I will never shot with at their company, I've been trying for the past 2 days to contact them over the chat, phone, Facebook and text messaging cause I needed help with my order, their costumer service is non existing and impossible to reach someone for help. I have never experienced this with a big company, and this is unexpectable!!

I recently visited the Mechanicsville location in Richmond, VA and my experience was amazing. I was completely clueless about what I needed and Ezra H. was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and comforting to me during my entire experience. I highly recommend her and the other ladies at this location if you need a little guidance!

Let me start by saying I hate bra shopping it's so overwhelming! I went in last night after work to find something! I was greeted by a young lady who was super nice! She helped me during my entire visit. She even helped my pick something that was outside of my comfort zone and I actually really liked that option. She offered to get me different styles, different sizes and truly helped make my experience so easy! I can not say enough good things about my experience! Go see Kamilah! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!

I purchase an outfit from Lane Bryant online. It did not fit. When I took it to the store to return, they were unable to process it. They returned it for me. It was received by LB on 1/9/26. I still don’t have my refund even after multiple calls to their customer service line.

How does the spend 50 get 25 off work? I put items in my basket. Total equal up to the items price then I apply two 25off of 50.00 and my total still the amount of the items. I don't shop at Lane Bryant much but this does not make sense. Just trying to use a gift card from Christmas.

Okay, so I was trying to make a payment through phone and talking to the person that trying to help me ain't cutting it. I'm telling him and he's saying NO then end up saying yes come the hell on. Then you charged me $$ Dollars for late fee not even minutes late Really then I see now I'm gonna hurry up and pay y'all off. P.s please train better robots the one I had wasn't no dang help.

LB closed all their stores in NYC so you are forced to shop online. With all the money they saved you would think they would invest in customer service to try and keep customers. I’ve communicated on the phone and over email and all 3 individuals I communicated with, couldn’t resolve a simple account issue. Not only did they not resolve the problem they also called me 3 different names, none of which were my name. After decades of shopping I will no longer give them any of my money.

I have always bought my bras at Lane Bryant. The last few years had been an absolute struggle to get anything that fits. I just ordered 2. Exactly the same size as I had on. The band size is supposed to be 38 inches. One is 31.5 inches and the other is 31.75. Is there no quality control at all?? Absolutely deplorable and they have now permanently lost my business.

I ordered m 2 sets of 2 different bras in Oct and they did not fit and I returned them thru Staples all 4 at same time. Then I get a bill for $41.00 in November and I called about this and they said they would fix this. Now Jan 2 I received another bill for $45.00. I then call again and now they are saying bc the bill already generated past due date that all they could do was give me $15.00 credit. What???? They know they have all 4 bras but yet I still owe now $45.00!!! And I was talking to a supervisor. Worthless, you can’t even talk to an American. So I will never ever order thru them ever again and whenever I can give bad review I will. Ps: I’m not paying this bill EVER!!!!

The bra I had also a Lane Bryant bra broke On Christmas day and all the others LB bras I had also had recently broken. So I did an expediated order, made sure the bras were in stock and added in underwear. Paid for quick shipping. Meanwhile I was tending end of life things for my brother who then passed on the 30th. The underwear arrived with no bras. I checked the order link it said it was processing. I checked daily since it was urgent. I finally called today. I call the number talked to customer service.
The guy was rude and said they were out of stock and they canceled the order, basically too bad. Yet my screen said the remaining order was still processing. I asked for a supervisor, and he said no he didn't think I needed a supervisor and he would handle it. I hung up and tried the chat line. I was hoping they would understand the urgency and help me find a bra in stock and expediate it. But no after 1 hour of go arounds they offered to pay shipping only. Then after another hour they finally said the I could pick something out online and they would expedite it. No apology about not letting me know the order was cancelled. No additional support to ensure what I ordered would be in stock, nothing. I once again asked for a supervisor, and they once again said no.
So I will be sending letters to their corporate offices since they are an Ohio company that was well respected. Meanwhile I did some research and found a lot of LB customers are now going to TORRID, I happen to have a Torrid store very close to me, so I went there purchased two bras, had excellent customer service much better than Lane Bryant has had in the last 5 yrs. Today they lost a longtime customer.

FIND ANOTHER STORE TO SHOP. For the last few years, the clothing has gone downhill and pricing has Increased. Even t-shirts are crap now. The new sweaters and pull overs do not have any lining - including under the sewn-in letters. Good luck wearing the "FOOTBALL" sweaters without a shirt underneath. You might as well wear an unwashed wool sweater, as it would be more comfortable. Good luck getting a full refund on your purchase with a receipt as well.
Have been shopping here since 1993 and the quality has gone away. The prices remain the same. Baffling that you wouldn't sell quality clothing for the quality pricing charged. Probably why you have filed for bankruptcy. *I will not upload my receipt as I know what I have bought and the poor quality that came. (LB, you have my info and how much I have gifted you, for the less than worth it, clothing I received).

I purchased a top online last week at 40% off. Today it is 50% off. I asked CS if they would credit me back the difference (approx $17). They could not because I am an international customer (from Canada). If I was a USA customer, no problem! How the hell is that fair???? A customer is a customer regardless of where they live. This is my last purchase from this company.

I purchased underwear for my daughter from LaneBryant.com. The total was $52.99. This included tax and $8.99 shipping. The package came 10/8/2025. I requested a return shipping label because my daughter didn't care for the fabric. The underwear was returned on 10/9/2025. I called Lane Bryant Customer Service today 11/11/2025, inquiring my return funds. I was told I would only receive $35. + change. They would be charging me $17.00 for returning the goods. The CSR couldn't speak English to explain anything!

Langhorne PA. I was greeted by a sales associate when I entered the store to try on bras, she was pleasant, she did ask me my name. Oddly she did not tell me her name. I told her I was in the store to try on bras and I asked if they did bra fitting, she said, "Of course." She fitted me for my size and showed me the types of bras that I was looking for. After trying on 9 bras she did not come check to see how I was doing. As I was leaving the store I heard a bye from one of the sales associates. I was not happy because I did not get a have a nice day feeling.

DO NOT SHOP LANE BRYANT STORE 6248 MONTGOMERY ALABAMA. I’m working at a client site today — a place I’ve been to many times before — and while I’m in the network room doing my job, one of the employees suddenly comes up asking for my name, number, and the company I work for. Then, to make things worse, another employee stands over my shoulder while I’m working. When I asked why, she said she was told to “stand there to make sure no one steals merchandise.” Now, I’m still maintaining my peace — because I know who I am and whose I am. Never let anyone define you, no matter what. ** refused to give me the District Manager ** phone number and BOTH ** AND ** STOOD OVER ME LIKE TWO OVERSEERS ON A PLANTATION

Making an online purchase just to avoid the garbage staff is the last mistake I’ll ever make with this company. I thought I could avoid the hassle of finding every size but my own in-store and trying to flag down one of the half-dozen employees on staff in an otherwise empty floor (if they weren’t gaggling around one customer, they were gaggling around each other or avoiding the floor by hovering at the entry to the back. If you catch one’s attention, good luck getting anything resembling an answer from them, no matter the question).
I ordered one common bra online two weeks ago. And Lane Bryant put THREE $50 holds on my bank account (PLUS the actual charge, which happened between the second and third hold)!!! That was financially devastating!! No one else does this. You either charge me immediately or charge me when it ships. None of this hold bullshit. I will never shop from them again.

Lane Bryant staff is very unknowledgeable and unprofessional. I spoke with a manager named Sue in the Greece, NY location that did not know even know for sure the customer service number to cancel orders. They either don't get the items falsely advertised to you or they deliver so far apart that you forget you ordered and no longer want them. They also take forever to even look up your order. When I finally get customer service I was told by Osayas that I could not speak to a supervisor, the system was down and she couldn't cancel my orders. DO NOT BUY FROM LANE BRYANT. They should be placed on the BOYCOTT listing with target and I'll be sure to pass that on.

First of all the interest on their credit card is 35.99%. I made a purchase with my card and when I got my bill, I paid half. The next statement had interest and another fee. I paid the rest of the bill 5 days in advance. Thinking my balance is zero, I in return get another statement for more interest. That didn't make sense to me. And the customer service is horrible. So, I closed my account.

I ordered months ago from fittingly. Took forever for my order. Contacted them, they said it was delivered which it was not. Said they would resend order. Never received again after contacting them. They offered a refund which I never got. I would not order from this company!

I bought from them for years, but increasingly they will have things out of stock. My last order I bought four items, totaling over $200, and should have received free shipping. They canceled three of the items without notifying me, and subsequently charged me $23 for shipping one pair of pants. That should be illegal.

Should be a zero! They charge late fees when your bill is not late. Even though they were having issues with online/phones. Customer Service is horrible- including their Senior Account Specialist- Jenny and Lulu.

Lane Bryant mysteriously charged me for about $18.35 a month on the same date but I wasn't subscribed to anything and there was no sign of it in my history of transactions or orders. I called customer service and they kept saying they can't fix it 'cause it doesn't show in my orders but according my bank account they clearly charged. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor or someone who could help. This makes me so frustrated and upset because I loved shopping at Lane Bryant but looks like I can't shop from them anymore if they are charging me for nothing and stealing my money.

I ordered my biyearly order of underwear/bras etc. after 3 full weeks, nothing arrived. Online said “processing“. I called and was told, "Yes it’s processing, just wait." I immediately called back and the next person said “you still owe more money!!” I said, "Nope. You put the full amount on hold. I asked for items to ship or reimburse!" She said, "We can’t reimburse the full amount. We will hold shipping and taxes and a percentage." I explained the meaning of FRAUD. She then said, "We will only keep shipping and taxes." I said, "Nope. You will keep NOTHING!" She just said the order hasn’t shipped.
I asked to speak to supervisor and then she said, "Ok then we will reimburse/ take hold off all." She then told me that if I read my emails I would have seen that I still owed money, which is not true! Funny, all 3 emails arrived while I was on the phone with her. I was a 20 year customer, ordering twice a year at 2-300$ worth of product. NOT EVER AGAIN. I will never buy Anything from them. It’s very sad that I have to argue with someone on the phone. I will quickly spread the word about these fraudulent practices.

I'm so disappointed if I could give a 0 star review. 😪 I'm almost 70 been a long-time loyal customer. I've tried for weeks by email, calling and text to do a return. After giving my order number being told I don't exist in their system. Then finally after 2 weeks being send an email requesting the scu's I sent them and promised I'd get a return label right away almost a week later nothing. Then did online chat and finally got a return label. Then a $37 charge to return the item! Nothing to make right the horrible service! 😞 I'm in shocked and so saddened. Shame on Lane Bryant Shame!!! Good companies that value their customers and long loyalty would not treat them like this! Especially with economic troublesome times.

I was multi-tasking when I placed an order for 2 pair of pants (same exact style) and 2 bras. It didn't appear to give me confirmation of completion of the sale. I tried again and saw that it's minimal, but there. Immediately, I reached out and let them know that I accidentally made a duplicate order and wanted to cancel it. I had to jump through hoops. They would only send 1 return slip good for 1 pound. I asked for others and was told to copy & print the one they sent. Finally, I received an email on June 4th saying a GIFT CARD for the amount of one of the items. I wasn't happy that it wasn't the entire amount, but I didn't object. It's now July 29th and I've yet to receive said gift card. Big shocker!!

I ordered 3 bras from LaneBryant.com. They were split in 2 different shipments. I got a shipment today 7/9. When I opened it, I discovered that even though it was shipped to me, it wasn’t the bra I picked. Different size and design. I checked the shipping slip and found out it belonged to someone in a different state. I called Lane Bryant. The lady was non apologetic. She issued a refund and told me to verify my email for a return label. So you mean to tell me because LANE BRYANT made a mistake…. I will have to be the one to print off a label, package item up, and drive to a UPS store to drop package off. Oh here’s the kicker…I’m on bedrest for 2 weeks. I am so upset that I have to be the one to do this. Even though I can’t fit the item and no one in my family or friends circle can….I’d rather donate bra to a women’s shelter. Lane Bryant please double check shipping orders.

I ordered a bra from Lane Bryant. Several years ago I had tried on a few in a store in Florida and purchased two that were comfortable. I still wear them. When I was on the Lane Bryant online store I looked for the same bra I own but couldn't find it. The name of the brand is the same but the bra is completely different. I ordered a bra in what I thought was my size and I got the size from my old bra so I was sure the new one would fit. It did not. The bra I bought is a 'balconette' bra which is an odd name for a bra. I don't regard my boobs as a balcony. The bra arrived today and I didn't like it as soon as I removed it from the package. The cups look ginormous. The band is too tight which made the cups fit weirdly.
After looking at the material and the stitching, it's poor. The bra is an underwire bra and I didn't order an underwire bra. I hate those things. Lastly, it's ridiculous to me that I have to pay over $7 to return this monstrosity. The company provided a shipping label but the $7 goes to pay UPS. This is a rip off in my opinion and a scam. I won't be ordering anything else from this company. What happened to quality????

Placed an order on Tuesday 5/12... nothing much. Everything is purchased said was, "in stock." Got an email on Friday saying your order has shipped. As of today it still has not shipped AND apparently one my items is on back order even though you can go online right now and it says it's in stock. When I reached out to customer service last Thursday, I was actually lied to and told, "I assure you will receive this in 5-8 business." From when... when you finally decide to ship it? No mention of items being on back order. How's about i pay for my stuff whenever I get around to it like how you run your business? No, don't like that. Yeah, me neither. I am but one person who will no longer shop here but I guarantee you, you keep treating your customers like this and you won't have a business left to run. Ladies, there are plenty of other places out there to shop who will actually go out of their way to make sure they do right.

Purchased items through a Facebook post and should have known it was too good to be true. Shipping took over a month (from China) and never arrived even though the transit info said it was delivered. Apparently I've been scammed. When I went back to the former post it was no longer there. Please make sure you're buying from the legit website.
