I spent hours on the phone with moving companies trying to do my due diligence. I was planning to spend a small fortune and wanted to make sure I wasn't being swindled. Some of these moving people are rude and condescending and made me feel dumb or like my questions were irritating them. And then I got to Paramount Van Lines. Game changer. Jacob took my call. He was beyond patient. He took the most accurate inventory. I asked questions on questions and he gave me answers with explanations. I took a few days to sort through my research, called Jacob at 9p, expecting to leave a voicemail, AND HE ANSWRED. We scheduled my move that night.
The girls in customer service and dispatch were sweet and also very knowledgeable. Katherine is an angel. Mitch was also very helpful! The crew was my favorite part of this entire experience. I was in awe watching Mike and his guys wrap my furniture and load the truck. One of them even swept out my garage. The semi was at my new home in Alabama 6 days later. Both Paramount and Signature exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for all of your help and hard work.

These guys were great, the whole process was quick and easy. I’ve always been stressed moving and trying to get things in order. I had my stuff boxed and ready to go when they arrived, they loaded it and got me moved into my new home. There was no damage to any of my stuff either.

Recently I hired Paramount to move some things I’ve had in storage for years in Massachusetts since my grandmother passed away. I called several companies, 80% of them were pretty much rude sales representatives looking for a commission. I spoke to Nate, he was very informative, helped me understand cubic feet and how much space I actually needed. After reviewing all the quotes I received with Nate we found out 4 of the 6 quotes I got didn’t even price me for the actual amount of space I needed. I gave all the companies who I spoke to all the same exact info. 10x20 storage unit completely full.
Nate definitely saved me on a terrible decision I was about to make, as I literally was about to call back one of the companies I spoke to earlier in the week to make a reservation within the hour of Nate’s call. Who quoted 4400.00 for 900 feet half of the space I needed.! I had a completely full to the top 10x20 storage unit. All the other companies were all under bidding with their estimated volume from 600-800 feet. Nate was 10000% correct when he said it would take up the entire truck just like he calculated! Customer service was always overly helpful when I called in for updates. Paramount's Agent they sent out to was great! Mike from signature van lines and his crew did an amazing job. From the pick up to delivery everything, it was all smooth and I’m glad to say no damages! 100% would recommend using paramount!

I contacted Paramount Van Lines in October for an urgent move. My mother recently passed and my father was not well. I was frazzled and angry. I first spoke with Nate. He was very calm and took his time. He even allowed me a few tears when explaining the urgency for my move. He got me all set up and then transferred me to Amelia. This woman heard everything I needed and made logistical magic.
When the crew arrived I had a complete melt down. James told me to take a few minutes while he laid the floor runners and tapped the boxes. They were so kind and patient and FAST! It was less than a week later and my stuff was half way across the country. They put some of my stuff in a storage and the rest of my stuff at my dad’s. I am ever so grateful for Paramount’s quick execution of a flawless move during the worst time of my life.

My family and I hired Paramount Van Lines to move our Grandmother from Massachusetts to Deerfield Beach Florida, in July for a move on August 15th. It had to be precise with timing since we were moving her out of a Retirement home back closer to where our family is and none of us could fly there to help coordinate. Nate who I made my reservations with was amazing! He was accessible anytime we needed him, the few customer service representatives I spoke to when we checked in were also always very helpful and polite. Since we weren’t able to fly to help facilitate Paramount made everything smooth and definitely stress free. We were worried about a price increase since we did a quote over the phone with my grandmother but Nate assured me we had enough reserved.
The moving crew that was sent out was very polite and professional. I FaceTimed with the driver. He showed me the space we reserved and assured me we didn’t need any more space and I was able to explain what needed to be packed by them and they added the 5 boxes of China, mattress cover for free. Delivery took 9 days and no damages to any furniture or dishes. It was the same truck and David the foreman that picked up everything also delivered everything. I would recommend to use this company as we will be using them again once we sell our house next year. Price was 2563.00 for 400 cubic feet included with the crating of the China cabinet.

Worst experience ever. Took our money and didn't move us. Tried to get a copy of the contract and they say we never had one. Even though our bank lists them as receiving payment. Tried to contact the person doing the moving and he couldn't speak a word of English. Looking for an attorney to move forward with a breach of contract suite.

Everything fine with this company! They handle all the move from A to Z!!! If you want to have stress free, hire them! Very dedicated, punctual and carefully with the belongings. The crew make a good job! Since the PU on Florida and in the delivery in NJ. Amazing experience.

Sammy and his guys were so professional and helpful! They asked questions, verified what was to be taken and what was to be left behind. Very friendly and fast. I appreciate all the attention to detail. They all were respectful of my space and time. I never saw tape and plastic wrap applied so quickly!

Great experience from booking to delivery! I made reservations with Emily, had to change the date several times! They were very accommodating with our sudden changes! I moved my girlfriend from NYC to Miami FL! Movers were amazing! The agent they sent out was Perfectly Fast Moving! 100% would recommend!
