We had to move in phases because our new house wasn’t ready all at once. The movers worked with us over the course of two weeks, moving some items into temporary storage and the rest into our new place, coordinated everything perfectly, making sure the right items went to the correct location each time. Their flexibility and organization made the complicated, drawn-out process stress-free. They helped us retrieve items from storage when we needed them unexpectedly.

Having to relocate for work made me nervous. Despite the fact that I was lugging around a lot of stuff, their crew made it easy. They showed up with all the tools and materials needed to safely pack everything. Their level of organisation and the velocity with which they worked amazed me. I am incredibly grateful since it assisted me in getting through a challenging day.

5 Stars for Ian of Paramount Van Lines!!! He was the deciding factor for selecting your company for my brother’s cross country move! He was extremely knowledgeable, explained the process well, took the time to answer all my questions and on top of that had a Fabulous Personality to boot!!! Fingers crossed that the rest of this process will be just as stellar! Stay tuned for more reviews!

My family and I hired Paramount Van Lines to move our Grandmother from Massachusetts to Deerfield Beach Florida, in July for a move on August 15th. It had to be precise with timing since we were moving her out of a Retirement home back closer to where our family is and none of us could fly there to help coordinate. Nate who I made my reservations with was amazing! He was accessible anytime we needed him, the few customer service representatives I spoke to when we checked in were also always very helpful and polite. Since we weren’t able to fly to help facilitate Paramount made everything smooth and definitely stress free. We were worried about a price increase since we did a quote over the phone with my grandmother but Nate assured me we had enough reserved.

I used Paramount for a big move. They showed up a little before my scheduled time and were a huge help with organizing. When it came time to loaded up the truck they were cautious with my valuables and listened to my preferences. Everything arrived on time and they unloaded everything exactly where I wanted it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job. I will use them again for any future moves.

First contacted Paramount in Nov 2024, after 2-3 calls to Florida from WA state, my wife and I thought we had a "moving company" who would move our items, but they wanted us to do a "virtual" tour of our house to estimate our item/costs. No in-person came to do an onsite estimate, "not needed." The approx. $4000 deposit was taken by credit card then silence until a week before we were to move in January. Then we find out not Paramount but "U-ship Van Lines" (aka: "Rado Moving Co") calls to be the actual mover.

I would like to take the time to acknowledge the impeccable service I received! Not only was he professional, he went above and beyond to make sure my things were delivered without incident! He was courteous and efficient! You guys have a gem on your hands! Thank you so much for all you have done to make my transition a breeze!

We appreciate Adam & team helping to make our relocation as stress-free as possible. Our movers arrived organized and prepared to work. They moved quite quickly and with extreme politeness. Everything we need was provided, and the cost was already taken into account. I would surely hire them again without a doubt.

The consignment made it to TX without a scratch, with the exception of a single image. No complaints here, though; this is par for the course for a transfer of this magnitude. I really value how careful and fast your movers were.

This was my first time moving out of my parents' house, and I was really nervous about it. But Smith was awesome. He explained everything in detail and gave me an estimate that was really clear—no hidden fees or surprises. Paul, who handled customer service and dispatch, was fantastic—she coordinated everything perfectly and made sure the movers arrived right on time.
