    Quality is awful. Customer service is terrible. When you pay almost 4k for a bedroom set for your daughter and the "metal" screws break you know the quality is horrible. I refuse to ever do business with a company that doesn't back their products and treats their customers like sub humans.

    I bought A loveseat and sofa Tessa from St Petersburg location. Called them and said furniture is defective can’t seat in the furniture. They sent out a representative guy never even sat on either pieces. I’m about a 150 to 155 lbs. The store called me, said nothing wrong with the set. At 72 I never had an issue with furniture a bought in the past. I cannot even donate this garbage. The salesperson was. Zero help.

    I purchased $16,000 from Kane's in Clearwater Fl. It was to replace my home from the hurricane that we lost all. I didn’t realize to a week after delivery that I had $543. Worth of warranties on a $3300 sofa. Doesn’t make sense. When I called they said they couldn’t help me. I normally shop at other stores.

    Bought Abby Avenger Leather (not bonded leather) couch in Aug 25, 9 mo later 2 cushions are starting to peel. Service tech came out and reached out to corporate and Kane's said nothing can do normal wear and Tear. First off I live alone & work so rarely home to even sit on couch, secondly if a $5000 couch can't withstand that how long would it last if large family and sitting on it and kids on and off 1-2 mo? I bght my first couch bonded leather from Rooms To Go and didn't start peeling for 4 years and went into store and they gave me a whole new couch and I can't even get any service with this after 9 months and spent $5K vs $3K on cheap furniture that lasted longer. Said manufacturer has no material to fix yet still selling the same couch- Read prior complaint online of same story said no material and found out this was false. So I trust nothing they are saying and also a history of many lawsuits over this same issue.

    This was not my first Kane's purchase but it will be my last. Just over a year ago I bought a power Catnapper reclining couch and love seat. The couch cushions have lost their support and you sink into them to the point it hurts to sit very long at all. There is no problem with the love seat. A tech has come out twice and agrees that there is a problem when he is here, but the store calls and claims he says there isn’t one. They also deny there is a 5 year warranty on the comfort coil seat cushions even though I have the information cards that were attached to the furniture saying otherwise. They refuse to stand behind the product sold to me.

    This is actually the 3rd couch I have received that was actually not good. Not at all what the models look like. I am not trying to return this, I've had enough trouble, but do want to make you aware your furniture is absolutely not good. I was grateful for the staff helping, but this store needs to be aware they are selling furniture that is defective. Every (3) couches that I have received in the last couples of months was actually defective. Just be aware...this store will actually not get any references from me and all who have seen what was delivered to me several times.

    We bought this living room set from Kane’s. Spent $3500 and it’s made out of thin particle board, if that, see attached picture. We loved the set until the arms got broke from normal wear and tear or so we thought, we’d owned less than 6 month before both arms were broke. The arms were simply made with the material you see above. For the price I paid I’d expect sturdy wood in the arm section of the couch. If they had not cheated out on this part I would had said it was solid but it’s not and now my husband needs to fix it, thankfully he’s handy bc we all know the cost to fix living room sets that I shouldn’t have to fix period! I will not buy from them again, you get me once but you won’t get me again. When my friends say how much they love my set, I tell them how terribly made it is and to go to other stores. We are looking to upgrade our other living room set but I know where I won’t be shopping. Proceed with caution is my recommendation.

    I am still waiting from 8/31/24 for my daughter’s bed. Not delivered and no further update on when it will be delivered. Multiple calls and same irresponsible and zero customer service. You are playing with my 8 year old daughter emotions. This is the last time I am going to shop at Kane's.

    Don't purchase form them. They sell overpriced products that don't last and void out the warranty for things that are not even related to the product. If you look at the manufacturers of the products, they sell they all have bad reviews. Mattress that is about 5 years old sinking where you sleep and there's a mountain in the middle. Poorly manufactured. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews about the Restonic brand mattress. These cost $2,000 and up.

    Refills for leather conditioner and cleaner were to be free of charge. You actually have to pay $14.95 shipping and handling per request. This was not disclosed upon purchase. After a $2000 purchase, they should have been more truthful. This customer of theirs for the past 55 years will not be returning.

    We bought a sectional at Kane's and the salesman was excellent first of all. Three years later after we had bought the repair plan our sectional one of them went out and it's either the motor or the switch. We've been waiting almost 6 weeks to get a repair. No one has even contacted me. I've called Kane's several times and their provider of this service and each company blames the other. I spent a lot of money on a replacement plan or protective plan and neither Kane's nor the protective plan company wants to take responsibility or send someone to my house to rectify the situation. We may have trouble buying stuff from Kane's in the future and I don't recommend buying their protective plan because those people don't help either. How does that sound.

    We purchased several items for our new home in 2023. A sectional sofa with tables. And a dining set with four chairs. They were attractive pieces that matched our decor very well. Then a few months after installing in our home we noticed the seat cushions on the sofa were collapsing and becoming flat. Under warranty Kane's replaced the foam in the cushions. This was repeated two more times then after one year the warranty expired. Kane's refused to take back the sofa or upgrade the cushion material. It was a big ripoff paying $2700 for our great room furniture and getting such poor quality. This was repeated with our dining chair cushions. Kane's replaced the worn cushions three times in one year. Then left us with worn out chairs. We are very dissatisfied with the quality of Kane's Furniture and caution buyers to be AWARE!

    We had an awesome experience with Kane’s Furniture in July of 2024 in the Kane’s store of Orlando, Fl on OBT. Antonio helped my father in such a detailed way answering every question imaginable re: his purchase of a recliner chair. Also, the manager Ivette was also very helpful. We were there for a good 3 1/2 hrs. They delivered customer service to the 100th degree. It truly is hard to find employees anymore that work wholeheartedly. Thank you Antonio & Ivette for giving my father a true customer service experience!!!

    Purchased sofa and love seat in April, love seat had to be replaced as material was shredding. Couch started doing the same thing, all I got was a voice mail giving me the number of someone that might be able to fix, cost me a lot of money for crappy furniture.

    BUYER BEWARE. First of all, interesting that their website only shows good ratings. I bought various items, including a $335.00 floor lamp. The lamp was defective. The bottom is supposed to be soldered, and it popped out, so the lamp won’t stay up. Their technician came to my house and CONFIRMED that the lamp was defective. Kane’s refused to replace the lamp because it’s an “accessory”, and they only issue replacements on furniture only, even when they sell defective items. Moreover, when I made the purchase, I also bought an armchair, and paid $159.00 for delivery AND assembly. When the armchair was delivered, instead of assembling the chair, the delivery guy gave my mother instructions on how to assemble the armchair, and did not even took it out of the box. He said: “You only need to slide the back on the chair and that’s it.” Yeah, I could have figured out that by myself without having to pay for assembly service.

    Buyer Be Aware. We purchased a king master bedroom set on February 18, 2024 and cancelled it on February 19, 2024. The administrative person at the Melbourne, FL store processed the cancellation and indicated it would be posted to our credit card within 3 to 5 business days. I checked the card on February 29, 2024 [14 days later] to find that the credit had not been posted to our card. I called the store and got the typical response that others have gotten that no one at the store knows why the accounting department had not initiated the credit. They would check and call me back. I said I would call my credit card company to start a fraud case if they did not call me back soonest. They did call back and confirmed that the credit card "refund system was down" but if I give them the card number and expiration date they would process it manually. So I did and again was told it will take 3 to 5 business days to reach my card. I am notifying my credit card company and will update this post when action is complete.

    High Pressure Sales and Angry Attitude Alert!! I had to call back 4 times to get a credit onto our credit card. Twice I called the salesperson Mitch ** and then Lucianne the General Manager. On each call it was either I'll call you back, which he didn't, or it's going to be posted to our credit card, which it had not 30 days after purchasing $3000 of furniture. The salesperson was overly high pressure and the General Manager had a bad attitude which caused me to become upset. This furniture company will not be getting our business again.

    Buyer beware! You cannot return anything to them. They will keep almost half the purchase price. And not even try to make it right. We bought a couch and when we received it, it was the wrong color, we called within two hours of it being delivered. They screwed us out of $1,100!

    I bought and paid ~$3k for furniture, paid for delivery in March 2023 and then started receiving delays. SCAM. Receive only continued emails blaming THEIR supplier, that THEY contract with. They have kept my money for 5 months, earning interest in their big fat 15 Kane's store bank account and a customer is cheated with the scam of keeping my money and sending delays every 2 1/2 months, BLAMING THEIR furniture supplier. Buyer beware!!! Do NOT trust Kane's. They will take your money and you don't get your furniture! SCAM!!!

    Kane's Furniture in Naples lied about the delivery. They are selling a product that they don't even have for delivery for 4 months. I purchased a cream leather sofa, that turned out to be beige. Beige does not go with anything in my living room. I would never have purchased a beige sofa.

    We purchased a power sofa, manual love seat and La-Z-Boy recliner from Kane's in Nov of 2022. I was in the hospital when the furniture was delivered. When I came home I found the 2 back rests of the sofa and the backrest for the La-Z-Boy were lose and not installed properly on the track. After getting it put together properly, I sat on the sofa and found the recliner leaned heavily to the left. There is a substantial separation between the recliner and the back of the chair to the right. I looked under the sofa and found a bent bracket and frame. We called Kane's and had a service person come out. He said the mechanism needed to be ordered and replaced. He said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the part.

    About 8 weeks later and we're now being told the part is on backorder and won't be in for a month. I spoke to someone at the store and was advised they would speak to a manger and I would be called back. No call back. I called again the next day and was told a manager would call me back. Finally received a call from the manager who told me what I already knew. I told him the couch was messed up when they delivered it. He apologized and said there was nothing they could do. Now I am sitting post surgery in a brand new broken couch that I can't fix, but have to make monthly payments on. My in-laws had a very similar experience with Kane's and warned us not to buy from them. I will never buy from Kane's again. Save yourself the headache and steer clear.

    “BUYERS BEWARE.” FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS. They pitch and sell you their bogus UV3 warranty for furniture protection with a company called “Masterguard” only to have the company not honor your warranty claim. After submitting all of the necessary information, photos, and documents to have the juice stains cleaned that was supposedly covered under my warranty, I received a call from the supervisor at “Masterguard” saying my warranty was covered. However after they sent a rude in my opinion extremely prejudice guy to my home, who was extremely rude and appeared lazy. Claiming based on the material of my furniture he would have to clean the entire sectional instead of a portion of a section. Stating it would appear discolored, therefore he would need to submit something to Masterguard for approval. Which I called ** because why you couldn’t just clean it while you were present.

    Therefore I called Masterguard and spoke to the manager that I initially spoke to, who now said for me to wait to receive his callback, which never happened. Then a couple weeks later I received a letter from Masterguard now denying the initial claim In which they originally approved. I then reached out to Kane’s corporate office and spoke to a manager named Michelle **, who acted like she was going to be able to help me resolve the issue. Further requesting the same photos, that I had already sent the company, only to deny my claim a few minutes after disconnecting the call via email. Now claiming that I couldn’t have more than one juice stain on my couch. None of this information is in the bogus warranty that they sell you, nor was that information conveyed when I contacted “Masterguard.”

    You would’ve thought my couch was filthy the way they made it seem. I purchased the couch just over a year. I explained to her that I followed all guidelines and procedures by contacting the company as soon as the incident happened. However that wasn’t good enough. Now claiming that you can’t have more than one stain. Again none of that is referenced in the warranty. To add insult to injury, she had the audacity to highlight the types of stains they clean as if I was illiterate, once again extremely prejudice.

    Buyers beware, their cleaning service is bogus and a complete waste of money. I could’ve saved my money and spent it on a reasonable cleaning service rather than spending it on this company’s fraudulent so called warranty protection service. I have other warranties with other furniture companies that I have no problem with them coming out and honoring their warranty. However Kane’s warranty is a joke and a complete rip-off. I will never spend another dime with this fraud company.

    Purchased a couch in June of 2021, the fabric is just splitting everywhere and they’ve been out numerous times over the past 3 months, can’t get the fabric, it’s not all in, truck broke down, and every day it’s a little worse. Frustrated that they just won’t replace a couch that had a warranty purchased with it and that I have a couch that looks like I dragged it in from the curb.

    Kane's Furniture Fort Myers, FL store. Took delivery today of a sofa and coffee table that we had ordered. Driver bought in 3 huge boxes to our living room then had me sign acceptance. Asked about assembly and was told that we hadn't paid for assembly - have NEVER heard of a furniture company (other than Ikea) not assembling furniture! Our salesperson never mentioned an assembly fee and when we called, were told "Sorry - nothing we can do and our salesperson should have mentioned it."

    I bought a leather sectional, top quality. I’ve had it for about 7 months now. Love it!!!! It was delivered in a timely fashion, and the delivery guys set it all up, even went as far as plugging it in. Took all the boxes with them. I did have a problem with one of the recliners, but when I called, they were quick to get someone out to look at it. Definitely would recommend them. The one in Port Charlotte is AMAZING!!!!

    About 2 years ago I bought a Colton cream Recl. 3 pc leader living room with a price of 2,600.00 paid in full the same day. One of my first questions was if those sofas were leaders and they answered affirmatively. 6 months later they began to peer in a very horrible way, 6 month later went to the store customer service and I showed then a video of the furniture and they took me that since it was more than a year old it was not their problem anymore. When I asked her that if is leader why it got damaged so soon, they answered was leader also gets damaged. They only gave me a card from a company that could fix it, called about 5 times leaving a message but never answered. This is the worst experience I have with a furniture store. Shame on them and last time they see my face in their store. DO NOT SHOP KANE’S IF YOU DO WANT HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE.

    I purchased a dinette and four chairs which was delivered on Thursday, April 28. I paid $39.99 for delivery. When the order was delivered, all pieces except two chairs were in boxes. The delivery men refused to uncrate them or take them out of the boxes. I am quoting from their brochure, "Thank you for your confidence in Kane's Furniture." Under "Delivery Policy", it states, "On delivery, you can expect our professional delivery team to position your merchandise and remove all packing materials from your home." I called the store manager and was told there was nothing he could do since I hadn't paid the $149 for set-up. But that is not what their own policy says. THEY LIE!

    We purchased a furniture package back in March 2022, had our furniture delivered with the exception of a table for which they had on back order. Upon our furniture delivery we found that the back ordered table was a bit much in regard to the space we had so we elected to call and return this table (all furniture paid in full at store). Kane’s canceled the order of the table and deleted/closed our order without refunding our cost of the said product. This table was roughly $400.00 and they have yet to return our money nor provide us with the product purchased. Only given the run around on internal mistakes and reviews of the the said order. Unfortunately we are in the situation where we must seek legal action over small claim. This is very unfortunate that a company is out there taking advantage of their consumer. Zero stars! Stay away, there are far better, more honest businesses out there.
