Being in the military, we had multiple overseas and in-state moves and by far, Paramount Van Lines team is at the top. They were super professional and informative. Extremely nice and they kept asking and making sure that we didn’t have any questions or concerns. They made us feel at ease. Everything was packed with care and nothing felt rushed. Although, we have not received our shipment yet, I’m sure that everything is well taken care of. Thank you Paramount Van Lines!

Exceptional moving experience from start to finish. My sales reps, Carol and Seam were professional and so helpful. They were patient while I worked through a very complicated move that involved downsizing from a family home and storage and packing and more. Because of them, I felt at ease and had far LESS stress than I would have. Also my move went seamlessly. Dakota and his guys were prompt, communicative and thorough. They are the epitome of white glove service. I am beyond grateful! Thank you so much Paramount Van Lines! I’d use you again and recommend you in a heartbeat!

I want to share my experience with Paramount Van Lines. It was fantastic. They were on time. The movers came into the house and reviewed everything with me before starting. They tagged everything. They took a physical inventory and then they began packing. Moving can be stressful. However, the movers had planned and prepared so it went very smoothly, and they kept to their schedule. I did check in with at least four other moving companies in the area but l chose Paramount Van Lines, I’m so glad I chose them.

Sean at Paramount Van Lines is a very dedicated and caring moving coordinator. He reached out to me several times to assist me with my move. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, I ended up going with another company. I should have written down her name, but I wasn't focused when he initially called me, and that's on me. However, Sean was still was very helpful trying to ensure that I was getting a good service that I was paying for with another company. He asked for my moving quote and audited it to make sure I was getting a fair shake and admitted that it is comparable to what they would have charged me and wished me the best. Who does that? I'll tell you who does that, somebody who really cares about you and your move! That kind of dedication is rare, and in retrospect, I wish I would have used Paramount Van Lines. This will be my last move, so I won't be able to use Paramount Van Lines, but they definitely have my heart.

I highly recommend Paramount Van Lines. Paul and 2 men came. They came EXACTLY on time for my 9am move. They communicated with me throughout the whole move. They wrapped my furniture skillfully and with care. All of the furniture and boxes in the living room were out of the apartment within 20 minutes. When I got to my storage facility, there were issues with the freight elevator. This was very frustrating and seemed like the move was going to be ruined. However, Paul was set on finding a solution. He went to the other end of the facility and found another small elevator. It was confusing how to operate the elevator, but he kept trying and figured it out.
The movers then had to move the furniture through a winding hallway and up a smaller elevator making the move take longer. But this did not stop them from being efficient. They did not seem frustrated or annoyed either. This made the move so much easier on me as the customer. The way they fix everything into the storage unit was amazing. I could not have imagined a better moving experience.

THIS COMPANY IS A GROUP OF CAREER CRIMINALS. There are maybe 5-10 people at most, not a call center. This is not a legit business - go to a site that is vetted like Forbes for mover recommendations. Full names of each of the scammers:

I found the owner via the secretary of state, he is a known fraudster who has been prosecuted. Daniel R **: individual who filed the business with Florida Secretary of State. These people are going to piss off the wrong people if they are not stopped soon.

I am waiting for my shipment and all of my e mails are being sent back saying wrong e mail. Terrible communication. Sure hope I get my stuff after all the money I paid YIKES!! A bit of a nightmare for sure....

Definitely the best Florida area movers! First time moving so I had to ask a lot lol. I'd love to have these guys again in case I'm gonna be relocating next time. Solid work, would also like to appreciate their team member, Dakota, who assisted us since last week, I had a great experience with their process. Very accurate estimate too so I knew exactly what I am paying for till the very end.

Paramount Van Lines exceeded our expectations. We called in on a weekend and spoke with Dakota who handled our inquiries nicely and got our moved scheduled right away in such a short notice. Very trustworthy and reliable team in Florida area! My family would definitely recommend them.

The absolute worst moving experience I have ever had. Moving from Pennsylvania to Florida. I decided not to do it myself this time and call a moving company. Bad choice. They showed up a day late and over two hours late and with only one guy, the driver. He waited around for an hour and half until help showed up. These helpers???? They hire people off of Facebook Marketplace to just show up at your house and start moving your stuff for $20 an hour!! Background checks?? Doubtful!! I have two young daughters at home!! Not good!! I was told it would be a "white glove" experience. That I would have to do nothing. Yea right!!!
After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the packing to start I just started doing it myself with the driver. I had a quarter of the truck loaded before help showed up!! One guy showed up on a bicycle!! The other two??? (Eyes rolling) I'm not so sure about. One smelled like an ashtray and the other I thought was going to have a heart attack!!! Then I didn't stop until the truck was fully loaded at 8pm. They brought 20 boxes that I requested and blankets but no packing material. Thank God, I had that! So, my wife and kids had to start packing the kitchen while I was helping to load the truck. Only because I was told it was "white glove service". What a joke!! Truck showed up two days later at my new house. Guess what!? No helpers!! Just the driver.
Thank God I was prepared and had someone to help ME unload the truck with the driver. Oh, the truck you ask???. Was a rental from Penske and the cargo area leaked!!! Within 1 hour Paramount Van Lines was calling for the finale payment. What a multi-hour joke that was. I told them, no problem on payment, but I wanted to know how much of a discount I was getting for all the work and supplies I had to do and provide. Well here comes the attitude!! Basically, they told me that was my problem, and no one told me to do that. Wrong answer!! I shouldn't have had to do anything! So, the argument went back and forth, and they threatened to keep my stuff and take it to storage until I paid and hung up on me twice!!
Already had half the truck unloaded anyway. (Smiley face.) I told them no worries you'll get your money but the negative review campaign you will get from me will cost you a whole lot more than my discount you would have given me. So, for almost two hours we tried to make payment because, "We don't take final payment by credit card." WHAT!? For almost two hours we tried to figure out how to get payment to them until they said. "Ok my boss said we can take it by debit card." Really!!
After they got payment, they tried to make nice and ask me to not leave negative reviews if they paid MY helper and gave me a discount for the work I did. "We will call you Monday and discuss it with you." Sure!! That was two weeks ago. So here I am on my negative review campaign against a company that made me vow to never hire a moving company ever again. They only want your money!!! Rent a U-Haul truck and some movers and do it yourself. You will save thousands upon thousands of dollars and thank me in the end. Good Luck!!!
