Servicing person threw rat bait into my dog kennel area at an animal hospital next to the restaurant they serviced last evening after hours. Ecolab employee walks over to my 8 foot tall fence and deliberately throws the poison over the fence in a dog walking area. Not sure if stupidity or malicious intent or both. Left message to speak to his supervisor and no return call.

This company is very unprofessional. They charge you for services that are not completed and take forever to return any calls. When you finally get a hold of someone they're also rude. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Very bad service technician. He doesn’t listen. He not even spend 2 min to do whole restaurant. Just spray little on side and done. When you ask him to do all around he’s like he’s done with service. Ripping people off. We paid off all invoices. Still they said 1 more left from April.

I've been very happy with Ecolab! All of the techs we know are great, knowledgeable and friendly. The technician is wonderful! Ecolab has been super responsive to emergencies, too. Really consider Ecolab a partner in keeping our house maintained and pleasant!

They service a Cheesecake Factory in West Palm Beach and they constantly set the fire alarm off in the building causing all the residence to lose sleep twice a month. The technician is an idiot. This company has no idea how to do pest control and blankets the restaurant in a fog of toxic chemicals and doesn't even cover the plates and cooking equipment. Don't use them.

We couldn't pay for service and our apartment was infested with German roaches and we had a new born baby so I tried to fill every hole around water all pipes and crevices, I sprayed, I trapped, and I made sure they were starving/dehydrated but nothing worked. One day, our neighbor was having her apartment sprayed. While I was talking to the neighbor, I asked if they could spray ours, they said just this once and they said it will last about 3 months. I told them I've been trying to get rid of the queen for months yet they still were still coming out, even during the day! Yet when they sprayed for us it was a blessing it did the trick and now I can manage them. That one was super nice!! However, customer service is awful and sales pitch person was crazy over the phone.

Be careful with these guys. Their contracts and policies are deceitful and disingenuous. Not very good with pest control either. They are like politicians... Many promises but no delivery. You should read one of their contracts just to get a laugh out of it.

I had used Ecolab service for my restaurant since 2011. 2018, I sold my restaurant. I called to canceled Ecolab service and paid everything that is due. I ask new owner to start a service with them which they did. The next three months service after transferred were done to new owner but invoices were sent to me. I contacted Ecolab 4 times to address invoice to new owner which I never received an respond from Ecolab.

I have called and set up two times to have a tech come to my home and spray for spiders, no one can even bother to call me and set up a time to take care of my spider problem. Will not call a third time, I will find someone who will call me.
