They blamed everything on the crew that they hired to pick up our stuff, claiming it was their fault. Even though paramount sold our move to them! Legally paramount is to have certain signed agreements with the agents they use. They did not have a licensed registered agent service our move, they knowingly sold our move to some guy, and had no binding agreement with the company, nor any license or insurance to actually be a mover.

We literally paid them to destroy everything we owned, the best part was paramount trying to force us to sign a nondisclosure agreement so that we wouldn't sue, write negative reviews or come after them for the literal criminal act and disgusting way that they treated us. I understand that we hired a broker, and I am all well with a company brokering my move to a licensed legitimate Moving Company, however, they didn't. They sold it off knowing this guy had no moving company, no dot number, license or business even touching our things.

They falsified paperwork, fake DOT numbers and had some random people in a rental truck throw it on a truck and then literally dump it. All the while it took them 2 months to figure out what had actually happened because paramount had no idea where our items were. They had no paper trail of who did our move, where the money went. Nothing.

Making us send them copies of paperwork and bank account so that they could trace back where the money went and who had our things. Paramount only actually brought us a 1/4 of our items and left the rest gathered all over this poor woman's yard. They moved us in November, it's now April, and the majority of our belongings are still spread across this property completely destroyed, reeking of dead animals, mold, feces and dirt. My grandmother's antique furniture ripped to shreds, our boxes ripped open and ransacked, our clothing thrown all over the place, with holes and dirt and blood. The smell is indescribable.

When the delivery driver arrived he would not bring our stuff in as he said he had not been paid, when we called paramount asking them to pay the driver they said no, the driver called the owner of paramount on speaker demanding pay and he began yelling and cursing at the driver and after an hour finally paid him half of their agreement. Thank god the driver had a heart and delivered our stuff, he told us he was never paid his full check and never worked for paramount again, that there are awful rumors in the moving community about how awful paramount is and the owners being scammers and not paying employees and having a toxic and abusive work environment. I witnessed that first hand based on the few phone calls we heard.

They're disgusting people, stay away, they clearly thought nothing of doing this to us, don't take any accountability, do not care that we literally lost everything (my children's clothing, toys, photos, family heirlooms, important documents, jewelry, furniture, literally everything) and this happened to 2 others as well. The owners and operators of this company are clearly heartless and brainless. They do not deserve to stay in business or be able to ever operate again.

The owner and his managers are incredibly rude, yelling and harassing customers, very condescending and manipulative, trying to turn everything back around on the customer. They should be ashamed of themselves. Unless you want to pay someone to literally destroy your entire life and livelihood and worldly possessions, and emotionally physically, and mentally torture you and your family, run far away from this sad excuse for a Moving Company. Criminals, thieves, predators, scammers, con artists, greedy, selfish scumbags!

I found the owner via the secretary of state, he is a known fraudster who has been prosecuted. Daniel R **: individual who filed the business with Florida Secretary of State. These people are going to piss off the wrong people if they are not stopped soon.

After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the packing to start I just started doing it myself with the driver. I had a quarter of the truck loaded before help showed up!! One guy showed up on a bicycle!! The other two??? (Eyes rolling) I'm not so sure about. One smelled like an ashtray and the other I thought was going to have a heart attack!!! Then I didn't stop until the truck was fully loaded at 8pm. They brought 20 boxes that I requested and blankets but no packing material. Thank God, I had that! So, my wife and kids had to start packing the kitchen while I was helping to load the truck. Only because I was told it was "white glove service". What a joke!! Truck showed up two days later at my new house. Guess what!? No helpers!! Just the driver.

Thank God I was prepared and had someone to help ME unload the truck with the driver. Oh, the truck you ask???. Was a rental from Penske and the cargo area leaked!!! Within 1 hour Paramount Van Lines was calling for the finale payment. What a multi-hour joke that was. I told them, no problem on payment, but I wanted to know how much of a discount I was getting for all the work and supplies I had to do and provide. Well here comes the attitude!! Basically, they told me that was my problem, and no one told me to do that. Wrong answer!! I shouldn't have had to do anything! So, the argument went back and forth, and they threatened to keep my stuff and take it to storage until I paid and hung up on me twice!!

Already had half the truck unloaded anyway. (Smiley face.) I told them no worries you'll get your money but the negative review campaign you will get from me will cost you a whole lot more than my discount you would have given me. So, for almost two hours we tried to make payment because, "We don't take final payment by credit card." WHAT!? For almost two hours we tried to figure out how to get payment to them until they said. "Ok my boss said we can take it by debit card." Really!!

After they got payment, they tried to make nice and ask me to not leave negative reviews if they paid MY helper and gave me a discount for the work I did. "We will call you Monday and discuss it with you." Sure!! That was two weeks ago. So here I am on my negative review campaign against a company that made me vow to never hire a moving company ever again. They only want your money!!! Rent a U-Haul truck and some movers and do it yourself. You will save thousands upon thousands of dollars and thank me in the end. Good Luck!!!
