In the last few weeks I have ordered several pictures that all come out chopped. I tried a different store today (Colorado Springs). Same thing so I am guessing that you have input a machine that does it all. Could you please adjust them. Thank you.

I have ordered pictures twice in the last few weeks, received a confirmation both times, and both times I was told the orders were "cancelled" when I got to the store to pick them up. I never cancelled the order, but they said it was cancelled by ??? because they didn't have the "paper" or the "machine"... I ordered a lot of pictures and one magnet, which I needed for a party tonight. Once is one thing, but TWICE! AND no one notified me???. I will let anyone I can know not to go thru Walgreens for any photo orders!. Such a joke!

In September I took my 36 disposable cameras to Walgreens on flat Shoals and Wesley Chapel. The LBGQT young man that was working at the front of the photo department. Put my number in wrong to pick up my photos. I return to pick up my photos three weeks later and was told to come back because I left so many cameras, I waited till November when I return back, they threw all my pictures away. I spoke with management who said they will get someone to call me back. I’ve never gotten a phone call. I am going through depression because these pictures were pictures of me from 30 years ago and they all print it out because I kept them safe, they told me they were going to try to look at the photo department and see if they can pull up my pictures. They couldn’t. No one even tried to compensate me for my loss. I am still going through depression at this moment for losing my childhood pictures.

I ordered photos as a gift. Due to it being an 11x14 size, shipping was required (rather than picking up in store). When they arrived, they were in a flimsy envelope & all bent up. There was nothing in the envelope to keep them straight. They were supposed to be a gift for someone but they were not in any shape to even be used by myself yet alone gifting to someone else.

I placed an online order of 161 prints. I received 2 emails that my order was ready for pickup. When I got there they couldn't find my prints. They said they would reprint my order and it would take 20 to 30 minutes. While I was waiting for my order to print, another woman came in to pick up an order. They couldn't find her order either. She said she had come in yesterday in response to an email saying it was ready and the order wasn't there. She received another email saying it was ready today but again it wasn't there. I remembered that they had lost my order last year too. After 40 minutes my order was printed. I won't be going back there again.

We been a loyal user of same-day Walgreens Photo and finally decided to ordered some ship-in prints to pick up at the store. The order estimated to arrive on March 3rd. On March 4th it's status is ready for pick up, we waited until March 11th to visit the store but still no luck. We came back on March 16th to be told that they cannot help us so we have to call the customer service.
The helping person was not only very unhelpful but they were also very dismissive. They did not listen to any of our explanations and only checked our order number only when we asked specifically. When there are clear signs of something is wrong with the order, they refuse to help us any further as the order was "fulfilled" and it is our responsibility to call the carrier, which was impossible to reach. We have left voicemails but at this point I not expecting to ever receive my order. I love Walgreens photo for their options and flexibility but after this experience I will rethink if want to deal with their rude customer service ever again.

I ordered a mail it for me card for my anniversary on January 11th. To date this card has not been received. I called over a week ago. I was told it would be reordered. I’m glad my first time using was sent to my home otherwise I may have thought the card was received. I would not recommend this service.

I used the Walgreens same day photo pick up which I needed for a funeral collage that I was doing. I ordered the size 4 by fours. When I picked them up they are on 4 by 6 photo sheets and they did not even trim them so now IA 108 photos and trim the big white portion off the photo so they are actually 4x4. This is very time consuming and I'm on a time limit. If I wanted 4x6 size sheets I would have ordered 4x6. I ordered 4x4 for a reason.

I use Walgreens Photo all the time. Normally they are good. This time several of my of my prints were not the right size. I use the photos in a school setting and need them to be correct. From now on I will open and I spent the photo orders before I pay. I should have been doing that but never had a problem.

I ordered magnetic frames online. By mistake chose the Walgreens a half hour walk away. They refused to change it so I took a car service. Over a half hour after they said it would be ready it wasn't. Came two days later. They said the system broke down the day before and they did not have my frames. I asked them if they can transfer to a different Walgreens. They refused till I said I was going to write a review. They finally agreed to switch it. Got to the other store. They said they don't have magnetic frames I'll get a different item at a discount. They then changed their mind a half hour later.

I recently wanted to get some customized return address labels since I’m about to send out a bunch of baby shower thank you cards. I placed an order, card got charged and then my order was cancelled. I called the customer service # to figure out what happened to the order. They said the shipping address was invalid and to pick up at store, then informed me there was no pick up option currently available and to replace the order. So I redid the order, card got charged AGAIN, and then again my order was cancelled.
I called customer service a second time, explained that I’ve already been through this and wanted to know what was going on. At one point I even said if they were unable to fulfill my order, it was fine I just needed to be refunded and told honestly because this was time sensitive. This rep told me it wasn’t actually an invalid shipping address issue, but that the particular store fulfilling my order had a broken machine. So she was going to reroute my order to a different store using the already pending charge on my card. I have just received a third notification that my order cannot be fulfilled and that it’s been cancelled. I have 3 pending transactions on my card now with them.
Luckily, I had a feeling something was sketchy so I ordered labels from Shutterfly instead - no issues. But I am appalled by how Walgreens Photo has handled this affair. Every rep I’ve talked to has beaten around the bush with me - no straight answers. Just for reference, these are stores in Swansboro, Cape Carteret, New Bern and Wilmington, North Carolina. I find it very unsettling that each location claims a “shipping issue” which at one store turned out to be a lie because the machine was actually broken. I’d recommend avoiding doing photo business with these locations. I just hope I get refunded for all the transactions.

I ordered a canvas of my proposal photos. I picked the product up and when I returned home, noticed that the product was completely defective (photo off-kilter, awful coloring). Looks like it was done for a Kindergarten arts & crafts class. That's just the start of it. I called Walgreens where I met a lady that said she would process my refund and I should see it in the next 5-7 business days. Great. I monitored my account, noticed it was never refunded, so I reached out to Customer Service via email. They told me I needed to return it to the store. I went to the store and they told me it could no longer be returned because it was past 30 days. It was past 30 days, mind you, because I was waiting for weeks for the refund to be deposited like they told me it would.
I called the help desk, I was transferred 7 (SEVEN) times to different groups, and I sit here, at the 65 minute mark, continuing to be transferred because "there isn't anything we can do to process your refund online, so let me transfer you to another group." Doesn't matter that the product was **; doesn't matter that they are the reason it's past 30 days by telling me inaccurate information. A complete clown show at Walgreens, from the canvas product to the "consumer relations" team. Do not buy from here.

I have always had a positive experience with Walgreens in Mobile and Montgomery Alabama. The staff is friendly and helpful and their photo department is great! I highly recommend their photo department for all their products. I once made a mistake on my order and was disappointed about it only to find out it was as I had ordered it and the photo Dept. Tech was most professional and apologetic. Thank you for all you do for US Walgreens!

I have 2 specific complaints. For 15 years we had been getting family photo cards by first getting the envelopes from the store and addressing them then ordering the pictures. The last time they refused to supply the envelopes until we ordered both photos and envelopes, even when I offered to buy just the envelopes from them. The next time I had a Fedex package that was delivered there and called ahead of time to make sure it was there, when I went in to retrieve it they refused to give it to me without having the emailed Fedex #. I asked if I could use their phone and they replied they had no phone that could call from. Very poor customer service. Manager was even involved and refused to cooperate. Beware of their service, except for purchased shelf items.

I'm reviewing Walgreens in Chicago Little Village neighborhood. Never take passport photos in the there, they have really limited space and have to take it with close-up lens. So your face will look cartoonish and funky. In my opinion, they shouldn't offer this service if they cannot accommodate a better quality.

I did an online purchase for three photo puzzles. Was told would be ready next day at 8:55am. They were not. Got an email at 2:14pm they were ready. Purchased online for curbside pickup at 5:31pm. Was told would get an email in 30 minutes for pickup. I did not and called twice. Both times they could not hear anything and hung up. Went to and in store. Showed Lee the manager my receipt. She said there was a glitch. They haven’t seen the payment. She could not give me my order which was there sitting on the counter. I even showed her my receipt of payment. Being frustrated I walked off. She yelled across the floor “have a nice evening”. I turned and asked “Are you saying It won’t be ready tonight?“ She yelled “not unless you pay for it”. With others watching the exchange I replied “I already did”. Over three hours and I’m still waiting on that email to go get my curbside.

I do not know where else to turn. I ordered over $1,000 of photo books in the last month. (Big mistake, way too expensive.) The ladies that answer the phone on the help line are usually wonderful. I cannot get customer service, to whom they have escalated the concern, to reply to me. I call, write emails...say they will contact me and never do. If I pay $77 for a PHOTO BOOK and the binding is breaking and pages stuck together, I want a new one or a refund. I have been dealing with them for over a month. I would not recommend as they are way too expensive, no tools for putting text corrections in, no cut and paste, no spell or grammar check. IF you want a 10 page book of pictures, fine, but don't use them for anything bigger.

On May 31, 2020, I placed an order for 9 photo books. Expected delivery was June 10th. The order tracking details indicates my order was delivered to the store on Sudley Manor Dr. on June 15th. The notification states: Please wait for "Ready for Pickup email" before you go to the store to pickup your items. I called Customer Service on June 23th to find out the status of the order. The CSR spoke to someone at the store on Sudley Manor Dr. was told by the employee that they did not handle photos. The manager in charge of photos would be back on Thursday, June 25th at 7:00 AM. They did not see any orders on the carts.
To date, I have not received any notification that the order is ready for pickup. I also sent a formal letter of complaint and refund request to the Customer Relations department in Deerfield, IL on June 24th. I have yet to receive a response. I also tried online chat to find out the status of my photo albums on July 5th and has not received a reply.

Awful experience. I ordered my save the dates and they only shipped the envelopes to the store and not the actual invites. I called more than 5 times and got the run around. I was lied to many times. They said their supervisors would call me. They said they would rush the order. Guess what, two weeks go by and still nothing from their “escalation team.” I ended up reordering in a chance they could ship faster to me since I paid for rush shipping. They estimated my date of delivery and they are still processing the order on the day it is supposed to arrive. This is a nightmare!!!

I order an online print. I received the email saying the order is ready for the pickup. I went to Walgreen to pickup. I was told that there is a lab error and reorder the print. My concern why I received a confirmatory email regarding "My order is ready" when there was a lab error? I am afraid that they sold my photo to someone or being used by someone. No proper/satisfactory response from customer care yet.

I send a photo to be printed from my iPhone to my local Walgreens using the Walgreens Photo app on my iPhone. The printing may be OK, but the transmission from the app compressed the photo so much that the result was garbage. Same photo file sent to Fred Meyer was fine. In the picture, Fred Meyer is on the left, Walgreens on the right — both from the same image file. Walgreens may do a decent job is you take your photos to the store on a memory stick — I don't know.

Was disappointed. All around the basic (not premium) card stock edge were micro perforations, instead of a smooth cut edge. When I removed a card from the box and set it on the table, it bowed up, despite it being cool and dry in the house. The ink colors of my photos, especially the blues and reds, and any dark color was way too dark. Overall, the cards look cheap. Would not buy again. Service was not “same day,” but we ordered in late afternoon, and before placing the order, it gave us a more accurate time, that they would be ready early the next morning. What was good was the lettering came out well, our design all made it onto the card (nothing was chopped off) and the holiday design template was pretty, as expected.

My wife ordered our Christmas cards through the Walgreen's Photo website. Online proof looked good. That said, when she picked up the cards, the final output quality is embarrassingly bad. The colors of the photos are both dull and distorted, despite the originals being of excellent quality. The face of the cards have lines in them that look like low print quality from a cheap consumer printer, yet the unprocessed back of the card printed cleanly. This tells me whatever back end software Walgreens uses to process the templates is configured with too low of a DPI to produce an acceptable quality output. I absolutely won't be using them again the future, and highly recommend others steer clear as well.

I was pretty disappointed in the Christmas Cards we ordered through Walgreen's photo last year because they were so dark our faces were barely visible (which was not the case in the actual photos, or the review of the card on our computer screen). I was told to avoid dark background cards and the photo colors would come out brighter. So this year I ordered a card with a white background only to have the photo come out with our faces deep fire-engine red. Totally unlike the actual photo on the order review on my computer screen. Whoever they have printing the photos is inept. It takes hours to sift through photos and card templates and to do that only to pay for cards that are garbage is just sad.

Sent them some computer files to print. Prints are cropped wrong, blurry, dark and with inaccurate colors. Forget this place if you care about your photographs. This is cheap and fast, but you get what you pay for. In this case, it's a waste of money.

I went to take 2 photos for the passport and the lady said she could not take it because I was wearing a white and black color coat. My husband loaned his coat, the two photos were taken and I well believe: totally different, I showed the photo to some people and was very angry, the worst was to have paid 17 dollars for two horrible photos. Very disappointed.

I spent an afternoon selecting photos. A week later I'm still calling with customer service. For some reason they can't get their act together and submit the order to the store. The latest is that order is canceled and, please, can I re-order. Shameful performance. Same day? Not so. Given that price and quality of paper are less good compared to some other services according to reviews (e.g., PC magazine).

I recently ordered 2 photo books from Walgreens. The books were supposed to be ready the same day, but it actually took 3. I checked the books before paying (thank goodness) and recognized a huge problem. The covers of the books are glued on manually by a careless employee that switched the covers. My beautiful Puerto Rico photobook had the cover of a New Orleans Mardi Gras. There was no way I could accept the books like that, but the employee that helping assured me that they could reprint and fix the problem. That was actually not the case. Their system doesn't let them print twice. So, I called customer service to let them place the order for and get the books fixed.
Customer service said there was nothing they could do. She then told me that she would escalate my case and see if a supervisor would help. No luck there. The supervisor told me that my (incorrect) order was ready and I should go pick it up. I pushed further, explaining that an employee glued the wrong covers and was told to contact consumer relations. I thought customer service was consumer relations? Anyway, consumer relations did not make any attempt to even talk to me. I am truly shocked that a simple problem like gluing the correct cover to the correct book is such a difficult thing to do. I'm never received such poor service. I will never use Walgreens Photo Service again. For my next trip, I'll use the company I have been very happy with in the past - Shutterfly.

While I like the convenience of Walgreens I have to give their photo processing very low marks. Digital phone photos, that display accurately and brilliantly on a computer, are returned with all of the edges cropped and colors highly distorted. I have addressed this and was told that's the best they can do with the equipment available. If that's the case, don't offer a poor quality service!
