Zurich's service has been wonderful. I just had a problem with the window and that was gonna cost me $500 for the motor but the warranty covered it. It was well worth it.

My vehicle service experience was great. It's a stress reliever for me.
They respond quickly. They also answer questions and the things that they know. I used it twice in January. I had a plug-in patch earlier in the month and I just got a nail in my tire a couple of days ago. They replaced the tire.
We got free service the first time for the free oil change and the shop took care of it.
I’ve used Zurich on the oil changes and we had a sensor that went out a couple of weeks ago before a road trip to see some family for the holidays. That was really annoying. It was flashing on the dashboard and beeping. I took it to the dealer and it was covered under the warranty. So it already paid for itself just in one visit. I also reached out to somebody at Zurich because the dealership was a pain in the butt. If you don't know what you have, they don't really want to tell you. Even though they’re in service, they’re still salesmen and they make money on the more stuff they make you think you have to do. Zurich's rep told me that based on what I told him, the service I needed would be under the electrical. It was very helpful to go into the dealership knowing this information, so I was more confident in saying that it was going to be covered by the warranty.
I'm very satisfied with their service.
Their price was good. Had dealt with other providers and seen pricing and Zurich was competitive. The service offered was acceptable. My experience has been good and I'm satisfied.
When I got to the dealer, there was a miscommunication between the service members and getting parts for the oil change, but everything else was fine.
This is my second time with dealing with BMW of Brentwood. Both times I have had Kevin as my service point person. I have moved here from Northern California. Kevin and all the people that I have dealt with been friendly, professional and transparent. People like Kevin is one of the reason I moved to Tennessee. This dealership does business the right way and put the customer first. This is why I will not go any place else or deal with anyone else.

Signing up with Zurich was easy to do. I had an oil change too. They did very well with their services. It was timely and speedy. I appreciate it.
My experience with your company I rated "HIGH" because the service was quick, fast and the work that was done to my vehicle looked very professional The customer service department was very informative and answered my questions and concerns. I received phone calls to let me know about the parts that was needed to be ordered and when they would arrive to the shop and how long from there it would take to put the parts on the vehicle. I was very impress and happy with the final outcome. I would recommend a friend to get their work done at Koontz Paint and Bodyworks.
I bought a car and it included service for a year. I recently had an oil change and tire rotation done, and it went fine.
I had my vehicle in for a service and they changed the oil. It was all free. I would recommend Zurich.
I cancelled all the extended warranties I took on this vehicle with Zurich. I didn't use them at all. After sitting down and reading them, that added almost $5,000 to my loan. I don't need it. But when I wrote the letters and when I called and checked up to make sure everything got delivered like it should, the people I dealt with were very polite and the customer service was good. When I bought the vehicle, I got two free oil changes and I used one of them. The only thing is, it took two and a half hours for them to change my oil. It was a Saturday and they were busy but I called and made an appointment. I didn't realize it was gonna take that long.
I got an oil change and Zurich provided very good service. They were very friendly and it was an easy experience. The only thing was they didn’t text me so I sat there for a while and I was wondering where my car was. Other than that, I have no issues.
In sales, they were very knowledgeable with my service. I had a fantastic dealership and my experience was just right the way they said it would be. They also got all of the amenities that a person needs to be able to sit in their waiting area for a while, and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.
My experience with Zurich has been great, so far. It seemed like a good plan. The reps were helpful and seemed knowledgeable, too.
The service of Zurich was good.
We had a ‘15 CRV, a ‘17 CRV, and now, a 2020 CRV. We had Zurich with all of them. Process-wise, we have to go through an intermediary or the dealership and that's the only issue I have. When I tried to use Zurich, the dealership said there was an old damage so I went to another place. Other than that, I love Zurich's product and service.
They are the most incompetent service dept. I've ever dealt with and they are crooked. They charged both of us 2x for work that didnt need to be done, never fixed problem. The last time they finally threw their hands in the air and told me they don't know what to do. I showed them the scan I did with my OB2 tool but they disregarded it. After I left them I bought that part for $40 and installed it in 10 min, the truck has been flawless since. I lost 2 weeks without a vehicle, both of us paid for work that didnt need to be done and didn't fix the truck. They should be SUED. They have no idea how to fix a vehicle or treat a customer. ZURICH did exactly what I paid them to do and I Thank You.
Thank you, Huntington Volvo for helping me in my time of need. I hit a pothole causing my tire to go flat. I called Huntington Volvo they told me to bring my vehicle in (to my surprise they were so accommodating so fast.) The tire needed to be replaced, hole in the sidewall. Huntington Volvo, had me in and out 35 minutes top. Thanks again.

The Zurich shield was sold to me as a SERVICE, not a product. And so far, as best I can tell the Zurich "shield" doesn't work all that great at keeping my car cleaner or whatever it was supposed to do. I understand that some of this falls on the dealership, not the product. But I'm not impressed with any of it unfortunately.

With Zurich package, I get four free services. I did get an oil change the other day. The service was okay. It was good that I didn't have to wait too long. Try Zurich. I’m comfortable with the service.

I had my vehicle serviced for an electronic part. The engine light came on. I took it to the dealership, they diagnosed and had my car fixed within an hour. The deductible was applied and I was a happy customer. No issues or discussion about not being covered.

Excellent customer service! They got us in and out in no time and were very friendly and helpful! Great team and customer focused attitude! They did a thorough check of my truck and even have it a nice wash at the end! I would definitely use them again.
