    Richard was very professional, thorough, he explained the whole process, everything went on smoothly. The movers called in the morning to give us an estimated time of arrival. They were on time, very friendly. They worked fast and efficient, took care of furniture wrappings and all. We are very satisfied with the service rendered.

    Sean at Paramount Van Lines is a very dedicated and caring moving coordinator. He reached out to me several times to assist me with my move. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part, I ended up going with another company. I should have written down her name, but I wasn't focused when he initially called me, and that's on me. However, Sean was still was very helpful trying to ensure that I was getting a good service that I was paying for with another company. He asked for my moving quote and audited it to make sure I was getting a fair shake and admitted that it is comparable to what they would have charged me and wished me the best. Who does that? I'll tell you who does that, somebody who really cares about you and your move! That kind of dedication is rare, and in retrospect, I wish I would have used Paramount Van Lines. This will be my last move, so I won't be able to use Paramount Van Lines, but they definitely have my heart.

    I would give them zero stars if I could. I paid the deposit and I decided to cancel within the 3 day period when I’m supposed to get a full refund, and they never gave me my money back. We ended up using other movers, every time I talk to customer service and they say I should get it in the next payment cycle which is 15th and 30th of each month but it’s been over 2 months since I canceled and I’m still out almost $3000. This “business” is a scam.

    I had a fantastic experience with Paramount Van Lines! The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time and completed everything faster than expected without cutting corners. All of my belongings arrived in perfect condition, except for one mirror that unfortunately cracked during the move. But to their credit, they replaced it quickly and without hesitation. Their customer service and care truly stood out. Highly recommend!

    I moved my apartment and storage unit contents into a new townhouse, and I honestly thought it would be chaos with two pickup points. (Paramount Van Lines ) handled the timing perfectly, showed up early at both locations, and got everything loaded without delays. They didn’t confuse a single box and even helped with some minor disassembly. Everything was in the right room by the end of the day. I was seriously impressed.

    Bottom line we would not have been able to do what these incredible movers did for us. Packing the truck with precision and making sure furniture was wrapped with great care. They are on time, polite and worked every minute. We arrived at our new home and nothing was broken or damaged. We would highly recommend Paramount Van Lines.

    I highly recommend Paramount Van Lines. Paul and 2 men came. They came EXACTLY on time for my 9am move. They communicated with me throughout the whole move. They wrapped my furniture skillfully and with care. All of the furniture and boxes in the living room were out of the apartment within 20 minutes. When I got to my storage facility, there were issues with the freight elevator. This was very frustrating and seemed like the move was going to be ruined. However, Paul was set on finding a solution. He went to the other end of the facility and found another small elevator. It was confusing how to operate the elevator, but he kept trying and figured it out.

    The movers then had to move the furniture through a winding hallway and up a smaller elevator making the move take longer. But this did not stop them from being efficient. They did not seem frustrated or annoyed either. This made the move so much easier on me as the customer. The way they fix everything into the storage unit was amazing. I could not have imagined a better moving experience.

    Easiest move I’ve had. Would recommend it to anyone. Paramount Van Lines is a very friendly and professional company. They walked me through the entire moving process and helped me feel at ease. On moving day, they moved everything over smoothly and properly. Once the job was done, the total was even below the estimate provided. I was stunned. The movers were also friendly and hardworking.     AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The company is a broker that lures you in with very low estimate and makes you sign a waiver of visual inspection. The contractor company arrives very late in the day and recalculates the price, tripling it. At that point, you are forced to go with it because all your stuff is packed and you have no other solutions but rely on these movers. Then, it gets worse after that.

    Your information, including your names, phone numbers, case numbers, etc shared with some scammers that present yourself as Paramount Vans representatives and offer their help to fix things. They pretend to give you a discount and lure you into paying some fees through app such as Zelle or Apple Cash. They will tell you that your moving truck is on its way and as soon as you pay those fees, it will be pulling in your driveway. It’s all a scam and no truck comes after you pay. My parents still waiting for their stuff. It has been a week after assigned delivery date. Avoid these criminals at all cost! Save your sanity and money.

    Avoid this company at all costs — worst moving experience ever. I booked an interstate move through Paramount Van Lines who say they are carrier but broker, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. What they promised and what actually happened were two completely different things. Unprofessional Movers: The moving crew they sent was late, careless, and did not speak English. Items were packed haphazardly, fragile items were tossed in with no protection, and boxes were crushed poorly taped. The boxes came out of the truck upside down. More of my items are ruined rather than intact. The majority of the furniture arrived damaged or broken. I am not exaggerating when I say all of my items were scratched, dented, irreparable, and/or irreplaceable.

    Terrible Packing: Nothing was labeled. They used random boxes and materials and left a huge mess behind. They didn’t bring proper supplies, despite being told in advance what we needed. Fragile items were not wrapped but non fragile items such as paper towels were wrapped. They did not pack my drawers for 3 big dressers and ruined the dressers and all of the contents.

    Bait-and-Switch Pricing: I was quoted one price, then charged much more and left with no alternative options. This broker intentionally underquoted the amount of space to get us to sign the contract then at final inventory, after the 72-hour period during the nonrefundable period, they doubled the price. Once they changed the estimate, I had no choice but to pay.

    Delays and Poor Communication: My delivery window came and went with no one showing up on the scheduled packing date. I was given different excuses every time I called. No Accountability: When I complained, both the broker and the moving company blamed each other. Neither would take responsibility for the poor service and damages. I trusted them with my belongings during a major life move, and they completely failed. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak — do your research and choose a reputable moving company, not a shady broker like this one

    They're Unprofessional, Thieves, and Scammers! Paramount Van Lines moving company said they would deliver in 2 weeks. Although it took two months. Not once did Paramount call back in 2 months they had my property. My brand new $1,000 couch they tore. My grow lights are broken through the box. 3 Brand New Big screen TVs in original boxes stolen. My family photo albums priceless stolen. Coin collection stolen. All my kitchen appliances brand new in the original boxes stolen. Tools stolen. Competition pellet air gun in gun case stolen. And other items stolen. Don't trust them! Run the other way! Called the POLICE, FBI, and the "FMCSA".

    Hey everyone, I was moving from Florida to South Dakota since April 2025. Paramount Van Lines came to pick up my things. They never deliver it yet. I have call so many times for delivery. Every time I call customer service tells me the delivery date in the air because they give my things to different companies to deliver it. I been in SD for months now and still can’t get my things. Now I’m going to let the police know wtf going on. I have paid the full amount for delivery but still can’t receive my things.

    I was on the phone talking with various moving companies. Paramount Van Lines seemed to have everything I needed, including storage at the destination location, so I signed up. I was speaking with Shane **, who told me that to get the discounts he had quoted to me I would need to pay a substantial deposit right away, $2804. So I did. However, when the slew of email messages arrived, including instructions for packing, etc., I noticed it did not include any mention of the storage costs, which he had said would be cut by a factor of 2.

    Since this was important (I need about 6 mo storage), I called back to try to get the number quoted in writing. Never again could I speak with Shane **, but I talked to Catherine, who said that someone from the moving team would be calling (they are to call 2 days before the move) with the cost. I said that isn't good enough. I needed the cost that Shane gave me in writing early on. If not, the deal is shot. I called them each day for a while, then finally gave up and am told that the deposit I put down is non-refundable and I won't be getting that back (that info from Julia, who I spoke with when I cancelled.) So a non-refundable high value deposit with NO expectation of performance by the company!! Shame on Paramount!!

    First contacted Paramount in Nov 2024, after 2-3 calls to Florida from WA state, my wife and I thought we had a "moving company" who would move our items, but they wanted us to do a "virtual" tour of our house to estimate our item/costs. No in-person came to do an onsite estimate, "not needed." The approx. $4000 deposit was taken by credit card then silence until a week before we were to move in January. Then we find out not Paramount but "U-ship Van Lines" (aka: "Rado Moving Co") calls to be the actual mover.

    After 2 days of packing & lading our items, the credit card billing payments started while we were traveling to OK from WA. They could not take/do a single payment (What? Why? no real reason given). But payments on CC bill showed to Verizon, then Ikea, U-haul, some bill pay service company in South Carolina, but I did get receipts from Uship for almost all. Too strange for my CC company, they handled most as possible fraud (of course they did!). Had multiple phone calls to try and figure it out 2 items were fraudulent. Billing a fiasco, even final payment on delivery had to cash, or Money order or cashiers check. On day of delivery 1 guy shows up to unload the truck, its 4 + rooms of furniture & barely speaks English. How insane for 1 guy to do that, he found a local guy to help him. Full absence of "professional" movers.

    We had to move in phases because our new house wasn’t ready all at once. The movers worked with us over the course of two weeks, moving some items into temporary storage and the rest into our new place, coordinated everything perfectly, making sure the right items went to the correct location each time.     In my experience with movers, Paramount Van Lines was head and shoulders above the rest. They were really careful not to damage any of my furniture when they moved it.     This is my first time giving any business a negative review but I felt this one was warranted. In January this year, we used Paramount movers to move from Florida to Los Angeles. Though our items were picked up and delivered within the time frame, the unfair business tactics and horrible and rude customer service left us angry and frustrated and cost us more than $1000 from the original contract. I am sharing the tips from my experience below to save you the frustration and agony. You should specifically watch out for the following items:

    1. Do not sign the contract until a field officer comes and physically inspect your items or requests the photos & dimensions of each item you are planning to move and you have proof of the estimation calculation. They quote a low price to get into the contract binding with 40% or more payment upfront using improper estimation of the shipment items and square footage to subsequently raise the cost before the move. The contract specifies the customer is not allowed to cancel due to changes in cost of the move. Get everything in writing, including proof of measurements for any square footage increase claims.

    2. Do not sign the contract if they have not shared the packing procedures upfront. Understand your responsibilities clearly as their procedures are vague at some points. Get written clarification for specific items of your list, as their verbal assurances will NOT be honored.

    4. Beware of their horrible customer service. They are very rude, unresponsive and unreliable once they get your money. They keep transferring you from one representative (broker/contractor) to the other and they will not honor the previous representative’s words. Once the move is complete, they refuse to return calls, emails or messages so there is no recourse if items were lost or damaged during the move. Their tactic seems to be ignoring the customer so that customer gives up complaining and takes no action against them as the days pass by. Use significant caution when doing business with this company.
