touch with Annelle ** who was wonderful. She made recommendations near my home and set up appointments. She also guided me what to look for. We are very happy and grateful for their help in finding a facility for my mom.

"A Place for Mom" came to my rescue when my 81 yr old cousin had a medical emergency that required him to move from his home to a senior living facility. There was no fee for their service, and they arranged tours and interviews with four facilities for us to visit. We were able to find just the right fit for my cousin. My cousin calls me his angel, but I owe it all to "A Place for Mom." I was so impressed with their service that I recommended them to several of my older single friends. When I reached out, I wasn’t sure about assisted-living’s, was given several numbers and names that were suggested. Start contacting them and they may it was a long process, but we landed in a very nice place that we were happy with. And there was lots of follow-through and I was happy with it. Would recommend.

My 97 year old dad lived independently, a fall with no injuries led us to moving him to a Retirement Home. I was provided with a great list and able to navigate each residence website to find the best place where my dad could still be independent but has a staff to check on him. He misses mowing his lawn but is finding new friends. Tricia was great in helping us navigate this process.

I was worried about broaching the subject of independent living with my mom but Rose helped me put together a list of great options to review. I talked to mom and surprisingly she was all on board with the idea. The very first complex we toured, Bella Vista in Asheville, NC, was perfect for mom. I insisted though that we toured others so we had a basis for comparison and she agreed. Bella Vista won. Mom signed off the next day and is very pleased with her decision and so is the rest of the family. Rose did a great job finding complex’s within the range we spoke about and getting appointments set for us. In turn those managers were very helpful reaching out to us and following up with any questions or concerns we had. This experience of finding a place for mom has been much smoother than any of us ever expected. Thank you Rose so very much!

Elizabeth was very good checking in often with tips and our research follow thru for facilities. She offered 2 options for placement and checked in several times to follow our interview and selection processes. One facility option was terrible at returning calls and Elizabeth reached out to them to follow up but it did little good so luckily the other option was a great fit for us. We are very satisfied with Elizabeth's help and would recommend her services to anyone in need.

I contacted “A Place for Mom” after seeing their advertisement on TV. I contacted them and the support to find suitable housing for a relative was launched from there. At every hand they were there sending information on various locations for me to visit. They stayed in constant contact with me prior to finding housing and it continues to date. Initially, they contacted me immediately and tried their best to get me connected to appropriate care facilities for my ward, Keith, but the places they tried to set up with me did not provide the intensive care we need for him. Awful! I have been bombarded by calls, texts, and emails. In addition to all of that, someone from one of the facilities, Sky Active Living, went to my ex-husband's place of employment to leave information. I have many questions that start with How and Why! This is an incredible overreach and a huge invasion of my privacy! He got interrupted at work to go meet this person in the lobby!!

Martina was outstanding in providing help to find a place for my mom. She regularly checked in and helped with the process from start to finish. The recommendations we all excellent. The process of moving a parent is very difficult but her guidance was a godsend. I highly recommend this service to others.

I called out of desperation. It was a Thursday. I've taken care of dad for 2 1/2 years. He has severe dementia and is total care. Unfortunately he fell and after ER visit for hours, it showed a fractured shoulder. This was my breaking point. It was too much for me. I called A Place for Mom. Immediately had 5 callers wanting me to tour the facilities. One place sent their nurse that evening to do assessment. We toured the next day and admitted him on a Friday. The admin came in his own truck to get dad's things. They ordered and picked up a hospital bed. Set it up!!!! Who does that?? Their van came and got dad. Called me everyday, he loves it and is adjusting very well. I was so worried. Thank you, thank you for helping me! I'm so grateful. 🙏

A Place for Mom was so helpful in getting us started in the process of finding a suitable assisted living facility for my parents. I really want to thank A place for mom for helping me with my search for a place for my Aunt. I’m from California and I was in Maryland when it became clear that my Aunt could not live on her own anymore. She wanted a place in Virginia so I started my search and I found your website. A Place for mom got me appointments for the next day and we found a place that was really nice and I think she will be really happy there.

Our tour (my wife and I) was fantastic. We received a very pleasant welcome from staff, and some members greeted us also. The tour guide took us to our apartment (it is not yet ready to occupy) and showed all the work completed to date. Then a short tour of the buildings. I can not say enough about A Place For Mom. In 2012 and early 2013 I used a Place For Mom to find my mother, who has dementia was recommended to a few places. I fell out of favor with my family so I did not get to check them out. My mom passed 3/07/2015 in a home, like this, She lived her last days in the company of great people and staff.

During our cross-country move, we decided it was time to move my father into a memory care facility. His Alzheimer's, which he had lived with for over a decade, was rapidly worsening, and my mother was struggling to care for him. We wanted him close, so we moved him with us to a new state where we knew nothing about elderly support. A Place for Mom was our saving grace! Everyone I spoke with during this stressful time was kind, patient, and helpful. They made recommendations, we did our research, and found a memory care facility that fit my dad's needs. They made a difficult and stressful situation easier for our family!

Kept pushing to go to a home but that is not what we were looking for, did give us an in home caregiver name. We wound up contracting with Cornerstone caregivers. Hope this all works out. Thanks for the help.

Darlene was the person who helped me in so many ways. Darlene narrowed down to the assisted livings that my brother would be qualified. That saved me so much leg work as far as phone calls or visiting different facilities. Darlene made appointments for the facilities for me to visit. It was narrowed down to 4 compared to 11 or 12. I had a deeply disappointing experience. The advisor I spoke with was incredibly rude, constantly speaking over me, showing no concern or empathy, and ultimately hanging up in my face. This level of indifference and disrespect is unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive matters. I tried to use A Place for Mom to begin search for assisted living for my mother. It happened that just as they called me, a scheduled house painter arrived. I explained that I needed to deal with the painter and requested a call back in a couple of hours. Never called back. I will also say they spoke too fast, almost like they were reading from a script. When dealing with issues for the elderly a slower pace is much appreciated. I did not get any vibe of caring from this company.

A Place For Mom called immediately when we inquired. They were attentive and caring. The low score is a result of what appeared to be poor investigation of referral to Sunrise on Providence referral. We were very inexperienced about a assisted living arrangement. Due to caregiver health requiring surgery, we were ready to move mom into a better living arrangement. But we quickly learned that the assisted living arrangement was not what it was sold to be. Hard to say what all contributed to the poor quality of care my mother received. What facts are obvious is hospitalizations (4x within 4 months) none of which were initiated by the assisted living nurses or caregivers. Isolation for hours at a time. Mysterious Bruises on hands and feet. Loss of weight and an elderly person who is terrified when anyone touches her. All the facts are documented. Recommend doing your own investigation on facilities, do not let the commissions and sales shows color your impressions. Look at death rates, also interview residents to see how happy they are.

I used A Place for Mom twice. The bottom line is that if you need assisted living, they’re great. They’ll come up with many options for you. If you need long term care with skilled nursing, not so much. The first time I used them they gave me five assisted living options for my mom. They made the appointments for me, which made my life easier. After touring each facility I actually had a hard time deciding which one to choose; they were all good. Had I based my review on this experience alone, I would have given them five stars. But...

Terrible company. I called and needed help urgently for placement. Never heard back and the intake person acted like taking my information was a bother. Call around and visit places, A Place for Mom is only interested in a fee or commission. Sad they didn't help. I found a place on my own and will write the review when my mom moves in. So far the treatment by the staff and residents has been wonderful. The residents are neat people, the facility has great programs, rooms are super clean, food service is great!

Due to an unfortunate series of events, we found ourselves needing to find "a place for Mom" in just a week, before Mom was discharged from rehab. Our advisor, Christina, called shortly after I submitted our online information and offered to curate a list of options for us and have those places call me. (Worth noting, I had the option to have them email me instead, but given how pressed for time we were I found it extremely convenient to have the facilities contact me and save me that step.) I was emailed a list of the facilities, with links to information about them including reviews. I was also emailed relevant informative articles from the A Place for Mom website which helped me prepare for the tours and know what to look for and what questions to ask.

I moved to Sky Peaks on February 13, 2025. The staff and director are outstanding. You feel welcomed and at home immediately. My birthday is on March 4 and I received balloons, a card signed by residents and a bowl of ice cream as dessert. I was surprised as I just got there. The food servings are perfect for seniors. The cook will prepare things you request and the food is good. I recommend Sky Peaks to anyone who is looking for social activities and make new friends.

I was struggling to find Assisted Living/Memory care for my Mother. I was given the number by a friend for A Place for Mom. My agent seemed to be a God send but I realized it was more about getting me to commit to a place than actual caring. Pressure to put a deposit down with a place and even though I had reservations about the place the agent assured me it was okay and they would be there every step of the way. Within the first week of me making a deposit I never heard from them again and I had a lot of issue with the place and needed to find another. I tried to get another agent but people kept pushing me to the one I had but she never called me. My Mother eventually died because poor guidance and a lack of help. I hope no one has to depend on these services completely. Do your own homework as these places are all about get you to make a deposit. It is shameful.

I have seen commercials on television for "a Place for Mom" but I don't think I really understood the services that they offer. When I had to find a place for my father on very short notice, I was referred by the hospital social worker to this service. They sprang into action and had a placement that was perfect for my dad's needs, and within five minutes of my home. I don't know what I would've done otherwise, most likely would have had to spend more than 10 times the amount of time making phone calls myself. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for assistance in placement of an elderly loved one.

I was working with Sheila who was phenomenal in helping me with my 88 year old Mom. She was helping me with find so many different places I needed for options I was looking into for my Mom for living and for options for staying in her home. She also told me about the VA Survivors Benefit which if it ever comes through will be a life saver for my mom. But... out of the blue, A Place For Mom transferred my file and I never heard from Sheila again and I still to this day have never heard from her again and no one will tell me why and no one has called to explain anything to me or call and follow up and see how they can help me and my mother. I just keep getting random texts. This is nothing like the wonderful personal help I got from Sheila, so for that I cannot recommend this service.

We spoke with a representative of A Place for Mom, Kenya **, and she set us up with two appointments of local senior living places nearest where we wanted to look. We had also scheduled a few additional locations to look at that were not under this system. After taking all the tours, we decided to choose the Oaks at Ellijay recommended by A Place for Mom. It’s a lovely clean, updated facility with lots of activities for residents, transportation shuttle, hot daily meals, doctors making monthly visits, and knowledgeable staff. We are confident our loved ones will get the best care available there.

She even texted over the holiday break to check in. She was a listening ear when I needed to speak to someone about some details that we needed support for my mom. We appreciated her very much! I called Denise at APFM by accident, really, but I'm glad! She hooked me up right away with 3 assisted living places to check out for my mom. We went with one and moved her in early this week. I would recommend APFM--- and have been! They were great.

Otherwise you can be overwhelmed w all the Emails and calls. We found a place we really liked after looking at 3 places. It’s not an easy process so hang in there!

They start providing help the minute you ask and the feedback from facilities is almost immediate. They constantly follow up on how your search is going and ask what else they can do to help. If you need more options they find them for you. How can you ask for more? Especially when it’s free?

This company is amazing!!! You found the perfect place for my brother! The information you provided was so valuable and your follow ups were great! I never once felt pressured, just genuinely supported during this difficult time. "Thank you" will never be enough for all you have done for me and my brother. You found him a safe, loving facility that is so accommodating to his needs. The Lodge at Natchez Trace has been so wonderful to him. I can not thank you enough. Our family has used A Place for Mom for both parents, most recently, our mother. When I made the initial call, we just wanted to begin searching for options. Quickly, our mother’s needs changed and we decided to move forward. We called the first place on the list and they were incredible. We visited one other location and it confirmed that our first location was a great fit. We received timely follow up from APFM and felt very supported.

I first looked at the website & answered a few questions. Within less than half an hour I had a phone call from A Place for Mom. Very nice, very friendly. I answered a lot of other questions about my dad & before I knew it, we had four appointments set up with contacts at 4 different locations! They stayed in contact with me after each visit, checking to make sure all went well. They answered many questions, pointed out things I may not have thought of. They are a wonderful resource if you are looking for a different situation for an aging parent or independent living for yourself. I highly recommend.

Phil was amazing and led me to Artis in Princeton where my husband will reside starting Monday. He set up the appointment and made the whole process seamless. I would give him *****.This all happened on a Sunday. Follow up by A Place for Mom by another consultant was negligible and very disappointing. The need to return (multiple) phone calls is very important and this consultant did not help me when I needed help.

I needed a person to care for a relative who is paralyzed from the waist down. The location is like a medical services dead zone. Trying to get someone was a nightmare. A Place For Mom suggested an out of state agency since there are no agency in my area of my state could supply a person to help. Very thankful for the advice!

My consultant was so professional and helpful! Her follow-up was greatly appreciated. We placed our loved one in a community they featured! She knew the area and the properties so well. The Villa of Loomis senior care facility staff have taken a great care of my husband. He has gone from hospice care to palliative care and is enjoying the friendly care he is given. I highly recommend it.

April ** was exceptional at her job for the very low budget she had to work with. A Place For Mom provided our family with extremely helpful assistance connecting us to a lovely senior facility with the appropriate care level for our mother. The coordinator listened well, asked numerous relevant questions, promptly answered our many queries, followed up with us after tours, and guided us to several potential options within various price ranges. During what has been an unexpected, significant decline in my mom’s functioning (which we hope is temporary), this service gave us hope that there was a path toward a positive caregiving situation.

Our entire experience with A Place for Mom was simply amazing! Dawn was truly wonderful in that she was so caring, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. She made the process so easy. Several people contacted us and they, too, were great, but we decided on Sunrise Senior in Webster Groves. Again, I cannot tell you how wonderful Dawn has been. She followed up with us and made everything so comfortable. She is thoughtful and genuine.

A Place for Mom provided us with helpful referral information to 5 or 6 senior, independent living facilities in Bellingham, Washington. They maintained regular contact with us over a 10 month process of narrowing our search down to 2 facilities and finally making the decision to commit to Solstice Senior Living in the Fairhaven area of Bellingham. We appreciated their ongoing support during this period of time.

I received information for a location to take my dad in a timely manner. The place recommended was close to home and the people there were warm and inviting. I ultimately placed my dad here and appreciated the follow up. Tiffany ** was helpful and seemed empathic to the needs for my dad. I would recommend this service. The only suggestion I would make is help in obtaining the pricing or that information should be available ahead of time prior to visiting. Also if they could help with obtaining Veteran Benefits that would be a positive.

Your service was greatly appreciated. References were exactly the places I needed to visit and make a selection. I selected Windsor of Cape Coral - great facility with kind, caring personnel. A Place for Mom was a blessing for me in the short time frame that I had to find a memory care home.

I called A Place for Mom and was immediately offered help to find a list of possible homes for my mom, who was moving to IL from MN. They provided 7 properties for us to look at, many of which I was not already familiar with so their list was very helpful. We found a great place for mom from that list and she’s been a happy resident there for the past 12 years!!

The hospital my father was recovering at was seeking a discharge faster than I had anticipated. I reached out to A Place for Mom who kindly spoke to me and pointed me in a direction to seek aid. They gave me contacts for home health aides and assisted living. Overall, very helpful. They also follow-up to ensure satisfaction. I would recommend them albeit with the caveat below.

The person I spoke to initially asked me questions and my answers helped her to refine the search for an assisted living place. I was glad that only 3 places were on the list of what I’d described we needed. Really the search was pretty quick and within a week my sister and I had looked at all three places and decided which was the best fit. What a fantastic service for those looking for a place for their loved one.

She was also helpful to me regarding dealing with my mom who didn't really want to move, at least not at first.

They tell you the service is free but if you do place your loved one the care facility charges a $3500 fee that they pay as commission to A Place for Mom. I could have googled the information I received. Deceptive when they advertise the service is free.

If you’re reading this then you’re at that decision time for yourself or a loved one. There are so many choices and after having to try on my own it takes too much time to do it yourself. A Place for Mom was so helpful with understanding my needs for my mom and all the locations that were provided were spot on. They are there to help and answer any questions and are very responsive.

My wife had worked with Christina this past July when she was looking for an assisted living facility for her parents. At the time we didn't expect that I would reach out to her that same month to try to find an assisted living facility for my parents. My father had just been diagnosed with stage IV metastatic lung cancer, and I started to work with Christina while he was undergoing radiation treatments. Things changed rapidly over the course of four weeks, and Christina adapted to my shifting needs. She went out of her way to make sure that communities she referred to me only communicated to me via email as we were all going through very difficult times. She is extremely knowledgeable about what each facility could support and worked to find ones that would suit my parents' needs.
