Very quick and efficient solution to my question. All I had to do was ask a simple question and I got a fast response that solved my issue. Would that all websites were so efficient and had easy customer support. I spoke to a real person and got a real answer to my question. It would have been even better if I had a self service option for this but, in its absence, this is fine.

When I ordered the report back in December 2024, it was for one property only. Afterward, I was charged for several months and kept seeing this charge of $20.00. However, upon contacting them at support@propertyrecs.com, they reversed the charges and promised a refund. They were quick and responsive to closing my account. Again, thank you for honoring your word. It is nice to see that this was handled with professionalism and courtesy.

I had a very positive experience working with Nancy, and I truly appreciate the level of support she provided. From the moment the issue arose, she responded quickly and handled everything with calm professionalism. What stood out most was how kind and efficient she was throughout the entire process. It’s not often that situations are resolved so smoothly, but Nancy made it feel effortless.

I was served and helped in a timely manner. They canceled my account without hesitation. It helped me from paying unwanted fees. I'm not sure how I became a member but I'm glad it was solved quickly. I would prefer to have a notification letting me know that I have a membership fee due before they take it from my account as I didn't realize I was subscribed.

I somehow had an account, costing $20 per month, for a service I don't use other than a search on my own property once in November 2024. I was charged for Jan thru May of 2025 for a total of $100. I complained to a support services individual named Rachael who graciously verified my account was closed and said she would reimburse my credit card account which she immediately did. We all know that is rarely how these sort of disputes go so I'm grateful.

I thought this service was a one time payment and was helped today to close my account, appreciate the help. Thank you again for your prompt service. This was a quick process and I am happy for the assistance to close my account. If I need assistance in the future, I know where to go.

Person was pleasant and quickly helped me solve my problem. The person also answered my questions prompt and clearly. I had a few questions and the person was able to direct me to exactly what I needed. She was also quick to ask if I had any further concerns and sent me an email documenting our conversation.

Hello I don’t remember an account number. But I wish they provided the first owner of property 5545 Media because I was doing a project and could not complete it due to lack of ownership information. But I appreciate the tech for cancelling any membership I didn’t want or need.

Per website, I paid to have a search done on 2 adjoining properties regarding an encroachment issue. I requested building permits for a house and shed. Nothing found and I was told to go to local office to find building permits. If I have to go myself to get information, why did I pay your site? Waste of money!
