They brought extra padding for our fragile items, double-wrapped mattresses, and even took the time to reassemble our children’s heavy bunk bed set at the destination so everyone had a place to sleep on night one.

National Relo Movers helped coordinate our move from Texas up to Ohio, and the entire experience was solid. The estimate was clear from the start, and when we updated our inventory list a few days prior to pickup, they adjusted our quote immediately so there were no surprises on loading day. The moving crew showed up on time, wrapped our heavy wood furniture carefully, and communicated well throughout transit. All of our boxes arrived intact within the agreed delivery window.

For our workplace move, we chose National Relo Movers, and they performed an excellent job. The group handled everything with care, professionalism, and organization. We swiftly returned to work after the transfer was finished on schedule and without any harm. Without a doubt, I would suggest them.

A disorganized process was made easier by National Relo Movers. I had issues with my closing attorney, but the moving crew remained composed and concentrated. They quickly put my complicated bunk beds back together so the kids could have a place to sleep.

It’s hard to find honesty in moving, but these guys have it. There was a bit of a dispute with the carrier regarding the final cubic footage, and National Relo Movers stepped in immediately to mediate. They stood by their initial estimate and made sure the carrier honored the agreement. They also compensated us for a scratched dresser without any drama. It’s rare to find a broker that sticks by the customer like that.

Moved on June 5 from TX to Ohio. It's been over a month. No call ..No DM. And called them 5 times. Receptionist says, "Someone will call you back." They have not. The truck picked my staff on June 5 and told me it will take up to 2 weeks to deliver. It's been over a month. I was told to move things would be 1800..They charged on the day additional 1100.

We were pretty anxious about the difficulties of our overseas relocation, however this crew was a true genius at packing the sea crates. Everything was delivered to our new foreign home undamaged. Perfect work.

Throughout my move, National Relo Movers delivered outstanding service. Everything was handled with care, professionalism, and timeliness by the staff. The entire process was stress-free because everything came securely.

Our first out of state move, ugh. First quote was $4900, 2 days before the move gave a detailed inventory of items, it doubled due to being a full truck vs half truck, this made sense. We were also told verbally 2-3 days for delivery. The team came, did a look over, price went up another $3000, we had no choice. Then we get to Vegas, follow up on delivery after getting an email saying 500-1500 miles is 3-14 business days. Found out our stuff was still in Denver! Dan the manager and Jerri the estimate person never responded to my calls/texts regarding my concerns. The dispatch people told me everything was in their hands now, and "it is in the contract" regarding delivery regardless of what we were told. Then we were told our things were being "loaded" on that Thursday, this was 5 days after pick up, that is when we found out they move our things from truck A to truck B, again was told "It's in your contract".

This has been the worst moving experience. The quote they orginally gave us was around 3500. Now they are trying to charge us over double that, and our stuff has not changed. They also picked our stuff up 2 weeks ago. We do not know where it is and have not yet got an ETA. When we call and ask, someone says they will find out and call us back. When/if we do get a return call, the information is vague. I would recommend to no one. Feels like a scam.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They do not do the work themselves, but contract with others to actually do the packing, loading, moving, and unloading. Their initial estimate was really low, so that interested us. In actuality, they never did a personal or video estimate of our belongings prior to taking a $4000+ non-refundable deposit. The final cost was 2 1/2 x their initial estimate. ($38,000+) We were inexperienced and definitely should have chosen a more reputable moving company for that same price.

We have had a lot of trouble with this company; they were not on time to pick up and deliver, and many items were damaged. It took a long time to load the trucks due to a lack of assistance. We will not recommend them to anybody. Also, really expensive.

Long story short - don't trust National Relomovers. They lied to us, misrepresented their business and were incredibly rude. Initially, I talked with Brendan. My daughter was moving from Michigan to Georgia. I was quoted a "discounted price" of $1599 due to a cancellation and I was also told that there would be no extra charges for load size etc. Brendan was really pushing the "deal" telling me that they really needed to fill the spot so they would have business on that weekend. I specifically asked him if he was a broker or a moving company. He said they were NOT a broker. Pick-up date was set as was drop off date - June 11 and 14 respectively.

If I could negative stars I would. They came, saw everything that we wanted moved before the moving day, gave a quote and promised a morning window. The movers didn’t show up until late afternoon, and doubled the price on the spot. Customer service threatened to withhold the deposit and leave us in a lurch, with no other options. We’re also promised their employees were the movers (they were a third party), and the truck would be going to California, when come to find out it was all going to be unloaded at a warehouse and then shipped in a different container. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS PEOPLE OR THEIR SALESMAN BRENDAN!!

Warning: Misleading Business Practices – Do Not Use This Company. This company falsely advertises itself as a family-owned, veteran-operated moving company and claims not to be a broker. These claims are completely misleading. In reality, they are brokers who subcontract your move to third parties and are not the ones who will handle your belongings. The movers who arrived were not professionals. They showed up in a rented U-Haul truck, not a company-branded moving vehicle, and were accompanied by individuals who appeared untrained and unprofessional. Some of them had poor hygiene and handled our belongings carelessly, throwing items into the truck without regard for damage.

This is an absolute ridiculous company. They do not mention that they contract out for movers. Nikki (employee) never told me it was a rough estimate on the cost. So instead of paying $1600 after all said and done it cost me $2600. When you need information or have more questions you can not contact anybody.

We contracted their services for a planned move. Our clients had a heart complication and required surgery and had to cancel the move. This company refused to give back any of the deposit. Very shady and terrible business practice.

I reserved my move from Ohio to Florida. They gave me an initial estimate and on move day is was actually cheaper. The service and attention to every detail was amazing. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you to the entire team! The movers even took their shoes off at the door.

I hired National Relo Movers to do my first interstate move and boy am I so glad! The crew that packed me up was very nice and took care of my items like it was their own. The support staff was very helpful as well and never seemed upset with my questions. I was so nervous to use a moving company but they definitely made me feel better!

I'm beyond impressed. I move frequently for my job and was able to get serviced promptly and very professionally. They weren't the cheapest but they were less than Hay Flower. Im very surprised my representative financially and items wise hit the nail on the head. I paid the exact amount quoted and I even did a virtual tour so their weren't any surprises
