I have chargeable hearing aids from Starkey and they're pretty easy to use. It's been years ago since I got them. I've known about Starkey through one of those companies that did my hearing test. I would recommend them to a friend.
Hi Anedda - We do offer styles of hearing aids that have bluetooth and speech-in-noise enhancements. We recommend speaking with your hearing professional to see if you can still exchange for a model that has all of the features you are looking for.

My Starkey hearing aids let me know what level I’m at, which is my favorite feature, and I’m pleased with the model I have. The only thing is that they make the inside of my ears sweat, so I have to take them out a couple of times a day and dry my ears out.

I needed hearing aids and Starkey helped me hear a whole lot better. I was struggling with not being able to hear what was being said to me, not being able to answer right when people ask me questions. I like that I can turn them down and adjust it to where if you are in a space of a room that has an echo to it, you can still get the hearing of what people said.

I spent 30 years in a deaf community and when I began to lose my hearing in my 60s, it was time for hearing aids. I simply went to one of the local hearing aid places and they happened to be Starkey. I already knew what to look for, and the man that fitted the hearing aids did a good job.
I like the fact that I can change settings and control the volume from my phone. Hearing aids make a big difference in your life, in your communication with other people, which is certainly even more important than watching your television or hearing music. Being able to communicate with others is the key. Before I started with Starkey, I had already been wearing hearing aids. So they were just a continued enhancement to my hearing. And Starkey’s better than the other hearing aids I had.

I go to a hearing aid place and Starkey was the hearing aid that was recommended by the ear doctor. They're working well. My only problem is that I perspire quite heavily and quite often, and I know I have to watch it because I know if they get wet, it shorts them out. They have a tendency to cut off. Besides that, the quality is good.

I'm satisfied with my Starkey hearing aids. The people that I went to to get them seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product. I'm 54 and I've been wearing hearing aids since I was a toddler, so I've had my fair share of brands and styles, and these are a little more high-tech. And with them being Bluetooth, I feel like they cut in and out, which I've never experienced before. I've had digital hearing aids, but I've never had Bluetooth. They're just a little different. My phone goes straight to my hearing aids, and that's a feature that I especially like about Starkey.
My hearing aids are completely in the ear canal, and they fit fine. I don't have any issues with them. I love how they are now. I can't imagine what could possibly be next as far as the future. There's also the little box to where you can stream it to your television and adjust the volume for just yourself. So, there's that feature. However, that's above my pay grade to think about, too.
As I've gotten older, my hearing has become worse. But with the hearing aids, I can hear more now than I could even five years ago. Because of technology, I can hear birds chirping, where I've never heard them chirp before. It's little things like that that a lot of people take for granted. Now, I still can't hear a mouse. Some people can. It's been quite an adjustment from time to time because of technology. Every time I get new hearing aids, I'm able to hear something new because technology keeps improving. I can control my hearing aids through the app. I'm not so sure if it would be good for the elderly and for someone not so tech-savvy enough to be able to use the app. But for myself, I like it. I'm confident with it. I can make my own adjustments.
Once, I had an issue with getting my hearing aids updated because I changed phones, and it didn't wanna carry over to the new phone. So, I called customer service, and the lady was able to help me with no issues at all. She knew exactly what needed to be done to get my Starkey going so that I could be reconnected with my hearing aids through the phone.
As far as the price, I feel like it was fair even if I did have to pay full price. But thanks to my employer and the program that they have, insurance-wise, because I was able to pay very minimal compared to full price without any insurance coverage. This is the first time in my adult life that I've had insurance. When I was a child, my mom had other insurances through the government, and they took care of it. As an adult, I've always had to pay full price out of pocket. So, what I paid for two hearing aids is like pocket change compared to if I had to pay the full price. Price-wise, there are other brands that are cheaper, but I also feel like you get what you pay for. So, I can't really say anything negative at all about the price.
Thank you for your glowing review, Michelle. We really appreciate hearing from you.

I got my Starkey hearing aids through a government program. The hearing aids didn’t cost me anything. The only thing I pay for is the batteries, and that’s it. It’s a program that helps low‑income people. I called and got an appointment for January with the girl in Marksville. She did my hearing test, and while doing it, she set up my Starkey hearing aid right there. She put in my hearing aids the same day, right after the hearing test. It was remarkable. I thought I’d have to wait a couple of weeks. I went back for a follow‑up because I needed new domes. My right ear canal is smaller, so she gave me new ones.
I’m very satisfied. With the hearing loss I have, they work fantastic. They’re behind‑the‑ear with the little piece that goes in the ear. Once a year, they clean and check them for me. I love them. I have hearing loss in both ears, but my right ear is worse. I also have tinnitus. The ringing has been there so long that I just tune it out. The hearing aids help pick up sounds even over the ringing.
I use them when I really need to hear, like at church or the doctor’s office. Otherwise, I don’t wear the right one because it’s distracting. The one for the left ear I wear all the time. I can hear because they tuned it really loud, but it’s confusing after so many years of not hearing in one ear. Putting something in it throws me off. Still, it helps a lot. When I’m in noisy situations, I can hear over everything. I can’t normally hear a bird chirping or water dripping, but with the hearing aid, I can. It’s extremely helpful. I could have gotten Bluetooth, but I didn’t want it. It’s too distracting for me. My hearing aids use batteries, and I charge them about once a week. I use Duracell, so they last longer, sometimes eight or nine days. When I take them out at night, I open them so the battery is not running for nothing.
I get little notices from them, like an email, a card, or a text reminding me to bring in my hearing aids on certain days. I got them in Marksville at Dr. Breen's office. So far, I’ve been very satisfied. I don’t have anything to complain about.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, Nathalie.

I had a hearing test in Alexandria in Louisiana. They did a good job in helping me figure out my hearing needs. The Starkey hearing aids I got is battery operated. I also have the option to control the volume. It is what my insurance would pay for. It would have been nice if I could’ve had the higher quality ones. But the insurance is your red flag. It's whatever you can afford to buy and the programs that you can qualify. They only give you a certain brand. But the rep that I worked with was very polite and good. She was nice and she explained everything. I couldn't ask for anything better.
Thank you for leaving a review, Brenda.

My problem is tinnitus, and there’s no cure for it. The doctors said the best they can do is help me live with it, and hearing aids are one way. I tried them and they really do help. They definitely work. That’s the only reason I use hearing aids.
My daughter started all of this. She picked up the phone, made the call, and told them what was going on. Then Starkey called me. We spoke, and that’s how it came about. I can’t remember the name of the place where I got them, but it was a good experience.
The only bad thing was that they constantly change their staff. Once I got to know someone there, they were suddenly gone, especially the actual hearing doctor. She was very nice and friendly, but the next time I went in, she was gone. The same thing happened with the rest of the staff. Now, I don’t know anyone there.
Right now, I have an issue. I had my hearing aids paired to my phone through Bluetooth, but I bought a new phone in April and I can’t get them to connect. I’ve been trying to do it through the Starkey app, but for the life of me I just can’t get it to work. I finally got so frustrated that I gave up.
I need to try again because I like that feature, being able to use Bluetooth to hear music or take calls. I had it set up like that on my old phone. I’ve tried everything. I uninstalled the app, went back to the Google Play Store, and re-downloaded it. I even tried starting from the very beginning, but it still won’t let me set it up.
Overall, the experience was good. They treated me well and explained a lot. I’m actually supposed to go back, but I’ve had some scheduling issues. They’re supposed to call me early next week to set up the appointment.
Thanks for leaving a review, Jim. We have some guides available that can help you pair your hearing aids to your new phone here: https://www.starkey.com/support/connectivity-and-pairing. You're also welcome to connect with our technical support team at 1-866-637-9243.

I went in in response to a mailing from my Medicare company. They had a relationship with the vendor carrying the Starkey brand here. I had a test and it was determined that I had some hearing deficiency, primarily in one ear, and a little bit in the other. It was suggested that I needed to get hearing aids at that moment before there was much more declination of my hearing.
I chose to go ahead and get Starkey and I’ve had them for a little over a year now. There's a piece that sits behind the ear, and then it got a little wire that you got a little insert that goes into the ear canal for the aid of improving the hearing. It’s been pretty easy to get used to. But I really struggle a little bit as far as adjusting them to take care of hearing issues. There are four different settings based upon the type of environment and you can adjust the receiving sound up and down based upon particular situations for each of those four different settings. They're helpful. But I have some disagreement with my wife about the level of hearing needs I have.
Hi Paul - Thanks for your feedback. Did you know that your hearing professional can build custom programs for you? If there's a specific setting or scenario that you feel are not addressed in your current program options, it might be worth asking about at your next appointment.

My experience with Starkey was wonderful. I had a very enlightening experience with the audiologist. My experience at White's was he not only tested my hearing, but he used a different type of testing where there were recorded questions and I was to repeat the words back so he could determine how well I actually heard. I never had that before. I was very impressed.
There isn't anything I don't like about my hearing aids. My hearing aids use batteries rather than charging them. That has been fine up until the point where hearing aid batteries' manufacturers have been required to put the batteries into what they call childproof cases. And I don't even know what would be strong enough to get the cases open. It's terrible. But as far as my hearing aids go, I like that I can turn it up and down. I can also change the setting to audience or outside. But they were expensive.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Marianne!

My experience with Starkey has been crappy. I couldn't hear when I went in there and I couldn't hear went I left out of there. I could hear, but not really. I'm still asking people what do they say. I also don't have a problem with the doctor. She did what she could do. However, one company financed me from the beginning, and then they turned around and sold me to another company, and then they financed me again. So I would have to get with them on that. My Starkey hearing aid fits down in my ear. It took a little while to get used to it, but I got used to it. But I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. I'd tell them to buy that one on TV for $200. If they lose, they’re only losing a couple of hundred dollars. On my end, I'm losing thousands.
Hi Donnell - Your hearing aids should help you communicate with others. It's understandable that you're feeling this way. We highly encourage you to have a follow-up appointment with your hearing care provider, as there may be additional adjustments that can be made to help you hear a bit more in the way that you prefer.

My previous hearing aids were outdated and I looked up online and tried to find a place. The ones I got previously were in the canal just like these new Starkey that I got, but they weren't as smart as these are. These are paired with my phone, so it's easier to not miss phone calls. I have already had problems with my Starkey in the first year. It was the thing that amplifies the sound inside the hearing aid. But they fixed them right away and it all worked out okay. Whereas, it took a couple of years before I needed to have the Oticon worked on. Also, these aren't quite as hidden as my other ones, but these aren't completely in the canal. But I'm close to death without them.
For people with hearing loss, you don't miss phone calls for the most part, or text messages, even in a noisy environment. With the Bluetooth pairing, you can hear your phone call better than you possibly could have without them. That's the biggest thing that I like about it. I could sit on my couch and be watching bare-knuckle boxing on my phone, and my wife can be sitting next to me watching a Hallmark channel on the TV, and she doesn't even know what I'm watching. It's nice. You can do anything like that. It could be car racing, motorcycle racing, and you don't disturb anybody because it's only in your ear.
Bradley,

I went over different models of hearing aids that were available and a Bluetooth option was definitely a must with everything being so useful nowadays. I went with Starkey and I tried it out at home with the TV on and I'm happy with it. It works fine. Mine comes with the batteries. The batteries are not rechargeable, but they last a few days. I have them on all day. Sometimes I fall asleep with them. I have the into the canal model and I thought it was gonna feel weird. But it didn't take very long to get used to it. Just throw them on and let's go.
Using the Starkey hearing aids has helped me tremendously. I noticed the difference when I have them off. I wake up in the morning and I haven't put them in yet and I walk towards other parts of the house and I have my TV on in the bedroom. I noticed the difference from having them on or not having them on. I said, "I can't hear anything at all." There’s a major difference.
It's been a positive experience with my Starkey and I would recommend them. I've had them for a while now and they're extremely effective. I couldn't believe the difference in the noise. I go where I reside. I always sit in the lobby in the mornings and have my coffee at a convenience store across the street. Without them on, I couldn't hear a thing out there. All of a sudden, I started hearing noises when I first went out there and had them on. There are so many things I was missing. I hear the birds out there as well.
I also like the fact that I can connect them to my phone even and to my TV. I fall asleep very late. Before, I had a speaker right by my bedside and I have to be checking the volume, making sure it's not too loud, which can bother the neighbors. Now, at night, I just throw on the hearing aids and connect them to the TV and I don't have to worry about the volume bothering all the people in the building. And the volume, I can just use it for myself and I know nobody else is gonna hear it. That's a very convenient feature.

Thank you for leaving a review. Some hearing professionals like to ease their patients into new technology and may require follow-up appointments to continue dialing in your hearing profile so that you're hearing more in the way that you prefer. If you haven't already, we recommend reaching out to your provider, as there may be some small adjustments they can make to improve your experience even further.

I haven't had a problem with my Starkey hearing aids. They're a lovely device. I just have to get the tone change every now and then. Also, Starkey gave me so many batteries at the beginning that I haven't had to get any. But now, I have to start buying them. I wonder if the insurance would cover them. My hearing has been perfect with the hearing aids. I have to take them and get them readjusted because my hearing has changed a bit for the better in one year. However, the hearing aids won't correct my hearing completely. It's probably as good as it's gonna get because I got nerve damage in the ear. People will start talking to me in front instead of behind my back.
I take my hearing aids out. There were a couple of times when I fell asleep with them in my ears, and I said, "I can't believe I just did that." Also, I would turn on the volume for a while, and when I go somewhere, people would tell me, "Turn your hearing aids up. Can you not hear me?" I know where the hearing problems came from because my grandpa had hearing aids. He would turn them down on purpose, especially when we had children or grandma because she will yell at him every now and then.
Michelle,
Thank you so much for your glowing review. We're glad that your new hearing aids are making a difference!

Hi Kimberly - Thank you for leaving a review. One of the nice things about prescription hearing aids is that your provider can make adjustments and programming changes to help you hear more in the way that you prefer. There are also changes that can be made so that you do not feel a sense of fullness or plugging. We recommend setting up a follow-up appointment with your provider if you haven't already done so.

Hi Brad - Thanks for leaving a review. Adjusting to hearing aids, especially if you've had unmanaged hearing loss for a while, can be a big adjustment. Keep at it - you're doing a great job! Take it one day at a time, and keep that communication going with the office. They will be able to help make adjustments to help you hear your personal best.

My wife has an audiologist at Willoughby Hearing. We've tried different things that were promoted, little things supposed to hide in your ear, and you're not supposed to notice them. We would not have asked for a better service than we've gotten from Roz. She's done a terrific job. And my wife wouldn't want to go any other place because of her.
Starkey is better than the other ones my wife tried because it has a very small ear tube. They had a hard time getting little microphones small enough to go in there comfortably. And this lady at Willoughby Hearing did her job to get something that was comfortable. The last time we were at the location, the agent tuned them down somehow to make them a little more comfortable for her.
My wife doesn't always wear them because she's a piano player and whenever she sits on the piano, she feels like she's playing on a tin can. So, she takes the hearing aids out, sits in a little dish on the piano, and plays, and then she'll leave them there. She doesn't seem to buy the idea that by not wearing them, she's allowing room for the advancement of more failure and more dementia as she gets older. She doesn't always wear them all the time because the peace and quiet is so wonderful. When I wash dishes or do anything, everything's so crackly and noisy and everything is so intense.
The hearing aids will not give her new ears. But if she doesn't wear them, then the problem that was so clearly detailed to her about the higher frequencies that she has a problem with will only get worse if we don't maximize the stimulation that's available by wearing them.
Her audiologist is giving the best she can afford to get her under her terms with Social Security or Medicare, because they have certain limits. We have limited income and co-pays sometimes are a bit of a source of anxiety for me. But everything was paid. And every time she goes in there to have her ears cleaned or to have the hearing aids adjusted or tested, there's never any charge. That means that Medicare or Medicaid is paying for it. And maybe they're getting a $1500 hearing aid, under the limits. It could be that a $3000 hearing aid would do better than the one she's got if it were affordable. I'm sure Starkey has a range of pricing and the technology they can provide for different investments.
One of the reasons my wife wouldn’t want to go anywhere else is that she doesn’t want to lose connection with Roz. She’s an independent agent but she has all these things on the wall and certificates having to do with Starkey. My wife likes how well she's been treated by the company. We've sent the hearing aids back one time because it wasn't working right. One of them was returned and they did some kind of repair on it, so, she was only using one for a week. And she was happy to get it back, but she also commented that it's great to deal with a company that stands behind its product so unconditionally.
Thank you for your feedback, Myrl. Has you wife talked with Roz about her experience with how it sounds when she plays piano? There are some special programs that Roz can apply to her hearing aids that may help!

My favorite feature of the Starkey hearing aid is that it’s so small and invisible, and I originally decided to go with them because of the insurance and what it covered. However, I had a heck of a time at first. I’m 65 and fairly good with technology, but I thought the software and the Bluetooth connectability should have been easier. I found it pretty frustrating.
The instructions and the linkability were confusing in the beginning. Let's say, if I get a FaceTime and want someone else to hear the conversation instead of having it Bluetooth inside my head, switching back and forth was confusing. I also had trouble where one of the earpieces just simply died and nobody could figure out what happened. I did have it replaced, so I don't have a problem now.

But I love the way they look.
My mother wore hearing aids years back, and hers was about the size of a small transistor radio, and very cumbersome. So, I was surprised the first time I tried mine on because they were totally different from what I expected. I thought they'd still be noticeable, but they're not. And I was concerned because I wear my hair short, but that didn't seem to make any difference, so they’re fine. I had them replaced because it’s been five years and I’m on my second pair. However, they're very expensive.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Patricia. We're not sure which model and style of hearing aid you have, but if it is less than a few years old, we recommend contacting your hearing care professional. Generally speaking, Genesis AI and Evolv AI rechargeable hearing aids should have more than enough battery life on a single charge to power you though your day. Your provider may be able to identify if there are any issues or programming changes that are causing an unexpected battery drain.

It works great. If I don't have hearing aids, then I'm basically deaf. I can stand right under my smoke detector and if it goes off, I couldn't hear it. I have a 70% hearing loss in one ear, maybe a little more on the other. I got a Streamer. I wouldn't be without it and I had to get another one. I would be right down there as soon as their doors open. I watched TV before mostly with closed-captioning. I still use closed-captioning, but the Streamer is great.
Starkey is top-of-the-line. I know that there are more expensive ones. But I'm totally satisfied. I'm retired, fixed income and all that. I'm totally happy with them. It's not perfect but it's way better than I ever thought it would be.
They’re rechargeable unlike my last ones, which had batteries that I had to buy. I was a little concerned about that when I first got them. But I've never had an issue with them going dead on me. And I'm up early in the morning until late at night. I'm streaming and I know it pulls more battery. But by the end of the day, I'm down to about 25% battery. It lasts me through the day.

I just had a hard time hearing. So, I got a hearing aid from Starkey. I really enjoy it. Bluetooth can be utilized, so you could be hands-free. So far, they’ve been very good. It’s steep, but it does the job, like everything else.
Thank you for leaving a review, Charles. We're so happy that your new hearing aids have improved your quality of life.

My husband has had good luck with Starkey forever. I’ve had mine for less than a year. I like the new rechargeable hearing aids as well. I don’t have to buy batteries. However, it’s a little larger in my ear, and I don’t care for that.
Hi Sandra - Thanks for leaving a review. Did you know that we offer rechargeable hearing aids in two different sizes for behind-the-ear as well as completely custom-fit in-the-ear options? Wanted to let you know just in case this was a recent purchase and your provider offers a trial period. Your hearing aids should be comfortable to wear all day long!

I’ve had my hearing aids for a year now. When I got them, I went through Starkey to access the online to maintain them. The cost is right in the middle and it’s fine with me. The quality is pretty good, and I like the way I can hear my phone calls through them. Once in a while, I have trouble with the Bluetooth not connecting right. Sometimes I go to the site, and it shows that they’re not on. I went to my hearing aid clinic, and they said I have to turn my Bluetooth on and off.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, Donna!

Starkey was my first pair of hearing aids. I chose them because they had an ad where I could go in and talk to somebody, and that was what I wanted. Because a lot of the hearing aids that were advertised on TV are sent to you in the mail, and you have to find somebody to take them to, to work on them.
And the customer service representative at Starkey was really nice. But I lost one of my hearing aids, and I went back to New Orleans trying to find it, but it died out on me. So, I wish I could get that one I lost, the left one. Because they want too much for one, and I couldn’t afford that.
Thank you for leaving a review, Christopher. Our New hearing aid limited warranty doesn't include loss coverage, but we wanted to let you know that some providers offer a comprehensive worry-free warranty that includes loss coverage. Might be worth looking into when the time comes!

I bought the in ear model of Starkey hearing aids about 2 years ago. When they work they work great (with the exception of no phone app to adjust them). However, I’ve had to bring them in 9 times for repairs. One side goes out and is repaired (they have to be mailed out to the manufacturer so I’m without it for about 5-6 days). Then the other one fails and I have to do it again. Then the battery door breaks. On and on. I paid $6,000 for these! So, if you buy these, buy a second pair from the cheaper Signia brand for their basic model online for $2300 as a backup like I did.

I have owned several Starkey Hearing aids over the decades. I never really had a problems until my last BTE Hearing aid that's still under warranty. I've lost count of the times I brought it back because it's just not clear, crisp and loud enough. My Audiologist sent it back to Starkey to be rebuilt. It came back the same and lasted two weeks before it went out again. She adjusted it and it worked for 3 days and went out again. I'm profoundly deaf and I need my aids. My old Starkey's are useless and my audiologist was not able to see me for one week. She lost me as a customer. I called Innovative Hearing with 200 offices nationwide and they wouldn't help me because I didn't purchase it from them. My wife explained that it was still under Starkey Nationwide warranty. Regardless they refused. I'm done with Starkey, never again. $3300.00 down the drain.

I went to NewSound Hearing Centers, which is affiliated with Starkey. It is within my hometown and not very far away from where I lived. When I went to the office, I could tell that they had a very good chemistry. They were trying to rectify my issue with tinnitus. That was why I chose them. My test revealed that I didn't have hearing loss. The main reason that I was wearing hearing aids was to mask the sound of my tinnitus. I went with Starkey for the convenience and also the reputation from some reviews. Those two things stood out.
When I moved from Bloomfield to South Jersey, I had a homelessness situation. They were trying their best to keep up with me, wondering when I could come back to Essex County. They tried to work with me as long as they could. But it just didn't seem to work out. Insurance has different timelines as to when things need to be done in order to proceed. It wasn't something where I had to return because of issues, per se. The hearing aid model that I had cost around $3,000 and it was Medicaid coverage. In the end, my relationship with Starkey got disconnected due to my personal circumstances.

I bought my Starkey hearing aids in Issaquah, Washington. I needed them for one thing and they’re local. I live in Issaquah so it’s very easy to get to. I had Costco before and I wasn’t too happy with theirs so I was much wide open for trying a new dealership.
I’ve been having a few problems with my hearing aids though and I’ve been talking with Matthew about the sound on the ears. I get that whistle constantly. I have an appointment with him in April. We’d send one of them back and see if that might correct that. He’s tried everything he could and it hasn’t worked. But other than that, I’m happy with it except with that whistle that goes on.
Hi William - Thank you for sharing your experience. Whistling may indicate a problem with the physical fit of the hearing aids. We recommend visiting your hearing care professional to troubleshoot. They have access to an exclusive support line in the event that your provider is having a difficult time pinpointing a solution.

However, these are new to me and they’re not working properly. They’re the least expensive ones of the Starkey. I still have to make another appointment because I had one yesterday but was cancelled due to a blizzard. But other than that, I’ve never had any issues.

I dealt with Pattillo Hearing, and I thought I was buying Starkey Hearing Aids. They did a switcheroo on me and gave me Audibel, so I returned them. I looked up information on Audibel, and I could find very little, other than Starkey owns Audibel. But when I looked up the Starkey Hearing Aids, I could find all kinds of reviews on them. I was terribly disappointed when I received Audibel instead of Starkey. I bought a $399 set of hearing aids, and they are just sound amplifiers. But, they help me just fine. The $6,000 hearing aids are just a gimmick right now.
You go to Costco and get them for $1,600, and it’s the same thing. I don’t see any reason to pay all that, and they are as good as the people that can program them. My biggest thing about my Starkey experience is that I had insurance and my insurance said, “Out of the $6,000, we’re going to pay you a little bitty tiny a bit. And then you get to pay a copay plus a co-insurance.” And I thought, “Well, why am I bothering to pay insurance? I can save all that money.” So, I paid cash. I’m not impressed with them. You would do better sticking your fingers in your ear. That way, you won’t hear your wife arguing with you.
Hi Joseph - Thank you for sharing your feedback. Starkey owns Audibel, and the internal components are the same between brands. Depending on the style of Audibel hearing aids that you have, you may be able to make some adjustments on your end through your phone or via any memories programmed via the touch buttons. That being said, your hearing aids should be comfortable and stay in your ears all day. We're sorry that this was not your experience. We highly recommend contacting your provider about this, as you as there are many options, such as custom earmolds and different sized domes, that may improve your experience.
