I do not recommend Mochi based on my personal experience. One of the biggest concerns is that their GLP-1 prescriptions arrived warm, not temperature-controlled. As most people know, GLP-1 medications are required to be kept cold during shipping, so this was very concerning. This happened every month for three months, not just once. When I raised concerns, the company denied that there was any issue with delivery temperatures and offered no resolution. Once the medication is delivered, they essentially take no responsibility, and attempting to get a refund or correction is unsuccessful. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. In this case, you truly get what you pay for. If proper handling, accountability, and customer support are important to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I honestly should’ve did more research before purchasing this “app”. I was unable to book an appointment, customer service was horrible, then when they couldn’t book an appointment I was told they were having engineering issues. When I asked for a refund since I was unable to use the service I was told that I had to do that within 24 hours. I’m filing a claim with my bank.

Wish I had seen the other reviews on this site before I paid for 3 months plan. They sent the refill request to the pharmacy late. I was due for my next shot 2 days ago and still haven't received my medication. It hasn't even been shipped yet.

I have used Mochi for years, I have lost 85 pounds and I and keeping it off. I have liked both Doctors I have had. The customer service is good at times and very bad at times. Mostly just not responding to you. I had a very disturbing reaction recently. I ended up going to urgent care, and after no improvement, we went to a dermatologist. I had very red and large areas around the injection site. 2 weeks in a row. Mochi changed pharmacy and that is when this happened. The new vial of meds caused this issue. I was told not to use it and order another, which I did.

The second vial from the new pharmacy had the same reaction. Finally, my doctor got me meds from the original pharmacy I had been using. All was good with the injection site. I am still using a steroid cream the dermatologist prescribed for me. Weeks later, it is improving, but it has been 8 plus weeks. The site reaction was alarming. Mochi should have replaced my meds for free and been more helpful. My doctor was great, fast response but Mochi should improve the customers experience. It is your health you are trusting them with.

I thought I wanted to subscribe but did not complete the process after realizing that this was likely a scam and it was far too expensive for what they were promising. I then IMMEDIATELY sent a cancel email and then followed up a few weeks later with a request for confirmation of the cancellation. I never received a response. Today I found that they have charged me twice for no product, no service, and they refuse to issue a refund when I call. Their billing department contact just barely speaks English, and she hung up on me twice. This service is a complete fraud and a scam. I just want my money back and this stupid subscription cancelled but they refuse to do anything even when they confirmed that nothing has been delivered. I paid for products and services that were never received, so this is indeed a fraudulent business.

I purchased a 3 month membership through this company and then paid the $99 a month for the medications. I received the first month's dose, had no effects of appetite suppression or weight loss like I did with a different clinic the first time I had done semaglutide. Then when the second month was supposed to be delivered, it was sent to the wrong address and I went back and forth with customer service for 20 days trying to resolve it. They kept telling me “we will look into it and get back to you” and I wouldn’t hear anything again until I messaged asking for updates. That would send me in a cyclical round of messages that were the exact same, “we will look into it and get back to you”.

I requested cancellation and refund for over 10 days with no help. Finally when I called to get it resolved I was told that the photo presented by FedEx was actually my front porch as if the woman on the phone knew what my porch looked like better than I did. Customer service is absolutely garbage and their medication doesn’t work.

Consumers beware not to sign up for the subscription service. Not able to cancel service not going to use. Plus they remove the pharmacy prescription that the health provider prescribed. Customers service department doesn't assist you with resolving complaints the customer have.

I spent nearly $400 with membership payments, initial rx, and a refill and never received a single drop of medication. The communication between Mochi and the pharmacy was severely lacking and led to delays and both pointing the finger at each other. I was literally auto-charged for a monthly refill before the initial Rx was even processed at the pharmacy. They said they would give me money back, but it’s been weeks, so I guess I’ve donated $400 to Mochi.

Subscribing to Mochi Health is the best decision I've made for subscriptions. I pay separately for membership and meds so if I want to stop or take a break I can hold off on paying for the medication. I am happy with my membership. I saw my Primary Care Doctor within 24 hrs and a Nutritionist a few days later. It has been years since I have felt full and lost weight. I feel validated, messaging is quick and efficient, and the meds arrived on time. I highly recommend it. Membership can always be canceled but not refunded after 24 hrs per their policy.

I was looking to subscribe to Mochi Health for tirzepatide. I already have a doctor’s prescription, but my insurance will not cover it. Previously, I tried with Ro, and while I was denied after the consultation and questionnaire, they at least refunded me promptly. With Mochi Health, I changed my mind before completing anything. I never had a consultation, never received a product, and never received any service. Yet they still charged me $79, which is non-refundable. This policy is not clear upfront. Even after disputing it with my credit card, Mochi Health kept the money.

To me, this feels like a complete scam — charging for nothing delivered and refusing to refund. At the very least, they should operate like other telehealth companies that stand behind their service and issue refunds when no care is provided. Instead, they prey on people who are already desperate for help. Bottom line: Be careful. You may lose money before you even speak to a provider.

I cannot say anything bad about their semaglutide product. I tried it and it seems to work for me. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They lie! I first started using Mochi Health earlier this year and I stop due to finances. In August I restarted (started over) my membership. I paid my $79, had my less than 10-minute call with the "doctor" and then attempted to order my prescription. I discovered I had a $40 referral credit, so I tried to use it. None of the codes that it was giving would work. I called customer service (this was a round 9:30 at night). The person I spoke with was of little help and she basically told me I couldn't use it because the codes were not working for her either. So, I was frustrated and told her to cancel my subscription (she did I got the email). And that I would like to have my $79 refunded.

After some back and forth about the refund she said she would send it over to the billing department to handle. I said okay and hung-up. A couple of days and emails (not about my refund) passed and nothing about my refund. I called again. The conversation was more of the same, but this time I was told that my request for a refund would be escalated. This all started on August 20, and we are now on September 12. I received and email on September 4 that my refund for membership payment on 03/02/2025 is on its way. I made the payment on August 20 by debit card, but at this point I don't care what date they say it was made I just want my money back. The 3 to 5 business days have now well passed, and I still do not have my refund. I called customer service yesterday and I was not happy, and I expressed that with the representative.

So, after going over this story several times she told me my refund was denied and I told her yes, I was aware that it had been denied, but I had called and spoke with someone and explained that I did not think it was fair that I be charge $79 for a membership I cancelled less than an hour after having a 5 minute conversation with a "provider". She and I went round and round, I told her is she couldn't help me then connect me to someone who could. She then said she had the right to end the call and hung up. On September 4 same day as the denial email @ 11:24AM, I got a second email @ 3:18PM stating that We processed your refund. As of this day I have not got it! In my opinion this does not speak well of the reputation of Mochi Health. I will not recommend them to anyone. Not because of the product but because they lie.

I recently subscribed to Mochi Health and had to pay $199 to start.... Before speaking with a PA. After speaking with the PA, a prescription was agreed upon however, before the prescription could go through, I had to pay an additional $199. I was told the initial $199 was for the subscription only, and the second $199 was for the medication. Reluctantly, I agreed and paid the additional $199. I was later sent an email which stated I needed to login to my Mochi account as they needed some kind of verification prior to the prescription being sent.

I attempted several times to find the process from the instructions provided in the email, but could not locate it. I ended up calling them back, and finally was able to speak with someone after approximately 40 minutes waiting. The person I spoke with told me the Mochi app was outdated and I would need to go to their website to verify the needed information. I did this. Three days later I received another message stating I need to verify I formation before they would send the medication I previously paid the $199 TWICE. AGAIN, I could not locate where I needed to verify the info, so AGAIN I called them.

This time I was told the information was already verified, but they initially had a "glitch" in their system, and reordered the prescription today. I then requested they refund my $400, and could charge me once my medication was sent to me. Of course, the person I spoke with stated it was out of their power to refund my money, but would send a message to my provider.... which was all they could do. This has been more than a hassle dealing with Mochi Health.

After several attempts by phone, email and internet I have been unsuccessful in reaching anybody at Mochi Health in receiving any product or customer support. I provided them with all necessary information from my current doctors office, which included going to the hospital for updated lab reports. I paid Mochi Health two months of “membership fees” which were not authorized by me. I demanded a refund with the billing department with my one and only opportunity to speak to a human and he hung up on me. This company is horrible. I’m now going to my banker and will dispute the charges. Beware of this scam.
